Coaches Show 5-30-26

It's the MSHSAA State Track and Field State Championships for Classes 4 and 5 today at Adkins Stadium. Helias Coach Phil Pitts and Jefferson City Coach Jim Wiseman start our show. Also today, Helias and Capital City play in the Class 3 State Quarterfinals in Girls Soccer. Capital City is at Carl Junction and we go there to get a game preview from Lady Cavaliers Coach Kelsey Hile. Helias will host Fort Zumwalt South and Lady Crusaders Coach Jon DeSha joins us on this week's KWOS Coaches Show.
