People have a hard time doing that when they're in the studio with legends? Oh, my bad. Sorry. My bad. Sorry.
Mall
Oh, are we rolling? Sorry. Oh, Peach, are we rolling? We are rolling. We are back. Welcome to a new, new episode of the new Rory and Mall podcast. I am Maul.
Rory
I'm Rory.
Mall
And we are back, baby. We was trying to figure out what. We was talking about this on this episode. And Baby D has, you know, she has control of it. And her. Her photo booth on her MacBook popped up. Baby D was giving thighs and pies. What was you doing over there, Baby D? We saw that. Who was that for? Yo, that was a little. You had a little photo. You had, like, it was like an art direction to that photo shoot and everything. Like, the bed was done. You don't even make your bed up like that. Like, you know, you made the bed up for the photo shoot. Did you see how comfortable was folded?
Rory
Listen, man looked like he was making content. Yo, baby, that look like paywall content.
Mall
You got a. Of we don't know about.
Damaris
No, I don't.
Mall
Baby, they got a feet of we don't know about. For sure.
Rory
I respect it.
Mall
You got a foot of we don't know about. You over there selling feet. You got nice feet, though, so thank you. But what you was doing over there in the. In between the sheets, I didn't even know.
Damaris
Taking photos. You know, sometimes you like to take photos of yourself to just remind you, like, oh, you have a nice body. You look good. Half.
Mall
Nah, nah, nah, nah. Okay. Yes, you're right. Sometimes we do like to take photos of ourselves. But them photos don't just live in the photo booth, though. Cause that's photo booth. That's the MacBook. Like, you put the MacBook on the bed. I know that photo will count down from three. I know how.
Rory
Yeah, like, that was a curated photo shoot.
Mall
Yeah, and it was a carousel. It was like nine pictures up there. Yo, what you. So that means that that's. That made it off the editing floor.
Rory
Yeah.
Mall
So, like, how long was the photo shoot? Was you. How much studio time did you book?
Damaris
Was it long? It wasn't that long. It was just. I had gotten dressed for the Mariah the Scientist concert, and I just.
Mall
Oh, that was from Mariah. That was what, this past concert?
Damaris
Yeah.
Mall
When was it?
Damaris
Saturday. Friday. Friday.
Mall
Oh, so this what Baby D was doing on Friday? I see the hair. You looking like. You looking like Jessica Rabbit. You got the Jessica Rabbit head like it's glowing. Baby D, what's up with you? Yo, what is happening? All right, first of all, how was your weekend?
Damaris
My weekend was good.
Mall
All right, cool. Now that we got that out the way, how was. How was the show? How was the show?
Damaris
The show was really good. I was. I, you know, me, you know, I had to cry. I was so proud of her. I was so happy for her.
Mall
Like, it was the show. Radio City.
Damaris
Radio City.
Mall
Maria Scientist sold out. Shout out to Mariah Scientist.
Rory
That's incredible.
Mall
Sold out show at Radio City Musical that's big.
Damaris
And it sold out fairly quickly, too. The production was good. She's getting so much better. Like, her growth from her performances last year. You could tell the budget is bigger. You could tell she's putting more effort in. It was. It was really good. And I. I like being in shows where Radio City isn't. It isn't Barclays. Right. And it isn't. And hopefully one day she gets to those places. But it feels so intimate. Like, everybody.
Mall
You can hear already.
Damaris
No, as a guest.
Rory
Yeah, she was Lotto's guest.
Mall
Okay, okay.
Damaris
But you can hear everybody screaming every word to every song. Every word to every song. Like, it was. It was incredible. I had a ball.
Mall
There's a lot of pretty women in there.
Damaris
Oh, they were beautiful. But the girl. The girls were so cute. They were all dressed up like they were. They kind of, like, dressed up like Mariah. They had their cute little leather shorts on and their little funky boots and like. Like their little toy soldier.
Mall
Is that what you gave them for the concert?
Damaris
I had, yes. The bodysuit that you saw. I had that, but I did put pants over it.
Mall
Thank God. To say thank God. Yeah. I thought you might have just gave him the trench with that on right there.
Rory
To go see Mariah going backstage and opening the trench for Mariah looking.
Mall
What I'm saying, looking like Apollonia. I thought that's what you gave him right there. But it's all good. So it was a good show.
Damaris
It was Rory. Shout out to Rory and Carly Hustle for surprising me. But Rory's so funny. Rory was calling me or whatever. And, like, I looked at. Sometimes Rory called me, and I knew he was like, with reason. I looked at my location. I'm like, all right. They. Around the corner, man. What they want. Rory kept calling me, kept calling me. He texted me and was like, you want these Mariah Scientist tickets or not? I called back immediately, like, wait, what's going on?
Mall
That's how they do. Yeah, that's how they do Rory.
Rory
So I'm.
Mall
As soon as they know they got a gift, they call right back, don't they?
Rory
I'm. I'm at. I'm at brunch with Carly Hustle and her partner busy, and she brings up that she has these Mariah the Scientist tickets, but she may not be able to make it. And I was like, I know somebody that's a Die Hard Mariah fan.
Mall
You got somebody.
Rory
So I'm at lunch, two, three calls. I'm like, all right. I mean, I'll let you know Carly. But she. She not answers. Like, you know what? Let me text her. So I say, yo, I got possible
Mall
pass through before it even said delivered.
Rory
And then the phone's not being said. Carly says, there's no way she just called you back when you texted her about the tickets. I said, yeah, that's supposed to be my best friend.
Mall
That's what we do.
Rory
And then did the bullshit. Yo, I just woke up.
Damaris
Because I woke up.
Rory
You put the voice on and everything, like, because I was.
Damaris
I was in and out. I was in and out of the
Rory
message Woke you up? Not the calls?
Damaris
No, my phone was on D and D. I didn't hear anything, but I had just woke up, and I looked at my phone, and, you know when you in and out of sleep, I looked at my phone. I'm like, man, what, Rory? I. Because I knew that you were coming to Brooklyn, so I thought you were calling me to hang out. I didn't feel like hanging out. If you were home and I saw you called me, I would have called you back immediately, but I knew you were in Brooklyn. I'm like, I don't feel like hanging out. Like, I'm. That's why. Cause you was like, where you at?
Mall
I'm like, yeah, the way you at. When. Especially when you don't feel like hanging out. I ignore those two. Where you at? What?
Damaris
Not right now.
Rory
I think that's. That's false history or what you did.
Damaris
What you doing? It was something like that. It was either where you at or what you doing. That's why I checked your location. I saw you as a.
Mall
Saying he think that's false. History is hilarious. Fals history.
Rory
Okay. No, I said, where you at? Do you want these Mariah to Science tickets or not?
Damaris
Yeah, he said, where you at?
Mall
Was it all together or was it where you at first?
Damaris
It was where you at first.
Rory
Within a minute. Like, it's the same.
Mall
Okay.
Damaris
All I saw was where you at? In the missed calls. And I was. And I checked his location. I saw he was in Brooklyn. He was, like, 15 minutes away. I'm like, I don't feel like hanging out. I'm exhausted. We had a long work week. Last week felt long for some reason.
Mall
It was the same work week.
Damaris
It felt. I don't know why. It felt long.
Mall
Just say you ain't feel like hanging out with Rory. That's what you do.
Damaris
No, it's not.
Mall
You ain't got to do the long work week thing. Like, just say y' all didn't feel like hanging out With Rory, it was up.
Rory
I didn't want to hang out either. I'm just trying to get you some tickets.
Mall
That's what it's really position this.
Rory
Like, I was a lonely person running.
Damaris
That's cat. Because after. When we was about to hang up, he was like, yo, I'm only like five minutes from your house.
Rory
I was like, I was just baiting you because I was with Reese.
Damaris
Like, I'm. He's like, I'm come get you. I was like, ah, don't do that.
Rory
No, because reason. I were already going to the city. I was just with you with that.
Damaris
Oh, okay.
Rory
Though you haven't, like, invited me to the house. I would like to see it, but,
Damaris
you know, this is nothing to see.
Mall
No shit. If we. If that's what's going on in the crib shit, like, what time is brunch? Cause I need to pull up. Like, if it's thighs and pies like that every Friday, we there. We in the house. What? So. All right, so hold on. You hit her Friday?
Rory
Yes.
Mall
So what time did you start to shoot? If that was like, the. Cause if he.
Damaris
That was right. I was about to walk out the door. I was literally about to walk out the door.
Rory
I told her at 3:07 is when I hit her about the tickets. So she did have ample time to get a photo shoot off.
Mall
Okay. All right, cool. All right.
Damaris
So that was quick, though. That wasn't. That didn't take long. A couple of, like, thigh shots. That was.
Mall
Find that angle right away. 10 minutes. Wow. I'm out the door. I like that. Okay.
Rory
I will say, though, I do believe there's a world where Damaris does not want to hang out with me. I can accept that. But when I was jokingly like, yo, I'm. I'm right down the street. I'm like, five minutes from you. She's like, don't come here. Do not come here. I was like, oh, I was joking, but my bad. Why?
Damaris
I was drained. I was. I think it's because Tuesday I usually rot and sit in the house, and I didn't. I was running around Tuesday. Like, the day we have off. I was running around Tuesday. And, like, now that we have different personalities on our show, which I love, all of them. It was just Thursday was a lot. It was a lot of talking. It was a lot of people. It was a lot. I was just. By Friday, I was just like, I don't.
Mall
Social media was your bad. Social battery was drained.
Damaris
My social battery was drained. I was like, by yeah. And then reason was in town. I went out with him on Wednesday. It was just. It was too much people. I was like.
Mall
It was too much people.
Damaris
Yeah. I was like, nah, I need to just be alone. Like in my house in silence.
Rory
No, I'm with you though. I was. I was extra exhausted this weekend for some reason. Like, Ms. Thank God, Ms. Rachel dropped some. Some new heat rock. So I even threw that on and snuck in like a 30 minute nap. Felt like eight hours. Like. Yeah, I was very tired. I spent most of yesterday just sleeping. Yeah, I don't know why. I was really tired this weekend.
Mall
Yesterday was my sleeping Bedrock day.
Damaris
Really?
Mall
Yeah. I was in the crib all day. Yeah, I'm a bedrock guy. But we are back sponsored by Boost Mobile. Unlimited talk, text and data.
Rory
Yes. Did you do anything
Mall
Saturday? I went to see Scream 7. I went to the theater Saturday night. I caught the last show. I didn't even know it was coming out. How was it? My peoples hit me was like, yo, let's go see Scream 7. I was like, didn't even know if Scream was coming out. I'm always down to go to the movie. So I went to it. It was. I think seven is a lot.
Rory
Let me just say that I didn't even know. I think I missed six, five and four.
Mall
Yeah, like seven is a lot, but
Rory
I think I saw three.
Mall
I don't know, man. I wasn't. I wasn't. It had. It had his moments. It had some moments that was kind of like, okay, they put a nice. They put a spin on it, but the spin was kind of cheesy, I guess. I don't know, man. That's not my type of scary, like, film. Like my scary film is, you know, the prototypical. You know, put somebody in a house somewhere where it's like a lake house or somewhere on vacation. And you know what I'm saying? The guy, that's the fucking local town, I don't know, Parks department cleaner guy. He kills everybody to come. Like, give me that. But like the Scream 7, like the Ghost face mask still, like, we still.
Rory
Is it the same guy? Like, refresh my memory. I can't remember the last time I watched the Scream.
Mall
No, it's the same guy, but like, then there's. You know how they do, like how they say, oh, the copycat killers. Yeah, like people fall in love with like killers. So now other people are mocking him, like, trying to be him as well.
Rory
Cause I'm about to say, I mean, that precinct should be on notice. Yeah, seven Movies. We haven't caught this fucking guy in this town.
Mall
And I think it is. You know what I think it is? I think we are so, like, desensitized as just humans now. I think, like, scary movies have to just be a little more like just hopping out of, like, you know, the dark corner in the crib and standing there. That don't scare us no more.
Damaris
Yeah.
Mall
Make a really good, like, raise taxes. Like, why can't the killer just raise taxes and like, raise the mortgage and then, like, you know what I'm saying? Get fired. The guy got fired. And it's like, oh, shit, I'm gonna eat. That's it. Oh, shit, I'm gonna eat.
Rory
Scream 8 with Donald Trump and cast Patel.
Damaris
Yeah.
Mall
Like, give us that. Like this.
Damaris
It's just.
Mall
I don't know, man. I just think that seven is a lot. They could have stopped at like four.
Rory
You make a good point. Because we can really open our phone and actually watch people get murdered, unfortunately, in, like real life. So. Yeah, I hear you. Scary movies are.
Mall
It's just not. It's not. You have to have a real. A story that we absolutely cannot predict. Yeah. And I think that's gonna like, give us more of a scare than Scary Movie seven. And Ghostface is here and this, that and the third. And you know, I know I'm sick
Damaris
because, like, the only that scared me is I can't fight like with a chainsaw.
Mall
Ah.
Damaris
I could fight you. Like, I. I got a chance. Even if I die trying, I got a chance. But like some supernatural shit that's. Yeah, like some shit I need a priest for. All right now I'm terrified.
Mall
Yeah.
Rory
Yeah. Because the, like, the real life type of scary movies are definitely, like, only target liberals because there's no way, like, why in every. The second amendment law should kick in at some point in these movies.
Mall
Yeah.
Rory
If there's a serial killer on the loose, nobody has a gun.
Damaris
Yeah.
Mall
Yeah.
Rory
He's walking at that pace for this long and no one thought firearm.
Mall
Yeah. No cops, no nothing around. It's like, well, this is not. This isn't real. Like, you can't do nothing without police pulling up now. So. Yeah, I don't know. It was. It was cool. I guess if you're a scary movie movie, you know, like part of that, like, hive where, you know, they have like a whole high. People, like, watch every series. And if you're one of those, I'm guessing you might have enjoyed it. But it was okay for me. It wasn't.
Rory
It wasn't all of that I saw on Twitter. I don't know if it was real or not, but there was a trailer for Scary Movie seven or whatever one we're on at this point. And they were making fun of Scream in it again, Scary Movie six.
Mall
So they're releasing these in conjunction.
Rory
It seems like now that would be the smart play.
Mall
Yeah, yeah.
Rory
But, yeah, I did see they start with a transgender joke, so everyone was upset about it, but I don't know the actual date. But it has everyone from the original cast dope.
Mall
So, you know another 50 plus year old woman that you, Regina Hall. Did I. Did I say. Did I put her in the absolute section? Baby D, when you asked.
Damaris
I'm sure you did.
Mall
Yeah. Regina Hall. Absolutely.
Rory
I think that goes without saying.
Mall
50 plus. Yeah, absolutely.
Rory
100 definitely goes without saying.
Mall
She looks amazing.
Rory
It was a lot of music going on this weekend. Where do we want to begin? Do we want to. We want to start with this, this ti in 50 thing.
Damaris
Do we want to start with disses to get it.
Rory
Get it out of the way?
Mall
How much longer do we got on this, though?
Rory
Seriously, Baby D, I thought the clock was on last Monday.
Mall
You know what I. Let me tell y'.
Damaris
All.
Mall
Let me tell you what I don't.
Rory
Now they got Benzino wearing T shirts.
Damaris
Yeah.
Mall
Let me tell you what I don't like about this 50 ti thing. Because y' all came here or. I don't know if y' all said it, but I've seen people online. 50 gotta respond. 50 gotta respond. I was wondering about it. But why, like, why did he have to respond? And not only that, this is another thing that I didn't like about this whole thing. Isn't TI a comedian? Why? He just couldn't keep it. Trolling, keeping jokes.
Rory
Cause he's a rapper too.
Mall
Yeah, but 58 put out a record to him. He posted a picture of his wife. Like, TI Just had a comedy special. Just have one. He's. He's a comedian. Like, he's all the way a comedian. He's more of a funny guy than 50 at this point.
Rory
So he should do like pop ups the way Chappelle did and like maybe do a setup.
Mall
What about doing skits on Instagram? Distant50. What about doing a skit?
Rory
Like, my name's tip, but here's another tip. Crimestoppers.com like something like that.
Mall
What about that?
Rory
Like one of those skits.
Mall
I'm just saying. I just rapping. I just think. And the fact that T. I just put out A song. He had a song with. Pharrell produced it, right?
Rory
Yep. Which is great. And it's doing numbers. No, it's actually a very popular.
Mall
No, listen, so I understand why TI would get into it. Behooves the business of it.
Rory
I'm never mad at rappers rapping, though.
Mall
I'm not mad at that. But it behooves the business to get into a back and forth with 50, knowing that I have a new song produced by Pharrell, available now on dsps. It all helps the brand. The King family. It helps. It helps. It helps the family hustle, if you will. Right, of course. So we understand that. I'm just saying, how much longer do we have for this, though? Because I get it. You know, Damani is in there. And you know Damani shit is only hitting when King put his pin to it. You know that.
Damaris
You mean other way? You mean King shit only hitting when
Mall
Damani puts his pin? Whichever one that put out a song, I'm gonna always flip it. Wait, so Damani just put out a joint? King put his pin to it? That's the only time.
Rory
Is Damani Diggy and then King is Jojo?
Mall
I think Damani is older.
Rory
I know, but Diggy was the better rapper. No disrespect to Jojo, but he's more King in this situation.
Mall
Okay. Yeah. Even though he's the older brother.
Rory
How many kids does TI have?
Damaris
So, see, they have.
Mall
He's a family man. Family hustle.
Damaris
They have seven all together. They have seven altogether.
Rory
This is gonna be a long battle. Yeah, it's gonna be a long battle.
Damaris
They have. Yeah, they have seven.
Rory
Only two kids have released diss tracks. We got five more to go.
Mall
Yeah, I'm just. Listen and listen. I get it.
Rory
Don't. Don't let Tiny get a sheet of paper.
Mall
I get. Listen. I get it.
Rory
And get the girls together. I get it.
Mall
But how much more time do we have for this, though? Like. I get it. I understand. Let's capitalize off the moment. Salute to the Hustle. It's grand hustle. It's family hustle. I'm not mad at the Hustle. I'm just saying how much longer do we have before we, like. All right, we can move on from this. That's all I'm asking.
Rory
I'm about to call you until TI's album.
Mall
Why are you calling us out?
Damaris
Because you niggas is so. This is why. They be saying y' all got New York bias. This is why. Because even with everything that's going on play Damani's this. Play Damani's this. Damani's diss is fire, bro. Damani, we have this. First of all. Yes. I knew that Damani was a good rapper, right?
Mall
Yes.
Rory
I want to make that clear.
Damaris
He doesn't get the. He doesn't get the. You know, not as many people know how good he is. But this is now an opportunity everybody is seeing. Oh, not like this nigga's nice. Like T. I got this. Like, this is his seed. Yes, it is. This nigga is nice. But now it's. How long do we got for this? Like, y' all be asking for real rap all day long. Like, we're the real rappers. There's. There's a lack of talent. There's a lack of talent. The talent comes now. It's how long do we have for this? That's.
Mall
I would. I'm. I'm not mad if Damani puts out mute, but, like, I'm just talking about with this whole ti and his family versus 50 thing. How much longer do we have for this?
Rory
And Damani is a great rapper and rapped really well on his Ms. Jackson diss. But can I say that there's a lack of creativity? Cause this is just some Diet Meet the Grams bullshit.
Damaris
Now. Every time somebody comes at somebody's mom, now it's me.
Rory
No, no, no, no, no, no. This is. All right, Damaris. Now you're playing semantic games. You know for a fact this is just a diet meet the Grams. It's the exact same.
Damaris
How is this a diet Meet the Grams?
Rory
Go listen to Meet the Grams and then go listen to Ms. Jackson. It's the same thing. Trying to do the psychological breakdown of your past and this and that. Like, he's even whispering the way Kendrick did. It's the same thing.
Damaris
That's how he raps.
Rory
And. And also, I'm the old head. Get off my lawn. I've already seen Jadakiss and Styles P smoke the beat against 50. I don't need to hear it again. I don't.
Damaris
Okay. Did they address his mom?
Rory
And. And Ghost already did that. And it's one of the greatest dis of all time.
Damaris
Okay.
Rory
Damani, I think, is more talented than just saying, you know what? Me, the Grams happened. Let me just go do that. And that is with. With. With 50s entire life that he's already told us about.
Mall
I just want to know how much. How much more time. Whatever, bro.
Damaris
That's hate. Like, I. I'm. I'mma call it. That's. Hey, before Everybody else can call you a hater. I'm gonna call you a hater first.
Mall
Me.
Damaris
That's it. You not as loud with it. He's hating.
Mall
How am I hating?
Damaris
He's hating. That's hate, bro.
Rory
How is it, bro?
Mall
I didn't say I hated it. I just. How much time we got left for it?
Damaris
That's fine. What he's talking about is hate. That's hate.
Mall
Oh, being a diet.
Damaris
Yeah, that's hate, bro. That's hate.
Rory
Okay, Is it. Is it accurate hate? No, no, that's fine. I could be a hater.
Damaris
So you're telling me that. That Miss Meet the Grams I know. Kendrick Lamar is the first. That's the first. The first this song that has ever existed.
Mall
How he's saying that. Everything about this one is.
Rory
It's like when. It's like when Bia did the diet, like, that beat. A week after like that came out, it's like, okay, that's a little too on the nose of what you're trying to do. You're just copying another.
Damaris
So is he copying Meet the Grims, or is he copying Jada kissing them because the beat was used by, like. That's. That's an obvious flip. That's an obvious disc.
Rory
They just added them as Jackson shit at the end.
Mall
Yeah, the sample was.
Rory
A sample was a hook.
Mall
The hook.
Damaris
The.
Mall
Ms. Jackson was the hook.
Rory
I'm not hating when somebody says, are you happy with the way he's been holding your family name? I need to know because I can't sleep at night thinking you died in vain.
Damaris
You're. Yes, You're a hater. Yes, actually. Yes, you're a hater. You're definitely a hater, bro.
Rory
You're a hater. Sleep at night thinking about.
Damaris
Now we breaking down every word in a. I thought we were supposed to.
Rory
I thought it was rap, man.
Damaris
Get the bro.
Mall
I thought we was dissecting the bars.
Damaris
All right?
Mall
Nah.
Damaris
All right.
Rory
I'm a hater for laughing at Damani losing sleep. Now I'm a hater because he lost sleep thinking about if Sabrina died in vain. He's tossing and turning. Okay, here's my thing. I can't prove this, and you can call me a hater, but I can almost guarantee when everyone came in the studio, Damani, right before he had Space Bar, said, yo, I got him with some Meet the Graham shit and hit Space Bar.
Damaris
Oh, my God.
Rory
I can almost guarantee he was in the group chat saying, yo, King did that. I'm gonna go with the Meet the Grams approach. I guarantee it.
Mall
I'm not. I'm not mad at that.
Rory
I.
Mall
Meet the Grams was definitely mentioned in this session, 1,000%. Somebody in that session. I don't know if Damani said it. The engineer said it. Somebody said, you should go this way, yo, go meet the Grams.
Damaris
Am I saying that there's not Go
Mall
Meet the Grams on them?
Damaris
Am I saying that there's not a similarity to the approach? Sure. But you saying he's even whispering and do. That's how Damani raps. But you would know that because you don't listen to Damani. But that's how Damani raps.
Mall
You don't listen to.
Damaris
But this is. But I. I knew. I knew was good because I've heard Damani out so that I. So I know no matter whether I'm his biggest fan or not, so I know that that's the way that he raps. He didn't just start when you talk about. So he just started whispering like Kendrick. That's how the Rat.
Rory
I've heard him freestyle, and he did not whisper.
Damaris
Okay, that's a freestyle. That's not him making. Okay. At the end of the day, if you want. I thought you were gonna come in here and call him a Diet. A Diet Three stacks or a Diet J. Cole. He's heard that his whole career. That's whatever.
Rory
I've heard the J. Cole comparisons, but I actually thought that was a. A, A compliment, yo, for sure.
Damaris
Definitely. That's my favorite rapper. Of course that's a compliment. But if you were to come with that, sure. But to say that he was, like, copying Kendrick with the whispering and the Meet the gram. That's just the way he raps, bro.
Rory
And I'm also. I'm not mad at flipping Ms. Jackson just because Kiss and Ghost did it. That's fine. Continue to do that. I just. I don't know, man.
Mall
I, I.
Rory
It's D, Meet the Gramps. What do you want from me? Listen, man, he rap is great. He broke down Shitty's whole psyche, and now I look at 50 way different.
Damaris
Oh, my God. Yo, you. Yo, it's. I just. I just like seeing people.
Mall
He a hater, Baby D, he's a hater.
Damaris
That is crazy. And it's. I'll be sitting up here trying to defend y' all when people say y' all have a new bias.
Rory
I have a New York bias. I have 50 cent bias. What do you want from me?
Mall
I'm from New York. I mean, I'm gonna have a bias.
Rory
I have a 50 cent bias. Yes.
Damaris
Cool. Say that then before. Preface that before you start hating. Preface that. Preface with that.
Mall
I'm just.
Rory
But I'm also saying that I'm just
Mall
happy somebody else is being called a hater. That's for once did they call me a hater every day. And I'm like, I don't care about none of these enough to hate on them. But. But whatever. Go ahead, call him hater again. Baby D hating ass.
Damaris
Because had he been this is somebody other than your fave, you would have been on it. You would have been.
Rory
This is.
Damaris
This might have been. This is the greatest thing. We've been waiting for real hip hop to come back. And it's back. You guys aren't excited it's back?
Rory
No, no, no, no.
Mall
I don't know if anybody would say that about Damani being a real hip hop.
Damaris
Rory don't gas shit up like that.
Mall
That's for sure.
Rory
I say real hip hop is back.
Mall
It's 87 unleaded for sure. But I'm just saying, like, I don't think he would say that about Demani.
Rory
But this is where she's wrong when she said if. If he was dissing anyone else but your fave. You would love that. I just said one of the greatest diss records of all time is Kiss and ghost on the Ms. Jackson beat against 50 Cent. Some of my favorite disses of all time are against 57. Checkmate is the greatest ever.
Damaris
Is dissing your fave. Of course you're going to pick like, duh game.
Rory
300 bars in running is. Should be in the fucking museum.
Damaris
Another one of your faves.
Rory
But he's not from New York.
Damaris
He's still one of your faves. It's okay. You have biases. That's what we all do.
Mall
Well, I just want the clap. I just want to know how much time clap back.
Rory
I love who else?
Mall
Everyone dis 50 between 50 and well,
Damaris
t. OMG girls might come for that ass next. Who knows? Who knows? I think it's.
Rory
I wish 50, like cared about rapping because the amount of flips you could do with escape is fucking unbelievable. Like, can someone. I wish Banks and him were still friends. Can somebody step in?
Mall
No, I don't think anybody needs to step in on this. I think. I think it's like, okay, cool. We heard from TI we heard from King, we heard from Damani. Dope got your shit off. Cool.
Damaris
I think that's cool. I think a family jumping like one rapper.
Mall
I think that's Listen, man, listen, listen. I respect it. I get it. I'm just saying, like, TI Is a comedian too, though. It could have just been jokes if it was. I mean, it could have just stayed.
Damaris
If TI Went and made a fucking sketch on IG like you just said, you niggas would be clowning him from here to fucking just on brand.
Mall
He's. He's a comedian now. Why not?
Rory
The amount of ammo. 50 could really just rap that. It's crazy. Another man brought your family together. Like, there's so much ammo here.
Damaris
You write it in.
Mall
I mean, I. I'll.
Rory
I'll DM it to him. It can be left on a.
Mall
Let me know when you press in on that DM. Let me read the DM you sent 50.
Rory
No, no context. It would just be bars. I don't care if you don't believe me. I think Damani's. This is good.
Damaris
Okay. Do you like.
Rory
I do. I really.
Damaris
It's fine now. You gotta clean it up like, you know, we was off camera. It's fine. How. How do you feel about side highs?
Mall
Are we getting right to that?
Damaris
We. We in this.
Mall
We in this world.
Damaris
We in this world now.
Mall
Oh, oh, oh. I didn't know we was going right there, baby.
Damaris
Let's just stay on disses.
Mall
All right.
Rory
Well, okay. Well, I believe money is a great rapper, but when a Bentley pulls up next to a Chrysler.
Damaris
Oh, yeah. These a little different, these bars.
Mall
It's a little.
Rory
I'm not talking about the jet. Did you listen to the whole song? Because the song is not a J. Cold. Is there a J. Cole slight in it? For sure.
Damaris
For sure.
Mall
Yeah.
Rory
But it's also seven minutes of the greatest rapping I've heard in quite some time.
Damaris
That's what's up.
Rory
It's no Damani on Ms. Jackson, but see, it's Damani.
Mall
And then there's like.
Rory
Cause you got Saha didn't lose sleep Chris.
Mall
Ruth Chris is. You know what I mean? You got Ruth Chris. You got different steakhouses, but then there's just like, you know, the upper echelon of the steakhouses. Like, this is what Saha does. He's a wordsmith. He's a ball technician. Like, Saha is one of the best rappers that we've ever had, like, by far. And I think that on this is it Lost Control.
Rory
Yeah.
Mall
On his Lost Control record, he displayed that like he's one of the best rappers. It's not a lot of. It's not the only thing. My only Knock. And Saha is. That's my nigga. But my only knock on Saha is that he doesn't have the material that a lot of these other people that we think are the best MCs and the best rappers have. His output is not as high as a lot of these other artists. But as far as just rapping, there's not a lot of rappers that could rap with Saha.
Rory
I. I hear you with the output, but no Dope on Sundays is, to me, like a classic album.
Mall
Yeah, but that was, what, 10 years ago?
Rory
Yeah, but I mean, it appears that he is rolling something out because we got no competition 12 days ago. Then we get lost control. And it. It feels like these are more Lucy's where he's just rapping through, but this seems to be somewhat of a rollout. So he had tweeted the.
Mall
The.
Rory
I grew up in an era where you're a lyricist. We're from the streets, not a bunch of college kids. Whatever. We talked about that before. Then on the 26th, he said, I wasn't talking about J. Cole. Saha, you my man's. But you definitely were like.
Mall
I mean, if he said he wasn't,
Rory
you are one of the greatest rappers I've ever heard. You are. But it's okay.
Mall
If he said he wasn't. We gotta take that.
Rory
What's wrong if he was?
Mall
No, it's nothing wrong. But that's what I'm saying. That's why if he's saying he wasn't, then he wasn't. Because obviously he has no problem going that cold. Obviously. So that's what I'm saying. If he said he wasn't, I believe him, because then he gives us lost control.
Rory
So from that tweet, whatever it was, then on the 26th, he said, I wasn't talking about J. Cole, but since y' all reminded me, and then put a snippet out with this, which, outside of it being an amazing display of rapping, he did say he needed to get him back for the False Prophets record, which, for those that don't know, Cole was dissing. Well, not dissing. Cole was explaining where he felt Kanye west was at the time in the False Prophets record. And in that record, he described that maybe the people around him are too scared to bring up that you've fallen off and you whack. And I can see Cy High taking offense to that, like you trying to make me out to be some yes man, this and that.
Mall
But because Saha is around. Yeah, he's right.
Rory
Especially around that time, right?
Mall
With him. Yeah.
Rory
At this point, no one's going to tell him like y' all are a bunch of yes men around him is what someone could take from what Cole said. Said. How long ago was that, bruh? When it false prophets come out.
Damaris
I'm looking it up right now.
Mall
That was a while ago.
Damaris
A hit dog gonna holler.
Mall
I mean, so I was holding. He was holding that in. He was like, okay, I'm not gonna forget that. I heard you.
Rory
To me, that's really where that tweet
Damaris
2016, 10 years ago.
Rory
Okay, so let me ask you guys this. Is there two six, two six n why? He was waiting.
Mall
He was waiting.
Rory
And two six on the 26th, 2-2-26th.
Mall
Exactly.
Rory
Who's the two six God now? I think his name is Saha, the Prince.
Mall
Listen, this is some high level rap, Baby D. This is high level bars. This is high level bars.
Damaris
That's what's up.
Mall
These is high level. Yo, you. I ain't gonna say it yet.
Rory
She.
Mall
But it sound like it feel like you wanna. You wanna hate me. I'm not gonna call you a hater.
Damaris
No, you can never hate Outside High being a good rapper.
Mall
Okay, all right, all right. We never do that.
Rory
It was high level bars throughout the record. Think they were just slight little jabs at cold spa session.
Mall
He said at the end, this is just rap. It's just a little spa session.
Rory
You. You were scared of our good brother in that grand national. Why? Should have knew you and that little Honda was going to have to collide.
Mall
All right, my question to the room.
Damaris
High level for sure.
Mall
My.
Rory
I said that was your solution.
Mall
N. All right, now you. Now you here.
Rory
See, that's this hate. That's hate.
Mall
Now you put up this hate. Now you put up to the hatem. You at the hate right now.
Rory
You just put in your code 26. 26.
Mall
Pull that cash out the hatem. Now, my question to y', all, because y' all are like super J. Cole fans, right? Does J. Cole have to respond?
Rory
It was too light. He doesn't have to because it was too light. Do I want him to?
Mall
Yes, baby.
Damaris
D. I have said a million times when spread Freddie. When Freddie Gibbs was.
Mall
He was about to call him Spready Gibbs.
Rory
Yeah.
Mall
No, baby, we not doing that. I heard the spread he was about to do. Spread. He was about to call him Spready Gibbs. Freddie Gibbs. Okay?
Damaris
Freddie Gibbs was shooting at Cole. I have already said Cole cannot respond to anybody. It is a lose lose situation that he has handicapped himself. He can't respond to anybody. So, no, I don't want him to respond.
Mall
Wait, but when I said that, y' all killed me by what, my cold can't respond.
Damaris
I didn't kill you for that. I agree with you.
Mall
Nah, we gotta roll with Tay back. I don't know if you agree.
Damaris
I have been saying that.
Mall
You've never agreed with me on nothing, J. Cole,
Rory
except that his name is Jermaine.
Mall
Yeah.
Damaris
He can't resp. Like, you can't respond. It's a lose, lose situation. Salute. You can do. You can do whatever you want, but I don't want to have to hear people talk about it. So please don't. Like, I was like, it's a lose, lose situation.
Mall
So wait, J. Cole don't respond to nobody for the rest of his career.
Damaris
That's how I feel. I've said that, though. I've said that.
Mall
I feel like I said that. Y' all killed me for that.
Damaris
No, you said his career was over, and I laughed you out.
Mall
I said career suicide. Meaning, like, that when somebody. When the MC challenges, he can't. Because you can't pick and choose and now look like you picking and choosing.
Damaris
Exactly.
Mall
I don't remember that being your sentiment, but if you. If you feel like that I'm respecting it, I've stood on it. Yeah.
Rory
So, I mean, Cole did reply to some Fayetteville rappers on the Fall off
Damaris
what's funny as fuck, but I feel like that was hometown shit. Like, that's hometown shit. That's like, personal shit. That's like arguing with somebody on Facebook you went to high school with. Like.
Rory
But at the same time, no one really gave him shit for that.
Damaris
That.
Rory
I was actually kind of shocked that the world wasn't like, okay, you do a full disc, record something, but not
Damaris
a lot of people don't even know that that's what he's doing.
Rory
Okay. Yeah, because that was just. That was direct. This is to specific rappers in fu. Like, it wasn't really something to hide. It was a dis record.
Mall
Wait, so J. Cole does not have to respond?
Rory
He.
Mall
He said, tell St. John the balls just ain't. Ain't that jaw drop.
Rory
He was talking. He was talking about St. John.
Mall
No, he wasn't. He was talking about the guy that went to St. John. Like, I'm just.
Rory
You forgot. I still owe you. From False Prophets. I rap punch lines as hard as Bernard Hopkins. There ain't no yes Men over here. My dog. Stop it. I mean, these are. These are direct responses. I wouldn't say they're shots, per se.
Mall
Tell St. John that them raps just ain't that jaw dropping that's challenging the MC's pin.
Rory
I agree.
Mall
What we talking about? We supposed to. You want him to disrespect, like, call J. Cole a bitch or something like that? Like, he ain't gonna do that. He just like, yo, your bars ain't that dope as an mc. See, you was supposed to be like, wait, who he told N. Hold on. All right, that's. This is his rap. Like he. Like he said at the end of the record, it's just rap. It ain't personal. It ain't beef. It ain't none of that. It's just bars let's do.
Damaris
But even if he comes and bars s high to the gods, even if he was to do that, in a world he was to come and bar side, none of y' all will respect it anyway. So what is that?
Mall
I wouldn't. Who wouldn't respect it?
Rory
I was the one that said 50 Cent needs to R back to TI and now Damani, who's definitely JCO's nephew because he's losing sleep too.
Mall
What are you basing this off of, baby? Why are you saying we wouldn't respect it? It.
Damaris
Because y' all gonna say he. You just said it. Y' all gonna say he's picking and choosing you.
Mall
I'm say that regardless. But I'm not gonna say if his boss is dope. You think I'm gonna say his balls ain't dope?
Damaris
No, that's not what I'm saying.
Mall
All right.
Damaris
This conversation will always go back to who he didn't respond to or who.
Rory
Who.
Damaris
What he up.
Mall
We know. We. We know that. Like, we going into it. We know that. We know. Like, yo, bro, you pick you. Because now anybody respond to is picking and choosing.
Damaris
Exactly.
Mall
You wouldn't respond to this dude, but you respond to that dude. Cool. But we not gonna sit here and be like, the balls is whack just because he picking and choosing. If he go in there and fire si high up, we gonna be like, yo, Cole went crazy. Saha, I. It's on you. This is just like. It's just rap, and it's not personal. I don't think Saha hates J. Cole or has beef with him. No, it's just personal. Like, yo, I just don't think you that dope. Like, you were saying you were scared of our good brother in that Grand National. You should have known that Honda was gonna have to collide like, sooner or later, you gonna have to step in front of another MC as MCs you gonna have. That's what you gotta do.
Damaris
And. But. Okay, y' all think Si High is doing this for. Because I think we can all agree, as talented as Si High is, he knows because he's so talented, he knows talent. He knows that J. Cole is not. Them bars ain't all that like you. Like you.
Mall
Maybe he feel like it's not. I'm just saying, when you. When you an emcee, you look at other MCs differently. You look at their bars differently. You look at their entendres and all that. Their ability to write differently. As a writer. Saha is a writer. He writes for himself. He writes for other rappers, other artists. So he probably looking at Cole like his balls ain't that layered. His balls ain't that cold. Like, he might really feel like that.
Damaris
There's so many other niggas who. He might. Who are less talented than J. Cole that he can say that about. But he didn't diss.
Mall
Yeah, but you gotta shoot at the best. Who they say is the best? You go to somebody park as a ball player, baby. Yo, who they say the best over here, yo. Come on, get on the court. Get your five. I got my five. That's how I go. You don't wanna go at the nigga who they like. Yo, he trash. Let me play him. So you ain't gonna play the trash nigga. Who y' all say is the best? All right, come on. I need to see who y' all best is. Show me, y'.
Damaris
All.
Mall
Show me y'. All king. This your king. I bet. I want smoke on him. Let me see where he at. I just think it's. Again, it's just good. It's good for the art of hip hop, for the art of rap, for the best MCs to just have a. Like I said, it's not beef Saha. I don't have a beef with Cole. He just like, all right, man. Like, you think you. You know, you one of those ones. I don't think you. I don't think your bars is that hard. I respect it. Again, I don't think Cole will respond. I think he should. I think he should respond. I don't think he's going to respond, though.
Rory
You don't feel like Saha believes what
Mall
he rapped there about J. Cole?
Rory
I'm asking embarrass. I think Saha respects Cole's pen to the point that he said his name. You're right. He could diss a whole bunch of other people. But Saha is not going to diss a bunch of rappers that are trash.
Damaris
It's rappers that's not trash that he didn't diss.
Rory
Well, they didn't. They didn't call him a yes man.
Damaris
I bring this up even with the I bring and I decide. I stand. I stand. He dissed him. He didn't even diss him. He didn't even diss him. He said people around Kanye need to tell him that he falling off. He could be talking about. He could have been talking about Kim Kardashian, like. But you took that personally. Now, you took that personally because you shot at Cole in your tweet. Everybody acknowledged it, and now you got songs coming out, and now it's, well, yeah, since y' all brought up Cole, here's a couple bars towards.
Rory
If I'm writing something, somebody's music at that exact time, and you say your is not what it used to be, it's falling off. It's trash. And I'm the one writing it in my rapper brain. I'm gonna be like, yo, what the.
Damaris
Well, you had 10 years. Why do you wait? Why do you wait until so many people have lost respect for me because I bowed out of a dis battle and I'm a. I'm a sitting duck. Why do you wait until then? Why do you wait 10 years?
Rory
View him that way, but clearly you view J. Cole as that.
Damaris
Oh, my God.
Mall
The thing is, J. Cole just put our project out, and then Saha tweeted something about, you know, about Cole. Well, he said it wasn't about it, but this is why I respect what Saha said. It wasn't about him because he had no problem then getting in the booth and going at Cole. I wasn't talking about him, but if y' all feel like I'm talking about him now, I'm talking about.
Damaris
You tweeted that immediately after the release of the Motherfucking Fall Off. You knew that people would assume it was about Cole mixtape. It was all. All of that was. Was on purpose. All of that was offered.
Mall
So you think it's clout chasing.
Damaris
I don't. I don't want to say. I don't like cloud chasing. You know, me and you disagree on that. I think it's marketing.
Mall
You think it's performative?
Damaris
I think it's marketing.
Mall
You think it's marketing?
Damaris
I think it's marketing.
Rory
Can we take that away with rapping, though?
Mall
Well, marketing.
Rory
No, that anyone that just raps at other rappers is clout chasing.
Mall
Nah, we gotta get that idea. Because some things be cloudy.
Damaris
We know. He said, no, we gotta keep that there.
Mall
We're not. We're not getting rid of that. Some of these is cloud.
Rory
The bridge is over is. Is cloud chasing. Like, what I don't understand why now this new generation is allowed to call an art form that has been this way since its inception is clout chasing. If another rapper raps at another rapper.
Mall
No, no, no.
Rory
But if you are on the Internet doing that shit, you're clout chasing.
Mall
No, no, no. It's the timing of it though.
Rory
So.
Mall
It's the timing of it. I think the timing of it is when it becomes clout chasing. And if you not. I think if you're not on a certain level, I think you can't be. You gotta be on a certain level to go at certain people. I believe that you gotta be at a certain level, a certain skill level. You gotta be at a certain art level. You gotta be at a certain, you know, music making level.
Rory
But that's the only people I'm talking about. I'm not talking about IG personalities that become rappers. I'm talking about rappers.
Mall
Yeah. So. But even in that, like, you know, to me, this is valid only because of what, like you said what Cole said on False Prophets. Now, no matter if Saha waited 10 years or not to respond, it don't matter. Cole said something on False Prophet years ago that Saha took some type of slight to, felt a little way about and was like, nah, I ain't like that. I still don't think I forgot about that. Waiting 10 years is crazy. Like laying on a nigga for 10 years is wild. Like, all right, I heard what you said in 2016, fam. In 2026, I'm on your ass. That's crazy to me.
Rory
But we've seen the battles happen.
Damaris
Twenty years later, them bars would have never came out. You could have felt however you felt if the battle never happened, these bar will not come out, bro. That's. And that's where comes marketing, bro.
Mall
If.
Rory
If the falloff didn't come out, then I'm with you. But I don't. I don't know. If the battle didn't happen, Cole could have been a victor in the battle. And I still think Saha would have done it. If the battle never happened, I still think Sahai does this because the falloff came out.
Damaris
Okay, wait 10 years.
Mall
Yeah, yeah.
Damaris
Okay. Multiple Cole albums have come out in
Rory
the past But SA wasn't rolling out at the time, which.
Damaris
And this is. No, I don't want anybody to take this as. As any dis to.
Rory
How long did. How long did Cole wait to reply to all the. The two Fayetteville guys? 20 years.
Mall
Yeah, he probably. That was.
Rory
No, I'm not even joking. No, it was at least 15 years.
Damaris
It's a Fville based album. The album is about Fville.
Mall
I thought it was the fall off.
Damaris
It's dedicated to his hometown. Like that's why it started the way that it started.
Rory
Okay. And this is dedicated to rapping. And. And don't forget that I still owe you from False Prophets.
Mall
Either way.
Rory
Don't forget.
Mall
I feel like Cole has to respond, though. I feel like he should respond. Let me not say have to. He should respond. I feel like J. Cole should respond, but we'll have to see if he does indeed. You know, jump in the ring with Si High. That would be a dope back and forth though. I will say that to see them two go at it fire, I would
Rory
treat it like a completely different thing. I would actually fault Si High if he just focused on Cole dropping out of the battle. To me, that, yeah, of course get bars off on that. But if that's your focus, I don't want to hear that. Yeah, find a new angle. This would be a completely separate thing if Cole replies. I would like to say that, but either way, I don't know. It looks like Saha is in the best shape he's ever been. In between, no competition.
Damaris
He has music coming out, so we look forward to it.
Rory
He's shape. Shape.
Mall
Hell yeah.
Rory
Like I can't wait for the Saha album. Mal, what can you do with $600? I hate fame. I hate the word celebrity. I hate those words. They make me uncomfortable. But I think when you get to a certain point, the fame or the success or the influence, it just accentuates and exacerbates the inherent person that you are. The guy that says he's always going to be there and that will do anything to be there is the only guy that's not there. I'm in Australia when Beau was born. My whole identity is that no matter what, I'm gonna prioritize my wife and my children over my job. I dread the conversation with my son.

Mall
All right, Rory, we got some new music over the weekend. Of course. I feel like we get new music every. Every weekend. I don't feel like it's one weekend where we don't get new rap, new R B. It's too much. It's too much.
Damaris
Shit is there.
Mall
We need to take like a month off when nobody could put out music.
Damaris
I don't like that.
Mall
Why? I think it gives you a chance to kind of hear everything. Like, that came out. Shit you might have missed. Cause Concrete Boys came out with a new album. Shout out to Lil Yachty and the crew. Shout out to my guy Blue Boat.
Rory
No, I mean, it was tough to get to any music this weekend. Cause I couldn't get off the Yachty freestyle. I just had that on repeat.
Mall
Now. Lil Yachty was on bootleg Kev, and he was talking about how, you know, he heard Sugar Hill Gang and that shit was weak as hell. Right? And we talked about that, like, can't disrespect the foundation. Cause so much was built on the foundation and on the backs of what the Sugar Hill Gang did. And now hip hop being what it is today and rap being as global as it is, you can't say that yachty and then give us your rendition of the LA Leaguers freestyle. It just was like.
Rory
It wasn't a rendition. He was on there.
Mall
I mean. Yeah, but was he the. Was that the Yachty we know and love?
Rory
It was a clone.
Mall
Like, who? I'm just saying. Was it though? Like, that's All I'm saying, like, we can't get that on bootleg Kev of Sugar Hill Gang being weak as hell. And then get that Leakers freestyle. Like, it's just like, you supposed to go on leakers and do what, you know, nobody has ever done. Like, if you gonna say that the Sugar Hill Gang was weak as hell. That's all I'm saying.
Rory
Where does that rank against?
Mall
See, lost for words. Rory, are you okay? Are you lost for words?
Rory
I'm trying to be, because I was a hater this whole time. I'm trying to find a way because they're going to think I'm just hating on Atlanta. It's like when someone loses in a boxing match. Yo, they got in the ring.
Mall
Yeah. That's half the battle, right? Taking the fight.
Rory
He went to leakers. I want to say that existed. He showed up and went in front of the microphone. What happened after that?
Mall
Yeah,
Rory
come on, man. That's your man.
Mall
That's my guy. That's my guy.
Rory
I. With Yachty as my thing.
Mall
Yeah.
Rory
Why?
Mall
Why did he go on LA Leakers?
Rory
Yeah.
Mall
I mean, it's a roll out for the album. Conque Boys.
Rory
Here's my thing. I think Yachty is actually a great marketer and I. I think there was some calculation to what he did with the rapper's light thing. He knows how to ruffle the feathers of the get off my lawn. Golden age hip hop crowd. Why he didn't take that opportunity to go on leakers and rap over the rapper's delight beat is beyond me. Because that would have been okay. I would have listened to the Concrete Boys album had he done that.
Mall
Okay.
Rory
I've been like, you know what, Yachty? I don't think you're good at rapping, but, boy, is that amazing and hilarious because that was one of, like, the. Where does that rank against, like, Omelly's freestyle on Sweet Way?
Mall
Don't we not see.
Rory
Don't I want no issues with nobody?
Mall
No, no, no. But don't do that, though. Don't, don't. Don't compare Yachty's leakers to Omelly's free. Don't do that. Don't do that. It's different.
Rory
I respect Omelly for actually freestyling. Nobody does that for sure. So that's why I'm actually saying it was better than Yachty's.
Mall
I'm not mad at that. Lil Yachty rapping over the Sugar Hill Gang. That would.
Rory
I thought that when I saw the leaker, I was like, he must have picked that.
Mall
He might need to make that a record. He might need to make that a song. Take that Sugar Hill beat and make a record for sure. Cause I'm not mad at that. Like Yachty is that type of artist where he takes sounds and things that you normally wouldn't see him on and actually does a great job of doing that. So I'm not mad at that. That's a good take.
Rory
I didn't listen to the Concrete Boys album.
Mall
Neither did I.
Rory
It's Us Volume two. And again, I don't think Yachty's looking for people like me, me to like his music.
Mall
I'm going to listen to it though. I just didn't listen to it this weekend, but I am, I'm probably not
Rory
going to, but I mean, I'm sure it's for somebody.
Mall
It's not for you. For us. By you. It's not. No. Okay.
Rory
All right. I. Did you listen to It's Us Volume one? Because I actually did listen to that.
Mall
I listened to that one. I, I, I listen to the last. I didn't listen to, to this latest one though. Too much music.
Rory
It's just not my, it's not my pocket. They're just not my pocket.
Mall
Okay, that's fair. There's nothing wrong with that.
Rory
I, I thought about clicking it, cuz it's Caribou's gone.
Mall
And like, did you want, you want to hear what they did?
Damaris
We hear what they did without Boo.
Rory
Yeah, but I also think she's trash.
Mall
Don't do that, man. Come on, man.
Rory
Why? All right, can I say that and it not be hate?
Mall
Yeah, Kenny. Because when I do it, it's hate.
Rory
I don't, I don't.
Mall
I'm just saying whenever I say somebody's trash or something is trash or a song is trash or. I didn't like that. They call me a hater.
Rory
I think Yachty is talented in his own right. I Hope Yachty sells 10 million records. I hope Caribou sells 10 million records. I just don't care.
Mall
Still, that's. Hey, he had the hate.
Rory
And with you on the radar.
Mall
Give him your pin, baby.
Rory
D. The on the radar that she did. I know. Got like a. I know it's for somebody.
Mall
People liked it, just not for you.
Rory
And then when it, it, they exposed that or Yachty exposed that he wrote it. And I was like, why would you want to take credit for that? And just. You should have just let her have that one.
Mall
Yachty did this. Caribbean was with the group. And then she was gone. And then we saw them.
Rory
And then Yachty, yo, I wrote your verse and then I was like, wait, somebody wrote that?
Damaris
That.
Rory
That you wrote that down on. On your notes?
Mall
Yeah.
Rory
I thought she was just talking at the moment.
Mall
Oh, man.
Rory
But yes, for the people that do with. With that style of music, I promise you, this is not hate. Shout out to the concrete boys Shout
Mall
out to concrete boys Shout out to.
Rory
Probably not going to listen to it, but I did listen to the Foggy Raw album, which did, ironically have Carapoo on it.
Mall
For real?
Rory
Yes.
Mall
Did she? Did she? Did she. Did she do her thing or was the song dope? Shout out to Foggy.
Rory
The song was so good, you couldn't fail.
Mall
I know what that is. She couldn't. She couldn't do bad on the song. The song. Was that still.
Rory
Her verse still was. Not for me.
Mall
Yeah, I get it. But the song is good.
Rory
But listen, that Foggy album is really, really good.
Mall
Shout out to our guy, Foggy World with no due respect, out now your dsps.
Rory
I went to the. The listening event too.
Mall
Yeah, I was out of town. I was in Virginia that weekend when he had to listen in. But, you know, we've been watching Foggy for. For a long time, supporting him, and for him to be able to put his project out finally was dope to see. Shout out to Foggy World with no due respect. With no due respect.
Rory
Maybe we can table this conversation for. For another time, but I think it's safe to say that the DMV does have a sound now for. For a long time. That was always the thing. Cause, you know, Wally was one of.
Mall
The DMV has always had a sound,
Rory
though, outside of Go Go, is what I'm saying. Like, because when Wale hit, rightfully so, a lot of his sonics were Go Go based.
Mall
Okay.
Rory
Because, I mean, he grew up in the dmv.
Mall
Yeah.
Rory
But I feel like they have a sound, a spell. Like, from what Gold Link did, what Brent has done. Like, the DMV has had so many amazing artists in the last 15 years. I can hear the DMV all over this. This fucking.
Mall
Okay.
Rory
Like, it still sounds like the DMV even when he's experimenting.
Mall
So the song where he got out with Larry June was dope. Yeah, I heard that. I did hear that record. I didn't hear the whole album yet, but that song with Larry was. Was dope.
Rory
Yeah. And I mean, just the. The African influence that the DMV has is all over his stuff. Wale, Gold Link stuff. It's It's a really, really good project.
Mall
Got it. I'm gonna check that out tonight. That's gonna be my. My music. My soundtrack for the night, baby. My soundtrack for the night. Just, you know, put that on.
Rory
Speaking of dmv, Demer still is not listening to, which is pissed me off.
Damaris
That's not. You just made that up. You just. All you do is walk around and make up Christopher Columbus.
Rory
Did he not discover the country that had people at it already?
Mall
Of course he did. Of course he did. It was in our books. You didn't read that?
Rory
I listened 1492.
Damaris
I listened to the Brand album. What I did want to come in here and say is that after listening to it a couple more times, I understand the appeal. And what I also realized is Brent makes R and B for I don't wanna say. Cause he has so many female fans. But I understand why men like this project so much. I get it.
Mall
All right, baby? But I never said it became a crowd.
Damaris
I never said it was bad. He said it wasn't for me. And I still stand on that. But it was when I was cleaning the crib.
Mall
It was. See what happened when you take thigh pictures, you start to hit Bren a little clearer, don't you?
Damaris
Yeah, but I'm asking you.
Rory
You're the Brent behind some of those photos. And I feel like it would.
Mall
Oh, man.
Damaris
As a person who. Who cares about lyrics more than music, this is why this album is not for me. But I do like the. The music on the album is very, very good.
Mall
This album is incredible. Baby D. I'm just happy that you.
Damaris
You're not really listening for the things that I'm listening for in me.
Mall
What you listening for, baby D? Cuz we might be listening for the same.
Damaris
I. I need some. That's gonna touch my soul.
Mall
It didn't touch your soul.
Damaris
That touch y' all soul don't touch my soul.
Rory
You haven't found love in all the wrong faces.
Damaris
So you got some faces that's so surface level.
Rory
Just like losing Sleepover is very, very surface.
Damaris
Your face like men's life, love, Men's
Mall
love is not surface level.
Damaris
That's why y' all like, oh, my God, he's speaking to me.
Mall
No, he's not. Well, all right, hold on. I never listen to br. Said he's speaking for me. Never have I once said any of these is speaking for me. I just said the album was fire, grown man. Yeah, I didn't say speaking for me. I just said for you.
Damaris
I didn't say for you.
Mall
He ain't speaking to me either. I just said the music. The. The album was fire, I think. I think the album is incredible.
Damaris
The music. The music on the album is. Is really, really good.
Mall
Incredible. Incredible. Shout out to another DMV legend for sure.
Rory
All right, we're gonna get to the elephant in the room.
Mall
Oh, here we go. The elephant in the room.
Rory
The quietest Bruno Mars release of all time happened. Oh, did you guys know that Bruno Mars dropped an album?
Mall
I did not know.
Damaris
I forgot.
Mall
Actually, I did not know that. I did not know that until I came into the studio today and you asked me if I heard Bruno's album, and I was like, I didn't even know you put an album about. Well, no, no, don't do that. Don't take a huff and a puff. Did. Did you listen to the album twice? Twice all the way through? No, I know it's a short album.
Rory
Sure did. 32 minutes.
Mall
32 minutes.
Damaris
What?
Mall
We. We not mad at that.
Rory
I listened to it at a red light.
Mall
We don't see. He's still at the hate tm.
Damaris
Why are you still p. What's going on with him?
Rory
I'm. I'm hating on traffic laws in New York. It takes 30 minutes to get through a red light.
Mall
That is true. All right, so you go. Cause y' all know how I feel about Bruno, so. I didn't hear this project yet. Actually, I'm lying. Rory played some of it.
Rory
I was about to say I'm the liar now.
Mall
Rory played some of it while we was getting. While we came in early.
Rory
I put Cha Cha Cha in the group chat. What you mean?
Damaris
Shit sounded fire to me.
Rory
See, this is fire.
Damaris
When he was playing, it shit sounded fire. I haven't listened to the whole album,
Mall
but what he was playing, this is. I know your niggas be confused that you fuck. How you go from. How you go from Brent like you don't understand to. Nah, this shit was fired. Cha Cha was fired.
Damaris
I didn't talk about Cha Cha. I said what I've heard in the office that Rory had played was fire. I didn't hear everything, though.
Mall
Okay.
Damaris
Think about the songs that I've heard.
Mall
All right, cool. All right. So Rory, you were saying on the
Rory
hook of Cha Cha Cha, he says she working that back. I don't know how to act. Slow motion for me.
Damaris
Slow motion for me. Shit.
Mall
Yeah, no, we got that. But not over that, though. Not over the Cha Cha music. Not that music, Baby, you might not
Damaris
be the target audience.
Mall
Audience oh, I'm definitely not the target audience like Britain is. I mean, Bruno is not targeting me as his audience at all. Now I will say no matter, and I'll get back to Rory. No matter how we feel about Bruno, he's one of the most amazing vocalists we have.
Rory
You took my only positive thing I was gonna say.
Mall
Oh, sorry. Vocally, it's a lot of dudes can't stand next to Bruno. Bruno's. His vocals are incredible. The music is incredible. And I'm gonna pause there, and I'm gonna get let Rory go, and then I'm gonna pick up on my thoughts
Rory
because I've been sitting at the hate TM all day. I was trying to find something positive. This album, Bruno Mars the romantic did prove and remind me that Bruno should be brought up in these vocalist conversations.
Mall
Absolutely.
Rory
Bruno's vocals are absolutely fucking incredible.
Mall
Agreed.
Rory
His songs just st stink.
Mall
Okay.
Rory
His songs stink on this.
Damaris
Okay, okay. So on this album. Just let's clarify on this. Out. Whoa.
Rory
On this album.
Mall
Yeah. Because leader door open. We still spinning that baby D. We still banging that.
Rory
I like why you want to fight? I like on my soul and I like nothing left. And after that, there's nothing left.
Mall
Okay, so that's three out of nine.
Rory
I, I guess I'm confused.
Damaris
Used.
Rory
When was the last solo Bruno Mars album?
Damaris
So 2016. It will be 24 Karat Magic, one of my favorite albums all time.
Rory
Not here to argue.
Mall
Magic was a great album.
Rory
Great album. 10 years it took to give us this 32 minutes that I think Bruno Mars could make in a weekend.
Damaris
He might have made it in a weekend. He did give us a great album with Anderson.
Rory
Two years ago. Three years ago, I was at Blue Note speaking with people that work on this album, and they were leaving Blue Note that night so they could go continue to work on the Bruno Mars album.
Damaris
Might be a different project.
Rory
It might be about the DMX us this year.
Mall
Maybe. No. Maybe it was the Anderson project.
Rory
No, that had already come up.
Mall
Oh, okay. My bad. Bruno, I tried to help you out.
Damaris
It could be anything.
Rory
I, I, I think the superstar that he.
Mall
That's a great. It could be anything.
Rory
I won't be at the atm. I will be very kind in everything I'm saying. I think we're officially at the Bruno Mars legacy act phase of his career.
Damaris
Which is fine. He's getting.
Rory
Which is totally fine. He's a legend in his own right. He has amazing hit records. I even said my bucket list. I want to see Bruno live. I think it would be incredible. 10 years for this 32 minute project of shit that I really think Bruno Mars could make in his sleep because he is extremely tired. Talented is a waste of everyone's time.
Damaris
Okay.
Rory
To the point that you. No one knew it came out because I don't think they cared that anyone knew it came out.
Mall
I definitely didn't know this album came out.
Rory
When have we known Bruno not to do an extravagant rollout? He's. He's one of the biggest pop stars we have, period of this generation. You just quietly put out a mixtape after 10 years and it's like do. It's like redundant in Cha cha cha. There's still signs of the Bruno we love on here. Like, like I said, why you want to fight is incredible. Nothing left is beautiful. All my soul is a bop. I'm going to mop my floors this week to that record. But this is. I don't even think. I don't even know if Bruno's proud of this.
Mall
How you gonna say you don't know if Bruno's proud of that? He put it out quietly.
Rory
Is he trying to get out of a deal?
Damaris
No clue.
Mall
I don't know. But let me say this off of the music that you played and that I heard from now, because I don't think we got through the whole thing. Might have got to about five or six tracks. Bruno is talented and we know that Bruno's an incredible artist. We know that Bruno. It's just the music is. It always sounds like a rendition of something. It sounds like something that we already got. It sounds like something we already heard. Like Bruno Mars sound like. You know when you watch those movies that are like in the future, and then they have like moments where they're like, oh, I remember when this came out like 50 years ago, and they play a song and it's like, oh, yeah, that was that shit. Bruno sounds like that every album. It sounds like a blast from the past.
Rory
Every time Black Mirror goes back in time, it's that song.
Mall
Yeah, it's like, remember Demolition man when they played old songs and they was like, oh, this used to be the bop. Like, that's what Bruno Mars music. It's good, but it's like, I feel like we heard this already though. We heard this rendition.
Damaris
You don't think anything is innovative.
Mall
It's not innovative. It's not. It's just like every, every everything feels like a cover with a little, you know, like a moment on it. Like she working that back. It's like he throw that in there. To try to get us like, okay, that's our shit, right? But it's like, yeah, but that ain't.
Rory
Not next to the cowbell.
Mall
That don't. It don't land like that. It's like. But again, vocally, Bruno Mars is incredible. Incredible vocalist, incredible performer, incredible entertainer. It's just the music just doesn't fit the feel. It don't feel like something that I want to keep going back to because it's like, like, I don't believe this is you. I believe this is something that you like or, you know, grew up liking. And you're trying to make your version of that, and I just don't know if it connects to me. I'm just speaking about. To me, it doesn't connect. But vocally, as an entertainer, as an artist, Bruno is incredible. There's nothing negative to say in those regards. Just the music. And it just doesn't. I don't know, I can't. I can't really connect to the music.
Damaris
I. I know it's gonna be hard. I haven't run to the Bruno album because I.
Rory
You.
Damaris
As you guys know, I'm a huge Bruno fan and I know that I'm gonna be disappointed by the album, but no matter how good the album was, I was always going to be disappointed by the album because 24 Karat Magic is the perfect album to me. So you. I don't think that he can do better than that. I don't think most people can do better than that. But I also felt the same way about Cardi B's album, her second album as well. It's like, it's going to be very hard for you to compete with that first one. So you'll always be disappointed no matter what. No matter how good the second album is.
Mall
Because the bar is already.
Damaris
Because the bar is so high.
Mall
It's like when Michael made Thriller, it was like, where's he gonna go from there?
Rory
But it wouldn't be a 32 minute project. Ten years later, I'm looking now. Most artists, for the most part, sign five albums deals. This, if you include, which was an Atlantic release with Anderson Pack, this would get him to five.
Mall
Okay.
Rory
He announced the tour. So I'm doing my, My, my Amara aha thing. There's no way some of my favorite producers and writers ever that put this together for over three years landed on those records. This is a way to get out of a. A contract.
Mall
Okay. Okay.
Rory
This is a way to get out of a kaja and. And. And, oh. I'm figuring this out all in real time.
Mall
In real time.
Rory
By the way, guys, this is. I'm full of. So don't take anything I'm saying that serious. This is all legend in my brain at the time. Okay? The last Meek album was that Expensive Pain.
Mall
Yes.
Rory
Which, which we. Which we critiqued very much. And Meek was very upset on how Atlantic went about promoting that album. It was. I agree with Meek, probably one of the most under promoted Meek Mill albums we've ever seen. He had a record on there as well. It wasn't like he was cold. He said Atlantic, when they found out he was leaving, decided, why the fuck would I promote something if you're not going to be here anymore? Now I see this as the most under promoted Bruno Mars fucking album anything. Bruno Martin, when Bruno sneezes, it's promoted more than this. I think there's a chance maybe he's done with Atlantic and wanted to get the. Out of there. Here's nine. Here's nine songs past 32 minutes past the seven, seven record thing I need to do from an EP to album. And I'm out of here because I can't see Bruno Mars following up 24k magic 10 years later with this. Not with the guys he worked with. I just, I don't see it. That's fair. It wasn't even. Like you had one single. You did the video. It just felt like you're trying to get out of a deal. And Atlantic has already been accused of not promoting artists on their last project, which they're not the only label that does that. Once your deal is done, why the would I promote your.
Damaris
Okay, that's a fair assessment. We don't know if it's true or false, but I think that that's a pretty fair assessment.
Rory
Investment. And I must love podcasting because I'm. I'm insulting writers and producers that I work with. I mean, I'm serious. Like, I hope to God they don't see this.
Mall
It's nothing wrong with just being honest about something that you.
Rory
I don't feel like they love this. Okay, well, I don't know that.
Mall
Yeah, but you just feel like they did. They did. There's no way they loved it.
Rory
I can hear great moments in it, but this. This really feels like I'm trying to get off my label. Yeah, it really feels that way.
Mall
I'm not mad at that. I just can't connect to the music. I don't know. It's. Again, vocally, Bruno sounds incredible. Like just. Just listening to the five, six songs that I heard on this. On this album so far, vocally is not many. Many artists that could stand next to Bruno. He's. He's incredible vocally. Just the music for me just doesn't. It doesn't.
Rory
Yeah. Over the weekend as well, Stevie Wonder went to Marathon Burger for their opening in Long Beach. What I thought was the coolest thing ever.
Mall
Yeah, that was fire. Seeing Stevie won that at Marathon Burger.
Rory
And all you guys that were saying J. Cole was being performative, was Stevie being performative, too?
Mall
Nah, Stevie was hungry. Stevie was sitting down. Now, it would have been performative if Stevie went back there and start flipping some burgers. Then I would have been like, all right, hold on. Like, I'd have been like, all right, Stevie. Which.
Rory
How to cut the cameras?
Mall
Yeah, how you back there flipping burgers? But no, that wasn't. It wasn't performing. Stevie looked like he was just.
Rory
Stevie was at Nipsey's.
Mall
Yeah, he went to. He went to go. Support definitely cares for, obviously, the family and Marathon Burger. So shout out to Stevie Wonder.
Rory
Yeah. And congrats to Black Sam and the entire estate of Nipsey Hussle. I hope to God we see more Marathon Burgers everywhere. Yeah.
Mall
When y' all, can we get one in New York? Times Square?
Rory
I had heard that rumor. I wasn't sure if it was true or not.
Mall
Brooklyn fire. All right, Black Sam, me and Rory coming to flip some burgers. Everybody else flipping burgers. Oh, I would.
Rory
I would have so much fun doing that.
Mall
Yeah, but then you'll try to tell Black Sam how to run his operation. You'll start doing too much.
Damaris
For sure.
Mall
For sure. Like, you should go square corners on a burger, not round. Like you start telling Sam like that.
Rory
Well, they're smash burgers, Mo.
Mall
Okay, so perfect.
Damaris
Like, I'm. I'm telling you, if you listen to me. It sounds crazy, but add just a pinch of salt to this. Salt.
Rory
No, I would say. I would say. Why are you seasoning these so much?
Mall
This season is going to give everyone high blood pressure.
Rory
They're so spicy.
Mall
Shout out to Marathon Burger, though, man. Love to see them. They just opened up that location in Long beach, so that was dope. Shout out entire family.
Damaris
Have you.
Rory
No, I've never had Marathon Burger.
Mall
I haven't had Marathon Burger yet.
Rory
Every time we've been in la, we haven't, like, had enough time to get over there. And.
Mall
Yeah, the last time.
Rory
And the lines are also, like, the last time.
Mall
The last time we was out there was BET weekend, so you can imagine.
Damaris
Oh, God.
Rory
Oh, it was like an event every time at Marathon Burger.
Mall
Yeah, I think Head head had told me he, like, was like, yo, you want to make a call? Like, they get you, right? I said when I got to do that to just go to a burger spot. I'm cool.
Damaris
Make a call.
Mall
I'm going back to my hotel. It's over.
Rory
But even when it's not BET weekend, like, the lines, which I'm happy about,
Mall
are around the corner.
Rory
Yeah, like, you can't just pull up to Marathon Burger and grab a burger real quick.
Mall
Yeah, that's dope, though.
Damaris
I mean, but in n out is the same way. I've never gone to go to in and out trash.
Rory
I hear Marathon burger is great.
Mall
You don't like in and out?
Damaris
They're gonna kill you for that.
Rory
Oh, are they? Oh, let me look this camera. Peach In n out is garbage juice.
Mall
Yeah.
Rory
Now we can move on.
Mall
He's at the atm.
Damaris
What he had today.
Mall
I love it. I love it. They call me a hater every day. I love the fact that I have a neighbor now. Welcome to the block.
Damaris
A hater neighbor.
Mall
So far, you my hater neighbor. Yeah, come on, hater neighbor.
Rory
You know, it's a matter of time until I gentrify the hater block.
Mall
Come on, man. You got to move in and gentrify the haters neighborhood.
Rory
Yeah, no, it's really probably like the worst burger place on earth.
Damaris
Yo, the things on this list are frying me.
Rory
What?
Damaris
Like the way you type things out. Buju Bonson's son said he almost turned gay, but then he remember boom, bye bye and went to church the next day. Like, typing that out is hilarious.
Mall
Is that even real?
Rory
That's real.
Mall
Okay, well, shout out to Buju son. He ain't gay no more.
Rory
I'm delivered.
Mall
He don't like men's no more. Wait, was that a real thing, though?
Rory
Yes.
Mall
He said he went to church.
Rory
Yeah.
Mall
Or did he say he heard boom, bye bye?
Rory
Well, no, he remembered boom, bye bye and realized I'm not gay and then went to church the next day to remind himself again that, like, oh, okay,
Mall
well, good for him.
Damaris
Yo, they got that taken down everywhere. Everything. Me nearly turned fish.
Mall
Sorry, that was me nearly turned fish.
Rory
I didn't want to be the one to say it. That's how the cleats go.
Mall
Me nearly turn fish. He said that?
Damaris
Satan play with my mind.
Mall
Satan up. Playing with my mind. Yo, what world. This is a Y. Still don't think this is a simulation. This is crazy. This is A real interview, he said.
Rory
I know, B Boy.
Damaris
Yes. During the interview, the young entertainer opened up about what he described as years of spiritual warfare. I tell you, these talking about you gay be talking about fighting demons, and it be bisexuality, generational curses, and battles with identity. He said there was a period where he began losing his desire for women and felt his mind was under attack. Satan to play with my mind. He shared that in the middle of that struggle, he began singing his father's controversial hit song, Boom, Bye Bye, as a reminder of his upbringing and beliefs. According to Jaziel, that moment jolted him, and the very next day, he walked into church seeking baptism. However, Jaziel admitted that getting baptized did not immediately fix everything. Nothing never changed, he said, adding that he later realized deeper prayer and spiritual work were necessary.
Mall
So when he said nothing changed, what he mean? Like, how he know he still went out on a date with a dude? Or was it like.
Damaris
I think he just. He realized that he needed to pray a little bit harder.
Mall
Okay.
Rory
Yeah, respectfully, he sucked. He.
Damaris
He.
Mall
He.
Damaris
He seeked medical attention. He sought medical help for what he believed was a misdiagnosed illness.
Mall
Gay is a misdiagnosed illness.
Damaris
Yeah.
Rory
According to some West Indians. Absolutely not. Nobody.
Mall
What? Yo, that is crazy, man. All right, well, I think he'd just
Rory
be happier if he would just be gay.
Mall
Yeah, it's always that part of it, right? Like, fam, you could just. It's okay. Like, you could just be.
Rory
I can understand that. Probably growing up in a household of puja, bantan and that culture.
Mall
Yeah, but he's a grown man now. You don't still live at home with Buju.
Rory
I'm saying, just growing up in. In a house like that, you would feel pressure. Pressure.
Mall
Yeah. Oh, definitely.
Rory
So, yeah, definitely that can spill over into your adulthood, even once you've moved out.
Mall
Yeah.
Rory
So. But no, I, I. Unfortunately, I did laugh just because it was funny.
Damaris
Me nearly turned fish. Funny as. I don't know.
Mall
You nearly turned fish, Satan.
Damaris
I play with my mind.
Mall
Yo, man. All right, man, whatever.
Damaris
That's why. But me and Ma have stood on that. Like, yo, like, be claiming they're fighting demons. It'd be bisexuality.
Mall
Gay fam. Just be gay, dog. Like, ain't nobody tripping like, you in the house, cursing your girl out, arguing. Cause she left the. The soap dish with a half a piece of soap in there. Like, just go be with your boyfriend. Like, you don't like women.
Damaris
That's fine.
Mall
Yo, y' all fighting with. It's not a Demon, just go. You fighting that text message that you keep ignoring. Just answer, homie, and go see him. Like, that's all you. Ain't no reason for you to be arguing with your girl. Like, just go see your boyfriend different. Nobody. It's 20, 26. Nobody cares. I promise.
Damaris
Jamaica?
Rory
Yeah.
Mall
You can live in mad other places. And there's gays in Jamaica. Let's put that out there. Like, let's just get that out there. There's gay people in Jamaica. Like, we gotta stop that. Like, there's gay people in Jamaica. But I get it. I understand cultural things like that, pressure from the home and things like that. But as a grown man, be comfortable. Be who you are. Be yourself, man. One life.
Rory
One life. One love.
Mall
One life, one love. You heard it. One life, one love.
Rory
Relax.
Damaris
Sorry.
Rory
Speaking of a simulation, did you see that Jim Carrey was cloned?
Mall
I saw people trying to make it a thing. They said the eyes are different. I don't know, man. People are weird. The thing is just makeup. Maybe Jim got some fillers done.
Damaris
He got a facelift.
Mall
Yeah, like, that's Jim Carrey, bro.
Damaris
That's Jim Carrey. He got a facelift. He can't move. You see how tight his forehead is? He got a facelift.
Rory
Well, some people would say that if you've followed Jim Carrey for the last decade, he wouldn't be the one to get a facelift because he does not care about society the way. Way maybe an actor would. My only conspiracy really was he's on his Andy Kaufman. And this has to do with some type of role or something that he's. This is a role like. Like the way the Weeknd was walking around with a mask. Heard that. I was like, maybe. Maybe Jim Carrey's doing something. I could see that based off celebrities and how dark that world can be.
Mall
This is his latest trick.
Rory
Yes. But I mean, even that to me is. I think this is probably just Jim Carrey, bro.
Mall
That's Jim Carrey. He's a baddie.
Damaris
He got a facelift.
Mall
That's Jim Carrey. Like, it's okay. So I get it. I know the conspiracy theorists love, like this. They zoom in on the eyes compared to his eyes from five years ago. I get it. I understand. But that's. That's Jim Carrey, bro. That's Jim.
Damaris
That face tight, though. They put his. Their knee.
Rory
They pulled his whole.
Damaris
God damn.
Rory
But that's the thing, I guess we. With plastic surgery, like, you really need the right lighting for it to look okay. Or you look like that.
Mall
Yeah, I mean, but he looks good, though. Something looks crazy right there.
Rory
Some high cheeks.
Mall
I mean, you know, he looks good though, Jim looks good.
Rory
My favorite thing about conspiracy theorists that I'm starting to like, really notice. I don't want to call white conspiracy theorists racist because that's unfair there. But I think a lot of you guys are subconsciously racist because I do think it's hilarious, especially on the right wing of the QAnon people this and that. You guys can believe every insane conspiracy theory, but draw the line at systematic racism. J. Edgar Hoover, which is. Is you could pull the files at this point. Everything's redacted of systematic racism. Now racism isn't real any anymore. But you will literally believe that they're eating babies in a layer under LA with lizard people. But be like, guys, there's no such thing as racism. Systematic racism. Are you crazy? The government would never conspire against black people.
Mall
Yeah, I guess.
Rory
Anyways, with that said, did you guys see the McDonald's CEO eat his own product?
Damaris
No.
Rory
I heard about some funny. It's not even a conspiracy. He was. I don't know who on their social team was like, yeah, you got to do the, the. The lunchtime Tik Tok. He went and showed the new. The new burger, the big arch at McDonald's. He took the littlest bite of all time.
Mall
It's.
Rory
It's the way when you go into a Chinese restaurant in New York City, you never actually see Chinese people eating the food because they know you, we shouldn't be eating this.
Mall
Right?
Rory
He. So he went, delicious.
Mall
Where's this?
Rory
He's probably a Vegan.
Mall
Where's this McDonald's at?
Rory
That's his office. And what's funny is he started out by saying, we tested this in Argentina and Germany and Canada. Now we're ready for the States. We try to see what it would do to. To other people.
Mall
So this is the new burger Big Arch.
Damaris
Yeah.
Mall
Okay.
Rory
You can see the crispy onions there.
Mall
What is the. What's. What's. What's so different about this burger? Burger, nothing. It's like a big, like a smash burger type of thing.
Rory
They added more steroids into it. They added some sesame seeds to the bun. I'm just trying to keep up with burger culture.
Mall
Got it.
Damaris
I don't know if I trust, like McDonald's, like with the crispy onions, like, I don't know how. I don't know how I feel about that.
Rory
So that's where you draw the line.
Mall
Onions. You don't trust McDonald's.
Damaris
Well, I don't eat McDonald's burgers, but I don't know. Like, I don't know if I trust them to get the onions crispy, like, right? Like, is that real onion?
Rory
What do you trust them to get?
Mall
Right? Yeah, because if you leave that burger out for a month, it's not going to go bad, I promise you.
Damaris
They still do that, though. Like, they're. They still don't use real meat. I thought, like, because they got called out on it so much, they, like, started.
Mall
What does that mean? We call out shit all the time, baby niggas still do the same shit over and over and over.
Rory
Let it blow over. It won't be frozen for a month.
Mall
We don't have that much cows. We know that we don't have that much beef for. For them to be selling billions of burgers a year.
Damaris
A year.
Mall
Think about how many McDonald's there are in this country alone, and all of them are selling millions of burgers a year.
Rory
How.
Mall
Where is that me coming from? We already know the nuggets is just everything. Waste. Like, they just grind everything together, make a paste. They. We saw that doc, how they make nuggets. It's. It comes in a box of pink paste, and they just take pieces of it and dump it in the fryer.
Damaris
Like, it's so good, though.
Rory
It's delicious. With. With some ranch that hits, which is not ranch either.
Damaris
Every once in a while, I. I'll crave, like, McDonald's nuggets every once in a while.
Rory
Yo, I. I've. I've driven through almost every state in this country. I've never seen that many cows that. Like, just. Just McDonald's, period. Not the rest of the restaurants.
Mall
Possible.
Rory
I've never seen that many cows.
Mall
It is not possible.
Rory
Like, you've never driven through North Dakota, like, okay, I see a million cows just now. I see how they do it now.
Mall
I get it. Okay, there's 30 million cows over here.
Rory
There.
Mall
I get it now. No, it's just not. No, it's not possible. At one time when McDonald's and they. I think this is like. You can read this. At one time, it was. Though. It was just pure 100% beef when McDonald's was, you know, obviously first starting years ago. And it wasn't as many. It wasn't a franchise as it is today. As big of a brand as it is today. But no, there's no way. There's no way that that's real 100% beef. It's impossible. Possible.
Damaris
They said they're still made with 100% pure USDA inspected beef. They say that.
Mall
Oh, oh, no. The government.
Rory
All right, my bad.
Mall
AI said that. My bad. Like AI said, it gotta be valid.
Rory
All right, the government says.
Mall
Come on, man, usda, what are we talking?
Damaris
You know, we trust they inspect it.
Mall
They just told you to go get a vaccine. And now, spoon, stick to your arms. I know.
Rory
Yeah. Pumping us with fluor Fluoride as children.
Damaris
Not the fluoride. Yo, my dad started with that. That the fluoride is blocking my third eye.
Mall
Welcome N that be every say that when he can't get a job. Yo, the fluoride. Yo, what's up, fam? How. How the job search going? Yo, the fluoride. You know what I'm saying? It's my third eye.
Rory
Realize. Realize fluoride.
Mall
Yo, sir, you ain't been working in like five months. Yo, the fluoride, B, it's out here. Can't even see my potential. Yo, the first.
Rory
The first mercury in retrograde was fluoride.
Mall
Love blaming fluoride, man. Yo, if y' all don't get out of here and brush your stink ass mouth fluoride. I don't care what you put in that brush and rinse the fluoride. My third eye, it got the calcium. This is covered in my. My third eye is calcified. Yo, go get a job.
Rory
I love that Wu Tang song.
Mall
Yeah, go get a fucking job, man.
Rory
They're right, though.
Mall
Oh, my God. Oh, man, they're right.
Rory
Yo, you still use fluoride toothpaste?
Damaris
Nah, I would think that you didn't. You give like, toms.
Mall
Nah, I don't use toms. It's this other brand I'm gonna send you. It's fire, though, baby. D. Really? What? My mouth ain't never felt that clean like that shit foam up so crazy enough.
Rory
Pause 8. Talking about toothpaste, yo, even Ryan went 8. Oh, and he's 23.
Mall
What? Toothpaste. Like, what the. I'm saying, you know how the tooth. You know, you got to get a good lather on the toothpaste.
Damaris
I know, I know.
Mall
But then, like, you know when your teeth feel like marble after you finish brushing. Oh, my God.
Damaris
Streaky. They feel streak like.
Mall
No, no, no, no, no. I'm talking about straight marble. Like, you know when you get that clean out the dentist. When the dentist, like, cleans and shines your teeth. Oh, yeah, I got. I'm gonna send you the toothpaste. It's fire.
Damaris
Okay.
Mall
I just Ordered, like, six of them shits on Amazon. Okay.
Damaris
And the floss. I just. People that don't floss. I, I. If you don't floss. And you're listening to this. If you don't floss, go floss and then smell the floss.
Mall
Nah, that's just like the back of an earring. You don't want to smell that. That should stink.
Rory
Not flossing is kind of nuts, but not flossing.
Mall
This correct. You don't have no floor. I. I'm not gonna lie. I know we say you don't judge people. I just. If I go to your bathroom and it's certain not in there, you just. You just a little funky to me.
Damaris
Like, what, mom?
Mall
If you don't got baby wipes, I'm judging you.
Rory
I have dude wipes.
Mall
Dude wipes. Whatever, Whatever. You got some wipes. You need some wet wipes in your bathroom. You need floss. You need mouthwash. Like these are. You need Clorox wipes for the toilet. Like, it's just certain things you just have to have in your bathroom. When you go to somebody bathroom. You like, fam. You ain't got no mouthwash in here? No. What you be doing? Like, how you brush your teeth? You just toothpaste on a toothbrush and just. That's it. That's not enough. That's not gonna. That's not gonna get it.
Rory
If you don't floss, I'm not gonna say you also don't wash your ass. I'm gonna say you.
Mall
I'm gonna say it.
Rory
You wash your ass with the same rag that you do for your face.
Mall
Yeah.
Rory
Like, you literally wipe your butt and then wash your face with that rag.
Mall
It's one and the same. I agree. No wife's baby. D. Get out of there. If he ain't got a wife's baby
Damaris
D. Yeah, no, I'm not. Because I know eventually when we get
Mall
there, hair like, oh, sheets stink.
Rory
Sheets.
Mall
You never go for a cuddle session, and the sheets think it smell like butt under here. Like, you never go to somebody crib and it's just a blanket. Everything smell like butt. Like you.
Rory
Like, y' all think I'm nasty. That's never. I've never gotten to a girl's house. Her sheets stink.
Mall
Yeah, man.
Damaris
That's a man thing. Yeah, that's a thing.
Rory
Oh, mine don't stink.
Mall
Yeah, well, your sheets stink. Blankets think go to her crib. Her pillowcase stink because her bonnet stink. It's like, y' all can't even lay down. Like, I'm about to go, like, what is. Are your bed stink? How your bed funky? Your bed where you sleep? How is this. This is where you supposed to have a good night's sleep. It smells like a coffin. Like what. How you.
Damaris
You gotta smell like, right when a. Like when he. Where he lays, like where his butt will be. You gotta smell that part of the sheet.
Mall
Like, as soon as you get.
Rory
What does their bathroom look like if their sheets are like that, man? Because you can't wash your ass in a dirty bathroom. It's dirty already. You can't be clean.
Damaris
People will know. This is the thing. This is the thing about dirty people. They know what clean people are expecting, right? So they know what makes them look clean. So they'll do like, they'll straighten up and make shit look clean. So unless you're really inspecting, you don't know that it's. But you can't hide the smell of funky ass on a shit sheet. Yeah, not the top sheet. Don't smell the top sheet. The one underneath.
Mall
Yeah, you got to get up under there.
Damaris
The one underneath. And down by where his feet be. Smell down there.
Mall
You gotta lay at the foot.
Rory
Y' all be with some dirty people, man.
Mall
No, no, I don't. I don't. That's how. That's how I don't be with dirty people. Like it. Take me one look like. Or this will you be laying at. Yeah, I'm cool. Never coming back over here again. No worry.
Rory

I hate fame. I hate the word celebrity. I hate those words. They make me uncomfortable. But I think when you get to a certain point, the fame or the success or the influence, it just accentuates and exacerbates the the inherent person that you are. The guy that says he's always going to be there and that will do anything to be there is the only guy that's not there. I'm in Australia when Beau is born. My whole identity is that no matter what, I'm going to prioritize my wife and my children over my job. I dread the conversation with my son.

What do you think you'd say? Listen to On Purpose with Jay Shetty on the I Heart Race app, Apple Podcasts, or wherever you get your podcasts.

Segregation in the day, integration at night.
Damaris
When segregation was the law, one mysterious black club owner had his own rules. We didn't worry about what went on outside.
Mall
It was like stepping in another world.
Damaris
Inside Charlie's Place, black and white people danced together. But not everyone was happy about you saw the kkk. Yeah, they was dressed up in their uniform. The KKK set out to raid Charlie, take him away from here.
Mall
Charlie was an example of power. They had to crush him.

From Atlas Obscura, Rococo Punch and visit Myrtle beach comes Charlie's Place, a story that was nearly lost to Tom. Until now. Mall
Shia LaBeouf is easily the funniest dude in the world right now. By far. It's not close. Watch the interview. Who was the interview with?
Rory
Channel 5.
Mall
Channel 5. Shia LaBeouf. Now, was this post arrest?
Rory
Yes. This was his out on bail.
Mall
This was his first day out. This was Shia LaBeouf's first day out interview on Channel 5. I don't know how many clips they plan on clipping from this, but this entire entire interview was just like incredible. Shia LaBeouf is one of my favorite people for sure.
Rory
It's funny. I forgot. Maybe it was last week we were talking about maybe, I don't know, off mic. We were talking about man crushes. I've had a man crush on Shia Lab LaBeouf my entire life. I'm like a big Shia LaBeouf fan. So when this dropped, I to Me. This. This was like a new Jay Z release. Anytime Shia gets in front of a mic, because the. The John Bernthal interview that he did three years ago is, like, one of my favorite interviews, period. And that's somebody that's sober and in a good space in his life.
Mall
Right.
Rory
But this is the shy. I really want to hear.
Mall
First day out.
Rory
I don't want. I don't want to hear from this logical, understanding human being that, nah, nah,
Mall
this is the shot we need.
Rory
I need Mardi Gras. Yeah. Shia LaBeouf.
Mall
So Shia LaBeouf on Epstein Files. He said, I was chasing ass in Mardi Gras, bro. What do you mean? I wasn't paying no attention to Epstein files. This is beyond me, bro. I don't get into this. Yeah. I just wondered. It was, like, the biggest news story in the world for a couple of days. If you got no life, you're just sitting in a hole. That means you're not chasing ass that are. That are in the street. They don't give a. About this stupid. If you're sitting home all day like a. Like a who got kidnapped, your life sucks. You're a normie. But if you're out here, nobody cares about none of this. I remember asking Kendrick Lamar one time, like, bro, hey, Trump a Kamala. He was like, you think I give a. Like, he ain't got a. Like he ain't got a lion. We got families to feed. I'm the good. I'm the good one. Yeah. You ain't seeing me on this, on those lists or in those rooms. My life is in the. See, this is like, even what he's saying don't make sense. He said, like, he ain't got a. Like he ain't got. Ain't lying. We got families to feed. I don't even know what that means.
Damaris
I think the person who typed this out might have got that wrong, but I think he just meant, like, he ain't lying. We got families to feed. I'm the good one. Yeah. You ain't seeing me on those lists or in those rooms. My life is in the streets.
Mall
My life is in the streets. Shia LaBeouf is really out here in the streets. He's getting arrested in Mardi Gras. Like, he's on set. He became a gang bang at 36 just for, like, research purposes, for offense, film. Like, y' all not. Y' all not doing what Shia is doing. You're not really living like this. This dude is the definition of don't give a. I'm Free. I can do whatever I want. I go wherever I go. But aside from all of that, he is a talented actor as well.
Rory
Don't skip over the gang banging part. My favorite part was not that Shia LaBeouf joined a gang at 36. Whatever. Different strokes for different folks. It was when they asked, did you get jumped in? And he explained that they were considering it and then went, come on, man, we can't. We can't jump you in.
Mall
Yeah, no, we're not doing that.
Rory
What does that group chat look like? Yo, we thought about it. We thought we was gonna put you on the black map, but
Mall
we thought he was gonna jump you in. But we decided, like, nah, man, we can't do that to you.
Rory
Then we took some time, we talked it over, and we don't think that we should jump you into this gag.
Mall
I love this dude, man.
Damaris
Do y' all agree with him on this, though?
Rory
Well, what?
Damaris
I'm chasing ass at Marty, girl. Like, what do you mean? What do you think? Like, this is.
Rory
No, I don't agree with everything. Sh.
Damaris
If you're sitting home all day, like, ah, who got kidnapped? Your life sucks.
Mall
No, I, I, I think I understood.
Rory
Children being sex trafficked is something that everyone should care about. I think actually a lot of people that don't care about running around Marty Gro is somehow how you could possibly get involved with sex trafficking if you ignore. But that's another thing.
Mall
I'm not at Mardi Gras chasing ass. I'm not doing that. I can understand how some people would be, but I'm also not. I think what he was more so saying is people are a little too consumed with, you know, the Epstein files and things like that. Now, it should concern you being a citizen in this country if there's sex trafficking or anywhere. If there's sex trafficking happening and, you know, kids are being kidnapped and sex trafficked, you should definitely be, like, concerned about. About it. But I think Shy was more so saying, like, if this is. If this consumes you every day, like, your everyday thoughts and, you know, your life, then it's like, bro, like, what's up with you? I get it. I understand how somebody can be concerned. But, like, that's all you are online reading and consuming every day.
Damaris
I also think that a lot. I agree with you. And I also think that a lot of these people are not being real with themselves. They only care because it's connected to celebrities, their sex, sex trafficking, trafficking everywhere. You can get involved with helping to stop sex trafficking locally. Like, there's there's so much sex trafficking in America. People only care because it's about people who are celebrity related. Like, that's why they're so. You hear about sex trafficking every day.
Rory
I think there's definitely a group of people that care just because there's celebrity names in there. But I do think there is a large group of people that are very concerned that the elites that run this country that we give our tax dollars to that make every decision are involved in a sex trafficking.
Damaris
For sure.
Rory
I, I think it's actually above the celebrity thing. Like the celebrity. Wait, you mean the people that are controlling our country have been doing this for as long as the countries existed? That's. It doesn't consume my life every day, but it's a big concern to me. There's nothing I can do, unfortunately. But I don't even want to go through this because there was. There was to consume you every time.
Damaris
Day.
Rory
No, but I can't. I can't say that there hasn't been a day that I don't think about the Epstein valve.
Mall
There's never been a day in your life where you don't think about the.
Rory
Since. Since they came out? No, I don't think so. That there's been a day that I haven't thought about it. That's a, A extremely concerning thing. I, I don't care that random celebrities that someone called a hotline about are in concerns me that a lot of the decision making that goes on in this country down to the war that we're currently in, are attached to somebody that's holding sex trafficking over their heads as collateral. Like, yeah, that, that, that consumes my mind pretty often.
Damaris
Okay.
Rory
I can't even watch this war and not think about the Epstein pile.
Mall
Okay.
Rory
Like at all. But neither Horner there because I'm here to have fun. That's why I didn't want to get too much into this part. Because as much as I, I do with Shia LaBeouf, I think he's made a lot of mistakes. I think he's owned up to a lot of his mistakes. And he's a, A, a grown man that will get in front of a microphone if he wants. How do we feel about putting a mic in someone's face at this point? State.
Mall
That's called entertainment.
Rory
No, here, here's the thing. I'm not here to judge anyone. If we were in New Orleans and ran into Shiloh Buff on Bourbon Street. Bless you.
Damaris
Bless you. God bless.
Rory
Straight on bond. I'd pay for his bond. And say, would you like to do a podcast? I'm not here to be on some holier than thou whatsoever. I would 1000% do this interview no matter what. But looking at it, I appreciate somebody in this form, especially people that struggle with addiction and are similar to Shia, to seeing him in this state do an interview, I do think that's important. But at what point do we pull back a bit and like, I don't know if we should put some of this out. It's a little unfair to do to somebody that is telling you that they are not in the best mental addictive state at the moment.
Mall
Yeah, I mean, I understand what you're saying, but at the same time, this is what he does, though. He's not gonna. He's not doing an interview all the time. Like this interview every, every month, anything like that. Like.
Rory
I know.
Damaris
Yeah.
Mall
I mean, I don't. Did you think he was in the wrong mental state in this interview?
Rory
Yeah.
Mall
Okay.
Damaris
What are you saying, Notorious? I ain't getting this game to be no fucking social worker. Like, like we're. We're media personalities.
Rory
This is.
Damaris
This.
Rory
Oh, no, I don't think Channel 5 did anything wrong. What's. I want to make that very clear. I'm not sitting here trying to be on my high horse of like, I would do this interview and keep everything that was there. I probably would have provoked a little bit more than he did. I think he handled that very well. But it's just, yes, he wanted to do the interview. But at what point are we like, oh, no, man, should we be doing this right now? Now I'm talking just to the room in general.
Mall
Yeah, we would do it absolutely 100%.
Rory
How far is too far?
Mall
That's what I actually about Domani and King and them. I just asked y the same. Yeah, but I don't know, man. I, I think I get what you're saying about mental. Mental health and mentally people being in a certain space and should you put a camera in their face?
Rory
But, but I also, at the same
Mall
time, he could have declined in for sure.
Rory
He's a grown man. He makes no choice.
Damaris
But if you're not in the right mental state, like that goes with any type of. And I don't want to call this assault because that's not what it is. But that goes with anything when you're taking advantage of someone who doesn't know better or isn't in the right mental state to stand up for themselves. Of course he agreed to it. That doesn't mean that it's good for him. Like if he's in a bad mental state, if he's not in his relationship. Right state of mind.
Mall
Yeah.
Damaris
He's going to agree to. He probably shouldn't like that people who want crack are going to suck strangers dick for crack.
Rory
Consul.
Damaris
Yes, it's consensual, but you already know that this person is in dire need of something or they're not in their right mental state. So you are wrong for still taking advantage of them.
Rory
I mean, at the same time, I also think this is why I. I'm a hypocrite. At the same time, I thought it was beautiful watching somebody work out something in real time on camera. Camera. I thought that was a. An actual. Not to be corny, a very beautiful thing. Like in the middle of his answers, he was still trying to figure out. He's like, I'm in the moment of this entire thing, which I think is cool to watch as human being to human being. Because we've all been in situations where things are going left and we're trying to figure them out in real time.
Damaris
People have said that about Orlando Brown for a while now.
Rory
That was going to be my. My next him.
Damaris
And sh is like, they the same.
Rory
Like, no, they. They're not even. What? Orlando, you don't even know. You don't even know Shy's body like that. No, you can't do that.
Damaris
Okay.
Rory
How do you think they're the same?
Damaris
So shot. Okay. Is Sh.
Mall
I think Baby D is saying the same as far as, like, they say whatever the they want to say.
Damaris
They say whatever they want to say. They're not. They haven't been mentally healthy in a while. And when people shove cameras in their faces, hoping they say absolute crazy.
Mall
I think. But I think Orlando is. He's reached a point of. You think it's trolling 1000%.
Damaris
I think Orlando is really mentally unhealthy. I don't think it's trolling.
Rory
I think both times.
Mall
I'm not saying he isn't mentally unhealthy. I'm just saying he also is trolling at the same time. Like when he sat down with Ray J and what's the other Marco.
Damaris
Funny. Marco.
Mall
And he started like biting the microphone. Like, it's like, come on. No, at that point, you know, come on, fam. Are you serious? Like, he's trolling. Like, he's definitely. He knows everybody thinks he's batshit crazy. He knows when he walks in a room and cameras are there, people are waiting for him to Say or do some crazy shit. Like, he knows that at this point. He knows.
Damaris
Okay.
Mall
But I'm not saying he hasn't been through some issues and had drug issues and things like that. We've saw, obviously, real moments as far as that goes. But I think he knows the lane he called for himself, and he knows he has people in the palm of his hands whenever he sits down for an interview. And he's like, all right, they're waiting for the next crazy Orlando moment. Like, I'm gonna give it to him. I gotta give him something. Like, he's definitely aware of that as well.
Rory
I think those first interviews were very much somebody that has mental health issues on camera. And then he leaned into it. Him and Raspy started arguing. And they. They were both claiming blood and crip. No, like, they. They. They were yelling sets that neither one
Mall
of them are a part of. Like.
Rory
But no, they. He was screaming rolling 60s and throwing up a blood song. Oh, yes. I think it's. It's performing at the same time. It does appear, though, that Shiloh Love was. Was possibly. Never mind. He was arrested for yelling gay slurs.
Mall
Oh, that's why he was arrested.
Rory
Well, he was arrested for disturbing the peace and. And getting in a fight. But it was because there also may possibly be a hate crime charge that's added to what it was because it may have started from slurs. Now, he had said that he is homophobic if it means when big gays touch your leg, you don't like it.
Damaris
Don't look at me. Why are you looking at me? Why are you looking at me?
Mall
I just felt him when he said that. I felt the same way.
Damaris
It's like when ma bout to say some shit that he know I'm gonna end up cutting out the episode. Just look at me before he said.
Mall
Cause I just. I just felt shy when he said that I would be uncomfortable too, if big gay men started touching my leg. I'm not gay. Why are you touching my leg? I didn't think that was crazy for Shia to say.
Damaris
I mean, but I feel like I
Mall
don't see a world in where that would happen. Let me say that. Where was shy at when big gay dudes started touching his leg?
Rory
Mardi Gras.
Mall
All right, cool. It's a party town. It's a party. It's a card. Was. You know, we have a friend.
Damaris
You know, they gay.
Mall
I mean, what were they wearing? How were they dressed? Were they cladly dressed? What did they have on? Go ahead. Cut off jean shorts is gay. I Think that's a no. That's like a universal. That man might be gay. When it's like, not the. The long cut off jean shorts, the. The short, like the joints you would wear, Baby D. Okay, short. Like the short. Short jean shorts like in the photobook. Yeah. You know, that's gay men attire. Gay men love denim shorts. Like, but the short. The short denims, though, not the knee joints up here.
Damaris
They gotta cut the thigh.
Mall
If I sit down, I might show a little fur. Like them type of. You know, it's like, all right, that gentleman might be gay. That's all. I just like the denim shorts with the doc marten boots. You know, if they have the doc marten boots on, like the black with the denim sho. That gentleman might be gay. When they, like, super in shape. Gay men love the gym. Gay men gonna work out. They gonna look good for they man. Yeah. So, you know, if one of those dudes was to touch me, I would be uncomfortable too. That's all I'm saying. Like, don't touch me, fam.
Damaris
I feel like if any grown man touched your leg, you will be uncomfortable. He doesn't have to have Daisy dukes on.
Rory
Yeah.
Mall
He can have one of Nike tech. If that nigga touched my leg, I'm gonna be like, yo, fam, now I gotta kill you. And your man you came with. Don't touching me. Yeah, I'm uncomfortable. Yeah. As a heterosexual man, no man should be touching me.
Rory
I know. The case is petting. Shia LaBeouf is full of shit. There's no way he was sitting between two large gay men and they started grabbing his legs.
Mall
No, they might have, though.
Rory
He saw a gay person and yelled some shit he shouldn't have said.
Mall
Yeah, I could see that happening.
Rory
That's a thousand percent what happened. Yo, he was not just chilling and then just. Just.
Mall
Nah. But you don't know. He's a. He's a Hollywood actor. The guys probably saw know who Shia is. They probably. Probably thought he was attractive. They probably read he was gay somewhere. It's Mardi Gras. We're all drinking.
Rory
I don't think anyone's read that Shia LaBeouf is gay.
Mall
I mean, I think it was something like that about shy before.
Damaris
Yo, but also, I'm calling cat because a gay man not just gonna rub your leg. You, Shia LaBeau, he gonna rub your face. He gonna slide his hand down your face like this. If you shy a little.
Rory
I've never seen the shy of thus,
Mall
but slide his hand down his face like.
Damaris
Oh, like he gonna call him cute or some like that. Like they're not gonna just grab your legs. Like, I don't like that. Making aggressive. Like, no, he's going to stroke your face gently.
Mall
That's not aggressive.
Damaris
No, but you can. It can make you uncomfortable. But don't say they grabbed your leg.
Mall
Stroking your face isn't aggressive. Baby, if you on a date with a guy right now, he stroke your face. That's not aggressive to you?
Damaris
What he look like?
Mall
See? Exact.
Rory
See, if we were all, if we were all walking down the street and a man came up to you and went like this to your face, promise you mall and I would knock the dog out of you.
Mall
Like, oh, baby D. Oh, my God, it's so good to see you.
Rory
You.
Mall
That's not aggressive.
Rory
It would be hand to throat immediately. Like, that's aggressive.
Damaris
It's aggressive.
Mall
Yeah, that's what I'm saying. So I don't know.
Damaris
But at Marty Gr. Who is shy?
Mall
At Marty Gr. Acceptable. Nah, not for shy. He don't want the big gays touching him. He not rolling.
Rory
But all right. Anyone? Non consensually. That's big. That touches me. I'm going to feel like if, if Ronda Rousey grabbed my thigh, like, unconsenally, I'd be, I'd be scared.
Mall
No, I'd be like, yo, I'd be,
Rory
I'd be, I would be terrified.
Mall
I need to work on my goblet squats a little bit. Like, what I need to do. I would ask Rhonda, like, what I need to do in the gym. I would think she's saying, like, yo,
Rory
Ronda Rousey is beautiful. I'm just saying, unconsensually, somebody that can clearly beat me up, I would feel threatened.
Mall
Oh, so it's. Whenever you feel like you can be beat up.
Rory
If someone is unconsensionally touching me and I feel threatened, like, I. They would harm me. Yes, I, I, I feel threatened.
Mall
Okay.
Rory
Do you think you could beat up Ronda Rousey?
Mall
No, I don't.
Rory
So if you didn't want her touch and she touched you, would you not feel fear?
Mall
I would let her have.
Rory
She was going to take your manhood?
Mall
Yeah, I would let her have a Rhonda she could take. She could have a way with me. Rhonda, go ahead, man. Go. Go ahead. Get you some. Go ahead and get you a little.
Rory
I don't know how much of this we're gonna keep. This is just.
Damaris
No, I feel like this isn't that bad. And I'm A liberal.
Mall
Wait, what the baby d. What? You're a liberal? What the. Is happening?
Damaris
Yes, on paper.
Mall
Oh, God.
Rory
I'm the only liberal in this room. We don't know about Ryan yet, but I'm the only liberal in this room.
Damaris
Ryan's a liberal from California.
Mall
Oh, he's a big, dim, big D. Big Democrat.
Rory
Anyways, I did really enjoy this. This sh. Buff interview.
Mall
No, this was. This was dope.
Rory
I. I do hope he finds the piece. Piece that he's looking for. I hope he doesn't have to sit down for a while. But he said he's fine if he has to do that.
Mall
I believe him. I don't believe anything is wrong with Shia LaBeouf.
Damaris
Well, since we're talking about mental health, I wanted to get you guys opinion on. You know, we love to diagnose people here. Like, Rory has called people autistic and all of these things. Right? You. You did diagnose the game with autism.
Rory
I said he was bipolar.
Damaris
Both. It was definitely both.
Rory
No, I said he was bipolar.
Damaris
Oh, bipolar. Okay.
Mall
Okay.
Damaris
Well, since we diagnose people, I came across a tik tok. There was a young white woman shout out to her and her pain. And she was talking about her ex, her ex being a new NFL player, Tez Johnson, who got signed to the Bucks last year, drafted to the Bucks. And she was talking about the day that she got engaged and the day she got engaged. Everything was beautiful. She was in love. Yeah. A couple months later, his ex, you know, once his ex saw that they were engaged, blah, blah, blah, contacted her and sent her some screenshots of some things that he sent her on the day of the engagement. On the day of the engagement, Tez Johnson text his ex at 911 in the morning and said, need your throat.
Mall
Never forget
Damaris
need your throat. Never forget his alert at 9:11am he
Rory
didn't forget her throat.
Mall
No, he didn't forget her throat. Never forget.
Damaris
Day of his engagement, right? So text that goes on to plan the whole day, you know, proposes to his fiance, all of these things, right? He then. Then he then texts at the end of the day, right? 12:22 in the morning after proposing to his fiance. And she says, yes. He says, when can I nut in you?
Mall
And you like, I want to the ex girlfriend.
Damaris
To the ex girlfriend. Day he got engaged.
Mall
The day he got engaged.
Damaris
So before the engagement it was need your throat. Need your throat. After the engagement it was, when can I nut in you? And you like, I want same day, same day.
Mall
Thespian. What Were her replies she harder.
Damaris
Oh, she, she cut those. She harded the knee. Your throat and then she cut everything else out, I guess before she screenshot it and sent it.
Mall
Why they do that?
Rory
Yeah, no, let me see what you do. Let me see what you said.
Damaris
That doesn't matter.
Rory
You're right.
Mall
You're right.
Rory
Of course it doesn't matter.
Mall
She didn't know he was getting engaged. So you're right, I understand that. But like, just for context, just curious
Rory
what your reply was.
Mall
Curious what your reply is. That's all. But there's a reason you blacked it out, so. All right, cool. But he's wild. Let's start this. He's wild for that. Like on the day you getting engaged, you texting your ex and knead your throat and I wanna nut in you and what?
Damaris
When can I nut in you and fuck you like I want?
Mall
When can I nut in you and fuck you like I want?
Damaris
Laying next to your new fiance.
Mall
Laying next to your 5 hour old fiance. When you put it that way, yeah, he's tripping. He's wild for that. He's wild.
Damaris
Texting like that is wild. Period, like period, whatever.
Mall
Well, yeah, if that's our relationship, we have a sexual relationship. Yeah, that's a normal. That's a normal Saturday morning. That's how we do wake up, wake and bake. You know what I'm saying? That's how we do.
Rory
But then why get engaged if you feeling this way that morning at 9 11.
Mall
Maybe you should keep this wedding day engaged.
Rory
Like just hold it like for us to be like, you know what? I don't know. Today, maybe it's not the day.
Mall
Yeah, it's not the day.
Rory
Maybe eventually we could get there.
Mall
I still need her throat. Like maybe I don't need to have a fiance. Like goes hand in hand. If you need another woman's throat, you don't need that with fiance.
Damaris
Oh, why don't you propose to the one that you talk to like that? Because I would assume if you texted her like that. Because it's clearly just sex.
Mall
It's clearly just like that's my, you know, I need her throat. I don't need the rest of her. Nah, just the throat.
Rory
Well, I need somewhere to nut as well.
Mall
The throat.
Rory
Nobody said he's gonna. Not inside. Well, I guess maybe he's talking about the throat. Yeah, I thought he was talking more about her vagina.
Mall
When can he say when can I? When can I?
Damaris
When can I nut in you and you like I want?
Mall
Yeah, when Can I nut in you? The throats.
Rory
I've never tmi. I've never came in a woman's mouth and thought I nutted inside of her, but I guess by definition I did.
Damaris
Yeah. So sorry to my parents that are watching this.
Rory
Yeah.
Mall
I'm just saying he's. He's. Either way, he's wild for texting his ex that and he gets engaged. That's like fam. You. You got you living, like, multiple lives at this point.
Damaris
But is that, like the horror complex of like. Because I've had this conversation with men that I've dated where there were things. They were like. There's things I'm just not comfortable doing with you because those are things we do to horse.
Mall
Fine. Right. This is totally different. You're. This is the day you're getting engaged.
Damaris
But what I'm saying is, the issue might be is that he looks at his future wife or ex. Future wife one way and that other girl another way. Yeah.
Mall
With her just like his porn. His little porn star. They have great sex. It's just like a sexual chemistry.
Damaris
Married a porn star.
Rory
Why would you not want to slut out your wife? Some people don't.
Damaris
Especially in the South. Some people don't.
Mall
Some people don't. Yeah. Some people don't. Some people don't feel like they should be doing that to their wife.
Rory
And I mean slowed out in. In the most positive way and the most. If you want to be with this person. All right, so then you're just dedicated to a life of cheating some people. Because if those are your needs, which are fine. Consensually. Like what. Why wouldn't you want to do that to your girl?
Mall
But that's a real. Because maybe the fiance is not into that type of sex.
Rory
Oh, she's not. Then that.
Mall
That's what I'm saying. We don't.
Rory
Maybe that's. Maybe that's not your person.
Damaris
Maybe he don't want her to be into that.
Mall
Maybe he don't want her to be.
Damaris
Which is a. That's the conversation me and Ma are having. That's a real thing.
Mall
Yeah. A lot of people don't look at their wife and say, you know what? I'm.
Rory
No, we're all having the same conversation. I think that's insane that you would not want your life partner to explore whore sexually. I don't. I think that's very odd.
Mall
No, I hear you. I'm just saying he just shouldn't have gotten engaged. No, Like,
Rory
I think you should explore more with your wife. Than you would with a.
Damaris
But some. But some people are raised that good girls don't do these things.
Rory
It's a wife now.
Damaris
Women and men are. Girls just don't do that. We saw in the brothers where she was like, my mom taught me that good girls don't suck dick. Like that. That's a real thing. And it continues in the same. That's a real thing.
Mall
I remember a girl told me that one time and proceeded to eat me up like, I ain't never been ate up before. I was like, all right, why you lying like that? She was like, what, Now I don't trust you? Because now you know you lying. You knew that head was crazy.
Damaris
You ain't. That wasn't your first time.
Mall
It was not your first time. Like, in that. Like that. No, that wasn't her first time. Not that I care, but it's like she was being very, you know, like, she don't do this very shy.
Rory
Very like, oh, those are the ones.
Mall
Clearly.
Damaris
Those are the ones. Somebody tell you I don't do this often. They do it every day.
Rory
They do that.
Mall
But by bi weekly. They do that.
Rory
I guess you got. All right. I don't even know if it's a south thing, because. Rest in peace to Eugene Farrell. I'm. I'm so sorry, grandpa, for telling the story. He did tell me that Italian men don't let their wife suck dick because they kiss the kids.
Damaris
Kids.
Rory
And I was like, who wouldn't want their. Who wouldn't want their wife to suck their dick?
Mall
Yeah, that's. That's. I don't believe that.
Damaris
I believe it. I don't believe that sounds like something.
Rory
I believe that my grandfather's era. I believe that. But then I was thinking, like, well, all right, well, you said Italian. We're Irish, grandma. What the fuck?
Mall
There you go. That fast? We solved it that fast. Rest in peace, Eugene Farrell.
Rory
But no dead ass like you should want to slut your wife out. I. I think that's a. A pretty easy way to keep a marriage moving for the rest of your life and not be faithful. Like, you shouldn't. Look at your wife. She's a good girl. She's married and doing things with you. That's a good girl.
Mall
That's your little bucket now.
Damaris
Oh, that's. Is that what we're referring to him these days?
Mall
No, he's. She a wife, but, you know, so sorry.
Rory
So she just exposed this on the. The Internet and just.
Damaris
Yeah, she. She talked about it.
Rory
Receiver. We don't even particularly care for she.
Damaris
Well, she. She. I guess she had. She's an influencer. And at the time, her engagement was big and it was called off. Suddenly, she wasn't living with him. She wasn't married. So people were wondering, like, what the happened? And she came out. She was like, yeah, I have no problem exposing terrible people because since I originally talked about this, a bunch of other girls have come out and said, oh, well, I'm dating him. And this looked funny and this and this. And it's like, yeah, I don't mind when people, like, if you're gonna do horrible to people like that, I don't mind you getting put on front street. Like, I understand, like, keeping a pee, but. Nah, if you gonna play with people's, like, safety and emotions and, like, that. People need to out you as a terrible person. If. And there will still be women. You're rich. There will still be women who will date you. I'm not stopping you from getting.
Mall
I agree with you.
Rory
I. I just don't know if you're gonna get the response that you want. Like, no one's sitting here thinking about how she's feeling. We're laughing at the. We're laughing at the text.
Damaris
She has an audience, and her audience cares about, like, yeah, it's. Of course a bunch of men on a PO Cast is. Are gonna laugh at her. That's fine.
Rory
Well, no, I do feel like I'm. Yeah, well, I'm lying. I don't.
Damaris
Like, you don't care.
Rory
I'm not Demani. I'm not gonna lose sleep over it. But I mean, I do feel. Feel for her. Like, that's up. Yeah.
Damaris
I didn't bring it up for you.
Rory
At 9am on your engagement, you're saying, let me get that mouth.
Damaris
I brought it up so y' all can laugh at the text messages. That's why it was on the docket. All right.
Mall
Do we have voicemails?
Damaris
We do.
Mall
You've got mail.
Damaris
So Rory and Ma and Damaris.
Rory
I was looking at Saha shooting at
Damaris
J. Cole or whatever.
Mall
Like, and it got me to thinking
Rory
about, like, lyricists in the south, like, specifically Atlanta.
Mall
Like, was the audio good on that?
Rory
You know, Andre 3000 is the go to, but that's the name throw out
Mall
there just to make it sound like they know what they talking about. I really think about it.
Rory
I think Saha is a better lyricist than Andre 3000. Like, I don't know.
Mall
He has. He got the way doper lines.
Rory
Like, Andre can kind of play with his flow. Maybe a Little bit better, but bar for bar size.
Mall
Kind of getting Andre 3000 out of here. What y' all think
Rory
you hate three stacks so you can go ahead first.
Mall
I don't hate three stacks.
Rory
Atm.
Mall
I. I understand what he's saying. I. I don't. I get what he's saying. I understand what he's saying. 3000 probably has wider range when it comes to flow and things like that, but he's just talking about lyrics and bars. 3,000 got bars. But if you listen to Saha, like, and like, really a Saha fan, I ain't gonna say he better than. He's a better lyricist in 3000. But he's right there. He's right there. Like, he's not like, 3,000 is not gonna just wrap circles around Saha. He wouldn't wrap circles around him. Saha doesn't get that again. Saha doesn't have the material, the output that 3,000 has over the years. And that's my only narcissize. I wish he put out more music and dropped more albums because he would be in those conversations if people heard him more often. But to what this gentleman is saying, I'm not gonna say he's lyrically getting 3,000 out of here. I'm not gonna say that. But he is right there though. He's in that his pen can stand next to 3000 when it comes to bars and literally lyrics, without a doubt. Artist, artistry. That's another conversation. I don't know if he's the artist that 3000 is, but lyrically rapping. Just put a beat on and let these two MCs go. I don't know if 3,000 is going to wrap circles around side. I don't. I don't. I don't think that would happen.
Rory
These are like 11pm Barbershop conversations to me. When everyone's just running out of to talk about this is. It's the weirdest comparison Harrison ever.
Damaris
Why he bought up this. People talk about rappers from the south and best rappers.
Rory
If. If Three Stacks was in a different era and was trying to come up the way Sahai was, where he has to make the biggest statement on so appalled or like he has to do leakers freestyles. Do I think that three Stacks could do. Could rap the way Sahai raps? Like these two records that came out. Of course I think he could do that. He made records as whole life. That was his focus every time was. Was not. Unless you get. If you go through life and times of Andre Benjamin, like that's him. Rapping for four minutes straight just to show you I can do it. Like, it's just a weird comparison because it's different eras. Like, do I think King Los could rap with Nas?
Damaris
Yeah.
Rory
But I also think if Nas dedicated his life to rap the way King Los does, Nas could do a it better. I. I just think it's. It's an. It's such a weird comparison because they
Mall
both had different objectives, just lyrics.
Rory
But that's what I'm saying. I. Three Stacks always held, for the most part, a lot of his on unless it was the features on songs to 16 bar hook. 16 bars. Like he comes from that era of making songs and albums where Sai High has done that. Yes. But he's also in an era where people are just barring people the down now. So I just. I don't think it's a fair comparison.
Damaris
Okay.
Rory
To even like put those two in a category.
Damaris
Okay. But if you had to choose, gun to your head, who could rap better, who was a better lyricist, which is different than who can rap better?
Rory
Andre2000
Damaris
okay,
Mall
I understand. But this is what I do like though. I like the fact that people are slouch.
Rory
I don't want to make that very fucking clear.
Mall
I just like the fact that people are even saying that though.
Rory
Same. I. I do like that his name is. Because Saha does belong in the Atlanta.
Mall
That's what I like. I like the fact that people are even speaking about Saha. Like, because again, he's One of the MCs that should be spoken about. He's one of the rappers that we should be talking about. And his skills set, his songwriting ability is incredible.
Rory
So I just don't think lyricism always just lands on punchlines. I guess that's kind of my point because I still put lyricism and content in the same bag. I don't think everything has to be. And mind you, Sa has content. Like, for sure. I think Sahai should be brought up in the Atlanta lyricist top five conversation without question s with without question question. You could make a. A huge case if you want to get into ly lyricist bag in that. Yes, Saha is there. It's going to be a lot of Dungeon Family ti but Saha is right there, I think. I think Saha is one of the best lyricist, period. But yeah, I just. Three Stacks. He's just different though. He is.
Mall
But I just love to pack the fact that Saha is being, you know, giving his flowers. That's it, man. Just start talking about the. The. The. The real MCs the real rappers, the real spitters, the real bar writers, like, start. Let's start talking about them some more. I understand, you know, he doesn't have the. The music that some of these guys has, but the skill set is incredible.
Rory
But then again, with his era, I don't know, find me an album that can compete with no dope on Sundays.
Mall
Right?
Rory
Like, if you're going through a. A lyricist, this type of bag in the last 15 years. Yeah, there's good music on that album. It's not just rap.
Mall
Great.
Rory
That album is incredible.
Mall
Great music on that album. Shout out to Saha, man. Yeah. Before we go, we want to send a rest in peace to Oliver Grant. Power Power, one of the architects, one of the founders, one of the pillars of the Wuang Clan. We lost him last week, so we want to send the rest in peace. Prayers, condolences, condolences to Oliver Grant's family, condolences to the entire Wu Tang Clan, and thank you, Powell, for everything that you contributed to hip hop, everything that you gave the culture. And again, continued prayers and condolences to his family. Also recipes to Michael. 5,000 watts. We lost him, I think a couple weeks ago. Houston DJ founder Swisher House, one of the pioneers of Chopped and screwed out of Houston. One of the big, big pillars in Houston, hip hop. We lost him as well. So rest in peace to Michael Watts and prayers and condolences to his family.
Rory
And also before you get there, though, like, that's one that I think hip hop needs to celebrate a little bit more.
Mall
5,000 watts.
Rory
I've said for years, especially based off a lot of what Drake has done with the Houston sound. Come from. From Mike Watson.
Mall
Oh, no, for sure.
Rory
Like modern music, even from 808 with that dark comes from Houston. Everything that he was pushing when. Yeah, I can't say enough. And to Power as well. I mean, doing the woowear thing, I don't think. I don't even know if. If Rocaware gets to where it's at without opening up a woowear store in Staten island, of all places that you do that. Like, these are people that completely shift. Rest in peace to Nipsey. Everything we talk about with his marathon store starts with woowear and what they were doing in Staten Island. Absolutely independently as well. On the clothing side. Raekwon giving 10,000. All right, it. Let's try it.
Mall
Yeah, like, just showing us that it's possible.
Rory
2. Two people that were legitimate visionaries, that you can see their DNA in everything that we champion today comes with power and comes with. With Mike Watts for sure. And then, I mean, of course, Jesse Jackson, rest in peace.
Mall
Jesse Jackson. We lost him a couple. Couple weeks ago as well. Obviously, Jesse Jackson, one of the biggest pillars that we had coming out of the civil rights movement and everything that this country, everything that black people had to go through in this country. He was a big figure in voicing the oppressions of the black people and fighting for civil rights and for justice for black people in this country. So rest in peace to Jesse Jackson, and thank you for everything that you've given. Giving us.
Rory
I. I never met Jesse Jackson, but he walked past me once.
Mall
I wasn't Jesse. I was Al Sharpton.
Damaris
Yo.
Rory
All right, Skinny Al. When I was working for. I think this was the first week we had partnered with KWO Kev, Kevin Lyle's company. And I'm sitting at my desk, and it, like, faced the door of the entrance conference. First week of sitting there on my laptop doing social media for kwl, and in walks Jesse Jackson. I'm like, where am I right now? Staring at Jesse like, it's Jesse Jackson.
Mall
Jesse Jackson. Reverend Jesse Jackson. Also rest in peace. Catherine o', Hara, most notably known as. From the mom of Home Alone. She passed away last year. And also Robert Duvall, actor. Another actor that we lost. Some of my favorite movies.
Rory
You guys are telling me this in real time. I did not know Robert Duvall passed away.
Mall
Yeah, Robert Duvall passed.
Rory
Jesus Christ. Rest in peace. Yeah.
Mall
So rest in peace to Catherine o' Hara and rest in peace to Robert Duvall. Pairs and condolences to their families. All right, well, it was good seeing y'.
Damaris
All.
Rory
Quickly before we do get out of here, Jay Z and Biggs dropped another record. Listen, man, we just trying to get some pluses. Just us.
Mall
All right, well, if something happens, then, you know,
Rory
he just randomly dropping stuff on streams too.
Mall
Okay. I mean, you know, why not?
Rory
I'm not gonna say the name of the song, but
Mall
why not, man? Part of my white face.
Rory
I did appreciate that they did just put the actual name of the song on the arc artwork.
Mall
Yeah. Why not?
Rory
Because you could do it because you own that.
Mall
Exactly. It's his. His art.
Rory
So, like, I mean, should I stand outside Barclays now? Like, what do you think? What do you think is the best route?
Mall
I mean, you can if you want to. I don't know if you should, but, you know, if you want to go to the Barclays and just pitch a tent out there and just, you know, just sleep for a couple days, do your Thing.
Rory
Look, I. I just want to put me in the noseblees.
Damaris
I don't care.
Rory
Matter of fact, I prefer. I want to see the whole show.
Mall
We'll see. I mean, I. I mean, I would love to see Jay do a show at the Barclays. Just a reasonable doubt. Reasonable doubt show. I would love to see that, but I don't know. We'll see who.
Damaris
Rory got a. To get us a ticket. Like, I'm not going to lie. Like, if there's like an assistant or something who needs some whole. Like, Rory is ready to. For whoever. Whoever we got to do. Like.
Rory
I'm glad you put that much stake in me. I appreciate that I said some hole.
Damaris
Like, I didn't like, you gon have to get some butt up to like, a gay assistant.
Rory
The dick.
Damaris
Not going to do it, bro.
Mall
Yikes.
Damaris
Not going to do it.
Rory
I thought that was funny.
Mall
No, I didn't. On that note, we'll get out of here. We'll talk to y' all soon. Be safe. Be blessed. I'm that he's just ginger. Peace.
Damaris
No warrior now.
