In this guided meditation we'll promote feelings

of love, kindness and compassion towards yourself and others, helping you to find inner peace and tranquility.

Just begin by getting comfortable and bed. Finding a nice comfy spot might be best if you lie on your back

with your arms resting at your sides

but however is comfortable for you is just fine. Close your eyes and take a deep

breath in through the nose and then out slowly through the mouth

and as you breathe, just allowing yourself to become fully present in this moment, just releasing

any tension or worries with each breath.

Now bring your attention to your heart center and just imagine a bright warm

light glowing in the area around your heart, filling your body with love and compassion.

And as you continue to breathe, visualize

this loving energy expanding from your heart and filling your entire body with each inhale.

And as you exhale, just imagine this

loving energy radiating out from your body, enveloping everything around you in a warm and loving light.

Now bring someone to mind who you love deeply.

friend, or someone who brings you joy and happiness. And as you visualize this person, just send them these well wishes silently to yourself.

And imagining sending them loving and kind

this energy and feeling their own heart fill with warmth and love.

Now bring someone to mind who you may have some difficulty with.

Now bring your attention to the body, bringing your attention to yourself. Visualize yourself enveloped in this warm and loving energy, feeling a sense of peace
