So we've got. Yeah, we've gotten better at, like, creating more of a structure around la platica and filming. We have Matt and Jess, who obviously help us out, and they have a schedule that they stick to, and we try to, like, line up our schedule with them because they help eat that. I. I don't know if you guys know this, but Matt, am I allowed to say that? Matt, you were shaking your head. No, I was like, don't say that. Cut that out. Future Matt. Matt and Jess produce and shoot for Itati, which is literally right behind me. And so what they do is they. They film in the morning. So Tuesdays we come in at 10am to the headquarters and we talk about the week, any plans that we have for future podcasts. We talk about ideas, merch, anything that needs to be discussed in the podcast. We're. We're talking about for about an hour and a half. I normally tend to have a. A weekly team call with Saluth, where it's actually really cute. Our whole team gets together and we talk about our highs and lows of the week. And then we have a segment where we say thank you to somebody on the team. They're like 30 minute calls, but they're like my favorite calls of the week. And then we usually take a little break, eat right. And then we get to filming, which takes about, like from start to finish from us, like stepping into the studio. Minimum three hours. Because we. A lot, A lot.

You know, we have like, you know, like, obviously you guys see, we. We do ads and Stuff.

You have to do all that. Settle. I. It's now to a point, guys, where, like this whole la platica, I don't know if you guys realize this and if you're new to this. We haven't not posted weekly, especially on Mondays, for over two years now.

It has gone to a point where it's almost not an option to not post. You have. We have to post. If we don't post, I feel like I have failed in my own life and I know you feel the same way. So now that we have, like a structure, like on Tuesdays we come in, we have meetings about everything that's going on in our life individually and for the platica and for all of our other ventures that we have, it's nice. I feel like it's nice. It's cool to show face, to sit down, to speak with the team. I feel like we do progress in some way. Right? Just to kind of sit down. But yeah, day in the life for me, I wake up, I try to work out. I, I, I'll work out. Come over here and spend the whole day here.

Yeah. I feel like my days, like, throughout the week just look so different. Like each week is, is pretty different. We have, like, set calls that we do, like, with salute that are like pretty much every week, but I like Tuesdays. And then guys, like, after this, like, I go home and like to have the number one Latino podcast in the world. We never said that, though. It's a lot of posting, a lot of shooting, a lot of reposting, a lot of content being edited from other people and then coming back to us. And then we post on a platica. We post on also on Sasson. We're on our phone all the time. So I've made it, and I know you are too. I've made it a thing where, like, when I get home, I, if my wife's watching, she's probably like, no, you don't, you know, but like, I try to make it a thing to like, not be on my phone anymore. It's really like, I, you know.

Like I, I want to get away from social media and just kind of like, just be present, watch tv, you know, just kind of like get my mind off it. So. But yeah, day in life is just hanging out with Josh all day and the team, which is great, you know, I feel like I'm. We're at a really good spot in our life. Right. In my life right now, at least.

You know, with everything. Yeah, everything is kind of like, I guess, organized more than, you know, more than I thought, so.

For sure, for sure, yeah. Yeah. Even, like, outside of La Platica, we are super busy at Salud and, like, we're constantly working on new flavors, new projects, new content. Like, there's more and more content. So I am shooting every single week throughout, like, just different times. I feel like we do a lot of meetings. It just very varies. Like, we don't. I don't have like a. Mondays looks exactly like this. Tuesdays look exactly like this. It really just like changes throughout the week.

I used to. It's funny, I used to be like, everyone's busy, right? Like, blah, blah. But, you know, you just live life and you always wonder, like, you always know this one guy or girl who's always on their phone, like, doing business calls or talking to somebody and like, figuring stuff out for their work. I feel like this month and last month I realized I'm that guy sort of now. Yeah, I'm so. I gotta call somebody all the time. Someone's calling me. I have to figure stuff out. And mind you, it's not just La platica, not just Sasson, like, even talking with you about, like, Salute, but, like, I'm working on some, like, personal business ventures as well that nobody knows about. And, like, I'm just constantly on the phone. If it's not, it's for something where Salute for something with Sason for something. It's with these other business ventures that I'm doing as well. But it's cool, you know, and I feel blessed. So, yeah, it's cool. And I have the energy to do it, bro.

There's been moments in my life where I have not been as busy as I am now. So I get so great sometimes I'll like, not complain them up, but I'll be like, man, I'm so tired. Such a busy day. And then when I say that, I just remember the times where I wasn't as busy and I feel so grateful. I'm like, man, how lucky am I to be this busy? I, like, I'm so. I'm so lucky because honestly, sometimes I get worked up, I get stressed and stuff, but, dude, I feel so alive. I know it sounds so cheesy, but, like, I love being busy, dude. I. I love it. I remember cuz I didn't really get to express myself. I was like, I want to, bro. I've always been the type of person, like I feel a lot and I kind of show my emotions. Like I wear my heart on my sleep. Like that's just kind of like my human trait. And I remember my mom would, she would tell me that because she was like me, like none of this, like this is only temporary. Everything passes, you are going to be fine. And I remember like I would, she would give this example of like when you get, when you get a cut, right? Like you for like it first is open, it's an open room, but then over time it heals, right? And then you look back and you're like, wow, I remember that scar. And then over time like the scar even fades away and fades away. And then you don't even, like you barely even remember. Like you really almost got to see it. I'll just kind of hit you and coincidence that you see the scar, you're like, oh, wow, I totally remember. I like fell off my bike or something like that. And it's just cool. Like if you're going through hurt, if you're going through pain, if you're suffering, it's going to pass. So it's like, have faith. Just focus on gratitude and the beauty of life. Everything that's good in your life. I Remember hearing this thing, like, if you focus on gratitude, you can't be grateful and fearful at the same time. So if you're feeling fearful, you're feeling stress. Focusing on gratitude eliminates any kind of fear.

But to still talk about some situations that or whatever you have going on and to still want to progress from that, you know, and to still want to work on yourself, to still build upon yourself and because you're not content with who you are because you still want to be a much better person. Or we're not just having a conversation, but we're thinking about the show and how it's coming across if you were just watching this. So we're trying to make it as engaging as possible. We're trying to make it as entertaining as possible. And sometimes it can come across as, like, you're uninterested or you're not listening or you're cutting off your guest. I'm not saying you, but I'm saying, like, maybe I. I feel like I've done that too.
