In this episode, Erin talks to Kevin Isaac about reading The Secret to optimize his performance as an athlete. When he felt aligned mentally, he figured out how to eat correctly and detox. Kevin was one of the top athletes in the state of Iowa in his senior year. The drive of a high-performance athlete brought him to where he is now.

Kevin decided to put everything he knew into one system – H.O.T.: Human Optimization Technique. When he started to put all of his systems together into one, it took about 3 hours each day to treat someone. Through those 1,000 bodies, he learned new techniques and new downloads. He goes through a series of processes, including vibration therapy, breathing, and ice baths.

Kevin works with 2 philosophies, the 1st being that the body is made to heal itself. 50% of the people he works with have physical pain, the other 50% are looking to be the most optimized humans possible. Even if you do not have pain, Kevin refers to the experience as a one-stop-shop
