As the days start getting longer and warmer, thank God, I always feel like I naturally want to eat a little lighter. But obviously I still want my comfort foods like I still want a sandwich, a wrap, pasta, nights, all of it. But I actually want it to fit my macros and not leave me feeling blah afterwards. That's where herobred has completely changed the game for me. First of all, the taste and the texture. I was super shocked the first time I tried it. It's soft, it's fluffy, it toasts beautifully and honestly, it just tastes and feels like regular bread. You would never guess. It has 0 to 5 grams of net carbs per serving, grams of sugar, and 11 to 32 grams of fiber, depending on what you're having. I've been using their sliced bread for quick spring BLTs and avocado toast, their tortillas for veggie packed lunch wraps, and their bagels for super easy protein breakfast for my kids. And it's not just bread. They also have buns, noodles, and some seriously good small batch drops like Hero noodles, which have 12 grams of protein and just 80 calories per serving. It makes getting your fiber goals in easier meals simpler and honestly, it lets you enjoy the foods that you love without feeling like you're compromising anything. Herobrite is offering 10% off your order. Go to Hero Co and use code LIPSTICK at checkout. That's LipstickHero co. Okay, you guys, can we talk about Classic Coastal for a second? Because I feel like this is the spring trend I have genuinely been waiting for and I didn't even know it until now. You know that feeling when you're somewhere warm, Good weather, salt air. You're relaxed and everything you throw on just feels right, easy and a little elegant at the same time. Like you're not trying at all. But somehow you look amazing. That is the whole energy of this trend. Clean stripes, airy linen, nautical details, that effortless preppy thing that just never goes out of style. And Macy's trend forecasters are saying Classic Coastal is the look for spring. It's less about dressing for the beach and more about a feeling like calm put together. Like someone who has a standing reservation somewhere beautiful and also somehow got eight hours of sleep. I am fully chasing that this season and my closet is coming with me. At Macy's, Aster and Kenneth Cole are doing the women's side so beautifully right now. Linen pieces, clean silhouettes, things you're going to reach for on repeat all spring. And for the guys, Tommy Hilfiger and Hugo Boss are giving that modern east coast prep without ever feeling stiff or overdone, which, honestly, I appreciate because no one wants to look like they tried too hard. It's all at Macy's, in store and online. Go shop it. Your coastal era starts now.

I'm actually really excited for today's episode because we are always trying things, new things, old things, new supplements, wellness trends, beauty hacks, tips, tricks, new shapewear, you name it. But actually, today we want to go a little bit deeper into kind of what makes us both feel confident and good in our bodies. Because let me tell you, from the 20s through the 30s, the 30s to the 40s and on, it just keeps changing. It changes. And that's okay. I mean, we're moms, we're going through perimenopause. A lot of us, some of us have already gone through menopause. But there are those true hormonal shifts that even though we don't want to really acknowledge they're happening, they're happening.
A
I think confidence doesn't stay static. When you felt confident maybe in your 20s, you didn't so much in your 30s and you feel better in your 40s. And I think that as our bodies change with each year or decade, our needs are changing. So what we think worked for us when we were 25 or 35 or even 45 might not be working for us today. And that's okay.
B
And that's okay. And everybody wants to feel strong, energized, comfortable in their own skin, and yes, a little snatched. But at the same time, no one wants a 14 step routine or something that completely takes over your life.
A
Yeah, this episode, I feel like, is going to be kind of like our lipstick on the rim cheat sheet for all of you.
B
We have pulled together all of our must have products, tools, life hacks we've collected over the last year. So to help us kind of navigate this season of life, shall I say?
A
Yeah, I mean, I think some of these I personally have discovered from some of the incredible guests that we've had on the show, some through our own research and trial, some from brands, and I always say this you know, on, on Instagram, I'm like, I am your human guinea pig. I am the person that's gonna test and try everything out. And this episode is kind of like what's stuck and worked for us.
B
It's not about truly what's trending, it's about what's actually made it into our real routines.
A
It's a less is more episode, guys. And everything we mentioned will be saved and shoppable. Cause we know you guys want that. So you can all build your own toolkit in a way that works for you and your body and your season of life.
B
Yeah. And we really wanna focus on how we stay snatched. That's how we kind of titled it Inside Outside our Real Life Wellness and beauty Toolkit. What's in our toolkit, Emisha?
A
I mean, I, I, I feel like we both have some really solid toolkits that we've worked hard at curating.
B
Yeah, I mean, I think, look, I definitely know my body's changed over the past 10 years. Before that, like every, I think every decade you see real changes. My body, my energy, my hair, my nails, things change.
A
I have to put you on to something that fully changed how I think about wash day. It's called Hair Story. And their new wash method is not shampoo. I know, just stay with me. So instead of stripping your hair with harsh detergents and then trying to add moisture back in, this is a really simple two step system that actually cleans your hair without drying it out. Step one is pre Wash. It's a detergent free scalp rinse that breaks down buildup and basically resets your scalp in like three, three minutes. It feels super fresh but not squeaky or stripped. Then step two is New wash, which is a cleansing cream that replaces both shampoo and conditioner in one step. That's it. No extra layering, no over complicating it. What I love most is how simple it makes everything. Fewer products, way less buildup. And after my first wash, my hair felt noticeably softer, smoother and actually moisturized. Not that fake slippery feeling, but healthy. And somehow I'm going longer between washes, which I truly did not expect, but was very pleasantly surprised with. If you're looking for help healthier hair without overdoing it, Hair Story is really worth checking out. It's proof that sometimes doing less actually gives you better results. If you want to try it for yourself, go to hairstory.com forward/lipstick and use code LIPSTICK15 at checkout for 15% off your order at the start of 2026 I set a goal for myself to be more consistent with my training. Not extreme, not obsessive, just honestly, just consistent. I signed up for a half marathon and promised myself I would track my weekly mileage and actually fuel properly instead of winging it. And honestly, the biggest shift hasn't been the workouts, it's been what I'm doing around them. That's where Cachava has become a complete staple for me. On busy mornings I'll do two scoops in almond milk with frozen berries and peanut butter, sometimes even iced coffee and it's the easiest way to get a whole body meal in. Just two scoops gives you 25 grams of plant based protein, 6 grams of fiber, greens, adaptogens and so much more I've noticed. Steady your energy throughout the day. No crash. It supports digestion with fiber, probiotics and enzymes. It helps replenish muscles with protein and electrolytes and it even supports metabolism with B vitamins and minerals plus vitamin C, zinc and probiotics for your immune support. It is truly an all in one nutrition crafted with highly quality, high quality ingredients. No fillers, no nonsense, no artificial flavors, no soy, no animal products, no gluten, no preservatives. My current obsession is chocolate blended with peanut butter. But they also have vanilla chai, matcha, coconut, acai and strawberry and the recipes in the Cachava kitchen make it super easy to switch it up. Stick with your wellness goals. Go to kachava.com and use code lipstick for 15 off. That's Kachava K-A C-H-A-V-A.com code lipstick okay you guys, I need to tell you about something that has genuinely saved me more times than I can possibly count and that's baked by Melissa. I have been ordering from them forever and I swear every single time that box shows up at my door I get excited. Like it's the first time my kids completely lose their minds and I lose my mind a little bit too. Honestly. They make the most incredible bite sized cupcakes. Completely handcrafted and they taste like it. The flavors are insane and they're always doing something new. Plus they have gluten free and vegan options so there's genuinely something for everyone at the table. And for gifting you guys, this is my absolute secret weapon. You pick your arrival date, it ships in one to two days and it shows up in the most beautiful packaging. It looks incredibly thoughtful even if you pulled it together in five minutes on your phone. Which yep, I have completely done before. Zero shame. They've celebrated over a hundred thousand birthdays since 2008. Been on the Today Show, Good Morning America, People magazine. This brand is the real deal. And once you get them, you will completely understand why people keep coming back. Right now, Baked by Melissa is offering our listeners 20% off your first order at Blake by Melissa.com/lipstick. That's baked by Melissa.com/lipstick for 20% off. Baked by Melissa.com/spotstick. I will say I was joking about this with the girls yesterday and then again today. The, the biggest change that I have felt is in my joints. Like when I'm sitting still for a while and I stand up and I'm like, oh, there's money. Like, oh, no, can I stand on it? Like, those are the shifts that you start to really feel. But on the flip side of it, I also confidently think and feel that we've not looked better.
B
I feel like we. Listen, I think we've looked the best we can at every decade, but I do think we don't look like 50 year olds. Well, almost 50.
A
Yeah. I mean, I, I really feel like, I mean, think about this. I've seen this, these memes all over Instagram for the last few years. The golden girls.
B
I know, like, they were in their 50s when that was.
A
They were in their 50s and 40s, late 40s. And I think that's like alarming. Not because they looked bad, but I think that is like a microcosm of exactly what has changed and shifted. And I think part of it is because we have more access, we have more tools, we have more things. And the stigma of being in your 40s, 50s, 60s has shifted so much. Like 40 is the new 50, 50's
B
you know, the new 60. 60 is the new 70. 70 is the new 80. I mean, I know. I mean, people in their 80s, they're, they're on fire. Yeah, I know.
A
I mean, there's a lot of biohacking, hacking going on.
B
All right, so this is called the daily non negotiable. The basics that set the tone. If everything else falls apart, these are things that Emisha and I do. Okay, Zelana. Finding focus.
A
Yes.
B
More does not mean better.
A
No.
B
Even in your beauty products, work smarter, not harder. The Hatch alarm clock.
A
I've been, I've been a Hatch devotee now for over a year.
B
Not grabbing your phone first thing.
A
And I don't know about you, but the days that I do stick to that, the not grabbing my phone, I feel such a sense of accomplishment.
B
It's, it's because she's in our ear.
A
She's in our ear. And I think it's so interesting because you realize, like, what'll happen to me is I'll realize, like, 15 minutes into, like, getting the kids breakfast ready. Oh, my God. I haven't checked my phone yet, and there's, like, a little, like, pep in my step that, like, I didn't reach for it.
B
I have purposely been leaving my phone upstairs after I wake up the kids. I know.
A
Smart.
B
So a little trick.
A
A little trick. That's why you're not calling me every single morning. Exactly.
B
Our version of drea water armor. Colostrum. We love momentous creatine, superior electrolytes. It's an easy way to hydrate, support your muscles. We're trying each week to bring you, like, a little bit of a different perspective from different doctors, women who we look up to, experts in their fields, but ultimately kind of what works for us. Yeah, we love these brands.
A
We do.
B
We trust these brands. I love symbiotica as well.
A
Symbiotic is amazing.
B
I love parallel. I think if, you know, if you're a woman who's thinking about starting of a family, parallel is a great. A great company to start with. I started taking their packets as well as Nicole Salaka.
A
I love the midi fiber gummies. Those midi fiber gummies are unbelievable. Like, they're good. I take two in the morning. They taste good, they work. They. They get the job done, so to speak. The thing that you've turned me on to, that we actually both have sitting here for our sipping pleasure, is bone broth. I know. This is creation, right?
B
This is creations.
A
Kellyanne. Dr. Kelly.
B
Dr. Kellyanne.
A
There's so many amaz, by the way.
B
Chroma is amazing.
A
Their magnesium.
B
The magnesium, the cookie butter, the super greens. They have a new colostrum chroma K r O M A. If you want a little bit of a reset and then you want to keep it going, the packs are amazing.
A
But bone broth for me has been something that, like, if I feel like I'm starting to get a little sick, anything, I do the springbone kitchen in New York, which we also have in New Jersey, and I just I doordash community goal.
B
You know what I love spring bone. That immunity gold. I like springbone, too, because it's a little peppery.
A
It has a little, like, turmeric in it.
B
A little turmeric in it. Yeah, it's really good. And I also started doing because of Liz Moody, the gut shot.
A
Oh, the gut shot. Is a good one.
B
So I'm trying to do it five days a week because I think her little suggestion tip trick, instead of, you know, a couple bites of kimchi, a couple bites of sauerkraut, do the gut shot. Just do the gut shot. You know, you're getting it in there.
A
I need to do that. I need to start doing that because I do love a kimchi. Just start it on and then some kind of movement in the morning. I know you've always been good. I've gotten way better.
B
But I took a month and a half off. I had Christmas holidays, January, the hundred days of January. It's kind of like the hundred days of May. But I'm back doing Tracy Anderson. I'm back lifting weights, walking on the treadmill again. Liz said it best is, you know, sometimes four minutes a day. What can four minutes a day do? Imagine 15 minutes, 20 minutes. I do think moving your body is super important. And I again, 100% agree. It's not about how long, don't need 60 minutes, but consistency. I'm a big believer In a vitamin B12 shot I get two times a month. I do believe in an IV.
A
Yeah, you are. Peptides.
B
I've started taking peptides. I've got to get the exact list of what I'm taking. But the wellness world can get really overwhelming very quickly. But I do believe in supplements. I like my duria water. I like protein powder. There's so many different brands in the morning. Greek yogurt, eggs, egg whites. But you know, we do bacon and we do eggs and we do poached eggs and avocado. And banana bread. We always have like a banana bread. I love family, always. My kids love it.
A
I love the banana bread. I love. I actually will sometimes make breakfast for lunch when I'm at home working and I do those, the hero wraps because they're like low carb, high protein. And I'll either take rotisserie chicken or scrambled eggs and I make a wrap with it. I like, put a little bit of shredded cheese on it and just sprinkle, you know, some sriracha on it, toast the whole wrap. And it's the most delicious, super high protein lunch that I have.
B
I think the one thing I've kind of changed in the past couple of years is I'm not. I don't look at things being like gluten free. Yeah, no, I'm kind of past that. I mean, sometimes I'll ask in the morning for a gluten free piece of toast or. But I'VE kind of gone. Gone back to whole wheat.
A
Yeah.
B
Toast. Like, I love this one sandwich from Bay Port, and it's whole wheat, turkey, lettuce, tomato, with, like, a honey mustard, Dijon. It is delicious.
A
A good sandwich.
B
A good sandwich goes a long way. But I don't know, I guess I'm less into labeling. Like, I used to. Low carb, gluten free, fat free. I mean, that's been years. But even on the gluten free, on the dairy free, I do eat cheese, but I don't eat excessive amounts.
A
No, we're not. Neither of us are big dairy people.
B
No, I do almond milk.
A
I tried to put I. I did Whole 30 in 2017. Do you remember that?
B
I loved Whole 30.
A
I did the Whole 30. And that was when I discovered that I don't need milk in my coffee. Because you have to. If you drink coffee, you have to drink it black. I have never gone back, so.
B
You have never gone back.
A
That's been like nine years. I actually tried to the other day. I had milk in my fridge to make pancakes with for the kids. And I was like, you know what? Let me just see how I like my iced coffee with milk. I actually, like, physically felt like I was gonna puke.
B
Did you really?
A
I really was like, I can't drink this. Like, it. And it was light. It was like the 1% milk. It wasn't even whole milk.
B
Skim milk, like a normal milk.
A
It was skim milk. And I just. I was like, couldn't do it. I pour. I literally threw out my ice coffee.
B
I do almond milk. I love an almond creamer.
A
Yeah.
B
But I don't overdo coffee.
A
I like my iced coffee. I have this. I will say this is my morning ritual. I got an iced coffee maker called a cumulus back in. I don't even know when I got it, but it's. I only drink iced coffee. It will be minus 2 degrees in new Jersey. And I am in the morning making my iced coffee. And it just. It cold brews your iced coffee, like, for you, right there in the machine. That is my favorite morning ritual. I pop my pot in and I make my iced coffee. And I'm like, so happy.
B
It's so good.
A
I will talk about really quickly. I've been on a GLP1 for two years, and I always think people. People still ask me how I feel on it, what I do, and I'm really open about it because I think there needs to be a destigmatization about it. Like, it's not A shortcut.
B
I think you're on a maintenance program.
A
Yeah. If you do it the right way and you do it with a doctor. And you're following me. I, I don't get my shots from the Internet. I pick it up at Walgreens or cvs. It is doctor prescribed. I do labs every three months to make sure everything. It has changed. My labs, anything that was kind of out of whack on my labs has gone better. It's not a shortcut.
B
It's blood sugar. It's insulin.
A
It's good for everything.
B
It's good for everything.
A
It really is. I think people are afraid of it. I actually talked to my doctor about the pills that were coming out because that was kind of a big news sensation a couple months ago. And she said, Dr. Soa. Dr. Soa. And she was like, it's. She was like, listen, I don't want to knock it. Some people are afraid of injecting, but like, it is so much harder to use. It's harder on the body. It creates more nausea. So she was like, it's not necessarily something that's like, better than the shots. Like, I think it's actually harder. You have to, like there's some way to eat food with it. Like, it's just a whole thing. And so if you're.
B
Some people are really afraid of a shot. Afraid of a shot.
A
Yeah.
B
Nighttime supplements.
A
You will, if you are in your 40s, experience a super big shift in your sleep patterns. Molly and I, in your skin. Yes. Dry skin, dry skin, dry everywhere. But it is really jarring if you've never had sleep issues. Which for me was. I would, I would put my head to the pillow and wake up and be fine.
B
Me too. I was. I bragged about it anywhere. Molly the rock.
A
Yeah.
B
I mean, I was.
A
And those hormones fucked us up.
B
I looked when I took that gummy. That was like it literally Rosie. The next day she was like, well, what did you take? The. Did you take it late? I'm like 8, 47. The next day at 7, I'm like,
A
she was still high.
B
When I tell you I could barely put my feet over my bed to the ground.
A
I felt so bad. I genuinely was like ordering her Starbucks and like hand feeding her egg bites because I felt so bad.
B
I was like, my lids are.
A
My lids are like, oh my God.
B
They're just gonna.
A
But what works for one might not work for the other.
B
Magnesium sweet tart cherry fish oil.
A
Chroma is where I use my magnesium chroma.
B
I love, I love Magnesium.
A
I will say the magnesium. Also for me, at this season of my life, my legs sometimes get like the. It's like restless leg syndrome. Magnesium. Ladies, if you're listening and you have restless leg syndrome, you're laying in bed and you can't figure out why you can't stop, like, jerking your leg around. Take magnesium. And magnesium glycinate is also the one that my personal.
B
That's what I would take for sleep. There's magnesium glycinate also. There is nothing wrong with an Epsom salt.
A
You know, I love a bath every night.
B
You can do it with CBD. You can do it. I mean, magnesium.
A
St. Jane, the brand.
B
Yeah.
A
Makes Jane a beautiful sleep bath salt. It smells delicious. The packaging is gorgeous. It's actually a really good gift to give anyone. Like, it's just like a. I think it's like 60 bucks or something. St. Jane, their bath salts are amazing. All right, let's talk hair and skin protection overnight.
B
Hair and skin protection. I do love a red light mask. I love a higher dose. If you don't have an infrared sauna, they have an infrared blanket. I love the blanket that I use, and I love it. I'm trying to get more massages just to increase circulation. I've done a few lymphatic massages that I haven't had in years. They really do make a difference.
A
Yeah, I think they make a difference, too. My nighttime ritual is I work very hard to maintain my blowout guys with my hair.
B
I sometimes wear the bonnet, like scarlet.
A
Oh, see, I don't do the bonnet. What I do is I put dry shampoo on at night, and then at
B
the end down here by the neck. Your neck.
A
I put it all over. Honestly, I brush it through with this brush that I got recently called Le Bon Bross. It's the most beautiful brush I've ever seen. It really smooths my hair out. And then I take Crown affair overnight repair serum.
B
Yeah.
A
And I put it in my ends, and it has been like, the best way for me to save my hair overnight. It is like, the best hack.
B
Speaking of sleeping, found a great, great product invention. It's called the eight Pod and it's a mattress topper cover.
A
I've heard about these.
B
Regulates your heat. Your heat.
A
Oh, I love that.
B
Like, when you're having a hot flash or you're just hot, it doesn't matter what your partner is doing. It is amazing. It can track your sleep patterns. It is so good. It's a temperature regulated kind of mattress pad. You do it through an app sits by your bed. Turn it on. I mean, it can feel your body and it regulates with your body. It's called the eight sleep pod. I'm telling you.
A
Oh, I need of those.
B
Amazing. It's a little bit expensive, but honestly, if you want to prevent from overheating night sweats, it's really, really good. Also the pillow.
A
Oh, the pillow.
B
It's called the Omnia pillow. It's called sleep and glows. Omnia pillow. I gotta watch these wrinkles. Like when I wake up, you notice that on me. I'm like. I just crunch a pillow and then every line. So I'm really. I actually. Plus the bonnet. I've added kind of some silicone patches for wrinkles that like, oh, I need that. I know, I'll give you. And you can cut them. I got them on Amazon. I don't even know what they're called. But yes.
A
I mean, like face taping. Almost.
B
Almost like face taping. Yes, it was. And then I slept in my eye patches. My eyes were so swollen. I don't know if I had too much salt. But yeah, I sleep is. It's a must have, let me tell you.
A
Well, by the way, number one thing any doctor we've ever, ever, ever interviewed on here, when we talk about, like the best tricks and tips for our skin, they all say sleep, sleep, dry
B
brushing, whole foods and a vitamin C serum. A vitamin C serum. Everybody's got to do vitamin C serum. Just do the morning cocktail. Make me happy. But you need a vitamin C serum. You need to ingest vitamin C. However, which way you do it through oranges. Through just orange juice. Get. Get enough vitamin C. All right, let's
A
talk the body toolkit getting snatched.
B
A lot of people ask me, okay, how do you look so smooth on a red carpet? Look, I have a stylus, but I also have a toolkit.
A
Right?
B
I have a toolkit for when I'm working. I have a toolkit for when I'm not working. But your undergarments. I'm just going to be really honest with you. Can really age you.
A
Yeah. And they can also be your best friend.
B
I have recently in the past year started wearing thirdlove.
A
Oh, I love third Love.
B
Third love is so good. They make every size. So if you're the smallest of chests or bigger chests, they got it covered.
A
And they really are great about giving me support. But also supporting my posture is like one of them. Like, for me, that's a huge.
B
Don't wear it too tight.
A
No, you don't. Want the pinch or the bowl?
B
You don't want the pinch or the bull. It doesn't matter what your bra size, but don't have it pinching. And that's another thing. If you're wearing, like, a blouse, wear the right size bra. Because my back fat, if I have, like, a B, it'll just, like, creep over, and I hate that. But we love Third Love for a couple of different reasons. They kind of have a bra for everything, for travel. So you're not like. I mean, I don't mean this, but your underwear is not, like, digging into you. Then you've got something if you want to be a little sexy, a little floral, but they're pretty, but they're still comfortable.
A
And then a T shirt bra.
B
And then the T shirt bra. But they've also got their seam seamless line, which is so good.
A
It's just. I love this brand because they kind of have something for everyone and they're comfortable. Like, I'm never, like, pulling my bra strap up. That always happens to me. They just loosen and fall over my shoulders, and there's nothing more annoying than that for me.
B
Let's talk about a few of our favorites. This is actually third love's number one seller. It's the 247 classic t shirt bra. It covers everything. It makes everything look smooth.
A
There's no bulk even.
B
There's no bulge, especially right in here on this line. Yeah. And there's memory foam, so it keeps your natural shape without being too pointed or not giving you enough support.
A
I hate pads.
B
That's why this is. It's called a T shirt bra for a reason. Like, yeah, it's not padded. It's just a little bit thicker.
A
I hate when the pads, like, they're. They're the worst. This is my, like, all day lace uplift.
B
I like that one.
A
This is so pretty.
B
I like the bottom.
A
It is. It comes in half cup sizes as well, which I think is so unique. And the underwire is flexible, so nothing's poking or digging in. And feel how soft the lace is. I actually got a bra not long ago, and it was so beautiful. I'm not gonna name the brand. The lace was so itchy, I couldn't wear it. And it was such a beautiful, expensive brand. And, like, why couldn't they.
B
It almost feels hard in a weird way.
A
It was itchy. Like, I kept. Like, when I got undressed at night, I had a rash all along the base of my underboob because I had been scratching the lace all day.
B
Okay. So Backs, you know, I. Oh, we hate a back. I hate a back. This is the comfort stretch back smoothing T shirt bra. So right back here, this is what needs to look very smooth, even and tight without bulging. Too tight. So good. It's super soft. And again, it's kind of got that cushion, that memory foam.
A
I think the secret to it is see how thick the back is?
B
Yes.
A
It's what makes it actually right there, this right here.
B
Thickness right here. Where's my. It kind of like sucks it in.
A
Yeah. Most brands make it thinner and that's when you get that really unattractive overlay of fat. The overlay of fat. The Temp sync wireless bra. And this is the world's first temperature thermoregulating bra, which, by the way, called temp sink. The fabrics infused with natural minerals that keep you cool instead of trapping heat. It feels so much better than a normal wireless bra. It's breathable, it's never gets sweaty. It gives you shape. It's fully adjustable and there's no itchy tags.
B
There is no itchy tags.
A
It is so good.
B
I. You've got to see sports bra and there's a sports bra version which is so good. But it's even. You won't again. You could. This is, this is what you want to live in, this is what you want to travel in.
A
It's just comfortable.
B
But I need comfortable to look good.
A
These days I'm really trying to be more intentional about what I bring into my closet. I don't want any trendy pieces that fall apart after one season. I want things that feel elevated, fit beautifully and honestly actually last. That's why I love Quince. Quince makes high quality wardrobe staples, using premium fabrics like 100% European linen, 100% silk, and organic cotton poplin. Their lightweight cotton cashmere sweaters are perfect for this. In between weather, light enough to layer, but still seal looks and their seasonal spring colors and prints. So good. It's that effortless pull together vibe without ever overthinking it. What I really appreciate is that Quince works directly with safe ethical factories and cuts out the middlemen. You're not paying for crazy brand markups or fancy storefronts. Just quality clothing at a price that actually makes sense. The 100% European linen feels substantial but still breathable. The cotton poplin is crisp and holds its shape. The gauze is soft without feeling flimsy. The stitching, the fit, the fabrics, everything feels built to last season after season. These are the pieces you reach for on repeat. The Quince cotton cashmere sweater has become my go to. It's light enough for layering but still feels luxe and it didn't cost what I thought quality cashmere would. Right now go to quince.comlipstick for free shipping and 365 day returns. That's a full year to wear and love it. And you will now available in Canada too. Don't keep selling. Yes, your first purchase. Thirdlove.com I'm telling you, you're going to. Yeah, it's going to be your new favorite living. I. There are certain brands that honestly I love, but then they're itchy or they're not smoothing or they make you feel worse, which they kind of make you feel worse. I really think you guys are going to love Third Love. It's a great brand and what I love most about it, super inclusive. So they have half sizes all the way up to H. But I have to say, you know, I hate when I see a woman in a fantastic dress and has the bras ruined it. The bras ruined it. The pant, like you see the liner, you see everything. Okay, so big life events, special occasions, whether it be an anniversary, something with your school.
A
Your red carpet.
B
It's your red carpet upnique.
A
Oh, yeah.
B
Eye drops.
A
Your upper bluff in a bottle.
B
Your upper bluff in a bottle. It lifts the eye. It just makes them look bigger. It's amazing.
A
It wakes you up.
B
Thank you. Patty Giraffe for chain And Margaret, thank
A
you for introducing us.
B
Thank you for introducing us.
A
You can see the difference in five minutes. I mean, that's literally how quick it is.
B
Okay, so Catherine Esposito, who Michelle and I both see, she's an incredible esthetician, incredible facialist. She's so good. She knows so much. She actually sent me this brand and it's called Antivorta. That is the line. It's a N T E V O R T A. It's a very chic intimates line.
A
Oh, okay.
B
There's intimate spray. It's water based, alcohol free. It's a ph balance. You can spray. It's gynecologist approved and safe for sensitive, sensitive skin. If you just kind of want to spray down there. Stay fresh, stay Fresh, stay clean. It is a great brand.
A
Oh, okay.
B
And they have travel sprays, too.
A
I used to do. Remember those wipes?
B
They have the wipes. What were the wipes you liked?
A
Oh, I used to love them when I was.
B
You're gonna love these. These are better.
A
All right. Love it. The Lima Laser Wheat. I actually keep mine in my nightstand. I am dying for the big one, but it's so expensive.
B
I got it.
A
I am dying for it because I love it.
B
The diameter is.
A
Well, that's the thing is like, the small one, I'm like. But I. It really does work. It's expensive, but it works. I mean, it's. It is one of those products that is the highest. I think it's the highest grade of red light that you can get outside of a doctor's office.
B
I like NuFace as well for lifting.
A
And zip.
B
And zip is another one. Honestly, facial cupping, getting in there with your knuckles, you don't even need a tool.
A
It's just. It's just the. The action of, like, moving and doing, like a lymphatic drainage on your face. Like, this morning I had sushi. Last night I had soy sauce. I definitely had a little bloat to my face, and this just, like, took the inflammation down within, like, two minutes.
B
I think if you do that, you use like a pita, like kind of gradual tan mousse or more salty face, like to give a little color.
A
A great way to prep for your color on your face is the Wyzex pads.
B
Oh, my God.
A
It really, like, if you need. Because here's the thing, you don't want to put a self tanner on your face without exfoliating because then it gets splotchy and uneven. I love my ritual for my salty face or whatever self tanner you choose to use is. I definitely do use my favorite X pads, and I wipe my whole face down before I put anything else on. And it just. Just makes it be a smooth surface for that self tanner to just evenly distribute color. Listen, I think we can do all these products. We can use all the tools. I think that the. The one key takeaway I have, and I've learned this from you, is you have to be consistent with whatever you do. It can't be like a flash in the pan trend or you jump. Jump on the bandwagon of something. Consistency will always, always carry you through, and that's when you actually see real change if you're consistent with things.
B
I think it's also, you know, hot girl mindset is also just that It's a mindset.
A
Yeah.
B
And I think, you know, I have some of my friends look at things from a very negative start. A negative point of view. Oh, it's going to be bad, or, oh, this isn't going to work, or he's not going to make the team, or you're not going to get the part, or. I think it is really hard when you're young to have that positive mindset. Doom is gloom, but as you get older, it gets just as hard. You've got to also pick yourself up. You've also got to go in, try to go in with a positive mindset. Even when the shit's hitting the fan, try to find some positivity. I don't know who said it, but, like, leading with a smile when someone comes in the room. Right. Slowing down. That's really. We are the year of the horse. I have really tried to be so conscious. I think I spent the entire year of 2025 in fight or flight from January 7th with the fires just in go mode. And I think while that's good, it got me busy. It kept me busy. It kept me on my feet. There's also sometimes when you just kind of have to be okay to just. Just take a moment.
A
Yeah.
B
But having that positive mindset has gotten you and I through a lot.
A
I really do believe in the power of your mind. And I think there's been so much talk in the last year about manifestation. You know, we've had Gabby Bernstein on the podcast. But I think that there's. It really. Manifesting has become such a part of the vernacular these days where, like. And I do believe it. I think it is something that, like, if you believe in something truly and visualize it, I do think it happens. I really, really do. I think, you know, you're putting. You're almost readying your mind and body for it.
B
You know, when I'll have these negative thoughts, I'm like, nope, that's not gonna happen. You said something to me this morning, and I'm like, that's not gonna be me in 10 years. Right. Just because it happened to them. I'm not gonna lead like that.
A
No.
B
And, you know, sometimes you have to give yourself that pep talk, and that's okay. What's also okay is permission to have boundaries.
A
Totally.
B
Permission to say no. Permission to say yes. I think for me, you know, it may seem like I do so much, and I do a lot, but I also have. Sometimes I don't go out for seven days in a row. I'm with my kids, I'm carpooling, I'm staying at home. I'm finishing with work at 4. I don't see or talk to anyone after 5 o'. Clock. Those are shifts. Even though they're little shifts that I'm trying to be mindful of, they are big shifts that really can help. If you just take those moments, if you just take that time, you're like, oh, that sucks. Okay. Sucks.
A
I think one of the best things that I've learned coming to the age that I'm at, I'm 47, I'll be 48 this summer, is I feel so much more secure in knowing what I want, what I don't want, what I'll put up with, what I won't put up with, and what makes me happy. Honestly, like, I think I know that what makes me happy is being at home with my family. And that is a priority. And I, you know, start. You start to think like, the other day I said to Mike, I was laying in bed with Lily, I did it, and I said to him, how many more summers? I said, I go, in 10 years, we won't have any more kids in this house.
B
A couple things to take away from this episode. Give yourself permission to evolve. Let go of certain routines that just don't serve you. If it's so hard and it's so just you don't want to do it,
A
or maybe it stops changing for you.
B
Stop it. Do something different, Hot girl. Longevity isn't about doing more. It's actually sometimes about what's actually going to support you in the long run. And sometimes different moments, different times, different years, you're gonna go through things. You're not gonna go through things. Someone asked me the other day, they're like, how is everything? And I'm like, things good? Like, things are good. And I, you know, I think sometimes
A
we feel the need to, like, have to complain because it feels, I know that, like, it's almost a knee jerk reaction when someone's like, how's it going? You almost feel guilty being like, everything's actually.
B
Well, you know me, I'm always worried to say it because I'm like, oh, God, something bad will happen because I'm so superstitious. But yeah, no, things are good.
A
And I think minds are very powerful. And I think continuing that mindset and believing in ourselves and what we can do and what our bodies can do and accepting the change when it happens. And I'm just gonna say this. If there's one takeaway from me, from this episode. Confidence evolves. I am. I definitely feel more confident now in my my late 40s than I did even in my early 30s. It's wild.
B
You were confident then. Boo.
A
I always was confident but like, I
B
think rocked a leopard and yeah, I did.
A
I love you.
B
Well, I love you.
A
Build your toolkit.
B
People get snatched. Build that.
A
Wear the hot lacy bra.
B
See you guys next week.
A
See you next week.
