Hi, Ryan Reynolds here for Mint Mobile. Are you looking for a beach read this summer? May I suggest your big wireless build? It's got suspense, mystery, a slightly flat emotional arc, and a shocking twist where you realize you've been overpaying the entire time. Fortunately, though, Mint's story is better. Every plan $15 a month, even unlimited. That's it. Happy ending, zero tears. Give it a try@mintmobile.com Switch upfront payment

Hey folks, Aaron here. Welcome back to another edition of Deeper Lore. This is a bonus episode that's designed to serve as a topical guide to the most recent episode of Lore. In this short bonus episode, I'm going to dig into our vast archive of over 11 years of episode topics and try to point out some old episodes that'll fit nicely with this week's newest topic. And the hope is that you can keep this spooky vibe going well into the weekend and put a handful of old episodes into a new and more powerful context. Let's get started, shall we? This week for episode 310, Thunderstruck, we took a look at the folklore surrounding lightning strikes and the people they target. But it's of course not the first time we've discussed the strangeness of the natural world on this show. So here are three older episodes that should pair up nicely with this week's new one. First up, episode 74, All Fall Down. Everyone loves to talk about the weather, but it's usually just small talk about unusual temperatures or how muggy it feels right now. This episode puts a whole new spin on discussions about the weather and I think you're gonna love it. Next Episode 196 Bad Seed. Now if there's anything that we love more than talking about the weather, it's blaming innocent people for our problems. And this episode finds a way to combine both of those topics into one macabre journey. So do check it out. And finally, there's episode 44 from within. If we're going to talk about the natural world, we can't skip a trip into the realm of of spontaneous human combustion. This classic episode is one of my all time favorites, and a bit of light Internet searching can provide you with some wild photos to accompany you for your re listen. And there you go. Follow up this week's brand new episode with a trip into the past. Episodes 74, 196, and 44 are waiting for you in this podcast feed. Those numbers are listed in the episode title, or you can scroll through your app to find them, or you can tap on their direct links in the description for this episode. And until next time, stay spooky.
