Thank you. No, I'm going to wear it all day.

Yeah.
Podcast Host 2
Try to go see that Nike movie today.
Podcast Host 1
I got you. Yeah.
Podcast Host 2
Don't.
Podcast Host 1
Don't you dare change you. We got an email from a listener who simply titled their. The subject line is P. Diddy, period.
Podcast Host 2
Which that could be anything.
Podcast Host 1
That said, we got an email from a person. Dominic sent us an email, subject line, P. Diddy, period. It's just a very ominous period after the subject. And Dominic says, I've worked for a few years in the music industry and I have a rumor for you that I've heard from multiple separate parties. Ooh, this is going to get spicy. He says. Dominic says P. Diddy doesn't eat or sleep. He micro doses Molly to sustain and stay awake from Monday through Saturday. Then on Sunday he goes into a chemically induced coma when he gets an IV injection of all the nutrients needed for the week.
Podcast Host 2
I gotta say, I think there are roots of truth in this. I've also heard.
Podcast Host 1
Yeah.
Podcast Host 2
From like I've. I feel like it's a pretty commonly known thing that Didi doesn't sleep. Right?
Podcast Host 1
Whoa.
Podcast Host 2
Yeah. Or that he.
Podcast Host 1
You're saying this is.
Podcast Host 2
Or if he sleeps is very minimal. I remember even watching like it was either like Diddy runs the city or making the band or something like that where somebody was talking about it and they were like, yeah, if you work with him, you gotta figure out where to get sleep whenever you can. Cause he really just doesn't stop. He just goes and goes and goes.
Podcast Host 1
See, I always interpreted that as like, oh, that's what he's doing. Cause the cameras are here and because like they're in the middle of product, you know what I mean, Producing a record, whatever it is. But then obviously he would go and have a normal a 12 or you know, eight hour night like everybody else. You know, some of us, some of us are taking it too far. But point being a normal eight hour night afterwards, you know what I mean? Weeks later, after he's done with like this sort of Hell Week experience, that he would then eventually go to sleep. But you're saying, no, that's not something you believe.
Podcast Host 2
But that's what they're saying in this, right, Is that he just kind of like.
Podcast Host 1
But I think I'm more responding to you specifically when you're saying you do in fact believe that he isn't sleeping, that this is just continuous the entire time?
Podcast Host 2
I think he doesn't sleep very much. No. I don't think a lot of, like, people. I don't think a lot of people who are that successful sleep that much.
Podcast Host 1
Wow.
Podcast Host 2
That successful. In not a physical way. Like, you know, like. Like a guy like LeBron has to sleep, like 10 hours. Right. Cause he works out so much and shit like that. But I think, like a guy who's doing international business and stuff like that. I don't know. I don't think any of them probably sleep all that much.
Podcast Host 1
And do you. Do you think this is something that. Like chicken. Chicken and egg, Right? Like, is. Do they not sleep that much and that is how they became successful, or is it that they don't sleep that much because of their success and they can do this chemically induced coma that Diddy's able to do?
Podcast Host 2
I think that people who don't sleep that much in general are looking for ways to fill their time productively, and that can often lead to more success.
Podcast Host 1
Yeah.
Podcast Host 2
Does that make sense?
Podcast Host 1
Yeah. You're either going to, like, become a success story or you're gonna buy commemorative coins on weird stations at night.
Podcast Host 2
I mean, look at you. You're successful. How often do you sleep?
Podcast Host 1
I don't. I actually. I get a decent amount of sleep now, but it's largely because of my wife. Like, if she weren't like a major advocate.
Podcast Host 2
So before the wife.
Podcast Host 1
Before the wife on the.
Podcast Host 2
Come up, like, on the couch.
Podcast Host 1
Yeah. I didn't sleep a lot. I kind of. I would go, you know, nights where it was like six hours, four hours. And that wasn't like a big deal for me.
Podcast Host 2
That's what I'm saying.
Podcast Host 1
Yeah. Olivia sent us something. It says from ABC Nightly News. When they interviewed him back in 2010, he quotes, I was proud of working 18 hours a day and sleeping three hours a night. Which, if we break down the week, I think that's not basically resting for an entire day. Right. That, like, if he's talking about three.
Podcast Host 2
Hours, seven is 21.
Podcast Host 1
Yeah. And so, like, if it's too many.
Podcast Host 2
Works every day.
Podcast Host 1
Yeah. It's closer to, I think, the actual numbers that he's talking about. If it's 24 hours versus 21 hours. But, like, he could get 21 hours of sleep and be restored back to his 2010 version of himself.
Podcast Host 2
That is. I don't sleep good, but I'm, like, working on it. I believe it, though. I Do believe. I think also you never met people who just have like, energy. Especially like Diddy seems like a guy who's just like operating on pure. On more energy than he is, like, savvy. You know what I'm saying?
Podcast Host 1
Yeah. Those coal men never stopped pumping the coal into the fire in that body. You know what I mean?
Podcast Host 2
Yeah, yeah. Ye just is like, he's all hype and feeling and like, I think he's just a highly energetic person.
Podcast Host 1
Yeah.
Podcast Host 2
And like, being in New York, I feel like, makes you sleep less. I never sleep less than when I'm in New York.
Podcast Host 1
I think the, the circumstances of being in New York, I think the fact that he's never settled down in any real way. Like, even the women that he's in relationships with, he like, barely hangs out with and like, kind of knows them, you know what I mean? Like, he'll like have a lady fully committed to him for years. You'll be like, diddy. Have you met her yet? Like, do y' all even.
Podcast Host 2
Do you guys hang out or is it. I think he just smashes.
Podcast Host 1
Yeah, I think he truly just like smashes and then gives them, like, gives them extraordinary gifts. Yeah, insane gifts.

Podcast Host 1
And then on top of that, part of the reason he probably feels like that's the way to live is like, if this is correct, he's on Molly the whole time, right?
Podcast Host 2
That's the crazier part to me is that he just microdoses Molly all the time. So is that to keep his serotonin up or something? Cause like. Or the euphoria feeling. Cause at some point you're gonna crash. I guess that's why I don't like drugs like that. It's like that serotonin crash the next day kills me.
Podcast Host 1
But I, as a person who actually does enjoy Molly quite a bit, I will say that. That I don't have that big serotonin crash, I think, really, the next day Molly. Yeah, some people have, like. I mean, I definitely. There's a downshift, right? But it doesn't feel like a thing where I'm like, yo, I can't do that anymore. It's just like, oh, no. I have a lethargic day and a little bit of reflection. You know what I mean? Like, it doesn't scare me kind of thing.
Podcast Host 2
The world caves in when I do it. I hate that shit. But all this is going back to do. I think that you could. You could do this and like, live. I don't think it's as extreme. I think it's probably closer to the 18 hours a day sleeping, three a night. I think it's closer to that than it is to, like, you can't not sleep all. I mean, you can, but, like, I don't feel like you could be effective just taking. Even. Even taking drugs to keep that plate spinning. I don't know.
Podcast Host 1
Yeah, it probably is closer to like, the Michael Jackson propo situation, right? Like, he was using drugs for obviously painkilling, but also to like, put himself to sleep. Like, he would put himself in these deep sleeps via drugs. And I think the. The point is, is that Diddy may be using some substance to be able to both stay awake for insane hours, but then also immediately lock himself into Betty by once he's done doing his shit.
Podcast Host 2
Because that's the thing too, is when you stay up a lot, you don't, like, it becomes very hard to go to sleep. Or for me, at least. The hardest times I ever have sleeping is when I've been up forever and I'm like, damn, I can't wait till I can go to bed. And then I finally get to Bed. And then it takes a while.
Podcast Host 1
Yeah, it takes a while. And if you are only planning for three hours, you can't count on your body to be like sleepy time. You gotta be like, nah, I need some help.
Podcast Host 2
Give me that propanol or whatever he's doing.
Podcast Host 1
Yeah, propanol, propane.
Podcast Host 2
What's he putting in there?
Podcast Host 1
Yeah, but he's also healing it.
Podcast Host 2
The eat thing seems crazy too. I don't know if I believe that eating.
Podcast Host 1
But I will say that if you're on Molly, you know, you don't really be wanting.
Podcast Host 2
Right.
Podcast Host 1
Like that.
Podcast Host 2
But I don't. I think that there's a level of nutrients you can take in at a time.
Podcast Host 1
Yeah, I make sense.
Podcast Host 2
Like I don't think you can just. I don't think your body can just absorb all the nutrients you need for a week. It's the reason the vitamins are like a scam. Right. Because you can only process so much at once and then the rest would be out.
Podcast Host 1
Yeah. I think what I'd say is I imagine our bodies can process more when food is a non factor. Right. That part of the reason our body can't process it is because it's spending energy and doing shit to digest. And so I think in the case of like an injection, an iv, we probably can take on more than we would be able to if we just ingest it. That said, it is the most like. I don't know of the. The suggestions in part because Diddy ain't like he. He don't look like a dude who's like fasting all the time.
Podcast Host 2
Yeah, I don't think he's fat, but he's not like. Although he's like a big runner, right? Like he's a track guy.
Podcast Host 1
He was for like that year and a half that he did the marathon. I don't think he's like still running.
Podcast Host 2
I mean also, you know, who knows how his body is shaped. We just did an episode about fat displacement.
Podcast Host 1
That's true. That maybe this is the skinniest, dittiest.
Podcast Host 2
And he's getting older. He's kind of old.
Podcast Host 1
Sure.
Podcast Host 2
Cause what's he like, probably 55.
Podcast Host 1
Yeah, he's in his 50s, I think. Yeah.
Podcast Host 2
So it's like there's also like a level of that where you're just gonna get that 50 year old gut. So I don't know, man.
Podcast Host 1
Damn. Well there, I guess. Listener, dear listener. Dominic.
Podcast Host 2
This one felt real serious.
Podcast Host 1

My Momma Told Me - Episode: "Zzz Diddy: Motherf*ckin Mini Episode (RE-RELEASE)"
Release Date: May 15, 2025
Hosts: Langston Kerman and David Gborie
Network: Big Money Players Network and iHeartPodcasts
In this re-released mini episode of My Momma Told Me, hosts Langston Kerman and David Gborie delve into a provocative Black conspiracy theory submitted by a listener. The theory centers around the high-profile artist P. Diddy and his alleged extreme measures to maintain his success and relentless work ethic.
Timestamp: [03:13] - [04:12]
The episode kicks off with an intriguing listener email from Dominic, titled simply "P. Diddy." Dominic claims to have insider information from multiple sources within the music industry. According to him, P. Diddy:
Dominic describes this regimen as a means for Diddy to maintain an "18-hour workday and 3-hour sleep night," suggesting that these practices are integral to his unparalleled success.
Timestamp: [04:12] - [17:36]
Langston and David engage in a dynamic conversation assessing the validity of Dominic's claims. They consider the feasibility of such an extreme lifestyle and the role of substances like Molly in maintaining high productivity levels.
David: Expresses skepticism but acknowledges the relentless work ethic often attributed to highly successful individuals. (04:17)
"I think there are roots of truth in this. I've also heard... that Diddy doesn't sleep." (04:26)
Langston: Initially interprets Diddy's lack of sleep as a byproduct of his busy schedule but entertains the possibility of more unconventional methods. (04:34)
"But obviously he would go and have a normal eight-hour night like everybody else..." (05:01)
The hosts draw parallels between P. Diddy's alleged practices and those of other celebrities known for their demanding lifestyles:
LeBron James: Requires extensive sleep for physical recovery due to intense workouts. (05:48)
"I don't think a lot of people who are that successful sleep that much..." (05:36)
Michael Jackson: Utilized drugs to manage pain and maintain a grueling performance schedule. (14:36)
"It's probably closer to like the Michael Jackson prop situation..." (14:36)
A significant portion of the discussion revolves around the plausibility of using IV injections to induce a coma for nutrient intake:
Langston: Questions the body's ability to absorb all necessary nutrients in such a short timeframe. (15:43)
"I don't think the body can just absorb all the nutrients you need for a week..." (16:00)
David: Highlights the potential dangers and inefficacies of relying on substances to manage sleep and productivity. (15:52)
"You can't just... take drugs to keep that plate spinning." (15:58)
Considering P. Diddy's age and physical state, the hosts discuss whether maintaining such a regimen is sustainable:
Timestamp: [17:36] - [18:52]
Langston and David conclude that while Dominic's theory is compelling, it edges into the realm of speculation without concrete evidence. They encourage listeners to critically evaluate such claims and consider the broader implications of celebrity lifestyles on public perceptions.
Langston:
"This feels like you're unpacking something that might be real. And if you want to quit your job and take this on so that you can bring down Diddy and his sleepy time scam..." (17:43)
David:
"If you're coming for the king, just don't miss." (17:58)
The hosts also invite listeners to submit their own conspiracy theories, fostering an interactive community eager to explore and debate various narratives.
Dominic (Listener Email):
"P. Diddy doesn't eat or sleep. He microdoses Molly to sustain and stay awake from Monday through Saturday. Then on Sunday he goes into a chemically induced coma when he gets an IV injection of all the nutrients needed for the week." (03:26)
Langston Kerman:
"You’re saying this is... But I think I'm more responding to you specifically when you're saying you do in fact believe that he isn't sleeping, that this is just continuous the entire time?" (05:30)
David Gborie:
"I think people who don't sleep that much in general are looking for ways to fill their time productively, and that can often lead to more success." (06:21)
Langston Kerman:
"Olivia sent us something. It says from ABC Nightly News. When they interviewed him back in 2010, he quotes, I was proud of working 18 hours a day and sleeping three hours a night." (07:13)
This mini episode of My Momma Told Me provides an engaging exploration of a controversial conspiracy theory surrounding P. Diddy. Through lively discussion and critical analysis, Langston and David offer listeners a nuanced perspective on the intersection of celebrity culture, personal health, and the lengths to which individuals may go to achieve and maintain success.
