In my previous episodes, we spend a lot of time talking about being present, being mindfully self-aware, recognizing our habitual patterns, and providing opportunities for delving in to connect with our deeper selves. The underlying idea behind having present moment awareness and living outside of autopilot is summed up beautifully with this quote: “Don’t live the same year 75 times and call it a life.”- Robin Sharma (Author of the 5 am club).
