Helias Track Coach Phil Pitts starts our program. Four wins in four days for the Blair Oaks Lady Falcons soccer team as they defeated Smithton yesterday in the Show-Me Shootout. Coach Joren Trimble talks about the week that included three shutouts in four games for the Lady Falcons. Today is the second day of the Helias Shootout in soccer. Last night, Coach Jon DeSha's team picked up a big win over Columbia Rock Bridge and he joins us to talk about that game and the season so far. Capital City High School recently hired some new coaches for next school year. We get an update from Activities Director Robert Ndessokia on the KWOS Coaches Show.

Twenty-five years ago, the Blair Oaks Falcons basketball team captured a state title in Columbia. The coach then was Gary Verslues who joins us as we go back to that 2021 basketball season on the KWOS Coaches Show. We also re-cap the Class 5 Girls State Quarterfinal basketball last night between Helias and top-ranked Marshfield with Helias Lady Crusaders Coach Garrett Wiggins.
