But when I also learned guitar, which Jamie finds hilarious, because my mum came to the school and said, I want my girls to learn guitar. And the school said, we don't teach guitar here. And my mum said, well, why don't you? And they said, well, we don't have enough students who want to learn guitar. So my mum signed up as one of the students so that they would have. I think it was five students to get a teacher in to learn guitar. And. And at one point she got asked to sort of like, promote the guitar lessons. And she got up an assembly and, you know, I'm like 8 years old, and she messes up and she goes in front of everyone, oh, and I'm eight and at that. But it's blasphemy. I look around all the teachers like, and I thought right at that moment, please, God, just cover me up. Anyway, when we.

Did you want your mom to die in that moment?

[Sophie Lang]

No, I wanted to die myself. I remember thinking, no, that she basically, she was like. And it went wrong. She went, oh, dead silence. The oldest people were like 11. And we. Everyone goes and looks at me and I'm like, mom. He said.

Then it's like whenever anyone said bloody, you thought it was like. If someone said bloody at school, you.

Were like, yeah, shut up. Was quite bad as well. She like, shut up. Anyway, we then had carol service. I'm in the guitar. I'm in the guitar team.

I think they felt bad that I should have had something in my whole, you know, what, how old, say 16 years of school days. So they thought, we've just got to give this girl something. So they bought me a sash.

Yeah. I'll never forget it. It was white. A sash.

That wasn't even comfortable. But I was in so much pain because I feel like there's so little room. Like I, I, it's really painful actually. I will just say putting out. There it is. And I was like, I don't know what to do. And somebody, my reflexologist, she told me that if I go on all fours, the belly drops and the baby will have some more room and like the pressure won't be too much. And so I got on all fours and Jamie just hysterically laughed, had to leave the room and I just didn't care. As I was there naked with my.

I had gone to Hatton Country World and I was in the farmyar stank. And I was like, you cannot be serious. Did you just fart? And you were like, I'm so sorry. And I was like, I literally was just telling you how sick I felt. And by the way, guys, I then threw up. I then threw up and had to call the hospital because it was so scary. I was so worried. I don't. It's weird throwing up at this stage of pregnancy. We got a baby, a full baby inside you. That's because of your fart. I went to the loo.

Okay, I've got one from Hattie. I'm so excited for you both to embark on this incredible next chapter. I had my beautiful baby girl last week. It's been a whirlwind and completely life changing, but in the best way. Congratulations. I feel so grateful and in awe of this tiny little person. But one thing I don't think new moms are fully prepared for is just how intense those few weeks postpartum can be. You're in the most magical baby bubble, but it can also be incredibly tough mentally. My labor was long, but I have no complaints and felt well looked after throughout. However, those first few nights in hospital after giving birth was so much harder than I expected. You think you'll be too exhausted to do anything but sleep, but instead you're wired, checking your baby every five minutes to make sure she's okay. A few weeks later, I met my boyfriend's family for the first time. Walking through the door, I had the shock realization that the nurse that had looked at my asshole was in fact my new boyfriend's mum.

Okay, I have a pregnancy story from Anonymous. I'm such a huge fan and have followed you both since your maiden Chelsea days. I'm so excited for your next chapter together as parents and can't wait for the new series. I met my husband in November 2021. It was a wild world romance and within three months I found out I was pregnant. We were both overjoyed. But at eight weeks I woke up with severe pain and was rushed to the hospital. Sadly, we found out it was an ectopic pregnancy and I have to have my right fallopian tube removed. My world completely shattered. We tried again, but over the next four years I suffered three ectopic pregnancies and five miscarriages. It broke us both emotionally and I truly thought our dream of becoming parents was over. Then in August 2025, when I'd almost lost hope, we found out I was pregnant again.

It's not about Sophie and the baby. It is about you. So it's about. Although that's part of it, but this is also about how you are responding to that responsibility. This is wild. Yeah. It's very smooth birth because I think, you know, I was terrified when I was pregnant and just didn't know what was going to happen. And I feel that that's been around you a little as well. But it's, I'm just saying to you, don't, don't worry, don't worry about anything at all. What I'm getting here from you is that everything is new. Everything that you're wanting has to be brand new. Everything's new. So you'll be buying a lot of things in the next few months. But more importantly than that, I think there's a new start. Obviously you're going to be a new mum and that is going to be the most amazing experience. I feel that there's been a lot of resistance to this, perhaps not the right time in the past or having obstacles to overcome in the past. So you've made it, you're here, you've made it, and there's more to come. I feel that there's another two babies here. I did see three children in Jamie's hand and I've got another two here as well as this baby, but they do come quite quickly. So it's a period of time where you will have your family, you know, you'll have them all quite together. Now, looking here into your hand, though, I see a shadow on your lifeline.
