Paul Rich is a seasoned real estate professional and the Chair of the Nevada REALTORS® Property Management Committee, blending industry leadership with hands-on experience in brokerage, property management, and client service. He currently serves as a Broker-Salesperson with THE Brokerage in Henderson, NV, where he works directly with buyers, sellers, investors, and landlords.

Before stepping into committee leadership, Paul built his career on a foundation of education and service, transitioning from nearly two decades in education to real estate after recognizing the impact a dedicated agent can have on someone's most important financial decisions. Today, he brings that same commitment to clarity, communication, and professional excellence to every transaction and every conversation about how policy and practice intersect in property management. In his committee role, Paul helps guide conversation and advocacy on issues that affect rental owners and managers across Nevada, championing professional standards and real-world perspectives on regulation and best practices.
