Now that deadline day has passed in the Nevada Legislative Session, we're starting to see which bills made it—and which ones didn't.

Out of the bills we've been keeping an eye on, quite a few have dropped off. Technically, nothing's officially dead until the end of the session, but let's be real, some of these aren't coming back.

In this episode, we're talking about four bills that are basically done. From one that aimed to limit corporate homeownership to another proposing a statewide rental registry, these bills had good intentions. But in the end, they weren't the right fit for Nevada.

Whether it was vague language, risky implementation, or unintended consequences, these proposals could have hurt the housing market and made things harder for homeowners and property owners across the state.

We break down what these bills were all about, why they didn't move forward, and what it means for the rest of the session.
