It's the Central Missouri Activities Conference Track and Field Championships today at Adkins Stadium in Jefferson City. Helias Track Coach Phil Pitts starts our program. Four wins in four days for the Blair Oaks Lady Falcons soccer team as they defeated Smithton yesterday in the Show-Me Shootout. Coach Joren Trimble talks about the week that included three shutouts in four games for the Lady Falcons. Today is the second day of the Helias Shootout in soccer. Last night, Coach Jon DeSha's team picked up a big win over Columbia Rock Bridge and he joins us to talk about that game and the season so far. Capital City High School recently hired some new coaches for next school year. We get an update from Activities Director Robert Ndessokia on the KWOS Coaches Show.
