For every US Sergeant who returns home in the casket, we cheer. Terrifying. Absolutely terrifying.
Fletch
Either MAGA extremists are going to break the country or we're going to break them.
Jillian Michaels
Fucking mind boggling. It's vile. Vile. And it's spreading. Happy Friday, team. It is time for the Rundown where we discuss the most viral clips and headlines dominating the news cycle. And as always, if you're liking the show, please be sure to like, share, comment and subscribe. Let's get into it. Keeping it Real with Jillian Michaels. All right, savages. Fletch, what do you have for me? What's up first?
Fletcher
Well, this one's a little bit of an older one, but I wanted to bring it to your attention. We're going to jump right into it, guys. Can we start with Sat3?
Jillian Michaels
To bring the United States to its knees. Let us not lose sight of the enemy. For every US Military base that crumbles and for every US Soldier who returns home in the casket, we cheer. This isn't Tehran. It's not Kabul. This is a left wing protest in Philadelphia. Charge every single one of these fools with treason and kick them out of the country. Revoke their citizenship, their immigration status. I don't care. Dump them in whatever third World crap hole trash pit they're cheering for today and leave them there. But if you are a self declared enemy of the United States, you should not be standing on the very soil that's been secured by the blood of the service members whose deaths you're cheering for. Get them out now.
Fletch
Wow.
Jillian Michaels
But it is Phil. It's Philadelphia. She said, right? I was going to say it's Mom Donnie's New York City, but it's not. Actually. It's Philly.
Fletcher
It is Philly. This is not the only one. I mean, that this one, that one's a little older. There's a more recent one.
Anarchist Barron
And you know what?
Fletcher
I'll show it to you right now. Guys, can we put up Sat 11?
Jillian Michaels
Welcome in our city. The giant business owners have not placed in our city. Let them know get killed. Me bad cooking solo. And look at all these pigs. Protect them. Oh, my God. Okay, sorry.
Fletcher
You know, this was caused outside a restaurant called Goldie. And. And it all stemmed because he has raised funds for Israel Medical charity in the aftermath of the October 7 Hamas attacks.
Jillian Michaels
There's a lot to litigate here. Wow. Okay. I'm wondering if, like next Friday we just. All. Good news. You remember when I think it was like John Krasinski or one of those guys did a show that was just all good news and somebody bought it and it went nowhere, which is really upsetting because we surely need it. What's becoming increasingly more disturbing about this, obviously, it's anti the west, as the lady in the first clip very astutely pointed out. Oh, my God. It demeans, it diminishes and demoralizes our brave men and women in uniform that have made the ultimate sacrifice that we take for granted. And I think, by the way, I think about that all the time. I remember. Sidebar, guys. Sidebar. I remember when I went to visit the troops for a USO tour, and I ended up being educated on the fact that I believe, like, 1% of the population shoulders the burden of our security. I think it's 1%. Fact check me, Fletch. Well, we take all of these freedoms for granted. All of the people that died, you know, we just had Memorial Day. All of the people that died for us to have these freedoms, I don't take that for granted. And it's one thing to do so right, to just take it for granted. It's another thing to call for their death. In addition, this has moved so far out of criticism of Netanyahu and smartrich and Israel, that conversation is not even occurring anymore. They're going after Jewish business owners in America. Recently, there was just the incident in New York, in Brooklyn, where they were going after the Jews outside of a temple, and a young Jewish girl ended up getting injured. What does this have to do with your feelings on Netanyahu's politics? And the thing is, all of this was being telegraphed for months, if not years now. Oh, no, I'm just criticizing the government. But. But are you. Were you. Look. Look what you have wrought. It is. And you know, the guy who's chanting in your. In your Philly video with his mask on looks pretty fricking white to me. And the reason I point that out is he certainly does not seem like he's a radical Islamist, which also alarms me because there's no question that I have been scared of political Islam coming to America. I think that's. That's a valid point, but I think there are very few radical Islamists in comparison to all of the people who are Muslim. And this just breeds more hate against them. That guy does not look like a Muslim to me. Looks like a bright white guy. I can see it beaming through his whiteness, beaming through the eye holes of his ski mask. There is so much wrong with this. It is absolutely vile. And it's spreading now. Streaming podcasts on Fox 1. Because sometimes the headline is not enough. Fletcher
touch point on, you know that your other point, that it's spreading. And we actually have a more recent clip out of Canada that I wanted to show you guys. Can we pull up Sat 4?
Jillian Michaels
Okay. Right. So they're hanging a Jewish person an effigy, essentially. Is that. That. That mannequin is wearing a kippa? So, okay. You know, the last time I felt this way was right around, like, 2021, when all of a sudden the left really felt like it was starting to lose it. And at that time, there were a handful, literally a handful of people that were calling this out. And I remember it was like Rogan, it was Bill Maher. Very few people that were not scientists, you know, like Brett Weinstein talking about gain of function research at Wuhan, very few public figures that were taking a stand. And I remember thinking, I have to say something. I have to do something. I have to say something. I have to do something. And my business partner at the time was like, you can't. You can't. You're not a comedian. You can't. You can't do this. You can't do this. And of course I did. It fits and starts. It started with my wheelhouse, which was obesity. Like, it started with me having the conversation about the fact that beauty is in the eye of the beholder, and I was crucified for that. And then it moved into all the other areas that I currently address, from trans and kids to radical leftist policies in California. But it took me a while to get the courage to jump off that cliff for the Israel, Palestine conversation. I cannot tell you, Fletch. I cannot tell you how I have tried to stay out of this, because there are people far better educated than me to have these debates and these arguments. I'm here to listen. I'LL do the interviews, I'll have the conversations, but I am not an expert on any of it. And I have tried to just stay out of it, but we've moved so far away from that conversation into just pure hatred of the Jews, pure radical antisemitism. Like the things you're showing me. Attacking young Jewish girls outside of a temple in Brooklyn, attacking a Jewish business owner in Philadelphia, hanging a Jew in effigy in Toronto. None of this, none of it is a legitimate criticism of the Israeli government in any way. And I have decided that I will be as vocal as possible about this subject matter. And I don't care. Call me a genocidal Zionist. I don't care what you call me. I don't give a shit. There is right and there is wrong. And this is wrong. This is wrong. And I recently looked up hate crimes in the U.S. jews are subjected to roughly 70% of the hate crimes in America, and it's eight and a half times more than Muslims, which I actually found really surprising. And the bottom line is that I just am not, I will not at all sideline this conversation anymore. I'm absolutely here for a very legitimate debate on Israel, Palestine. We're going to have one, actually, with Ben Brges and Nick Matau. But I will not tolerate this. I will call this out whenever and wherever, and I would ask everybody watching to do the exact same. There are 14 million Jews left in the world. In the world. There's 14 million of them because they've been hunted practically to extinction. And this is the. This right here is why. It's vile. Vile. This has actually gotten so inverted that there's a guy who is so radical, the Egyptians put him in prison while the British government, Keir Starmer, worked to get him out of prison and in to the uk and he has said some of the most frightening anti Semitic, anti West commentary. And by the way, he's an atheist. He's not. Doesn't, doesn't. I'm. I'm putting this out there. He does not describe himself as a Muslim. He's just anti Jew and anti the West. You know who covered this brilliantly is actually Asimon Gold. Let's pull up that clip.
Bill O'Reilly
So Keir Starmer goes and makes a tweet. I'm delighted that Allah El Fatah is back in the UK and has been reunited with his loved ones who must be feeling profound relief. I want to pay tribute to Allah's family. They have worked and campaigned for this moment. Allah case has been a top priority. For my government since we came to office. I'm grateful for President Sisi for his decision to grant the pardon. So this is some comments that this retard has made. This is from allah. Dear international PhD student, by the way, I'm a racist. I don't like white people, so piss off. I hate white people. A blight on the earth they are. Good thing they are stopping breeding. We need to more of them. Don't worry where we are discussing. We will take over your town and your women. US terrorists tend to do that. The brilliant British dogs and monkeys think terrorists will reveal their plans on Twitter. There's one of them doing it right now. I'm telling you that I hate white people. Amazing that they've let this happen. The most treacherous government in history. They are siding with and importing people into your country that want to kill you and they're celebrating it on Twitter.
Jillian Michaels
Just for context, this isn't a comedian making the funny edgy tweet when he was a teenager. This is a 44 year old software developer born in Egypt who was imprisoned for his political activism and who was granted UK citizenship in 2022 while in prison. People across the political spectrum are understandably freaking out trying to figure out how the government would allow this after those tweets.
Bill O'Reilly
But I'll switch to something else advocating police hating white people assassination plot. Well, we got even more of these. So this is the person that the British government is going and congratulating itself for. I'm delighted that this person has arrived in UK and is with his family. His case has been a top priority for the government. They are importing people into your country that want to you. These people are evil. They are evil. Suicidal empathy at its peak. If I said what I wanted to say, I would get banned. So I would just agree with you.
Jillian Michaels
I actually saw this and I looked into who this guy was and he's like a radical, anti Semite, not a Muslim. He's an atheist as mentioned. I think it's very important to say that. And the fact that Keir Starmer and his government worked to get this guy out of jail in Egypt and bring him into the UK while simultaneously by the way, blocking people from coming into the country that have said anything against radical Islam is fricking mind boggling. The hypocrisy is mind boggling. Why would you not apply your same concern of spreading hatred against a minority in your country? Oh wait, because it's the Jews. Because he hates the Jews and he hates white people apparently. And your Police. Keir Starmer. This is why your party lost. This is why your party lost. And the only thing that I can hope and pray for is that any politicians who advocate for this kind of insanity here also get shown the door. Terrifying. Absolutely terrifying. All right, everybody, picture this. It's late at night, you're scrolling, and that perfect product hits your feed. You add to the cart. Fletcher
You know, Jillian, it's so funny that you bring up hypocrisy because we actually have another clip we want to show you guys. Can we jump right into it?
Anarchist Barron
I find it interesting that you don't talk about niac, the National Iranian American. I find it interesting you don't talk about the Council on American Islamic Relations. I find it interesting. You don't talk about the Jordanian Muslims, the Maruk family who also funded him. You don't talk about the Iranian Joe Keaney, who I hope I'm pronouncing his name correctly. I find it interesting that you're talking about how AIPAC has this ability to simply fund elections with any money they want. Yet Maureen Galindo, who said that American Zionists need to be put in internment camps, actually won her election yesterday. Chris Rabb, who said that the Bondi beach massacre, which killed ten Jews by an Islamist, including a nine year old girl, Matilda, he said it was a false flag. He won his election yesterday. So if AIPAC is, you know, buying any election they want, how they didn't buy those elections, why did they allow those candidates to win? So Again, if you want to focus on money, then sure. Thomas Massey also raised $15 million from Islamist groups, from far left Democrats. He went on your show repeatedly.
Jillian Michaels
Do you believe at all that our media is influenced by the pro Israel faction within this country?
Anarchist Barron
Well, as evident by the propaganda you spew each and every single day, no. Unfortunately, one of the hallmarks of having a liberty and a democracy is people can say stupid things. So when you talk about how 1% of our federal expenditures, which is foreign aid, is the reason why, you know, the Israel lobby had to take out Thomas Massie, you're referring to Americans. I don't like aipac. I don't support aipac. I'm not affiliated with a pac. But they are Americans. And if you want to make laws that forbid Americans from lobbying their government, then fine, I'm totally in support of that. But the problem I have with you, Anarchist Barron, is you ignore the fact that Thomas Massie took money from the national. You ready for this? American Iranian council. He took money from Jordanians. He took money from people outside of the United States.
Jillian Michaels
But wow. Yep, that's what I've been saying, just not as eloquently as this guy. Is that if you're going to be upset about something like foreign money in politics, apply it unilaterally. And apec, we all know this now, are American Jews who lobby on behalf of Israel, which is why they don't register in Farah. And, but, but, but, but, but he just showed you that this is happening on both sides. So apply your criticism and your outrage unilaterally. If it you off that Jewish people are doing it, it should also piss you off that Arab people are doing it and Russian people are doing it and Chinese people are doing it. That's the point. That is where you lose me in these arguments. That is so well said. Who is that kid? Who's that kid, Fletcher?
Fletcher
I'm not sure, but I will find
Jillian Michaels
out for me who. Wow. That. That kid articulated that brilliantly. And you know what? Just the other day I saw this post. I'm going to find it. We'll drop it in right here. And it was talking about all of the politicians and that were supported by AIPAC that Trump wanted to remove. Okay, so this was posted. I want to give credit to the accounts by Instagram account called Communism Survivor and she appears to have reposted an X account of a gentleman named Bad Ombre, which is pretty good. You think? I do you think Bad Mujere has taken Fletch? Hey, Bill O'Reilly here. Please check out my new interview series, We'll Do It Live. Each Thursday, I sit down with the most influential people in America. We're a no spin chat, no script. Anything could happen. You can find We'll Do it live on Bill O'Reilly.com YouTube or wherever you download your podcast. Okay, let me stop screwing around here. So he points out that Bill Cassidy received $536,000,000 from Pro Israel groups, never voted against aid to Israel, but Trump ended him. Thom Tillis received $405,000 from Pro Israel groups and never voted against aid to Israel. Trump ended him. John Cronin received over 2 million from pro Israel groups, never voted against aid to Israel. Trump endorsed his opponent. Liz Cheney was endorsed by aipac. She never voted against aid to Israel. Trump ended her. And I think that's so important to point out. I am so sick of discussing Israel. I don't understand. I don't how every single argument, every single political conversation always finds its way back to Israel. So I think that's my hope of what I'm trying to point out by showing you guys that post is that if AIPAC ran Trump, why would he end all of these candidates that they supported? If you're outraged about people lobbying our politicians in order to garner influence for foreign countries, agree. I'm with you. Just apply it unilaterally, have some integrity and apply your criticism to all parties who engage in the behavior that outrages you. If you're worried about hate speech, Keir Starmer, don't deny people who criticize radical Islam into your country, but then work your ass off to invite people who hate whites and Jews and cops and the list goes on. That is the part where you just absolutely lose me 100%.
Fletcher
All right, Julianne, we're going to jump topics a little bit, but thank God the connective tissue for this is, you know, more things to fear in our civilized society.
Jillian Michaels
No, Fletcher. Ugh. What do you got?
Fletcher
So we have a clip from Jennifer Welch. Guys, can we throw in SOT1?
Jillian Michaels
Oh, you're me today. You're have to go after these MAGA men. One example would be Jesse Waters. This man talks incessantly about masculinity. Joe Biden is not masculine because he sucks on soup. What kind of man sucks on a straw? He goes on and on and on. So much about the idealized man, and that's a part of fascism, this, you know, propelling this form of toxic masculinity. Why are you so obsessed with men, Jesse Waters? What's all that about, why are you so obsessed with trans people? Why are you thinking about genitals all the time? Kind of flip the script. You know what's crazy? Why are all of these progressives going after straight men, utilizing the insult that they're gay or implying that they're gay? Sam Cedar does this all the time and she does it as well. It's like, oh, why are you so obsessed with men? Like, what's the implication that he's gay? And you're implying that's a bad thing. You're trying to use it as an insult. The absolute, again, hypocrisy of you being an advocate for gays while using it essentially to insult a person who's conservative is just staggering to me. But for all of this woman's talk about progressive empathy, her rhetoric exposes the repulsive truth of modern resistance politics because it's always driven by a deep, visceral contempt for rural and working class Americans. Because when a movement's primary message consists of calling ordinary people fascists and idiots and deplorables on a comedy podcast, no less, it proves that you have zero interest in understanding the economic alienation, the wage stagnation, the institutional betrayal that drove these men away from the Democratic Party in the first place. And again, I'll point out the irony. This is a woman who punches down from a position of exorbitant economic privilege, white privilege, I might add. There was a clip very recently that I saw. We'll pop it in right here, of Scott Jennings talking about how very few men left in America are Democrats.
Fletch
Let's show that data on the favorability of American political parties. Democrats. Well, folks, they're down to close family members and people who are paid to be there. Just 20% of Americans approve of Democrats, and that includes just 16% of men. Is there a human male in your life who is an enthusiastic Democrat right now? 16%. Just shocking. Who are the male exemplars of the Democratic Party these days? Well, let's see. They have James Talarico in Texas, Senate candidate, a vegan who says there are six genders and that we have to solve the climate crisis by taking away the meat. They have Graham Platner in Maine, the unhinged radical, self described communist with a Nazi tattoo.
Jillian Michaels
Terrifying guy.
Fletch
He says he likes masturbating in public toilets. And today, oh, we found out that Platner has views on prostitution. He complained online about the closing of a loophole that allowed military contractors to save money on taxes by spending their time off, quote, these Are his words banging hookers in Thailand? Those are Platner's words. Platner, the candidate for Senate for the Democrats in Maine. Platner also Sundays today the US army is an awful organization and he disparaged soldiers as, quote, fat, lazy trash who would rather not be in uniform. These are just a couple of examples of the kinds of men who currently stand up for the Democratic Party in the United States of America. When Democrat males try to act normally, well, it comes out as contrived, over the top bullying from people like Hakeem Jeffries. Listen to this cut number six. As part of how we as House Democrats view this moment, either MAGA extremists are going to break the country or we're going to break them. And our goal is to break them. We will defeat them. We have to beat them electorally, and then we have to break their spirit because of the extremism that's being unleashed on the American people. That's completely and totally unacceptable.
Jillian Michaels
Yeah, I gotta admit, having come from California, I actually don't know any men in my life any more that identify as Democrats. They have all become independent. I even think, fact check this one fledge. I even think I recall Don Lemon saying that he's an independent. And it does not get more radical or less noble or altruistic or gentlemanly or chivalrous than Don Lemon, who regularly attacks women and the way that they look. This guy does all the time. And he doesn't even identify as a Democrat anymore. He's even not identifying as a Democrat anymore. And the most fascinating part of all of this is that I remember doing a segment on this thing that the Democrats did called SAM speaking to American men. And they were trying to study the ways that American men talk so they could win them back to the party. So instead of understanding them, seeking to understand them, and then suggest policy that might alleviate some of the struggles that they experience, they were trying to engage in a mimicry, if you will, of this is how they talk and this is what they wear and they swear, so everybody swear. There is nothing more insulting, I imagine, than that. But if you want to table the Sam thing, since I don't think that was exceptionally effective, what you could do is stop suggesting you're going to break them and their public enemy number one, that might help. That might help you win back some of the XY chromosome human beings in this country to your party. Just. Just a thought, just a suggestion. Every business is asking the same question. Fletcher
Yeah, let's go out on a positive note. And you know, speaking of, you know, the XY getting the XY chromosome back, here's some thoughts from, you know, the men sighed.
Unknown Poet/Guest
I'm waiting for the good guys to arrive. You know, like at the last second. We think we've all but lost. But then they appear on the horizon, Catch our enemies by surprise and win the day. Like when Luke and the rebels destroy the Death Star and prevail. They must be on the way. That moment's almost here. But there is this heavy fear I've been trying to ignore that the age of heroes is no longer. They're not coming anymore because we corrupted to the point where both sides of the bad guys in the way. Vader versus Maul Is there any good left at all? A final Jedi or a knight? A forgotten king with unclaimed right? A mother goddess to unite, turn the tide and win the day. Save us all from the darkness we create. But maybe it's just, just us rather than waiting to be saved. Maybe we're the ones who point the way. Stop the bad guys, save the world, Fight the good fight and fix the hurt. Because the good guys need to come and if we can't see them, then maybe we become despite the fear we arise and appear on the near horizon.
Jillian Michaels
Oh, that was beautiful. Who is that? Kid. We should definitely give him credit. What is his name?
Fletcher
I'll def. I'll add his credits in stuff in there.
Jillian Michaels
You know what's funny is how timely that is, that choice that you made. I was. I was with a friend who colors my hair the other day, and he and I were just talking about. He's farther to the left than me, but more of a centrist. And he was talking about how there are just no more heroes. Wanting a hero to rise, wanting that unifying voice to bring us together, somebody that can cut through all of this noise and all of this hatred. And when those voices come up, you know, it's like once in a generation. It really is. It's like once in a generation. And they pay the ultimate price. We expect them. Them to take it all on the chin, them to take all the risk, them to put their lives on the line. Quite literally put their lives on the line. But he makes such a great point. If we could all be a little bit braver, a little more courageous, stand in our truth, and we do it together. There are strength in numbers. And I would ask people to go after bad ideas. I punch up a lot. Don Lemon is a punch up to me. Jennifer Welsh is a punch up to me. But I try not. And I'm not saying I'm doing this right, but I would ask that maybe we refrained from ad hominem attacks, that we go after bad ideas and we work to see the humanity in the other side. Because I stand by the thesis that most of us want the same thing. We just have different ideas on how to get there. And part of that reason is because all of this propaganda puts us in echo chambers and tells us that the other side are enemies. And they're not. They're not at all. That is a beautiful way to send everybody off into the weekend. All right, guys, if you're liking the show, I'm gonna pander. Can you please, like, share, comment, and subscribe? It helps us a ton with the algorithm. And until the next show, take good care of yourselves and have a wonderful weekend. Thank you so much for watching. Episode: The War on "MAGA Men”, Antisemitism Explodes, Kier Starmer Scandal
Date: May 29, 2026
Host: Jillian Michaels
Co-host/Producer: Fletcher
This episode of "Keeping It Real" dives into the alarming rise of antisemitism in North America and abroad, critiques hypocrisy across political divides, and explores the targeting of "MAGA Men" and masculinity in American politics. Jillian Michaels, known for her trademark candor, tackles these heated issues with a focus on media narratives, the consequences of ideological echo chambers, and the urgent need for principled, nuanced debate. Co-host Fletcher joins to present viral clips, data, and perspectives, while Jillian reacts, contextualizes, and issues passionate calls for integrity and courage in public life.
Fletch introduces recent viral clips showing protestors in Philadelphia and outside a Jewish restaurant (Goldie) singling out Jewish Americans, as well as striking footage from Toronto of a mannequin dressed as a Jew being hung in effigy.
"This isn't Tehran. It's not Kabul. This is a left wing protest in Philadelphia. Charge every single one of these fools with treason... If you are a self-declared enemy of the United States, you should not be standing on the very soil that's been secured by the blood of the service members whose deaths you're cheering for."
Jillian’s Reflections:
Memorable Moment:
"We've moved so far out of criticism of Netanyahu and [Israeli politics]... They're going after Jewish business owners in America... What does this have to do with your feelings on Netanyahu's politics?"
Data Context:
"I just am not, I will not at all sideline this conversation anymore... There are 14 million Jews left in the world... They've been hunted practically to extinction."
Discusses the UK Labour government's role in securing the release and relocation of Alaa Abd El-Fattah (an activist with a documented history of antisemitic and anti-Western rhetoric) to the UK.
[12:28] Bill O’Reilly (clip):
Jillian highlights Starmer's government hypocrisy: welcoming in extreme anti-Jewish voices while excluding critics of radical Islam.
[14:30] Jillian Michaels:
"Keir Starmer and his government worked to get this guy out of jail in Egypt and bring him into the UK while... blocking people who've said anything against radical Islam... The hypocrisy is mind-boggling."
Fletcher plays a viral clip highlighting how both pro-Israel groups (AIPAC) and pro-Arab/Islamist organizations lobby extensively, but only the former is typically demonized.
[17:47] Jillian Michaels:
"If you're going to be upset about something like foreign money in politics, apply it unilaterally. AIPAC... are American Jews lobbying on behalf of Israel... but he just showed you this is happening on both sides."
Jillian laments the endless focus on Israel in American punditry, questioning the narrative that AIPAC controls conservative politics by citing examples where Trump actively undermined their preferred candidates.
[21:17] Jillian Michaels:
"If AIPAC ran Trump, why would he end all these candidates that they supported? If you're outraged about people lobbying... agree. I'm with you. Just apply it unilaterally."
Discussion of a clip featuring progressive commentator Jennifer Welch criticizing Fox host Jesse Watters and "toxic masculinity," then noting the progressive tendency to insult conservative men by implying they are secretly gay.
Jillian calls out the hypocrisy—using “gay” as an insult while claiming to champion gay rights—and deeper contempt for rural/working-class men.
[23:14] Jillian Michaels:
"The absolute, again, hypocrisy of you being an advocate for gays while using [‘gay’] essentially to insult a person who's conservative is just staggering to me."
