Troy was the very first employee and team rider at a little surf, skate snow brand you may have heard of called VOLCOM @volcom —Since 1991, Troy was responsible for many aspects of Volcom's meteoric rise and ubiquity, most notably development and management of Volcom's sponsored athlete programs and Volcom's Film Division, Veeco. If you had anything to do with Surfing, Skateboarding or Snowboarding, you most definitely know what we're talking about.

Let's just say Troy was Influencing and Inspiring all of us way before it was "Cool" or a thing on social media.

Today, Troy is the owner of @radicalvoyage where he helps people get past their perceived fears and limitations to live a joyful, powerful and peaceful existence on spaceship earth.
