Foreign hey, what's up my friend? This is Jeff Zimfer coming at you. But today I wanted to bring with you a very special timely conversation with a longtime friend, Todd Bookspan. And Todd you've probably known or heard of, if not, where are you? Where have you been? Todd is the founder of Win by Noon, which is this excellent program for getting all your primary work activities done before noon, winning the day by noon, essentially. Right. And obviously he's very closely involved with Dave Savage, Mortgage Coach Community, the first home IQ platform which you haven't checked those out. I'm going to put those links into the show notes which all these platforms simply help you become a better, more fiscally educated loan officer who al also knows how to reach clients and achieve your goals in a more progressive. So what are we talking about here today? For the last three years in a row, I believe it is I've attended the Modern Mortgage Summit and Modern Real Estate Summit that is held both live in Vegas on Thursday, March 6 and virtual. And the cool thing about this is as you'll hear Todd and I talk about is it's an incredible opportunity for you to reach out partner with your referral partners, realtors. So there's, there's basically two parts to this summit. The first part is the best of the best mortgage originators in the country coming in and sharing in 15 minutes like their top, top key strategy that's helping them kick ass in this market. And then part two of the day is real estate agents. And this is where you want to listen closely to this conversation with Todd and start to identify and think about who for real estate agents, you could invite to a virtual streaming of this Modern Mortgage Summit in your office, a title rep office, a shared office. We work space, you know, Regis, whatever it is. But don't overlook the tremendous opportunity that you have for yourself personally to attend this, whether it's in person in Vegas or virtually. And thing is so wildly affordable. I mean it's only 100 or 150 bucks for the virtual tickets. And then secondly is remember if I were doing this right now as an originator, here's what I'd be doing. I'd be calling all my key agents. I'd be reaching out to agents who I've gotten referrals from in the past but have gone a little bit radio silent. I'd also be calling listing agents and I would be sharing with them the website Modern Mortgage Summit. I would be have my talk track and my script ready of who is going to be appearing at this modern mortgage summit for the real estate side of things. And I would be asking if they would like a VIP ticket to come join me for a live streaming of this part two of the session for the Realtor session. Do they want to come in and sit in and hear? A few of the best agents in the country that are producing crazy volume are going to share some amazing strategies that are working in today's market. I thought of you, wanted to invite you first. I only have a few seats, you know, would you like me to hold a seat for you? And then I would send them the details and confirmations, I'd make sure that they're there and I would leverage this one time opportunity, one to many, right? And I would use this to jumpstart my Realtor engagement and start to create conversations that'll lead to referrals this year. So not only that, but in this episode, Todd and I are going to unpack this one idea of like how he had this hundred conversations in one day initiative that's that he's working on. So he kind of breaks down his strategy for how he's making this happen. And by the way, you don't have to do 100 conversations in one day. Let me ask you a question. What if you had 100 conversations in a week? Like how much would that move the needle in your business?
