As a society, we're surrounded by many foods that have added sugar and are highly processed. However, when people see data that shows them the implications of consuming these items, they often change their outlook and their willingness to consume these items.

As an experiment, we turned to the Levels community and ran an experiment – we were curious to see if exercise would help to mitigate a glucose spike caused by drinking a can of Coke.
