I'll walk you through steps to recognize when your "inner Becky" amygdala is activated and strategies to talk yourself down in those moments.

The key, I emphasize, is that when you as the leader are calm and curious rather than defensive, it allows your employees to also feel calm and open rather than defensive. This emotional regulation is critical to inspiring your team. I'll also tease an upcoming small group training I'm offering on tactical skills to lead in this way.
