Coach Joren Trimble talks about the week that included three shutouts in four games for the Lady Falcons. Today is the second day of the Helias Shootout in soccer. Last night, Coach Jon DeSha's team picked up a big win over Columbia Rock Bridge and he joins us to talk about that game and the season so far. Capital City High School recently hired some new coaches for next school year. We get an update from Activities Director Robert Ndessokia on the KWOS Coaches Show.
