Naturally the conversation pivots to lawn care theology. Trim first or mow first? Edge after? Is “weed whacker” a Pittsburgh thing or a crime against language? Someone’s kid is doing most of the mowing. Someone else once quit after six feet because shoes were required. The discourse is serious.

Mid-episode the group digs into the dual prompts of the night: what they’re grateful for right now, and what they could cheerfully do without. Dishes, ladders, and certain point-of-sale systems all make appearances. Then the real heavyweight question lands: what ordinary food is just better when somebody else makes it?
