And there's another thing to have even value on human lives. There's nothing that will bring you greater joy than sticking with your core beliefs. That does not, or that do not deviate from the topology, if you want, okay? Those are intrinsic truths that human beings must have to develop. Many people deviate from that in their quest to look for money. You cannot sacrifice our people to get money and think that you'll be fulfilled. It doesn't work. So if you even see nations that sacrifice human beings for their wealth, you see the consequences. You see the guns, you see the knives, you see everything because they deviated from the core, which is human value. So everything that you do, if it will sacrifice human value, you don't need it. Eventually when you steal from the other one, you are actually stealing from yourself. It's called, these are principles, eternal principles that you abide with. And once you have them, then you don't need to steal from the shop, just go. Gradually you'll get there and you'll be as happy as anybody you know. So these are called, these are, these are principles of wealth creation. Because the essence value is the human. The treasure on earth is in humans. So if you destroy another human, you're destroying the treasure. And there's no treasure than inner joy and peace. And these things, these core things we have to teach our people so that they can have self value. That the fact that you have completed school and you don't Have a job here does not mean there's nothing here. Just develop those things. Develop them. And the thing about it is that if you don't develop them, you can go anywhere. We have seen a lot of Ghanaians move everywhere and they want to come back. There's equal measure of Ghanaians who want to come back, those who want to. Many of them who have lived 20, 30 years abroad, they are finding every way, many of them. I'm telling you because you can't deviate from the core truth. Success is really changing lives. And this is not just saying these are principles. You see, the things that we teach, we are not talking about motivation. We are talking about systems design, systems that will bring you results. The history that I talk about, this is part of the system. It's a core foundational system that you cannot have proper success in anything if you don't know who you are and where you come from. It's part of the system, you know. So the things that we teach about finance, these are systems. Entrepreneurship is a system. I'm not coming to tell you that not everybody is born an entrepreneur. I won't say that. The guy has completely invested five years. Now he's at home. There's a land at his village, he can start cassava farm. You're telling him that you can be an entrepreneur. What are you saying? What's entrepreneurship? It's not solving problems. Is there any magical thing about it? In countries that they wanted to enslave people and make people live on salary, those are the ideologies that they promoted. We don't have that path to development. A lot of the things that they teach, we cannot bring them to our people. And so sometimes when I see there is colonization of ideologies and you can see that in AI as well, and Africans must do that. Because you see, it's not just the physical space that they colonize, they colonize knowledge as well. That's why they told you that the people were nothing and you believe it. There are a lot of fantastic innovators in Ghana. Where do we find them? So the same. So the ideologies is what they push there. So are you able to see which one is right and which one is wrong? Even the star that you promote, you don't have to do, say your podcast as if you are in New York in the name of you going international. Because really many people who watch you are Africans anyway. Very few Caucasians or Chinese will really watch you. Much of the traction will come from people. So you have to talk in that Context, you have to talk in that context. A lot of our musicians, where did they have the attraction? Is he here? From whom? That's it. How many Ghanaian musicians started abroad and are known globally? How many? Tell me innovators, how many? It's here. The Africa that we say is bad. It's the same Africa that is breathing this, because that's the truth. Where your root is, is where you germinate, you develop your strength from. And that's where your support is. This one is not debatable. Okay, so look here and build something. Even when you are bringing all these ideas, like you write books, you must write books that the people can read and relate to in the environment. Examples must be here because you are speaking to them so that they can use it to produce something, results. You know, it's not just an ideas, it's the things that you have practiced that you have done. You have found a way because you are still moved. You know, we are finding inroads if you want. Because the things that have been dumped on us, they were dump on us to confuse us. So sometimes I listen to people, I say, no, no, no, this one does not cut it. It won't get you results. The people must be clear. The ability to have clear thinking, clarity of thought is a tool for success.

Where does religion play a role in this?

People ask me a lot about religion. Religion that is built on love, truth, acceptance, justice. I'm for it. But the one that is telling you that your grandmother is a. For me, that's. That's something. That's. That's. That's come. The one that is telling you that I've prayed for you. You become successful, I pour oil on you. So don't. In spite of your financial ignorance, you'll be wealthy. No, it deviates this principle of knowledge as a seed of anything. So if you're going to become financially successful, you must have the required knowledge in that freedom is in knowledge. So any. Anything that you have resourcing the base of it is what it's the knowledge. You can't build a nation if you don't have the knowledge to build it. You can build a factory if you don't have the knowledge. You can build a studio if you don't have the knowledge. Do you.

Do you think that even some of the people leading the people also don't know? Or they are. They know.

We judge you by your results. I talk of topology. The more you deviate from the core truth, you don't know it, even if it benefits you. You may seem like you know it and you are twisting it. The fact that you're able to twist the truth to gain self means that you are lied to eventually to destroy you, just like you drinking poison. So they may seem like they know it, but they don't want to teach it. It's not true. You cannot really have the truth and teach lies. I don't believe in it because the most valuable things in life are human lives. So if you destroy human lives, you will deceive yourself. That's my core belief. Because if you look at the results, if what you're teaching is right, why are the people confused? Why are the people looking for visa to jump out? You do not tell us that God is everywhere. Why are they still at the workplace? So they are stealing because of what you have taught them. So teach them the truth so that they can feed themselves. And those will come to the financial information scale that they have to be.

Some people believe that, okay, but even if you do that, you can't hide the truth. Eventually it will blow on you. Some people have those core beliefs that not everybody can become successful. Not all of us were born rich. Some of us would have to be servants. I don't believe in that. Because if that were true, then God will not give everybody talent. The fact that he gave everybody talent means that everybody can be somebody. Is there a little you can do to help them? To be become that somebody is a service to God. But don't believe that you intentionally have to keep some people poor so that they can wash your car for you. That's a lie. Those things can be done by robots. If you're innovating. There are things that machines are doing now that human beings don't have to do. Human beings must have dignity. Is there anything that takes off dignity from humans that are unacceptable?
