to take a few minutes to talk about something I've been working on behind the scenes. I've been doing it for, for several months. It's been a work in progress. There's been several iterations of it, and I'm not going to give away everything yet, but I do want to start sharing a little bit about it because it's something I'm really, really excited about. If you're going to be at our accelerator event, our YouTube accelerator event in June, you're going to get to experience it actually firsthand. So you'll be the ones that experience it first. You'll have the first edition of it, which is pretty cool and in my, in my opinion, but so over the last several years, I've had the chance to talk with a lot of law firm owners. I've talked with people who are just getting started, people who are scaling quickly, people who feel stuck, and people who have built really impressive firms, but they're still trying to figure out what the next level looks like to them. And through all of those conversations, which it's been a bunch, I've started to notice certain patterns with the successful ones and the not so successful ones. And there are things that come up again and again around growth, leadership, mindset systems, delegation, decision making, and what it actually takes to build A firm that supports the life that you want. And I think that that's really why we're doing most of this. We're trying to build the life that we want. And our mechanism to do that is, you know, the law firm that we have. And so that's a big part of what this project is connected to, is seeing those patterns and recognizing those patterns. And so. And I think that this really matters to everyone that listens to the show. This project first came from a lot of those conversations and those observations, those conversations that I had with each of you. It's where this comes from. And it came from seeing what law firm owners are wrestling with right now, what you are wrestling with right now, what I am wrestling with right now, because the legal industry is changing. The way people build. Firms is changing. The tools available to us are changing, the expectations on owners are changing. And I think a lot of firm owners are asking bigger questions than they were a few years ago. Questions like, you know, how do I grow without creating more chaos? How do I build systems that actually work, especially in this world of AI that we have right now? How do I lead my team better? How do I use tools like AI without chasing every shiny object, which is a really big problem right now? How do I build a firm that gives me more freedom and not less? Because a lot of us build these. We. We build these jobs for ourselves that we end up having less freedom. And those are the kinds of ideas that I've been. I've been on my. That have been on my mind as I've been working on this project. So now I. I am intentionally keeping this general for now. I'm not ready to reveal everything just yet. There's some things that we still have to do with it. Like I said, they're. The people in June are going to actually gonna get the first iteration, or at least the. The most final iteration that we have so far, and then we'll make some adjustments from there. But what I can say is that this project, it's about helping law firm owners think differently about what. What they're building. It's about growth, but not just growth for the sake of growth. It's about systems, but not just adding more tools. It's about mindset, but not in a vague or fluffy way. Okay? It's about how you show up as the owner, how you make decisions, how you build your team, and how you create something that can keep getting better over time. And in a lot of ways, this. This project feels like a natural extension of what we've always tried to do with Maximum Lawyer. Our goal has always been to help law firm owners learn from each other, get better, challenge each other, challenge themselves and build firms that actually work for them. That's what the podcast is about. That's what the community is about. That's what the conference is about and that's what this project fits into right now. That's, that's how this all is going to fit together. It pulls from so many of the conversations that I've had with each of you, so many of the lessons that I've learned, many of the mistakes that I've observed, many of the mistakes I've made myself wins patterns that have been, that we've seen inside the community over the years. It's a really, it's, it's really, we've been able to, I've talked about crowdfunding, crowdsourcing, much of the information. That's, that's how this is too. We, we've identified a lot of patterns in this and that's, that's how we've come up with this. And the reason I'm bringing it up now is because we're going to do the pre launch this of the project at our June YouTube accelerator. The people who are going to be in the room are going to get to experience it first. They're going to get the first look at it. They're going to get to hear more of the story behind it. They're going to hear and get to understand why I've been working on it and why I think it matters right now. And I'm really excited about that because there's something different about sharing something like this and person with the people who are actually building firms doing the work and thinking about what their next level actually looks like. So if you're already planning to be at the YouTube accelerator, I can't wait for you to be a part of this. And if you've been thinking about coming, this is one of one, one more reason to be in the room because I will tell you, Ryan Weber and Jeff Hampton, they've been putting a lot of time into this. The last message I got from Ryan was that it's, it's more information that he got in the first five years of whenever he was doing YouTube. He just got his 100,000 subscriber plaque in the mail last week. It's going to be a banger. Jeff Hampton, he, he's, I, I, I can't remember what subscriber count he's at. He's, he's well over a hundred thousand at this point. He is, he's, they're both crushing it. They're two wonderful speakers. They're going to do an amazing job of breaking everything down to you. But if you want one more reason, this project that we're going to, we're going to give to people at the YouTube accelerator, this is one more reason for that. But and I don't want you to hear about a secondhand, to be honest with you. I want you to, to be there when we share it for the first time. So if this sounds interesting to you, make sure you're at the June event in Chicago, the YouTube Accelerator. You can go to MaxLawEvents.com or MaxLockMax Maximum Lawyer.com to get more information. We're going to talk about growth. We're going to talk about mindset. We're going to talk about systems. We're going to talk about what it looks like to build a better firm and become a owner. The you're going to experience this project before anyone else does. So I'll share more when the time is right. But for now, just know this. This has been a long time coming and it is going to be really valuable for law firm owners. And the people at our June event are going to be the first to experience it. So I can't wait to share with you.
