This week’s guest is the incredible Charley Webb, who you might know as the iconic Debbie Dingle from Emmerdale! She looks back on her incredible 19 years in the soap, and tells Luke about nudity on screen and giving birth in a barn. She and Luke compare notes on ADHD, from being overstimulated to forgetting to feed your kids(!) Charley talks about how she can sometimes come off as cold when people first meet her, cue watching Luke self-diagnosing himself with autism in real time… Charley gets real about co-parenting and they get deep and talk about alzheimers, and coping with grief after Charley sadly lost her mum earlier this year. Oh, and there’s also zero sympathy for a listener who confesses about leaving all of their possessions behind in London and having to book a hotel :( Learn more about your ad choices. Luke’s been to NYC for 48 hours to hang out with the Sugababes at 38,000 feet where the wifi is 10/10 and he made Australian news. Jan flew first class once, she drank 11 proseccos, fell asleep and woke up in Mexico….! Meanwhile Luke had a wild night out in New York, which was almost scuppered when he trusted a fart that he shouldn’t have. But he made it to a gay bar and got to see more than he bargained for. You’re welcome in advance for Luke explaining to Jan what ‘getting eiffel towered’ means ;) Most importantly though, Jan has had surgery and brings an update about her health… and her gag reflex. AND there’s a game based around movies - is the answer Snow White or Brokeback Mountain? Who knows - but they are close(!) Oh, and Jan talks about a dick wall. Nope, we don’t know either. Plus Luke shares the heartfelt way he came out to his Nan. See you on Thursday! x Learn more about your ad choices. Visit podcastchoices.com/adchoices

Strap in for this one, as Luke and Jan are joined by the incredible David the Medium, in the middle of his sold out UK tour. David can often tell you if your partner is cheating, he’s correctly told a man he had a brain tumour, and he predicted Covid 6 months before it happened….(!) David gives Jan and Luke an amazing reading - this is an episode not to be missed…! He also tells us why you should NEVER go near an ouija board, about doing readings for people on the dance floor, and how animals communicate in English - every day’s a school day, hey?! David’s sassy cat tells him to go to the gym, but Luke shares a story from a different medium who came through with a heartfelt and meaningful message from his dog… Plus, he predicts we’ll be doing the podcast live at Glastonbury in 2027 (pretty please Michael Eavis TYSM xxx) David gets fully involved in this week’s confessions and asks life’s important questions: what IS a gilet?! Yes, you read that right, it’s Jan’s turn to take to the mic for her very own bonus episodes of the podcast! Oh, and don’t worry Luke fans, he is still here too! (For contractual and legal reasons we couldn’t get rid) Anyway, we’re working on the title, but for now please enjoy an extra dose of Luke and Jan every single week! Learn more about your ad choices. Today’s guest is the incredible mental health campaigner and London Marathon legend, Ben West. A little heads up from us that this episode includes discussion around mental health and suicide. Ben tells Luke about how losing his 15 year old brother when he took his own life, became the catalyst for his campaign work around mental health, giving what he describes as a joyful end to a horribly tragic story. He talks about Reasons To Stay - a website where anyone can write a letter to someone considering suicide - that has become an invaluable resource for so many people. But it’s not come without its challenges! Alongside bereavement, Ben has handled early setbacks at Downing Street, and falling over at Mile 2 of the marathon :( Luke and Ben compare notes after going viral online; Ben deletes Instagram when it all gets a bit much and Channing Tatum and Jennifer Aniston are in the DMs after he cried to 60 million people, meanwhile Luke’s first thought is that he might look ugly. Plus - Ben tells Luke why you should never EVER tell a cabbie that you’re a mental health campaigner! It’s a lovely catch up for Jan and Luke this week - and hasn’t Jan been busy?! This week, she has done a horrible fart in a lift, been to the dentist, and ridden all of the rollercoasters at Alton Towers… although she maybe could have done with taking some spare pants with her(!) Luke has a rant about the trains, and has a thoughtful and insightful voice note from a women’s health coach with some brilliant advice about ADHD management. And question: do we need to make IBS lanyards a thing?! Learn more about your ad choices. Visit podcastchoices.com/adchoices

Sound the alarm because on this episode of LLL, Luke is joined in the studio by an ACTUAL Sugaababe - it’s Keisha Buchanan! She tells Luke the harrowing story of when she was kidnapped as a child, and Luke experienced something similar when he got stuck in a lift in Tenerife. She also talks about being in school while working full time with the band, the various lineups on the Sugababes, getting kicked out and then the fight to get the name back for the original line up with Siobhan and Mutya. Plus Keisha gives us all some very important insight to what happens when you need a wee onstage, and answers very important questions like: What would you do if you were locked out the house and needed a poo? Would you wipe your bum with a cereal box out of the recycling, or drag your bum across the lawn like a dog? Learn more about your ad choices. Visit podcastchoices.com/adchoices

This week, Luke and Jan donned their glad rags and hit the red carpet for the premiere of The Devil Wears Prada 2! Rubbing shoulders with the stars… Anne Hathaway, Emily Blunt, Stanley Tucci and… Richard Arnold off of morning telly! Luke has become an M&S Ambassador, and Jan’s not messing about, she’s absolutely READY to go to town on that discount! Jan has also had her results back from her breast screening appointment, and they talk through the update and what it means going forward. And of course, there are some spicy confessions - is it a kiss pink or a p*ss kink?! Either way, Jan delves into some of her own kinks, Luke’s nan once peed into her own hands (we won’t ask more questions on that) and also what the neighbours get up to behind the closed doors of their bedrooms… or should we say living rooms?!
