"It's not about the end goal."

In today's solo episode, I share with you the insights on the quantum leap that I experienced in 2024. If you don't know what a quantum leap is, then give the episode a listen, I explain it in depth. I am sharing this with you because the important lesson from this episode is to focus on enjoying the journey rather than fixating solely on the end destination. I share many examples from my own life of how it's never solely about the end goal, whether that end goal be: Marriage, parenthood, career achievements, starting a business, etc. It is always about the journey to that destination and the growth that occurs along the way. Ultimately, I encourage listeners to cultivate joy & contentment no matter where they are in their journey, to be in the present moment, and to find fulfillment from these experiences and lessons.
