A
I get down on my knees almost daily thanking God for the knowledge that I have to be able to help change people's lives when they have cancers or heart disease, any kind of an autoimmune, simple things. You know, my hair is falling out, whatever it is. It just feels good to be able to have that knowledge, to be able to bring that person back on grid and living an amazing life.
B
I believe the average age should now be 100, but. But it's not because of lifestyle, like, I mean, medicine. Right.
A
I think it's even higher. 125.
B
So do you agree? And if so, why?
A
Yes. Well, it's actually in the Bible that we're supposed to be 125, 125 years of age. I actually looked at this two or three months ago and I did a search. They don't really track millionaires, but they do track billionaires. And so I went to the Internet and said, how many billionaires with all the money in the world are over 100 years of age? And there was.
B
My name's Rudy Moore, host of Living the Red Life podcast, and I'm here to change the way you see your life in your earpiece every single week. If you're ready to start living the red life, ditch the blue pill, take the red pill, join me in wonderland and change your life. Hello and welcome back to another episode of Living the Red Life. Joining me today is Dr. Randy and today we're going to dive into her entrepreneurial journey, her story in the health space, similar to where I started, and talk a little about your health and some key indicators of your health. Did you know? Actually, we're going to talk about. She can predict your health and some maybe potential diseases or chronic problems you have just from simple things like your face, your tongue, your nails. Right. And this is based on thousands of years of wisdom and research and practices that she's helped develop and now packaged, even online, too. So I'm excited for this episode. Welcome to the show.
A
Thank you so much. I'm so grateful to be here.
B
Of course. So let's dive in. People are like, Rudy, what are you talking about? My face, my tongue, my nails. How does that predict health? Thousands of years? How can it be thousands of years old?
A
Well, this is how they used to do it. This was 5,000 year old original medicine. So they didn't have CAT scans and ultrasounds and any of these prescription drugs that we have now. And so what they did is they looked at that if you take a tree and you cut it in Half. You can see the age of the tree.
B
Yeah, the rings.
A
Yeah, you can see the rings. It tells if the tree was exposed to fire or pestilence or flood. The human body is the same exact way. And so the face, the fingernails, the tongue, and even other marks of concern on the body. They will tell me the story and then we can put together a plan.
B
Right. And you know, I have a sports science background, so I know a bit about this, but let's take me. Right, so you're looking at my face or you're looking at my, my, my nails or tong. What are some key things you're looking for and what can they show? Show you?
A
Sure. So I'm specifically looking for any cracks on the tongue, any crevices, spots, discolorations, enlargement of the tongue, tongues that can't go all the way out of their mouth. Those things all mean something if the tongue is quivering. So that has to do with all kinds of organs in the body. The liver, the kidneys, the digestive, if they're starting to move into autoimmunes or like you mentioned, chronics. The face, same thing. The lines that a lot of the doctors will tell people that are just normal aging is actually not. So even when it comes down to hair color, a lot of people think that hair color has to do with aging, that you're just automatically going to get gray hair at a certain point. But I've had 8, 9 and 10 year olds come to me with gray hair. So it's a sign of deficiency. And in the fingernails, that can get wild and crazy. So you can have flat nails, you can have weird wide, super wide nails. Crazy discolorations. They can go completely faded out. They can go complete pink. They can have some half moons. No, no half moons. So it's all over the place.
B
Yeah, yeah. And I mean, stuff like nas, you know, it's maybe more well known in the health space as you look for calcium problems or thyroid issues with certain parts of the body and stuff. But you're saying it goes much. There's. There's many ways to assess someone with many possible conditions or problems just based off what you see in a few seconds. Is that correct?
A
That's correct.
B
Okay. Right.
A
Yeah.
B
It's a very powerful tool. So say you analyze someone or however you do it, you find out a problem, where do you go from there? Do you then back it up with a scientific exam or blood work or
A
scan or what if I feel like they need to get blood work? If it's pretty serious, you know, I'll tell them to do that. But basically, the human body, every single day must have 60 minerals, 16 vitamins, 12amino acids, and three essential fatty acids. And so that's the starting point, is to make sure that people get to that point. And then when I see different things on the face and the different areas, then I'm targeting in. Okay, is the liver acting up? Does the kidney need some support? Is there internal bleeding? You know, I can see all of those things.
B
And what are, you know, I know it's hard with health because it's never generalized, but if there's three or four or five common things you see.
A
Yes.
B
What are they in the average population?
A
Okay, so everybody, you know, well, it's big to go to a cosmetic type of surgeon or specialist. Get Botox, get fillers. When they're doing that, they're actually filling in what I call the scene of the crime, the evidence. It's not really, you know, bunny lines. It's actually an organization. And so that's very common. The ones where they go and get filled in up here, I say, don't get those filled in and actually come to me. Then you will get the internal nutrients that you need to reverse that naturally.
B
And is it linked kind of clearly in your head where it's like, hey, someone has these lines. It's a kidney problem or a vitamin D deficiency or whatever.
A
I'm the life of the party. When I walk into a room, I'm already looking and scanning everybody to see what's going on. I've walked into places where I just, you know, oh, my gosh, they have a terrible kidney problem. Or I sat next to a pilot on an airplane one time. He was, you know, on one of his jump flights, and I was looking at his fingernails and texting my assistant. Should I tell him? Because I saw internal bleeding.
B
Oh, wow.
A
So do you tell that to somebody?
B
Is there anything here you can see from a clip?
A
This lighting definitely takes it out, but I will look at it under.
B
Are you telling me my nails.
A
Yeah.
B
Tell me if my nails were reveal anything. So. So people come to you. You know, you're. You're obviously helping people, but you also. Let's just talk on the business side. You're. You're trying to help other people learn this now and educate the masses on it. Right? So that's Right, a bit about that.
A
Yeah. I'm 57 years of age. I feel like I'm a young 57, but not. I mean, some people in this country will do a little bit of it, you know, like if you go to an acupuncturist, they'll say, stick out your tongue and then they'll tell you that it's hot or they see heat. But that doesn't teach anybody anything, okay? And then that client is going out of there not knowing anything except, well, they poked me with some needles in some spots. Maybe I won't be hot, okay? But really what I decided that I needed to do was teach what I know. Because I have thousands of clients around the world. I, I needed to teach this in a masterclass. So that's what I did, is I taped. I've been teaching it for years, one on one, and now I've recorded it to be a masterclass that anybody can get. So. And it's long. It's longer than the normal masterclass.
B
So is this designed for practitioners and health experts or average population that want to learn it too, or is it more for the practitioner?
A
I've had everything. So health coaches come to me, love it. Medical doctors love it. And one time I had a lady say, I'm an engineer. Do you think it will be over my head? And I just laughed. I said, you're an engineer? No, you're good. And I, and I talk in terms and teach in terms that anyone can understand. I'm very down to earth.
B
And coming back on the health side, we talked about, you know, these things can equal these problems, problems, diseases, issues, Right? But you have general, like, what are some key health guidance and principles you think the general people should follow? From all your experience, do you have, like, hey, these are two key supplements most people are deficient in or. This is what everyone should do here.
A
Okay? So I do have a baseline package for people, but food wise people sabotage themselves with the diet. That's a big part of it. So. So in the diet, forever for life, you must eliminate these things. No wheat, barley, rye, oatmeal, or buckwheat. Now you're going and not you, but the people listening. Did I have a beer? Did it have that? Did I go to the Italian restaurant? Yeah, you probably did all the good cobs. No fried foods, no foods cooked in any oils. And nobody understands why they think it's. I don't even know what all of the reasons are, but I will say this, that it's because the oils are oxidized. So they'll say, well, I can still have coconut or I can have olive. But the thing is, the longer it was exposed to oxygen, it's oxidized just like water hits Metal, it rusts. So no oils are okay unless you are chopping the top off the coconut and extracting it and making the oil and eating it in the next 30 to 60 minutes. Otherwise it's oxidized.
B
So oil. She talked about grains, right? Anything. Anything. And what about. So there are things to eliminate. What about things to add? Is there any routine supplements, vitamins?
A
So, you know, barring if you're a diabetic or suffering cancer or something like that, all the fruits you want, all the vegetables you want meat, fish, all of that is great. The rule of thumb is it must be clean. You don't want Bessie in the field that's been shot up with a lot of antibiotic or anything else in America. Exactly. So you want your food to be clean, organic, you want as little. When you go to get potato salad at the grocery store and it's got 50 ingredients. Not. Okay, so you want that.
B
And that's half a tubamena is in a potato salad.
A
Correct. So, yeah. And also no carbonated beverages. There was a study that showed that it cut people's life in half. Because we're exhaling CO2, we don't want to put it in. That's not what the cells want. So there's a few other things, but that pretty much.
B
What about sleep?
A
Sleep, very important. Which you probably know, that if you're getting less than six hours, probably not great, you're not functioning. But somewhere around 7, 8, 9, if you think about when you were a teenager. Teenagers love to sleep. And that's, you know, that would be great if we could all go back to those days.
B
Yeah. Yeah. Good. And then what about hormones? Do you believe people should get blood work, check their hormones, often hormone.
A
I can see it in the face, the fingernails and the tongue. No testing ever needed. But I am completely against all the synthetics.
B
Testosterone, yes.
A
There's ways to do it naturally. And then the brain goes, wow, thank you for that nutrient. Now I can actually get back to work and do what I was supposed to do, which was, you know, in that particular instance, testosterone. Correct.
B
Good.
A
Yeah.
B
So next question for you. You know, you've been doing this a very long time. You've obviously, as an entrepreneur. Can you talk about your entrepreneurial journey as well as the health journey?
A
Yeah, like, you know, when I was younger, I was a mom early and my first husband passed away. I got married again a few years later, had two kids with each, and I was actually in marketing and sales. Believe it or not, that was kind of my main thing. I was in telecom. I mean, I've kind of been all over. And then around 2016 or so, I said, you know, I want to go back to or. 2015, I guess it was. I, I want to go back to school and I'm either going to be a doctor or a lawyer because I thought I'd be a really good lawyer, fighting for my fellow man. And I decided at the end of the day, nothing against lawyers in their lives, but I wanted to just really feel good at the end of the day about what I was doing and not have a lot of strife or anxiety. And I get down on my knees almost daily thanking God for the knowledge that I have to be able to, to help change people's lives when they have cancers or heart disease, any kind of an autoimmune, simple things. You know, my hair's falling out, whatever it is. It just feels good to be able to have that knowledge, to be able to bring that person back on grid and living an amazing life.
B
Good. So, last couple of questions that we'd wrap up. First one's a health question. I always like to ask health people their opinion. So I believe the average age should now be 100, but it's not because of lifestyle. I mean, medicine. Right.
A
I think it's even higher.125.
B
Sure. So, okay, so do you agree? And if so, why?
A
Yes. Well, it's actually in the Bible that we're supposed to be 125, 125 years of age. So I actually looked at this two or three months ago and I did a search. They don't really track millionaires, but they do track billionaires. And so I went to the Internet and said, how many billionaires with all the money in the world are over 100 years of age? And there was one and none in America.
B
Wow.
A
Yeah. So even with all the money in the world, they're not doing the right things.
B
I think it will. That's interesting. I mean, if you redid it in 50 years, it would be better because, like, hopefully. Well, I think a lot of the old billionaire, old school billionaires, right, they drank a lot, had a lot of stress, smoked frosty and all these bad life and worked 18 hours a day. Right. Whereas now it's like the new generation or newer generation of billionaires, or at least millionaires are way more health conscious. I feel like there's been a big shift in, in health consciousness in the last 10, 20 years. And billionaires tough because, yeah, all the money can help. But if you've spent 40, 50 years of lack of sleep.
A
Correct.
B
High cortisol.
A
Yeah.
B
Right. Going to restaurants every night because you're not working, you're probably not going to.
A
And that food's not the healthy.
B
Yeah, well, it's all fried and, and they're not exercising. Because you're running a billion dollar company, you're probably not going to live very long.
A
That's right.
B
You know.
A
Yeah.
B
So good. And last question then. So where do they find you if they want to maybe learn this, have an assessment, work with you? How can they do that?
A
Absolutely. So I'm easy to find. 844-751-056 and then the website is thebodycan.com and it's the Body can. Because the body can.
B
Yes. I like it. I like it a lot. Good. Well, there you go. That's a wrap. Hopefully you found this health focused entrepreneurial journey interesting and maybe helped you question a few things about your lifestyle diet that can make you, you know, a healthier, better, more high performing entrepreneur or individual. And obviously if you want help doing that, you know who to hit up. So as always, keep working hard, live the red life and I'll see you guys soon. Take care.
