bit of a pet peeve that I think you're going to relate to this. I'll be having a great day, feeling good and someone will say to me, you look tired. And I'm like, I promise you I'm not really tired. But here's what I've learned. My eyelids, they do sit a little low. And once my doctor explained that to me, it actually kind of made a lot of sense. She prescribed me Upnique, the first and only FDA approved prescription eye drop for adults with low lying eyelids. One drop per eye in the morning and I notice my eyes look more open awake within minutes. And it's like just one simple step. That's it. And the results, guess what? They last up to eight hours. Learn more about upneek.com that's u p n e e q.com or talk to your doctor. Just a little quick safety note about Upneek Oxymetazoline hydrochloride ophthalmic solution. 0.1%. Tell your doctor your symptoms and medical history, including blood pressure, blood flow issues, and heart, brain, or eye disease. Drooping eyelids can be caused by other more serious conditions, such as a stroke. Do not touch the tip of the upne vial to your eye or any other surface. This is not a complete list of risks. Oh, my God, this is so fun.

The funnest episodes to fun, make, create, do, show and tell. It's. This is like our equivalent, I think, of show and tell for us.
A
It's okay. What we're going to be talking about today, we're so. We love it.
D
Okay.
A
We're. It's June 23rd. We're in it.
B
Happy birthday, Mike.
A
Happy birthday, Mike. The ultimate summer travel and packing guide. Okay. I mean, if anybody knows and you follow me on social. I have been traveling all night this past six months with the company, with work, with the kids. And we really wanted to. Emisha, you know, she's obsessed with something like small, little travel. She loves it. What we actually do, how we prep it, how we pack it, how we travel with it. That is today's episode.
B
Packing is an art. I think it can be incredibly overwhelming. I think it can be daunting. I think we've all been in those moments where we have our suitcase, we think we're finished, and then we just fling everything with the kitchen sink inside of it. Like, I've done that before. I'm like, I am sad. I'm good. I can zip it up. And then in the last five minutes, I throw 17 pairs of shoes and four more dresses.
A
I know.
B
And I'm sitting on my suitcase trying to squeeze it shut.
A
Me too.
B
But when we figure it out, it's like you have unlocked the secret sauce.
A
It is the system. And that's what we're gonna teach you guys, too. It's a system. There are things we're gonna need you guys to order.
B
They're must haves.
A
They're must haves. You're gonna start with going on Amazon and buying garment bags. If you can buy clear ones that aren't too expensive, you can see know you don't have to open up every bag and you're going to pack by garment bag. You're going to put your outfits together in one bag. Okay.
B
I think that. So let's actually start this by. By doing big haul trips. You're packing into a checked bag.
A
And then spring break, you're going to two weeks of. Of a sports trip You've got, okay, we're, we've got a big work retreat. You've got a ladies, I don't know,
B
like, whatever it is. Whenever you're checking your bag and you have a big suitcase, this is what you do.
A
You get the garment, you get the garment bags. Buy the garment bags, tape a piece of white, you know, tape you can label, put it on the garment bag.
B
So, you know, so you know what the outfits are, where you want to wear them.
A
You are going to take pictures of your outfits, and if you don't want to print it and be, you know, like Emma and I are, you don't have to, but you are going to document your outfits once it's done.
B
I think that the best way to do this is, first of all, give yourself time. Don't, please don't start to pack for a trip or an event or an occasion the morning of the day before, even two days before. Because I think that is the mistake that I have made multiple times. And it's when I, like, I end up overpacking. If you give yourself time. I actually have a cheap Amazon rolling rack now that I whip out for when I'm traveling so I can start to pull together the looks of what I want to wear.
A
And the rack is super inexpensive, but it literally, you can see it. Okay, I'm gonna take a great pair of jeans. Okay, you're gonna take a great pair of jeans, and you're gonna put a white T shirt with a brown belt, brown sandals, and you're gonna take a picture. You're gonna take off the white T shirt and you're gonna put a black crew neck sweater with the same jeans, the same belt, and you're gonna take a picture, and I'm telling you, if you will do this, it will remind you of how many looks you actually have that you can, you know, piece together. But it really also, on theme, you don't want to, like, be leopard one day and floral the next. I don't know.
B
Well, I think that the key is when you don't want to over pack. I think the one thing that I did recently when I went away was I made sure that everything I packed was kind of interchangeable, color wise. So it was a lot of navy, white, black, gray. And my pop of color in everything that I brought was like a coraly, orangey red love, because I knew that I could layer it with the brown, with the navy, and it would change up that outfit in an entirely different way. But it didn't add volume to my Suitcase.
A
So think. Choose two to three colors. White, tan, black, white, tan, navy, white, chocolate, brown, cream.
B
Do a print, do a print. Stripe, do a color.
A
Whatever it is, a stripe always works, you know, well, in summer, you know, we're in the middle of June. Just remember, white and cream. A pant can never go wrong. T shirt. An oxford, you can never go wrong. If you're traveling, you can take a men's shirt, you can put it with a sequin skirt, you can tie it up. You can wear that same kind of men's oxford. Go to Polo. Ralph Lauren. Nikayo had it on for my birthday. She had a black button down with a little red pony. She tied it up and then she had on a black sequin skirt with a flat.
B
So chic.
A
You can put that black button down with white pants with blue jeans.
B
Again, you could also wear it as a cover up if you're going somewhere on top of a basement.
A
That's exactly what I was gonna say.
B
If you're going beach vacation.
A
Beach vacation.
B
That thing is doing double duty.
A
Okay. Hero piece.
B
We love a hero piece.
A
You know, I love a scarf. You love a scarf. Think a statement. Glass, you know, Sunglasses I love. I'm kind of experimenting with the cat eye and the little, the little metal. The metal frames.
B
I actually married my. The cat eye with a metal. Have you seen. I had it with me.
A
I loved.
B
Yeah, it's a Kate by Oliver Peoples. I actually ended up getting it in black. When you find a sunglass frame, you. And I love sunglasses the same way. They are an ultimate accessory for me. I buy it in two colors. If I like it enough.
A
Okay, I'm gonna give you guys a really big dupe and I'm. I'll have, I'll do it on social with Samantha, but. Okay. Rebecca Minkoff.
B
Oh, yeah.
A
Her sunglasses in the small. You try on Prada, you will never know the difference. So I have the Prada one and I have the Bret Becca Minkoff. Her sunglasses this summer are.
B
And her clutches. I just got one of her clutches. A beautiful woven clutch. Love, you know, and that's the thing too, bag wise. This is another big trick. If you are flying, carry a big tote bag. Whether it's an Alex Mill. Put your nicer handbag. I always call it like the little Russian dolls. Like I Russian doll. My bags. I stack them inside this Alex Mill tote inside a bigger tote and I actually end up having so much more room. I personally also always hand carry my shoes in bags on the plane.
A
I use.
B
I, I Do a little away carry on. Because if, God forbid, someone goes jewelry as well. Jewelry. Never pack jewelry. Never pack your expensive shoes in bags. I always carry them on the plane with me.
A
I feel safe when you're packing. Think packing cubes. Mark and Graham make incredible packing cubes. It's always something I go to for gift giving.
B
I love the monogram.
A
Monogram. It's so good. I do love the Alex Mills weekday. The Metier travel big chocolate brown.
B
If you want an investment tote. That one is beautiful and durable.
A
Andrea Lublin and I got to go to Paris in March and she bought the big Loewe black. It's great for travel. I bought you. And I have the Bottega. The big girl and I purchased. Well, Emisha purchased for me the Weekender from. From Chanel.
B
Yeah, the Weekender.
A
Okay.
B
Apple Air tags.
A
Apple Air tags. Wear your bulkiest clothes on the plane with you. Have the sweater wrapped around the sweatshirt.
B
Did you see this? This was in the news. It was the best thing I've seen. This man was literally like pulled aside by TSA because he was wearing seven, like literally 17 pieces of clothing on his body when he went through security because he didn't want to pay the $50 for the checked baggage. So he wore everything on. We are not suggesting you do that.
A
That is so good.
B
We're just saying take your heaviest pieces always. If you're going to bring a coat, don't try to pack it. A blazer. Do you know Mike Gorley still travels in a blazer? It's something he picked up from his dad. He wears a. He has a travel sports jacket. And I remember the first time we traveled together and I was like 90. What are you doing with your blazer on?
A
I take great pride when I travel.
B
I do too.
A
You never know who you're going to be sitting next to.
B
I mean, I'm married, so it doesn't really matter.
A
You never know. Jon Hamm might be next to me.
B
Jon Hamm's next to me. I'm good.
A
It's fine, George. That's fine. Brad. You never know.
B
Doesn't matter.
A
But no, I actually do. I travel whether in a trench coat with the. With the sweatshirt, with a hoodie. A monochromatic set cost so chic or co makes great monochromatic sets.
B
I actually love Kilty. I love Kilty. They're Kilty. Their washable cashmere sets are so great. And you end up being able to wear the crew neck sweater with a pair of jeans. So you're like, again, always Think about maximizing every piece into multiple outfits. It doesn't. You're not wearing the same thing twice. You're wearing the same thing in different ways.
A
The park, if you guys met Sarah Greenberg's line called the park, it's like Spanx, but the girls love it. The young girls with Chanel, I mean, it's so beautiful. Like her pieces, and they're so comfortable. They're so figure flattering. And she has great travel pieces. She has great pieces that can go like in a capsule. What's the set that I. I love? It's called Lisette. Lisette.
B
Their poplin pants are the best things ever.
A
I actually got G is the basics. J.
C
Crew.
B
Madewell.
A
Madewell.
B
You know who else I love is Eterne.
A
I love Eterne.
B
I think they make really chic sweatshirts. They have this really pretty gray that has like their little logo. But you could also wear it, like if you're traveling to Europe or traveling somewhere where you're going to be doing a lot of walking. You could wear that with like a cute pair of jeans and a pair of sneakers and be chic.
A
You know what we went to together? Harley.
B
Yes.
A
I love Harley. I mean, they've got great outerwear.
B
Little price points are so good.
A
Price points are good. Super chic.
B
They have a great rain jacket that saved my ass on the sidelines the other day. But it's a great lightweight rain jacket for travel. So say you're traveling somewhere like Ireland, where it probably is going to rain while you're there. It is a lightweight one that you can just roll up into a tiny little ball.
A
Cadence travel capsules. They're about 75. They're easy. You can put jewelry in there, not just for medications and supplements. Like, really drill down, bring a face mask, bring eye patches, bring. Which we're going to kind of get into, like, our favorite kind of travel pieces.
B
I think a good vanity bag. I. I still use the one that you guys gave out on your brand trip to Cabo.
A
Oh, Etoile.
B
Oh, it's so good.
A
We did a new one in Palm Beach. We did the Etoile, and we did it in like a baby pink for the extreme glow peptide, the dewy peptide, just to kind of match it. It so chic. And we put all the little minis, which I'm going to talk about. And also, don't forget pajamas. Or, you know, like, you don't need 72 swimsuits, right?
B
Like, no, I only do one, maybe two pajamas, depending on how long I'm going for. But really quickly before we move on I think let's talk about carry on bags. Cuz if you are I. I've come to love traveling with a carry on. I came to LA for this trip, I had to pack at least 14 outfits. You know, not 14, 12 carry on and I rolled it in a carry on. The secret trick to being able to make it all work in a carry on is roll all your clothing and be really edited with your bottoms. I rolled everything, I fit everything that you have seen me wear into one carry on.
A
Are you okay?
B
I love it. They're so liberating.
A
You roll all. I did it. I did it. I went to Reese's birthday but I. I was there for one night and I had one outfit but I love it. It's against my. I can't do it.
B
I tried but think about the stress that happens when your bag goes missing AKA Cabo when we for spring break. So for me, if I can minimize that risk, I will do it.
A
It's always the one where the outfits are all packed.
B
And the key to being able to do the carry on is to have your vanity bag with your products. I do carry one for those moments that is pre packed under my bathroom sink. My travel size favorites.
A
Skincare, toothbrush, charger, lip balm, sweater, sunglasses, wipes, water bottles, snacks, medication, hand sanitizer. These are the things that you need in case you're delayed. In case you're two days delayed.
B
Tissues too by the way.
A
Tissues. But just prepack it. My car has like a first aid kit because it's like wipes, band aids, Neosporin, like the same thing and just put it away and put it back once you're done.
B
I got it a couple years ago from Call it by youy Name. The Cute pouch. Remember that was like an inspired. Yeah, the bandana. That's what I use for all travel. I always make sure I have a travel size of everything lives in that. It's just one of those things.
A
Phone chargers.
B
Oh yeah.
A
Multiple phones, you gotta have them. You gotta have a light if you're wanting to take pictures. If you're influencing like us, nobody looks good on a flash without a light. A backup charger for your phone. Backup charger, portable phone charger. $40. It's slim, it's easy. Throw it in the bag.
B
I will say there's a new toothbrush I started using recently, the Suri. Have you used this thing yet? It's an electric toothbrush and it like it's first of all. It's beautiful. It holds a charge for 40 days, so if you're traveling, you don't have to worry about like running out of a charge. But it also comes with this travel case that has a blue light in it to deep clean your toothbrush while you're traveling. So it disinfects it. I love that. It's. I am blown away by it. I have it at your house in my bathroom right now. I'm obsessed with it. Yeah.

That feeling when you open your closet and somehow you have absolutely nothing to wear even though it is completely full. That was me every single spring until I found Quince. I started building out my wardrobe with their pieces and honestly, getting dressed has just become so much easier. Everything feels intentional without ever trying too hard. Quince makes it look so easy to refresh your everyday this spring with pieces that feel as good as they look. We're talking premium materials, 100% linen, organic cotton, ultra soft denim. Their lightweight linen pants, dresses and tops start at just $30 and are effortless, breathable and so easy to wear on repeat. And here's the part that got me Everything at Quinn's is price 50 to 80% less than similar brands. They work directly with ethical factories and cut out the middlemen. So you're paying for quality and craftsmanship, not a brand markup. For me, their linen pieces have been a total standout. The fabric has this really elevated feel. It looks super expensive, moves beautifully, and is somehow still casual enough to throw on for a coffee run or a dinner out. When I saw the price, I genuinely had to double check. I'm really not kidding I went back and looked again because it didn't feel right that something that good could be that accessible. Refresh your everyday with luxury. The crown affair with the little brush. It's called the bristle bore hair brush and it's the mini dual. It's the dry shampooing less shampooing set. This is a great. You guys can't see it, but we're gonna show you. This is a great set for travel.
B
Great set.
A
This can last you.
B
That has been a huge morning, day and night.
A
This little brush is amazing. And I love the crown affair. And I also love the commence.
B
The commence is my.
A
The two in one.
B
I'm obsessed with that now.
A
The in shampoo.
D
Shampoo.
A
Yeah.
D
I also do love.
B
This is my little travel size Le Bon brush.
A
I have the Le Bon brush.
B
I love this thing. And it comes in a bunch of different bristles. So depending you can fill out a little test and it'll tell you what kind of scalp you have and what kind of brush you need. There's like, I think seven different options.
A
Okay. We're gonna walk you through a couple of things. I love the iconic London. It's called the prep set glow. It is a shake it bi phase moisturizer setting spray. Giampalo. Oh, turned it on.
B
Oh, I need to try this. Where do you get this?
C
So good.
A
From iconic, iconic London.
B
Okay.
A
And it is the hydrating glow setting spray. It gives you kind of like that instant vacation skin. It makes your skin looks a little glossy and it comes in champagne and bronze. It's a must have. I'm telling you. It's so good. It is $34. You are going to love it. That is the champagne color, but they do have it in a bronze and it's just really hydrating. And again, it's not sticky. It's not tacky.
B
Your skin looks amazing.
A
I know. It's really good. I love it.
B
I love a face spray. I also love to keep the summer Friday's jet lag on in my. In my carry on on the airplane.
A
Oh, the jet lag mask. Oh, the mask.
B
No, the spray.
A
I haven't tried that.
B
It's. I mist my face with it throughout a flight and I just feel like I'm instantly quenching my skin.
A
I have to talk about the therabody depuffing one because this is my second one and. And I was a little bit upset before the podcast last couple of days because I was looking for it and I couldn't find It. And I just gotten another one because I didn't realize that Scarlet. I thought I'd lost it, which I'm pretty good for. My things she had stolen.
B
They like to steal those things.
A
My therabody depuffing wand. It's $170. It's cold, it's hot. It's deep. Puffing. It's amazing. I found it in her room.
B
Mm.
A
Samantha.
B
After you'd already bought a new one.
A
After I'd already bought a new one, Samantha got me this one. I went to look for it yesterday. I looked everywhere. I blamed her. I went through all her drawers. I could not find it. And then I walk in today, and
B
Samantha, there it is.
A
I took your therabody so you could talk about it. Anyway, I'm obsessed with it. It's amazing. It's hot, cold.
B
I've been talking about this thing for what now? Two years? I'm obsessed with it, and I always travel with it. Here was a new hack unlocked for me when I was flying to France. I woke up on the plane and felt myself getting a sty, which I get styes. Like, I do get them about twice a year. And I have two tricks for them now. One, the hot setting on that therabody hot compress. It's like a tea bag compress. It's basically like an instant hot compression, and you just gently put it around your eye area. And then the other trick I have, guys, if you ever get styes. Is doxycyclone. Yeah. A prescription. Just ask your doctor for a doxycyclone prescription.
A
Okay. Eye patches. I mean, you know, overachiever brightening eye masks from Wise Beauty. Yes. It's my company. These are the single best eye patches you will ever use. They're great for de puffing, they're great for hydrating. They stay on. You can sleep in them, work out in them. They have caffeine. They're incredible.
B
They wake your eyes up, guys, in a way that nothing else does.
A
I'm very proud of this next little bundle. It's called the Wise Beauty It Girl glow kit. It's $49. It's what I use for travel. It's your It Girl, your Skin Glow SPF 30 primer, and your extreme Glow dewy peptide plumping serum. They're in minis, and they're in mini. I love. I love the set. I love these minis. And I do. I pop in an extremely rich. I'll pop in. I mean, I love my minis, but
B
it goes back to what I Just said before. I actually learned this from friend Abby. Abby Knott. Remember Abby Knott.
A
I love Abby Knott.
B
She had always just so organized. And she taught me to always have your travel bag, whatever you love, whether it's a foundation, a moisturizer. Have one bag that you keep packed under your bathroom sink.
A
I have my morning cocktail on my last pack.
B
You have a pack of bag when you travel. I know.
A
It's so good.
B
It's a game changer.
A
A couple of other things I love. I just got this. The Cielo SPF blush. It's called blush and protect. It's SPF 50. It's called Bahati. It's a great color. I just. I love this blush. It's $34. It's a beautiful liquid blush, and it's an SPF 50. It doesn't go on like an SPF. It's really good.
B
Well, I feel like I've discovered the holy grail of foundations, guys. I genuinely am saying this ever since it's in Japanese. This is the Japanese. This is the liquid one, not the one in the jar. Here, try this. The liquid foundation from Suku.
C
From Suku. Okay.
B
I have started talking about it since I purchased it. You cannot get it in the US Unless you go online and order it from Harrods or Selfridges. I think is who carries it online. I have not received so many compliments.
A
Kelsey, our makeup artist, who is incredible, she gave us the PR from London.
B
Okay. You have to give me that, because I literally, like, I started talking about it on. I've had so many people ask me what was going on with my skin, and I've been using it since. I can tell you the exact day. April 20th is the day I got it. I haven't put anything else on my face since. It is the single best foundation I've ever used. Thank you, Patty Dubroff, for sharing it with us. It's literally incredible.
A
Makeup by Mario. Soft sculpt bronzer. It's so good.
B
It's an og.
A
It's an og. This is light medium, and I'm telling you, I love that for a travel. You got everything.
B
Am I seeing things, or is that like, a little, like, ombre? Oh, let me see that. I find, like, ombre ones.
A
It's from the soft sculpt bronzer. It's so good, tried and true. It gives you a dewy finish without being really cakey. It's $34.
B
I. I actually got was given this blush, and I thought to myself when I first saw it, I go, this is not going to look good on me. It's Hermes rose ombre. And I thought, this is.
A
This is a good color.
B
I really didn't think this was going to work on me.
A
I was like, it's the same color that's in powder. This is in liquid. Bahadi.
B
Look at how it has a tiny hint. It's like a muted nars orgasm.
A
Beautiful.
B
It is. Look at this. It is so pretty on the cheek. It's gorgeous.
A
I'm getting that. And also, don't forget the balm essentials from Chanel. I love that. The rose, the moonbeam.
B
This is literally how you can see. This is so unfair. Filter. This is my makeup bag that I threw in here. I just got sent the new Kosas. I. There was a bunch of colors. I picked this one Nuance. It's. It's a creamy blush. It kind of reminds me of the house labs.
A
Oh, yeah.
B
That is good. It just came out. That's pretty. Pretty. And I do love. Lately, I always love a pink on my cheek, but I've been really into, like, more of a terracotta. I know. Just because I think it kind of.
A
Kind of sculpts a little too.
B
Sculpts a little, but go. Makes your skin look a little warmer, less cool.
A
Can we just talk about the Le Labo Travel perfume? And another 13, 15 milliliter, which is basically 0.5 ounces. You don't have to worry about carrying it on. It's so good. Also, we got it kind of little monogram monogrammed. It's so good.
B
It is. I've been wearing it.
A
I have to have a perfume.
B
I've been wearing that. Another 13. Give it to me again. Since it came out in Colette.
A
But look, this is such a beautiful
B
mini, and it stays fresh. I also have to say so good.
A
Look, it says.
B
Look, it says LOTR sick on the rim.
A
Summer.
B
I love it.
A
How cute is that?
B
It's the best. It's the best.
A
And it's super chic, too.
B
I know. You know what I mean? It's easy.
A
It's easy.
B
Model behavior. Your lip gloss.
A
Oh, God. I.
B
It is, I think, your best color yet.
A
You like it better than it girl.
B
I do.
A
I love both. I can't. One more like a brighter pink, and
B
one's more of, like, a rose. It is so good. So good. It's definitely like, I need multiples of these so I can have them in all my bags.
A
We have to talk about Erin Walsh and what she found. Okay, you guys have to go to Macy's. If you have tweens. Macy's has the best twill pants for boys. I went to the Century City mall a couple weeks ago and went to Macy's to mainly shop for Brooks because the tween, the size 14, I got him the polo Ralph Lauren twill pants.
B
Okay.
A
I got the polo just regular navy blue, white and pink. Because he's been going to all these bat mitzvahs. And I'm like, okay, we're in summer. Yeah, you gotta have some, you know, traditional things that we can mix and match. The best selection for tweens. Then I went for myself and I got. I copied Nikayo with the black polo. Polo button down. I got white, I got black and I got navy. And again, that trick of like using it. I'm wearing it over a bikini tomorrow. It's so good, I can't even tell you.
B
So there's a huge Macy's near me at the Short Hills Mall.
A
I know.
B
And there is a brand. It's very chic and very French. I'm googling the name of it because normally when I run into Macy's is with my kids because they have such a huge selection for them.
A
They have great travel accessories, bags.
B
Avec la fille.
A
Avec la fille.
B
I love, by the way, it's at Macy's. I think it's one of those things where they have really, like, upped their game in a lot of their brand selection that I think is really nice. And it doesn't break the bank.
A
No, not at all. The Delsey Paris carry on, the large spinner set is 316. It comes in champagne. It also comes in a of black, brown. It's a great suitcase.
B
Kelsey's a very chic French brand, by the way. We love anything chic and French.
A
Okay, Aaron?
B
Oh, yeah.
A
Okay, you guys. She walked in to do our podcast and I was like, is that a boatkin?
B
Oh, it was so chic. And then inside the boatkin was her Kelly.
A
Was her Kelly. And we were like, where did you get this? And she said Macy's.
B
She actually said she sent her assistant over to run to Macy's to buy
A
it because that's how much she wanted. So we got them.
B
We got them.
A
I got the monochromatic chromatic one. I also want the one that's navy blue.
B
Oh, yeah.
A
It's called the boken. It's called the Sun Win Madikat M A D A Key K E T Large Classic Tote Bag. It's $98. It's literally a boat tote.
B
It's canvas, but.
A
But like a Birkin. Yeah, it's a Birkin and canvas, but it's like a beach bag.
B
It's a chic beach bag, guys, is what it is.
A
It's so fun. I can't even. I can't even tell you.
B
Well, the bottom line is you can truly stick to simple basics, versatile accessories, fun pieces, like the Sunwin. And by the way, also, I'm just gonna throw it out there too. They have a great beauty section.
A
Wait, also, fragrance. Can we just talk about Brooks's love of fragrance? Oh, my God.
B
Crushed. He actually. Bless his heart. When I was in la, he brought me up to show me his cologne collection. And he was so proud. He kept whipping them out and going, smell this one. What do you think of this, Aunt Emisha? And I was like, I'm gonna take you cologne shopping, baby.
A
I know.
B
Wellness while we're traveling. Honestly, here's the deal. I'm gonna say the TMI thing. Cause that's just who I am. Traveling can mess up our schedule from a regulatory standpoint. And I have been a big believer of.
A
Are you the fiber? Are these the fiber? The Sakara.
B
My Sakara fiber. I love my Sakara.
A
And I love the night ritual from them too.
B
Oh, I love the night ritual. And their metabolism bites. I. I have both of them with me in my bag.
A
The brand has come so far. I love their supplements. I love. I love the chlorophyll. It's chic.
B
I like anything that, like, not to sound snooty, but, like, if I'm keeping a tub of vitamins or fiber gummies on my kitchen counter, I want it to look pretty. I really do. And I think that, you know, the one thing I will say about the fiber gummies, and this is literally just. Just a truly true story. I flew overnight. I always have issues when I travel, and I get really annoyed because I'm like, I'm gonna go out for a nice dinner. And then, like, you just. Your stomach doesn't feel well. I made sure I was really regular taking my fiber gummies before I left on the plane. When I landed, I was able to go potty without any problems. And I think that that is something that is a real problem a lot of us have when we travel.
A
Magnesium glycinate, Huge drea water is always a good drink. She's texting me. She's so cute.
B
I mean, she's in Miami, so you're
A
gonna get your colostrum your collagen, your vitamin C. It's like everything.
B
It's all tanned into one. You drink it and you're set for the day.
A
You know, Therabody Theragun. Yeah, they have a little mini and a makeup artist used it on my face. Benjamin Pucky. And just to kind of like, oh well, my medicube.
B
I gave you my medicube this morning was great. That Medicube tool. Guys, it's. I want to say, I think it's like you can get on Amazon for around 200 to $300 depending on which edition you get. It has like a microcurrent in it. It has a skin boost thing. You put a sheet mask on and then you take it off and then use it and it literally like twitches your entire face. It is phenomenal.
A
Okay. In the fall, I'm gonna talk about a machine that I just got that basically mists hyaluronic acid. Have you gotten it? Have they gifted it to you? I scarlet stole it, but I got it back. I'm going to just, just wait. Follow me on substack. I'm going to show you all about it. It is unbelievable. What is it? I'll show you when we get home. It's so good. But it basically you plug it in, you charge it and then it's. You put the hyaluronic through like a dropper and then it literally. It's like having a Catherine Esposito in your pocket. You just miss.
B
Oh my God.
A
I know, I know. It's really good.
B
Oh, Dewey Dooey.
A
Dewey Dooey is right. Be proud of your packing.
B
Be thoughtful. I think the biggest thing, if I have one takeaway from me personally, don't panic. Be organized. Unless it's a last minute trip for something you're not aware of, you're going somewhere. But if you are, give yourself the time to think through instead of looking at it from like the day of how you want to look and feel on this trip. How do I wanna look for the
A
whole trip and be intentional?
B
Totally. And I think the more you plan, the more confident you'll feel. The more comfortable you'll feel. Waking up in the morning, it takes the anxiety out of getting dressed. And I don't know about you, but like I love the fact that my girls lay their clothes out before they go to bed at night. And it's cute. The one who always changes her mind is Grace. She'll be like, nah, I don't feel like they're wearing that today. It's intentional and I think we need to pack with intention as well. Love that.
D
It.
A
I'm so glad it's June. Oh, me too.
B
I've. I. I've been trying to keep this tan going since Lucabo for.
A
You're doing such a good job.
B
I know.
A
You're wearing the Chanel shoes.
B
I'm wearing the shoes that Molly got me that I could not take off cuz they're so freaking comfortable, those freaking things in Vegas. And by the way, your birthday present.
A
My birthday present, you guys, was gold. Elizabeth will love this. It's a gold chain Chanel belt.
B
So she wanted the turn lock denim really badly for her birthday. And I. When I tell you, I went into the Chanel on 57th Street, I went to the one in Short Hills. I reached out to some of the sourcing people online. It was like they literally laughed at me. They were like, nice try. And I found this belt that turns any denim or a dress and has that turn lock look to it.
A
Turn lock. It's so good. You can wear the dress. You can wear it with jeans.
B
Chic.
A
Chic. I love you.
B
Love you.
A
All right, see you next week.
B
Let's plan a trip so we can pack together.
A
I know we're gonna go to Korea, I think.
B
Okay. Okay. We're taking this on the road, guys. Do you want us on the road?
A
Yeah. Do you guys want us to go on the road?
B
Let us know. Will you send us messages to Lipstick on the Rims Instagram and tell us, a, would you come and see us live in your town? And B, should we take this on the road and like, do like, experimental treatments around the world?
A
All right, I love you.
C
Gotta go.
B
Bye.
C
Love you.
