Singing Missions Movement

Have you ever wondered why Jesus sometimes doesn't calm the storms we face? When life feels chaotic and heaven seems quiet, it can leave us asking, "Lord, where are You?" Join RA Martinez and Keith Dionise, Director of the MAPS Global School, as they unpack the mystery of what God is doing when He doesn't immediately calm the storm around us.

Missions History is Black History

Scripture describes believers as being "built together into a dwelling place for God by the Spirit", emphasizing presence, holiness, and formation rather than efficiency, branding, or customer satisfaction. Yet many modern church models have unconsciously adopted the logic of consumer capitalism, treating worship as a product, pastors as service providers, and congregants as customers whose preferences determine success. When the Church begins to resemble a Target—measured by foot traffic, convenience, aesthetics, and retention—it risks exchanging priestly identity for retail strategy. Generation Z is stepping into leadership across the globe in an era where the need to be seen, heard, and correct is sweeping the church into controversy and conflict and stealing people away from their assignments. Hear R.A. Martinez and Keith Dionise (Director of the MAPS Global School) discuss lessons leaders can learn from Paul's letters to Timothy to help them proactively and successfully build ministries and people filled with love for others, purity of heart, endurance, and unity.

In a highly requested follow-up in their "Marriage and Ministry" series, R.A. Martinez and his wife Kaitlin discuss navigating marriage and communication, the balance of family and ministry, and creating a ministry culture where marriages and families thrive. You can go back and listen to episode #111 and #112 of the MAPS Global Podcast to hear the first two episodes of this series!

Incredible testimonies of healing, salvation, and transformation are continuing to pour in from across our missions bases, and we want to share them with YOU! Listen for stories of how God is moving in the least reached places on Earth as prayer, worship, and Gospel proclamation takes place.
