Deep in a cosy cave in sleepy forest rested a family of bears, the sweet bears, all prepared to cuddle up together for bed under fluffy blankets. While the mother and father were out exploring the forest at night, the oldest of the children took care of the others. Her name was Lana. Lana was the oldest sibling and she had four younger brothers and sisters. They were called Bucky Cleo Luella, and Theodore. Lana was a very nurturing big sister.

And she had a magical way of.
Narrator
Soothing her siblings to sleep. Each evening she would sing them her famous lullaby that was guaranteed to make the young cubs drift off into a dream. On this particular night, the four cubs cuddled up as usual and Lana prepared to serenade them into a slumber. The cubs were already quite drowsy after a busy day of foraging for berries and playing rough and tumble together. It surely wouldn't be long until the cave was silent except for the sounds of their sweet, blissful snoring. Theodore, the youngest of the cubs, yawned as he curled up next to his sister Cleo and asked Lana, do you dream every night when you go to sleep? Hmm, Lana thought. She hadn't ever really considered it much, but she supposed she did dream most nights. What do you dream about? Theodore questioned sweetly. Lana smiled and replied that she often dreamt about going on adventures with her adorable siblings, and sometimes she even dreamt about singing on a theatre stage in front of an audience. That sort of dream was always, always fun. Little Luella sighed and admitted, I wish I dreamed about things like that. I don't think I ever dream. At least I never remember my dreams when I wake up. Theodore was surprised. Do you really not dream ever? He asked. That's so sad. I love dreaming. Bucky rolled over and faced his siblings. Confessing that he always tried to choose his dreams before he went to sleep, he told them, I imagine the kind of dream I want before I fall asleep. Every night I picture it all happening inside my head and then eventually, when I do fall asleep, I hope that the dream will continue the plot. Wow, that's a good idea. Does it work? Cleo asked. Bucky shrugged his shoulders and responded, sometimes, but not always. It's a fun way to fall asleep, at least. Theodore laid back with his fuzzy arms behind his head and gazed at the cave ceiling with a sigh. I wish there was a way I could choose the dream I have tonight, he said. I have the perfect plot in mind.
