Michaela spiritual family. Welcome to know your aura with mystic Michaela. Today I am talking about the throat chakra repression. I am seeing collectively how that affects us and how it shows up in physical ailments as well as spiritual ones. But first. Hey, Scotty.
A
Hey, guys.
B
I. All right. So I guess this kind of started in a bunch of ways, but one of the ways it started was poor Scotty had a root canal.
A
Yeah.
B
And he can't talk. It's hard to talk to really great poor Scotty. So I guess around here, when anyone has an ailment.
A
Yes.
B
We're always like, you know, what's spiritually wrong with you?
A
The first thing she asks is, what number tooth is it?
B
What number tooth is that?
A
I think it was, what number six.
B
It's tooth number six.
A
Yeah. And then, of course, she looks up. Mr. McHale looks up. What does it mean if, you know, tooth number six hurts you?
B
Yes. So, yeah. So teeth are ruled. And we're going to get into this in a much more, like, different way today. But teeth are ruled by your throat chakra. So communication. And every tooth. This is a great chart, and I'll put it up on the page, because I think this is really interesting. Every tooth has kind of like, I don't know, a meaning to it. So yours was tooth number six. It was like, the upper. Your right canine, and that one's change, growth, and transformation. So honestly, it seems like that's a good tooth. If you're gonna need a root canal, like, that's a good tooth one. Well, yeah, maybe that means good things.
A
Cause, you know, I was sitting in the dentist's office for two and a half hours having them work in my mouth. But at least at the end, I
B
get that Maybe that's like, a positive thing. Like, you're changing. You're. You have growth coming. There's transformation, and, like, you know, your body's responding to that, and I see that in your life personally. Like, to me, I feel like you're trying to. You totally just rewired your whole brain when you did the Ticketmaster the other day. And then this tooth problem happened after that. So we could blame it on just how you conquered Ticketmaster and you did things differently. You're growing and changing and transforming.
A
I guess so. I mean, maybe I'm a little less scared of the dentist now because I was there so long.
B
Yeah.
A
It's like I lived there.
B
Well, anytime Scotty at the dentist. Well, they all know, like, this is the thing. Like, he's. He comes in and he's like a six year old, you know, all blue.
A
Probably all blue.
B
They're all blue. And they're all like, scotty.
A
No, I'm all blue.
B
I mean, yeah, you're all blue. Yeah. And you're like, scott. And you walk in because I usually don't go with you, but I came with you because of the root canal. And they'll of course know you. Yeah. And you walk in, you're like dragging your feet and they're like, scotty, come here. You're gonna be okay. Come on. You know, and everybody's just fawning over you like you're a six year old
A
boy in the middle of it. They all like, like. I had like a little break part. They all came in, like hugged me.
B
They did. They hugged you while you were in the chair. I know, they. They really, really care about you. They send me texts just about you on your file. Somebody showed me your file.
A
Really?
B
It says TLC written on it. Tender loving care. Oh my God. Note, like, give this. Give this guy a little extra. Wow. But they're real nice to you. No one, no one gets better treatment than Scott at the dentist. Cuz everyone feels bad for you. Cuz you get so scared. And your mom told me when you were a kid you used to try to, what, bite the dentist? Kick the dentist.
A
You know, and I've talked about this before, it's a little hard for me to talk to.
B
I know. You can't talk.
A
It's like a control thing. I just cannot have people in my mouth.
B
Right. Well, it's a common thing to be nervous about going to the dentist.
A
All right, so basically what you're saying is I went through the two and a half hours of torture, but spiritually this is good for me.
B
I think it's good. I think it means good. I think you've gone through it. You know, your throat chakra, you know, the energy is kind of powerful and it might have hit a tooth on the way out. You know, I'm gonna put this up. This isn't my. These aren't my explanations. It's like this graph I got from a homeless stick.
A
You have one bad tooth.
B
Oh, my tooth number two.
A
What number two is yours?
B
My tooth number two is. Is that what. Yeah, yeah, it's a upper right molar. Yeah, tooth number two. And that one, it's crazy because, like, I've only had one problem with one tooth my entire life, and it's tooth number two. And that one is relationships. It controls relationships, okay? And when I look back, there's three major times in my life that I've had an issue with that tooth. And every single time has been, I guess, a portion of my life where I was going through something really significant with a relationship in my life. Not necessarily the same relationship, but a relationship in my life that was like. You kind of look back and they're like, okay, these are, these are like earmarked life events. And then my tooth, that was the tooth that bugged me.
A
Okay.
B
Like the first time when I was maybe like 16, it was like killing me. And I was going through like stupid boyfriend stuff at the time in high school. And then like the second time it got me is when I broke it. I was. I had just met you, which was crazy. So I just met you. I was. And I. It just broke off. It like fell apart. And then I guess the most recent time I was going through something, it's like a family situation. So I wasn't using my voice at that time for sure. So. So it's crazy when you look back and yeah, I gotta put this up. Cause you guys are gonna just have fun with this one.
A
So if we assign. So I wonder about this. Our teeth.
B
Yeah.
A
So your tooth two might be a purple indigo and my tooth six might be a red blue.
B
I think so. Yeah.
A
And maybe your two and my six fell in love or something.
B
Yes, sure. That's a good way to put it. Okay. All right, when we come back, I'm going to get into about the throat chakra repression I'm seeing collectively and the physical ailments that can come from that. Hey, Scotty.
A

Throat chakra imbalance? Let me tell you how this all started. I'm in the midst of doing one of my workshops. It's called the what's my Aura Part 2 workshop. And in this workshop we go through all the transformation that your aura gives you throughout different times in your life. And so the first picture I ask all the participants to put on the dedicated thread in there is a photo you take of yourself right now just for this purpose. Like right now, it's like your present snapshot aura. And for each person, I get in there and I give you a little description of what your aura looks like right now. So it's very detailed. And I noticed because I haven't done this workshop in a while. And I noticed as I'm going through the participants, I'm using different vocab way more, way differently than I used in the past. So a lot of the auras are looking dark and layered and deep and big. And I'm noticing these are all the empath aura colors. So these are your indigos and your blues and your turquoises and your purples. They're looking saturated. And I notice if anybody has a logicolor, the Logicolors are looking more glassy or transparent or protective. So that's kind of like their logic. Auras are on alert. They're creating boundaries. They are observing without always participating, but very self aware. And one of the participants in the workshop actually said like, hey, have you noticed that this seemed like there's a pattern in all of our aura descriptions that feels like a heaviness and they asked, can this be caused by what's going on around us in society? And I said, absolutely. So this phenomenon just, like, blew my mind. I read all of you individually in readings, but I guess just to have a bunch of you at once and noticing that pattern. There is a lot going on, and we are affected by it. And sometimes there's no solution to these things. There's just validation. You are affected by what is going on in the news and the media and society around us right now. It is very heavy and it is a lot. And I said this over on my substack, and I've said this here and there. You might have caught me saying it. But if you find yourself exhausted and fatigued and laden with many thoughts and feeling even a little hopeless, what it means is you're an alert member of the collective. You're noticing. That's all it means. It means that you're noticing. And if you're noticing, it means that you're in it. And it means that you're here and you're participating actively. And it also means that you can be a light. It does mean that you are a beacon of lightworking for other people, meaning you can have some sort of participation, even if you're feeling exhausted. And I'll get back to that later on as I talk. But I guess my question is, what isn't being said? What are we repressing? Everyone's holding feelings collectively that we cannot always give voice to for all sorts of reasons. And how does that affect you spiritually? And how does the body react? So episodes of this podcast, episodes 268 and episodes 95, I talk about auras and health and energetic repression. And health and how that shows up in the aura because, you know, energy and the body, they're one and the same. Your Auric body is a body, just like your physical body is a body. It just so happens that the Auric body, you know, your spiritual body, is one that society says like, doesn't exist. So we tend not to pay a lot of attention to it unless you're over here on the, know, your aura side of things. And here's the thing, like, your spiritual body is your first line of defense. So if you're not taking care of that, guess what starts talking. Your physical body. We don't like when our physical body starts talking to us too much, because how your physical body will talk to you is with physical ailments. Hence what we're going to talk about with throat chakra repression today. But when when our body does talk to us, it is always good to listen to it. Obviously, you know me by now. I always say, please go to the doctor. I am not a medical professional. This today is just the energetic scope of it. And I feel like two things can be true. You can have a medical diagnosis that is physical and is diagnosable and needs to be treated it with medication and therapies, of course. And then you can also look at the spiritual side of it, too, and think about, ooh, what's the shadow work there? Or what aren't I paying attention to? Or what do I need to change? And that's a spiritual component. And they can work together to give ourselves, all of us, health in the best way we possibly can. So, again, two things can be true. Real quick with the throat chakra, before I get into it. So the throat chakra is known as the vishuda. And if I say that wrong, I do apologize. In Sanskrit, it is the fifth chakra in the traditional system of energy centers within the body, and it's located at the base of your throat. And if you ever see this chakra represented it, it is represented by a blue lotus with 16 petals. I find that empath auras. So it's your indigo, purple, turquoise blue. And those of you who lead with that energy color, which is probably 99.9% of you listening right now, you lead with your empath aura. All of you have one of those colors and possibly two. You can have a hard time with the throat chakra just because of the hesitation to speak. Just the hesitation to speak, you know, like, you don't want to upset others. Sometimes you don't even want to speak to yourself, what you feel because you've just said, what's the point? You've shrugged off your own feelings so much in life because of a pattern of nobody noticing or it's not real, or other people don't care. So you. You don't speak to yourself. The truth sometimes about how you feel, or maybe you don't want to speak because it's inconvenient. You know, it's going to get you in trouble at work, or it's going to cause a rift in a relationship with someone you care about. This isn't just for the times, you know, this isn't just for, like, what's going on around us right now. This can just be. Even if you just have a beef with someone, you may be used to repressing your. Your voice. And I noticed that empath auras typically just all the Time. That is just the point of contention. You versus your energy center with your throat chakra speaking when you need to. It's hard. It's hard when you can feel other people's feelings as your own. Because sometimes when you voice an issue you have, not only now are you feeling your feelings, you're feeling their feelings as they react to your feelings. So now you're kind of like feeling it twice. And that's not fun. So I must validate that because it's not. And that is why we shut up and put up a lot the empath auras when you lead with it. But there is a need to do it sometimes for your own health and wellness. And that's what's going on. Because in this day and age, with all the access to social media, we have more opportunities than ever to speak out and listen to what other people are saying. And too. And therefore you have more opportunities to be repressed and you have more opportunities to not speak out. So it's kind of a catch 22. With all this information comes all these opportunities and more of these opportunities not to say anything and all these more opportunities to feel repressed. So what happens when we want to say something but we don't? What is the cost? Well, let's talk about it with throat chakra stuff because I do feel that this is the cost with all of us collectively. So the throat chakra governs four things. First, one is communication. That's the most obvious. This is your verbal expression just saying how you feel or what you want or what's bugging you. But guess what? The throat chakra also covers non verbal forms of expression like your body language or your art or what you write or what you're listening to. When it's balanced, you hold no fear or hesitation in articulating any thoughts or feelings, not only with your words, but with your body language. Let me ask you, how many times have you been in a situation where you're very uncomfortable around somebody, but you open up your body in a way that you look submissive or you fight that need to cross your arms and you open up your arms and you want to make them feel comfortable and happy and safe with you? Even if you know that these people are scummy to you or this isn't somebody you want to be around, especially if you're a woman, this is something that's programmed into you be somebody who makes other people feel comfortable. So that's a throat chakra repression right there. Also things like writing. Maybe you're constantly Censoring your writing, you're censoring your art, you're censoring what you want to say. All these things you know, as you're writing something and then you're like, oh, how are they going to read that? How are they going to read that? How are they going to read that? It's more than just an email in the office. Sometimes it's just writing something online or writing something for yourself for your own journaling. Where are you not letting yourself be free? Where are you scared to write something down in your own personal journalings? I encourage you. Write like no one's gonna read it. Write like, don't like start there. Write like no one's gonna read it for yourself. The second thing that it control the throat chakra controls is your or governs is your self expression. So that's just sharing your feelings and your creativity and your individuality. So when you have a healthy throat chakra, you show your true self without fear or judgment or rejection. How many times have you molded yourself to be the type of person that fits into the office or the friend group or the occasion or the family role? These things also can really constrict your throat chakra expression. For the next one I'm going to talk about I find it hard, I'm going to talk about listening because that's another thing that the throat chakra controls. And this one is I find harder for logic auras to do the listening component. You know, meet people who lead with their logic colors like the red, the yellow and the green. So if you lead with these colors, I find listening a little bit tougher sometimes or if you lead with your empath colors but you have a victimization of it. So that's when I talk about you should too are victim blue. So let's talk about listening. So it is an often overlooked aspect of communication, but it's listening. And listening is governed by the throat chakra and one can express themselves fully without also being an attentive listener. The throat chakra encourages active listening so that you can have deeper connections with others and you understand them. You can reply more thoughtfully. Problem is is there's a lot of awful things to listen to right now. Like really like people saying things that are so upsetting to you so deeply, just like just shocking or how could you be like that? Or how could you not have that compassion? What is that? It hurts. It hurts sometimes to listen. It's very possible that you are being affected by that and because of that you are feeling too sensitive to Always listen or you know that you'll react too emotionally to others viewpoints. So you're avoiding being reactive by avoiding listening some of this stuff. I'm not saying there's solutions to this by the way, at all. I'm saying some of this is just called self preservation at this point. When I talk about the collective situation in this. If we make it a little bit more personal, think about in your life and your relationships with people. When a friendship or a parent or a sibling or someone you're close to, do you avoid listening to them because of these things? Is there somewhere you can work on the listening aspect where you aren't hurting your own boundaries? Or it is something that you can challenge yourself with listening to them a little bit more to make the relationship more back and forth. But another one that can. This one can really affect people with listening if they have the victim blue thing or the you should too blue thing, which I'm seeing way too much of in our society right now. Victim blue. I've talked about it on here. It's kind of my way of describing when somebody else's feelings like upset somebody's feelings and everything's like a victimization. Like these people are sensitive to a fault. Like your feelings, your authenticity, your choices in life that do not affect them or hurt them, actually cause them like pain. How could you, you know, very victimized all the time. You should too. Blue, which I just did an episode about a few, a few weeks ago, is a type of person that's like, well, if I went through something everybody else should too, that their pain is a blue point. I'm sorry, Their pain is a blueprint for everyone else to live their life. And these are very unhealthy ways of approaching life. So these people don't want to hear what you have to say because it doesn't fit with their own way of seeing things. So these people, and they're all out there and they're in your family and you know them like the. And they're online and these are the people you're like, oh, you know, they're not listening because they don't want to go through the work of soulfully evolving enough to change the way they see things. It invalidates their perspective or it invalidates their experience in some way. A lot of shadow work needs to be done and they're not doing it. And then some people don't want to hear what other people have to say simply because they think that they're smarter than everyone else. They think that they, their Viewpoints are more important. This is like the I told you so yellow. I mean, by the way, these aren't. How do I put this? Auras aren't excuses, but they can't explain behavior. Auras aren't the problems. Intention is the problem. Okay? It's not like all these colors do the same thing. We're all individual. And this is just like my extreme generalizations. But some people just don't want to hear it because they're like, well, I'm right and you're wrong, and they really believe that. They really, really do. And when you lead with your empath aura, you have a tendency to be a better listener in a lot of ways, because you're like, well, let me just see where they're coming from. You've spent your whole life seeing where everyone's coming from. And if it's bothering you now, it's because when people come from a place where they're not giving the same compass passion that you always give, does that make sense? I hope so. Authenticity. Last one that the throat chakra governs. So at its core, and this is kind of like the whole thing with the throat chakra. The throat chakra embodies authenticity. So when this energy center is balanced, you can express your beliefs and values honestly while remaining respectful of other people's views. So, you know, have you ever noticed that you have no problem with everybody else's, like, authentic expression as long as it's, like, consensual and. And doesn't hurt anyone? Have you ever noticed that about yourself? But then you notice, like, other people reject that. That is an authenticity issue in the throat chakra. But authenticity is also something that you might be censoring in yourself because, you know, people are like that. So are you censoring yourself to fit other people's, like, as a. As you lead with your empath aura, it is a psychic gift to be able to know what other people expect from you and know what their limitations are and know what triggers them. Are you editing and deleting your own authenticity in order to not trigger others? Because that's a huge throat tracker issue. If you are, we've all done it. Some people do it more than others. Some people have to work on it in different areas and expressions. Here's my thing for you. If this is something that resonates, authenticity is in your control. Showing up as yourself has nothing to do with other how others receive it. I'm going to say that again. Authenticity has nothing to do with how others will receive it. If you Are yourself. You are being authentic. It is not dependent on other people applauding for that, saying they believe it or validating you. It's just not dependent on other people's reactions or acceptance. So let's talk about the goal. The goal is we need to collectively balance our chakras, people. We have to do it in the best way we can. And back to the. At the beginning, when I said if you are exhausted, if you are fatigued, if you are stressed out, if this is getting to a point of heaviness, it just means that you are an alert member of the collective. So I applaud you, I give you a big hug, I send you all my love. And just so you know, a lot of us are in it together. And the 3D world wants to make you feel like you're alone. You're not. There's a community of people who are all feeling the same thing. You are not alone. And we have love. So this is what we have to do to stay that nice, bright beacon of light for others who need to find us. And that is, we need to practice a balanced throat chakra. It's way easier to start with yourself. That is first step. And then you can move out to other people and expressing it in a more public way. Okay, so first things first. Clear and effective communication with yourself. How do you feel? You know, like, really, how do you feel? We are not, you know, happy is not necessary. You can say, I feel bummed today. I feel exhausted. I feel disillusioned. I feel. It's okay. Whatever you feel, be real about it. That is a bright light. It is not dependent on how happy your feelings are. It is dependent on how real you are feeling about yourself. So clear and effective communication to yourself about how you feel. A strong self of self. A strong sense of self confidence in yourself too. Like, I. It's just kind of. I'll just role model this for you. It's like I realize that out there this is all going on, but in the stasis of me and myself, I know who I am, how I stand, how I feel, and what feels right to me. Okay, so it's just kind of talking to yourself, creating that stasis within yourself of balance and truth and communication with yourself. Another sign of a balanced throat chakra is the ability to ask for what you need. Let's start with ourselves. I need a nap. I need to take a mental health day. I need to avoid that person at the water cooler at work. I need to let that call go straight to voicemail what do you need? Just tell yourself, this is what I need, and listen to yourself and honor that you are speaking it and you are hearing it in yourself. That's great throat chakra stuff. A talent for listening actively is another. Is another part of having a balanced throat chakra. You can hear it, okay? If somebody says something to you, you can sit there and you can be like, I hear it. Because just because I hear it doesn't mean it's going to disrupt my own sense of peaceful stasis. Back to the self confidence thing. This is who I am. This is what I believe. This is what I stand for. I am a bright light in the darkness. I have compassion and empathy and will find the strength in me when they find the strength in them. And then if you hear opposite, if you hear other things, you're gonna be okay. And that's gonna help you listen actively to others. It's also gonna help you keep those ears open to your own feelings and sense of self articulation of your feelings through various forms of expression. I mean, you gotta write to yourself, you gotta sing, you gotta decorate your office the way you want it to look. You have to make. You got to buy the fun comforter for your bed that, you know, whatever it is, like, you express yourself artistically, creatively. You make your spaces your own. It is not through the filter of what other people see or think or are triggered by what is make. What makes you what is true to you is kind of the filter it always goes through. Here's the thing. This isn't an overnight moment where we're suddenly like, super authentic to ourself. This is something that you can at least acknowledge. I tell that to people all the time. It's like, you know, you can at least sit there and be like, I don't want to do this, but I am doing it because I have to. All right, but at least sit in the discomfort of, but I don't want to, or this is something that I am not comfortable with, but for the job, I guess I have to do it. Like, at least sit there in that moment and know that this isn't you. But you have to do it at this time to keep fitting in over time. It's uncomfortable. And a lot of our egos don't like us to do it. Our egos like, like us to think that everything that we do, we agree with all the time. And our own egos will spiritually bypass our feelings so that we stay the same and just become like, numb members of the society. And just keep robotically doing everything. It's okay to, it's okay to know you don't want to do something and do it anyways. What's going to happen is you'll be uncomfortable long enough that one day you'll be like, you know what? I'm more uncomfortable doing it than, you know what saying it. And then, and then it'll flip flop eventually. And then an alignment between your thoughts, words and actions is the final part of having that balanced throat chakra, which means that what you think, what you say and what you do are all in alignment. They all agree. They all agree. And that takes time. But we can get there and we have to do it for ourselves so that we can get stronger as a collective, so that we can help our chakra balancing imbalance throat chakra stuff. And this is what a lot of us are experiencing. You know, we are seeing people with overactive or imbalanced throat chakras. So you can have an underactive one, which I feel like a lot of us have, the one where it's kind of like we're just silent all the time. And then you can have an overactive one too. That's where you don't shut up. Okay, the people that don't shut up, these are the ones. And I say it to myself, so I'll just say it to you. I'm telling you right now. It's not that there's more of these types of people. They're just louder. So they, you think there's more of them, but they're not. They're just really, really loud. So each voice sounds like 20, but it's really, it's really, they're just loud. So these people just like excessively talk or dominate conversations. I mean, you know, these people, you know, these people in your life, you know, they interrupt, they don't listen, they're really loud and aggressive. If you don't agree with them, they, they get very upset with you. They can express hurtful truths, like you don't blow the belt stuff, like you didn't have to say it that way. You know, just trying to cut you down. Argumentative people. But us with the underactive throat chakra stuff, I mean, this is where we're at. And so when you're underactive because you're like repressing it, and, and it's like you have this difficulty expressing your thoughts and feelings, you may not even know how you feel. So back to the practicing for ourselves. Like the practicing, how do I feel? Could be right there. A huge spiritual awakening for you. Like, oh, my God, I hate my job. Like, hold on. I don't even like this friend. Why do I constantly meet her on Tuesdays for coffee? I can't stand her. Like, you might suddenly realized, like, wait a second. I never really checked in with how I'm feeling, just how I should feel or how somebody else feels about me, you know? So another thing, you might have this, like, shyness or social anxiety when you have an underactive throat chakra. That means that you're avoiding being around people simply because you don't want to be triggered by them, or, you know, you'll get repressed, or, you know, you won't know what to say, or, you know, you'll be around stuff that you can't call out, so you just avoid it. Which is, you know, fair. It's fair, but it's also. It can be limiting. You can have tendencies towards dishonesty or withholding. You can. Which is like, people pleasing. Like, oh, yeah, I think that's great. You're great. You know, you're buddying up to the meanest person in the room because it's survival in that social situation. So you notice the places you betray yourself for the need to fit in, which is honestly very human. A lot of this, you have to. In order to get through it, you have to pat yourself on the back and give yourself a big hug. Remember in kindergarten class, they used to say, give yourself a hug. I want you to give yourself a hug. And I want you to say, you know what? It's okay. I was just surviving. You know, this is very human, that need to be part of a group, okay? It's just hammered into our caveman brains, all right? So it's okay. It's a lot to fight against. So I don't want you getting hard on yourself, but notice where you're doing it. Notice where you're betraying yourself. And then finally, and this is where we started the episode today, physical symptoms. And this is where we do not want the throat chakra oppression to show up too much in, because that's some problems, that is some inconveniences we do not have time for. Do you suffer a lot with sore throats? You know, I've said this before. I used to get strep throat constantly as a kid. Like, way too much. Maybe tonsillitis, maybe laryngitis. Maybe just constant. Just aggravation, coughs, stress. You know, it's like allergies, but constant back there. What is that? And of course, again, all these things are. Can be real, medically diagnosed things, but all what is the spiritual component is my question. Do you feel dizzy a lot? Detached from your head? Okay. Do you feel detached from your body? Like, what is going on? My head feels like it's floating away from my body. That's some throat chakra stuff. Do your ears hurt? Ear aches, eardrum issues, loss of hearing, ear wax buildup. What aren't you trying to hear? What are your ears making sure you don't listen to? Sinus troubles in general, like nose sinus, sinus headaches, teeth, teeth, teeth, teeth. What aren't we speaking? What truth aren't we talking about? Thyroid. Thyroid imbalance, hormone imbalance, metabolic imbalance. Through that, fatigue in general. And asthma. Asthma problems. Or if you already have asthma, you know, flare ups, things of that nature. What do we do? What do we do? Well, you're here, and like I said, you're an alert member of the collective, so you're doing a great job. All right? We can acknowledge that we may not have a solution, and that's okay. We need to validate that not everything requires an answer, but is still kind of a problem, and that's okay, too. I feel like our solution is getting ourselves strong. Getting ourselves strong so that collectively we find each other, we know each other, and we are that bright light for one another. You can sit in the discomfort of knowing that you aren't expressing yourself all the time, but also know that you may not have a ton of context where it's safe or possible, and that's okay. Make it safe and possible in yourself first, and then we go from there. All right. Also, there's some exercises that. I mean, I personally do one. I will put on my music and sing really loud to it. Like 16 years old, super loud scream. You know, I'm. I'm a child of the 90s, so scream your Alanis Morissette along with me. Like, that's kind of like it. Just. Just get it out. Kind of helps that vocal expression, you know, neck exercises, which I didn't even get into neck. If you have neck problems, that's like, who are you trying to be? A good girl or a good boy? For who are you pleasing? So maybe a lot of neck rotations, neck stretches throughout the day, whatnot. Read your texts out loud, the ones that upset you. I feel like if we shine our light on things that really upset us, like maybe if you have somebody who texts you and they're. They're often like the ones that aggravate the Throat chakra. Like, oh, here they go again. And I can't say what I want back. You know, read it out loud. Kind of takes away its power. Sometimes I'll read texts. I get like this. Like, I'm reading a play, you know, so that uncomfortable person in your life who triggers you and sends you a really triggering text, you're like, huh, I'm gonna read this like a play. Act one, scene 482. You know, text from this difficult person in my life. Reads. It just. It's funny, but it also shines a light on it. Takes away its power. Have a dialogue with your inner child. I do this a lot. I talk to little Megan all the time. Hey, little Megan, it's okay. You didn't know what to say in that context when they mentioned that people shouldn't have rights just because they live on one side of a line and you live on the other side. Like, you know, I know that really upset you and it shocked you and it made you really sad inside, and I know you want to cry, and you didn't know what to say, so you just kind of choked up and sat there and. It's okay. We can talk about it now. I love you. You know, like, you have to talk to yourself with care and concern and compassion. Another thing I'll do sometimes is I'll listen to my HC frequencies or my spiritual trap music playlist, which I highly recommend. I have it. I always say it's. It's on Spotify. Search up the mystic Michaela, MM's favorite spiritual music. I'm not verified on there. You just gotta find it. I love it, and it's my gift to you. Just play it. I want to hear how you're coping, what you think about this collective throat chakra repression. What are your solutions? What are your advice? What can we do for each other? Let's go talk about it on the Mystic Michaela spiritual family Facebook page. And as you know, this podcast is for you and about you, and I'm so glad you spent some time with us today.
