On Wednesday, we heard from coach Matt Rhule, assistants Daikiel Shorts and Addison Williams and Huskers Jamir Conn, Donovan Jones and Kwazi Gilmer. Gilmer, the UCLA transfer at wide receiver, is fun. His presence rates as a plus for Nebraska. We review Gilmer’s media session.

Rhule continued with his subdued approach to the spring. He said the quiet part out loud on Wednesday – that the Huskers are simply looking to “float under the radar” this month. Connor and Mitch discuss this strategy and weigh in on the Q&A periods with Shorts and Williams, who coach perhaps the two most stacked areas on this football team in 2026.
