Since he doesn't think he will be on this segment of Vogue anytime soon, Miles decided to ask himself 73-ish questions about himself as a way for the audience to get to know our host a bit more. Get to know more about Miles and listen as he shares some of his favorite recipes.

Empress and Ginger:

1.5 oz empress gin
.5 oz lime juice
.5 oz grapefruit juice
3-4 oz ginger ale

Add ice to a tall glass. Add in gin, lime juice, and grapefruit juice. Stir to chill. Top with ginger ale. Enjoy!

Airfried Roasted Potatoes:

3-4 baby gold potatoes
Olive oil
Salt
Pepper
Paprika
Garlic powder
Onion powder
Fresh herbs (thyme, rosemary, whatever your heart desires)

Wash and optionally peel potatoes. Chop into 1/4" pieces. Add to a bowl and drizzle olive oil over the potatoes. Add in as much of desired seasonings--salt, pepper, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, and herbs, Add to air fryer and cook on 400F for 16-19 minutes. Once done add an additional sprinkle of salt to taste. Serve with your favorite sauce and enjoy!
