I start this episode diving into the Joe Rogan Experience featuring Chase Hughes, a behavioral expert and military PsyOps trainer. Hughes shared fascinating insights on eliciting information through statements rather than questions, and his discussion about DMT and dream logic was mind-bending. He explained vivid analogies about consciousness, dream perception, and the fractal nature of reality, leaving Joe Rogan and listeners captivated. The conversation highlighted how dream experiences can mirror reality and challenge our understanding of infinity. Then, I cover the political whirlwind in Colombia, where Abelardo “El Tigre” De La Espriella secured victory as the next president. Outgoing President Gustavo Petro reacted with calls to scrutinize the vote and warned of “fascism” if his opposition prevails. The election reflects growing frustration with narco-economics, as cocaine remains Colombia’s top export and accounts for a notable portion of GDP. El Tigre’s plans for mega-prisons and a tougher stance on cartels have energized Colombians seeking a conservative, security-focused future.I also touch on global communism, my Songkran experience in Thailand, the doublet earthquake in Venezuela, sports updates, money & investment updates, and so much more.

I start this episode with social issues and political commentary, covering the UFC event at the White House, the Michelle Obama trans discussion, left vs. right debates, the Southern Poverty Law Center controversy and Communism. Also the massive UK rape gang scandal and new social media bans for teens. Then I share thoughts on the Michael Jackson Netflix documentary and his legal trials, the jury’s decisions, and the "follow-the-money" angle that left with me more questions. Finally, I give a sports update on the NBA Finals, money stuff and investing in SpaceX.There's also a short geography & history lesson, focusing on how America prospered and why Latin American countries are still "developing." And much more.

I start this episode with two brutal murder cases that shook the West. Henry Nowak, a young British man, was stabbed multiple times by a Sikh attacker, tragically dying in handcuffs after being falsely accused of racism. On the other hand, 17-year old Austin Metcalf, a promising young athlete, was stabbed to death at a track meet by an entitled POS. All this is emblematic of failed leadership. They're supposed to protect us, to uphold justice, give appropriate sentences, and it'd be great if they didn't fan the flames of racism. I reflect on how these knife crimes expose how vulnerable we all are, and the broader breakdown of law and order. Then I get into what I call "the best movie ever," focusing on Joe & Dr. Jill, the ongoing E. Jean Carroll saga, and the media’s handling of Trump vs. Obama. And of course I mention the actors and actresses in media who pretend they're unbiased, like Kristen Welker and Scott Pelley. Finally, I give a sports update, money & wealth insights from a Charles Schwab study, traveling to Medellín, Colombia, and much more.

My guest is Michael Loomis aka Lil Bro! He returns to the podcast after making his first appearance last year at the Man Overseas Retreat in Costa Rica. This time we’re in Charleston for an even more special occasion—Michael & Elyse got married! In this episode, we get into wedding preparations and the emotional rollercoaster that comes with that. Michael talks about his excitement as the big day approaches. Also his biggest concerns. We cover why they chose to wed in Charleston, South Carolina, and the balance they’ve struck between traditional ceremony and personal touches. We discuss why Michael loves his job, the NBA, and his new bride (but not in that order—on the pod or irl).Michael shares how he thinks about investing and the future of real estate. He also talks about the possibility of the newlywed couple moving to Charleston. This conversation is full of insights on love, life, and God’s plan—he holds back, sometimes he don’t.The lil bro I never had fills me with pride. And I hope you enjoy this conversation as much as we did.

In this episode, I talk about the afterlife, diving into David Eagleman’s book Sum and his theories of what happens after you die. For example, the "Circle of Friends" theory that the afterlife will be filled only with people you remember. Then I get into AI and technology, sharing Mark Andreessen’s insights on how advanced AI models now outperform 99% of experts and how asking the right questions is the key skill in this new era. I also discuss AI’s role in healthcare, creative problem-solving, and how it will change the value of emotional intelligence.I wrap up with updates on sports, J6 exposed again, simulation theory, Netflix's A Deadly American Marriage, Operation Barbarossa, and much more.

In this episode, I talk about the Netflix Roast of Kevin Hart, breaking down why it fell short compared to the Tom Brady roast. I talk about the weak dais, predictable height jokes, and underwhelming performances from guests like Lizzo and Draymond Green. Shane Gillis and Tony Hinchcliffe were good, but overall the roast was long and didn't have enough funny people. Then I get into cross-cultural dating, including why Asian women often prefer white men. I share a story about a dating app experience in Thailand, the perceived masculinity gap between white and Asian men, femininity levels of white women and Asian women, and how these cultural traits influence attraction and relationships.I also give a Sports update, Pizza Hut nostalgia, real estate & rental market trends in U.S. cities, Netflix’s The Crash, my car buying experience, and much more.

In this episode, I talk about my recent trip to Mexico, where I experienced the wondrous benefits of medical tourism. I break down the cost comparisons between having routine procedures done in the US vs. Mexico. You'll be amazed at how much you can save doing geo-arbitrage while enjoying a 5-star getaway (if you so choose). Then I get into racism. I talk about who “brought racism back" to America, the rise of systemic racism narratives, DEI and identity politics, and the way media and propaganda have shaped public perception. I talk about how these narratives divide the country and how free speech plays a role in combating them.I also touch on Trump’s visit to China, social media censorship, stoicism & Ryan Holiday, sports updates to include the World Cup and Savannah Bananas, finance & markets—and much more.

I start this episode reflecting on the idea of soulmates and continue the discussion of Scott Adams’ book, Reframe Your Brain. I dive into how promises and compatibility shape relationships more than the elusive concept of a single soulmate, and how reframing fears, humor, and self-perception can enrich life. The conversation also touches on how meeting more people can increase your chances at love and how reframes can help manage the ups and downs of relationships. Then I cover the White House Correspondents’ Dinner shooting and the dramatic response of law enforcement on the scene. I also recap Brandon Gill’s powerful exchange with an abortion advocate during a House Judiciary subcommittee hearing, where he exposed the stark realities behind abortion procedures. These events highlight the ongoing tensions in political and social discourse, with media reactions and public safety both under the microscope.I also touch on a new round of funny social media posts, high school/college class rings, Norah O’Donnell’s interview with Trump, stoicism, global top 1% income comparisons, and so much more.

I start this episode exploring Scott Adams’ book Reframe Your Brain. I share highlights like transforming fear of embarrassment into a tool for learning, viewing problems as puzzles, and using positive reframes to handle mistakes and criticism. Adams also emphasizes stress management through environment, fitness, and focusing on what you can control. Then I talk about reframing life's challenges, from letting go of the past to boosting self-esteem by earning respect. I also go over tactics like imagining a fresh start, treating life as a game or movie, and using your physical environment to influence your happiness and productivity.I also cover Arsenio Hall, Ibogaine, the Southern Poverty Law Center investigation, positive thinking, and so much more.

I start this episode diving into The False Prophet documentary, a 4-part Netflix series that exposes a self-proclaimed prophet. The show highlights how he was able to manipulate idiots who surrendered their wives and daughters to this creep. It's hard to believe. But worth a watch if you're into true crime and/or cult stories. Then I get into the Eric Swalwell saga & the Hungary election. Swalwell’s political collapse shows how quickly the pro-democracy party can coup you when one-party rule is threatened. The ruthlessness of communist politics and their propaganda arm in the media is unlike anything we've seen in the US, at least in my lifetime. Meanwhile, Hungary has voted out Viktor Orbán after 16 years, I talk about Budapest and how this election might impact the nation’s culture, borders, and relationships with the EU and beyond. Also, as usual, I share funny social media posts. And Trump’s beef with Pope Leo, the OpenAI lawsuit, communism, and much more.
