I'm Benjamin Shapiro and joining me today is Blu Bowen, the research principal at G2, the world's largest software marketplace, where companies build reputation and drive growth. And today Blue will share how AI is rewriting B2B, buyer behavior and what sales leaders must do to adapt. What's the most underutilized Data source on G2?

I would say market intelligence. It's an offering that we have and it allows you to understand win loss analysis. So in our reviews we asked reviewers, did you switch from another tool? If so, why? If so, what tool? So you really get access to those that competitive environment, understanding why somebody switched to your product, also maybe even more importantly, understanding why somebody switched away from your product as well as you get access to competitor reviews. So really kind of, I think in the AI age that we're living in right now, competitive intelligence is paramount and kind of a competitive advantage. And I don't think enough people kind of leverage that data.

Talk to me about the way you can access market intelligence through G2 and I'll give you some context. I was thinking about what are the best ways to understand what are the best tools or the, the stories that people are interested in. For the Martech podcast, It seems like G2 would be a great source of like here's the hot tool everybody's talking about. How do you get access to the data and what's the best way to sort of filter through it.

Yeah, so for market intelligence specifically, that is an offering for our customers in terms of helping them understand the competitive landscape. We also have G2AI, which is kind of a cool new revolutionary interface in terms of how to find the right products for the right segment, you know, in your industry, as well as momentum reports. So if you're trying to see, you know, what projects are surging in marketing automation, we have specific momentum reports that show not only review growth, and that's why they're kind of gaining a lot of momentum, but also a lot of other factors and external factors to show that momentum.

I'm going to have to figure out how to tap into all that through your API and pull it into our research for the Martech podcast.
