Sebastian Robles
Can I guess?
Isaac Rodriguez
You can guess and I bet you gonna guess it right.
Sebastian Robles
Seatgeek.
Isaac Rodriguez
Wrong. Guys. With people like the Weeknd, Beyonce, Kendrick Lamar and sza, you don't want to miss out on what's popping over at SeatGeek.
Sebastian Robles
There are more than 70,000 live events daily. You got to find something to do just like myself. I've been going on there for live events kind of daily. Dodgers coming right back up. So you already know where my money's going to.
Isaac Rodriguez
That's right. That's right. Seatgeek has your back. Each ticket is rated on a scale from 1 to 10. So you know you're getting a good deal, right? So what I want you to do is when you're buying your ticket on SeatGeek and you're using the code LA PLATICA 2025 for 10% off your next ticketed purchase, I want you to look for the green dot, okay?
Sebastian Robles
Green dot means good, red dot means not so good. And plus, every ticket is backed by their buyer, guaranteed.
Isaac Rodriguez
All right, so what are you guys waiting for? Take out your phones, open the SeatGeek app, and add the code LA PLATICA 2025 to your account to make sure you get 10% off your next set of tickets.
Sebastian Robles
That's code LA PLATICA. 2025 for 10 off on SeatGeek.
Isaac Rodriguez
Hope you guys enjoy this episode. And shout out to seatgeek for always being you. Don't ever change seat geek.
Sebastian Robles
I'm going to use it. Let me be honest, every guest is a privilege.

Isaac Rodriguez
Whoa, buddy. It's called.
Sebastian Robles
Sorry, I gotta catch my breath. The one and only Isaac Rodriguez. Our good friend Isaac. We got some. We got some history with him. We're going to talk about it.
Isaac Rodriguez
We got some beefs to squash.
Sebastian Robles
We were just talking about how he came so, so fashionable. A Latino fashion icon. A lot of people like to say Google it, but welcome to number one Latino podcast in the world. Google said that as well. We never said that. And yeah, we're going to have fun today. It's a guys episode.
Isaac Rodriguez
Yeah. This is a boys episode. This is a boys episode.
Josh Lea
I feel like I'm on a podcast with my big brothers.
Isaac Rodriguez
Come on, man.
Josh Lea
Really? That's what I feel like.
Sebastian Robles
Wow.
Josh Lea
But hey, to all the haters, to my hating Asia. I'm on the number one Latino podcast.
Sebastian Robles
You heard.
Josh Lea
Talk to me.
Sebastian Robles
Nice. Talk to him Nice.
Isaac Rodriguez
Not the hating as. I got one of those too.
Josh Lea
Everybody.
Isaac Rodriguez
Everybody got one of those, bro.
Sebastian Robles
And let's not forget, we are powered by Sasson Studios. Follow Sasson Studios on YouTube, Instagram, Tik Tok. I don't think we have a LinkedIn yet, but we will soon. Powered by Sasson Studios. The one and only, the most powerful podcast network in the world, bro, LinkedIn is that.
Isaac Rodriguez
That's like the one platform that makes me feel like a business owner. Like, if you have a LinkedIn, you're doing business.
Sebastian Robles
I think if you have a LinkedIn, like, that's kind of high. If I was a girl and I met somebody who had a LinkedIn, follow me on LinkedIn, I'm like, girls, guess what? He had a link too.
Josh Lea
Damn, that's like LinkedIn is like. Never made a LinkedIn.
Sebastian Robles
No, me neither. Because, yeah, I never had a job that required one.
Isaac Rodriguez
Right, right, right. But bro, there's like LinkedIn influencers like people pop off.
Josh Lea
No way.
Isaac Rodriguez
I swear, bro. People? Yeah, yeah, that's a thing. It's a thing. It's a thing.
Sebastian Robles
And what, they just get any job they want or what?
Isaac Rodriguez
Pretty much.
Sebastian Robles
Because it's kind of like your resume, right? Like having a LinkedIn?
Isaac Rodriguez
Yeah, yeah, pretty much. Yeah, pretty much.
Sebastian Robles
Damn. Well, Isaac, thank you for having me having you on, bro.
Isaac Rodriguez
What's up?
Sebastian Robles
What's up? He taking over?
Josh Lea
Okay, come on, man. Before we start, I hate to come anywhere. My parents damn well taught me to never come empty handed.
Isaac Rodriguez
You one of them respectful ass.
Josh Lea
Absolutely, bro.
Isaac Rodriguez
Like, I knew I was gonna like them.
Josh Lea
I don't know if I'm gonna ever come back if it's a one time thing. So I gotta leave my stamp and I wanted to get y'all something. Now, let me preface this gift.
Sebastian Robles
What a great guy.
Isaac Rodriguez
First of all, don't ever cross your legs over the timing of that. First of all, let me preface this.
Sebastian Robles
What a great guy.
Josh Lea
Us. This gift. Cuz I was watching a podcast where Sebastian said that guys should get flowers too.
Sebastian Robles
Oh, wow.
Josh Lea
And I want to make sure. And I said this to you at the party. We'll talk about that later. To give you y'all flowers, you know, verbally and also physically.
Sebastian Robles
Wow.
Josh Lea
So my girl, my lovely girlfriend, J.
Sebastian Robles
Figs, is she just c that in? Wow.
Josh Lea
So I feel like. I feel like the colorful one.
Isaac Rodriguez
Okay.
Sebastian Robles
Is.
Josh Lea
Is Josh.
Isaac Rodriguez
Yeah.
Sebastian Robles
Wow, bro, this is the first time.
Isaac Rodriguez
This is the first time another beautiful man has ever gifted me flowers, bro.
Josh Lea
Listen.
Isaac Rodriguez
So this is the first right here. Listen, bro, these are beautiful too, man.
Josh Lea
I also want to say, obviously, I get my girlfriend flowers all the time.
Isaac Rodriguez
As you should.
Sebastian Robles
Wow.
Isaac Rodriguez
Is this true?
Sebastian Robles
Look at that.
Josh Lea
It makes it so hard to get men flowers.
Sebastian Robles
Yeah.
Isaac Rodriguez
Yeah.
Josh Lea
I didn't know. Like, I was thinking to myself, how.
Isaac Rodriguez
Do we do this? How do I do this?
Josh Lea
I'm like, how do I determine what flower you guys would like? But I feel like Sebastian's a romantico, you know, roses type of guy. And I feel like you're just vibrant and you stand out. So that's kind of what I describe.
Sebastian Robles
I think you did it right.
Isaac Rodriguez
I think that's the way you do it. You go by feel, you go by what speaks to you. You know what I mean? And I love this, bro. This is beautiful. Like I said, I've never been given flowers by another beautiful man. And I'm. I love this moment. I'm glad this happened.
Sebastian Robles
Isaac. Thank you. They're beautiful too. I'm not Even saying that, you know, like, one thing is, like, getting them from, like, outside from Trader Joe's. But these are.
Isaac Rodriguez
He's like, oh, no, they're from Trader Joe's.
Sebastian Robles
No, they're really nice, bro. Honestly, I buy flowers all the time for my wife, and I know what's nice and what's not, but these are really nice, bro. Thank you. And not only that, it goes to show who raised you.
Josh Lea
Thank you, man.
Sebastian Robles
And what a nice person you are.
Josh Lea
Absolutely.
Sebastian Robles
Wow.
Josh Lea
So listen, like I said, I'll give you. I'll give you more flowers at the end, you know, but thank you. Are we. Are we taking shots? Cuz I brought also.
Isaac Rodriguez
Oh, my goodness gracious.
Josh Lea
I also brought. If y'all don't want to take those kind of shots, like, tequila shots about wellness shots.
Sebastian Robles
Please, please.
Isaac Rodriguez
Who is this guy? Argue, bro.
Josh Lea
Bro.
Isaac Rodriguez
Yes.
Josh Lea
This. We all for this.
Sebastian Robles
Yeah. Okay. So are you on a.
Isaac Rodriguez
Are you on a health kick right now, too?
Josh Lea
I am at all times.
Sebastian Robles
I was, you know, I. We. This podcast is really. Has cemented drinking and having fun without tequila.
Isaac Rodriguez
And they're glass, too. These are expensive.
Sebastian Robles
As of recently, I told myself I'm not drinking because I'm doing the marathon.
Josh Lea
Oh, okay. Okay.
Sebastian Robles
So I hate saying no to people. Right, right.
Isaac Rodriguez
Especially the way he came in.
Sebastian Robles
Yeah. Like, I would have hate to say, bro, what the fuck, man? You're. Wow. This is really cool. I really appreciate you coming in like this.
Isaac Rodriguez
Let's rip these shots, dog.
Sebastian Robles
Yeah, let's do it, man. Here's to you, bro.
Isaac Rodriguez
Thank you. For real, man. This is truly special.
Josh Lea
I had to come. I had to come. Correct.
Sebastian Robles
And I love wellness shots, bro. I love wellness.
Isaac Rodriguez
Oh, super shot.
Josh Lea
Oh, man, I gotta be on some sort of, you know, high. Usually I drink before podcasts.
Isaac Rodriguez
Yeah.
Josh Lea
The ones that I've done just to loosen up. But hey, this is just as good. So.
Sebastian Robles
Yeah.
Isaac Rodriguez
Before.
Josh Lea
No, I didn't. Okay, so.
Isaac Rodriguez
Raw dog.
Sebastian Robles
Salute.
Josh Lea
Salud.
Isaac Rodriguez
Oh, these are good.
Sebastian Robles
These are fantastic.
Josh Lea
Sensational, bro.
Sebastian Robles
These are sensational.
Isaac Rodriguez
Delicious.
Sebastian Robles
Wow. What. What a little. You know what? I respect your little. Why can't.
Isaac Rodriguez
Why can't these get as lit like alcohol? Like this tastes so good. That was so enjoyable. Alcohol is not good, but I like the way it makes me feel.
Josh Lea
Yeah. You know what I mean?
Isaac Rodriguez
Yeah.
Sebastian Robles
Alcohol. I think you said it one time. It's like. Yeah, man, when I drink, just all rational. Rational thoughts go out the window.
Isaac Rodriguez
Yeah. All rationality, bro.
Sebastian Robles
What's your nationality? Rationality. Isaac, once again, thank you so much. What an incredible Little.
Isaac Rodriguez
That's never been done, bro.
Josh Lea
I want to go over. I want to be that memorable, like, podcast that episode. You're like, damn. Remember that mofo who brought us, like, flowers?
Isaac Rodriguez
Yeah.
Josh Lea
And one of those shots, like, yeah.
Isaac Rodriguez
Conor McGregor says, I didn't come to take part. I came to take over. And he just demonstrated that firsthandedly, bro.
Sebastian Robles
Yep.
Josh Lea
Thank you.
Sebastian Robles
First handedly, it's raining outside and you just brightened up this day just like that. Yeah. Thank you, Isaac. Let's just take it back to how we first met each other.
Isaac Rodriguez
Right?
Sebastian Robles
I think we should do that real quick. Get that.
Isaac Rodriguez
Let's dive into it, bro. I feel the tension in the air.
Sebastian Robles
Josh, do you mind kind of diving into that? I feel like you were, like, the star of. Of a certain video that went out online.
Isaac Rodriguez
Yeah, yeah, yeah. We could take it back. I'm sure, like, a lot of you guys probably remember, but when was the wedding? It was sometime last year.
Sebastian Robles
Alex's wedding.
Isaac Rodriguez
Last year. Alex's wedding. Right. And beautiful wedding. There was a. There was a video that got released by one of our friends who was just recording the wedding, and I happened to get caught in the middle of it, what seemed to be like an altercation. Right. And obviously being in it and knowing what was really happening, I can understand as a viewer how that was misconstrued. And I'm assuming that's the way you took it, right? This, the video of me and my friend arguing. You thought it was real.
Josh Lea
Yeah. Okay, so I don't remember, like, the full detail of the video as far as, like, what was. Now I remember first seeing it, and then I think I was with you to be with my girlfriend.
Sebastian Robles
And then that video went viral.
Josh Lea
Oh, yeah. Because that was like. Okay. I feel like anytime any influencer is getting married, that's all we see. Like, just the wedding. Yeah, Snapchat. So.
Isaac Rodriguez
Yeah, yeah, it's cracking.
Josh Lea
I remember seeing that. And then a part of me was like, oh, like, I mean, there's alcohol is going down. But then I'm like, man, Josh would never do that. No, no, I know Josh. Josh's a great guy. He would never do that at a wedding. So I took that opportunity. I think I was in Miami and I was like, all right, I'm just gonna troll a little bit.
Isaac Rodriguez
Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah.
Josh Lea
And that's what I. Yeah, the troll.
Isaac Rodriguez
Was mainly for Seva, so. Right. Because you were like, in my man's. You would. I don't. I don't fully remember, bro.
Josh Lea
Okay, so also, let me preface this When I'm on live or just like, doing social media is never. I always, like, exaggerate.
Isaac Rodriguez
Of course you're a content creator. You like.
Sebastian Robles
Yeah, exactly, exactly.
Josh Lea
You know, so if I'm talking normal, it's just not going to be entertaining. So I just saw that moment and a part of like, okay, there's actually a backstory to this. So when I'm live, I kind of, like, do a lot of storytelling. So there's this thing where you got. You sent te salute to all of my roommates and I didn't get, oh, wow. And then I was just. I forgot what I said. But I was like, guys, it's okay if they didn't send me any. Josh is amazing. Josh is great. So I just kind of create this sort of like, yo, Josh is this cool guy. So then when I saw that clip, I was just like, all right, let me just feed into this even more. I'm like, yo, if I was there now, I would have had Josh.
Isaac Rodriguez
That's what it was.
Josh Lea
That's what it was back. So I was there just trying to stop the fight, but I was like, nah, fuck that. That's my boy. I ain't gonna let anybody talk shit to my boy.
Sebastian Robles
That's what it was. That's what it was.
Isaac Rodriguez
And bro, just to clear the. To clear the air, it wasn't like, specifically, I told the marketing team not to send you product.
Sebastian Robles
Right.
Josh Lea
I'm really sorry about that.
Isaac Rodriguez
Make sure it gets handled.
Sebastian Robles
Yeah, I think now you're gonna have more progress than anybody.
Josh Lea
No, but that's what I'm saying. It's just like, things that happen and I just don't take myself serious.
Isaac Rodriguez
Yeah.
Josh Lea
So I'm like, if there's an opportunity to just kind of like, make fun of myself or make something funny, a situation funny, I'm just going to do that. So not only do I troll other people, I just troll myself.
Isaac Rodriguez
I have two questions for you. Would you say that you're somebody who's misunderstood?
Josh Lea
Oh, absolutely.
Isaac Rodriguez
Okay, I can see that. I can see that.
Josh Lea
Cuz I'm very sarcastic.
Isaac Rodriguez
Yeah.
Josh Lea
Like, if I can be sarcastic with you, that's my love language. As far as, like, yeah, they were cool, bro.
Isaac Rodriguez
That's. That's all me too. How would you categorize yourself as a creator? Like, what. Where do you feel like you fall in? What kind of a creator?
Josh Lea
I would say my biggest platform is TikTok.
Isaac Rodriguez
Okay.
Josh Lea
And I felt like all the times I have gone, like, viral, have just been on, like, clips like that wow. So it's like, okay, I would say like a lot, you know what works.
Sebastian Robles
Also, that's why you kind of like, take it sometimes and you like, you know, you're good at that.
Josh Lea
Yeah, right.
Sebastian Robles
I'm sure you're good. Obviously a lot of things.
Josh Lea
But I will say that in that when I was doing that little, you know, like, trolling on that live, I didn't expect, like, for it to get clips.
Sebastian Robles
Right?
Isaac Rodriguez
Yeah.
Josh Lea
And for it to go as viral as it did. And I was just like, so weird because I'm like, bro, only if, you know, you know, type of thing.
Isaac Rodriguez
Yeah, yeah.
Josh Lea
But people, at least on Tick Tock, they're like very toxic for sure. So any opportunity they can take to like, pin you against somebody else.
Isaac Rodriguez
Oh, they love that.
Josh Lea
They will do that.
Isaac Rodriguez
Yeah, yeah, yeah. That's a really good point. That's a really good point. Damn.
Sebastian Robles
The funny thing is about that whole thing is that like, I saw the video too, and like, I obviously, like, bro, like, we're also content creators and even with like, chisma channels, I know that they don't even do these things to, like, make other people feel bad about themselves or, like, cause drama. I know that they do it because of the views, because that's what works. Right? So even when you made that video, I was like, oh, he got like good views on this one. Like, he did it. He did his thing, you know. So anyways, we come back into the studio maybe a week or two weeks later because everything we do is pre filmed as well. So when we had an opportunity to talk about it, we finally did.
Josh Lea
Yeah. Yeah.
Sebastian Robles
And like, I want to apologize too, because I think I said like, this little kid. Right.
Isaac Rodriguez
I didn't realize how much older you were.
Josh Lea
Yeah. So yesterday I was like, all right, let me refresh about what he said because I don't want to like, yeah, come in. Yeah. So I saw it. He was just like, who is this little kid? And the comments are like, roasting me. Like, damn, he caught his little cage and all that stuff.
Sebastian Robles
Yeah.
Josh Lea
And even my girlfriend was like, I don't like Sebastian anymore. He called you a little kid? Why would he tell you that? I'm like, no, babe, I think like.
Sebastian Robles
That guy. No. So when I said I was like, damn, like, I don't know, Like, I think I said like, oh, I don't even know who this little kid is, you know?
Isaac Rodriguez
Yeah.
Sebastian Robles
But you know, I didn't. I don't ever say. I never say things like, you know, just like you said, like, when I say things. I say things very sarcastically.
Josh Lea
Absolutely.
Sebastian Robles
Very. Like, whatever comes to my head. And obviously I didn't know you, you, you know, you know, you're some guy who, who, who made a video. Right. So obviously I, I knew you before because I've seen videos of you and clips. Obviously you're popping, bro. So. So when I said little kid, I did regret saying that because now I feel like, well, I didn't know if you're a little kid or not because you look so young.
Isaac Rodriguez
You do, you do look young.
Josh Lea
You look young, honestly, that's why.
Sebastian Robles
Yeah. In my head, I'm like, dang. Like, I up. You know, I don't like, you know, calling people a little kid because I don't want to.
Isaac Rodriguez
Especially when I'm at a little kid.
Sebastian Robles
Yeah. I don't ever want them to feel like I'm signing somebody. Like, I hate that feeling.
Josh Lea
Nah, for sure.
Sebastian Robles
And then especially, like when we talk like, like, say, like off cameras, like, man to man, like, I don't. I'm not like that at all.
Josh Lea
Absolutely.
Sebastian Robles
Everybody knows I'm like the nicest guy.
Josh Lea
Yeah.
Sebastian Robles
But when I said that, I was like, dang, I. It was funny, obviously. And I was like, you know, that's a compliment because he does look. Literally looks young and he looks great. You know, he has a great style.
Josh Lea
Yeah.
Sebastian Robles
But yeah, it was funny because I said that. I was like, I came back and I was like, damn, why did I say that? Because I hate. I hate making people feel like that. Yeah. And because it almost kind of felt like I came out of a way where I, like, I don't want to sun you. I don't like doing that.
Isaac Rodriguez
Yeah.
Sebastian Robles
So, but, like, no, but, bro, you look great for your age. And you, you are young, bro. You're on.
Isaac Rodriguez
You are young. Yeah, yeah, of course.
Sebastian Robles
Of course. I'm 35, bro.
Josh Lea
You know what I mean? I would say, like, one thing on social media is whatever they can do to pick at you, they're going to take. So for me, it's like they took that little kid joke.
Isaac Rodriguez
Yeah. Ran with it.
Josh Lea
Oh, it's because you're short. So like, like a little kid too. So many things.
Sebastian Robles
That's the thing. That's why sometimes I'm always careful about what, what sometimes we say, because people will grab clips and they'll clip things out to, like, put it back in here. And honestly, even like, if. If the main object is to talk about a certain subject, the sub. The sub topics on the comments are. What really upset me is because people don't even start talking about what the video is.
Josh Lea
Yeah.
Sebastian Robles
Like for example, if I said little kid. Right. Then they start talking about your height. They start talking about this, that, and.
Isaac Rodriguez
That wasn't even the point.
Sebastian Robles
That's the nightmare. And that's the ugliness about sometimes these channels.
Josh Lea
Yeah. They create like a narrative about you as if like they know you.
Isaac Rodriguez
Right.
Josh Lea
In reality, you're seeing a 30 second minute, two minute clip and basing a judgment based off of that.
Isaac Rodriguez
Yeah.
Josh Lea
You have no context as what's going on.
Sebastian Robles
Yeah.
Isaac Rodriguez
Right.
Josh Lea
You have no idea what I'm talking about or if I'm troll or if.
Isaac Rodriguez
I'm even getting serious. Like. Yeah, you're.
Josh Lea
Boom. They're just like, oh, el secret.
Sebastian Robles
Or, you know, but you know what's funny is that even though we talk about it, like it's still going to be there forever.
Josh Lea
Yeah.
Isaac Rodriguez
Like, you know, so as part of the game.
Sebastian Robles
It's just part of the game and there's nothing you can do.
Isaac Rodriguez
Have you been in other situations similar to that? Like with the drama or like any kind of.
Josh Lea
Yeah. I would say the majority of the time that I am like being sarcastic or trolling is because I'm cool with that person.
Isaac Rodriguez
And you feel comfortable.
Josh Lea
Yeah. And they know how I am and we have that type of like confiance in each other.
Isaac Rodriguez
Yeah.
Josh Lea
To do that. But I would never, ever, ever, like take a situation and, you know, speak negatively about someone, like, make fun of them if I don't have that type of relationship. So when I saw that clip, I was like, we've DM before.
Isaac Rodriguez
Yes. I was gonna say bro.
Josh Lea
Yeah, bro, we've DM before. So. And I like. And what I said, I'm like, all right, there's nothing like bad that I'm like saying about. Just say like, yo, I would have your back in that situation. Like, I got your back.
Isaac Rodriguez
Yeah.
Josh Lea
And then people, I was just playing into like, you know, people in the sea, how like short I am. And I'm not like a tough guy. So then. And you just see the comments are like, bro, you're not like that.
Sebastian Robles
Yeah.
Isaac Rodriguez
Yeah. And bro.
Sebastian Robles
Yeah.
Isaac Rodriguez
I remember saying like, I just couldn't, I couldn't remember your name, bro. And I'm so sorry because I know we dm. Yeah, bro. I, I'm like, I pride myself in like having my, my ear to the culture. I like to see what people are doing up and coming, creators and stuff.
Sebastian Robles
Yeah.
Isaac Rodriguez
Like, I'm big on that. So I've been watching you Like, I know of you, and I just, like, even when I watched back that video, I was like, how do I know this man? How do I know this man? And it was just like, obviously through social media and DMing and stuff like that, but. My apologies, bro. But that was. That was kind of cool. I kind of like. Like that we went through that, and, like, now this is what it, like, came to be, you know?
Sebastian Robles
Yeah. And we just saw him at this hello party. It was like, open arms, and it was really cool.
Isaac Rodriguez
Yeah.
Sebastian Robles
And even then, I was like, when I got back home, I was like, God, he's such a nice guy, dude.
Isaac Rodriguez
I know. Yeah, bro. You come across very genuine and very likable.
Josh Lea
Absolutely.
Isaac Rodriguez
I. I want to know a little bit more about. You know, we have some questions that we were like, want to hear for you, but I want to know, like, who are you? Like, what. What are your goals? Like, what do you. What's the. What's the big picture here? What are we doing?
Josh Lea
Yeah, you know, I'm just.
Sebastian Robles
I like that question.
Josh Lea
Yeah, it's a great question. I would say I'm just ambitious person who I. I would say, like, that I'm in my 20s. I'm just trying everything.
Isaac Rodriguez
Yeah.
Josh Lea
You know, I'm just very open to people that I meet, just taking advantage of certain opportunities, certain doors, and I'm. I'm a humble guy, or at least I try to be. And I would just say I'm really just, what I put it, just kind of curious to see where, like, life takes me, to see who the people that I meet. And I feel like that's just been my whole life. I would say at a young age, I didn't go to, like, university, I didn't go to college because I felt like it wasn't for me. Yeah. I felt at a young age, I was very called to be creative. And that started with, or in the beginning, my first, like, early 20 years, I would say I would just work and then post pictures on Instagram of, like, my outfit. And fashion was always something I was curious about. Then I met my friend Jennica, which you guys know, and she was like, hey, I think you're okay. Well, there's a lot to me.
Isaac Rodriguez
Right.
Josh Lea
But to put long story short, I'm from Miami. I was doing that in Miami.
Isaac Rodriguez
Oh, okay.
Josh Lea
Yeah, I was doing that in Miami. Just taking what.
Isaac Rodriguez
I'm sorry.
Josh Lea
Just take, like, pictures on. On Instagram, like, my outfits. And that was kind of like just something that was like a side hustle. It's not something that I just did to make money off of. And we met because of a church that I used to go to, and she went to, like, event. We. A friend, a common friend that we had knew each other. That's how we connected.
Isaac Rodriguez
Oh, wow.
Josh Lea
And she was like, hey, you have so much potential. Like, I think you're wasting it being in Miami, come to move to la. Jenica said this, so she was like, hey, like, come move in with me. Let's figure it out.
Sebastian Robles
What?
Josh Lea
Yes.
Sebastian Robles
That's cool.
Josh Lea
Crazy. And it was crazy because at that time, I was like, I've worked every job. Yeah, I was.
Sebastian Robles
I can tell by the way, one desk, you know, when you can tell somebody's been through a lot of jobs.
Isaac Rodriguez
Yeah.
Sebastian Robles
That's a good thing, by the way.
Josh Lea
Yeah, it. Honestly, I would say it. It kind of gave me a perspective from, like, people who have worked nine to five, just different lifestyles. And I, like, I said a front desk agent at a hotel. I worked at, like, a plastic surgery office. Like, anything that could pay me higher. I'm like, it. I'm just do that. And I switched careers so many times because I just didn't know what I wanted to do. So at that time, I was working for a mortgage lender, trying to be a loan officer, because my goal was just like, all right, if I could just, you know, buy a house and just make good money, that's just good enough for me. Yeah.
Sebastian Robles
Yeah.
Josh Lea
And at the time, I was just. I got to a point where I just wasn't happy with my life. I was very sad. I was very anxious, very depressed. And I just remember praying to God one day, I'm like, man, God, if you can, I don't know, give me an open door, something. I don't care what I have to lose, what I have to leave behind, I'll do it. And I remember I got invited from Jenna because she's like, oh, come to la. Let's go to Baja Fest, which is this festival in Mexico. And I was like, all right, cool. I bought my flight. We went together with a group of friends. And then after the festival, we. We went back to her house in la. And she was like, hey, I don't know why, but, like, I think you should come live with me. Like, figure it out, you know, whether. If it's, you know, fashion, social media.
Sebastian Robles
Like, wow, I did not know that.
Josh Lea
Yeah. She was like, hey, just, if you want, I'm offering that to you, and you let me know. So at the time, I was with a girl. For seven years, I had a girl. For seven years, I had a stable job. I was with my parents. I was like, very comfortable. But internally I was just going through so much that nobody knew. And I remember getting back home and I was just like, man, God, like, this is kind of what I prayed for. What I asked you.
Isaac Rodriguez
Wow.
Josh Lea
And I called her the next week and I was like, hey, I'm gonna quit my job. I'm leaving my parents house and I'm just gonna go and move. And she's like, all right, perfect, let's do it.
Isaac Rodriguez
And did you have a following at this point?
Josh Lea
I didn't. It was. It was, yeah, very minimal. I just did it because, like, you're. What I wanted to do.
Isaac Rodriguez
The adventure of it.
Josh Lea
Yeah. I just. I didn't know what I was. There was no intentionality.
Isaac Rodriguez
Yeah.
Josh Lea
Basically what I'm trying to say.
Isaac Rodriguez
Yeah.
Josh Lea
It's just something that I, you know, how I express my creativ. The time.
Sebastian Robles
Man, that must have been so hard for you to make that big move, huh?
Josh Lea
Oh, man.
Sebastian Robles
I'm assuming you got.
Isaac Rodriguez
Did you have family?
Josh Lea
No. When I told my parents, they were like, what are. What are you talking about? Like, what are you.
Isaac Rodriguez
You good?
Sebastian Robles
Yeah.
Josh Lea
Like, what are you thinking? Like, you have a good job. Like, you. You're obviously saving.
Sebastian Robles
You're.
Josh Lea
You're building this life and you're going to just jeopardize that just to, you know, go to LA and do what? And even still, not to this day, my parents have no clue how I make money.
Isaac Rodriguez
Yeah.
Josh Lea
And so fast forward, I moved to la. They're living with Jennica. Shout Out Jennica. And I would say, like, the first year I was. I kept like my part time at the old job. I was able to work remotely and I was doing like Uber Eats Doordash.
Sebastian Robles
Wow.
Isaac Rodriguez
And just trying to make it.
Josh Lea
Yeah.
Isaac Rodriguez
Trying to make it. Me.
Josh Lea
Yeah. And then first I would say I tried to like, dip my toe into fashion. So I would hit up every stylist on Instagram. I sent like 50 dms. I'm like, hey, if you ever need help, like, I'm here. Just, you know, there's nothing that I'm not willing to do. And I would say, like, two responded. One gave me an actual job. And then I just started meeting people. Creative directors.
Isaac Rodriguez
Whoa.
Josh Lea
Of different companies. And I would say within the first full year, I was able to finally just do that full time. And then social media just came. I would say, like two years ago, where I was able to build like a following and it's just a long story. Just trying to obviously condense what a great story.
Sebastian Robles
And you told it so well.
Josh Lea
Yeah, right.
Sebastian Robles
I really told this story so low right now. That's really cool. Wow.
Isaac Rodriguez
Was there, like, a moment in social media that, like, you actually became, like, a social media personality?
Josh Lea
I would say so. My Tik Tok is probably where I took off. And at first, it was just, like, strictly, like, fashion content.
Isaac Rodriguez
So you had a niche, like. Yeah.
Josh Lea
And then I met my roommate, who's my roommate now. His name is Willito. I think you guys know him.
Isaac Rodriguez
Yeah.
Josh Lea
And he was like, oh, bro, you should start going live. Like, that's. That's just what. What's popping right now. Like, it'll probably help you boost your following.
Sebastian Robles
I was.
Josh Lea
All right, cool. I started going live.
Sebastian Robles
Like, live or live streaming.
Josh Lea
Like, it would be on Tick Tock Live.
Sebastian Robles
Okay.
Josh Lea
Yeah. So it is a sense of live streaming.
Sebastian Robles
Yeah.
Josh Lea
It would never be on, like, Instagram, but it is, like a live streaming. And I just kind of like what I. As far as, like, that clip, like, just kind of.
Isaac Rodriguez
Yeah, commentating.
Josh Lea
Yeah, commentating. Cooking.
Isaac Rodriguez
Damn.
Josh Lea
You know, making content with my friends. And I would say through those clips and going live with other people is kind of how people got to know me.
Sebastian Robles
Wow.
Josh Lea
Yeah. And that's how I was just starting to build. That makes sense.
Sebastian Robles
That's cool.
Isaac Rodriguez
Yeah.
Sebastian Robles
Is there, like, a ritual? Because, like, I feel like that's something that really came about recently, especially when TikTok really, really blew up as people started to go on life.
Josh Lea
Yeah.
Sebastian Robles
Is there, like, a ritual you do right before you go on live? Because that's you. That's. To be really committed for a couple hours, to, like, you know, really, really get in the game, get focused, and just you and your audience and life not saying any pendejadas or, like, knowing what to do. You know what I mean? Is there, like, a ritual you do? You kind of, like, brace yourself or you just, like, jill, let's roll.
Josh Lea
I would say if you want to be good at it and you want to do well as far as, like, numbers and analytics and build, like, a following off of that, there has to be some sort of intentionality.
Isaac Rodriguez
That's a great answer, bro.
Josh Lea
Yeah. I would say in the beginning, I would just, like, you know, read the comments and just kind of give my own commentary on stuff like that and just kind of build or talk to my community. But then after, I would say I would have things planned, or if I was going to film with somebody, I would just Be like, all right, let's do this. You know, include certain bids.
Isaac Rodriguez
Yeah.
Josh Lea
And once I started to do that, I feel like I did a lot better.
Sebastian Robles
Oh, that's awesome.
Isaac Rodriguez
I love that.
Sebastian Robles
Yeah, Yeah.
Isaac Rodriguez
I feel like just going into it with that kind of mindset of, like, there has to be intention. Intention that.
Josh Lea
Yeah. I treat it like almost like a show.
Isaac Rodriguez
There you go. Yeah, yeah.
Josh Lea
Treat it like a show. Like putting. I mean, I feel like that's just with anything, if you invest into. You know, I feel like one thing that I'm really big on and. And want to expand more in is my storytelling. So I feel like even subplots like that where I'm like, oh, my God, I'm gonna meet this person or I have beef with this person, and obviously we're all in on it and just kind of like, attracts people to, like, oh, if you have a story to tell, I'm gonna listen.
Isaac Rodriguez
Yeah, yeah, yeah.
Sebastian Robles
I mean, even, like, how you just introduce yourself, you know, you had the choice to just come in here and say hi and stuff like that, but you pre thought about something and you're like, you know, obviously, it came from your heart, I hope.
Josh Lea
No, I did.
Sebastian Robles
I'm just kidding. You know, it's because that's who you are, you know, you. How can I make something even better?
Isaac Rodriguez
Right.
Sebastian Robles
And that's an amazing personality trait to have.
Isaac Rodriguez
You want to create an experience, and.
Sebastian Robles
I think that's why you're. You're. You're at the position you're at and you know the people that you do.
Josh Lea
Yeah.
Sebastian Robles
And honestly, the more you do that, I. I mean, I don't know. The world is yours.
Josh Lea
No, absolutely, bro.
Isaac Rodriguez
It's kind of cool because you kind of went into this whole space with, like, nothing to lose. Like, you. You really had your life established to a certain degree, but you were like, I'm. I'm young right now. This is, like, the time for me to take that chance, take that leap, you know?
Josh Lea
Yeah, I. I would say that's just kind of like how I live my life.
Isaac Rodriguez
Yeah.
Josh Lea
I want to leave no stone unturned. I want to explore every avenue I can take. And to be honest, I'm like, hey, I'm here now. So I guess.
Isaac Rodriguez
I guess it's working now.
Josh Lea
And I'm on the number one Latino podcast according to Google. Not us.
Isaac Rodriguez
Not us. We Never saying that.
Sebastian Robles
Amen to that. And same with us, brother. Honestly, you're very inspiring to me right now, and that's dead ass. I. Let's go on A little break. Because when we come back, it's get to know Isaac even better. Let's do it. So. Yeah, let's do that. What an incredible thing. And dude, you. You. You're right. You're. You are an incredible storyteller.
Josh Lea
I appreciate that. That's what I'm working on.
Sebastian Robles
Feel you should, like, when you're like, obito, you should read books. Imagine, like.
Josh Lea
I know, right?
Sebastian Robles
Yeah.
Josh Lea
I really like my little Nietos.
Sebastian Robles
Yeah.
Isaac Rodriguez
You're showing them the picture. But that's.
Josh Lea
I mean, I feel like by the time we're that old, I don't think there's gonna be, like, physical books. Books like that.
Isaac Rodriguez
Yeah, bro. We're that old. We're not even gonna be communicating verbally. Everything's gonna be all mental.
Sebastian Robles
Yeah.
Isaac Rodriguez
Like podcasts. I hope that'll be me. Like, it's gonna be.
Sebastian Robles
I hope.
Josh Lea
Or like that Tony Stark, like, Avenger thing. Like Jarvis, how he.
Sebastian Robles
Like. Oh, yeah, yeah. I'll be sick. I can't wait.
Josh Lea
I'll be so bad.
Isaac Rodriguez
It's gonna be.
Sebastian Robles
I can't wait.
Isaac Rodriguez
It's gonna be crazy. All right, we'll be right back.

So I have the questions here in front of me. Me and Josh will go one by one. You know, just short. Nice answer. You don't have to go. We don't have to go too crazy. Unless you want to.
Josh Lea
Let's run it.
Sebastian Robles
First question is, if your entire life was a movie, what would be the title of it?
Isaac Rodriguez
Oh, it's a great. I love that question.
Sebastian Robles
Mission Impossible.
Josh Lea
I know it feels like that. I would say.
Sebastian Robles
I guess it can be any title.
Isaac Rodriguez
Such a tough question to ask somebody on the spot.
Josh Lea
Okay, I. I know.
Isaac Rodriguez
I get it.
Josh Lea
The beauty and disaster.
Isaac Rodriguez
Who's playing you? Who's playing you?
Sebastian Robles
Yeah, who's playing you?
Josh Lea
That's a good. I mean, my dream, like, my favorite actor, I would say, is, like, Matthew McConaughey.
Sebastian Robles
Goals. Yeah.
Josh Lea
Or. Well, I mean, realistically, for someone to kind of, like, look like me. Damn. I don't even know if there's a lot of.
Isaac Rodriguez
No, they don't have to. They don't have to do prosthetics.
Josh Lea
Yeah. I would say my favorite actor would. Or probably be like, Matthew.
Isaac Rodriguez
Yeah. He's one of my favorites, too.
Sebastian Robles
He's my favorite actor.
Isaac Rodriguez
Yeah.
Sebastian Robles
What about Leo decap?
Josh Lea
He. He's good, but I don't know, there's something about, like, Matthew McConaughey.
Isaac Rodriguez
Because he's, like, a storytelling bro. That's what it is. He's just, like. He's brilliant.
Sebastian Robles
He's also the coolest guy in the world.
Josh Lea
He is.
Sebastian Robles
He's the coolest guy.
Josh Lea
He has, like, that aura.
Isaac Rodriguez
Yeah.
Sebastian Robles
Have. Have you ever seen Killer Joe?
Josh Lea
Killer Joe.
Sebastian Robles
I always like people who are Matthew McConaughey fans. I say, have you seen the movie Killer Joe?
Isaac Rodriguez
But you gotta brace yourself. Don't just go into this blind.
Sebastian Robles
You saw it, right? I told you to see it.
Isaac Rodriguez
Of course.
Sebastian Robles
Because. Because I've been on. I've been on Matthew McConaughey marathons.
Josh Lea
Okay.
Sebastian Robles
And I watch every Matthew. I'm a big Matthew McConaughey fan.
Josh Lea
Okay.
Sebastian Robles
I ran across this movie. Matthew McConaughey. Like, you've never seen him before.
Isaac Rodriguez
Oh, bro. No. And he doesn't say that lightly. You're gonna see some crazy. Your like, image of him.
Sebastian Robles
You're like, I'm gonna get your number and then to talk and then like. Are you watching it? Yeah. Okay. And I need you to be texting.
Josh Lea
Like, text you while I'm in it.
Sebastian Robles
No. You know, I'm going to let you watch it and text me after.
Josh Lea
Okay.
Isaac Rodriguez
Have you seen Ghosts of Girlfriend's Past?
Josh Lea
Yes. Such a good movie right there, bro.
Sebastian Robles
Such a good movie right there.
Josh Lea
So, like, I feel like that's how you know you're a good actor when you can take like a corny movie like that and make it good.
Isaac Rodriguez
That's a good point. That's kind of in the corny realm.
Sebastian Robles
Right?
Isaac Rodriguez
But it's not corny.
Josh Lea
Like a romcom and he makes.
Isaac Rodriguez
Yeah, yeah.
Sebastian Robles
I love romcom.
Josh Lea
Yes.
Sebastian Robles
Especially.
Josh Lea
Okay, what's your favorite romcom?
Sebastian Robles
Probably that one for me.
Isaac Rodriguez
I. I always go to the Proposal. I love the Proposal, bro.
Josh Lea
Okay. Okay.
Sebastian Robles
Yeah. Is Knocked Up a romcom?
Isaac Rodriguez
Knocked Up? No, semi.
Josh Lea
That's like a.
Isaac Rodriguez
It's kind of romcom.
Josh Lea
Roger Romcom that minds us of forgetting Sarah Marshall.
Sebastian Robles
Great, great romcom.
Isaac Rodriguez
Great movie. Great movie.
Sebastian Robles
I'm going to have to get back to you there.
Isaac Rodriguez
Just Friends. I like. I. I also like Ryan Reynolds in that era. Like that comp. Yeah, yeah.
Sebastian Robles
Love Don't Cost a Thing.
Josh Lea
Okay.
Sebastian Robles
Remember that one?
Isaac Rodriguez
Yeah, yeah.
Sebastian Robles
Was that one Nick Cannon?
Isaac Rodriguez
Yeah.
Sebastian Robles
No.
Josh Lea
What's the one where I'm a big rom com.
Sebastian Robles
Me too.
Isaac Rodriguez
What's the one movie.
Sebastian Robles
It's the one with Ashton Kutcher.
Isaac Rodriguez
Oh, Just Friends. That's.
Sebastian Robles
Is that one it?
Isaac Rodriguez
Yeah. Or no. Or what happens in Vegas?
Sebastian Robles
Something like that. Yeah, I love that one.
Isaac Rodriguez
Yeah.
Josh Lea
Okay. I don't think I've seen that.
Isaac Rodriguez
Yeah, he was good too, in that era.
Sebastian Robles
Yeah. Oh, Ashton Kutcher's goated.
Isaac Rodriguez
Yeah.
Josh Lea
Yeah.
Isaac Rodriguez
Have you seen that one? I'm sorry. We can move on.
Josh Lea
Hey, I'm a rom com guy could do this.
Isaac Rodriguez
It's on Netflix. It's like a Christmas movie where this guy, this girl, they. They meet and then you end up finding out at the end that like he's been. It was his heart that she's been carrying cuz she had to get like a heart transplant. You ever seen that one?
Sebastian Robles
What? It's.
Isaac Rodriguez
That movie's Insane. Jess's face. Just like the. You talking about.
Josh Lea
You had me in the first half.
Isaac Rodriguez
Yeah, yeah. Can you look it up? Put Netflix, Romcom, Heart.
Sebastian Robles
You're making Google work. 10 Things I Hate about you.
Josh Lea
Okay, yeah, that's good.
Sebastian Robles
Yeah, yeah. Have you. Have you seen the one? Because I have it here. Look. Have you seen the one that's called My Best Friend's Wedding? Have you seen that one? Yes, it's with. Gosh, she's.
Josh Lea
She's goaded to Wedding Crashers.
Sebastian Robles
It's this girl right here.
Isaac Rodriguez
I can't see it.
Josh Lea
Oh, it's Julia Roberts.
Sebastian Robles
Yeah. Julia Roberts. My. My Best Friend's Wedding. Such a good movie. I haven't seen that one. Is that one it.
Isaac Rodriguez
Oh, this isn't it.
Josh Lea
Yeah, I like Wedding Crasher.
Isaac Rodriguez
Wedding Crash is great. That's just. That's just a pure comedy, though.
Sebastian Robles
Yeah, I'll figure it out.
Isaac Rodriguez
Jess, we don't have to Heart attack. No.
Sebastian Robles
Yeah. We can honestly talk about shows and movies all day long, bro. I'm such a TV show guy. Yeah.
Josh Lea
Yeah.
Isaac Rodriguez
Would you ever want to get into acting?
Josh Lea
I would love that.
Isaac Rodriguez
Like, you think you could act?
Josh Lea
Something that I'm starting to do on my tick tocks is like little skits.
Isaac Rodriguez
Yeah.
Josh Lea
That I make my friend Willito do with me, and it does so well.
Isaac Rodriguez
Is it like improv? Do you guys are writing scripts?
Josh Lea
It's like half and half. So there. I. Sometimes I just think of the. Of a concept, and I'm like, okay, I think this will be funny. And then I'm like, all right. And if I say this and you say that.
Isaac Rodriguez
Yeah.
Josh Lea
And then sometimes when we say that, it doesn't hit, so I'm like, all right, bro, just do whatever you think it would be funny.
Isaac Rodriguez
Yeah. Yeah.
Josh Lea
And let's just kind of go flow into it. Yeah, it's like half and half.
Isaac Rodriguez
I love that, bro.
Josh Lea
But, yeah, I would love to be.
Isaac Rodriguez
So would you say Willito is your best friend bff?
Josh Lea
Yeah, I would say the past two years, we, like. We basically do everything. Yeah, it's like a little bromance going on.
Sebastian Robles
I love that, man.
Isaac Rodriguez
So how would you describe him in three words? Oh, that was literally the next question, by the way. I actually felt perfectly.
Josh Lea
Yeah. I would say, man, he's a funny guy. I would say he's definitely funny. Yeah, he's impulsive. Impulsive. Yeah, Impulsive. And he's very charismatic.
Isaac Rodriguez
Yeah. Yeah, I like so funny. Impulsive and charismatic.
Josh Lea
Have you ever met, like, someone that is just the luckiest mofo you've ever.
Isaac Rodriguez
Met that just constantly, everything just works out in his favor.
Josh Lea
Yeah. Literally.
Isaac Rodriguez
Damn.
Josh Lea
There's so many things I'm like, bro, I don't know how did you. How that worked out for you, but you're just like, lucky.
Sebastian Robles
Yeah. It's like one of those people that they just put that energy out there.
Josh Lea
Yeah.
Sebastian Robles
And they'll flip the coin. And they know.
Josh Lea
I tell them all the time, I'm like, dude, you could. You should go to like Vegas and just put everything on red. And somehow, some way it's gonna. This is that guy.
Isaac Rodriguez
How did you get connected with him?
Josh Lea
Okay, so I been living in LA for past three years. I moved out of Jennica's a year after and I moved in with my best friend from Miami. When I moved, he was like, bro, like, he's. I just want to move with you. And like, kind of, let's figure this out. Yeah, let's figure this out. In la. I was, all right, cool. So we moved in with each other eventually. Then he found a girlfriend and then he moved in with his girlfriend. And I was looking for a roommate for like three months. Then our friend does like social media. Social media management. And she's like, hey, I have this kid who's like looking to move to la. Mind you, I've never since I was doing like strictly fashion influencing, like fashion on Tick Tock. I had no idea, like this side of Tick Tock.
Isaac Rodriguez
Yeah. Like this catch world or whatever at all. Lifestyle.
Josh Lea
Yeah. Like Latino or Latino creators at all. At all. Not like that. And she was like, hey, he's just looking to like move to LA and kind of get started. And I know you're looking for a roommate, so go, let's figure it out. And I was just like, listen, as long as he can pay his rent, that's all.
Isaac Rodriguez
And he's not weird.
Josh Lea
Yeah. And I'm like, I don't really care. As long as you pay his rent, I don't really care. And I remember meeting him for the first time. Or she sent me his Tick Tock. It was like, Willito, Willika. And I look at all his stuff and I'm like, bro, I pray to God this is just like a character he plays. Because if you see his old stuff, he's like crazy screaming. Like, obviously someone that is, is kind of like trying to make it. And you know, he's young. I was like, all right, let's, let's meet this guy. So he comes over, he's like, super quiet. He's just like, you know, trying to. He's a kid from Texas, small town, and from there, you know, he just moved in. I was like, cool. Then I had like so much free time at the time because, like, part of just my schedule was like, I maybe work like two, three times out of the week, like doing photo shoots and then the rest of the time in my home. And, you know, I was doing social media. He was doing social media. And we just like started going to the gym together and started filming together. He wanted to do like Twitch and doing Twitch streams. And he's like, I don't know how to get started. And I was just like, all right, bro, like, I help you out and let's just kind of help each other out and go from there. And we just started doing that. And it got to a point where, man, I. I like getting to know him and having a friendship with him. I realized how much patience I have. Have.
Isaac Rodriguez
Wow.
Josh Lea
Because when we were doing like certain, like, social media stuff, or at least when he started doing Twitch, which like live Stream, he would make so much noise. And this apartment complex we lived in was in Porter Ranch, so it was like super quiet. Like an association, really nice, Respectful. Yeah. Irrespectful. Like nice families. And every day for the past or like during that time, for like the three months, every day there was a noise complaint or the security guard. No way. Every day to the point where I told him. I was like, bro, like, eventually, like, I'm down. I'm down to ride this out with you. Because obviously we're, you know, we got motion and, you know, this is happening and this is just a movement and we just got to see it through. I'm like, there's gonna be a moment where I'm gonna call you and we might get kicked out. You know, we might get evicted. It's just these type of.
Isaac Rodriguez
This is kind of headed that direction.
Josh Lea
He's a young kid. Like, this is the first time he moves out of his. His parents house. So he has no idea, like, signing a lease or anything like that. And that day came and the. The person I was running the apartment from was like, hey, like, you have three days to get out of my apartment.
Sebastian Robles
Damn.
Josh Lea
Or I'm taking you all of your. And I just called it. I was like, hey. I'm like, the day has come. We gotta get out. Oh, my God, bro, you're trolling me. I was like, nah, bro, we gotta get out of this apartment. And yeah, that. That happened.
Isaac Rodriguez
Was that the last apartment you guys were in? And now you guys are in a new one.
Josh Lea
Yeah, from that apartment. We moved, and we moved actually with Jennica for, like, a week because she. We all met poor Jenna. Oh, I met her. I met her because, like, we were all, like, mutuals. I mean, I met Willito because they were, like, hanging out, and we lived there, and then we were working with this realtor, and she's like, I'll help you guys out. See what we can do. And we found, like, this big house. I'm like, bro, this is. We don't need this. He's like, nah, bro. Like, let's do it. Let's get other creators to come and. And we'll have, like, a. A content house. And I was just like, all right, bro, whatever. I'm like, who do you want us. Like, who do you want to move in with? He's like, let's get Shoddy Bay to move in with us. And I was just like, okay. I mean, that's what you want to do. And, yeah, we had, like, this big house in. In Porter Ranch, and I've been to the house.
Isaac Rodriguez
I. That's where Jennica used to have her podcast.
Josh Lea
Yeah. Yeah. She was. She was moving from that house, that old house she lived in, to the new one that she has now.
Isaac Rodriguez
Correct. Yeah.
Josh Lea
And she was like, I don't have anywhere to the podcast. And it was just, like, a big house that we had so much room.
Isaac Rodriguez
Yeah.
Josh Lea
So she was doing the podcast for a couple times.
Isaac Rodriguez
Wow.
Josh Lea
Yeah.
Sebastian Robles
Wow. It's crazy how, like, just everything kind of. And everything works out when. When both parties are kind of down. Like, you could have been easily, like, nah, bro, I'm not gonna live with you no more. You know, I don't want this in my life. But you still roll with everyone's punches.
Josh Lea
You know, I'm a very, like, faithful guy.
Sebastian Robles
Yeah, I love that. I love that. And that's how things work, bro. Yeah, for the most part. Yeah, for the most part.
Josh Lea
Right.
Sebastian Robles
All right. I have another question. Favorite place you've traveled to?
Josh Lea
Oh, I would say Costa Rica is really, really. Oh, Costa Rica is really nice. Yeah, it's, like, peaceful. They don't have a. I don't think they have, like, a military. They don't have an army.
Sebastian Robles
Wow.
Josh Lea
That's not, like. Yeah, I think they're the only country that doesn't have, like, an actual military.
Isaac Rodriguez
But they have, like, police and stuff.
Josh Lea
Yeah, they have police.
Isaac Rodriguez
Yeah.
Josh Lea
But everything else is, like, super peaceful, easygoing.
Sebastian Robles
Wow.
Josh Lea
It's very nice. Yeah, I would say that.
Isaac Rodriguez
Or that's like cool, but also kind of scary. Yeah. In the military is kind of wild.
Josh Lea
Yeah.
Sebastian Robles
Yeah. But they're so small. They probably use like, they probably have an ally, you know, whoever's next door to them.
Isaac Rodriguez
Yeah. What's the last thing you regretted doing? Damn.
Josh Lea
You know when people say like, oh, I live my life with no regrets.
Isaac Rodriguez
Yeah.
Josh Lea
That is not me.
Isaac Rodriguez
Nah.
Josh Lea
There's so many things I'm like, bro, I wish that differently.
Isaac Rodriguez
Yeah.
Josh Lea
I have so many regrets. Or not regrets, but like things I. I wish I could go back and change.
Isaac Rodriguez
Yeah. Yeah, yeah.
Josh Lea
Damn. The last thing I regretted, I don't know. Probably something I did to get my girlfriend mad at me. Cuz when my girl.
Sebastian Robles
We went jet skiing last yesterday.
Josh Lea
Oh, yeah, we went jet skiing and I flipped the jet on purpose. No, it wasn't on purpose.
Sebastian Robles
Damn, you got a really haul ass if you want to flip a jet ski.
Josh Lea
Honestly, that's the most annoying part of it is that I simply was just turning and the water was just.
Sebastian Robles
Was it choppy?
Josh Lea
Yeah, so it was just like, like, oh.
Sebastian Robles
What happens is you catch something and the momentum throws you.
Josh Lea
Exactly. So it's like very anti climactic because I just felt it was going like this, but I'm like, oh, it's gonna even out because that's what the jet ski is supposed to do. And then we were leaning and then my girl's like holding on to me. So then we were. No, I'm not saying it's your fault.
Isaac Rodriguez
But you know, and everything.
Josh Lea
Yeah, just like, you know, physics and you know, the cragular ethereum and all that, you know, and boom. We just like fell.
Isaac Rodriguez
That's hilarious.
Josh Lea
Damn, I do regret falling.
Sebastian Robles
Well, you gotta blame it on the choppy waves. You know, if. If you commit to going into a jet ski and there's a choppy way.
Isaac Rodriguez
Don'T flip the jet ski.
Sebastian Robles
No, what was worse is that he told me he knew somebody.
Josh Lea
So not only did we flip the.
Sebastian Robles
Jet ski, we had to paddle board to the jet ski. He's never paddleboarded before. So we were stuck trying to paddleboard to the destination. That's.
Josh Lea
You know, when you have a boy that's like, yo, I do this. And I'm like, all right, cool. I'm going to go with my boy. I'm going to help him out.
Isaac Rodriguez
Yeah.
Josh Lea
And then your boy just runs like a little funky little business, bro.
Isaac Rodriguez
You guys had a paddle board to the jet skis?
Josh Lea
Yeah.
Isaac Rodriguez
From that moment on, I like, this is bad.
Sebastian Robles
I was like, where's the paddle board coming from? Are you holding it while you're driving the. You.
Josh Lea
You meet him there. He's like, oh, I'm going to give you a paddle board. And you just paddle board to the. The. To the jet ski. He's like, no, it's not that hard, bro. You just got to do this.
Isaac Rodriguez
Is this in Long Beach?
Josh Lea
No, this was in Miami. I just came back from Miami.
Isaac Rodriguez
Oh, damn. Wow.
Sebastian Robles
Yeah. Well, what an experience, huh? At least you fell with your man on a jet ski. That's kind of romantic. He was like. He was like. They just.
Josh Lea
Look at the city.
Sebastian Robles
I'm so scared of that. Are you. Are. Are you a big, like, ocean, open ocean type girly? Oh, yeah. No, I'm scared of the ocean.
Isaac Rodriguez
I'm terrified of the ocean.
Josh Lea
I told her. I was like, listen, I'm like, Like, now, this is another thing that, you know, we can get through together. And, you know, we know we're gonna make.
Isaac Rodriguez
Right?
Sebastian Robles
Yeah.
Josh Lea
She was panicking, and I was just like, babe, are you okay? She's like, no, what's. I want to go. I wanna.
Sebastian Robles
Yeah, let's get.
Josh Lea
And I'm like, babe, relax.
Sebastian Robles
Yeah. You know, I don't care what anybody says. Paddleboarding is not easy.
Josh Lea
Yeah.
Sebastian Robles
There's a lot of balancing to do. Absolutely. You're Salvadorian, correct?
Josh Lea
I am Salvadorian.
Sebastian Robles
Okay. Favorite Salvadorian meal and the best place for Salvadorian food in la.
Josh Lea
Oh, I'm gonna hurt some people's feelings. Oh, damn. I would say my favorite dish is, like, traditional, the Sayuno Salvadoreno.
Sebastian Robles
Oh, my God, bro. Right?
Josh Lea
That is the best. It is so good. Is huevos.
Sebastian Robles
The.
Josh Lea
But they have to be molido. Yeah. So it's like refried cremita and. Oh, platanito.
Sebastian Robles
Oh, bro, it's fire.
Josh Lea
It's so good.
Sebastian Robles
When I first started having it, like, years ago, I was like, yo, Loki competes with Mexican. Really? Yeah.
Josh Lea
I put it up there.
Sebastian Robles
Yeah. I just. I just. There's something about it that, like, it's similar, but it's not.
Josh Lea
Yeah.
Sebastian Robles
I feel like their frijoles are a little bit better than ours in some ways.
Josh Lea
Yeah.
Sebastian Robles
Make it.
Josh Lea
Yeah. It's like the frijoles, they have to be mole, so they have to be a certain way. If they're not like that, then.
Sebastian Robles
Yeah, but damn, bro. Same.
Josh Lea
Yeah. Like, I feel like Mexican breakfast is just. There's a little more spice to it.
Isaac Rodriguez
Right. I was gonna ask. You guys do a lot of spices?
Josh Lea
No, we don't. Yeah. Do you.
Isaac Rodriguez
Are you not a spice? Guy.
Josh Lea
I. I would say, like, I got into it, like, being. I have so many Mexican friends. Like, yeah, the chamoita.
Isaac Rodriguez
Like, yeah, yeah.
Josh Lea
Chile with everything.
Isaac Rodriguez
So that's new. That's new for you.
Josh Lea
Yeah, that's definitely new.
Sebastian Robles
Wow.
Josh Lea
And I never, like, had spice like. Like that.
Isaac Rodriguez
Damn.
Josh Lea
And I like it.
Sebastian Robles
And for everybody in la, where. Where should they go to for a nice Salvadorian? The Sayuna. Oh.
Josh Lea
I honestly, I haven't been to a lot here in la. I would say the most that I have here is always, like, pupusas, so. And P for pupusas, I would say in la, I mean, if you want to go to the, you know, the best of the best, you got to go a little more to, like, Anaheim, which is my friends. What's cooking? What's that you're cooking?
Isaac Rodriguez
Oh, yeah.
Sebastian Robles
Oh, yeah.
Isaac Rodriguez
We know.
Sebastian Robles
They're cool.
Isaac Rodriguez
They gifted us some.
Sebastian Robles
They always gift us up. They're such good people.
Josh Lea
They're amazing. Theiras are bomb. So shout out ed stuff. But La papusa and I believe they're in downtown.
Isaac Rodriguez
Oh, okay.
Josh Lea
Yeah, Very good, too. So shout out them.
Sebastian Robles
You know, one of my favorite pusa spots, and I've told a lot of people, and some people are. Yes. Some people are. No, it's. Have you ever been to. What's the place in downtown? There's egg sluts in there. Oh, yeah, it's called Central. Grand Central. Grand Central. It's called Grand Central. There's a papusa spot in there. Fire. It's called saritas popusas. I think that's what it's called, right? Yep. Saritas.
Josh Lea
Honestly, you know what? I'm gonna.
Sebastian Robles
Stupid fire and sick vibe.
Josh Lea
Okay.
Sebastian Robles
Sick vibe. I'm gonna take.
Josh Lea
Oh, yes, I've been. Oh, I've been here, but I've never had that.
Sebastian Robles
Bro, let me take you little date. Okay, I'll pay.
Josh Lea
Let's do it.
Sebastian Robles
And you know why I like it there?
Josh Lea
Yeah.
Sebastian Robles
On top.
Josh Lea
Oh, really?
Sebastian Robles
Yeah. And a lot of people don't do that. I thought that was, like, a normal thing. That's not a. Yeah, it's not like a thing. Right. But they're straight Salvadorian.
Josh Lea
Wow.
Sebastian Robles
So they put a web on top and they have this really nice salsa on top. That. Not pica tanto, but it's really good. Yeah. Oh, I'm take them.
Josh Lea
And you know, another thing that's not common, that, like, you know, you see here a lot is like. Or people that. That cook pupusas is like, women only. But here is, like, the Guys make the best.
Sebastian Robles
Really? I didn't know that was a thing.
Josh Lea
Yes. Yeah. Like in El Salvador, it's like, it's rare for men to be.
Isaac Rodriguez
To make sure.
Josh Lea
Or just cook in general.
Sebastian Robles
Really.
Josh Lea
Yeah, yeah.
Sebastian Robles
What?
Josh Lea
But here, like, all the people that I know that make the good boas, they're. The guys are in the kitchen throwing it down.
Sebastian Robles
Yeah.
Isaac Rodriguez
So that's interesting.
Sebastian Robles
Maybe it's a guy's putting the wet. You know what? To make this better. A egg. Oh, but it's so good, bro. Cuz you break the yolk. And what's the. It's called curtido.
Josh Lea
Right. And then the salsa. So you got to put it all together. What's your favorite?
Sebastian Robles
Pupusa, I think they call it.
Josh Lea
Yes.
Sebastian Robles
Fire.
Isaac Rodriguez
What is it?
Sebastian Robles
It's just like everything.
Josh Lea
Yeah, yeah.
Isaac Rodriguez
Damn.
Josh Lea
Yeah, I gotta take you to a spot too, because this place called La Pupusa I just mentioned, they have like a Korean twist to it.
Sebastian Robles
I love when they do that.
Isaac Rodriguez
Yeah, it's like. Yeah, that's my bro.
Sebastian Robles
Bro. If you want to know if you want to be successful in the restaurant visits, all you need to do is take your culture and put a Korean infusion into it.
Isaac Rodriguez
Yeah.
Sebastian Robles
It'll just pop anything that has a Korean infusion to it. So. Fire. Because Korean food is fire.
Isaac Rodriguez
Yeah, I just love, you know, like, Asian cuisine.
Sebastian Robles
Asian cuisine.
Josh Lea
Yeah. So. Hey.
Sebastian Robles
Oh, I didn't know that. Let's go. Yeah, but right now. Just kidding. We got one last question for you. And then.
Isaac Rodriguez
Yeah, last question is last song you had on repeat.
Josh Lea
So I'm really into this band called Latin Mafia.
Sebastian Robles
Oh, yeah, yeah, yeah, I follow them.
Josh Lea
Yeah, they're.
Sebastian Robles
They're popping.
Josh Lea
Yeah, they're popping right now. Now. But I would say. I think it's called. I think that's what it's called. But yeah, I'm into like.
Sebastian Robles
Oh, cool. I'm glad that you said that because I don't think I've told you, but. So this is like straight backstory. But like the girl that works with Pepe Aguilar.
Isaac Rodriguez
Yeah.
Sebastian Robles
I think she represents them and she's told us many times. Yeah. So I think they're dope. I think. Yeah. And I follow them. And they're. They're dope up. They're popping, bro.
Isaac Rodriguez
Damn.
Sebastian Robles
They have a lot of classes. A lot of people, too.
Isaac Rodriguez
Wait, what's their genre?
Josh Lea
They're like indie. Yeah, it's like an indie.
Sebastian Robles
Spanish.
Isaac Rodriguez
Indie.
Josh Lea
Yeah. Spanish.
Sebastian Robles
Yeah, it's really cool.
Josh Lea
They have a cool sound that like.
Sebastian Robles
Yeah. And like. And like you look at the guys and they have a sick little vibe. Like, they dress cool and.
Josh Lea
Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah. They're. They're vibe.
Sebastian Robles
Yeah.
Josh Lea
I would say this year or like la kind of like the end of last year's when they're like, just started popping off. Yeah, but they're dope. Dope.
Sebastian Robles
Yeah. Before we go on break, we need to go on break. But before we go on break, I know that you're in Miami because it was your birthday.
Josh Lea
Yeah.
Sebastian Robles
Right. So obviously we're not gonna sing, like, we're not gonna not sing Happy Birthday to you. Right. And then shout out to Jessica, you know, she went to go and. Yeah.
Isaac Rodriguez
Make sure you get it right.
Sebastian Robles
She's definitely a real one.
Josh Lea
Yeah, yeah.
Sebastian Robles
And like, Jessica get the kick, bro. And by the way, like, happy birthday.
Josh Lea
Thank you.
Sebastian Robles
Yeah.
Isaac Rodriguez
28, bro. You turned 28?
Josh Lea
I turned 28.
Isaac Rodriguez
Damn.
Sebastian Robles
Yeah. How's it feel to be 28?
Josh Lea
It's. It's weird because I feel like 28 or. I don't know, social media makes me feel old because, like, yeah, the. The term is you pushing 30.
Isaac Rodriguez
Yeah.
Josh Lea
Whenever you're, like, you know, getting to a different, like, age. Yeah, but I feel so young.
Sebastian Robles
Yeah.
Josh Lea
You know, but.
Sebastian Robles
But I tell you what, those people saying that are probably people who are in their early 20s. 20s.
Josh Lea
Yeah.
Sebastian Robles
Right. If you tell me you're 28, I'm say, Bro, you're so young. Right. And then I'm gonna tell you. Oh, you're gonna love being 30.
Josh Lea
Yeah. Right.
Isaac Rodriguez
Yeah.
Sebastian Robles
Because, bro, I kid you not. And Josh can vouch for this as well. Right. When you hit 30, sure. Your lower back starts to hurt a.
Josh Lea
Little bit, for sure.
Sebastian Robles
But second is you're the most confident. You know what you want in life.
Josh Lea
Absolutely.
Sebastian Robles
You don't have to put on a front for anybody. People love you for who you are, and you just feel so good about yourself.
Josh Lea
Yeah.
Sebastian Robles
You are the best. You are on top of the world. You don't feel that young. You don't feel that old. You are in your prime.
Josh Lea
Yeah.
Sebastian Robles
30S are. Have been for me, the best times in my life.
Josh Lea
Wow.
Isaac Rodriguez
Yeah, I would completely agree with that, bro. That's how I felt too. But it's funny that you said that, because when I was 28, that was when I turned 28, that was the first time I got self conscious about my age because of social media.
Josh Lea
It's. It's creeped in a little. But I would say I'm not a person that, like. Like, fears to get old.
Isaac Rodriguez
Right, right.
Josh Lea
Because. Exactly what you said. Because you just get more secure and you just know more things and I feel like just gives you more perspective of like. Yeah, well, if I did good up to this point, it's only gonna get better.
Isaac Rodriguez
It's only. It only gets better, bro. It only gets better.
Sebastian Robles
Yeah.
Isaac Rodriguez
How old do you want to be when you have, like, kids?
Josh Lea
Oh, I like not having kids. I'm not gonna lie.
Sebastian Robles
Yeah.
Josh Lea
Yeah, I like not having kids, but I do want kids.
Sebastian Robles
Yeah, you gotta have a little mini meal. Oh, my damn favorite too was a fruit.
Josh Lea
The fruit one.
Sebastian Robles
Ready, Josh? Should we show our vocal cords? Three, two, one. Happy birthday to you.
Isaac Rodriguez
Keep it deep.
Sebastian Robles
Happy birthday to you.
Isaac Rodriguez
Take it a little higher.
Sebastian Robles
Happy birthday.
Isaac Rodriguez
Even higher, dear.
Sebastian Robles
I see.

Sebastian Robles
Wow.
Isaac Rodriguez
Yes, sir.
Sebastian Robles
The big two eight.
Josh Lea
This is awesome.
Isaac Rodriguez
This is my favorite dessert on the planet of Earth.
Josh Lea
Have you tried fruit?
Isaac Rodriguez
Yes, bro. This is the only kind of pastries I eat. I don't eat cake. Cake. I don't eat chocolate. Okay.
Sebastian Robles
Thank you.
Isaac Rodriguez
Thank you.
Sebastian Robles
Jess went to go out of her way and she went to go get it. Not out of her way. But she went to go get it.
Josh Lea
And from Porto's too, and she said.
Sebastian Robles
Give me the most expensive cake since day number one.
Isaac Rodriguez
Huh? Yeah. Say it, say it.
Sebastian Robles
No. Happy birthday, man.
Josh Lea
I gotta blow out the candles.
Sebastian Robles
Yeah, blow out the candles. Make a wish, bro.
Josh Lea
Let me see.
Isaac Rodriguez
Think about it.
Josh Lea
Make a. My girlfriend. I was like, this, I think the best birthday I've had so far.
Isaac Rodriguez
No way.
Sebastian Robles
And they're only going to get better, brother. Exactly.
Isaac Rodriguez
So cool.
Sebastian Robles
That's man. Happy birthday, man. What. What an incredible cake. Beautiful cake for a beautiful person with a beautiful. So beautiful personality and a beautiful girlfriend.
Isaac Rodriguez
Love it.
Sebastian Robles
Happy birthday to you, man.
Josh Lea
Thank you, man. Yeah, we just. Special.
Sebastian Robles
We just wanted to say that before we go on break seeing you. Happy birthday and yeah, thank you.
Josh Lea
This is. I. I won't forget this one. I told her like, when you had told me to, like, come on. I was like, damn, babe, this is.
Isaac Rodriguez
It's turned out to be the year.
Josh Lea
This is fire. I'm like, whoa. I have no idea.
Isaac Rodriguez
He's been.
Josh Lea
I'm like, babe, you manifested out.
Sebastian Robles
He's been like. Because he's been watching you guys for forever. Like, no way.
Josh Lea
Yeah, yeah, I've been a big fan.
Sebastian Robles
And he would show me clips and I'm like, oh, yeah. Like, I found out about you guys.
Isaac Rodriguez
Yeah. Yeah.
Sebastian Robles
Show me all the time and tell.
Josh Lea
You, baby, one day I get on. All right, babe.
Sebastian Robles
Are you being serious, though? Oh, wow. I just feel like they. They're not people. Like, you know, sometimes when you get on a podcast and, you know, it's just like Cheeseman.
Isaac Rodriguez
Yeah.
Sebastian Robles
It's like, it's so intellectual. Like, I feel like they are just.
Josh Lea
On a different, different level.
Sebastian Robles
Wow, that means a lot. You say.
Isaac Rodriguez
That does mean a lot.
Josh Lea
Yeah.
Isaac Rodriguez
Amber. I believe in manifestation. I think it's a real thing, bro. Like what you put on.
Josh Lea
I'm pretty sure there's like a live that I did where I'm like, guys, don't worry. Like, I'm going to be on that podcast one day.
Isaac Rodriguez
Someone clipped that happen and then put us like, belting out Happy birthday.
Sebastian Robles
Well, I mean, we're so excited to have you, bro. Honestly, this is great. We, we. We're. We're big. We're big into, like, really not being afraid to talk to another man. How sometimes maybe we would talk to a woman because you know how guys are. They like, very like, I don't talk to you like that, bro. We're not like that. Where. Not like that at all. And honestly, bro, like, it means a lot that you were just in Miami, you know, doing stuff with jet skis and throwing your girl off it. But the fact that you're here now and you made the time, like, bro, it means a lot to us.
Josh Lea
Thank you.
Isaac Rodriguez
Yeah, my man. It was a pleasure having you on, bro. You're in a. You're an incredible human. Yeah, by all means, bro. You really are.
Sebastian Robles
So we still have another little segment we're gonna go on a quick little break. Imagine. Get. Hey, get your cake.
Isaac Rodriguez
Get.
Sebastian Robles
Get the.
Isaac Rodriguez
Out.
Sebastian Robles
Out. I'm like, bro, give a little piece, honestly. And it means so much that. That your girl said that.
Josh Lea
Honestly, it's like, you know when you're at your. Like when you were a kid and you're at your favorite cousin's house.
Isaac Rodriguez
Yeah.
Josh Lea
Damn. I don't want to go.
Isaac Rodriguez
Leave, bro. You got to leave.
Sebastian Robles
And like, not to toot our own horn, but I do feel like a lot of people really like me, Josh and myself is because, like, she was saying, like, we're not really into Cheesemans. We're just cool guys and we just try to relate with everybody. And like, maybe like, you see us as like, they're just, you know, they're just cool and they. They mean well.
Josh Lea
No, yeah, it's that. And I just think, like, when I hear you guys just whatever episode. And that's the cool thing apart about your guys podcast, like, it doesn't matter what guest is on. You guys are like, very yourselves. And in that just like hearing your guys's perspective and your opinion, it's just something that's like, refreshing.
Sebastian Robles
Yeah, you know damn well you're one of us, bro. 100.
Isaac Rodriguez
And we're one of you. We're gonna bring you back, dog. You come in it.
Josh Lea
Whatever you guys need.
Sebastian Robles
No, we're gonna have a full day in la. Dang. Let's do it.
Isaac Rodriguez
Is that the pot? That's the pod.
Sebastian Robles
Yeah. And then you know what IRL is in real life.
Josh Lea
Yes. So, like, that type of vibe.
Sebastian Robles
See, I'm hip too. Dang.
Josh Lea
My boy knows.
Sebastian Robles
Okay, you know what URL is?
Isaac Rodriguez
URL? Yeah, I know what it is, but I don't know the actual.
Sebastian Robles
Me neither, but it's a website. We'll be right back. One thing about, like, live streaming and being like on live and Twitch is you talk to the chat. There's a certain lingo that, you know, has been created. The chat?
Isaac Rodriguez
Yeah, yeah.
Sebastian Robles
You know, like every time now I don't even live stream, but I'm like, damn down bad Chat. You know, like, everything is always chat. All right, so we're back, obviously, because we're here. So we. Obviously. Isaac is Salvadorian.
Josh Lea
Yes, sir.
Sebastian Robles
So he's gonna show us some salvi slang, and then. But there's gonna be some salvi slang up here on your TV or your computer or your phone. And we're. Josh and myself, we're gonna guess what that means. We're gonna guess what I got salvi friends.
Isaac Rodriguez
Yeah.
Sebastian Robles
Okay, so I think I'm a win.
Isaac Rodriguez
Okay.
Sebastian Robles
But you are you. You're pretty good.
Isaac Rodriguez
And I'm good.
Sebastian Robles
You would say you're. You know, I believe in you.
Josh Lea
Should do a wager on this.
Sebastian Robles
Yeah, let's do a wager. Another gen.
Josh Lea
Whoever loses pays for the pupusas.
Isaac Rodriguez
Oh, bad. Easy.
Sebastian Robles
Okay. Money.
Isaac Rodriguez
Yeah, let's do it.
Sebastian Robles
Oh, I like that. Yeah. And then dodger game. Let's do it.
Josh Lea
Boom.
Isaac Rodriguez
Just throw that in. Oh, shoot.
Sebastian Robles
All right, so first word is. Correct me if I'm wrong, Isaac.
Josh Lea
Okay. The second one is.
Isaac Rodriguez
Yeah, I think I know what this one is.
Josh Lea
Okay.
Isaac Rodriguez
Like grandpuchika.
Josh Lea
Okay. There's a term that we, like, mix in. I see where you're going.
Isaac Rodriguez
Okay.
Josh Lea
It's like.
Isaac Rodriguez
Yeah, that's not it.
Sebastian Robles
I would say a pucica is like a sexy girl, you know, that's from the neighborhood. Like, damnita.
Josh Lea
Uhhuh.
Sebastian Robles
That's what I'm saying. What it is.
Isaac Rodriguez
That actually. That actually makes sense.
Sebastian Robles
Like, damn, have you seen puchika? Right there.
Josh Lea
Who's that?
Sebastian Robles
Who's that? Okay, that's. That's my guess.
Josh Lea
Okay, I'm.
Isaac Rodriguez
I'm saying it. Like, puchika. Like, it's almost like. Like, that's the way. It's like a. Like a term you get. You get. You see somebody almost get hit by a car, you're like, oh, like, bro, you almost died. F. Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah. That's where I would go with.
Josh Lea
Okay, we ready for the results? Lily? Josh, right on the money.
Isaac Rodriguez
Come on, dog.
Sebastian Robles
You're lying. Exactly.
Isaac Rodriguez
I'm on the money.
Josh Lea
It's like. It's like a way of saying, like, damn. Like, damn.
Sebastian Robles
Yeah. Bro. Bro.
Isaac Rodriguez
You thought it was, like, a little shorty. Like. Like, you think they're referring to girls as poochie cats, bro. Like.
Josh Lea
Like, you know, this is so much funny. Is that the. That he was talking off camera and then for him to get the.
Sebastian Robles
I was so confident until. I've never heard this word before.
Isaac Rodriguez
Bro. So my brother. My half brother, he's half Guatemalan.
Josh Lea
Okay.
Isaac Rodriguez
And I believe they say puchika out there. Like, that's how they use.
Josh Lea
There's some, like, Central American countries that, like, are slang intertwined.
Isaac Rodriguez
Yeah, but he would use it as a grand puchika.
Sebastian Robles
Like, he'd be like, even.
Isaac Rodriguez
Yeah.
Sebastian Robles
Really?
Isaac Rodriguez
Yes, yes.
Sebastian Robles
So that's what it. What it means. Marquis has said that to you?
Isaac Rodriguez
His dad, bro, I've been to Guatemala. Like, that's. That's a slang I heard out there.
Sebastian Robles
Oh, wow.
Isaac Rodriguez
Yeah.
Sebastian Robles
Okay. Okay. I like it now. I know it's like, yeah, like. But you can just say that just. Just by itself. Yeah, yeah.
Josh Lea
Because if, like, you're saying, like, puchia, I'm gonna go up to you and be like, yo, what happened?
Sebastian Robles
Like, why you saying that?
Josh Lea
Like, why you mad?
Sebastian Robles
Yeah.
Josh Lea
Or you can say to your boy, like, puchika was like, why'd you do that?
Isaac Rodriguez
Yeah, yeah.
Sebastian Robles
Oh, you're kind of, like, hyper expressing something.
Josh Lea
Exactly.
Sebastian Robles
Okay.
Josh Lea
Yeah, yeah.
Isaac Rodriguez
It's like. It's just like, how it's used in the context of it, right? Like. Yeah, yeah. Okay, I got you.
Sebastian Robles
Like, if I lose on, like, War zone.
Isaac Rodriguez
Yeah, the F word. It's like, right? Basically. Yeah.
Josh Lea
It's a vulgar way of saying.
Sebastian Robles
Is it a really bad word? Like, you know, like, it, like, in Mexican slang, when you say like. Like. Like berga is pretty tough.
Josh Lea
Yeah, no, I wouldn't go to that extent.
Sebastian Robles
It's not. It's more. Still a little bit more fun.
Josh Lea
It's like something that you can say that no one's gonna be like, oh, but it's not something you would say to your parents. Like, I'm like, why Your mom would look a certain way be like, yo, who are you talking to, gang? Yeah, I mean, you could say that. That's what I would say to my 1.
Sebastian Robles
I like that word. Yeah, see, I'm gonna write that one down. All right, next.
Josh Lea
Next.
Sebastian Robles
Chivo. Chivo. Chivo. Chivo. Boss. Chivo's like, dude, like, way.
Josh Lea
Okay.
Sebastian Robles
Like, guy Michigo.
Josh Lea
Okay.
Isaac Rodriguez
I'm gonna say it's more like, cool. It's like. It's almost like Antachivo. Like, that's pretty sick.
Sebastian Robles
Like, kind of like Cheeto. Yeah, yeah, I think like that. It's just that Cheeto, bro.
Isaac Rodriguez
Yeah.
Josh Lea
Damn. Josh. Josh, run again.
Isaac Rodriguez
I run this game, dog, man.
Sebastian Robles
Well, you're cheating because you said that your family's from Central America too, bro.
Josh Lea
Dog, that's exactly like that. Like, get ch. That's cool.
Sebastian Robles
That's cool. Book, man. There better be a lot, cuz I'M too. I'm too. I'm. I'm over two.
Isaac Rodriguez
We said Dodger game, too, right? We said that too.
Sebastian Robles
I mean, I still winning. I would go anyway.
Josh Lea
We outside.
Sebastian Robles
What? What? The caval.
Josh Lea
Oh, okay.
Isaac Rodriguez
Cabal.
Sebastian Robles
Damn, bro, These are actually tough.
Isaac Rodriguez
Is this almost like. Is this almost like, like, cabal, like.
Josh Lea
Okay, something like that? Like.
Sebastian Robles
No, cabal is like a guy who, like. Why you guys laugh? Yeah, go ahead, finish.
Josh Lea
I want to see where this leads.
Sebastian Robles
Yeah, there's always, like, a story with your house. Like, somebody who's like, macho man, you know? Like, that's somebody you call, like, like, like, like, like Mexican slang.
Isaac Rodriguez
Like, alpha, almost.
Sebastian Robles
Yeah.
Josh Lea
Oh, there comes the caval.
Sebastian Robles
Yeah, like, I still.
Isaac Rodriguez
Oh, that's pretty good, you know? Yeah.
Sebastian Robles
Hopefully I get it wrong. Cuz if not, you guys are both.
Josh Lea
Wrong on this one. Caval is like, saying, like, on point.
Sebastian Robles
Oh. Oh, really?
Josh Lea
Yeah.
Isaac Rodriguez
Dang.
Sebastian Robles
That's some sick slang, bro. I like that. I love Salvadoran slang.
Isaac Rodriguez
So how would you use it? Like, how was it?
Sebastian Robles
Like, damn.
Josh Lea
Yeah, kind of. Or you could kind of. It's like a word that you can put in, like, different.
Isaac Rodriguez
Like, context.
Josh Lea
Yeah, context. Like.
Sebastian Robles
Oh, okay.
Josh Lea
I got Right, you know? Right. Yeah, it's perfect. Or like. Yeah, the shirt, like, thick perfect.
Sebastian Robles
It's a more positive word.
Josh Lea
Yeah, for sure.
Isaac Rodriguez
Damn.
Josh Lea
Yeah, exactly like that.
Sebastian Robles
Like money. Like. And I like them. Yeah, I like them. They fit good. Thank you so much. There's a more. Okay, I got it. Okay, I gotta write these down. I'm gonna get it on me next to puchi. Cabo. Is it puchika or puchika?
Josh Lea
It's like one syllable.
Sebastian Robles
I like that. I like that a lot, Chucho. Okay, now this is a word where I'm like.
Josh Lea
Who'S going first?
Isaac Rodriguez
Go ahead.
Sebastian Robles
It's like a prayer. You can like me. I can tell you. Like, you call me, like, okay, it's also a dog.
Isaac Rodriguez
So which one is it?
Sebastian Robles
Well, it can be both.
Isaac Rodriguez
Like your dog.
Sebastian Robles
I need a point.
Isaac Rodriguez
I'm desperate.
Sebastian Robles
Oh.
Isaac Rodriguez
So you're saying it's slang for, like, dude, like, bro.
Sebastian Robles
Like, I think it can be slang for. For a good amount of things. Mexico. Cho is like a dog, but it's also like. Like, you're sick. Like you're a dog. Like, you're that guy. You're him. You're seas.
Isaac Rodriguez
Damn. I don't know this one. I don't know. Chucho. Yeah, I think it could just be slang for.
Sebastian Robles
I think got a sick poker face on too.
Isaac Rodriguez
He don't give us nothing. He doesn't give us anything, bro.
Josh Lea
It's just funny because I hear these words, and I know instantly, and y'all like, struggling.
Isaac Rodriguez
Damn. Yeah, I'm gonna say it's just, like, slang for, like, man. Yeah. Like a guy. It's like another nickname for, like, dude, like, damn. What's up? How we doing, bro?
Josh Lea
Yeah, I was. I will give this point to this. It's like. It's slang, basically, for a dog.
Isaac Rodriguez
For dog.
Josh Lea
Yeah. Yeah, but you could call your boys that.
Isaac Rodriguez
Yeah, okay, okay.
Josh Lea
But, yeah, Choo Choo's a dog.
Sebastian Robles
But are we gonna give this for a dog? Right? This, like, for a dog?
Josh Lea
For a dog, right?
Sebastian Robles
Okay. Thank God I said that.
Josh Lea
Like, mira said chucho. Like, yeah, there's the dog.
Isaac Rodriguez
Okay.
Josh Lea
Yeah. Mexicans call dogs chuchos. Yeah, Okay, I didn't know that.
Sebastian Robles
I thought, you know, that. Yeah. Is that like chucho?
Josh Lea
Yeah.
Sebastian Robles
Yeah.
Josh Lea
Okay. Okay, so we'll give that two. One.
Isaac Rodriguez
Okay.
Sebastian Robles
Yeah, that's fair. Chucho. That's fair. It's like a chucho is like, you don't know the dog. There's just a dog there.
Isaac Rodriguez
It's just an automatic nickname for that. Yeah. Okay.
Sebastian Robles
Beo me like the metal. Metal the dog. I am el. It also means pee.
Josh Lea
Okay.
Sebastian Robles
I'm giving you a lot. I'm trying to get a point, G.
Isaac Rodriguez
Bro, you got to stick with one answer. You can't have multiple answers.
Sebastian Robles
I'm trying to go half on it on the dodge again. All game.
Isaac Rodriguez
Okay, so is it private part or is it a dawn? Cuz those are.
Sebastian Robles
I think it's like a dawn. Like, likeo.
Isaac Rodriguez
Yeah, that's a good. That's a good guess. That's a. Ah. I'm thinking dio likeo. Like, you know, but it's not that at all.
Sebastian Robles
No, Change your answer.
Isaac Rodriguez
Yeah, it's like, I feel like it's like a place where you, like, go get, like, a quick snack. That's just what you guys call it, like, oh, almost al.
Sebastian Robles
Okay, that's super wrong.
Josh Lea
Yeah, both of y'all wrong. Me too. Beacho is like, like the little kid.
Sebastian Robles
Really?
Josh Lea
Yeah, it's like. It's like you're referring to someone younger than you.
Sebastian Robles
Oh, okay.
Isaac Rodriguez
So what, Seva's called you on that episode.
Josh Lea
Yeah, like that.
Sebastian Robles
Yeah, because beacho, I think also in.
Josh Lea
I think Puerto Ricans.
Sebastian Robles
Puerto Ricans is. Yes, but also like, the dawn. Like, it's like Mexicans saying, like, y la. As in, like, I'm the metal. Yeah.
Isaac Rodriguez
Yeah. Okay.
Sebastian Robles
You Know, but it's also. Bega means. Right, I got you. But also is a. A little bug.
Josh Lea
Insect.
Sebastian Robles
Yeah, yeah. It's just like a little bug.
Isaac Rodriguez
Okay.
Sebastian Robles
Yeah.
Josh Lea
Or in Colombians, I think.
Sebastian Robles
Yeah. Like a little bug.
Isaac Rodriguez
Is that slang in Colombian as well? Or that's just what that means in.
Sebastian Robles
I don't know. In Colombia? I don't know. Damn. I got it wrong.
Josh Lea
It's all good. But, yeah, beach was like, referring to a kid.
Sebastian Robles
Got it.
Josh Lea
Yeah.
Sebastian Robles
Okay. I like that. Okay. Oh, this one's tough. Mache. Did I say that right? Yeah, mache, bro. This one's tough. Damn. I can't phone a friend, huh?
Josh Lea
I feel like this one's is very common.
Sebastian Robles
Is it?
Josh Lea
Yeah. You guys would know.
Isaac Rodriguez
Is it like. You know how in English they'll be like, imagine, like, imagine that happens. Like, may.
Sebastian Robles
I don't know, man. If I can take a guess, it's not magic, right? No, it's not.
Josh Lea
No, you guys are saying it right. Ma.
Sebastian Robles
I'm. I'm just. I have no idea what m means. I'm just going to say it means to move over.
Josh Lea
Okay.
Isaac Rodriguez
Oh, you. Yeah, okay.
Sebastian Robles
It means to, like. Hey, wait.
Josh Lea
Okay. A lot of.
Sebastian Robles
Get out of the way.
Josh Lea
Sound like a verb.
Sebastian Robles
Get the ma out of here. Move. Ah.
Josh Lea
Okay. I like that.
Isaac Rodriguez
I'm gonna say it's just like a slang. Like, my head. Like, would you believe that? Almost like, like.
Josh Lea
Yeah, imagine.
Isaac Rodriguez
Imagine. Yeah, I'm just going to go with that.
Josh Lea
Yeah, y'all both wrong.
Sebastian Robles
I knew it. I had to be wrong.
Josh Lea
Like, my head saying, like, way.
Isaac Rodriguez
Oh, really?
Josh Lea
I. I will go to tomorrow.
Sebastian Robles
Let's go. Way. Wow.
Isaac Rodriguez
I feel like we should have known that one.
Josh Lea
It's literally the same.
Isaac Rodriguez
Yeah.
Josh Lea
Yeah. Like, people say mahe, like, at the end of every sentence when I'm talking to me.
Sebastian Robles
Like, yeah, like, way. This is probably the word you guys use the most.
Josh Lea
Yeah. Literally.
Sebastian Robles
Wow.
Josh Lea
Like, if you're talking to one of your boys at the end of every sentence.
Sebastian Robles
I love always knowing everyone's like, like, that word is our way. That word is Colombians. Like parse. Yeah, right. I love always knowing that. Because when I see you, I'm like, yeah, you know, I love that.
Josh Lea
Yeah.
Sebastian Robles
Or like, yeah, Dominicans. Like a tigre.
Isaac Rodriguez
That's such a cool one.
Sebastian Robles
Yeah. Tigre. To be called the tigres. Kind of sick. Yeah. But I like my hair.
Isaac Rodriguez
My ha.
Sebastian Robles
Is cool guy. Me, my hair. Okay. Shoot. Damn.
Isaac Rodriguez
I feel like. Yeah, we should have not missed.
Sebastian Robles
Hey, yo, these are tough.
Isaac Rodriguez
These are tough.
Sebastian Robles
These are Actually tough this I'm saying so funny.
Josh Lea
Cuz I'm like, bro, there's no way they're going to get this one.
Sebastian Robles
And I'm over here saying, oh yeah. Like I know I got Salvador, homie. I'm actually mad at them cuz they never taught me this. Yeah.
Josh Lea
The amount of he was talking about, bro.
Sebastian Robles
One thing that like the. My, my. My Salvadorian homies is they always call me this word called bayo.
Josh Lea
Oh yeah, that's like he's calling you an idiot.
Sebastian Robles
Oh, okay. Thanks for telling me.
Josh Lea
Look at that idiot.
Sebastian Robles
I'm waiting for bayo. I was like, oh, this is. This got this one. Cost me the Dodger game. Bayo.
Isaac Rodriguez
Bayo.
Sebastian Robles
That's a sick word, huh? I love when they call me that though. It's just like, it's like such. It's like a word that just bounces.
Isaac Rodriguez
Off your positive affirmation to it. Like because it could it be used positively.
Sebastian Robles
Yeah.
Josh Lea
B is like saying you a dumbass.
Sebastian Robles
You're a straight dummy.
Josh Lea
Yeah.
Sebastian Robles
Like you a dummy. Dummy.
Josh Lea
Yeah.
Isaac Rodriguez
Damn.
Josh Lea
Yeah, but that's what my parents would call me.
Isaac Rodriguez
Oh, okay.
Josh Lea
But I would do some stupid like, dumbass. What the.
Isaac Rodriguez
What are you thinking?
Sebastian Robles
Yeah, for me, like I'll like. Or like you can make somebody laugh and then the. My Salvadorian friend, like you'll buy uncle ass, you know? And I'm like, hell yeah. I love when you call me bro.
Josh Lea
Takes it as an app for me.
Isaac Rodriguez
That's why I was like, wait, he said it. Is this a good thing?
Sebastian Robles
Yeah, yeah.
Isaac Rodriguez
Joking.
Sebastian Robles
We got more. All right, so the next word is basmado. Yeah, right. And to me, I feel like I know this word.
Josh Lea
Okay.
Sebastian Robles
Because damn, I got a story for everything.
Josh Lea
Oh, I love this.
Sebastian Robles
When I was a little kid a couple years ago, I. I knew this kid in. In Guadalajara was slow, bro. Slow, slow guy.
Josh Lea
Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah.
Sebastian Robles
And they used to call them. And they used to call them. And they used to call them pasma. El pasma. Right. They should be like I said, wait, say I'm al Pasma. Why the they call him pasma por pado. What does pasmado mean? Like an idiot. Like you're slow fo that little kid was me. Nordstrom brings you the season's most wanted brands. Skims, Mango Free People and Princess polly. All under $100. Josh Lea
That's what I'm saying.
Sebastian Robles
And Arm and Hammer power sheets deliver an effective clean at a great price. Think of all the laundry we'll do and all the money we'll save.
Josh Lea
Oh, sheet. Arm and Hammer.
Sebastian Robles
More power to you.
Isaac Rodriguez
They'll call you that.
Sebastian Robles
Yeah, I used to work, you know, I kind of switched up the story.
Josh Lea
But the trauma word.
Isaac Rodriguez
Really?
Sebastian Robles
But I switched up the story but in reality is when I used to work at. At a car wash back in the ie. The workers, they're obviously way older than me. And those who from. Were from the FA and you know, f. From the fa. Like, they just shoot this hard, bro. They make you into a man. They'll make you cry. And then you're like, dang, I can take it now, you know, Pause. But they used to call me Basma. And at first I thought I was kind of sick cuz it was like. It kind of sounded like fantasma. Yeah, I'm like, damn, I'm the Phantom of the opera bra type.
Josh Lea
You were thinking about, like.
Sebastian Robles
Yeah, like I'm scary, but no pasma, pasmado. And when I finally found out. My man. Yeah. So I'm gonna say that it's a slow. It's like someone who's like a little slower. Yeah, like dumb. Like just kind of like slow.
Isaac Rodriguez
Okay, I'm gonna say basmato. Damn, bro, I have. I don't have.
Sebastian Robles
But mind you, that's like the Mexican slang. So I. I'm. I'm a. Hope they connect, but you know, it might be different. I don't know. Okay, but mind you, Mind you. Mind you. If I win, you lose, Right?
Isaac Rodriguez
This is the last one.
Josh Lea
No, because it's what, 2:1, right?
Sebastian Robles
It's 2:1. Oh, okay. So, yeah.
Josh Lea
So this would be your tiebreaker and the last one.
Sebastian Robles
Yeah. Tiebreaker handle G. Don't be scared.
Josh Lea
Sweaty palms on Joshua.
Isaac Rodriguez
I'm going to say something like. I don't think it's bad. I don't actually. I actually think the opposite. I think it's like a. Not a negative connotation. I think it's a positive one.
Josh Lea
Yeah.
Isaac Rodriguez
So it's like, like anything is possible.
Josh Lea
Yo, hey, all your has been so hopeful, bro. Like, and there's a clear negative connotation with all these words. This Guy's like, imagine.
Isaac Rodriguez
Imagine. Imagine the possibility.
Sebastian Robles
A magical.
Isaac Rodriguez
Yeah, I'm gonna say, all right.
Sebastian Robles
It is what it is. That's what you said.
Isaac Rodriguez
Yeah. It's like a positive.
Sebastian Robles
I shoot it straight. Isaac.
Josh Lea
Good, my boy.
Isaac Rodriguez
Hey, good, my boy.
Sebastian Robles
Thank God they called me that back in the day.
Josh Lea
Exactly it, bro.
Sebastian Robles
We tied, boy. We tied my boy.
Isaac Rodriguez
Advantage, bro. You have personal trauma attached to it.
Sebastian Robles
And by the way, just because I was my nickname when I was 16 years old, do not call me Ma Pleasema. It's a good nickname, though.
Josh Lea
Yeah.
Sebastian Robles
Wow. I didn't know that was, like, a Salvadoran, like, slang either.
Josh Lea
Yeah, my mom has called me that too.
Isaac Rodriguez
Dummy, so. Dummy. Anything is possible.
Josh Lea
No, you know, close. Close.
Sebastian Robles
Oh, my God. That was fine. We have one more. You said. So there's a tiebreaker.
Isaac Rodriguez
Let's get it.
Sebastian Robles
Dang this. For all the Maras Dodgers. Simple pusa. Oh, easy. It's a straw.
Isaac Rodriguez
Oh, I think you're right.
Sebastian Robles
Am I, though? Yeah, I think you can't. You can't choose it because I. I.
Isaac Rodriguez
Think that's what it is too. Bahia is a straw.
Josh Lea
Yeah, you guys are right. Yeah, it's a straw.
Isaac Rodriguez
That's what it is.
Josh Lea
Yeah. Yeah.
Isaac Rodriguez
You know, we go 5050 on the Papusas and dodger money.
Sebastian Robles
All right, bro, you know what they say? You know what a straw is in, like, Mexican slang?
Josh Lea
Isn't it? There you go.
Sebastian Robles
Do you know, like. Oh, I said, baby, you.
Josh Lea
Yeah, I don't know.
Sebastian Robles
Like.
Isaac Rodriguez
They don't use that Popo. It's not like.
Josh Lea
Nah, bro.
Sebastian Robles
No. Okay.
Josh Lea
I know, but I don't know.
Sebastian Robles
Yeah.
Josh Lea
Football. Oh, he himself.
Sebastian Robles
Yeah, it's poop.
Isaac Rodriguez
Yeah.
Sebastian Robles
So what's crazy is I have a Colombian friend, he always used to trip out that we call straws popotes. Because in his eyes, popo or his. In his mind, popo is poop. Especially like a little poop.
Josh Lea
Yeah.
Sebastian Robles
Or just a poop. Have you ever held a poop like this? Me neither.
Josh Lea
No, I haven't.
Sebastian Robles
So it's popo. So popote is a big poop. So he used to always trip out, like, why you guys call it that? That just means a big poo. A big. And I'm like, damn, you're right.
Isaac Rodriguez
That is kind of crazy.
Sebastian Robles
Yeah. I mean, I think the majority of the. The region of Mexico, I think, call it popote. I. I did growing up, I called it popote. But I think some people also call it. There's one that's called P. P. I.
Josh Lea
Think the Dominicans and Puerto Ricans call it a different thing.
Sebastian Robles
Yeah, I think it's called a piton. Definitely not.
Josh Lea
You see Bombilla.
Sebastian Robles
I heard bombilla. And there's another one. You see what I meant with I said the. What did I say? Pitio. No, I said.
Josh Lea
I was about to say pause, bro.
Isaac Rodriguez
Yeah, it was pretty close.
Sebastian Robles
Like little pee pee.
Isaac Rodriguez
Like little.
Sebastian Robles
Little dick, bro. Yeah, so. Man, that's crazy. Okay, so now we're gonna go half and half on the pupusas and the Dodgers.
Isaac Rodriguez
Let's do it, bro.
Sebastian Robles
Thank the Lord.
Josh Lea
Damn.
Sebastian Robles
Thank the Lord.
Josh Lea
This is nice.
Isaac Rodriguez
You were down by two.
Josh Lea
I know, right?
Sebastian Robles
Yo, three.
Isaac Rodriguez
How many were there? Did we only get, like, half of them? Right? Even together, you guys only got two.
Sebastian Robles
With that last one.
Josh Lea
Three.
Sebastian Robles
But isn't it kind of weird that, like, I kind of won the game? Not necessarily, but I kind of did.
Isaac Rodriguez
Okay.
Sebastian Robles
Because I was so dumb when I was young.
Josh Lea
That's true.
Sebastian Robles
And I got that answer right, because I was dumb.
Isaac Rodriguez
Who's dumb now?
Sebastian Robles
Who's dumb now? Guys, guys, not you.
Isaac Rodriguez
Peasy.
Sebastian Robles
Not you. Not as dumb.
Isaac Rodriguez
Anything is possible. Okay?
Josh Lea
Full circle moment, right?
Sebastian Robles
Yeah, full circle.
Josh Lea
Nothing wasted in life, guys.
Sebastian Robles
Okay, so we're gonna give you some rapid fire questions, and you're gonna answer them to the best of your ability, and you're gonna let me know and we're gonna know what the goated. Your goated dish is, basically.
Josh Lea
Okay.
Sebastian Robles
All right, you ready? You want to go hand in hand?
Isaac Rodriguez
That way it'll just be easier.
Sebastian Robles
Just me, by myself. You got it, baby.
Josh Lea
Lock in.
Sebastian Robles
All right, lock in. You ready, Isaac? Here we go.
Josh Lea
Okay.
Sebastian Robles
Platanos fritos or casamiento?
Josh Lea
Platano frito.
Sebastian Robles
Platano frito.
Isaac Rodriguez
I like the way you say that, by the way.
Sebastian Robles
Can you say it again?
Isaac Rodriguez
I literally looked at you like this.
Josh Lea
I was like, platano frito.
Sebastian Robles
Platano frito. Platano frito or pupusas.
Josh Lea
Damn.
Isaac Rodriguez
We know what you want to say.
Josh Lea
Yeah, yeah.
Sebastian Robles
Like, just say, Isaac. Just say it.
Josh Lea
The thing is, like, if I had to only have one thing I'mma do.
Isaac Rodriguez
Oh, yeah.
Sebastian Robles
Pusas or pan con poyo.
Josh Lea
Ooh, damn.
Sebastian Robles
Say with your chest.
Josh Lea
It's probably, like, the most controversial one because I feel like pan is like, where you have, like, Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year's.
Isaac Rodriguez
Very traditional.
Josh Lea
And then pu is like. Like what you have on the daily. Damn.
Sebastian Robles
Damn.
Josh Lea
I'm. I'm have to go. Pusas.
Sebastian Robles
Pusas. Okay, I love that now. We just talked about it. Pusas or Salvadorian breakfast.
Josh Lea
Yeah, Salvadorian breakfast.
Sebastian Robles
Okay. Okay, so we got Something that beat it. Salvadorian breakfast or casadillas.
Josh Lea
Ooh, you guys had casadas the other day, right?
Isaac Rodriguez
Yeah, they're fire, bro. Insanely good.
Josh Lea
Yeah, it's just fire.
Sebastian Robles
Fire.
Josh Lea
This guys not traditional breakfast, bro.
Sebastian Robles
Okay.
Josh Lea
Yeah.
Sebastian Robles
Or you got con. Yeah, these are good, huh? I'm starving now.
Josh Lea
I know, right?
Isaac Rodriguez
This drilling.
Josh Lea
Nah, it has to be the Salvadoreno.
Sebastian Robles
Yeah, yeah, yeah, the Salvadoreno. Or sopa de fres.
Josh Lea
Oh. Like sopa frola is good. But I just have so much like, trauma with that because I'm like, I remember it would be summer, 90 degrees, and my mom cooking SOPA.
Sebastian Robles
So that's your kind of like your caldo.
Josh Lea
We really making like sopa.
Sebastian Robles
And if you don't need it, you, like, your mom will get pissed.
Isaac Rodriguez
Isn't there like science behind it though? Like if you're consuming something hot, then your body works to cool itself. So it's like there's like a. There's like, like research behind it and it actually being effective.
Josh Lea
I don't think my mom knew that, but maybe n. Breakfast.
Sebastian Robles
Yeah, breakfast. Okay. Theo, Salvadoreno or tamales? Salvadorenos.
Josh Lea
Dam.
Sebastian Robles
And those are fire, bro.
Josh Lea
Big ass. Well, you guys have had like, tamales.
Sebastian Robles
My favorite.
Isaac Rodriguez
I don't know if I have.
Sebastian Robles
No, I have my favorite tamales are. Are Guatemalan tamales.
Josh Lea
Okay. No, I've never had watermelon, and I.
Sebastian Robles
Say that loud and clear. Maybe they're just. Are.
Isaac Rodriguez
Are.
Sebastian Robles
Are Salvadorians. Wait, the ones that I had, are they different? Are they wrapped in banana leaf?
Josh Lea
Yeah.
Sebastian Robles
And they're juicier?
Josh Lea
Yeah. They're like thicker.
Sebastian Robles
Yeah. So I think they were kind of similar to Guatemalan ones.
Josh Lea
Wait, that's. Yeah, that's Salvadorian ones.
Sebastian Robles
Okay, so they look like Guatemalan ones. They're thicker. They're juicier. And people don't know that because, honestly, I'm not even trying to rag on Mexican tamales. Mexican tamales. Yeah, they're juicy, but they're not as juicy. They're a little bit more dry than that. And they're in corn husk. These are in banana leaves. Leaves. So your answer. Damn, bro. Can it beat it.
Josh Lea
I know, right? I'm just like. I'm. I'm imagining the taste in my, like on my taste buds, and I'm like, I'm. No, I think I might have to go the sayuno, bro.
Sebastian Robles
Okay. I love that one.
Josh Lea
If I have one, I'm going to this Iuno.
Sebastian Robles
Okay. I love that. I would probably pick the same thing. Now that's a. You Know salvador or pollo camperous.
Josh Lea
Damn.
Sebastian Robles
See, I'm glad that you're saying damn, because they're good. They're good.
Josh Lea
Yeah. No, this is good.
Sebastian Robles
Good. This or that.
Josh Lea
This was.
Sebastian Robles
This is like another pollo campero is goaded out there, right?
Josh Lea
This is like another core memory unlocked. Like, you get to Salvador. Like, it's funny because, like, pizza hut and over there. And pollocan pero is, like, fine dining, bro.
Sebastian Robles
And it probably tastes so much better.
Josh Lea
Yeah. And it's so much better. I remember, like, my parents would buy pollocan pero at the. Like, at the airport to take it to us when they, like, land back.
Sebastian Robles
In the u. S. No way.
Josh Lea
And we were. Yo, we can't wait for them to get home. Can't wait for them to get home. And we're going to up that. That po campo. It's. Yeah, the fried chicken just. I don't. I don't know what they do differently, but it's good.
Isaac Rodriguez
They don't have one in Mexico. They don't have one in Mexico, do they?
Sebastian Robles
They might. I think I. I could have sworn I saw one by the airport in. In guadalajara. I might be wrong.
Josh Lea
I'm going just throw a curveball, and I'll just go. Po campo nostalgia.
Sebastian Robles
So po campo has won the march madness bracket. Isaac Rodrigo.
Isaac Rodriguez
You feel good about this?
Josh Lea
That w boy comp. Yeah.
Sebastian Robles
Okay. So to win his heart, it's bo comp. And take this fil for.
Isaac Rodriguez
Oh, yeah, yeah.
Sebastian Robles
No, we got to take him out because it's so good, bro.
Josh Lea
It's life changing, bro.
Sebastian Robles
Okay, so that was it.
Isaac Rodriguez
I feel like I've had it before, too, but I really. I want to retry it.
Josh Lea
But where, though? Have you been to el sal.
Isaac Rodriguez
No, but I've been to Guatemala, bro. And I'm telling you, I feel like they had it there, bro.
Sebastian Robles
Can you take us to El Salvador? I've never been, and I feel like a lot of people are going recently. Do you feel that way right now?
Josh Lea
El Salvador is popping. It's fire, bro.
Sebastian Robles
The beaches look nice. The food looks incredible.
Josh Lea
Hella safe now. There's just so much to do. And before, at least when I. Because I went when I was, like, super. I haven't gone in a long time, But I remember when I would go as a kid, it was like, yo, you hide your chains. You hide. You look like you. One of them white t shirt, jeans and your blend. Exactly.
Isaac Rodriguez
Yeah.
Josh Lea
Like, don't talk English. And if you do, it's like when you back at the house. House. But.
Sebastian Robles
Wow.
Josh Lea
Yeah. Now it's completely different.
Isaac Rodriguez
Wasn't it, like, rated, like, one of the most dangerous places in the world at one point?
Josh Lea
Yeah, it was like murder capital.
Isaac Rodriguez
That's crazy.
Sebastian Robles
Yeah.
Josh Lea
Because of the Las Bandias and all that.
Isaac Rodriguez
And now it's the exact opposite, bro.
Josh Lea
Now it is just. They have like that high security prison. I think I read that, like, the United States are sending some of their criminals over there.
Isaac Rodriguez
Wow.
Sebastian Robles
Yeah.
Isaac Rodriguez
It's just, bro, those photos look insane. Like, the videos of the way.
Sebastian Robles
And that's real. And they're all in one little block.
Isaac Rodriguez
Yeah, yeah.
Sebastian Robles
There's like 201.
Isaac Rodriguez
They look like. What is the word that. Where they talk about, like, the little game people, like. Yeah, they just look like little. They all look identical. Like, bald. Like.
Josh Lea
Yeah, yeah, yeah. They make them shave their heads and. But I think why it's like that is because this president is obviously so strict. Like, it's a complete culture change. So I read that they even go to, like, the cemeteries of, like, the dead gang members and they break it just because they have like, like the. The sign or the. The logo of, like, the gang. So they even go to that extent. Like, they erase, basically.
Isaac Rodriguez
Oh, they're trying to wipe it off.
Sebastian Robles
Like.
Josh Lea
Yeah.
Isaac Rodriguez
Wow.
Sebastian Robles
Wow.
Josh Lea
Yeah, they go to that extent.
Sebastian Robles
Yeah. The president of El. El Salvador. Yeah. Buelli basically said he told Trump, like, yeah, anybody you want to send over here, send them. I got them. Yeah, no, like, I'll put them in this. I'll put him in the.
Josh Lea
Like, I'm not sure if I'm mistaken about the size, but it's like three.
Isaac Rodriguez
Football fields is like one jail.
Josh Lea
Yeah, I think so. Something like, I could be mistaken.
Sebastian Robles
Yeah. Yeah.
Isaac Rodriguez
But you're saying it's huge.
Josh Lea
It's huge, bro.
Sebastian Robles
Yeah.
Josh Lea
No joke.
Isaac Rodriguez
Don't go to jail, guys.
Sebastian Robles
For real, bro.
Isaac Rodriguez
Be good.
Josh Lea
This ggs.
Sebastian Robles
Are you a picky eater, Isaac?
Josh Lea
I would say when I was younger, yeah. But now I always tell my girls, I'm like, the fear of not knowing something, it will always be like, yeah, the what if.
Isaac Rodriguez
Like, what if I would like this.
Josh Lea
Yeah, exactly. So I. I'll try it.
Isaac Rodriguez
The way you were answering the food questions took me as. You're not a picky eater, Cuz not one time did you, like, he say, like, yeah, but I don't really like this. It was like, boom, boom, boom.
Josh Lea
Yeah. I mean, obviously there's things that I prefer than other things. Like pork isn't something that I like to eat. Yeah, obviously, if I'M having po. I'm going to eat it.
Isaac Rodriguez
You know, I'm not a big pork guy either. Yeah, I get you.
Sebastian Robles
What's your like? You know, like obviously like your on social media. So often you're with around people that are obviously on social media as well. Either as much as you or even more. Yeah. How does Isaac shut off? How does he enjoy his own time? Do recreational activities? Yeah, you know that he likes that. Maybe nobody else knows.
Josh Lea
Nah, I was.
Sebastian Robles
What? You don't have a nacho libre reference? That was nacho libre recreational activities.
Isaac Rodriguez
It hit better the second time. Okay.
Josh Lea
Damn. I mean I wouldn't say there's anything different or like crazy out there. I mean I love going to the gym. It's kind of like how I. Yeah, yeah. De stress. I'm a big shopper, bro.
Sebastian Robles
Yeah.
Josh Lea
Like honestly, I'm the happiest when I buy myself.
Sebastian Robles
Yeah.
Josh Lea
A pair of shoes.
Sebastian Robles
Yeah.
Isaac Rodriguez
Yeah.
Sebastian Robles
You know, now I see it, man. It look like you just busted those out the box, my boy.
Josh Lea
It's funny cuz my girls like you're really gonna wear that.
Sebastian Robles
And it's. And by the way, it's raining outside, you know.
Josh Lea
It is.
Sebastian Robles
So I feel you I with those shoes by the way.
Josh Lea
Thank you.
Sebastian Robles
Yeah, that's cool. I'm kind of like the same way as well. I like to kind of like, you know.
Isaac Rodriguez
Do you like going to the mall? Like you enjoy shopping at the mall?
Sebastian Robles

Josh Lea
N. I prefer like in person really. Especially like I'm a big thrifter.
Sebastian Robles
Really?
Josh Lea
I love.
Sebastian Robles
Oh, that's cool.
Isaac Rodriguez
Yeah, I can't shop, bro. I have like a 30, 45 minute mark. And then after that I started getting a little antsy. Yeah, I just want to get out. But like online shopping, you know me, I'm scrolling. I'm shopping daily but not, not in person daily, bro.
Sebastian Robles
Yeah.
Isaac Rodriguez
What's for sale? Because I'm buying.
Josh Lea
Yeah, honestly, I prefer to do it by myself.
Isaac Rodriguez
Oh, okay. So it's kind of like therapeutic for you.
Josh Lea
Yeah. Because the like one thing my pet peeve is someone that is always complaining.
Isaac Rodriguez
Ah.
Josh Lea
Oh my God. I don't find it. Oh my God. It's taking forever. Oh, there's nothing here. I'm like like bro, just vibe, you know. Yeah, yeah, yeah.
Isaac Rodriguez
Can we just vibe chat?
Josh Lea
Yeah. Like I'm naturally introverted so I like to be.
Sebastian Robles
You enjoy your. Your solo time.
Josh Lea
Exactly. And I feel like when I. When I am shopping, no one's going to talk to me about like oh, what Are you looking here for today? Yeah, it's just I'm in my zone doing my thing.
