It’s our last New Yorker of the Week episode. For now. We know. We’re emotional too. After many long voice memos, Google Docs, budget spreadsheets in a notes app, and one dramatic “are we insane?” conversation, we’ve decided to put the podcast on pause. Making this show has been one of the most joyful, creatively unhinged, time-consuming, and financially questionable things we’ve ever done. And we wouldn’t trade a second of it.What started as two Brooklyn comedians with microphones and delusions of grandeur turned into something we’re so proud of. Our friendship grew in ways we truly didn’t expect. Wolf...watch out. We are closer than ever and yes, we are still comedy wives. To everyone who listened, DM’d, came to live shows, requested feet pics, came on as an unhinged guest, or told us “hey - you guys have something here," we love you. And to everyone else... we have a list with your name on it. This episode is a love letter to the show, to New York, to you, and to the version of ourselves that said, “Sure, let’s start a podcast” but hey... sometimes the most New York thing you can do is pivot.GIGANTIC SHOUTOUT TO OUR DEAR PRODUCER SEAN! Truly, what a gem of a human. Thank you all for spending your Thursdays with us. We’ll see you around the city. XxxLove us? Hate us? We cover Nora’s recent Bahamas trip where there was somehow no food, debate whether we’re cruise or land people, and assign ourselves roles in the event of a plane crash. Productive. We spiral about what we’d do if we had no jobs, gush about our love for Alone and The Traitors, and yes, celebrate Jill Zarin getting cut from the RHONY reboot. Some news simply heals a city.New episodes every Thursday. Rate. Share. Subscribe. Call your mom.Love us? Hate us? Just in time for Valentine’s Day, we’re joined by New Yorker of the Week Emma Haberman, a New York City–based licensed psychotherapist, for a grounded, thoughtful conversation about love, dating, relationships, and how to approach February 14 without fully spiraling.Emma Haberman, LCSW, is a therapist who works with individuals and incorporates somatic (body-based) therapy into her practice, helping people better understand their emotional patterns, nervous systems, and internal responses, including how those show up in dating and relationships. Her work blends insight, compassion, and practical tools for building more awareness and self-trust.In this Valentine’s Day themed episode, we talk about:Why dating and relationships can feel so activatingWhat attachment styles actually look like in real lifeHow somatic therapy helps you understand emotional reactionsRethinking Valentine’s Day in a way that feels authenticApproaching love with curiosity instead of self-judgmentIt’s reflective, accessible, and exactly the kind of conversation you want in your ears while navigating love, dating, or simply being a person with feelings.🔗 Learn more about Emma and her therapy practice at https://www.emmahaberman.com/💘 Follow New Yorker of the Week for new episodes every Thursday⭐ Rate, review, and share with someone who’s “fine” about Valentine’s Day (but not really)Love us? Just us this week! Hanna is deep in post-vacation blues, Nora is recording under the soft glow of Ambien because it was a late night, and yes, once again, we somehow end up talking about doctors. At this point we’re not not a medical podcast. The main event: we phone in two very important people Ross and Becca, to finally answer the question plaguing us all: are you breakfast, lunch, or dinner? We break down what meal Hanna is, what meal Nora is, and the pros and cons of it all. And on that note, Head to our poll on Spotify (if you're not here already) and tell us what meal YOU are. We need this data for personal closure.

So who better to give us the real intel? From hopping gay bars, to dancing in the streets, to partying down the Jersey Shore, Rox truly does it all. This is boots-on-the-ground reporting from the Garden State itself.Tune in as we leave New York (emotionally, spiritually, and geographically) and learn what’s really going down in the dirty Jersey. This week’s Just Us episode starts with a formal, heartfelt, and legally unnecessary apology to New York City doctors everywhere. After talking a lot of shit in past episodes, we’re lightly walking it back with a very specific ode to Hanna’s former therapist, Robert (we hope you’re well, king). From there, things unfold as they should: Hanna considers joining a choir, Nora reflects emotionally on a chicken she once ate in Germany, and we unpack the truly important cultural questions of our time. Including but not limited to: J.Lo’s bacon, egg, and cheese order, how many times Kim K really took the bar, and whatever else fell out of our brains that day.No guest. No structure. Just accountability, nostalgia, and two wacky NYC ladies. Enjoy! Love us? Hate us? Iconic. Genetic excellence.Tune in as we talk with the Curtis women about SoulCycle, the culture of fitness in New York, what it’s like to build a wellness legacy together, and how they became the most fit, hottest mother-daughter duo to ever walk into a studio.
