I’m your host Melanie Mishler and this is episode is a quick introduction and prequel to the podcast

I'm a manifestation teacher, energy worker, and trauma-informed somatic coach.

And I’m on a mission to help women remember who they are- powerful, magical creators, and to give them science-backed tools to help them manifest what they want, get off the hamster wheel of life, and step into their fullest potential to create a life that sets their heart on fucking fire!

And my technique is a little different- I always say I'm equal parts of woo woo neuroscience and strategy And that's because I really believe we need all three of these in order to create lasting and meaningful transformation In our lives.

Here's why cuz you can do all the positive affirmations, vision boards, goal setting meditations in the world ? But if you have underlying limiting self beliefs that are playing like broken records in the background then nothing is going to change

At the same time you can be taking lots of action, and be really busy in doing- but if you don't have a clear vision or roadmap to where you're going then you often end up like a hamster on a wheel going nowhere fast.

With my teaching I combine all three, And this has created some powerful change for both myself and my clients .

In this podcast we’re going to have intimate conversations about manifestation, love, fear, pleasure, power, goals, grief, values, life, - all of it!

For the next 6 months I'll be dropping weekly podcast every Wednesday. I'm going to keep these short and sweet. Every episode will be 15 minutes or less- And will have valuable and inspiring content that will help you create a better, more connected life.

A little bit about me. I'm married with a beautiful daughter who's in college, and the cutest puppy in the world. I might be biased? but it's true.

My husband and I are cereal entrepreneurs. We run multiple successful businesses, and work together pretty much 24/7 - which let me tell you, sometimes has its challenges.

We live part-time in northern California and part-time and Belize where we are currently building a micro Resort. Which is SO fun, this is one of my biggest manifestations- I can’t wait to tell you about it in an episode. We’re also wedding photographers. But my favorite job of them all is working with women and helping them transform their lives.

I’m a certified Mind Body coach, and trained in Integrative Somatic Trauma Therapy, an energy worker with a masters in healing science, and I have been studying and using manifestation techniques for over 30 years. And in that time, not only have I manifested some amazing fucking shit- I’ve also come to understand the missing key in a lot of manifestation techniques- and I cant wait to share that with you.
