Who is someone you're jealous of?
B (0:10)
Well, that's not fair to ask someone in show business that. Well, let me get out my list.

That is the voice of the great Nathan Lane. This is a re air of an episode from February of last year. Nathan Lane is of course a legend. He's a three time Tony award winning actor, three time Emmy award winning actor. He has done everything. He is currently on Broadway in a revival of Death of a Salesman. It's him and Laurie Metcalfe. Just an amazing cast. This is a great episode we have today. He has so much wisdom and just so much experience. I love, love talking to him. I love talking to Nathan Lane. He has incredible stories about working with Mike Nichols, Elaine May, Robin Williams, Joaquin Phoenix. We talk about when we met each other. When I was in my 20s. Nathan and his husband Devon were the witnesses at my wife Jenny and I's wedding at City Hall. Nathan Lane, of course, presented my first solo show Off Broadway, Sleepwalk with Me. I. I'm forever grateful to him and honored to know him. Enjoy my conversation with the great Nathan Lane. Last time I saw you, you were making fun of me because when we were out to dinner with your husband Devlin and my wife Jenny, because you think I you you said that I'm friends with everyone who's on my podcast and you were like, how many more friends do you have? How do you know everyone so well, do.
B (2:56)
Well, you've been doing comedy a long time, so you. You build a large Rolodex of friends.
A (3:03)
You know what it is, though? I was thinking about it because it's. I think, because comedians, we wait back to back at the, at the comedy clubs for, you know, there's a lineup of five or six people, and so you're just, like, waiting upstairs. So you just talk to me. Yeah, but you know, everybody.
