ASMR is a huge market.
Zip
That's that for real.
Tony Ayo
You just chew and eat in the mic and people. You ain't saying nothing. You just chewing, eating food, you know. How many views is it called? Asmr.
Baby D
Asmr.
Zip
That's why I'll be listening to the dogs eat like that. So I'm probably into that.
Tony Ayo
Yeah.
Baby D
Wait, what?
Zip
You ever seen the dogs did this? They be. They'd be like gooseneck. Yeah.
Tony Ayo
Say what?
Zip
Chicken liver be having to spread. Them be getting busy.
Baby D
You. So you like the sound of dogs.
Zip
Them be crunching the duck heads and all that.
Tony Ayo
Oh, you talking about when they lay the plat out or food.
Baby D
Lay it out.
Tony Ayo
Yeah, yeah. Beef liver. Yeah. Cow tongue.
Zip
Yeah. But when they get the crunch, rabbit hole should be sounding fire. Rabbit foots.
Tony Ayo
Yeah, yeah, all of that.
Zip
Rabbit feet, quail eggs. Rabbit feet, yeah.
Tony Ayo
Nah, but it'll only be one foot.
Zip
But sometimes they have two. But they call it rabbit feet.
Tony Ayo
Yeah.
Zip
Rabbit foot.
Tony Ayo
That's a fact.
Zip
So be furry and all.
Tony Ayo
I started the clock already.
Baby D
So you like recording. I know. So you like asmr? I like asmr, too. I can watch.
Zip
I think I do like it. If it's that you don't.
Baby D
So you like watching dogs eat, but not humans?
Zip
I don't like watching humans sometimes. I like seeing girls eat.
Tony Ayo
That's why. That's. That's. To me, that's. And this is a perfect.
Zip
Girls is food that girls got all the restaurants open.
Tony Ayo
Nah, it depends on the girl, though. It depends on the girl, though. A lot of it depends.
Zip
When she with you, she won't eat.
Tony Ayo
Because I've. I've let a woman plan, like, where we gonna go, and we get there, and I'm like, that's when you find out everybody don't know what good food is.
Zip
So girls use green sauce, bro.
Tony Ayo
Man. Women pick restaurants. In my life, women pick restaurants based on how good the drinks are.
Zip
That's a fact. Because New Apollo. Cause of them Blue Hawaiians is popping.
Tony Ayo
Women pick restaurants based on how good the margarita is, how good the lychee martini is, how good the. I'm like, yo, you didn't look at the food. The main.
Zip
What they want to eat, what you want to eat. New Apollo, you just want a Blue Hawaiian.
Tony Ayo
Yeah, but that's what I'm saying. So women like aesthetic and drinks.
Zip
They make the chickens.
Tony Ayo
We wanna know, is the food good? Like, men lean towards. More towards. Is the food good?
BetterHelp Sponsor
Most.
Baby D
Most women, I tried to, like, fight with you, but most women, you just
Tony Ayo
like fighting women, baby. You can't fight that one, baby.
Baby D
I can't Most women do. I know. I look at the food. Cause I need to know.
Zip
Well.
Tony Ayo
Cause you can cook.
Baby D
Yeah.
Tony Ayo
You see what I'm saying? Okay, so now we're going into. You wanna go into that part of the conversation?
Baby D
Don't start.
Tony Ayo
Cause we could get there if you wanna get there.
Baby D
What you trying to say, get to
Tony Ayo
your women that pick good restaurants with good food is because they can cook. If a woman is all right, you know, the women, that's okay. They can make something. It ain't gonna be, like, incredible, but it's like, all right, that's edible. We can eat that tonight and watch baddies or something. You know what I'm saying? We could do that. But, like, women like you that really know how to get in there. And y' all pick restaurants based on the food. Actually, the food, yeah. Other women just like the aesthetic, the drinks.
Zip
Nah. But I just think about food that. That dudes wouldn't try.
Tony Ayo
Women like.
Zip
I stick to the script.
Baby D
What's your script?
Jeff T
Zip.
Zip
I. Steak and lobster.
Tony Ayo
So you surf and turf, right? So you know, you don't. You don't.
Zip
And you can that up.
Tony Ayo
You can definitely make a.
Zip
You can that up.
Tony Ayo
Definitely mess up steak and lobster all around the ball. Lobster. Too rubbery. Yeah, yeah. Too chewy. Yeah, you could definitely mess up surf and turf.
Zip
I stick to this. A cheeseburger.
Tony Ayo
Yeah.
Zip
Yeah, let's get to that. My brother's on that everywhere. He don't. He not switching. You just gotta tell a waiter. Don't be. Don't give him that.
Tony Ayo
Yeah, he.
Zip
Cheeseburger.
Tony Ayo
But do you know. Do you know the difference?
Zip
He might get, like, fried calamari. He might get that.
Tony Ayo
Yeah, but do you know the difference in a medium. Well.
Zip
Well burger? I didn't, but now I do.
BetterHelp Sponsor
Okay.
Zip
I used to think that was blood. I told Baby D that like, last week.
Tony Ayo
Yeah.
Zip
I can't wait to go get the medium rare steak now. You heard?
Baby D
Yeah. We had to explain it to.
Zip
I thought that shit was blood before,
Baby D
like, you know, the red stuff leaking out of your steak is not blood. The enzymes are turning. The enzymes in the meat are turning the grease from the meat. It's not blood.
Zip
All right. So my people from Mississippi, they on well Done Town. Well done was because black people used to get the bad meat.
Tony Ayo
Right.
Zip
They had to cook, make sure this was cooked.
Tony Ayo
All that poison out of it.
Zip
Yeah.
Tony Ayo
Get them worms.
Zip
It ain't like that now no more. And I'm saying. I wore some.
Tony Ayo
Yeah.
Zip
Medium rare.
Tony Ayo
I actually had. I actually had A good idea for me, is it? Oh, Lord, like, for me, like, for me to like, take Zip out, like to like a bunch of like five, like Michelin star restaurants and just all steakhouses. No Zip. It's different restaurants. It ain't no everything in the steakhouse Mediterranean. Yeah, I wanna, I wanna, I wanna change your palate. I wanna, I wanna change your palate.
Zip
Keep it real, homie. I ain't eating certain stuff, son.
Tony Ayo
Like what?
Zip
I don't play that falafel or whatever they.
Baby D
Oh, my God.
Zip
Eating that.
Tony Ayo
What is it called? Zip.
Zip
Falafa. I'm not eating that falafel. It's falafel. Zip that. Whatever it's called. I'm not eating it. Why not, though? That it tastes like a sponge.
Tony Ayo
But you got it now. Okay, I understand what you're saying, but it got to be cooked right, because
Zip
you can mess that up story, homie. To the main spot. This is the main spot. Blah, blah, blah.
Tony Ayo
I tell you, they didn't give you the sauce with it. The tzatziki sauce.
Zip
That's another thing. Sauces. I'm not really big on sauces. I'm a ketchup, barbecue sauce type. And then I see that, like, what's the name of them talking about, yo, the Chick fil a sauce is good.
Tony Ayo
I dipped the Polynesian. You wasn't checking for the Polynesian.
Baby D
Now the Polynesian, the actual Chick fil
Tony Ayo
a sauce, The Chick fil a sauce, mayonnaise.
Zip
They told me that was good. I didn't have some shit. And I tasted.
Tony Ayo
I was like, oh, that's just ketchup and mayonnaise. That's ketchup and mayonnaise.
Zip
That. All I want is ketchup.
Jeff T
Then.
Zip
All I want is ketchup.
Baby D
Then.
Jeff T
Yeah.
Tony Ayo
Chick fil a sauce is a smoky, sweet, tangy blend.
Baby D
It's honey. It's not honey.
Zip
Mustard, mayonnaise, Barbecue mayonnaise and ketchup. That's two good blades.
Tony Ayo
See, the mayonnaise is what throws me off.
Zip
That's not a good blend.
Tony Ayo
We talked about that before. Like, when you go talk, you heading south on. On 80 on 95. You hit, like, Maryland.
Zip
Once you hit DC, they put mustard on your.
Tony Ayo
They put mustard on burgers and all you go to McDonald's got tell them no mustard on the burger at McDonald's.
Zip
You got to tell them no mustard on it. That's a fact.
Tony Ayo
Once you get to D.C. i never understood the mustard.
Zip
D.C. and south is mustard.
Baby D
That's.
Tony Ayo
Yeah. Mustard on a burger is Crazy barbecue.
Zip
That is fire, though.
Tony Ayo
I ain't nah on a burger at the barbecue.
Zip
That is fire.
Tony Ayo
Mustard was just for the hot dogs. When I grew up, I never seen nobody put mustard on burger.
Zip
Grown on a burger. Yes, I did too. I'm sitting catching his eye at the
Tony Ayo
barbecue, bro, just give me some mayo.
Zip
The red is on the glizzy.
Baby D
Because, you know, McDonald's, that mustard automatically comes on the. Is on. Like your bun at McDonald's.
Zip
Nah, not here in New York.
Baby D
Oh. When I was growing up in Syracuse, it was always on.
Tony Ayo
Okay, sir, y' all might. That might be. Y' all might be.
Zip
That's like the same amount of time away from New York as D.C. though.
Tony Ayo
Yeah. Once you start spreading, like the blast radius outside of New York City, outside of the five boroughs, y' all start doing different shit at the fast food joints. But we are back, sponsored by Boost Mobile, unlimited talk, text and data. And we are now on Patreon, New Rory and Mall. Get everything. Rory Mall, Netflix, zippers over there, Major Galore's over there, money making Mitch is over there. And we back, man. So as the fans, as y' all can see, as y' all can hear, Rory is not with us today. Brother's not feeling good. So, you know, we got zip Netflix, zip. Filling in for him. And hopefully Roy will be back soon. But, yeah, the gang is here. We in the building.
Baby D
It's black folk.
Tony Ayo
Look, Baby D. Can't wait. Baby D. Can't. She can't wait till it's black in here. Juneteenth.
Jeff T
Yeah.
Tony Ayo
Yeah, it's Juneteenth all year for Baby D. Yeah, Baby D, what you did this weekend?
Baby D
I went up to Syracuse. I had to take my mother to a doctor's appointment. So I was up in Syracuse breathing, like, some fresh air, you know what I'm saying?
Tony Ayo
As soon as you get up there, you notice the difference, right?
Baby D
Yep. I mean, I bought a hookah and still, like, polluted my lungs, but, you know, I just sat on my back patio and smoked my new hookah.
Tony Ayo
So that's what it's gonna be. Now that you're not. Now that you're in your 30 day, no drinking. It's gonna be hookah heavy. You hookah heavy? No.
Baby D
Cause the hookah make you wanna drink the hookah mixed with the weather. Like, one plus one equals drunk. Like, I can't. So I'm gonna. I'm just gonna stay in the house. I'm gonna lock myself in the house, lock the door. I poured all the liquor out into the toilet and I'm just gonna. Just not leave the house and not drink one Zip here. Because every time I get here, Zip trying to give me a drink. Like, what's going on?
Tony Ayo
She on her 30 day reset. Zip.
Zip
You got respect drinking like a.
Tony Ayo
You gotta respect that. Yeah, you already wants that. Your first one.
Zip
Yeah.
Tony Ayo
Gone. Cup empties. Peace. Can you zoom in on that glass? What you got going on this weekend, Zip?
Zip
Ah, man, you know, same bunch of the same old man.
Tony Ayo
What's the same old moving and shaking?
Zip
Shingling.
Tony Ayo
Yeah, yeah, yeah.
Zip
Shangling.
Baby D
The do that mean bro
Zip
shaking and baking.
Baby D
Yep.
Tony Ayo
Yeah, shangling. Y' all know what shangling is?
Zip
Ripping and running.
Tony Ayo
Yeah, that's all to say. Shangling, ripping and running, dipping and dodging.
Zip
So it might be Paul's in 2026.
Baby D
Yeah, that sounds crazy. Shingalinga sound like sex. I know what ripping and running is.
Tony Ayo
Shingling.
Zip
It might have been some of that in the mix too.
Baby D
But yeah, shingling might have been you getting some pussy.
Zip
I be nami. I'm still trying to get my shit out the pawn shop. I feel like my was in a pawn shop 20 years. It was, yeah. I mean, she was in a pawn shop 20 years.
Tony Ayo
Yo, you know what I meant to hit you, Zip. I had saw. I forgot the.
Jeff T
The.
Tony Ayo
The young lady's name. She was talking to T. Grizzly and she asked him how long before guys locked up before he'll have like sex with a man or do something sexual with a man. I didn't even like stay to listen to the answer. I just was like, I don't want to hear this. But as somebody that did 20 years, like, I'm sure you've seen guys that you thought was like, nah, he, he's heterosexual. But then you find out later on during prison time, like, oh, he, he's not heterosexual. Or some guys that claim to be heterosexual and turned homosexual in the penitentiary. Is that something you saw firsthand or is that just like that people that never been locked up, they just try to run with that.
Zip
I don't know about out of town, like I be saying, right? But in New York, that ain't something that's real, like prevalent. Like if a doing that, he low with that. Like, you can't come around niggas. But the answer to that question, if she would have never like, you died jerking off, like you died beat off like, the fuck you mean? They got books, they got tablets. Now the girl can see you a little video shaking a little button, all that. I'm Shaking out to that.
Tony Ayo
Yeah.
Zip
You give me a thousand years. The hand is mad soft because of the grease and lotion and like that.
Jeff T
Like.
Baby D
Yeah.
Tony Ayo
Oh, my God. All right.
Colin Coward
So.
Tony Ayo
Yeah, so I mean, I always felt like that was just something that, you know.
Zip
Cause you got up north in New York. Like, that's why I was at New York. You got like, my father been in jail 45 years. My uncle just came home 45 years. Them ain't with no boys, right?
Tony Ayo
Yeah, I was the number. I always knew if they.
Zip
Them 45. I seen do 45, they don't mess with the boys. So what's the number?
Tony Ayo
Right?
Zip
The that mess with the boys is the. That just don't care. They would have messed with a boy in the street, right?
Tony Ayo
Yeah.
Zip
Circumstance.
Tony Ayo
But I always said that that was just something that, you know, people that never did time, you know, the oldest one is like, don't drop the soap. Remember that one was like, you can't drop.
Zip
They might have been back in the days. I ain't listen. I don't know the 80s and the 70s and the 60s in jail. Cause yeah, I remember when I was little, they tell you you go to spoff and they'll duke you in the butt. You heard?
Daniel Cormier
Yeah.
Zip
What? Like, what the you mean? They'll do what? Yeah, so I ain't saying that ain't used to be going on, you heard. Just by the time I started coming to jail, that was like, if you run around raping people.
Tony Ayo
Yeah.
Zip
Is not with you, homie. Like, it don't matter you did that to a lady or. Man, you fat, homie.
Colin Coward
Right?
Tony Ayo
And I'm saying, yeah. What was one of the first things like being locked up that you learned was like, oh, they lied to us. Like, before you did prison, like, real prison time. Like, what was one of the first things you heard? Like going in that you was like, I gotta look out for this. Or it's gonna be like this when you go in on it. Or it's gonna be like that.
Zip
Nah, they ain't lie, son. All that shit is real, son. Except for like maybe n duking you in the butt type shit. But everything else was real. Now I'm saying everything else they tell you is real. It's just, how you gonna put up with that?
Colin Coward
Like.
Zip
Yeah, what your tolerance level is? Like, them police, they be talking. If you spittle flying out they mouth all in your face.
Daniel Cormier
Yeah.
Zip
And I mean searching you credit card. Yeah, that is. Yo, Attica do some to you when they searching you. He was in Attica Yeah, I was an Attica.
Daniel Cormier
Yeah.
Zip
Damn. Attica do some to you. When they search, you take his hand right here, right? And he slide that up. Now I'm saying, the crack of your hin. Now I'm saying, make sure you ain't got none of that. Call that the credit card you heard.
Tony Ayo
You know, remember Nelly These orders at Master.
Zip
Remember Nelly did that in the video, the drill after that. That's what they call that, the credit card.
Tony Ayo
That's the black card.
Zip
Or is it? Yeah. And. And that makes you. And that should make you like it better. And they'll you up over that because
Tony Ayo
they think you're trying to hide something.
Zip
It's the flinch. They just want to wreck. They just used to want to get wreck on. So they. How you now? You put your hands on the wall?
Tony Ayo
Yeah.
Zip
The way you put your hands on the wall in Attica.
Tony Ayo
You.
Zip
You mad far down, no shoes on. You sliding, your arms shaking. You scared to death.
Tony Ayo
It's like you're doing a plank.
Zip
Yes, them will beat the out of you. And he whispering in your ear, if you fall, I stomp your head into the floor.
Tony Ayo
Scared to death.
Zip
And I'm saying. Cause you know, like, you hearing the story, you seeing niggas, you on the bus. It's three on the bus. They leaving Attica. Nobody got their front row. Like, oh, my God.
Jacob Goldstein
God.
Zip
More.
Baby D
That ain't funny. Zip got ptsd. He over here sharing.
Tony Ayo
I'm just. You know why? Because it's like you talking about Attica. So some of the most dangerous, reckless, Ruthless is there. So you hear Zip said when he get there, it's like, so now everybody is kind of shook up. It's like, but y' all niggas is gangster. Gangster.
Zip
I so niggas is gangster. Gangster. Because they got. I got the advantage. Like, I was like, oh, we eat.
Baby D
It's even.
Tony Ayo
Yeah.
Zip
And I feel like I could take advantage of this situation. We even. Me and you on the even playing field. I got the advantage.
Tony Ayo
Okay?
Zip
N. It ain't even there, right? They got the guns, nigga. You ain't got nothing, right? You don't have nothing. You come in there. You come in that spot, nigga, them niggas on bullshit. Off the rip, right? Off the rip. The niggas with the nasty cases. You know that. Off the rip. It's seven of y' all on the line. The. With the nasty case, they putting them at the back of the line. You gonna hit him. Beating that up before you, like, finish making your bed and all. That. That's a fact. I watch the store. Old man Griff, head full of gray hair. I watched that fly into the dome, into the garbage cans and all that. Knock that over like bowling pants. What he was in for, who knows. But it was nasty because he was white. And they don't do nothing to white people in Attica unless you got a nasty case. Like they will let a white boy stab the out of you in Attica.
Jeff T
You heard?
Zip
Respectfully, they'll let them. Like the white boys is the strongest in Attica in New York. And I'm saying. Cause like, the Ku Klux Klan got his hand. The Aryan got a table. The Italian, like all of them.
Baby D
Wait, so the clan and the Aryan Brotherhood, they don't. With each other. Like, it's separate.
Zip
That's a different. That's a different set. You got the. The 4 4, the dirty. The 4 4, the dirty dog. Then you got the 88. They hail Hitler now. I'm saying you got all them. Them. All them in the attic. You catch them at other spots. Yeah, ain't none of that. I'm saying maybe in the medium somewhere and all that, but the attic of is strong, homie. The police with it.
Tony Ayo
What's the one thing locked up that you feel like you missed when you did your 20? He was like, damn, I wish I was home for that right now.
Baby D
Like a moment. Because, like, I was.
Tony Ayo
Yeah, like a moment.
Daniel Cormier
Yeah.
Baby D
Okay.
Tony Ayo
Like being inside hearing about something. Because I know you'd have been tight if you was locked right now. The Knicks won the chip.
Zip
Yeah. I ain't gonna lie. I would have been tight for that. But, like, I missed the blackout.
Tony Ayo
Okay.
Zip
I missed 9 11.
Tony Ayo
I mean, they say never. They say never forget, so I understand that. But that's something that we wish didn't happen. So I. Don't you wish you was out for that? To experience that? Like, what you feel like you missed being inside?
Zip
Like 911 happened.
Jacob Goldstein
What year?
Zip
What year was that? 2001, right? Yeah, I was 19.
Tony Ayo
You wanted to be home to see that year.
Zip
I would have been robbing this. I'd have been in a jury store. Cleaning up, you mean? Yeah, I'm mad I missed that shit.
Baby D
All the posts in my head, I'd
Zip
have had a pillowcase, a laundry bag. I'd have been in jail. Everybody there, Everybody down. Get on it at 20. Get on the ground. Yeah, I'm mad I missed that blackout, too. Yeah, yeah, yeah.
Tony Ayo
Blackout.
Zip
Yeah, yeah, yeah. Get on the ground. I'm 22, then 03. I heard that shit was my mom's birthday. I was on a island. I was zip.
Tony Ayo
I didn't. I didn't think you missed it because you felt like you wanted to commit crime.
Zip
I missed all the times, like, you
Baby D
know what I'm saying? This nigga said I miss more opportunities to go to jail while I was in jail.
Zip
Like, I don't think I would have went to jail, though. That's the thing.
Tony Ayo
No, y' all never think y' all gonna go to jail.
Zip
That's when y'.
Jeff T
All.
Zip
When y' all do a crime sometimes.
Tony Ayo
You ain't never did nothing and knew you was going to jail.
Zip
I said I did say. I don't give a about.
Tony Ayo
Oh, no, that's different.
Zip
That's. I would've been in trouble.
Tony Ayo
You ain't never gotten a call.
Zip
All the police is in my head.
Tony Ayo
Yeah.
Zip
Ain't nobody gonna come here as somebody that was pillowcase up and let me get out of here, homie.
Baby D
Stop saying a pillow. You so old. I ain't seen nobody rob nobo with a pillowcase since, like, a cat burger.
Tony Ayo
That's the cat burger. They be creeping like this through the spot on your back like this.
Zip
Jumped in a yellow cab. That's a getaway call. Yellow cab? Yeah. You can't find that.
Tony Ayo
Find that in New York. Yo, this is crazy. As somebody that was out during 911 in the blackout, there was talking like, oh, yo, all the cops.
BetterHelp Sponsor
Isn't.
Tony Ayo
Ain't nobody doing that because all the stores were shut now.
Zip
Pandemic, too. I missed that.
Tony Ayo
But you just came home during the
Zip
pandemic, and it was over.
Tony Ayo
Okay, it was over.
Zip
Already had 50 cards,
Baby D
yo. Zipm so bad every week.
Zip
This is not true. It can't be true. You got 50, bro.
Baby D
People are going to jail now, and they're doing a lot of time.
Tony Ayo
Yeah, the time, too. Oh, yeah, because they're supposed to stop. Like, after a while, they was gonna stop investigating. I think they extended it another 10 years.
Zip
The that got puas. Them that was getting all them unemployment. So I'm talking about them was. I seen a. That had 30 unemployment calls, bro. Damn, dirty like a stacking them. She had a rubber band around them shits.
Baby D
Yeah, when they catch his ass, they locking him up for life. They not playing. You don't around with no government funds.
Tony Ayo
Yeah. Nah, the government wanted everything, bro.
Zip
All the chances to get the free money, man.
Tony Ayo
Well, you home now, and that's. That's a great thing. So we're gonna keep you home.

Tony Ayo
did you happen to catch the BET Awards last night?
Zip
I seen a little bit. I ain't really.
Tony Ayo
You ain't really tapping like that? Maybe they saw it.
Baby D
I've seen a lot of it. Yes.
Zip
I've seen the important Seen the most of it.
Baby D
I've seen the most of it.
Zip
I watched some of that Lauryn Hill. Like that Lauryn Hill tribute was the
Tony Ayo
Lauryn Hill tribute and I guess we could start there. The Lauryn Hill tribute probably was the highlight of the bet. Well, first of all, shout out to Drewski. I think he did a great job hosting to see where Drew Ski came from as far as being just a comedian on social media and posting funny skits to actually Making it to host the BET Awards is super lit. He's one of the dudes that I find is genuinely funny. His skits are legendary. He had the Joe Jackson one. The trailer for the Joe Jackson movie. Did y' all see that?
Baby D
Yeah, I saw that.
Zip
A little bit of it.
Tony Ayo
That shit had me crying. When them was like, can we go outside and play? He started acting like he was taking his belt off.
Zip
No, he always scores. Yo, that the old head.
Tony Ayo
Yeah.
Zip
With the young.
Tony Ayo
Yo, that Muslim. That Joe Jackson's trailer. That is legendary. That was hilarious. So shout out to Drew Ski. I think he did a great job.
Baby D
Yes.
Tony Ayo
Hosting. I know I've seen a lot of people on. Some people online had things to say. They felt like it was kind of cheesy. Yeah.
Baby D
Some people said it was a little bit too much. But, like, he's. He's getting into his flow.
Tony Ayo
Like, what else. What do people want from somebody hosting the BET Awards? Like, what do you. What do people want? Like, what is it that would make somebody not go online after the BET Awards and feel like the host did a great job? Like, what is it that people are looking for?
Baby D
Everybody's looking for something different. The BET Awards hosting has always been over the top. Remember Will and Jada were doing, like, therapy sessions, like Mr. And Mrs. Smith style. Monique was doing sketch. Monique pretended to be Beyonce one year. Like, it's always been extra over the top. That's how BET Awards hosting.
Zip
So.
Tony Ayo
Yeah, that's what I don't understand.
Zip
Don't all the award shows be kind of like that?
Tony Ayo
Like it's supposed to be. The host is supposed to entertain. He's supposed to be. He or she is supposed to be funny. You know, make light of current events and things that are actually happening. You know, whether you want to do a skit on that Drew Ski did. He came out with the hair out like Jay. You know what I mean? So it's like things like that. To me, I think that was what a host is supposed to do. Engage the audience.
Zip
I know Ice Cube wanted to die laughing when he did that. He was cool.
Tony Ayo
I wonder why. And I'm sure it probably is a conversation already happening. Why hasn't Ice Cube done a movie with Drew Ski yet? I'm sure that gotta be a conversation. Cause Drew Ski is the perfect character for Ice Cube movie.
Baby D
Yeah, but Ice Cube hasn't been doing movies yet.
Tony Ayo
That's another thing. Yeah, so he hasn't really been doing movies. He's more focused on business, the big three and all of that. Yeah, but Drew Ski is a guy that you can see because even when people don't realize when Cube did Friday, the first one, that was Chris Tucker's first real role. Like real role in a movie. Like that was his first look. Like Chris Tucker was just comic view Def Comedy Jam. Like he was doing stand up and things like that. He wasn't really doing movies until Cube did Friday and then obviously everything after that. Chris Tucker became one of the biggest
Zip
son getting so much money on social media, he probably don't want to do no movies. It might take too much, know what I'm saying?
Tony Ayo
But he's not. I mean, they don't pay like that. That skit he did with at the church, baby, we came here and talked about that, that had like over 100 million views. And we looked into that about how much X would pay you out for that. And it wasn't much.
Zip
I seen some where he made like 20 million or 30 million off what, whatever it was not from social media.
Baby D
Now he probably has friends.
Zip
It was cause they had him. I show speed. Who else? What was the other young.
Tony Ayo
They might, may have gotten brand deals
Baby D
and partnerships, actual getting video person, like actual impressions that he's not making that much money off of that. That's just an avenue for him to show his talents and get around. But he's not making money from the actual social media site, which doesn't matter. Like, honestly, like it doesn't matter. He's making plenty.
Zip
So you earn 14 million a year in a single year.
Baby D
Yeah. From Brandos.
Tony Ayo
It doesn't matter because if it gets you, if what you're doing on social media gets you to hosting the BET
Zip
Awards, I wouldn't want to get no more. I'm sticking to the script.
Tony Ayo
Yeah, it's like at that point, it's like, I don't care how much X paid me out or didn't pay me out. Like I'm hosting the BET Awards and that to me is, you know, is enough. But to the Lauryn Hill tribute, what
Baby D
did you think about the tribute?
Tony Ayo
I thought it was dope. I thought it was great. I thought that everybody that came out did a great job. I thought that it was, it was telling though. One, because it was probably the longest event of the night. Right. The longest segment was the Lauryn Hill tribute, fittingly so. I mean, you're going to honor a legend like Lauryn Hill, you got to make sure you do it right. But as I was watching that, I started feeling like, yes, we're paying tribute to a Legend and an icon. But looking at the newer acts, it's like, who, Who. Who is the next ones, though? Like, who are the next icons? Who are the next legend? Tiana Taylor, Shout out. She won the icon award last night. Shout out to Tiana. That's another win for Harlem. But, like, the best performances was from legends, like a Nas or, you know, paying tribute to d'. Angelo. Like, to me, I think R and B is in a great space. That's the one thing I noticed about the awards last night. As far as the new talent, R and B seems to be in a very good space. Rap, hip hop, it's in a dangerous space. When we start talking about the next 15 years, like, what is it gonna look and sound like? Who are we gonna be honoring?
Baby D
10 years, I've been thinking. 10 years I've been thinking about that. And honestly, like, I really was thinking, I was like, it's a chance that hip hop could, like, kind of, like, go extinct as we know it. It's headed in that direction.
Tony Ayo
I don't know about extinct, but it's definitely gonna. Hip hop as we know it or knew it is gonna change. Like, the people we start on. Like, we came in and we talked about best male hip Hop artists and Kendrick winning. Kendrick didn't put out much in the year that we talking about for this category to be. To win. I think he put out a verse with Playboi Carti, maybe last year, something like that. GNX was 2024. That's two years ago, and he wins best male Hip Hop artist of the year.
Baby D
Yeah.
Tony Ayo
That to me, is saying, like, all right, now we just. We ain't even trying to hide it no more. Like, yo, Kendrick. But he didn't put nothing out in the fiscal year that we're talking about with this official 2026 BET Awards show. You got guys like Don Toliver. We talking about that. Is that the quintessential hip hop? Is that rap? No, it's not. R and B, though. He's not singing. It's melodic. It's very melodic. But the music is hip hop.
Baby D
Yeah.
Tony Ayo
You know what I'm saying? So it's like, to me, I think hip hop as we knew it growing up is changing, and guys like Don Tolliver or Playboi Carti, and that sound, to me, is gonna become more prevalent in the coming years. Like when Nas came out to pay tribute to Lauryn Hill. I remember when that video premiered, if I ruled the world. And I remember that moment and how crazy it was, us watching The Nas going through Times Square on a flatbed with Lauryn Hill. And it was like, that was an iconic moment in hip hop. I don't know when the last time I saw any of these newer artists and felt like, damn, this is incredible.
Zip
Like, this is iconic because it's microwave, bro. It's not like NASA wouldn't be seven, eight months. And I'm saying, like, that tribute for Lauryn Hill, right? When the people come out singing Lauryn Hill songs, that music sound good, son. Because Wyclef gave her them beats or wherever they got them beats from. She had them shits for a year, two years with them beats. She made music to the beast. These go in the studio, they might have got a beat pack from a. They ain't listening to it till they got to the studio. Pour the liquor, roll up. Now they hiding a drug. So now you out of your mind. You only really know what's going on. You high, you drunk. Put the beat on. Oh, he gonna spit two, three balls. I stop if you see how these, like.
Colin Coward
I like.
Zip
I've been in there, record music, right? Some of these, I have 50, 60 lines with a. That stopped and started. Stopped and started stopping. That's why the music is the way it is, bro. There's no why I'm gonna learn this if you ain't learning, right? And I could listen to this and tell you ain't learning. We knew them back in the days. Them sat with them raps, they knew them raps. They gave it. When they gave us them raps. This was perfected. These is microwave rap. Took this 15 minutes to come up with this punches. Lil Wayne got these thinking they could punch in and sound good. No, he did that. And sound. You don't really sound good doing that, right.
Tony Ayo
I think it's also to a point where I don't know if any of these new artists are in it to be the best ever. Like, when you talking about Nas and Jay and Big and those guys, when they was rapping and writing rhymes, they was doing it to be considered the best.
Zip
Now, niggas just trying to get some money now.
Tony Ayo
They just trying to get lit, be able to take a little trip here and there, take a little chick on Instagram, have a vacation, wear some jewelry, buy drugs, you know, Buy some drugs, get high with the homies, buy a nice car, and that's it. Like, seeing Nas on that stage last night performing if I Ruled the World, like, literally, it was like, damn. Like, Nas is in his 50s.
Zip
Yeah. Hell, yeah.
Tony Ayo
But he still It's a aura about him. It's a glow about him. Like, this is hip hop royalty. This is, you know, one of the guys that we all looked at growing up. Like, his skill set is incredible. I just don't know if I feel like that with any of these newer guys that I'm looking at him like, damn, he has what it takes to be the next one. I just don't feel that from any of these rappers. Now, it's some guys out there, they got a nice skill set. They can rap, they sound good, but they don't have that glow. They don't have that energy around them that says they're gonna be here for 30 and 40 years doing this at a high level.
Zip
It's too microwave. Like I said, you got the DSPS, niggas is uploading 50,000 songs every day. And I'm saying back in the days when Nas put that if I rule the world shit out, you listened to that shit for mad long before you heard some new shit for sure.
Tony Ayo
You lived with it, right? You moved around with it.
Zip
It's not like that no more.
Tony Ayo
No.
Zip
Now, like I said, It's 50,000 songs a day getting uploaded on them DSPs is more muted. Is. I'm saying, like. Plus, you got the social media. Like, got songs right on their social media now. Like, it ain't like you ain't gotta wait for a clue tape to get nothing, or you ain't gotta wait for none of that. You just turn your phone on and you're gonna find some new music immediately.
Tony Ayo
But it's just rap, though, because I don't feel like that with R and B. I feel like R B is in a great space. Coco Jones looked amazing. Sound amazing. Tims, you can't punch it.
Baby D
Amazing.
Tony Ayo
You can't sound amazing.
Zip
R B, you really got to put the pin. You got to put your pin down when you doing that. It got to make sense. You understand what I'm saying?
Tony Ayo
And I think you also have to have a real skill set. Yeah, with rb, yeah, yeah, do that.
Zip
You got to write that. That gotta come. And I'm saying that you got to sit down and do that. With this new rap, the way it be going, I'm telling you. Send the engineer to tell you something. This is horrible, bro. Them go say two lines. He go hit the blunt three, four times. Chill. Niggas watch a video. Then he go say two lines. That shit is trash, bro. I don't give a fuck. That shit is whack. That's why the music is the way it is. That's. And they doing that everywhere, bro.
Baby D
The biggest hip hop right now sounds more like black people doing rock than it sounds like hip hop. Like, it's like y' all want, like, rock stars. Like, there's a whole bunch of, like, screaming and jumping up and down. And the musicality, it just leans more toward, like, rock or pop. Rock, rock. Like, it doesn't sound like hip hop, traditional hip hop anymore. And it just keeps we straying further and further from the light. So that's why I said, like, extinct. Extinct as we know it. Like. Like, when made fun of Nas when he said that hip hop was dead. Like, and it was like, nah, he was just a little early. Like, I understood. Like, now that I can look back, I can see exactly where the fuck he was coming from.
Zip
Like. But he meant rap and not hip hop. That's how I feel. I feel like he was a little off when he said hip hop is dead. Hip hop got his name from a song that wasn't a hip hop. A hippie to the hippie to the hip, hip hoppy. It don't stop. That is trash as far as, like, what we talking about, you know, I'm saying, talking about nothing. But that's where the genre itself got his name from that song. So when I say hip hop, is there how he said that when crank that Soulja Boy was popping, that's what was popping now. And this is why I'm hot around. When he said hip hop is dead, those are the songs that was popping. Hip hop was alive and kicking. That was doing good. Was doing good with just plain old hip hop.
Baby D
Where his point is. But that's where his point is, though, because it's like, this is where it's going. If this is where it's going, it's not gonna last long. But because I was younger at that time, I just thought the was being old haters. Because I was having a ball, cranking the. Out of that Lion King, that Spider man, that Superman. I was cranking all that shit. But when you look back, it's like we started letting it stray and letting it stray and letting it stray and still calling it hip hop. And it's like, ah. And now we're here.
Zip
I feel like it came full circle, like, because them real rap niggas strong arm hip hop from them party. The KRS ones, the Rakims, the G Raps, they strong armed that, like, I said, them was party hip hop or hip it to the hip.
Tony Ayo
But it was still partying. Back then you could do.
Zip
But what I'm saying is you could do songs like that not have no meaning to this now. We just party. And when it beat come on, we gonna have a little cadence going. You gonna want to rock your body and we out of here. You heard rock him with all this nice krs1 these mad nice. They strong armed it. Now you had to be like this for 12 years, 13 years, you had to be nice like these. You had to come from that. They say that's the golden era of hip hop. They call that the gold. So you had to be like that for 12, 13 years. And now here comes Soulja Boy. No, I'm. I'm back on this. I'm back on this party. I ain't really trying to be the most lyrical, but we had.
Tony Ayo
It was party. Like even when krsno, you had rob Bass, you had Biz Mark, you had Bismarck, you had kid and play.
Zip
But even when you. When raw bass, if you listen to what raw bases saying or he's not. That's not trash rap.
Tony Ayo
No, it's not.
Zip
He's really rap.
Tony Ayo
Yeah.
Zip
It just was a party.
Jeff T
Right.
Zip
You understand you still had to be in that vein and rest in peace. Yeah, rest in peace to raw bass. You still had to be nice. But they strong armed it from the party, bro. Right.
Baby D
There needs to be a balance of both. And I don't feel like there's currently a balanceable.
Zip
Ain't no real.
Baby D
I'm saying, like, it ain't even no party.
Zip
Hip hop, they just not mainstream. Them real rap, they ain't mainstream. But they still around. Benny and them, they still around. Them is around, but they just not. They not putting them. They not gonna be the front runners no more. You got the Travis Scott. If you make music like a Travis Scott type, then you could be mainstream. But if you make it like Benny, that shit ain't gonna be the.
Tony Ayo
I just think that it's just. It's a lot. I think the DSPS has a lot to do with it. Cause now any and everybody can just upload.
Zip
Anybody's a rapper.
Tony Ayo
Yeah. And I think that has a lot to do with it. But to me, the prevalent part that I think I noticed last night was R and B seems to be in a very good, healthy space. Looking down the line, looking forward. But to me, rap, hip hop, it's questionable, man. I don't see, you know, but even
Zip
the R and B ain't like it used to be neither though. As far as what I just don't Feel like the R and B hit the same like how it used to hit.
Tony Ayo
But they're still very talented vocalists. They're still very talented songwriters. Like when you see a Jasmine Sullivan or, you know, you see Timms, you see, you know, artists like that, her, you know, you see these type of artists in R B, you know, making music and singing and know that they can really, you know, get us get on stage with just a piano and a mic and command a room. You know, you look like, okay, like R B is in a good space. You see, when you see rap, it's like, you know, without all the bells and whistles and all the tricks of the studio and this, that, and the third. And then you listen to a guy just rapping and listen to what he's saying. It don't really hold you. It don't captivate you. Like when I first heard if I ruled the world, you know what I'm saying? It's like it's not the same. You know what I mean? It's like the skill set is not the same. The attention to the art and the craft is not the same for the most part. There's still, like you said, there's still some. Maybe you outgrew it. Oh, I'm definitely outgrowing rap. I've said that. So then that might be what it is.
Zip
Then maybe when they see. But outgrowing it because they might be telling the truth
Tony Ayo
to an extent.
Zip
Because it might be some young right now saying, like, what, you don't be listening to J. Cole or you won't be listening.
Tony Ayo
No, I listen to all of those guys.
Zip
No, I'm saying. But they might be saying, like, that's the feeling they get from them. Type of like, what the is he talking about?
Tony Ayo
But like I said, when you were 16, a.
Zip
16 year old might be getting that.
Tony Ayo
Yeah, from a.
Baby D
From a.
Zip
But estg or some. Whoever. You know what I'm saying? You might be getting that same feeling.
Tony Ayo
No, you're right. And maybe. But this, like I said, there's still some. There's still some that hold it to a high regard and that, you know, have a specific skill set that I. That I like when it comes to rapping and hip hop. But I'm talking about just on a general scale of just looking at the landscape of the rappers that are there. There's not many that, you know, I can look at and be like, all right, you know, they doing what they supposed to do. It's a handful. It's a handful of guys that I Listen to, and I know that. I can tell that they grew up listening to the right rap, and they're in it for the right reasons. They want to be considered the best. They don't want to just make money and do that. Everybody want to make money. You know what I'm saying? Everybody want to do that, but they're not in it just for that. You can spot the ones that still have a certain respect for the craft, but for the most part, man, you know, again, looking at the awards last night, the legends and the legacy acts are the ones that stood out and stood apart from the rest, where it was like, okay, that was dope. Like I said, the Lauryn Hill tribute, 20 minutes was the best of the night. The D' Angelo tribute. When you see here guys like, you know, vocalists like Duran, Bernard, and, you know, those guys, it's like, this is. This genre seems to be okay. They still have a certain respect for the craft and the skill set of R and B with rap. It's like they, you know, it's a lot of people that feel like they could just get up there. You don't know what they saying half the time. It's just a vibe. It's just the music. And, you know, they don't even want to. They don't even. A lot of these guys. But I can't expect them to know how to rap because a lot of these niggas don't even know how to talk. They don't even know how to speak. You know, somebody's got in there, interview you, like, what is he talking? He don't even know how to talk. So I definitely don't even want to hear what you rapping about. When I see you in the interview on a red carpet and you just like, yeah. You know what I'm saying? Yeah.
Zip
You know.
Tony Ayo
You know, they on heavy drugs. Yeah.
Zip
I mean, now, some of them niggas just stupid.
Baby D
Like, some of them is on heavy drugs, but some of them niggas really do not know how to talk. Everything is. And get. It's a. Every five seconds.
Tony Ayo
Like, only time they know how to talk is when you ask them what they got on.
Zip
All man, right now.
Tony Ayo
Yo, this Balencia, you know, Balencia on, you know.
Daniel Cormier
Yeah.
Tony Ayo
Nah, them niggas know when they come to town. Oh, so what you wearing, yo, you know, but little, you know, say 120,000 right here. Yeah. Anything other than that. Yeah, you know, I don't. I don't know, you know, or Maybach,
Zip
however you want to say it.
Jeff T
Yeah.
Zip
Like, oh, you smart.
Jeff T
Yeah.
Zip
When it comes to that type of. That type of.
Tony Ayo
But yeah. So I can't really expect to really like a lot of these guys. Like I said, they don't. A lot of them don't even know how to speak, so.
Zip
Hey, yo, how you felt about that though?
Tony Ayo
TDE president Punch calls out Drew Ski after a saxophone and started playing with sza. And Dochi ran out of time at the BET Awards to Punch. Is this Punch that said it?
Baby D
Mm.
Tony Ayo
Punch says this nigga Drew Ski weird for that sax stunt.
Zip
Well, he would have said that if it was somebody not part of his camp. No, they would have went over they time and the saxophone would have started playing. Because that's what he said. No, you go over your time. We playing the saxophone on you. So now.
Tony Ayo
And the saxophone is the sax from the Boys in the hood.
Zip
Get your ass out of here. So now if that would have been a ovo, then they would have hit him with the saxophone. Well, Punch would have made this statement right here.
Tony Ayo
No, he would have posted a bunch of saxophone emojis.
Zip
I feel like that too. I feel like this was mad corn, and I don't really say that about a lot of shit he got going on, but I feel like this right here was corny.
Baby D
I feel like they were the only ones that got sex, right? The saxophone.
Tony Ayo
I think so, yeah.
Baby D
I think Drew Ski was trying to be. Well, also trying to keep the show in line, but I also think he was trying to be funny in a harmless way, not in a comedian funny way. I think he was being funny. But I do think even if you think that, even if you want to be overprotective of your artist, which you should be, Even if you think that. I think that tweeting it is kind of like it's giving. Like you just you complaining. Like it's not. You know what I'm saying? Like you could think in your head like somebody was being funny and just take it on a chin. I don't think you need to tweet about it.
Zip
Ain't they from Cali too?
Tony Ayo
Dochi and them? Yeah, Dochi from Florida. She part of td.
Zip
But they be out there, they know what the horns is about. Boys in the hood.
Tony Ayo
Well, SZA said it. She said, I just realized that those horns were supposed to be, you know, the saxophone from, you know, the mean Boys in the hood.
Zip
Get about it.
Tony Ayo
But. But even Dochi Doji seemed to take it like she was like, I'm still going to gonna get my time. I'm gonna get myself. I got a new single coming.
Zip
So.
Tony Ayo
They seem to handle it well. Like, Dochi and Scissors seem to handle it pretty well. They understood weird in Cali. No, they take that personal, right?
Zip
That's how you can't. Like when he said Drew Ski weird for that. It's like, your homie. Why you call him that?
Jeff T
Right?
Baby D
Yeah. If a Cali call me weird, now we gotta fight, because I know how serious y', all, right?
Zip
It's like, that's like a Calling you a ass in New York. You a ass, homie.
Tony Ayo
What? Yeah, that's a fight.
Zip
And I'm saying, like, yo, that was some. All right, cool. I can respect that. That was some. I would. But, yo, you a ass for that. What?
Tony Ayo
Right?
Zip
You weird for that. Cali weird is scrapping that.
Baby D
That's a slur.
Zip
Yeah, that's a slur in Cali. You gotta fight for that.
Tony Ayo
Yeah. I mean, I get what Punch is saying, and I understand why he, you know, felt that way. But to Damaris's point, I think when you tweet that, I think that you. You're looking to, you know, get into that.
Zip
It's like, you hate on a Drew Ski nigga for him doing what he do.
Tony Ayo
Yeah.
Baby D
And Drew Ski don't have no.
Tony Ayo
I don't.
Baby D
I don't think know that Drew Ski has any ill will to him.
Zip
He tried to make it seem like it was some OVO shit.
Tony Ayo
Right?
Baby D
I don't. I mean, I don't know what he was trying to make it seem like, but I don't feel like Drewski had.
Tony Ayo
That's just Punch being a little, you know, I guess, overprotective of his people and, you know, his people that he worked with and he has personal relationships with. I didn't think he needed to tweet that, though. Like. Cause, I mean, Drew Ski. Drewski wasn't playing the sax. Yeah, it's different if he playing the sax, right? Like, I get it. Like, he.
Zip
I sure would have been more funny if he would have been playing the sax.
Tony Ayo
Yeah. But I'm saying, I get that he's the one that is the one that told the saxophone to start playing it. But, you know, just tweeting Drew Ski is weird for that sax.
Zip
Then I feel like when you go to these award shows, you gotta be like, might snap on you right now. I'm saying might do some. And I'm saying, like, I feel like it's all in the love of this. And I'm saying.
Baby D
But what I will say is I'm never mad at anybody being overprotective over the black women in their life. So you want to be overprotective over the black women in your life? Yeah, but people. I mean, but that don't. I'm not saying. I'm not saying he was attacking them. I'm just saying if you. If you want to be overprotective.
Tony Ayo
Yeah, but this ain't that. This ain't the environment to be overprotective. They wasn't being disrespected. This is Drew Ski. The BET Awards. It's just comedy. It's just being funny.
Baby D
Agreed.
Zip
Was punched in.
Baby D
I have no clue.
Tony Ayo
I'm not sure, because I'm saying, why he ain't.
Zip
Just keep my artist's name out your mouth. Yeah, Keep my artist name out your mouth.
Tony Ayo
Yeah. I didn't. I mean, I understood it, but, you know, I understand. I understand Punch feeling away about that, but it's. Come on, man.
Zip
That's his Will Smith.
Tony Ayo
It's the BET Awards, man.
Baby D
Yeah.
Tony Ayo
We here to laugh and have fun. It ain't that serious. Like, it's never that serious, but, you know, I get it. I understand. Again, shout out to Everybody at the BET Awards, 2026 overall. In closing, I do feel like this award show this year was better than previous.
Baby D
One of the best.
Tony Ayo
I feel like they got it right. I feel like things were. Things felt a little, you know, more attention. Organic.
Zip
It felt more organic.
Tony Ayo
Yeah. I felt like watching this. I was like, okay. Like, BET seemed to. I think they got it right this year, so looking forward to next year to see what they do moving forward.
Baby D
It seems like the artists. Everybody had fun, which is important because a lot of our artists can't go to the Grammys, and they're not gonna go to the Grammys or American Music Awards and have fun. Like, it's very stiff. You. You know, you got all these others around you. Like, you can't really move. And I feel like the BET Awards when I was growing up was just like, kind of like our night for our culture where everybody feels let loose. You see all the people you don't usually see. So I'm glad that they're trying to, like, get that energy back so that they can have more of our bigger artists come. And, you know, it can be as big to my kids as it was to me when I was growing up.
Tony Ayo
Yeah. And it felt like this year, they. They paid attention to that, and they tried to bring that. That energy back. So I respect that.
Baby D
Well, speaking of these young in rap and where it's going. You guys seen what's going on with Pooh? Icy?
Tony Ayo
I saw. So I did see that. But I also saw Zip had posted something on IG a few days ago. And I was laughing. He was like, yo, I'm not. I'm not wasting my free of niggas. Free this, free that. On Pooh Shiesty.
Zip
Yeah.
Tony Ayo
Because of him getting caught right back up. Coming home and being locked back up within six months, Something like that of being free. Maybe less than a year.
Zip
Six months.
Tony Ayo
Six months of being free. So now this has come out. More news on Poosheisty. Prosecutors have shared photos of Gucci Mane being held at gunpoint while Pooshey stands next to him. On Wednesday, June 24, the government filed its response to Pooh Shaggy's latest motion to be freed on pre trial release and that they argue that Pooh is a dangerous gang leader. In addition, they shared screenshots from video taken from the studio on the day Gucci Mane was allegedly robbed. One photo shows Pooh Shiesti's father carrying the contract that Gucci Mane was allegedly forced to sign. In another section of the response, an alleged victim in the case wrote a statement pleading with the judge to keep Pooh locked up, saying he is deeply concerned about what Pooh may try to do to him if released. Pooh and his crew were arrested in April and are currently awaiting trial. Pooh's Father and Big 30 have been released on bond while Pool remains in custody. They face up to life in prison if found guilty. Yeah, so I, you know, this is not looking good for Pooh Shiesty at all. And I believe they just. They had some screens, some. Some screenshots of a group chat.
Baby D
Writing in a group chat. Yo, I need like 6 niggas and 2 drivers willing to risk their freedom and all. A nigga like, I do it. I do it. You niggas are insane.
Tony Ayo
So they said the feds believe. Scroll up, Ryan. The feds believe that Pooh shy has over 100 disposable members. He can call at any time. And posted a text saying he needed six 30s, which the feds believe means six certified members. And then you see the text.
Zip
A hundred niggas, bro.
Tony Ayo
I need 6:30 for Saturday. Pulling up on plus two drivers. Plus two drivers. Somebody says, overstood. Another gentleman says, what we need to do. Somebody said, bet, bet. Got two bets. So it's two bets in there. Somebody said, I'm there. Pull up on him.
Zip
Where?
Daniel Cormier
Where?
Tony Ayo
I need to get to I'm there, let me know. I need drivers. It's not looking good.
Zip
This is why I don't say free poo shiesty, right? Because you come home from the feds, right? It's like, what is you too high in the feds to, like, learn what's going on around you? You don't know, like, anything. Like, you never supposed to say nothing on the phone that you ain't comfortable, like, hearing back, right? You understand what I'm saying? If you say that shit on the phone, then if I'm sitting in the courtroom and you play that, I don't care. I said that. This is the type of you on the phone saying you just left it fast, right? That's why I don't waste. I'm not wasting my food. Free poo shy. She's on there. My father been in jail 45 years. I'm trying to get him home. I press my face on the floor. I'm trying to get him home. But a hundred might. Better watch what they say about this out here. God damn. 100. So you got 100. That'll get, like, a lot of Memphis.
Tony Ayo
Yeah, yeah, yeah.
Zip
Yo, you remember before I was telling you, like, yo, do anybody know Pooh Shiesty father? Like, what type of. Yeah, remember I asked you that, right?
Colin Coward
Yeah.
Zip
And he was like, nah. They. We found out what kind of he is since then, though, right? Had been in jail for murder two three times. He knocking broads off whoever. Like, he don't care about life. Like, no wonder, Poosh. Like, he didn't stand a chance, bro.
Baby D
That's so sad, though.
Zip
Like, he didn't stand a chance, bro. His pops is a hooligan. Every sense of the word, bro. Like, nigga been in jail for murder two three times. I feel like you might got sending them shits in real life, they just caught you for them three. You understand what I'm saying, right?
Baby D
Zip. Didn't you go to jail for murder, like, twice?
Zip
No, I went for. I went once, though.
Baby D
So using your math, like, you know what I'm saying, right?
Zip
Yeah, yeah, that's how I feel. That's what I'm saying. Me. But, like, my experience in this ain't getting locked up for three murders. And he don't be putting work in. Yeah, yeah, that get busy.
Tony Ayo
Yeah, yeah, yeah. That ain't an accident.
Zip
Yeah, that wasn't no mistakes. This was a rap in DJs. Or they saying, oh, you don't want to play the music? Yeah, we don't want your D.J. something happened to the. That's the type of. He was going to jail for
Baby D
zip. Calling somebody a hooligan. That's how you know it's bad. Like, that's how you know. Like you.
Zip
Yeah, that. That.
Tony Ayo
That.
Zip
The real. That energy is familiar, you know?
Tony Ayo
Yeah. You recognize.
Zip
Yeah, I know that.
Tony Ayo
Yeah, I see that.
Zip
Right? I know that.
Tony Ayo
Yeah.
Baby D
Yeah. Pooh. He. He need to stay. Like, when people, like, free him now, he need to stay there.
Tony Ayo
It's just sad.
Zip
Look at this. The government also claims that he had a sexual relationship with his house arrest officer and that she was allowing him to break curfew, covered up, fail piss test and more.
Baby D
Let me tell you something.
Zip
Never mind.
Tony Ayo
No, tell me.
Baby D
No, no, no.
Tony Ayo
We want to hear it.
Zip
You know, the people want to hear it, Baby D. I forget that it's a mic, but the people talking.
Tony Ayo
What you would have did if you was Poo's house arrest.
Baby D
What I'm saying is I can understand.
Tony Ayo
I know. Yeah. I can understand.
Baby D
I can understand why she might have did what she did.
Jeff T
Yeah.
Baby D
What I have done.
Zip
Fresh out, perked up, crazy. That's fresh out. Fail piss sessions. What you think he was on? What you think he was on? I'mma keep it real. Let's say that was in and it's about heavy on some boxes and all of that.
Tony Ayo
I believe it.
BetterHelp Sponsor
Yeah.
Tony Ayo
I believe that.
Zip
Hell, yeah. You only had them talk. I heard. So I seen an interview this. Said he could make any word rhyme. That was the funniest I ever saw in my life. You saw that?
Tony Ayo
Yeah, yeah.
Zip
He said, I ain't never gotta stop. Was like cup in the rut in the truck. You ain't see that? Yo, my. I said, this is fried. And this is before all of this other. But that right there. I was like. I was like, ah, I know what kind of he is. He's crazy. That's how I said to my. When I heard that, he was like, I can make anywhere around when I never gotta stop. And he started going. I was crying like he's dead ass.
Tony Ayo
Yeah, yeah.
Zip
He was sitting there talking to that lady like, yeah, yeah, Patch rap chat. I get stacked. See, I ain't never got. You ain't start, yo, when you gonna start, yo? Like, yo, you ain't see that, Baby D?
Tony Ayo
Where you gonna start?
Zip
You swear you never saw that?
Baby D
No, I never saw that.
Zip
You gotta look that up. Oh, my God, that was hilarious. He told the lady, it don't matter what word you give him, he can make it rhyme.
Tony Ayo
Yeah.
Zip
And he never gotta Stop. And he proceeded right. Dr. Seuss.
Tony Ayo
Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah.
Zip
Cat in the Hat type shit. Yeah, yeah, yeah.
Tony Ayo
Like that F. Today, though. That fits Today rap.
Zip
No, it don't. Yes, it do. It was sounding horrible, bro, but a
Tony Ayo
lot of this sound like that.
Zip
Nah, son, he don't rap like that, though.
Tony Ayo
No, Pooh don't rap like that. He can actually.
Zip
He make good songs, man. That was wild.
Tony Ayo
Well, that's the sad part to me about this whole thing is that he actually has talent and had a lot of energy, put out a great record coming home. And for him to be, you know, go back down for these charges, it's like, you know, this is somebody that had some promise. He had some. He has. He had an opportunity to really do some. Some major shit. I think that somebody like him, he would have gotten to the streaming shit. He could have made a lot of money doing that. Like, they love Pooh Shiesty.
Baby D
Well, not if he ain't get the fuck about that motherfucking slave contract he was in, y'.
Tony Ayo
All.
Baby D
You know what I'm saying? Like, he.
Tony Ayo
Listen, I get it. But even in that. Even in that, you have to maneuver the right way, because now you in a real slave contract. If you get life in prison,
Zip
the fucking government. The Constitution says slavery nor involuntary servitude shall exist in the United States or all the surrounding territories unless. Unless one has been duly convicted of a felony.
Daniel Cormier
Right.
Zip
So they convict you of that. That slave amendment kick in for real?
Tony Ayo
That's what I'm saying.
Jeff T
Yeah.
Zip
That's how that go.
Tony Ayo
No, but this is for somebody who was under that contract for 20 years.
Zip
I let you when you on island. That slave amendment don't kick in, I don't really care.
Tony Ayo
Right.
Zip
All right, homie. Once you get sentenced and all that, I start. See, you're a slave, right?
Tony Ayo
But.
Baby D
So they had you making signs and writing our Bob.
Zip
License plates and like that? I did that. I murdered the mother.
Baby D
How the you make a license plate?
Zip
Well, I don't know. Them shits come, we ain't got no paint on them. I used to run them through the machine and get painted and all of that. I swear. I got my birth date on that says zip. And my birthday, 1981. Word of movie. I stamped that on the back of my shirt. Wow. I pull that out the machine, put that on the back of my shirt. Word of the movie. Damn.
Baby D
So happy you free.
Tony Ayo
I'm so happy.
Zip
I appreciate that. Saying that to me. I appreciate that. Like, you keep trying to go back,
Baby D
but Like, I'm so happy I don't
Zip
be trying to go back. You. What you just said you wish you
Baby D
was out for Covid, the blackout and 911 so that you can.
Zip
Yeah, but I mean, I was in then. I mean, I don't think I would have went back.
Tony Ayo
You learned your lesson.
Zip
Yeah, I'm good.
Tony Ayo
Yeah.
Zip
That jail, so.
Tony Ayo
Yeah, baby. Dude. So, yes, Pooh Shiesty's contract, he may have felt like was, you know, a deal he didn't want to be in, but this deal with the government is a deal he ain't gonna want to be in, so you gotta.
Zip
He ain't gonna wanna make no deal. It's bad work, man.
Tony Ayo
It's a terrible situation, man. Again, from a guy, from a young man that had a lot of energy, a lot of potential to make a lot of money, to do a lot of good things, and to be jammed up in this, you know, situation now.
Zip
He said he came home to 3 million.
Baby D
That's it.
Zip
He didn't get a chance to spend that. That's it.
Baby D
No, I mean. I mean, I feel like it's come
Tony Ayo
home to three kids.
Zip
300.
Tony Ayo
Yeah.
Baby D
No, I'm not saying 3 million is a lot. I'm saying for. I would hope that he would have more, like. Because of, like, Back in Blood. During the pandemic, you couldn't hear. You couldn't go anywhere and not hear. Back In Blood. That was like Song of the Summer at one point.
Zip
But you and I believe that nigga.
Baby D
See, that was why I knew he had a career, because I believed him. When I heard that song. I said, I believe him.
Zip
Before I knew Pooh Shiesty was coming home, I was on YouTube talking shit one night.
Baby D
Night.
Zip
And I was like, yo, let me check. And so I had checked the site that, like, show you how much money and, like, it was like two, three months before he came home, he was getting like 245, 000amonth just off of YouTube.
Tony Ayo
Shisty.
Zip
Yeah, but that's going to. They saying that's going to Gucci and them. So I'm saying like 360.
Baby D
He get a piece of everything, even.
Jeff T
Yeah.
Zip
Even after you was gone for two, three years, however long he was going, he still was getting240,000amonth over YouTube. So the good months, that might have been a million, some change. He come home to 3 million. He don't even get to spend that. Bro.
Tony Ayo
Bro, it's sad.
Zip
He don't even get to spend that. He back in the can and they gonna jam him for this. Gucci is telling like they. He's making songs about it. He made statements about it. It's crazy, bro.
Tony Ayo
But does Gucci. Because you said Gucci's telling, right? Is he not taxpaying citizen?
Zip
Yeah. You think Gotti ever paid taxes?
Tony Ayo
John Gotti?
Zip
Yeah. They locked him off a tax evasion, so clearly he ain't pay all of them. Right, but do you think he ever paid any?
Tony Ayo
I think he paid some.
Zip
All right. So there's that.
Tony Ayo
Yeah, there's that.
Zip

Tony Ayo
Do we have.
Baby D
I love the way you carefully spoke on that. Yes, we do have voice.
Tony Ayo
You've got mail.
Zip
Hit it, Ryan.
Tony Ayo
What up, pod? Joe Va. Two up, two down.
Zip
So here's the situation.
Tony Ayo
I was having sex with my girlfriend at the time, and she slapped me in the middle of sex. And it turned into a wrestling match. Best sex I've ever had in my life. Question is, how do you present that to the next girl? Like, do you say, hey, slap me during sex?
Baby D
Or.
Tony Ayo
I don't know.
Zip
That's it.
Jeff T
That's the question.
Tony Ayo
Me first.
Zip
Yes, of course.
Baby D
Take it away.
Tony Ayo
You can go first.
Zip
You gotta start wrestling first, homie. Yeah, you gotta, like, play fight first.
Tony Ayo
Yeah.
Zip
Now, I mean, yo, you butt. I mean, you gotta start having sex.
Baby D
You can't just before.
Zip
Before the sex, I'm saying. So you gotta, like, start it off like that. So.
Tony Ayo
Yeah.
Zip
Know what I mean? Because it might not be no way to, like, introduce.
Colin Coward
Like.
Zip
You can't tell her, yo, smack the shit out of me. Like, I'm not.
Colin Coward
Yeah.
Jeff T
No.
Baby D
Well, what if she gets scared with the play fighting?
Zip
Girls always, like, play flighting, though. It seem like. Like they just seem like they like you. Yeah. Like they.
Tony Ayo
If they, like, don't have a little
Zip
reputation, like, oh, yeah, a tough guy. Oh, you ain't tough. Like, come on. Here we go with this.
Jeff T
Yeah.
Zip
Gangster Boo. Here she go. Gangster Boo. Mushing a. Yeah, yeah.
Tony Ayo
She texting you.
Zip
She like, come on.
Tony Ayo
She doing everything she know can't do.
Zip
Yeah, everything.
Tony Ayo
Everything she know can't do.
Zip
Die for.
Tony Ayo
Yeah. She do it to you?
BetterHelp Sponsor
Yeah, yeah.
Baby D
No.
Tony Ayo
That's how you make sure a not
Baby D
gonna beat your ass. Like, if you start dating a boxer, like, mush him and see how he react. That draw back. Get the up out of there. See, you gotta do that in the first date with boxers.
Tony Ayo
Yeah, but that's muscle memory. You can't be mad.
Zip
Yeah, you can't really.
Tony Ayo
You spend hours in the gym.
Baby D
Remember not to whoop my ass. Yeah.
Tony Ayo
He doing all this.
Zip
Do this a million times.
Tony Ayo
12 hours in the gym. Every day you start doing that. And that's his reflex. That don't mean he gonna hit you. He just trained like, yo, chill. Like, you know what I'm saying?
Zip
I gotta fight next month catching pool.
Baby D
Yeah.
Zip
You better stop.
Tony Ayo
Stop playing with me like that.
Zip
Mother told you, don't be.
Tony Ayo
Yeah, I don't know if you introduced that, though. I think you just have conversations and ask, you know, the girl, like, yo, you into that? Like, you into like the little rough housing, you know, foreplay. Like, you like that? Because some women like that. Like, they'll, you know.
Baby D
But a lot of women like that and won't come out and say that because there's a preconceived. Because there's a preconceived notion about a lot of things. Like, there's a lot of things sexually that women don't feel comfortable coming out and saying that they like because there's preconceived notions. Like, if you like that, you must be this type of woman. You might not have those preconceived notions, but a lot of men do.
Zip
Same thing with a. If you tell a bro, you want to be like, would you be trying to take.
Jeff T
Right, right.
Zip
Trying to take something right, right. You know what I'm saying?
Tony Ayo
But what's something. Now, I ain't going to lie. I remember a girl told me one time, like, she was like, she was really into anal. Threw me off. I was like, word. Like, cuz, I never. That was like the first time I ever had a conversation with a woman where she was like, she's really into that. And I was like, word. Like, how you. How did you even find out that that's what you was into? And she said just from like, you know, masturbating and playing with herself. She's like, it just like felt better when she had something inserted anally and had the vibrator on her clit. So I was like, oh, okay, that's
Baby D
a Chili's triple dipper.
Tony Ayo
That's what. I never saw that on the menu. The Chili's.
Baby D
They sell that at the Chili's Triple dipper.
Tony Ayo
Chili's triple dipper.
Baby D
The vibrator on the clit with the, the. With the vaginal insertion and then like also the anal insertion. It's the Chili's triple dipper.
Zip
It's a lot going on.
Tony Ayo
The chilies. Is this.
Jeff T
Is this the real.
Tony Ayo
Okay, so this is the official chili triple dip, but we got sliders, mozzarella sticks, mozzarella ball, something and.
Zip
And chicken Chili's triple dipper is mad
Tony Ayo
mozzarella now and triple dipper.
Baby D
The point is, Ma, did you judge her for that fairly a little bit?
Tony Ayo
No, I didn't judge. I didn't judge her, but it was just like, oh, I Was kind of like, okay, you know what I'm saying? Like. And she was like, you know, she. It's with guys. She doesn't know how to introduce that. And then she said, it can go both ways. She said. Cause she introduced it with her ex. And then she said, and then that's all he wanted.
Baby D
That's all he wanted.
Tony Ayo
And I was like, now I got different conversation. I got different questions. Like, I said, that's all he wanted out there. She was like, yeah, like, he wouldn't even. Like, damn, they wouldn't even touch my vagina. Needless to say, y' all know me, right?
Zip
Thinking you thinking's a moop. Like, if you don't like, now he just want to hit the heiny.
Tony Ayo
I'm not gonna say he a mook. I'm not gonna go that far. But it is. I mean, even she said it. It was a little like, yo, like, you don't want no vagina, like, no vaginal play at all, like, anymore. Like. And she said she had to kind of, like, slow him down. Like, yo, like, no, I don't tonight.
Jeff T
I'm not.
Tony Ayo
I don't want that tonight.
Baby D
I'm sorry.
Jacob Goldstein
I'm sorry.
Tony Ayo
Like, he wanted butt.
Zip
He wanted.
Tony Ayo
Cause you know, the butt. When she on a cycle, the butt ready?
Baby D
Yeah.
Tony Ayo
Butt open for service. I'm just saying, like, you know, that's what she was into. That's what she liked, and that was her ex. And. But she did say it did become a thing where that's all he wanted to do. So it can go either way. Like, you know, it could kind of to baby.
Zip
Watching too much. Be on the. Be on the Internet. Watching them girls go crazy and be
Baby D
like, yes, porn brain has rotted. Rotted men's minds really badly. Really badly.
Zip
I think the girls, too.
Baby D
Oh, women's for sure. But a lot of people don't talk about that. It's not the little boys. Women's minds have been rotted by porn. So many women are just performing during sex. They're performing what they've learned from watching porn. They're not pleasured at all. It's performance.
Tony Ayo
Now, I've had encounters with real porn stars. And one of the things. And one of the conversations I had with one of them was when they date guys, some of the guys mistakenly think that they. The way they seen them perform in videos. That's what they want in their personal life.
Jacob Goldstein
Yeah.
Tony Ayo
And then I went on to say,
Zip
no, I'm saying I ain't gonna.
Baby D
I mean, that's What I hired you for.
Zip
If you know how to do this already, like, what the fuck? But that you already know how to do it. But this ain't a regular girl where I'm trying to, like, put your leg up. Hand that back hand right.
Baby D
You already.
Daniel Cormier
You.
Baby D
That's probably not pleasurable for her, all that extra stretching and that she's doing. That's for a movie scene. It's like a stunt. Like, I don't want to go do the stunts. I don't want to throw myself through a window and roll in real life just because I know I'm doing it for a movie and for a check.
Zip
You better not never tell me to say, let's get to that. Your life. Then
Baby D
be telling you that. Zip. Go and get the out. I've had enough of you. I've had enough of you.
Zip
But you better. I never say let. Say, let's get that. I ain't said it. I down. They be all that say, let's get to that. Out of here. You don't want to work.
Jeff T
You don't want.
Zip
I got to work out of here. I sub that. I don't know how to say that out here.
Jacob Goldstein
Yeah.
Zip
I'm about to start. I'm glad they been telling me this. I'm about to start using like that. I don't do that.
Baby D
I'm not going to make laugh in real life. Like, not.
Zip
I can make them laugh otherwise. I ain't saying that. That's work.
Tony Ayo
Yeah. I get paid for that.
Zip
Yeah. You going to do it?
Tony Ayo
Do what?
Zip
I saw you turn around. Legs all.
Daniel Cormier
All.
Tony Ayo
Yeah.
Zip
Toes east, Toes west. Face south. Piney north. You could do that. I saw you do it.
Tony Ayo
Oh. Oh, my God, man.
Baby D
Why you got to be considerate when you have a partner, you have to be considerate of what feels good to them.
Zip
Nah, I'm just talking shit.
Tony Ayo
No, I know you just talking, but
Zip
if I had a porn star. Porn star.
Tony Ayo
Yeah.
Baby D
They're humans, though, so if they're still girls.
Tony Ayo
Girls.
Zip
But I can do a couple dollars do that. It don't make no sense for me to have a porn star if I can't have the porn star experience.
Tony Ayo
Yeah, Yeah. I feel he making sense. I struggle with that. Yeah.
Zip
But I don't want. I don't want.
Baby D
Maybe she has an amazing personality.
Zip
First of all, you got to be a brave ass to date a porn star. Like, that's a girl. Yeah, that's your girl. You a brave.
Tony Ayo
Why is that? I'm just asking. Why is that?
Zip
Come on. Well, no, Explain it.
Baby D
I want to know your reasoning.
Zip
You see the they be with huh the you brave. Who you think you is? Hey, who you think you is, homie. You saw that. That's how you, that's how you got that's how you learned about.
Daniel Cormier
Yeah.
Zip
You brave. You think you could just follow up? Yeah, like I'm, I'm, I. She said pull up. I'm going. You a brave.
Daniel Cormier
Yeah.
Zip
Oh man.
Baby D
She was to the best of the best.
Zip
Yeah. She seen everything. Yeah.
Tony Ayo
No for sure out of here.
Zip
You heard what she did the, the, the chili. The trip.
Tony Ayo
She called it the triple chili dip.
Zip
The triple chili dip. But she did that in real life. What you could do A lot of
Baby D
women like that's the thing men think like men value like big dick so much. Like a lot of women like prefer like they going men what men think that women like are they're very like this whole big dick thing. Like that's just like such a huge thing. Like when most women like the average woman like that's where boyfriend dick comes through. Like we, we don't wife the with the huge porn dicks. Like we don't wipe them. We like we wipe the with boyfriend dick dick. You could take every dick. So like it's you know, I just, just have more. You know. Don't be insecure about that because you saw her take some 12 inch.
Zip
No, I'm just saying like I ain't insecure. I'm a brave. I don't give a what you did. I don't care what you did.
Tony Ayo
I'm pulling up.
Zip
I'm about to do some. Yeah, that's how I feel. I, I, I ain't worried about what you did. Yeah. Whatever you did ain't got nothing to
Tony Ayo
answer this gentleman's question. Yeah, don't. I guess you can't introduce that to other women but it's a way you do it, I think. Don't just start acting like play fighting like out of the blue like.
Zip
Yeah, don't tell her story.
Baby D
Just like second tell her the story.
Daniel Cormier
Yeah.
Tony Ayo
Okay.
Baby D
Like I like how he just told it does.
Jeff T
Yeah.
Zip
Tell him.
Baby D
I feel like safety with that type of thing comes when you guys have the non sexual intimacy down. Like you guys are really safe with each other in a non sexual way. That's when those kind of conversations can be had.
Zip
But like when you just chopping it up.
Baby D
Yeah. Don't introduce that with somebody you're not comfortable non. You're not comfortable with non sexually like you have to because that's That's a safety thing, especially with women. You talk about, like, even if it is just simulating violence, like, you talk about violence with women. Like, not every woman is into that. And you need to be able to introduce that. And her being able to turn you down comfortably and you being able to take the rejection comfortably without it ruining everything. And if y' all don't have that.
Tony Ayo
That.
Baby D
That intimacy non. Sexually, it's gonna go bad. So just make sure y' all are very close, but you're. Before you introduce that or pay somebody to do it to you. Either or. But don't do that with a girl you only been with for two dates.
Tony Ayo
Yeah, nah, definitely. I think, like, you said, have the conversation with her. Like, yo, you know my ex girl.
Baby D
You know, she.
Tony Ayo
We was into this. This type of things we like to do. Like, you into that.
Zip
They got those on the Internet too. Them being a ring, wrestling with the broads and all that.
Tony Ayo
The strong women.
Jeff T
Yeah.
Baby D
With the oil and.
Zip
Yeah, I don't like that.
Tony Ayo
Yeah, no, I'm not r. I scroll. Yeah, yeah, yeah.
Zip
I'm out of there. I don't like that.
Colin Coward
That's.
Zip
I. I ain't into that. They smack me.
Baby D
You ain't never been smacked by a bad enough. If you get smacked by a bad enough, you ain't.
Zip
Whoa, whoa, whoa, whoa, whoa, whoa, whoa, whoa, Tiger. Was that. What was that?
Tony Ayo
Yeah, I might eat it, but don't let it happen again. Yeah, like, I eat it. If she bad, like. All right. Don't do that again, though. We not.
Baby D
But it don't got to be a hard smack. It could be a soft smack.
Zip
A soft smack is not even a smack then.
Baby D
No, but it's still a smack.
Zip
Like a hospital.
Baby D
Like, you don't feel the sting like, you know what I'm saying, For five minutes after. Like.
Tony Ayo
Yeah, if you slap me and I like it's. It's sting like my. And my ear ringing a little bit. Hold on, fan.
Zip
Like, what the. Yeah, like what? I was supposed to do something. Ain't doing like this hurt do no.
Tony Ayo
What I forgot to do.
Zip
Yeah, I was supposed to do something.
Baby D
How you got PTSD from your child?
Zip
I had an errand I was supposed to run.
Tony Ayo
Yeah, I ain't take the chicken out the freezer or something. Yeah, no, you ain't just slapping me like that.
Zip
Yeah, I ain't into that, but yeah, if.
Baby D
It also depends on how much a woman likes you. If she really, really likes you, you might introduce it to her. You might introduce it to her. But let her ask for it first. Don't just flat, woman.
Tony Ayo
Let us. Any type of. I think any type of kinky, you know, things like that. It's like you got to let the woman, or like I said, just have a conversation with her and, you know, talk about what she like and don't like during sex. And you introduce that into the conversation. Like, yo, me and my last girl, you know, this was kind of cool. We used to do this.
Baby D
Don't say. Oh, don't tell me me and your last girl used to do. Don't say that.
Tony Ayo
Why?
Baby D
Don't say that.
Zip
So we could just say your girl popped on me one time.
Baby D
Do it a different way. Just say. Say. Say that you. You are into that. Like, just say you're into that and you don't mind that. Don't bring up what you and your last was doing. Because now I feel like me and you ain't been doing that. You and your last was doing it and you liked it. So now the whole time we've been having sex. No, I was wishing I was doing what the last.
Tony Ayo
No, no, no. So you went too deep.
Baby D
Not a smack. I'm telling you how women think.
Tony Ayo
No, but that's what I'm saying. Sometimes y' all think too far. That's not what it's saying. I'm saying she was into that. She introduced it. And that's just something that we did. So now we're having a conversation about the things that you like like, and the things that I like don't.
Baby D
But you could just tell me what you like without bringing up what you and your ex did. Like, if. If a woman was sitting up there, that's the worst.
Zip
Semantics. Because if I tell you that I like that during sex, then clearly it was another lady that did this.
Baby D
Yeah, there was another lady, but it's not you and me and my ex. You don't even got just the. You got it from. Let me. Let me figure. Let me. If you like getting choked, let me. Because you might think it was sex, I'd be different. Somebody had.
Zip
Nigga had his foot on my neck one time doing some to me or something. I'm saying maybe you think that. I don't want you to think that. I want you to know that a lady slapped the out of me one time during sex, and I liked it and it was on.
Baby D
Yeah, but that's like me sitting up here like a woman that is dating you more sitting up here saying, like, yeah, like, you know, my ex used to, like, bend me over and, like, put his foot on my head, like, when I was in doggy style. And I really like that. Like, could you do that to me?
Zip
Yeah.
Tony Ayo
You said yeah.
Zip
You talking about tonight?
Jacob Goldstein
Yeah.
Zip
Watch this shit. I seen that in the book before, too. I've been trying, waiting for you.
Tony Ayo
No, I'm not responding that way, but I don't want to hear that. You're right. I don't want to hear.
Baby D
That's all I'm saying.
Tony Ayo
But you went way more into detail than I was saying. Like, you was like, yo, he used to do this. And I really like that. I didn't say all that. I just said, yo, me. Yo, me and my ex, girl. You know, that's something that we did,
Baby D
and you liked it.
Tony Ayo
Not saying that.
Zip
Yo, I liked it.
Tony Ayo
And I'm just saying that was something that we did, and you would like
Baby D
for me to do it to you.
Tony Ayo
I didn't see. I didn't say that. I never said those words. You keep adding words to the salad.
Baby D
The conversation is how to get the new girl to do what you used to do with the old one. That's the conversation we had.
Tony Ayo
Not necessarily try to get her to do what I used to do with the old one, but introducing the conversation of. I was never into that Play fighting, rough housing, you know, during foreplay, whatever. Did it with my ex, girl. And it was, you know, it was cool. It was part of our love.
Baby D
A bitch slapping the. Out of the love of my life while she riding him like that. Like, I would go to. I would wake up out of my sleep, like, in a cold.
Zip
I was just saying that to myself when she first said, don't. She's a tiger. It's like a tiger. Like, that's it. It's not. It's none of that. Don't tell her about the last time. Don't tell about the last time.
Baby D
Not if there's a chance we could get married. Like, if we. Like, on the type where we. There's a chance we could get married. I don't want to hear that. Tell me you like something. Don't give me the visual of how it.
Zip
What happened, Tiger.
Baby D
I want to figure out how you definitely Tiger tight.
Tony Ayo
Do we have another voicemail?
Baby D
No, we don't, but we do need to talk about some NBA stuff, and I need y' all to explain it to me because they said, I don't know. I just read Draymond turned down 27.7 million. I don't know what that means. Can I explain that?
Zip
He declined that all right, so he gonna go get a new deal. But he declined that 27 million and make room on the roster because the NBA got levels, right? And so you, you, you, you want to stay on a certain floor, you're gonna be having, you're gonna be paying out the ass in luxury tax. So by him doing that, declining that 27 million, he could come back on a veteran minimum and then they probably could go get another veteran like LeBron. I heard talks about the Anthony Davies and Anthony Davis going over there. So like that's, that's for the team. He already made probably $200 million playing basketball in his career. You know what I mean? Opt out of that.
Baby D
So there's a chance that Draymond, Steph, LeBron and Anthony Davis could all be on the same team.
Zip
Yeah, the senior citizens, that'll be a senior citizen squad.
Baby D
The Transformers and the Avengers. Because the Knicks won the chip is weird.
Zip
I don't think that, I don't think that should be enough in the west anyway. But I'm saying LeBron is a difference making. In my opinion, he'd be a difference maker. But oh, LeBron, Steph missed like 30 games last year. I don't think Anthony Davis played 30 games last year. Jimmy Butler missed. He gonna miss a lot. It's a lot of like, it's a lot of going on over there that I don't know. You know what I mean? I mean, it'll look good. They sell a lot of jerseys. LeBron will sell a lot of jerseys. They make that money back.
Tony Ayo
But I don't like it for a number of reasons. I just don't know what it again. I don't think this guarantees them a championship.
Zip
No.
Tony Ayo
At all.
Zip
It doesn't.
Tony Ayo
I think they still will have a tough time in the West. It's just too much buddy ball shit going on.
Baby D
What's buddy ball now?
Tony Ayo
You my buddy. Let's play. Let's play. Let's play the season together. Let's travel. 82 games. Let's play 82 games. Same team, same locker room. Let's laugh, let's stream together.
Baby D
He mad.
Zip
We just other options. Staying in la. Like, I mean, if he don't go to Golden State, we'll go back to Cleveland. Go to New York.
Tony Ayo
What? Retire.
Zip
Retire?
Tony Ayo
You not gonna. This does not guarantee. So what are you playing for now?
Zip
Fine. Because he likes to play.
Tony Ayo
Yeah, it's a lot of niggas that like to play basketball.
Zip
They can't though. They not nice. They can't go get you 25 a night. I like to play, and I still will go get you 25 a night, six rebounds, six assists. Any team I'm on, I could do that on. I like playing.
Tony Ayo
I just don't think that. I think that this is just. Again, it feels like ring chasing. And I don't think at this point in LeBron's career he needs to chase rings. I think his. His legacy is cemented. He's one of the greatest ever. Like, I just. This, this. This to me just feels like they had a conversation this summer in the group chat and was like, yo, let's shake up the NBA and let's all play on the same team next season. And, and, and just watch everybody just try to go get one.
Zip
Because Golden State won one like two, three years ago. Like three years ago, right? Yeah, they won one three years ago.
Tony Ayo
So anytime you got LeBron and, and, and, and Steph in the same locker room, you got a chance of winning it. That's just two of the greatest.
Zip
But they old though, son. They don't play enough. I'm saying LeBron pieces around them. Steph don't play enough games to me, bro. I don't know if Steph gonna play enough games.
Tony Ayo
Yeah, but I. Steph don't play enough games because he's probably worn out because he has to push himself to carry the team. Now, when you add a LeBron and you add an ad to what you already have, that's not.
Zip
Nah, but he not that kind of player. He not the ball in the hand type of player like that. Anyway, Draymond is running the offense.
Tony Ayo
Yeah, but this is what I'm saying. When you add potentially a LeBron James.
Zip
So somebody else is running the office. He never ran the office over there.
Tony Ayo
He don't need to.
Zip
He never did it. That's what I'm saying.
Tony Ayo
He's had success.
Zip
He's still gonna have to run around running off them screens and all.
Tony Ayo
He's still gonna have to do a high level. He can still do that at a high level. He can still catch and shoot.
Zip
Nah, the best ability is availability. He missed like 30 games last year. That's bad basketball, bro.
Jeff T
But.
Tony Ayo
Yeah, but he missed 30 games wide teams because there was nobody there. He didn't have it. He had to carry.
Zip
He had Jimmy Butler with him.
Tony Ayo
Yeah, but that's not. Jimmy Butler is not. He's not going to take a lot of the pressure off of you. You're not going to double team Jimmy Butler a lot. You're not going to double Jimmy, you're
Zip
not doubling LeBron no more.
Colin Coward
Nevo.
Tony Ayo
Certain situations you might have to. You see what I'm saying? I just think that it's just when you add them to the. To the mix, it makes them a legit title contender.
Zip
No, the fuck it don't.
Tony Ayo
The Warriors.
Zip
I'm saying legit title contenders. When you say that right? When you say title contenders.
Tony Ayo
I think they'll be in the Western Conference finals with that team healthy.
Zip
I don't think they beat the spurs, and I don't think they beat okc. They make it to the Western Conference,
Tony Ayo
but that we contending. I'm just saying I think that they can contend.
Zip
I don't think that. That's what I'm saying. I don't think.
Tony Ayo
I think that lineup healthy. They go to the Western Conference finals, and that's all you want to do is go to the conference finals.
Zip
I don't think them niggas make it there.
Tony Ayo
I didn't think the Knicks was going to make it there.
Zip
That's bad thinking.
Tony Ayo
Why is that?
Zip
Because the Knicks. The Knicks was busting ass all year. The Knicks did great all year. The Knicks had no. The Knicks, everybody was hurt. Tyrese Halliburton was hurt. The main nigga on Indiana was hurt.
BetterHelp Sponsor
Hurt.
Zip
The main on Boston was hurt. And I'm saying, why? Why? Why wouldn't the Knicks make it to the conference finals if they. If.
Tony Ayo
Well, I had them going to the con this year.
Zip
That's what I'm saying.
Tony Ayo
But I'm saying, like, I didn't think that they was going to go all the way and win it all.
Zip
So once they get to the chip, right? I'm saying, I told this in February, in December, when they play San Antonio for the cup, if they go to the chip against okc, they don't win it. It's not Nicks in five. I don't feel like that if the Knicks win that they would have won a game seven. That should have went all the place over. I seen Indiana go seven games with them niggas, too. So, like, I felt like the Knicks could have won seven games with them niggas, too. But San Antonio, I told niggas they can't beat the Knicks. The Wings stopped the Wings. Mikhail Bridges, OG Anunoby, they was bigging at everybody on the spurs except for Wimby.
Tony Ayo
So you don't feel like this team, this Golden State warriors team, potentially, with LeBron and AJ, they too old?
Zip
Hell no, they too old. Niggas is young. Lamelo ball just Went to Minnesota.
Tony Ayo
I don't think they're doing nothing right.
Zip
And so. And I think that's bad things. Anthony Edwards went to the conference finals two years in a row, and then he missed it last year. But that nigga's conference finals every year. He got Lamelo. He off ball now. He don't gotta play on the ball no more. That is about to be crazy over there, I think.
Tony Ayo
Yeah, but you just said the best ability is availability.
Zip
Yeah.
Tony Ayo
How many games Lamelo miss?
Zip
He be missing games.
Tony Ayo
All right, so back to what we was just talking about. Now you saying what I was just saying. That's all I'm saying.
Zip
But did he miss as many games as stat?
Tony Ayo
No.
Zip
All right. He played 72. He played 72 games last year.
Tony Ayo
Last year. Best ability is availability.
Zip
I'm done. I need mellow. Mellow. And ain't that's the best backcourt in the league? I don't care what nobody say. I don't got to see nothing. That's the bed. Lamelo want to pass you the ball. He want to do that before.
Tony Ayo
It's gonna be fun to watch.
Zip
Yeah, dangerous. That's a dangerous thing.
Tony Ayo
It's gonna be fun to watch and
Zip
fake know how to get to. He know. He fake know how to get there.
Tony Ayo
It'll be fun to watch. I just don't know if they got enough though, yet. They gotta see what the rest they do with the rest of that roster in Minnesota. But, Yeah, I. If LeBron, I. I don't know, I just don't like it. I don't like him going to Golden State.
Zip
I don't like. I don't like LeBron going to Golden State neither.
Tony Ayo
I don't like it. I just. It's just, you know, I just don't like to. Again, it feels like you ring chasing and again, I don't feel like.
Zip
What? You want to go to Cleveland?
Tony Ayo
No. I don't know, man. I think just stay in la, finish it out. Finish your career out in la, Retire in la.
Zip
Stay with Bronny.
Tony Ayo
Yeah, stay in LA or retire. Go out. Have a chance to go out on a high note, you know, still being able to play at a high level. You don't want to go out on a losing note. And your numbers are the worst days that they've ever been in your career. All career lows across the board. Like, I just, you know, I don't. If you could go out and you was like, damn. When he retired, he was still averaging 20 plus and just that. I think that's how you want to go out. Cause like I said, this doesn't guarantee a ring. Now you wearing another jersey for another dynasty franchise. The Lakers is a dynasty franchise now. The Gold State warriors is a dynasty franchise. You know, it's just like, you just. It's, you know, again, that's.
Zip
When did that change? I thought you had to win three in a row to be a dynasty. San Antonio changed that rule.
Tony Ayo
I think if you win three in a certain amount of years, if you win three in five years or four years, I think you're still a dynasty.
Zip
So San Antonio, the ones that changed the rule then? Because before, you used to have to win three in a row to be a dynasty.
Tony Ayo
Yeah.
Zip
LA was the dynasty. Chicago was the dynasty. You had to win three in a row to be the dynasty.
Tony Ayo
But if you went three and four, I think you're still a dynasty. I think so. And definitely, if you get there four out of the last five years in a row, you know what I'm saying? Like. Cause you could be a dynasty and not, you know, win it. Just getting there four years in a row.
Zip
What if Jaylen Brown go to Houston, though, with Kevin Durant?
Tony Ayo
That's gonna be tough. That'd be tough.
Zip
I like that better than Golden State, too.
Tony Ayo
Yeah, that'd be tough. But again, availability. How many games did Kevin Durant miss last year?
Zip
Not a lot.
Tony Ayo
He played most of the year.
Daniel Cormier
He's playing.
Tony Ayo
Yeah. I think you put KD and Jaylen Brown on the same team. I think they caused a lot of problems out west, too. He played 78. No way.
Zip
Including the playoffs.
Tony Ayo
KD didn't play in the playoffs last year. This year? This last season. Houston went to the playoffs.
Zip
Yeah, they went.
Tony Ayo
How many games did he play? One game. Two games in the playoffs?
Zip
Yeah. He played 78 games in the regular season. Word, nigga. Missed three. Four games. Games. Four games.
Tony Ayo
But he didn't play in the playoffs, though, right? Why they did go to the playoffs, though? He got hurt going into the playoffs?
Zip
Yeah. The first game or the second game? He came back the second and then sat out the rest of them shits. Right. You get Jalen Brown over there for Thompson. Yeah, for Thompson.
Tony Ayo
All right, y'.
Zip
All.
Tony Ayo
Well, Zip, thank you for filling in today for Rory, man. I appreciate you pulling up. You'll get better, Rory, as. As always. Yes. Prayers and, you know, healing to our brother Rory. Hopefully he's. He's feeling better and getting better. If not, though, we'll still be here holding it down for him, and we'll talk to y' all soon. Be safe, be blessed. I'm that nigga. He's just ginger. That's Netflix. Zip.
Zip
No worrying now.
