How many people do you know who struggle with their health? Chances are, whether they show it or not, most of the people in your life do. And chances are you're one of them. Whether you're dealing with anxiety, depression, endometriosis, acne, eczema, autoimmune, thyroid Lyme, brain fog, fatigue, or any other symptom or condition, you're far from alone. Living with symptoms has become the new normal. So no more guessing games. It's time to get answers. Welcome to the Medical Medium podcast. I'm Anthony Williams. We're talking about blood work, the endless cycle. Doctor, I don't feel good. Better order some more blood. Doctor, I'm feeling worse. Better order some more blood. Doctor, I can't get out of bed now. Better order a lot more blood. Is there anything wrong with getting blood work? No, there isn't. It's not bad to get a blood test. It's not bad to get some blood work. But what is bad is they take too much blood. And it doesn't have to be that way. 5 vials, 10 vials. 12 vials. 15 vials. 20, 30, 40 vials. And what happens if a woman is pregnant? 5 vials, 7 vials, 10 vials. Every trimester, every month, sometimes every few weeks. Could that be a good thing for the baby? No, no, no, it certainly isn't. And we'll talk about that. And what about deficiencies? Getting blood work to see if somebody's deficient in nutrients or any other kind of deficiencies. And does the blood work, the blood being drawn in large amounts, does it create deficiencies? Yes, it does. Severe deficiencies. And we'll talk about that too. One thing's for certain. There's a way to protect yourself. And there's a way to protect yourself before you get a blood test, before you get blood drawn. And there is a way to protect yourself after you get a blood test, after you get your blood drawn. Are there people out there that are getting way too much blood drawn? Yes, there are. Are there serious consequences because of it? Yes, there is. Over the decades, death defying consequences and death creating consequences. We'll explore it all. So get ready. Fasten your seatbelts, strap yourself in. You're going to like knowing this information and you're going to be glad to know it. Life saving tools are like that. And when you hear it, you know it's right. It just makes too much sense. So get ready. Here we go. Blood work, the endless cycle. There's a lot of things that are hard to do in life. And there's a lot of things that are easy to do in life. And one thing that's really easy to do is getting too much blood taken from you, because that's how the system's built, especially if you're sick. And this is a real problem that's highly ignored. You don't feel well, you get some blood work done, you still don't feel well, you get some more blood work done, still don't feel well, you get some more blood work done. Next thing you know it, you're being slowly bloodletted, blood drained. And maybe you have experience with this, maybe you've been to a specialist, maybe you've been to your doctor and you've had a lot of blood drawn. 5 vials, 10 vials, more, and much more. So many people out there have had a lot of blood taken from them, especially if they have autoimmune or any kind of symptoms that are mysterious. And it's not about what your doctor's ordering. It's not about the tests, and it's not about getting your blood tested, if that is bad or good. Instead, it's simply too much is being drawn. And when too much is drawn, the person gets sicker and weaker because of it. And that triggers more to be drawn. And in return, the person gets sicker and sicker. It becomes the endless cycle. This endless cycle can keep somebody down. It could keep them from healing while in the search for answers for their illness, they're quickly losing ground or slowly losing ground. And you could be somebody that's healthy and is just getting a routine checkup. There are still problems that can arise from it. And too much blood is still being taken. And you're being trained at the same time, trained to accept how much blood is being taken, trained to think it's okay to take that much blood. And if you're young, you're in your 20s, and you have a family someday, you're already conditioned, conditioned in the blood taking. The blood testing becomes part of the norm of life and is never questioned, ever. So if somebody ever gets sick in your family someday, it's part of the norm of life. You don't question the blood draw. If your partner gets sick. No one questions how much blood is being drawn. Instead, it's more like draw more blood. We need to know why someone is sick. The more blood, the better. The doctors need to find out what's wrong. So more blood is requested, more blood draws, more blood taking, because the other family members want answers too. Nobody wants somebody in the family sick. It's a normal response and it's a normal course of action. Somebody's sick, take more blood, and that's how it should be. It gives the doctors a window. And it's not that medical science knows everything. It's not that they see everything happening in the body through the blood, is not that they have all these answers to mystery chronic illness. But at least they're trying. And at least there's some identifiable markers in blood work today that can be really helpful. And that's why blood work is necessary. In many cases, critical problems can be identified, but in many cases it's a wild goose chase and a lot of blood is drawn for no reason or for reasons unknown, or for fruitless ventures, fruitless theories and fruitless searches and troubleshooting that never amounts to anything in the end. A lot of digging through bloodletting, but not enough answers in return for the loss of blood or to make the loss of blood worth it. We're taught and conditioned that our blood is disposable and that the amount of blood taken from us really isn't anything. And our body just restores that blood quickly, our body reproduces that blood fast. That's what we're taught. The truth is the volume of the blood may come back rather quickly within days, but not what was in the blood that does not come back quickly. Whatever was in the blood that was taken does not build back fast, far from it. So the new blood that was built back within days is empty blood. It's shallow blood and deficient blood. What's it deficient of? Every single nutrient and mineral and trace mineral, amino acid, vitamin, nutrient, antioxidant, phytochemical compound, macro minerals, electrolytes, and critical hormones. These get removed as blood is being taken out of you. Some of every single one of these and more so every time you get blood work. It's part of the death by a thousand cut scenario and you're the stone and you're being chipped away from. And if you're somebody and you're young and you feel indestructible, you're healthy and you're getting a routine checkup or someone who's older, you're in your 40s, 50s, 60s, you feel pretty good, you're doing your workouts, you exercise, you stay away from processed foods and you're getting your routine checkups and your blood work. The death by a thousand cuts kicks in. You could already be on the edge of some kind of sickness, illness, autoimmune, heart attack, and then one day a little too much blood is drawn because the system is broken. And a little too much magnesium was taken from your bloodstream or a little too much potassium was taken from your bloodstream, or a little too much glucose was taken from your bloodstream and a blood sugar dip occurred along with the loss of potassium and magnesium threw your heart into an afib and then boom, the scale finally tipped. Does this ever happen? Yes, it happens every single day. But who cares, right? What does it even matter? So what, some guy gets a heart attack because the scale was tipped from too much blood drawn? That's what a lot of people would say. But what if that guy is somebody's husband, somebody's uncle, somebody's grandfather, somebody's parent, somebody's best friend? And what about a woman that's pregnant getting too much blood drawn? Happens every single day in every country around the world. Pregnant women are getting blood tested, blood drawn. And these blood draws can be catastrophic on the babies. Science and research hasn't even touched upon this yet. Damage being done in the womb, damage to the baby's brain from too much blood drawn every trimester, in many cases, every single month. 4 vials, 5 vials, 7 vials, 10 vials, 12 vials full vials. Without a care in the world, the health system doesn't have a care in the world. The baby needs mom's blood desperately, needs the sugars in mom's blood, the glucose needs the macro and trace minerals, phytochemical compounds, antioxidants, hormones, B12, vitamin C, and this is just naming a few. A radical blood drop in mom can create hemorrhagic shock for the baby inside the womb. And the system conditions humans to allow this. And that's just blood drawn from a normal pregnancy. What about an abnormal pregnancy? Or what about a pregnant mother who's sick with chronic illness, known autoimmune. And the mom is getting blood drawn for her conditions and her symptoms. Doctors won't hesitate to draw 5 to 10 vials, full vials from a pregnant mom to monitor her illness and symptoms. And if something goes wrong and the baby is injured and it's only seen later on after the baby is born, it'll never be considered, never be seen, never be understood that the repeated blood draws played a role. A baby's immune system is underdeveloped when a baby's in the womb, especially in the early stages of pregnancy. So mom's immune system has to protect the baby. But that's hard for a mom's immune system to do when a Mom's immune system is under an assault, under attack. Not just by pathogens, which lots of moms have, which Epstein Barr is that pathogen that creates thyroid problems. Autoimmune and other pathogens too cause problems, but under attack by the system, by the medical system, which is drawing too much blood from a pregnant woman and creating immune cell deficiencies in that woman, compromising a pregnant woman's reserves during a pregnancy. A woman is already giving her baby everything she's got. And how is she doing this? She's doing this through her bloodstream. So when the system mortally wounds her bloodstream, we have a problem. When the system attacks her bloodstream, she gets set up for failure. Does this failure happen? Yes, every single day. Blood draws can create miscarriages. Blood draws can create catastrophic problems with pregnancies. But no one talks about it. It's as if it doesn't even exist. And it's not that a pregnant woman should never get a blood test or allow a doctor to draw blood, to look at some profiles and numbers. The true problem lies on how much blood is being drawn carelessly, dangerously, every time. But the medical system's like a machine. You get drawn into it by the miraculous things it does. Miracles are performed all the time in medical research and science. And life saving medicine is life saving medicine. It exists, but that's part of the trap. If life saving medicine exists, then everything medicine is about is righteous and good, trustworthy, appropriate, flawless and beneficial. But yet it's not. It can be dangerous, unruly, rogue, systematically corrupted, ignorant, blind, deceitful, agenda driven, and even satanic. And in the case of blood draws, it's part of the corrupted system. Too much blood is being drawn from people, human beings, on purpose. It's partly how they keep people sick. And they keep sick people from getting better and they allow sick people to get worse. How is it possible? After all these decades, after all these years, all these smart scientists, smart lab technicians, smart doctors, smart technology, including AI, which seemingly knows everything. So everybody believes. And this is completely missed, completely undiscovered. This problem of taking too much blood from pregnant women alone should be in the media every single day. Warning flares, emergency alerts. Everyone should be notified of the harm that is caused and can cause. But it isn't, and it won't. At least not now. The blood draw problem is a true conspiracy, a true crime with an evil black market behind it and an evil agenda behind it. Someone's taking the blood, someone's using the blood. The blood is going somewhere because the blood isn't being thrown away, it's being collected. Some of it's used for experimental science behind the scenes, having a lot to do with cloning and even pharmaceutical treatment making. Just like the Holocaust, Hitler and the Nazis were engaged in drawing blood from the Jews so they can tamper with genes and try to destroy genes. Blood has always been sought after by evildoers. And if evildoers still exist on this planet, then they're still after the blood. The blood of all walks of life on this planet. And let's not forget about blood drinking. Without a doubt, there are blood drinkers on earth and they need a hearty supply. And the millions and millions and tens of millions and billions and even trillions of gallons of blood that have been drawn and never thrown away has gone to someone, somewhere or something and is being utilized one way or another. Whether consumed or used for evil sciences, it is a valuable resource. But we are conditioned that it's not a valuable resource. We're conditioned that it's disposable. We're taught that our blood is worthless and that we create new blood instantly. So let's get into the nitty gritty about blood work. And before we do that, you might want to get yourself a copy of Medical Medium Brain Saver Protocols. Because the information in that book is priceless. Because your life and your health and your well being is priceless. And your life and your health and your well being means everything. Having the knowledge to protect yourself is critical in this day and age. The Medical Medium Brain Saver protocol book is a weapon. A weapon that protects you. You'll see in there a protocol to do one week before you get a blood test, one week before your blood is drawn to give you the best chances so your system doesn't get shocked, so you don't get severe deficiencies. And you can protect yourself if you're somebody already sick with a condition, symptom, or even autoimmune. Not only is there a one week protocol before getting your blood drawn, but the Brain Saver Protocol book has a protocol for after you get blood drawn. A one week protocol that's critical in protecting you, your loved ones, your friends, your family, your children. Go to Amazon.com you can download the book right there. You can get the hardcover or get the audiobook or Kindle. Learn how to protect yourself. And maybe you're not getting any blood work right now, maybe you're not getting your blood drawn, but when it comes, it comes fast. And it's tricky because you're not taught how to Protect yourself and you can easily get pulled into the endless cycle. Even if it's just a routine blood test once a year. There's ways to protect yourself so you don't get deficient over time. And that's the next part of our talk. We're going to talk about deficiencies. As you're getting your blood drawn to check for deficiencies, you're actually creating them, but you're not actually creating them, they're actually creating them. Enzymes, amino acids, antioxidants, vitamin C, vitamin D, B12, macrominerals, magnesium, trace minerals, calcium, glucose, phytochemical compounds, antiviral compounds, antibacterial compounds, natural built antibodies against the flu and other viruses. And let's not forget about electrolytes, precious electrolytes, including sodium based electrolytes that don't just get replaced by eating salt. A hunk of this goes out the window when getting your blood drawn. And you should be told this, you should be aware of this, somebody should be telling you this. And those deficiencies that occur from blood draw don't replace easily. They take time, especially if your reserves are low. If you're deficient already in so many different areas and your reserves are low and your liver isn't packed with enough nutrients to fill your bloodstream back up, it doesn't come easy. And just because you're on a diet that seems to be cleaner, that seems to be healthier, that seems to be more pure, doesn't mean it all gets replenished in one shot or one day, or one week, or one month. The deficiency can grow into a storm. It can be that snowball that rolls down that hill. It gathers speed and can become unstoppable because the next blood draw comes up. And when the next blood draw comes up and you haven't replenished, restored from the last blood draw, the deficiencies get worse. And one of the problems is when you get your blood drawn, new deficiencies were just created from that by the blood draw itself that you just got. So when the report comes back, the blood test results come back and the doctor is going over your blood test results with you and looking at the deficiencies, they're far worse in that moment than what's on the papers. Because the blood draw to show the deficiencies, the blood draw that you're seeing on paper in that moment created more deficiencies, deeper deficiencies that your body is trying to actually restore itself from. So as you're sitting there with your doctor and you're looking at your test results and you're looking at the deficiencies your doctor is pointing out, there are most likely new ones caused by the blood draw itself. And the ones you have are going to be worse, but you won't know it. You'll be looking at the results on paper, while inside your body, the deficiencies are worse now because of the blood draw. If somebody was to get a blood test, a blood draw, because the doctor wants to look at a range of deficiencies, and they had their blood drawn and that blood draw was separated from an additional blood draw an hour later, the results would be shocking. The second blood test, the second blood draw would show an increase in deficiencies, Some of them a drastic drop, a radical decline. The numbers would be so far apart because the first blood draw made the person that much more deficient, and the second blood draw would show it. Getting blood work for deficiencies is one of the greatest scams. When the blood draws are like they are now, when the system is cracked and they're drawing way too much blood, so much blood they'll never use it, it's one of the biggest scams. Getting blood work to check for nutrient deficiencies is unbelievably irresponsible by the medical world. Holistic medicine, alternative medicine, functional medicine, conventional medicine, it's all the same when it comes down to blood draw and highly irresponsible. Blood draw is the deficiency maker, the leading deficiency creator, and the immune cell deficiency creator. What people still don't know today in the medical world and the health world is your immune system. The majority of your immune system is in your bloodstream and not your gut. Your immune cells are in your bloodstream preventing infections in your brain, preventing infections in your organs, keeping your blood pure and healthy. And every blood draw takes out a piece of the immune system. And if you're somebody that's chronically sick, chronically ill, you already have a problem with the immune system. Weakened immune systems. Weakened immune cells only get worse with blood draws because they take way too much blood when they don't need that much blood. What people don't realize is they only need a little bit of blood. A drop of blood alone can do the trick. They can run virtually any test with a drop of blood. But instead, the system is built on the false need for large quantities of blood, full tubes. And in the process of doing so, the immune system is removed within those full tubes of blood. An immune system preventing cancer. An immune system fighting off cancerous cells, an immune system fighting off viruses, bacteria. An immune system that's eating up free radicals, environmental Pollutants, domestic pollutants, an immune system that's protecting you from exposures, an immune system that's fighting for you every single day, especially if you have a chronic illness or a chronic symptom. And if a person is struggling from a chronic illness, struggling from an autoimmune condition, struggling with neurological symptoms, emotional and mental disturbances, they often get a lot of blood work done, a lot of blood drawn, and within that process, they're getting the blood drawn. It's weakening their immune system, the very thing that's keeping them in check. And they already have a weakened immune system to begin with. That's why they're sick. So as more and more immune cells are removed, the person who's already struggling gets sicker and sicker, complains to the doctor, and then the doctor draws more blood from there. A person usually goes to a specialist, maybe a neurologist, maybe a disease specialist or an autoimmune specialist, and then more blood work is ordered, creating more deficiencies. This is the vicious cycle, the vicious cycle that has driven many to an early death, especially in the Lyme disease world in the last 40, 50 years. Lyme disease patients, where blood lead it to death. Common fare was to pull 40 vials of blood from a petite woman. Tragic circumstances happened for decades and still is for people with Lyme disease. Way too much blood drawn, full vials, when the system that's broken truly only needs a small amount of blood to run tests. But like discussed earlier, the blood is collected and going somewhere for a much more devious purpose. In this process, the person with chronic illness, the person who's suffering, weakens more as more blood is being drawn. And this could be devastating for someone who's already struggling with a chronic sickness. It's rogue medical practices that are partaking in this blood draw. Functional medicine doctors tend to draw a lot of blood, an unruly amount. They sell the patient on technologies to try to decode their blood to solve their problems, when in reality, they don't even know why the person's really suffering. They don't even know the true cause of autoimmune or even the true cause of Lyme disease, but yet they draw a tremendous amount of blood. And they're not the only ones doing it. There are many medical clinics, renowned ones, that pride in the amount of blood drawn to seek answers in their patients. But the reality really is that they're hurting their patients, not purposely. They think they're doing the right thing. There's good doctors out there, good doctors that are taught to use a broken system in a broken way. You can get great doctors out there with big hearts, even compassion. But in the end, if they don't know what they're doing because a conditioned system has taught them a certain way, a certain way that hurts patients and doesn't help patients, it's truly disheartening. The truth is they're overlooking something that can cause terrible harm to people. They don't realize they're drawing way too much blood from their patients and that they can play an integral role into fixing the broken system. But the other truth is, a lot of doctors don't know that you don't need hardly any blood, that very little blood is needed to even run a test. Doctors don't know that full vials should not be ordered, instead quarter vials, unless tubes should be used and should be filled. There are safer ways to get blood drawn for their patients. Safer ways to get a blood test, if you want one. Safer way is to get your blood drawn. But no one teaches this anywhere. It's medical medium information and medical medium information only. And this is unfortunate because there are millions, tens of millions, hundreds of millions that are going to suffer from excessive blood draws. Miscarriages are going to happen every day, injured babies and wombs, people with Lyme disease, neurological conditions, autoimmune disease are going to suffer even more. People who believe they've been affected by mold are going to suffer even more. And people are never going to learn how to protect themselves. There are some changes happening out there because of the medical medium community is learning how to protect themselves because they have the medical medium books. So they know to order a half vial of blood or quarter vial. They know to ask their phlebotomists to only draw a quarter vial or a half vial. They know not to get too many vials drawn at once. And people will tell you out there in the medical industry that you can't do a quarter vial or a half file. It's not true. They have plenty of blood to make a serum just from a quarter vial. A serum could be made out of a drop of blood. The misinformation out there about blood draws, blood tests, is rampant, and it's by design. People in the health industry were trained to go along with the corrupt, broken system. But you can protect yourself, your family, your loved ones, your friends, your children. You can learn what to ask for because getting your blood tested, getting your blood drawn is important if your doctor needs it. But there's a safe way of doing it that protects you because it could get dreadfully dangerous and even tragic for so many people. And it has. Arm yourself with the proper information. Go to Amazon.com get the medical medium Brain Saver Protocols book and get the Medical Medium Brain Saver book too. There's a full chapter on blood draw and even most importantly, protocols. Protocols for one week before you get your blood drawn and one week after that are critical in protecting you so you don't get sicker and even potentially lose your life early. Protecting your immune system, protecting your blood glucose reserves, protecting yourself from severe deep deficiencies that don't restore quickly or restore at all. And being told that false information, that misinformation that your blood restores right away only sets you back because that's dangerous. Misinformation and learning that your blood takes months to restore from blood draws, two, three, four months and even six months, depending. Your immune cells don't restore that fast. Your bones have to go into overdrive to produce immune cells. Your organs have to go into overdrive. They have to overwork to try to protect you. Meanwhile, one of the reasons why you're sick is from weakened immune cells. So it's critical to learn how to protect yourself. More on blood work, blood draw, the endless cycle coming soon.
