What do you got for me?

All right, Jillian. So it's a new week and we've got more news out of California with our dear friend Gavin Newsom. But this time it's not just about him. It's actually about his wife. And it looks like CNN can't even defend this. So, guys, can we start off with SOT1?
News Reporter
Jennifer Siebel Newsom, the wife of California's governor and potential 2028 presidential contender Gavin Newsom is currently under federal investigation for possible tax crimes. The full scope of the investigation into the first partner is unclear. The documentary filmmaker founded Representation Project, a nonprofit focused on gender equity in media.
Host (possibly Fletcher)
I love champion. And focusing on uplifting and supporting women and girls.
News Reporter
She also owns a film production company called Girls Club Entertainment, which is listed as a contractor on the Representation Project's tax returns. And she co founded the California Partners Project, a nonprofit that works to get more women onto corporate boards, address the gender pay gap, and make tech safer for children. Critics have raised the possibility of self dealing for years despite no public evidence of wrongdoing. While it is unclear what exactly investigators are focused on, they have recently interviewed potential witnesses, including people close to the first couple. Sources tell CNN that the governor is not directly under investigation, but he has framed the probe as politically motivated and targeting him.
Gavin Newsom (quoted)
Donald Trump isn't just coming after me because of my mean tweets. He's coming after me because I'm considering running for president.
News Reporter
The tax probe is not the only recent investigation into someone in Newsom's orbit. His former chief of staff, Dana Williamson, was recently prosecuted related to corruption. She pleaded guilty to three charges earlier this year. President Trump has made it clear he wants his Justice Department to pursue his political enemies. Just last year, he called for Newsom to be arrested and has attacked him repeatedly.
Jillian Michaels
He's ruined.
Host (possibly Fletcher)
California gives health care to anybody.
News Reporter
CNN has learned the current investigation was launched last year by the U.S. attorney's office in Sacramento, based on a whistleblower report.
Host (possibly Fletcher)
All right, let's first start with cnn. You know, they did cover, but did you notice that they couldn't. They couldn't just tell the total truth. They're like, well, you know, Trump does go after his political enemies, but this actually doesn't have anything to do with Trump. And so, yes, while Trump is criticizing Newsom and the statement that they aired where Trump said Newsom gives health care to anyone is 100% true. That is a very valid, critical critique of what Gavin Newsom is doing in California. That is also not why Newsom is under investigation. And more to the point, he isn't directly under investigation. It is, in fact, his wife and also his chief of staff. So we've talked about this on the show before. Dana Williamson, who is his former chief of staff, has now pled guilty to three felonies. So one is campaign fund embezzlement. Then you've got bank fraud, and you've got wire fraud. And the investigation into his inner circle is because they have already ensnared two other people who were involved in these crimes, one of which, as we've mentioned on the show before, was arguably the next governor of California, Javier Bechera's former chief of staff. So they're trying to get to the bottom of how deep does this go? How far reaching are the tentacles to these crimes? That's valid. There's public evidence for that. And Newsom is the tip of that spear. So I don't think they'll find anything there with regard to his involvement. This is a guy that is a Nepo baby with millions of dollars. There's no way he's gonna jeopardize his career for several hundred thousand dollars. But that is why the investigation into his inner circle is happening now. The wife is a bit more nefarious. It really is. So, yes, she's got two nonprofits, and she has been raising tens of millions of dollars through her husband's donors. So Gavin Newsom has engaged in what's called behested payments. So he's gone to his donors like Comcast, BlackRock, Apple, Pacific Gas and Electric. And he's asked them, hence this concept of behested, he's asked them to donate to his wife's charities. And another little irony here. She talks about how she advocates for women and girls, but what she really does is advocate for sex changes for children. That's what she really does. And arguably, biological males in female Sports and biological males in women's prisons. But that's, you know, hey, let's. To each his own with regard to what it means to be a true feminist. Having said that, there are two other areas of concern that they're being investigated on. And again, we've talked about one of these on the show before. It's very possible he's being investigated for his ties to China. So way back in the day, when Gavin Newsom was the mayor of San Francisco, he started something called China sf And it allows Chinese businessmen who arguably have connections to the ccp, like a gentleman named Vincent Low, to come into California and buy land and start businesses. And he will remove, literally this is what it was. He would remove the red tape for them, despite the fact that Californians are buried in mountains of red tape. And he did veto a bill that would have blocked China from buying land in California. He famously, infamously cleaned up the streets of San Francisco in a matter of days when Xi Jinping came to town. And then, of course, it was the ninth circle of hell the minute that he left. And last but not least, you've got a really suspicious situation with his $9 million mansion. So people are trying to figure out, I think his salary is around one and a half million dollars a year. Right. And his wife has not just taken those behested payments into her charity, but she has what many are wondering, she has wondering about paid herself and her for profit production company millions of dollars out of these nonprofits. So they're saying, like, hey, is this, you know, is this unethical? Should she not be enriching herself in these ways out of her nonprofit to such an exorbitant degree? We're talking millions of dollars that she has taken personally. And people are wondering, where did this LLC that put a $9 million mansion get $9 million? If he makes $1.4 million a year and he's got his kids in private school and he's got to pay taxes, and you start to break that all down. Where do you accrue $9 million to when you haven't sold your other house? And a lot of people think that she is inappropriately enriching herself. I think it's called private incurement. When you profit off of a nonprofit in ways that are unethical. You take millions of dollars from a nonprofit to privately enrich yourself from behested payments from your husband's political donors. Oh, there's no public evidence. Oh, you don't think that's shady as hell? Cnn, what do you mean there's no public evidence? She has taken millions of dollars from her nonprofits that her husband went and procured donations for from companies that, by the way, have monopolies in California like PG and E and Comcast. I don't know. It's shady as hell. And the situation with China is shady as hell. And the situation with the former chief of staff is shadow shady as hell. This has been going on for over a year. It was started in California by California state employees who blew the whistle on them, not Trump. That's a lie. And this little pivot panic that this guy did with a last minute press conference, by the way, and, oh, hold on, let's not forget to note that he is very clearly reading a script. Remember when he lied to all of her faces? You've never seen me read. Read a speech. You've never seen me read a script. Well, boy, homeboy had no problem when his ass is on the line, jumping to the podium and reading that script and flipping the script to pretend that he is on Trump's hit list to make him seem not only innocent, but like a martyr.
Gavin Newsom (quoted)
Donald Trump isn't just coming after me because of my mean tweets. He's coming after me because I'm considering running for president. Because he hates that I've consistently called him out over and over again for his lies and deceit.
Host (possibly Fletcher)
If this man becomes their nominee, the devastation and the chaos that has landed and wrought havoc upon California under his rule will become a nationwide problem. And it doesn't matter if you don't like Trump. If you're on the left and you don't like Trump and you're like, yeah, look what happened with Trump, it's irrelevant. It doesn't matter. Has nothing to do with whether or not Gavin Newsom becomes president. And I am here to tell you, as a refugee of California who is now living in Wyoming, do not make this your problem. Don't do it, because it really, really sucks. I promise. That's all I think I've got on that one. Did I cover it, Fletch? Did I get all the details in there? I miss anything?
Co-host or Contributor
Absolutely. I mean, it's just the hypocrisy with it. I mean, when he. When Newsom was up on that podium, he also used the time to describe Trump as the most corrupt politician.
Gavin Newsom (quoted)
Donald Trump is simply the most corrupt president in American history.
Co-host or Contributor
But I just want to show you another clip that just came out showing some. Some corruption going on in California right under voters noses. Guys, can we play Sat 11.
Guest or Interviewee
California decided to raise your taxes. But here's one thing that really stood out to me. Do you remember the Stop Nick Shirley Act? There's a group called Sherla that is lobbying the government and pushing that bill to prevent journalists from independently reporting on immigration support services. Well, guess what they get in the budget? They get $5 million. I decided to go back and look in into what's happened over the last few years. Sherla has gotten $40 million in your taxpayer funds to lobby the government. They've also somehow were a voting center. And guess where they spend most of their time doing a lot of their work. Oh, Los Angeles. Hm. I wonder if there was an election that went on in Los Angeles that got a little bit weird when it comes to the data.
Host (possibly Fletcher)
Yeah, this is the loop. Cirla donates to Newsom's campaign and in fact they were one of the top contributors to his campaign when he was defending against the recall efforts. I don't know how this is legal, but he essentially gives these NGOs millions of dollars and then they donate back to his campaign. And it is so dirty and so corrupt, but somehow legal. I don't know how many times I could say this. I'm a huge fan of skims. In particular Skims intimates because they make the stretchiest underwear fabric and then they created the cutest push up bra and that's really important to me. And they've done it again with a new cotton fabric. That is a total game changer for me because I'm all about natural materials, but it's pretty darn hard to find great bras in cotton fabric. Well guys, my favorite skims T shirt bra now available in their new everyday cotton fabric. So from the moment I tried it on, I found my everyday go to bra and let me show that again every day. I wear this thing every day. It has to be comfortable and the everyday cotton. Boy short. It's soft, it's stretchy, it's breathable, breathable. It doesn't pull underneath my clothes. I've been wearing my new everyday cotton pieces at work, running errands, exercising, just lounging around the house because the comfort and the versatility are on another level. And you can shop everyday cotton and all my favorite bras and underwear@skims.com and after you place your order, please be sure to let them know that I sent you. Just select podcast in the survey and select my show in the drop down menu that follows.

I hate to say it, but loving our country is starting to sound like an abused spirit spouse saying they love their abuser. I can't love a country that's led by a racist, misogynist, xenophobic tyrant. And let me, let me just say it. I can't love the country that's led by Donald Trump.

The committee was relaunched last October to bring together the entertainment industry. At this moment, when our democracy is in peril in the face of what's happening, we need our industry to be unified, activated, and unwilling to engage in anticipatory obedience. They come for one of us, By God, they come for all of us.
Journalist or Media Critic
Scott Pelley, fired from CBS by the clack of far right ideologues who bought it and handed it over to a zealot named Bari Weiss, who may soon. She may soon also control cnn. Jim Acosta out at cnn, Karen Attia, fired from the Washington Post, and me more than a year ago, all of us shown the door for just doing our jobs, standing up to the administration, and in my case, also for speaking out against a genocide. And it's not just journalists. Jimmy Kimmel, suspended until the people rose up to put him back on the air. The Late show with Stephen Colbert, fired after more than 30 years. That show was on the air because a certain orange asshole whose name is no longer on the Kennedy center cannot take a joke.
Host (possibly Fletcher)
My goodness, there's a lot to tackle here. Why don't we start with Joy Reid? First of all, Joy, you don't have a job because your ratings dropped in half. Half, dropped in half before they fired you. And the reason that your ratings dropped in half, and this may come as a surprise to you because you continue to do it, is because white people who are not racist are sick and tired of you calling them racist. That's the answer. That's the real answer, why you're. You're no longer on MSNBC because I promise you, it isn't Israel or the Jews because you called out a genocide. The left is currently licking the rear end of individuals that do that, like Hasan Piker, for example, when he joins all of their broadcasts on cnn, on all their top podcasts on msnbc, gets glazed and fluffed by the New York Times. That's definitely not it.
Journalist or Media Critic
If you.
Host (possibly Fletcher)
It's because you're not making them any money. And the reason you're not making them any money is because you regularly call their viewers racist. And I'll give you a perfect example. There's someone really close to me who's very far on the left, and she stopped watching your show because you said that anybody who wants a closed border is a white nationalist. And that was that for her and pretty much everybody, everybody else. Which is why your ratings dropped in half. And there's proof of this. It's called Nielsen ratings.

Jimmy Kimmel was suspended for making inappropriate, also inaccurate jokes about the murder. The assassination of Charlie Kirk. That is why he was suspended. Not because Trump can't take a joke. And all the other gentlemen who have been fired from late night tv, same thing. No ratings. So maybe you guys should reconsider some of the talking points. And Jimmy Kimmel's ratings are also in the toilet, dude. In the toilet. Okay, now let's move on to Jane Fonda. This is a woman who is and always has been unhinged and actually called for the murder of the President on the View. We're mocking and protesting. What else do you suggest? When you eat those kelle fries, innocent children die. Come down. I want to talk to you. Come down and talk to us and start filming the kids. Jump, jump, jump, jump. Never come back here again, you piece of.
Host (possibly Fletcher)
This is horrifying for so long, so many reasons. So the first one for me is it's not one kid. It's numerous kids. And that's one of the things that we kept doing on the left, right? Like, it's not. It's not, you know, it's just one person who's unhinged. It's just one person who's mentally ill. And then you go to Social media, you go to things like, you know, blue sky and you've got nurses talking about how you, you know, you could a patient if they were MAGA by giving them the wrong injection. You've got school teachers talking about, you know, not wanting to teach the kids of MAGA parents. And, you know, you've got people mocking political assassinations and the death of Charlie Kirk. People who have normal jobs that you have to interact with every day. And you're thinking, like, oh, my God, it's not just one mentally insane kid named Tyler Robinson or another, like, deeply disturbed kid like Thomas Crooks. This mentality is shared by many of you that I have to engage with on a daily basis. And it's one thing to experience that with adults and to see the way that this contagion has taken over. But when you start passing on this ideology and this indoctrination to literal children, you now know how Tyler Robinson becomes Tyler Robinson and how Thomas Crooks becomes Thomas Crooks. And to be honest, how Alex Preddy becomes Alex Preddy. And what I mean by that is it actually ended up getting. So you've brainwashed this man into thinking that federal agents are the ultimate evil.
News Reporter
And I don't.
Host (possibly Fletcher)
I don't think he should have died. Very clearly I don't. But I wish he had not been out there with a loaded gun. And I know, I understand the Second amendment, but it probably wasn't the best idea. Kicking in cop cars, not the best idea. But if you tell these kids that they are fighting the second coming of Adolf Hitler, this is what's going to happen. People are going to die. And then on top of that, on top of that, that you've taught them to dehumanize other people to call for their death beyond the swearing like sailors, which is just like, out of a child's mouth, makes your, like, eyes cross in your head. Don't involve your kids in this. Don't for their sake. I get that you don't care about the people on the other side. You've made that obvious that you wish they would die. But for the love of God and all that is decent, you should be protecting your child so they don't go out into the world and kill someone and end up in jail forever or get themselves killed by attacking federal law enforcement or never have a job again or get into college because you have them now on video for the world to see going viral, telling people to commit suicide.
Co-host or Contributor
Did you see how that video ended? It ended with them saying F elon Musk and that kind of brings us into our next segment, because Elon Musk is in the news because he is now a trillionaire with a T. And those kids aren't the only ones upset about that. We actually have someone else upset about that. Guys, can we put in Sat 5?
Host (possibly Fletcher)
Elon Musk is officially the world's first trillionaire. And we are left with a country where a handful of billionaires at the top pop Champagne and their $300 million yachts. We need to open, overhaul our tax code. We need a wealth tax. And it's about time that corporations paid their fair share. I actually looked into her this week. You may not like what I'm about to say, guys, because I had to comment on this. I think it was for Sky News in Australia. And I thought, like, oh, you know this woman, like, how many insider trades has she made? And to her credit, I don't like Elizabeth Warren, but I do want to say, to her credit, the answer is zero. I was very surprised, and I dug in a little bit deeper because I thought, okay, well, she's going to be doing it through her husband because she is worth $11 million. But $11 million is not a trillion dollars. I can't even, like, you cannot jump that Rubicon. Like, there's just no way to even make that connection. So the husband hasn't done it either. And I do have to give her props for that. I at least appreciate when I don't agree with someone that they at least believe what they're saying. And I do think she absolutely believes what she's saying. Having said that, I think it's really important to point out that when the Democrats had the trifecta of the House, the Senate, and the presidency, they did not pass a wealth tax. And the reason is because some of their top economists who have worked for Obama and Clinton, like Larry Summers and Janet Yellen and Natasha Sarin, all said that a wealth tax would be catastrophic. You literally cannot make this up. Impossible to implement, and counterintuitive. So what I will say is that while she doesn't appear to be a hypocrite, she is ignorant. How's that? She's woefully uninformed as to what the top Democrat economists have said about a wealth tax for decades now. So there's that. But you know what? You bring that up. There's something else that I want to address here, actually, Fletch. There is a young podcaster who seems to have a pretty successful podcast. He's got like 700,000 followers on the left that was just raging about this. And I want to tackle this from a different angle. I'm going to send you the clip. I want to toss that in right here.
Young Podcaster
Elon Musk, the world's biggest loser, has become the world's first trillionaire. And people have thoughts. So in this video, I'm going to get to many of those thoughts, but I'm going to start with how this happened, why this happened, and help you understand that this is not because of hard work. Elon Musk is not a trillionaire because he worked the hardest out of the billions of people on Earth. That is not, that's not the reality of what actually happened. It's one thing if you have the world's first trillionaire, and I don't know, first of all, that wouldn't happen if you're a good person, but somehow if it did and you used your time to help others and maybe speak out against how ridiculous the system is that only you and the few up near you are benefiting from while they're tens of millions homeless and without food and shelter, maybe there'd be a different story here. But this is the reality with Musk. He is a piece of garbage.
Host (possibly Fletcher)
Can you imagine calling the richest man in the world the Biggest Loser? By the way, that is a title that I proudly hold. So I was offended right off the top there, because that's what those guys always call me, which I don't, I think lacks creativity. You know, it's like talk about low hanging fruit. But having said that, I don't know how you call the richest man in the world the Biggest Loser. And while Elon Musk may not be working hours upon hours upon hours, which actually he is, but that's, you know, he works arguably as many hours as is humanly possible. Are there other people in the world that work just as hard? Yes. The reason Elon Musk is a trillionaire is because he's a genius. Is because he is catching rockets with chopsticks. The man is trying to colonize space. I mean, he has government contracts. Because the kid goes on to say all of his money comes from government contracts. It's because he's a defense contractor. He's not contributing anything. The left is constantly going on and on and on about the environment and. And yet they somehow completely neglect to mention that those government contracts are for solar panels and Starlink. And what about the fricking car that doesn't use oil? Nothing. And you know what to go on and say that this man has given nothing Fletcher, how much has Elon Musk donated and to what?
Co-host or Contributor
So, you know, I'm just looking, you know. In 2024 alone, he has given approximately 474 million to various charities. The largest charity, known as the foundation, received about 370 million to support STEM focused educational initiatives and help, you know, develop schools and universities, but, you know, also renewable energy, like you said, science, pediatric health, the Sierra Club, and National Wildlife Federation.
Host (possibly Fletcher)
So he donated almost a half a billion in one year alone.
Co-host or Contributor
Yep.
Host (possibly Fletcher)
And he donated to his.
News Reporter
His.
Host (possibly Fletcher)
The foundation is his charity. But then that charity disperses the money to those causes that you just mentioned. And on top of that, the man paid $11 billion in tax in 2021 alone. When they say he's a trillionaire, what they're not really acknowledging is that a lot of that is unrealized gains because he holds stock in his companies. When he sells stock, he then pays taxes, and he pays billions of dollars in taxes. If this man was not a trillionaire, you would not get his billions in tax dollars. You would not get his billions in donations to charitable causes. And another thing I want to point out, I appreciate that this young man is very clearly disenfranchised. And I'm not saying he doesn't have a right to be with the system in general. I find it ironic that they don't point out any of the psychopath billionaires that contribute to the Democrats, like George Soros, who quite literally pays for the chaos in our streets, or Reid Hoffman, who is trying to fire. Tried to fire Lina Khan, who had the job of breaking up monopolies. Like, somehow their names don't come up. But the fact that these kids take the attitude of envy is not productive. I'm gonna be honest. And when I look at this young kid's set, you can tell, like, I'm not trying to be a bitch. I've been poor. Believe me, I get it.
Jillian Michaels
But.
Host (possibly Fletcher)
And I've been jealous. I've been poor, and I've been jealous. But what I was taught to do with my envy and my jealousy was flip it into inspiration. So instead of raging at people for having more than I do, I instead looked at them and thought, okay, obviously they have something I want. How did they get there? What can I emulate? How can I apply their tactics to my life? And I subsequently employed that technique to become very successful. Not as successful as the people I studied. I studied the careers of everyone from. And I don't like these people, per se, but Oprah Winfrey, Martha Stewart, I do Like Susie Orman. So what I'm suggesting to a lot of these young people out there, I can validate your feelings. But I will tell you that the way you're approaching it is a road to ruin. And you could tell the kid doesn't have a lot of money. He's got like IKEA cabinets in the background. Like, I get it, I get it. But maybe despite the fact that you hate people with differing political opinions, maybe you could just look at me as a person who has become relatively successful and who has been poor and who has been jealous. And I'm telling you, there is another way to approach this. And I think you've got the wrong attitude, kiddo. Well, that was a. That was a monologue, wasn't it?

So Jillian, this is, you know, completely new this week and it is a horrifying report out of the uk. You know, we covered this a little bit with Tommy Robinson, but I just want to show you some reactions to this new inquiry. Guys, can we throw in sat 12
Commentator on UK grooming gangs
grooming gang reports have been released and the findings are harrowing. Guys, this is so hard to record this video. 250,000 young white women have been, you know what, by 87% Muslim gangs. And get this, the police knew about it, the politicians knew about it, the social services knew about it and they did nothing.
News Reporter
Why?
Commentator on UK grooming gangs
Because they didn't want to be called racist. Seriously, like where the hell are the authorities? Do you not care about justice? You're going to keep remaining silent. Well, you need to hear this. God sees, God knows. And the cries of these girls reaches up to his ears. And you may think you can get away with it today, but there is a day of reckoning coming. 250,000 young white British girls.
Host (possibly Fletcher)
I've seen that. I do know that. And, you know, we have been following that story for a while. I've been following that story for, gosh, I want to say, a little over a year, because there was a report that came out from this woman, I think her name is Baroness Casey. And Tommy Robinson has talked about it. But what I think was very unclear, and I certainly did not approach, was how big that number was. You know, I thought it was 10,000, 20,000 girls, not a quarter of a million girls. And it's been going on for almost two decades. And the part of this that's really alarming, beyond obviously these hideous crimes, is the fact that they didn't stop it because law enforcement didn't want to be called racist and because they have a huge population of voters that are Muslim. So they would afraid. They were afraid it was gonna. It was gonna cost them votes. And we just saw this with a young boy who was stabbed in the uk And I don't mean by a Muslim, that's not what I'm talking about. I'm talking about the fact that race is so omnipresent in the zeitgeist that a young boy gets stabbed, and because he is white and the perpetrator is brown, they didn't even hear this kid say, I've been stabbed. I can't breathe. They handcuffed him simply because the perpetrator of this crime said, he knocked off my turban and immediately invoked race, thinking that that would be the thing that would justify what he had just done. And at some point, we have got to get beyond this. We really, really do. And in fact, it was the top clip that went viral with JD Vance on the View, basically implying that he's a racist.

Whoopi Goldberg
No, no, I. I want to know what. You don't know what I'm talking about.
Gavin Newsom (quoted)
Your actual so in.
Whoopi Goldberg
In a lot of the museums, just. There's so many. I just, you know, where they're taking down the actual history that happened in this country. Slavery happened, all kinds of stuff happened. And it seems that it has been very easy for this administration to remove that and also to denigrate black folks who have worked their behinds off to get this American dream. How do you. I mean, you know, mega.
Host (possibly Fletcher)
I'm going to say something that's wildly unpopular right now, but it is true. And if I don't say it and I don't continue to say it, not only are we going to see more things like what's been happening in the uk, but we're quite literally going to be creating racists. Because when you call all white people racists and oppressors, you inevitably are going to build a resentment there, and they're going to push back. And I hate to bring this one up because it's just so disturbing and upsetting, but the Carmelo Anthony sentence, you know, a lot of people watched different black podcasters. There was one in particular that Brandon Tatum posted this podcast called Gin and Juice, where these two ladies were essentially saying, like, lie to get on the jury so you can protect black Americans.
Brandon Tatum
Don't say, no, I'm not. I'm not gonna put a black man in jail. Don't say that, okay? Because if that is that, if that's what you're gonna say, you could have stayed home. You have to go and be like, no, I will hear the evidence. I can be fair. Don't say, I hate white people, and I don't care what he did. Don't do that. That's what people were doing in this case, okay? And then everybody's like, in an uproar because there's no black people on the jury when damn near half of the black people who could have been on the jury canceled themselves out. You know, don't do that, okay? So don't do that. See somebody in the. In the comments talking about, that's what got me put out. Don't do that. When you go up there, say, no, I have never heard about this case. I can be fair. Say that, okay? And then mean it. Believe it a little bit. Don't tell them. You can't be impartial. You're not going.
Host (possibly Fletcher)
You could have stayed home and basically, like, lie so that you can make sure Carmelo Anthony's sentence is in 35 years. And Brandon Tatum was like, you realize that Austin Metcalfe is dead, right? He got life and then another black podcaster I watched started saying that he is seeing white people become racist. And he actually showed posts from white people saying, you are making me racist. This is making me hate you. And I was like, this is devastating. All of which is wrong, by the way. Let me be very clear. Which is the thing that I think we should avoid at all costs, which is why racializing every conversation like this is wrong. And the reality of what these women said is inaccurate. Nobody is erasing black history from museums, and nobody is erasing black history from schools. That is inaccurate. And in fact, my infamous moment fighting with Abby Phillip on CNN was about the museums. And it wasn't trying to get rid of anything having to do with slavery. It was about getting rid of posters and about white culture that talks about how aggressive white people are. It actually was about removing all of this stuff. Believe it or not, whether you like it or not, the executive order about DEI and critical race theory in school is about removing oppression and racism against white people. It is not about removing black history. And it is the exact same in the Smithsonian, when Trump was saying, we don't want to give tax dollars for this. And when he came out and said, after all of this, like, you know, all we do is talk about slavery. We have to stop talking so much about slavery. What he was trying to say is, all you do is focus on the negative. There's no unifying messaging. And when we look at slavery, obviously it is disgusting. Obviously, it is awful. Nobody thinks that that is not the case. But somehow, in our schools and in our museums, they neglect to mention that 350,000 white guys died to end slavery. Somehow that part of the conversation gets left out. And it's things like that. It's stuff about how activists in the 60s marched right alongside their black brothers and sisters, died right alongside them, advocating for their rights. How white pastors as well as black pastors that fought for civil rights had their churches burned down. Somehow that part is being left out of the history. And I actually took the time a while back because I have a black daughter who's going to a public school to look into what Trump's executive order was wanting removed from the schools. And I'm gonna pull it up for you and read the key points right now. All right, here it is. I want you to tell me, okay, what you take away from this executive order, and I'm gonna read some of the key points. It's very long. I'm gonna read some of them, okay? From section one. This is verbatim in many cases, innocent children are compelled to adopt identities as either victims or oppressors solely based on their skin color and immutable characteristics. Similarly, demanding acquiescence to white privilege or unconscious bias actually promotes racial discrimination and undermines national unity. Now, is any part of that getting rid of black history? My administration will enforce a law to ensure that receipts of federal funds providing kindergarten through 12th education comply with all applicable laws, prohibiting discrimination in various contexts and protecting parental rights, including Title 6 of the Civil Rights act of 1964. All right, Section 2. Discriminatory equity ideology means an ideology that treats individuals as members of preferred or disfavored groups rather than individuals, minimizes agency, merit and capability in favor of immoral generalizations, including members of one race, one color, one sex, national origin are morally or inherently superior to members of another race, color, sex, or national origin. An individual by virgin of the individual's race, color, sex, or national origin is inherently racist, sexist, or oppressive. Whether consciously or unconsciously, an individual's moral character or status as privileged, oppressing, or oppressed is primarily determined by the individual's race, color, sex, sex, or national origin. Members of one race, color, sex, or national origin cannot and should not attempt to treat others without respect to their race, color, sex, or national origin. One more guys. An individual, by virtue of the individual's race, color, sex, or national origin bears responsibility or should feel guilt, anguish, or other forms of psychological distress because of, or should be discriminated against, blamed or stereotyped for, or should receive adverse treatment because of actions committed in the past by other members of the same race, color, sex, or national origin in which that individual played no part. None of this erases black history. It removes the unfair demonization of white kids for the color of their skin. And I'm sorry if you don't like that, but that is literally what it says. That is what it says. And when Whoopi goes, oh, I didn't say that. I didn't say that you don't like minorities. Yes, you did. And yes, you have been day after day, week after week, year after year, calling people who voted for this president, and of course the president himself, a racist. If this seems to you like it implies in any way that black people are inferior, I don't know what to tell you because it's not on the page. If this seems to you that in any way this directs a school to remove history about racism in America, let me know. It's not there. It does ask for the full picture and the unifying elements of how we overcame slavery. How good white people died to end slavery and good white people fought alongside, I'll say it again, their black brothers and sisters during the civil rights movement. But the more you hold on to this narrative, and this is why I've got to believe that this is on purpose, out of the left wing media and the left wing politicians, the more you create racism, which is the number one thing, the number one thing that will bring down our society. I really believe it. I really believe it. Which is why they do it all the time. Which is why it is the easiest way to distract people into the horizontal fight and keep them from unifying to look up. Small businesses are the backbone of the American economy. But getting funding from traditional banks is almost always an uphill battle. And of the 36 million small businesses in the US over 70% report needing additional capital every year. So while their revenue is at an all time high, big banks are tightening standards and approving fewer loans than ever, leaving owners stuck with mountains of paperwork. But if you want those bank rates without the bank delays, check out Cardiff Co. Jillian for up to $500,000 in same day funding banks try to lock out small businesses. And Cardiff has the key. So big banks may not want to approve your business loans, but Cardiff does. And if you've been in business for at least a year and you're pulling in $20,000 a month in revenue, you can apply now for up to $500,000 in same day business funding at Cardiff Co. Jillian again, that's Cardiff Co. Jillian Real growth, fast funding. Cardiff borrow better.

Couldn't agree more, Jillian. Which kind of, you know, brings us to our last segment. You know, we touched on this a lot this week of, you know, a lot of the clips we showed people are, you know, upset with our country. And to put things into a little bit perspective, you know, the World Cup's going on and we are having a lot of foreigners come to this country for the first time and experience America the first time. So I think it's great to see this country through the eyes of someone who's visiting it for the first time. So we put together a little montage for you guys. Can we throw in sat 13?
Host (possibly Fletcher)
Nothing comes close to the USA.

I just had Texas barbecue for the
Host (possibly Fletcher)
first time in my life.
Guest or Interviewee
Better than any moment in my life.

And I am married and have two kids.
Guest or Interviewee
For the World Cup, I highly recommend trying to find the flipping sign. There it is over there. Sonic.
Host (possibly Fletcher)
I'm in America. When they say everything in America is big, I understand it.
Young Podcaster
Why the hell is this?
Host (possibly Fletcher)
Quesadilla the size of my head and
Young Podcaster
I've got three of them.
Host (possibly Fletcher)
The people here, you know, across different states, living in different parts of America, different beliefs, different politics.
Young Podcaster
I've always met really kind and generous people here.
Guest or Interviewee
Don't even get me started on Costco.
Host (possibly Fletcher)
Costco is bigger than my village.
Co-host or Contributor
This is the land of the free, ladies and gentlemen. This is actually truly overwhelming.
Host (possibly Fletcher)
Look at that little fence.
Co-host or Contributor
Such a tiny little fence that's literally just decorative. Not to keep murderers out.
Host (possibly Fletcher)
I know you've enjoyed Buc EE's. I'm glad you you saw an outsized cement mixer. Have you tried our showers?
Whoopi Goldberg
I just feel like you're so lucky to live here.
Host (possibly Fletcher)
Everything in the US simply beats anything I've ever experienced anywhere in the world. We need to start a revolution just to get Costco.
Co-host or Contributor
I'm going to probably say Washington D.C. is one of the most gorgeous places I've been to in my entire life.
Host (possibly Fletcher)
Oh, I love that so much.
Brandon Tatum
And you know what?
Host (possibly Fletcher)
I've been really fortunate to travel the world. I've been to some incredible, incredible places. But not once have I visited a place that I thought I could live here. I'm always excited to go home. And it's everything. Not just Costco, but it's everything. It's like it's our food, it's our fashion, it is the fact that we are multicultural and all that it expires exposes me to. I talk about that all the time. And I want to circle back. Actually, I should have mentioned this. You know, the women on The View attacked J.D. vance over immigration and they went after him on the show about being a Christian and you know, shouldn't we invite everybody in?
Co-host or Contributor
Sure.
Host (possibly Fletcher)
The right way. The right way. And we have done that historically up until very recently. And you had to speak the language, you had to love the country, you had to learn about the country and you had to be able to contribute and support yourself. So you were an asset. Right. Instead of living off of American payers tax dollars. It comes down to a life mask.
Journalist or Media Critic
Right?
Host (possibly Fletcher)
The oxygen mask. We've got to put the oxygen mask on Americans first, first. And then we can help other people. But historically that is not how we helped other people. We brought them into the country so they could contribute. And that is how we ended up with a beautiful melting pot. Not people coming into the country who hate it, who don't assimilate, who want to see it destroyed and who are living off of the taxpayers of hard working Americans who can Barely make ends meet. And it is. I'm sorry, it is the best country in the freaking world, despite all of its flaws. And if you don't think so, you haven't traveled far and wide enough. I love that. What a great little montage you put together, Fletch. Absolutely. Fan friggin tastic.
Co-host or Contributor
Couldn't agree more. You know, this is the greatest country. But there is great news from around the world that we'd like to end the episode on. So, first up, there is a cancer jab that can now eradicate entire tumors in patients. It's a trial. It's a trial spanning 11 countries. But the injection was offered to patients whose cancer has spread or come back and whose disease has failed to respond to other treatments. Wow. The new cancer shot has shrank tumors in a third of patients, with dramatic changes seen within weeks. And in 15 of them, doctors found the drug had melted away the tumors altogether.
Host (possibly Fletcher)
Wait, hold on, Fletch. Does it say, like, is it for a specific type of cancer, or is it just like cancer?
Co-host or Contributor
In the trial, it's for 102 patients with head and neck cancer, which is the world's six most common cancer.
Jillian Michaels
Wow.
Whoopi Goldberg
Wow.
Co-host or Contributor
It's amazing. Amazed and then, you know, moving over to Kenya, there's man Joseph. I'm going to destroy this name Joseph N. Who has seen two problems and decide to solve them both with each other. So he. In the lakes, you know, in where he lives, he knows a. A plant that grows that kind of stops all sunlight from hitting the floor. Bottom. It's an invasive plant, but he's also noticed that the roadways and everything is covered in plastic bags. And so what he is now doing is he's using those invasive plants to create new bags that are biodegradable and can replace plastic bags.
Host (possibly Fletcher)
Shut up.
Co-host or Contributor
And again, I'm gonna make sure I add all these links into the description so everyone can read about them themselves, but.
Host (possibly Fletcher)
Unbelievable.
Co-host or Contributor
So this man called Omar Yagahi invented a machine that uses thermal energy that can harvest water from dry air, even from desert locations. And it can create up to 1, 000 liters of clean water every day.
Gavin Newsom (quoted)
What?
Co-host or Contributor
I mean, 2.2 billion people.
Host (possibly Fletcher)
Unbelievable.
Co-host or Contributor
Manage drinking water. You know, a third or near three quarters of the world's population living in countries classified as water insecure or critical water insecure. And we have some brilliant minds out there, you know, thinking outside the box to create solutions to this.
Host (possibly Fletcher)
See, now this is a moment where I could feel jealous and envious that my brain is not this. This evolved or this intelligent. But instead I just, I'm inspired and I. I try to do more in the areas where I am capable because that I just think to myself, really, I'm not gonna lie, not only am I in awe, I do kind of wonder, who are these people? Like, how come they were created with this special gift. But I. I'll tell you, I am. I wish I had it. But I am grateful that someone does, even though it's not me.
Co-host or Contributor
One last one we have. We have a injection that can restore hearing in just weeks. It's a new gene therapy giving people that were born deaf the chance to hear. You know, it's small but groundbreaking study and they have found that by incorporating a working copy of key hearing gene directly into the inner ear using a single injection. So far, all patients ranging from young children to adults have experienced improved hearing. You know, with some in rapid gains in just one month. And this is out of universities in China. It's life changing.
Protester or Activist
Wow.
Host (possibly Fletcher)
Oh, I love this segment so much. That is absolutely exciting and inspiring. Great selections, Fletch. All right, well team, that's all for this show. Don't forget to tune in on Sunday. Thank you so much for watching. If you enjoyed the podcast, please like comment, subscribe and share. And make sure to let me know what guests you want to see on in the future.
