Yes, you read that right, it’s Jan’s turn to take to the mic for her very own bonus episodes of the podcast! Each week she will tell us all what she really thinks of the podcast guests, while reacting to your confessions and solving your problems - she’s everyone’s new favourite agony aunt! Oh, and don’t worry Luke fans, he is still here too! (For contractual and legal reasons we couldn’t get rid) Anyway, we’re working on the title, but for now please enjoy an extra dose of Luke and Jan every single week! Learn more about your ad choices. Today’s guest is the incredible mental health campaigner and London Marathon legend, Ben West. A little heads up from us that this episode includes discussion around mental health and suicide. Ben tells Luke about how losing his 15 year old brother when he took his own life, became the catalyst for his campaign work around mental health, giving what he describes as a joyful end to a horribly tragic story. He talks about Reasons To Stay - a website where anyone can write a letter to someone considering suicide - that has become an invaluable resource for so many people. But it’s not come without its challenges! Alongside bereavement, Ben has handled early setbacks at Downing Street, and falling over at Mile 2 of the marathon :( Luke and Ben compare notes after going viral online; Ben deletes Instagram when it all gets a bit much and Channing Tatum and Jennifer Aniston are in the DMs after he cried to 60 million people, meanwhile Luke’s first thought is that he might look ugly. Plus - Ben tells Luke why you should never EVER tell a cabbie that you’re a mental health campaigner! If you've been affected by any of the issues discussed, you can find support: At reasonstostay.org, by texting SHOUT to 85258 or calling Samaritans on 116 123. Learn more about your ad choices. It’s a lovely catch up for Jan and Luke this week - and hasn’t Jan been busy?! This week, she has done a horrible fart in a lift, been to the dentist, and ridden all of the rollercoasters at Alton Towers… although she maybe could have done with taking some spare pants with her(!) Luke has a rant about the trains, and has a thoughtful and insightful voice note from a women’s health coach with some brilliant advice about ADHD management. And question: do we need to make IBS lanyards a thing?! Learn more about your ad choices. Visit podcastchoices.com/adchoices

Sound the alarm because on this episode of LLL, Luke is joined in the studio by an ACTUAL Sugaababe - it’s Keisha Buchanan! She tells Luke the harrowing story of when she was kidnapped as a child, and Luke experienced something similar when he got stuck in a lift in Tenerife. She also talks about being in school while working full time with the band, the various lineups on the Sugababes, getting kicked out and then the fight to get the name back for the original line up with Siobhan and Mutya. Plus Keisha gives us all some very important insight to what happens when you need a wee onstage, and answers very important questions like: What would you do if you were locked out the house and needed a poo? Would you wipe your bum with a cereal box out of the recycling, or drag your bum across the lawn like a dog? Learn more about your ad choices. Visit podcastchoices.com/adchoices

This week, Luke and Jan donned their glad rags and hit the red carpet for the premiere of The Devil Wears Prada 2! Rubbing shoulders with the stars… Anne Hathaway, Emily Blunt, Stanley Tucci and… Richard Arnold off of morning telly! Luke has become an M&S Ambassador, and Jan’s not messing about, she’s absolutely READY to go to town on that discount! Jan has also had her results back from her breast screening appointment, and they talk through the update and what it means going forward. And of course, there are some spicy confessions - is it a kiss pink or a p*ss kink?! Either way, Jan delves into some of her own kinks, Luke’s nan once peed into her own hands (we won’t ask more questions on that) and also what the neighbours get up to behind the closed doors of their bedrooms… or should we say living rooms?! Luke is joined by all round babe presenter Harriet Rose for this episode of Live, Laugh, LUKE (it’s still called that, honest) She tells Luke about her Goldsmiths degree in Lesbianism, and why she thinks her bestie Jade Thirwall is a terrible presenter(!!) They talk about what’s going down in the group chat, in Luke’s friendship group it’s their bumholes, apparently. There’s no need for a GP in 2026 when you’ve got a WhatsApp group. And what have you lot getting up to on your homophobic uncle’s headstone….?! There are some SPICY confessions in this ep! Learn more about your ad choices. Visit podcastchoices.com/adchoices

In this week’s ep, Luke considers ADHD meds, Jan has lost her handbag in Llandudno, and Auntie Donna gets an absolute roasting. Jan and Luke also discuss the importance to screening after Jan’s recent visit to the Breast Clinic. Boobs, balls, bums - in fact if any part of your body doesn’t feel right, go and get it checked! And always go to your appointments - it’s not embarrassing, Drs and Nurses see it every day! Jan’s waiting on her results, and we promise to keep you posted x There’s also a nice game of naming celebs via the alphabet, and we hear about some of the Hamnett’s favourites including Zafron, William Shitner and… Percy Pig (NOT a celebrity - M&S don’t come for us) And have you ever drank your own wee? Nope, but Jan has drunk someone else’s before - LAD. Learn more about your ad choices. Visit podcastchoices.com/adchoices

Luke is joined by the gorgeous Tomlinson Twins; Phoebe and Daisy for this episode of Live, Laugh, Luke! It’s a real family affair on this pod, as they chat about Phoebe becoming a mum, and how Daisy loves to be a cool auntie. They tell Luke all about growing up with a world famous older brother, being thrown into fame themselves at such a young age, and why being at school with 1D fans was sometimes a nightmare! Plus they talk about handling grief in the public eye, bullying, and dealing with hate comments. And they tell all on what they think about Zara (Louis’ gf, not the shop). And there’s nearly a fall out in a game of Tomlinson Twin Telepathy Time. Do they leave as besties?! Learn more about your ad choices. Visit podcastchoices.com/adchoices

This week on the pod, Jan and Luke debrief on their trip to Paris - ooh la la! Luke nearly got cancelled on Instagram after spitting out a snail (no judgement here, it’s defo an acquired taste), and Jan had her eulogy picture taken - always good to be prepared, hey?! Oh and there’s the small matter of Jan visiting a sex club. And should films and TV shows be remade or should we stick with the OG's? If there was a new version of Chitty Chitty Bang Bang, Jan would NOT be happy! Learn more about your ad choices. Visit podcastchoices.com/adchoices

Jan joins Luke this week for what is an absolute rollercoaster of an episode! They talk about buffet etiquette, would you rather be the first one in the queue, or are you going hungry after everyone else has fingered it…? Which one are you?! We won’t judge - just kidding, ofc we will! Jan shares a very special story about having sex in a car while being watched by a ghost… sure. Luke and his pals have taken friendship to a whole new level other love, and have all seen each others bits, meanwhile Jan has seen the same one for 40 years! Also, we find out who has been telling Luke that he's too mean to Jan - don’t worry though… Jan gives as good as she gets! Learn more about your ad choices. Visit podcastchoices.com/adchoices
