Many people call themselves Christians. But the term “Christian” is defined as a person who believes in Jesus Christ and follows his teachings.” What does it mean to follow Jesus?

What’s for breakfast? What shall we do today? Which errand should I complete first? All good questions that run through our minds first thing in the morning. Those questions along with others like “Why is my boss picking on me?” Or “Why should I apologize? I’m not the one who is in the wrong?” When it comes to life, and life eternal we need to recognize what is really important. Forever with the Lord. Let’s take a look at other questions we SHOULD be asking ourselves.

As we go through each day, each week, each month and year, we may have our ups and downs. Life isn’t perfect or even easy at times, but with each step we can count on the One who is with us everyday, in everything we do.

“Trusting the Voice of God” is about learning to recognize the difference between God’s voice and every other voice competing for our attention. God always leads us to truth, Jesus, peace, and His unchanging Word, while the enemy leads us toward self, insecurity, emotions, and instability. Even when life feels confusing and too much to bear, we can trust God’s voice to guide us safely through.

When it comes to awareness, it's what is necessary for how healthy people grow. Honesty, humility, and self-awareness help with our emotional health. Emotions can either strengthen relationships or damage them. God uses honest, loving conversations to reveal blind spots, heal growth gaps, and help us become people who create safety instead of silence.

Motherhood is more than biology—it’s a God-designed relationship that reflects both natural and spiritual family, calling us to honor, learn from, and stay connected to those who nurture us in Christ.

Jesus succeeded where Adam failed—while Adam avoided responsibility, Jesus took the blame, bearing our guilt and shame so we could be restored as His bride.

Serving is a fundamental part of who we are as believers in Jesus. It’s where we get to follow in His humility, sacrifice, compassion, and love. Because in the Kingdom of God, we are meant to serve, not to be served.

Life can be rocky at times, and we know that we can call upon the Lord for help. What happens if He doesn’t answer right away? Do we keep reaching for His light? Or do we let the darkness choke out our hope? Let’s keep our eyes fixed on the ONE who can see us through!
