I was like, I think she forgot what she was supposed to say.
Andrew
Well done.
Andy
They have swimming pools. They have games, everything. They have clothes. They have pottery.
Josh
No matter what it is, it's $4.
Andy
$4. It's all the same, priced lower than $4.
Josh
Like, it's crazy.
Andy
What?
Lily
Yeah, well, they have, like, big stuff.
Andy
They got nice clothes. It's all target stuff. It's all target stuff. Okay.
Josh
It's all target stuff.
Lily
All right.
Andy
I get a text from Anna before I go. She doesn't even know I'm going. And she's like, my children all need shoes. She's like, they're growing out of them and they're losing them. And she's like, these are their sizes right there. Theo's size. I got Theo a pair of shoes for nothing.
Josh
And they're brand new.
Andy
Never Worn for nothing.
Josh
It's $4. That's nothing.
Andy
That's literally.
Josh
That's literally nothing.
Andy
It's free. And then I go up there, and she's like, oh, you qualify for an extra thing because you bought all this stuff. Qualify? Is that what I said? She said, go pick out something else. I'm like, what? Okay.
Josh
Seems like a scam. Seems like a scam.
Lily
Consumerism.
Andy
They did have a big Jeep for kids, like the ones that they drive.
Lily
Around for four bucks.
Andy
No, that one they marked up. That one they marked up.
Lily
You can't do that.
Andy
Anyway, it takes Jamie 200 bucks.
Andrew
What?
Andy
Hey. But those things are. It was a nice one. It goes fast. It goes really fast.
Lily
400 bucks.
Andy
This one goes crazy fast. I read the box.
Lily
This one goes crazy fast.
Josh
Did you watch, like, one of the 2000 commercials?
Andrew
Hey, kids.
Andy
Anyway, I got my Christmas outfit.
Lily
Don't get one of these jeeps.
Andrew
They go crazy slow.
Lily
But this one for 200 bucks, goes crazy fast.
Andy
It did unlock some kind of primal, animalistic thing in my head because there's other people shopping around you, and you're like, I'm gonna get the best deal.
Josh
Black Friday, literally.
Lily
Was it crowded?
Andy
No, I think today's the day to go. She. I asked her what Saturday's like, and she's like, mayhem. Never come.
Josh
Is it open all day?
Andrew
Where is it?
Andy
It's open every day. I don't know about all day. Open at 9.
Lily
Was it across the street from Golden Corral?
Andy
It's where that stinky food market used to be.
Josh
Stinky food market?
Andrew
Like, in town here?
Andy
Like, by big lots?
Andrew
Oh, yeah.
Lily
There was a stinky food market. Yeah, some cheap stuff, but stinky.
Andy
It smelled like rotten vegetables in there. Rotten.
Josh
You just don't like the way she's pronouncing things today, do you?
Andy
He's mad at me for being late. He's mad at me for being late and misleading because I was like, we got to. We got to get in there. We got to do the show right now because. Chop, chop, because Heather needs to go to an appointment. And then I talked to her. She was like, no.
Josh
That'S something I made up in my head.
Andy
He canceled his appointment this morning, ran in all these things for it to be a farce.
Lily
I put my mental health on the back burner today.
Andrew
Yeah.
Andy
I'm sorry.
Josh
It's okay.
Andrew
What are you sorry for?
Andy
I told him to keep his appointment.
Andrew
Yeah, that sounds like you messed up.
Josh
You're gonna sound.
Lily
No, she's like, I'm gonna I gotta be there at like 9:15 and my appointment ends at 9. Not gonna work.
Andy
You could have done it. You could have done it.
Josh
Yeah. With his. In the back of his mind, he's like, oh, as soon as I, you know, I'm gonna get my mind ready. I'm gonna really think about all my trauma and everything like that and really try to deal with it. But also right after I get out of here, after jet across town just to make my wife happy.
Andy
We could do EMDR right now. We could do it right now on this show.
Lily
Why did you do that to me?
Josh
No.
Lily
Oh, man.
Josh
That made a joke. Didn't do it.
Andrew
Thursday.
Josh
Thursday, baby.
Lily
Thursday, baby.
Andrew
Andy, check your mic. It's quieter than normal.
Josh
Check, check, check, one, two. It's. It's good in my head. Check, check, check, one, 2. One, two, one, two. Check, one, two.
Andrew
Maybe got a little knock in the box or something.
Lily
Knock in the box.
Andy
Andrew, is Jean Page home?
Andrew
She is. It goes crazy. Oh, yeah. What?
Lily
No, that's all right.
Josh
Oh, man, I feel so good to have the family back together before the.
Lily
Holidays, before the holiday.
Josh
Thanksgiving is next week and we might have a special guest. Possibly.
Lily
Possibly a Thanksgiving miracle.
Josh
Yes. Family coming together.
Lily
All of us together.
Josh
Yes. Forever.
Lily
To cut into the Jackie.
Josh
Yes. And share politics.
Andrew
Yes.
Lily
Gossip and love.
Andrew
Yes. Yes.
Lily
Political views. Oh, look at you drinking that limit element.
Josh
Element Salty water.
Lily
Do that every time I've drank that, it gives me the runs instantly.
Josh
Really?
Lily
Yeah.
Josh
What's in it that does salt.
Andrew
Wait.
Andy
Like a thousand milligrams of sodium.
Andrew
But is it a sugar free electrolyte mix?
Lily
I don't know.
Andrew
Because that would be why you're getting runs.
Andy
Yeah. No sugar.
Andrew
That's what it is. You're doing the gummy bear challenge.
Andy
Salt, citric acid, magnesium, malate.
Lily
Oh, magnesium, potassium.
Andy
Now I'm scared because I had the runs yesterday.
Josh
Is that the stuff that comes out.
Andy
Of a melon leaf extract?
Andrew
Yes.
Josh
You guys, girls don't poo.
Andy
Oh, my God.
Lily
Talk about that.
Josh
Oh, my.
Lily
Can't talk about that.
Josh
But we are on a health journey, aren't we, Josh?
Andrew
Yep.
Josh
Yep. We started our little diet today. I feel good. Monday was rough.
Andy
Yeah. You guys look a little peaked right now.
Lily
Yeah, yeah. I've already. I gained a lot of weight in Nashville.
Josh
I've lost £26 in two days. Not sure if that's. I think it's good.
Lily
Yeah, that's good.
Josh
Feel good.
Andy
Did you put on any weight in Nashville?
Josh
Oh, yeah. Oh, yeah. At least three pounds.
Andy
I miraculously did not even though I was gluttonous.
Josh
Yeah. I mean, it was hard not to be.
Lily
We gotta take our before pictures, dude.
Josh
Yeah. Now that we're fatter after Nashville.
Andrew
Yeah.
Lily
We have to because it'll be more. That much more impressive.
Josh
They've got to be funny. I don't want to just be like the.
Andrew
I mean, that's pretty funny.
Josh
We need to do a photo shoot in her underwear. Yeah.
Lily
Like Seinfeld.
Josh
Yeah, I'll do it.
Lily
Yeah. Oh, man. Speaking of doing it.
Josh
Yeah.
Lily
You want a song?
Andy
I do. Woo.
Josh
Too bad.
Andy
I'm ready.
Josh
I wrote this one on my bike today. On my bike, on my cycle.
Andy
Motor inspiration on the bike.
Josh
I just was telling them something happens.
Lily
You know what's funny is it reminds me of my sister. When she was, I don't know, eight or nine, my dad bought her a dirt bike and she rode it for about a week.
Josh
Yeah.
Lily
Not really interested. But when she did ride it, she would just keep it in first gear and she would just be singing the whole time. Girl circling the yard.
Andrew
That's awesome. Wow.
Lily
She's like, hi, dad. These trees are beautiful.
Josh
That's great.
Lily
So I just imagine you just go around.
Josh
That's 100% what it is.
Lily
Yeah. What if God was one of us?
Andrew
Just a stranger on a bus.
Lily
All right, let's go. It's 2025 and you're supposed to be here Now I'm all alone in this atmosphere where did you go? I need to know you flew around the sun Next stop was here Suddenly you break apart and disappear where have you gone? Where have you gone? Cause rumors say that you just broke apart but what you really did was break my own heart.
Josh
For me I.
Lily
Am this a so called alien you were supposed to be my only friend and I miss you and I've never met you three Ey atlas I guess this is goodbye I'll think of you when I look in the sky as I sit and stay while you float.
Josh
Away.
Lily
Three I atlas.
Josh
You were supposed.
Lily
To be my only friend oh I miss you and I've never met yous I guess this is goodbye I'll think of you when I look in the sky as I sit and stay.
Josh
While you float away 3i atlas 3i atlas.
Lily
3I Atlas 3i Atlas 3i Atlas 3I.
Josh
Atlas 3i Atlas I guess this is goodbye.
Andy
Wow.
Lily
That was tremendous.
Andrew
Yeah.
Josh
Woo. Huzzah. Huzzah. Huzzah.
Andy
I loved that.
Andrew
That was pretty good.
Josh
I kind of like it.
Andrew
That was pretty good.
Josh
I kind of like it, guys.
Andy
How Is it jam? Can I ask, is it three the letter I or three I's?
Lily
Three the letter I?
Andy
Why?
Lily
Interstellar.
Andrew
Interstellar.
Andy
He dipped.
Lily
We'll talk about it.
Josh
Talk about it.
Lily
Hold on, hold on, everyone. Everyone.
Andrew
Watched the lie.
Josh
We could dive into it right now.
Lily
Yeah, let's dive into it right now. Not. Are you joking me?
Josh
No. What?
Lily
What the heck is wrong with you? What the heck is wrong with you?
Josh
Nothing's wrong with me.
Lily
There's something wrong with you.
Josh
First of all, you know I've been going through a lot, and so for you to say that to me right now.
Lily
Shut up.
Andrew
Dad and dad are fighting.
Andy
Don't say that. That's a bad word.
Josh
Stop. The adults are talking.
Andy
Oh, my God.
Lily
Lily, zip it.
Josh
Hey, don't talk to her that way. Hey, Eddie, you don't talk to me that way. Stop it right now.
Lily
Andrew, you better zip it right now.
Andy
What's happening?
Lily
As you were saying, scary.
Andy
What was scary?
Andrew
Andrew?
Lily
Yelling. We have a question.
Andy
Okay.
Lily
It's the holiday season. Don't do it. Don't. I know you're wanting to do it. Guys, it's the holiday season, which means cheerfulness, gift giving, feast, friends and family. Today's question is something that I've wondered. I think you've wondered. You and you. I think everyone's wondered this. Today's question sent in by a viewer. Lily, is family important?
Andy
Yes.
Josh
On the holidays. On the freaking holidays. Oh, my gosh. I have a headache.
Andrew
I have a headache instantly.
Lily
Instantly.
Andrew
Have a headache.
Josh
What the heck?
Lily
Where the heck does this come from?
Josh
Ow. Golly, Lil, you.
Lily
Ow.
Josh
Don't.
Lily
Gosh, it hurts to open my eyes at this point.
Josh
Of all the times, Lil, you think family is important?
Andy
Yes, I do. Especially around the holidays.
Lily
They're important to blame for all the wrongdoing.
Josh
For everything that goes wrong.
Lily
For everything that goes wrong in your life, it's important to blame your family.
Josh
Where's the ownership? Where's the extreme ownership? Where's taking responsibility, Lil?
Lily
Taking responsibility, Lil, it's the holidays. Holidays mean forgiveness in Latin, I think.
Josh
But you can only 100%. You know Latin.
Lily
I do, yes. Oh, gosh, I wish this headache would go away. But it can't.
Josh
Can't. Not that after what she's done.
Lily
Not after what she's done today.
Josh
A week away from.
Lily
Why would you blame your family for everything goes wrong in your life. Stub your toe.
Josh
Ow.
Lily
Probably my dad's fault.
Josh
Yeah. Oh, I, I, I'm going to prison. Thanks, Uncle Joe.
Andy
I can't mean that.
Josh
Well, it's not what you mean. It's what you say that matters.
Lily
Dang. I don't know. I don't see why this is funny.
Andy
Stop.
Lily
Family. We're supposed to come together as a family.
Josh
100%.
Lily
We're supposed to forgive.
Josh
But we can't forgive unless you take ownership over what you've done. Lily.
Lily
Yes.
Josh
What you're choosing to do is pass the buck onto somebody else.
Lily
Yeah.
Josh
Accuse somebody else of your wrongdoing. Right. Instead of taking the responsibility upon your shoulders and asking for forgiveness so that they could give it to you.
Lily
Yes, exactly. Well, I guess you guys heard it here first. Lily, I'm not guilty of anything.
Andrew
I've never done anything wrong. I've never done anything wrong.
Lily
And I'm okay with blaming my family for everything.
Andy
Oh, my gosh.
Lily
This is my gosh.
Andy
My head.
Josh
Ow.
Andy
End it.
Lily
Welcome to the show. Did I say ninja?
Andy
I meant butterfly.
Josh
The butterfly is, no doubt one of God's most beautiful.
Andrew
Has to empty your mind.
Josh
You learn martial arts. Fuck. Ninjas, attack. The holiday season is here.
Andrew
Sure is, Andy.
Josh
The holiday season is here.
Andrew
Okay, just chill out. It's not that big of a deal.
Josh

I was there. It's a Kind of like our tagline, like we're all out of ordinary because all their stuff is extraordinary.
Andrew
No, the wink, it's just, it's just.
Josh
Like a cool thing. So like I can like just connect with the audience a little bit.
Andrew
Unsettling. Okay. Okay. You good? Yeah, we're, we're filming. Are you good?
Josh
Do I look good? I'm hungry.
Andrew
Okay, just eat.
Josh
I can't just eat.
Andrew
Why not?
Josh
Okay, Andrew, let me spell it out for you. One, I brought lunch today, but it's the same chicken rice I've been eating for 375 days. Okay. And I'm tired of eating it. And two, I'm too busy to make something that's actually good, that's nutritious, that gives me all the things that I need that I actually want to eat. I'm too busy.
Andrew
Well, just try Tempo.
Josh
Oh, Tempo.
Andrew

Andrew
Yeah.
Josh
And go to Tempo Meals.comninjas.
Andrew
That'S Tempo Meals.comNinjas.
Josh
Tempo Meals.comninjjas. rules and restrictions may apply. Thank you, Tempo. You sound like the gingerbread man.
Andrew
Yeah, I'm trying to.
Lily
You started sounding like it. So I just.
Andy
When you pictured your wife when you were like in high school, did you think, oh, I'm gonna talk to her this way on a public platform?
Lily
Yeah, that's those. If you go back to my journal when I wrote when I was like nine, future wife has to be gaslit.
Josh
Berate in front of millions. I have a question for you guys because we don't have our spouses here, but you guys are spouses. So I have question.
Andy
Oh gosh.
Josh
I know it's not question corner with Lily, but if you guys ever watch Sky High.
Andy
Yeah.
Josh
You know the ray gun that like turns everyone into babies?
Andy
Yes.
Josh
Okay, so if your spouse was shot by this gun and turned into a tiny like 6 month old baby, would you a raise that baby yourself knowing. Okay, raise your baby yourself or give some that baby to someone else to raise?
Andy
Oh a.
Josh
If you choose to raise the baby, you're pretty Much saying you really can't have a relationship with that baby later on because it'd just be weird.
Andy
Correct.
Josh
Also, but B, you get to choose who raises that child. And are you going to try and have a relationship with that child later on when they grow up? But the age gap difference is going to be crazy as well.
Andy
Yeah.
Josh
So what is. That's the dilemma. What do you do?
Andy
I would raise you, Josh, and just forego any romantic relationship in the future.
Lily
Thank you.
Josh
Thank you for that. What would you do?
Lily
Yeah, I'd probably raise you, too.
Andy
Oh.
Lily
Because you'd be good friends with Ada and Jane. I know.
Andy
It'd be kind of fun. And I. I would just love you so tenderly and then maybe go into, like, a monastic lifestyle.
Andrew
I would.
Lily
I would become a monk for sure.
Andy
You're just waiting for the opportunity, Honestly, at this point.
Lily
Yeah.
Andrew
Wait, who does the shooting with the ray gun?
Josh
It would be me.
Andrew
Okay.
Andy
You evil mastermind.
Lily
That's what happens in the movie.
Josh
Yeah. Like, the evil guy, like, he. He is able to turn.
Lily
Like, can they turn back?
Josh
I can't remember how, like, it works, but, yeah, I think there's, like, a reversal thing on a weird movie. My goal would be, it's a great movie, dude. Like, do you know the premise?
Lily
No. It's like, literally just high school.
Josh
It's a high school, but just for, like, superheroes. Oh, it was so cool. It was like. It was like, when the commercials came out, I was like, this is going to be the coolest movie of all time.
Andy
I had it on dvd.
Lily
I said, a high school in the sky.
Andy
I mean, you're not wrong. It is in the.
Josh
It was.
Lily
Yeah, it was okay.
Josh
Yeah. Because I think, like, a flying bus took you there for people who can fly.
Lily
That's funny.
Josh
Yeah. I heard that question today and I was like. And then the top comment was like, this started a fight between me and my wife for 45 minutes.
Andy
So funny. What would you do, Andy? Would you raise Kelsey?
Josh
I think I know a ton of people that would. Yeah, I think I would. At, like, not to get. Not, like, the point of getting, like, too, like, serious. But, yeah, I think she'd, like. It'd be fun to be, like, give her, like, a fun childhood with a dad. She never really had that. A ton. So it's like, that would be cool. But also, I don't know who I could trust to raise my daughter, you know, like, not. She wouldn't even be technically my daughter. I guess she technically would. What if we raise her?
Andy
Raise my Wife.
Andrew
Yeah.
Andy
We could raise Kelsey.
Josh
Like I said, I don't know if.
Andy
I know anybody, but that's the question, though, too, is that they get old and it's like, you're assuming that they're going to want to be with you. And part of being a parent is wanting the best for them.
Josh
Yeah.
Andy
And so it's like, I want you to meet somebody that's your age.
Josh
That would be a terrible movie of just, like, waiting that long. And just like, one day, possibly, if.
Lily
If I turn into a baby. Send me to Mount Athos to be raised by monks.
Andy
No, I'm gonna raise you.
Josh
What a wild life that would be.
Andy
Dude.
Andrew
I'd be trying to get shot by the same thing. I'd be like, let's start this over and see if we come back together.
Josh
Just commit.
Andrew
Wrong shells.
Josh
The court. Your dogs have to raise you now.
Andy
I know. I was going to say, at what point would somebody had to come discover.
Andrew
You guys about that there's enough Amazon stuff lined up in the queue. Someone would realize there's a screaming child and no one doing anything about it.
Andy
Yeah, true. I think about that all the time. This is part of, like, my postpartum anxiety. Can you still say that after your baby's three years, but, like, because you.
Josh
Have pregnant brain still, right?
Andy
Yeah.
Josh
Yeah.
Andy
What if something happens to me while I'm with the kids?
Josh
Yeah.
Andy
And no one's there.
Josh
Life alert.
Lily
Oh, gosh.
Josh
Yeah.
Lily
That's scary.
Andy
I know. I think about it all the time.
Lily
I do think. I do think about that. When you, like, leave for like, a night or something.
Andy
Yeah.
Lily
Like with your friends or whatever.
Andy
When I do that all the time.
Lily
Yeah. Three Eye Atlas.
Josh
Okay. Three Eye Atlas.
Andrew
Yeah.
Josh
The thing we've been waiting months for.
Lily
I looked it up. We talked about on the live yesterday, people. These scientists were like, it broke apart. It went around the sun and it goes boom. It exploded and someone's like. It imploded. No, it exploded because there's, like. Apparently they said there's like, oh, 16 parts now.
Josh
Yeah.
Lily
But then I looked it up this morning. That's just speculation.
Josh
Is it? We wrote a song for nothing.
Lily
Yep. It was a good song, though.
Andy
It was good.
Lily
But, yeah. There's no clear evidence yet of when this comes out. There's no clear evidence that it broke apart. They're just saying that the anomalies of it, like shifting and stuff, look like it's exploded, but they can't confirm it.
Josh
Interesting. So it's just. Yeah. Still out there.
Lily
Yeah.
Josh
Weird.
Andrew
Them drones Them drones, those droids split apart and came back together. Dude.
Josh
Well, the thing is, you look at that. That one military video that we saw from the Navy guy.
Lily
Oh, yeah, it was.
Josh
It was shot by a missile and then it broke apart. But the other pieces kept moving with the object.
Lily
It's because it's a weather balloon.
Josh
Of course not, Mr. Green.
Andy
Did you watch it yesterday?
Josh
No.
Andy
Where's the video?
Josh
Oh, you haven't seen that? Yeah. You've seen it.
Lily
We did it because, remember I said.
Josh
That it gets shot by like a paint green.
Lily
That said it.
Josh
Yeah, I can't remember. One of the Greens.
Andy
It's definitely hankering.
Lily
Not John, he said that. That video. Because it was. It came on the congressional uap hearing that thing was flying and they shot it with a heat seeking. Yeah. Was it called UAP Tomahawk?
Andrew
I don't know.
Lily
Yeah, uap. And they shot it and it like. It like just like the missile like bounced off of it, but it kept on going. But like two pieces broke off, but it was like traveling with it.
Josh
Yeah. It didn't slow down. Like, it didn't like just like back away. This thing was moving at an incredible rate and it still got hit. And the pieces that broke off continued to keep moving.
Lily
And Hank Green was like, oh, it was just a weather balloon.
Andy
Okay.
Lily
And then. But I'm like, if it was a weather balloon, why was it classified footage?
Andrew
Yeah.
Josh
And also, why would they shoot it like that?
Lily
Yeah.
Andy
Yeah. Hank Green's strange.
Lily
Was that.
Josh
He's something strange.
Andy
Hank Green is strange.
Lily
The Greens are strange. But I love them. They're smart. They're smart.
Andy
John's great.
Josh
John's great.
Lily
I really don't know the difference at this point.
Josh
John's the author. I mean, I think they're both authors technically. John's like more the.
Andy
He's more like anthropological. I think that John is very much more concerned with people and Hank is concerned with earth sciences. Yeah.
Josh
I didn't know John was a believer too. John's a believer.
Lily
Did you guys see that TikTok of that chick that was in the. It was like a museum in Europe or something. And she saw this painting and it was of a lady holding a platter with a man's head on it. She's like, whatever that man did, I'm in agreeance with the woman.
Josh
He deserved it.
Lily
And people were like, that's a painting of John the Baptist.
Josh
Jeez, so funny, dude. It's like you don't know the historical context shit.
Lily
You don't know what you're saying.
Josh
That's so funny.
Lily
Yeah. That'd be a good T shirt of John.
Andrew
Yeah.
Lily
Just says happy Birthday.
Andy
Yeah.
Josh
That would be insane. Like Old Renaissance Fair, like, kind of, you know.
Lily
You know, that's why apparently Jehovah's Witness don't celebrate birthdays.
Josh
Really?
Lily
Really is because.
Andy
Because of that.
Lily
Yeah. It's like the only written account of a birthday in scripture had to do with John the Head. John the Head. John the Baptist.
Josh
That's what they call him after.
Andy
What about the birth of Christ? In a celebration with gifts.
Lily
That's true.
Josh
I don't think they celebrate a lot, like, any holidays.
Andy
They don't celebrate any holiday.
Josh
Like, so that's like, it's a. Yeah. I was raised in the Jehovah Witness Church for, like, when I was a kid. Kid.
Andy
Really?
Lily
Really?
Josh
Yeah. Like whenever. Like until I was like, in first or second grade. I remember we went to the meetings is what they call them. They're like, we're going to the meeting and we. I. The only thing I remember from it is they would have, like, time with the adults and everything and they would ask, like, questions about the Bible and stuff like that or whatever they believe in. And at that time, and they would pass around microphones and I would, like, my grandma or aunt or whoever would whisper in my ear the answer. And so I could say it into the microphone. But like, yeah, I got family. That's Jehovah witnessed. That's crazy. Yeah, it was crazy.
Andy
So that was the origin of you wanting to speak publicly?
Josh
Basically, yeah. I was like, I deserve this. I need this in my life. I want this.
Lily
Speaking of wanting things.
Josh
Yeah.
Lily
The last penny has been pinched.
Josh
No way.
Lily
We're done with the pennies as of yesterday when we record this. As of yesterday, the last penny was made.
Josh
No way.
Lily
They have stopped making the penny officially, like, forever. Forever.
Josh
Because it costs more to print them than actually, like, than it's worth, Right?
Lily
Yeah.
Josh
Wow.
Lily
Which is a little scary. That just means the value of the dollars going down one tiny thing away. Yeah.
Andy
Wow.
Josh
That's crazy.
Lily
Yeah.
Josh
That's super nuts. They don't do any half dollars anymore. Right.
Lily
So I think they're in circulation. You can still use.
Josh
That's what I'm saying.
Lily
But they are talking about for the 250th anniversary, doing a half dollar trump on it.
Andrew
Yeah. They. They do like, the half dollars for, like, occasions.
Andy
I see.
Andrew
Yeah.
Lily
Australia does that too. It's actually pretty cool. They do like, like a holiday coin.
Josh
Yeah.
Lily
And they make A limited amount. It's like real money. But this year apparently they did like bluey on their currency.
Josh
That's hilarious.
Andrew
I know, that's awesome.
Andy
That is insanely cool.
Josh
I think that would be really cool if we did that every four years. Like no matter who the president is, no matter what side you're on. I feel like it would be cool to commemorate each four years with the new president and some significant things about it. Like you can come up with really cool artistic ways to commemorate the past four years. And then that way it's literally a historical thing. But it's also currency. You can also spend it.
Lily
Yeah.
Andrew
It's the incentive. You do the like you said the past four years, not the new president. It's like when he's his term is done.
Josh
Yeah.
Andrew
Good or bad, you commemorate the four years.
Lily
Yeah, just, it's just like has like a famous saying that they had on the coin.
Josh
Yeah.
Lily
Like Trump would be China.
Josh
China. And it's just fire. It's just fire.
Lily
Joe Biden's like where am I?
Josh
Gibberish all the way around. How much is this vanilla ice cream cone please?
Andy
Zola gave Jane a quarter that she found which was so sweet. And I saw in the back it didn't have, you know, the use of like states this one. I guess it was like a circulation where they did national parks.
Lily
Yeah.
Andy
You've seen that.
Lily
Uh huh.
Andy
I was enamored.
Lily
Pretty cool.
Andy
Very cool.
Josh
Very neat.
Lily
It's crazy that the pennies going away though gone.
Josh
That's wild. Like if they're never going to print one ever again, it's going to be wonder like who's going to spend, who's going to have that last penny. That'd be kind of cool to know.
Lily
That has to be somewhat valuable or something big time.
Josh
The final one, you know, the guy is like yeah, some factory workers. That's so cool though.
Lily
That's stealing. That's theft. You can't do that.
Josh
Sure you can. As long as you don't get cut. Hey, hey, speaking of money, I spent $230 today.
Andy
On what?
Josh
On the coolest piece of cloth. And like it's almost like a statement. What you really like, what it's really doing. But I bought the Apple Pocket.
Lily
Did you actually?
Andrew
No.
Josh
Oh, it's not a chance.
Lily
I heard someone talking about the Apple Pocket. I have no idea what the Apple pocket is.
Josh
What do you think the apple pocket is? What would you think that Apple's spending like charging you $230 for and it's it's an accessory.
Lily
Is it like an EMF blocker?
Andrew
Uh huh.
Josh
Ooh, that'd be good. Yeah. What do you think?
Andrew
Apple Pocket?
Josh
Yeah. What's an Apple Pocket?
Andrew
Dude, I have no idea.
Josh
Would you be surprised if it's literally just a little sock pocket thing to carry your app, your Apple iPhone in? Because that's all it is.
Andy
Does it do anything?
Josh
It doesn't do a thing. It. So imagine a sock that's, you know, sewn at the top and then it has like a slit in the middle so you can like slide it over your shoulder or over your wrist. And then you could just put your phone into this thing.
Lily
What?
Josh
That's it.
Lily
Hold on.
Andy
Is it like waterproof?
Andrew
Is it like for.
Josh
No, it's nylon and I think silicone.
Andrew
Is it like a sleeve so you can wear it while running?
Josh
No, it's. They have a shorter version for 150 bucks that goes around, like you could tie around your purse, possibly you could tie it around your wrist and then they have a long version where it's like you can wear a crossbody or like a purse. But it's literally. It has like the top of the iPhone poking out. And it's just what a Apple pocket is what they're calling.
Andrew
Dude, flip that around.
Josh
Is that not the most nuts?
Lily
It looks like a sock.
Josh
It's a sock.
Andy
Dude, that is so silly.
Lily
It says, this is from Apple. It said, introducing iPhone pocket. A beautiful way to wear and carry iPhone.
Josh
$230. 230 bucks for the big one, 150 for the other.
Lily
Look at this. I just sent this. This is the craziest thing.
Josh
It's the, It's. What are. Who do they think they are?
Lily
They probably like, we are so popular that we could sell a sock for 200 bucks and they would buy it.
Josh
Every single person I see carrying one of these, I'm punching in the armpit.
Andy
This has to be like a niche want. Like, people are like, gosh, I really just wish I could throw my iPhone over my shoulder or something. And they're like, here you go.
Josh
Yeah, I don't know. I don't, I don't understand it. But you guys, do you guys remember back in the day, Steve Jobs actually dropped socks? Apple socks.
Lily
No, no.
Josh
Yeah. It was five pack for $30. A five pack for $30 just in a box. Which is compared to this price is insane. Yeah, makes total sense. But it was literally just. It was like a sock material that you could just put your thing in, but it was Literally this big. And it just. It fits your iPhone. That's perfect. That makes sense. Like a sleeve to cover. To protect the screen, protect the camera. This is obnoxious.
Andrew
That's crazy.
Josh
It's crazy.
Andrew
It's also an invitation to get your phone yeeted.
Josh
Yeah. It's the most obvious thing of, like, hey, I haven't. I have a lot of money, and I'm very. A very expensive phone in my pocket.
Andrew
Yeah. This neon thing that's half tied to me. Just snatch it.
Josh
I am so easy to pickpocket.
Andy
I know. I loved the. The podcast with Joe and Elon, and everybody's like, at least you hear a buzzing on mine.
Josh
Yeah.
Andy
Joe was like, are you ever gonna do phones? And Elon's like, I don't think I'm gonna do a thing. But I just think about how, like, revolutionary that would be because he's so dedicated to quality. I mean, like, I don't really like the design of the Teslas. I don't think they look that cool. But it's like somebody needs to challenge Apple and put them, set them straight, because they're monopolizing tech right now as far as, like, phones and stuff like that.
Josh
And you say, sam, a lot of people would say, Samsung's doing that. I mean, a lot of people are saying, like, you know, like, every iPhone update happens, and they're like, we've had this forever. Google's doing a phone.
Andy
Interesting.
Josh
Samsung's doing phones. And so it's like. I mean, I don't know. I think Apple's just, like, made their way inside the door that, like, no matter what we do, it's gonna be great.
Andy
To me, I'm addicted to the layout aesthetic.
Josh
Yeah, for sure. It's an aesthetic thing for me, too, because I went. I went one year having a Samsung phone, and I'll never go back. Yeah, it was like 2016. I was like, oh, this is.
Andrew
They were smart with their. The integrations in the App Store and their os. Like, nothing can touch that. Like, you could have. Like, the cameras are better on Android phones. They really are. But, like, try to get that into an Adobe app and, you know, going back and forth between all the platforms, by the time you're, like, on the third app, you're like, give me my iPhone back.
Josh
Comments are going to go crazy.
Lily
Speaking of Samsung.
Josh
Yeah.
Lily
I saw this video. I don't know if this is true or not, but, you know those little Christmas tin cookies?
Josh
Yeah, the blue ones.
Lily
Shortbread.
Andy
Yeah, the blue Danish ones.
Lily
Apparently, they're all made. Not in Danish land.
Andy
China.
Lily
India.
Andy
India.
Lily
And I saw videos of them making these shortbread cookies.
Josh
Was it delicious and delightful?
Andy
Really?
Josh
Oh, no, it's like.
Andrew
Yeah, it's like, the worst.
Lily
Stomping on the dough with their feet.
Josh
Ah.
Andy
We've eaten, like, eight tens of those.
Lily
And I don't know. I don't know if it's just the tin that's made in India or if they splice these videos of these cookies being made.
Josh
Yeah.
Lily
In India. Oh, my gosh.
Josh
Wait, what are they stomping on?
Lily
Here's the dough.
Josh
The dough.
Andrew
Like, yeah, the unhygienic. But here's. Here's my thought, because I got worked up on this too. And this. I'm just. I'm allergic to him, so I don't have a dog in the fight. This is what I think might be happening. That'd be a really good way to take something from the west and resell it there. So if they're getting a hold of tins and they're making their own stuff to fill them with. Hold on.
Lily
Let me send this.
Andy
Or it's propaganda from the competition.
Andrew
Who's the competition?
Andy
Other shortbread cookies, like, keepers. Pepperidge Farm.
Josh
Pepperidge Farm.
Lily
All right, just watch the beginning of this video.
Josh
Dude, this is crazy. I'm glad I don't eat these.
Andy
Oh, my gosh. Josh and I eat two tins of these.
Josh
Oh, no.
Andy
That's propaganda. That has to be. Not real. Where did you send it? Okay.
Josh
Is it Instagram? Okay.
Andrew
Oh, yeah.
Lily
Text.
Josh
Okay. The music.
Andrew
Oh, geez. Did you not catch the.
Andy
Oh, my gosh. Like, the dirty water.
Lily
There's oil.
Andy
Oh, my gosh.
Lily
The rat running in there.
Andy
This is propaganda.
Lily
It might be, but on the tens, it says made in India.
Andy
Oh, gosh.
Josh
Oh, it does say it, huh?
Andrew
Yeah.
Josh
Interesting.
Andy
That was AI the rat.
Lily
No, I love that.
Josh
Anything. Anything that Lily just is scared of.
Andy
Go watch that part again, because the rat does not move in a natural way.
Lily
Do rats never move in a natural way?
Josh
Dude, I'm telling you, we used to have rats.
Lily
Oh, we've all had them.
Josh
No, I'm saying, like, as pets.
Lily
Oh, gosh. Yeah, I remember telling me that. That's awful.
Josh
They were the sweetest things in the world, though.
Andrew
Did you catch the pants in the beginning of that clip?
Lily
No.
Andrew
Go look at the. We gonna have to do.
Josh
What is it?
Andrew
With some blurring. Dude, look at this.
Andy
Oh, my gosh.
Andrew
He's.
Andy
They're gradual. Sp.
Josh
That's hilarious.
Andy
Oh, I'm horrified.
Andrew
There's like some long johns under there. But that is. Yeah.
Andy
For listeners know that we are not anti them because they're made in India. We're anti them because they were made in a rat factory.
Lily
And with their feet.
Josh
With their feet. Hey, but you know what?
Andy
Sure.
Josh
That's called making with love, though. You know, that's the ingredient.
Lily
All right. Yeah.
Andy
Yeah.
Lily
I've never gotten sick from these cookies.
Josh
No, and you won't forever.
Andy
We have literally, like, every Christmas, we eat two tins of these, and I.
Lily
Still plan on getting them 100%.
Andy
We will not be.
Josh
You have to.
Lily
I'll get them.
Andy
You have to get Pepperidge Farm.
Lily
No Pepper. They're probably made in, like, another weird factory.
Andy
Let's make our own.
Josh
No, it's impossible.
Lily
Speaking of making your own do that, you guys saw that flying car that came out recently?
Andrew
No.
Josh
Are you talking about.
Andy
Is this one Elon was talking about?
Lily
No, this is another company. They. It's basically like, a cockpit that has drone propellers on it, and they're releasing it to the public like, it's a real flying car, and you don't have to have your pilot's license for it.
Josh
Interesting. What do they look like?
Andy
I'm anti this notion of, like, let science run amok before regulations are in place. Like, why don't we work together with the government to allow the. Like, hey, by the way, we're making flying cars. Could you make some kind of air traffic control system or. You know what I'm saying?
Andrew
Yeah.
Josh
And then our taxes go up.
Andy
Oh, my God.
Andrew
I mean, they can't even do air traffic control for what we have now.
Andy
True.
Josh
This is a insane, bro.
Lily
190, 000 flying car.
Andy
Look at this.
Josh
That's how much it cost.
Lily
Pivotal is what it's called. Yeah. 190, 000, easy.
Josh
Whoa. Whoa. Yeah.
Andrew
That's a. That's a quadcopter. Right?
Josh
But it's like, in case.
Lily
I mean, they call it a flying car.
Andrew
Yeah.
Lily
Says it weighs less than a motorcycle. Like, £300. What?
Andrew
Sounds safe.
Lily
You don't need a pilot's license. But I'm pretty sure I saw a video, like. Because it's like, well, what if it crashes? Or if the propellers cut out, it has a parachute that shoots out and you just float back down.
Josh
Holy moly, dude. What kind of world are we living in right now?
Lily
I know. And that's why I'm like, I wonder if Elon knew about this. He's like, I'm gonna make. They're coming out with this And I'm gonna come out with an even better.
Josh
Flying car if this is some like, like no name company.
Andrew
Yeah.
Josh
Imagine what he's doing. Yeah, it's gonna be wild. What if it's like space technology or the opposite?
Andy
Elon's been working on this for forever. And then he heard these guys and he announces it on Joe Rogan. And these guys been working on this and they're like, oh, we gotta launch it right now before Elon does.
Lily
Yeah.
Andy
This race.
Josh
Did you. You didn't watch the Live yesterday?
Andy
I watched like two minutes. I saw the part where Andrew joked about interracial marriage. And they, in the comments, they're like, oh, my gosh, Andrew's racist. Not getting that he's in an interracial marriage.
Josh
We made it. Josh made a joke about like, you know, like we were speculating on like, what this thing that Elon was teasing. Like, what could it be? He's like, what if it was a time machine? And then we joked about how like, cloning machine. Yeah. Like, well, the time machine thing was funny because we were like, we were talking about if like you. If Elon was like, literally from the future, like, that was his. Like, we looked back at an old Joe Rogan episode and he like showed up or something and he mentioned something and he's like, oh, this is all tying together now.
Andy
Oh, my God.
Josh
So he'd been lurking on it this whole time.
Lily
You never know.
Josh
You never know.
Lily
That would be crazy if you were the richest man on earth.
Josh
Yeah.
Lily
You could probably figure out how to make a time machine.
Josh
If he can't, then who can?
Andy
The tech is in there. He's going to rely on AI. I like what he said because he was very, you know, in the beginning, he's very concerned about AI safety. And then he's like, I had this epiphany, epiphany, epiphany, epiphany that I realized that I could not be a contender unless I was in the mix. And so he's like, as a result, I'm gonna make Grok the most conscientious of the AIs. Everybody who's listening to this episode, go listen that episode because it was really good. He talks about, like, how all these other AIs are like, lying to people and.
Lily
Yeah, but his GROK is weird though.
Andy
Yeah. I don't like all the, all the sisual stuff.
Josh
Yeah. It's. It's creepy.
Andy
It's.
Lily
Yeah, yeah.
Josh
And because. But the chat GPT is doing that now. They're like, what's his face that runs Chat. GPT Open AI. Same.
Lily
Yeah.
Josh
He's like, yeah, we're gonna release, you know, certain restrictions for people, for adults, because, like, adults should be able to use however, you know, like AI stuff for adult uses. And it's like, okay, but should they.
Lily
No.
Josh
Should they, though? This isn't like a right that we need to have like that. Like that we're going to get really mad about. It's like you could just not do it. You're doing this for profit. Like, it's a kind of.
Andrew
It's.
Josh
It's not going to stay with adults. It's going to incorporate into our society, into the kids and the culture. And it's like, this is wrong and it's a. It's beginning. It's the signs of such a downfall that's happening.
Andy
Well, I mean, it's already happening. And that's. That's what's scary. It's like Elon was saying that it's his goal to make the most, like, morally conscious AI.
Lily
Well, he said, he said that he's like truth seeking. Truth seeking. And it's like, well, what is your truth?
Andy
Yeah, no, exactly.
Josh
That's. That's what we have to always question.
Lily
Yeah.
Josh
People like, who's making this stuff? Like, oh, it's not a bias, but it's like the person who made it is biased. Everyone's biased.
Andrew
Yeah.
Josh
So it's like we. Nothing. It's just coming from. And that's what goes back to our haunted cosmos talk. It's like 100. It. It. Satan infiltrates our own hearts and our own spirits and we create things. And so in that way Satan can use whatever outlet we have.
Lily
Yeah.
Andrew
Well, to say that truth is not relative is. You would need an implicit, like an implication of faith. So like, there's no way for them to do that unless there is a singular, like, accepted faith.
Lily
Right.
Andrew
Yeah.
Lily
Yeah.
Andrew
So like that.
Lily
Exactly.
Andrew
Dangerous.
Lily
Yes. So it's like he keeps. He kept on saying, like, truth seeking. It needs. Like that's. His whole thing is like his AI is truth seeking, not validating this or that. And it's like, but what is your truth?
Andrew
Which that combats. That combats free speech, which he's supposedly completely for. Because I, I have a. I believe there's a singular truth.
Lily
Yeah. His whole thing is like. Because he gave the comparison. It was like open AI or something.
Andy
No, it was Genesis. Google's Genesis.
Lily
Okay. They asked to do like the. Created an image of the Founding Fathers and it was like all women yeah, it was like.
Andy
It was. Yeah, like a mixed race by. It was a diverse group of women.
Lily
Yeah. He's like. And that's not true. So like his only truth seeking. Truth seeking. So it's like, is your truth. Is it just factual stuff?
Josh
Yeah, because that's different.
Lily
Yeah.
Andy
Well, not only that, he also. They prompted Genesis with way humanity in its existence by their race and gender. And white men were at the lowest. They were worth, like something like one twentieth of what a black female was weighed as worth with Genesis, which is crazy. And then so he prompted Grok the same. And Grock said, all people are created equally.
Andrew
Yeah.
Andy
Scary.
Josh
Yeah. Yeah. And that's the thing. You don't know when it's being manipulative.
Andy
Yeah.
Josh
Like, I don't know.
Andrew
And we've always said, like, history and truth are written by the winners. Right. Like, that's a commonly taught thing. But if all these models are using existing documents, existing texts. So like, the database by which all of this draws from is already flawed.
Josh
Well, that's.
Andy
Yeah, that's what he's saying.
Josh
Yeah, that's what I'm saying. Like, with the different of. Between facts and truth, those really aren't the same in our society.
Lily
Right.
Josh
Here's the fact, you know, we were founded here. This is how it happened. It's like, okay, but what's the truth, though?
Andrew
Yeah.
Josh
So, yeah, there's. There's a huge difference. And.
Andrew
And it eliminates people, like half the time to find out that truth. You got to go talk to like a oral tradition. Like, I would love to go talk to natives on a reservation. I'd be like, how do y' all tell this story? It might not be online. Yeah, like, how do you find that?
Andy
That was his biggest argument though, too, is that. And why he went into politics was like, culturally, as a nation, we're going in this direction where we're making this our truth. And so while these AIs are pulling from their creators. Right. And their truths are also pulling from the Internet. And the Internet is full of, like, in factual things.
Josh
Sure.
Andy
You know, and so as a culture, Elon is arguing. We need to shift. To me, I think Elon is way more optimistic than probably I am. He talked about AI in its greatest rendition or whatever it is like, the greatest outcome that we could have would be, like, fixed incomes for everybody. AI takes all over all these jobs and teaches us these things and makes health care good. And we all get to. There will be a purposelessness epidemic because people were made to work by God. You know, and so there will be purposelessness, especially in men. And then we could just figure it out and make hobbies and stuff like that. And I'm like, there's no way that's happening.
Lily
No, there's no way. We are in greed. It's at the forefront of everything. Also, Elon is the richest man on Earth. And, like, he's going to continue to do stuff to keep that power.
Josh
For sure.
Lily
He's a competitive dude, and he's, like, not going to be like, he's going to. I feel like he would sacrifice people's feelings and humanity for the sake of continuing to grow.
Josh
Yeah, I would. Yeah, he's already doing that.
Andrew
Yeah.
Josh
So that's the. Yeah, that's the thing. It's like, it's. Are we seeing the beginning of, like, a world domination?
Andy
He believes we're living a simulation. That's his religion.
Lily
This is my thought on that, though. Yeah, he. He's pretty. He talked to Joe Rogan a lot about. About the. He said that there's a. There is a probability that we're living in a simulation. I'm like, that's. He's probably saying that because could you imagine waking up and you're like, I'm the richest man on Earth. I own a space company where I send people to space. I own an electric car company. I somehow influence the US Politics.
Josh
My best friend's the president.
Andy
Not anymore.
Lily
I would be like, yeah, I'm probably in a simulation. Yeah.
Andy
Yeah. And he's like, he's probably the one of the only people in the world that has as much agency as he does. Because he's like, oh, this is a problem. I'll fix it. And it's like, everybody. There's a billion. There's 7 billion other people in the world going, I'm gonna live the way that I do with this thing. And he's like, let me fix it. You know? And so that would be confusing to anybody, right?
Lily
Yeah.
Andrew
The God complex that he's gotta have, though, to be like, I'll fix it. It's like, hey, man, there. There are things beyond you. And that. That's not just a call out to Elon. That's like. I think with this entire AI conversation, all of these people who think that AI is going to. Their thoughts are the solve.
Josh
Yeah.
Andrew
Humanity is broken. That's why we need Jesus. I don't think there is a fix.
Lily
Well, I just watched this video on. Where was. It was a channel. It was Big think and freethink. YouTube. But they were highlighting this guy or he was talking. His name is Peter Layden. He's a longtime tech expert and thought leader on the future. He used to work for Wired magazine of basically predicting technology of the advancement and stuff. Very smart man, incredibly smart. But then this video he broke down we've talked about before, but the 80 year cycle. And he laid it out of technology, 80 year cycles. And so he gave the scenario of from 1787 to 1812, which was like the early Industrial revolution. That was right after America got independence and there's this big boom in technology and steam engine and all that stuff. Maybe not steam engine, no, that was probably later. But then it was 1865 to 1890, so another 80 plus years or whatever, give or take. That was right after the Civil War ended and that was the beginning of the Gilded Age. So like that's when more technology started like this flourishing. That's like where the plane was made. Like the Wright brothers and all this stuff. And then 1945 to 1970, right after World War II, which is called the great post war boom in the height of capitalism. That's like when we saw where we're kind of at today, where all the industry and factories and stuff like that technologies skyrocketed. And since 1970, he's saying 2025 is actually the beginning of this new cycle of technology. He said it'll probably last from 2025 to 2050. And he thinks it's going to be a crazy development in AI, clean energy and bioengineering. And he broke it down and he's like, he's like, it's, it's. We're. Because we're getting into this world now where especially in the US where like the old tradition of capitalism is not really working right. Starting to be outweighed.
Andrew
Yeah.
Lily
And there's a lot of people protesting like the, the gap between poor and wealthy is separating even more and more. So capitalism in its traditional sense is not working. He said, I think with AI, with all this stuff, it's going to flip it to where. And he said he's a predictor of future technology. His resume is pretty spot on. But he's like, he believes within the years 2025 to 2050 at one point we will have a global governance.
Andy
Oh boy.
Lily
Primarily ran by AI.
Andy
Oh my gosh. Jesus, come back. Don't let this happen.
Lily
No, this guy's not a bl. He wasn't like a prophecy kind of thing. He's just like the way things are moving because he just observes everything and, like, what do you call it? Tracks?
Josh
Just patterns.
Lily
Patterns, yeah. Very good at tracking patterns. He's like, yeah, I. I do see a global governance system to where it's not like individual countries, but it's more of a overarching one world government system ran by AI.
Andrew
I mean, even if it was individual countries who all have systems that integrate, like, you think about, like, something like your driver's license from the United States can work as a passport. Like, that's not a big leap.
Andy
That sounds efficient. You know what I mean?
Andrew
Right.
Lily
Yeah.
Josh
Well, I mean, they have the passport card that's used as IDs now.
Andrew
Yeah, I didn't even know that.
Josh
Yeah, it's literally just the size of a driver's license, but it's. It's a passport.
Andrew
And now it'll be on your phone, which is face id. Yeah.
Lily
Well, I mean, we got. We got a couple states in the US where you have digital ID now, where it's just on your phone.
Josh
It's crazy. Crazy.
Andy
Oh, my gosh.
Lily
But this video, you guys, all of you guys should watch this video, because it's really, really good.
Josh
It reminds me of just the Bilderberg meeting video that Y Files did.
Lily
Yeah.
Josh
That whole breakdown of, like, the future of what it could look like and everything. And it's like this just seems more realistic every single day.
Lily
I know.
Andy
Yeah. It just makes me concerned. Okay, so, like, what we were talking about with what Genesis was programmed to understand about, like, white men being ranked the least in importance, which I agree with. And then the narrative that we're seeing about Christians and, you know, kind of like our people group in our. At least our country, what it's looking like, I'm just like, is going to try to kill us all.
Josh
Yeah, well, I was watching. I mean, even. I was like, just in passing, we had Dune on Yesterday due to. And there's that line in there, like, I think you, like, she's like. She's arguing with the. The lady in black. Florence Pugh's character is arguing with the lady in black. And she's like a Benedict. Oh, yeah, the Bene Gesserit. The old lady looks at her and she says something about, you know, you underestimate these people. And she's like, I think you underestimate faith. And I was like, oh, snap. Because it's like talking about, like, you know, if you come down harder, they will rebel even harder. Like, they will hold on to their faith even more.
Lily
So I think that's probably a.
Andrew
A little.
Lily
Or not a little. That's a thing that these tech industry guys are not.
Josh
Are just factoring in.
Lily
Factoring in for sure, people's faith.
Josh
Yeah, but that's, that's when I look at Elon, I just. When he talks about, you know, like we're in a simulation. Your theory about how he's just blown away by his own life, I truly do believe it's just such a self absorption. You say God complex, but I think it's just this guy's so driven. His life is surrounded by just fixing problems, being the best. You say no to me, guess what? I will fight until I prove you wrong. That type of attitude. The dude I don't think understands true everyday life and real people connection. And so I think he's just so removed from it. He has no idea how to like what our problems are and what our perspectives are. And I think he just wants to create things. And it's like, that'd be fine if you were just like, I'm just an inventor. I just want to find these amazing things.
Andrew
And he comes off as very disconnected from. I'm sure he deals with opposition like we know he deals with opposition, but it becomes very different when opposition becomes physical. Like I doubt that's an actual part of his existence. And so like the inflated reality is he's physically invincible.
Lily
Yeah.
Andrew
And that's not like a cryptic, like not encouraging anything. But like when you break people, like look through history and like as people revolt, like, you know, let them eat cake and it goes south. You know what I mean? Like stuff like that can happen.
Lily
Speaking of revolting eating cake, I got some Eastern European stories that are crazy.
Josh
All right, right after the time. So don't go anywhere.

Andy
Did you. Have you guys ever heard of. Let me pull him up. He's a janitor in Boston. Jimmy Cash is his name. And he calls himself. He has a Boston accent. The janitor was stamina. And he said that he came in and he sent his booger green. He's at a preschool. He's a janitor at a preschool. Booger green, beanbag chair of the affirmation room. And he said, I'm wearing the colors of the enemy peepee poo poo.
Josh
This guy sounds awesome.
Andy
But I'm the janitor with stamina. I sent it to Josh. Anyway.
Lily
Anyways. Did you hear that? It's a question quarter. Question quarter.
Josh
Question quarter with Lily with questions of Fresh out of mind.
Andy
Okay. Would you rather be born.
Josh
I love that. This is just a Would you rather. Segment, though.
Andy
I know, because you guys respond best to that.
Josh
Sometimes we just need a curveball, though.
Andy
You need a one or a two.
Josh
Yeah.
Andy
Would you rather be born a human and then every year become 1% more bird or be born a bird and every year become 1% more human? You can fly when you're at 35% bird.
Josh
Oh.
Andy
So the question is, you want to spend majority of your life flying or your golden years?
Lily
I feel like you should do bird into human because I feel like it'd.
Josh
Be really cool because then you'd be a massive bird when you're, like 15 and you just. Yeah, you'd be a massive bird.
Lily
But if you're a human going to a bird, it's like, yeah, it's like, guys, next year, you tell your kids, next year I'm gone. I'm a bird. I'm a fully a bird.
Josh
I gotta leave the nest.
Andy
But you'll. I guess you'll, like, enter humanhood with.
Lily
So much wisdom as a bird going from bird to human. Yeah, yeah, yeah. Because if you go from human to bird, I think you'll die pretty quick.
Josh
There's a high chance of, like, death.
Lily
Yeah, for sure.
Josh
Yeah. I would be born as a human.
Andrew
But what's like the. What's the.
Josh
That's what I'm saying. But I thought as a. If you're born as a bird, you're likely to die.
Lily
But I'm saying if you're born as a human and become a bird. What do you know about being a bird?
Josh
1%. Every year though, like, so when you're 15, you're 15% bird, what point do you grow beak?
Andy
Oh, I didn't come up with that.
Josh
Let's figure it out.
Andy
So you can fly at 35%. 35%. So when you're 35, you can start flying.
Josh
So you would probably get a beak around 25.
Andy
Yeah.
Josh
That's tough. That's a tough look.
Andrew
If you're a human, though, you can plan for becoming the bird.
Lily
Yeah.
Josh
Yeah. You learn. You're learning a lot.
Andy
You basically have a human childhood and a bird.
Andrew
Best years of your life.
Lily
You really want to eat worms all the time. You don't know why.
Josh
Well, you would know why.
Andy
Old people eat, like, grueling.
Lily
You get told at your cancin.
Josh
You remember your Concedia?
Lily
Yeah.
Andrew
Yeah.
Josh
It was beautiful.
Lily
It was amazing.
Josh
The dance was.
Lily
We shared amazing.
Josh
Incredible.
Lily
Insane. Yeah. Your father tells you. You don't know who your father is. It's like every. My father, my grandfather, they all have.
Josh
Just left for some reason. There's always cranes hanging outside your house and, like, very, like, important moments in your life, though. Your graduation, like, there's like, just a sandhill crane just standing outside. You're like, who is that?
Andy
That'd be cool. You could be a crane.
Lily
Your 13th birthday, your mom and grandmother sit you down and say, I know you've been feeling some changes on worms. What changes?
Josh
Well, what changes?
Andrew
Yeah.
Josh
Picking at your wings.
Lily
That's where they tell you that you will be a bird one day. You're starting to turn into a bird.
Josh
I'm gonna tell my girls that's what puberty is. It's when you turn into a bird.
Andy
We told Jane that we found her under a rock in China.
Lily
She loves it, though.
Josh
It's a good origin story, dude.
Andrew
Yeah.
Lily
It's our bedtime story that I say to them sometimes. Like, Ada was born on a pirate ship.
Josh
Yeah.
Lily
And then we sailed to China. And I lifted up this big rock, this big crystal rock.
Josh
Yeah.
Lily
And underneath the rock was Baby Jane. And they're like.
Andy
So we're having a cat birthday. Right. And I just thought while I was driving around, I'm like, we need to have everybody wear purple. Purr, purr. Purple. I think that when I first asked this question, I would have been human to bird. But I like what you're saying about.
Lily
Bird to person, because then you could, like, you could fly around and, like, observe cultures.
Josh
Yeah.
Lily
You could know the woods really well and how to survive in the wilderness. As soon as you become a human, you're just like, I got this.
Josh
You're not doing a lot of studying, though. Besides, just, like, observing, that is an argument for, you know, like, reading a book. You're not reading a book.
Andy
Yeah, I agree.
Lily
So zoo.
Josh
I mean, I don't know how strong your talons are.
Andy
You guys can make a strong. You guys can make an argument that you maintain human sentience the entire time.
Lily
Nice.
Andy
I'll allow it.
Lily
So even as a human to bird, you still got the human brain.
Andy
Yeah.
Lily
You can't talk anymore.
Andy
No. But you have the instincts of a bird, though.
Lily
Okay.
Andrew
Gray parrot, though.
Josh
I just, like, run around my room. I can't find the door. My mom has to come in with a broom and just pat me. Hey, calm down.
Andrew
Andy.
Lily
Calm down.
Josh
Just in the top corner. No wings. That you just do.
Andrew
This looks like a naked.
Josh
I don't know what I'm doing. I don't know what I'm doing.
Andy
What bird would you be?
Josh
Hawk.
Andrew
Cool owl. Oh, boy.
Josh
I. What's that?
Lily
Or a falcon. What are the. What are the. Those Mongol. The. Those giant. Is it like the. They're like eagles. Like a golden eagle or something?
Josh
Yeah.
Lily
The wingspans are like seven feet or something.
Josh
Yeah. Crazy. I think it'd be a pelican. I think a pelican would be dope.
Andy
Cool, because you used to live by the ocean.
Josh
By the ocean. You're always, like, gliding. You get to dive into the water and stuff.
Lily
Better question, what do you think each one of us, what birds would we be?
Andy
Oh, my gosh.
Lily
I could see you as a dove. A pigeon.
Andy
I know. I was gonna say pigeon because you get the best snacks.
Josh
Just a fat pigeon in New York. Hey, would it kill you to drop some breadcrumbs?
Andy
You could be an English pigeon. Jane and I went and fed birds.
Josh
Yeah.
Andy
This week at the Ibis. Or the what? The what those are called the lily.
Lily
Would for sure be a parrot.
Josh
The white ibis is the one with the long.
Andy
Yeah, yeah.
Josh
They're the best.
Andy
We were feeding ibises, and then a bunch of crows came along. And a bunch of, like, sparrows, I think, came. It was beautiful. And they were, like, sitting in our laps. Dude, they were all around us. Jane and I were enamored. But then this. This English woman comes up and she says, oh, these are so beautiful, in her accent. And she's like, I just take a picture for my son and all we got is stinking pigeons back home.
Andrew
Dang.
Andy
To be an English pigeon would be cool.
Josh
What a dream.
Lily
Andrew. Here's what that Beat.
Josh
Andrew has real. It's gotta show us right now.
Andrew
Right now.
Josh
Chirp, chirp.
Andrew
Oh, I missed the button.
Josh
Do it again.
Andrew
This. This just got me.
Lily
All right, we ready? 3.
Andy
I don't have it.
Andrew
Okay.
Andy
All right, now I got it.
Lily
3, 2, 1.
Andrew
Little.
Andy
This is scary.
Lily
Little lower. Now feel around.
Josh
Move around a little bit. Wow.
Andrew
No, no.
Josh
What? Gary, no.
Andrew
No.
Andy
Stop. Scary.
Lily
Feel around.
Andrew
Touch it.
Josh
It won't move.
Andy
I don't want to.
Andrew
So it's a little girl trying to feel something in a box. Trying to see what it is. Touch it.
Lily
Move around. Put your hands.
Andy
I did. Touch it.
Josh
Huh?
Andy
I did.
Josh
What do you think it is?
Andy
I don't know.
Josh
What did it feel like?
Andy
I think it's a hand.
Josh
What is it? You were right. That is so good. What a good reaction.
Andrew
Dude, it's the guts. Literal scream. I got one. I got one more for you.
Josh
That's so good. Oh, dude, if we're doing pimple dude.
Andrew
Just one. I'm not going to become the pimple guy, but just one. Love these.
Andy
I had to watch it for music or.
Andrew
No. Or sound off.
Lily
Okay. Sound off.
Andy
I. To watch. Far away.
Lily
Two, one, go.
Andy
Oh.
Andrew
Wait, look.
Lily
Oh, my God.
Josh
Oh, my gosh. I'm literally gonna throw up.
Lily
Dude, that is awful.
Andy
Oh, my gosh.
Josh
I have to think about something else. Baseball. Holy moly.
Andy
Ada asked me this morning. She's like, mom, remember when I used to play baseball and I was like, no. Oh, you never have. Okay. Has your gag reflex fixed yet?
Josh
Oh, I'm resetting.
Andy
Okay. The first time I heard Andy throw up for the first time.
Josh
Oh, that was the first time you've ever heard me throw up?
Andy
Yes. In the woods.
Josh
I thought it was so quiet, too. I was really trying to be quiet.
Andrew
Really?
Andy
It sounded like Sasquatch in the woods. Literally.
Lily
Yeah, because we're in the. We're in Franklin. And Andy wasn't feeling too hot, and he went to the woods, and we had a fire. Your whole family's around the fire?
Andrew
Yep.
Lily
And Lily comes out and she's like, where's. Where's Andy? And Kelsey's like, I think he's kind of sick. He's in the woods, and all of a sudden you hear.
Andy
It literally scream.
Andrew
It's like.
Lily
Phase your family.
Josh
Oh, no. Because they're so used to it. Oh, man.
Lily
But it was echoing in the woods.
Josh
It's crazy.
Andrew
Crazy.
Andy
I mean. And we were in the woods, and there was, like. There were houses, like, kind of around. They were kind of sparse, but you could hear dogs Going because they were scared of whatever they were hearing. Oh my gosh.
Josh
And then we came back and we told horror stories.
Lily
Yeah.
Josh
Scary stories around the fire.
Andy
It was wonderful.
Josh
You gotta bounce back.
Lily
You got a little tear from your gagging.
Josh
I don't doubt it. Dude. I'm literally like it ruined. That was rough, Andrew. I don't like that those at all, bro.
Andy
Wait, tell. Tell them what Chain did at the cabin.
Lily
Oh, they're sleeping in the bed with us. And Jane woke up and she rolled on top of a. Anda goes hi. And Jane literally went like this.
Josh
For no reason.
Lily
So just cuz I guess her breath st. Like not pretending at all. Just a full seeing a two year old gag.
Andrew
I don't know why.
Lily
It's really cute.
Andy
Ada's breath is stinky. See, I need to take her to the dentist and see what's up. Yeah.
Lily
Stinking of stinking, stinking breath.
Josh
Yeah.
Lily
Have you guys ever heard of Agafia Lukova?
Josh
Agafia Lakoya Lakova. Lacroix.
Lily
Close. Agafia Lakova.
Josh
No, never heard of her.
Lily
She's probably never heard you either because that's not. She's lived in the Siberian wilderness since the 1940s.
Andy
Cool.
Josh
Still this day.
Lily
To this day.
Josh
That's crazy.
Lily
Crazy story.
Josh
All right.
Lily
I saw this video on Vice where they're highlighting this lady and so.
Andrew
Yeah, it was.
Lily
So apparently in the 1930s, her father, Karp Lakov, which I found like he's Lakov and she's Lakova. And I asked.
Josh
It's the female version.
Lily
It is in Russia. Apparently the last names they change with male to female.
Josh
Cool.
Lily
I don't know if that's all accurate. So I'd be like hoopa Coopera. Coopera.
Josh
Is it like for only like when they. The father doesn't have a namesake or is it.
Lily
No, it's anything.
Josh
Yeah, it's even when they get married.
Lily
Yeah.
Josh
Weird. Cool.
Lily
Apparently. But Karp lakov in the 1930s was the Soviet Revolution. You know, it was before that, but it was in the midst of it. But they were part of what's called the Old Believers Orthodox sect, which I looked into that and it was like a split between Old Believers and current Russian Orthodox over some stuff. But the Old Believers, just basically the Orthodox Church we know at this point, were heavily persecuted by the Soviets. And apparently Karp's brother, who was a believer as well, was shot and killed for his faith. And so Karp Lakov decided to take his wife And I believe two of their children 200 miles into the Siberian wilderness to just escape persecution.
Josh
Yeah.
Andrew
Dang.
Lily
And they had, like, nothing with them, basically. They brought stuff, but, like, they didn't have, like, a firearm. I thought I had, like, a thing of what they hadn't. Didn't have. Oh, that was not. Give me a second. Yeah. Well, they. They just. Basically, they had nothing. Going out to the Siberian wilderness. And then Agatha, Agafia and another sibling were born in the wilderness in the middle of nowhere. They said that their. Where they set up camp was 160 kilometers from any civilization.
Josh
And they're born in the wilderness.
Lily
Born in the wilderness.
Josh
Golly.
Lily
And she lived in the wilderness without human contact. This whole family lived without human contact until the 1970s. 1978.
Andy
Wow.
Lily
When it just so happened these geologists were flying over because they were looking for, like, iron ore or something like that.
Josh
Yeah.
Lily
And they saw, like, a cultivated land and, like, farm and like, a couple little huts, like, what's that? And so they went down. They trekked back there, and they said it's. It's pretty much impossible to get to this place except through using a helicopter.
Andy
Wow.
Lily
Like, you can walk, but you can't walk in the winter because they say the winters in this part of Siberia, it gets to, like, on average, negative 40 degrees Fahrenheit.
Josh
How'd they do it? Dude.
Lily
Yeah. But what's sad is, well, before the geologists came, the mother. There was a really bad winter, and they had, like, basically no food, and the mother basically starved herself to death so that the children could eat.
Josh
Wow.
Lily
And what's even more sad is when these. These geologists came. Since this family had been living in isolation now for 40 years.
Josh
Don't say it.
Lily
They got diseases from this geologist, and three of the four siblings died.
Andy
Oh, no.
Josh
As a dad, like, with.
Lily
Within a week of each other.
Josh
How ticked would you be as the dad?
Lily
Oh, yeah.
Josh
So you see him and say, stay away.
Lily
But this. This whole video was highlighting Agafia, who's still alive. And now apparently one of these geologists lives out there too. But he's a really strange man. And they, like, go back and forth. It's really weird dynamics. He has, like, one leg, and it's like a. He has, like a wooden peg leg and weird stuff.
Andy
That doesn't make him weird. It's just that he's.
Lily
No, but he's done weird stuff to Agafia, like, said weird stuff and, like, manipulates her. But she's lived there her whole life.
Andy
That's so sad.
Josh
So just taking advantage.
Andrew
Beat that.
Lily
Guy up. Yeah. It's weird. And she, like. She takes care of him because he's older than she is, and it's, like, hard for him to go get water because of his piglet.
Josh
She's just.
Lily
He's just a burden, pretty much.
Josh
Golly.
Andy
And he. And he's a geologist that came and discovered Agafia and is now exploiting her.
Lily
It seems like it. Yeah. But you could be listening.
Josh
Careful.
Lily
Yeah.
Andy
Stop doing that.
Lily
But, yeah, so they. I mean, they learn to grow their own food. They hand make all their clothes with, like, hemp and, like. I mean, so this. This girl Agafia, all she's known is the wilderness.
Josh
Yeah.
Lily
For her whole life. And I think she's, like, in her 80s now, maybe, or 70s or 80. Yeah. But what I thought was crazy was I was watching this and there's just, like, some little parts where she was talking and she. Oh, they. This is another crazy thing. They didn't know anything about the outside world, obviously.
Josh
Sure. Yeah.
Lily
They didn't know about the moon landing. They didn't know that the USSR had collapsed.
Andy
Wow.
Lily
Nothing. Yeah, they just been living in isolation. But she talked about that while they were filming, there was a plane flying overhead that was spraying chemtrails. And she says, I hate these planes because every time they come, it either rains or snows. And I know that there's chemicals in them because it makes me feel sick.
Andy
Oh, my gosh.
Lily
This lady who's been living in the Siberian wilderness was commenting on a chemtrail. She said, those clouds that these planes put out make it rain or snow. And it makes me and the animals feel sick.
Josh
Even she's smarter than most.
Andy
It's because we're being so disillusioned because we're literally being poisoned every single day. We don't even notice.
Lily
Yeah, it's crazy. But in the interview, too, she had, like, this old, old Bible that she said has been handed down for her family for, like, 600 years or something that she was reading out of. Yeah, she reads it every day. And she, like, started talking about, like, the Antichrist. And she's like, from news that I'm getting from people that are coming to see me, she's like, I feel like the end is actually near and that the Antichrist is coming soon.
Josh
Yeah.
Lily
I'm like, this is crazy for this.
Josh
Lady to be like, yeah, I trust her.
Lily
I know.
Andrew
Yeah.
Josh
I feel like I trust her with more than most people. That's awesome.
Lily
Yeah.
Josh
What a crazy life, dude.
Lily
So Agafia Lakova, dude.
Josh
There needs to be a full documentary on this lady.
Andy
I know, very cool.
Lily
But yeah, she's super self sufficient, obviously, but. And she's like, yeah, I'll never. At this point. I would never leave. I think she. They said that they've brought her to like the city. City, whatever. Close to them like once or twice. But besides that, she just lives out there.
Andy
Well, how old is she now?
Lily
She's probably in her 70s or 80s. Well, she was born in 1944, I believe.
Josh
She's 130 years old.
Andy
Yeah.
Lily
Yeah.
Andy
That's so sad about her siblings.
Lily
I know, yeah.
Josh
That makes me mad.
Lily
But I thought that was a crazy, crazy. Is she in good health relatively?
Josh
Yeah, yeah. For 80 year old.
Lily
Yeah.
Josh
That's super cool. I mean, I just like, just imagine what they're eating and how they like their daily life look like. Yeah, it's wild.
Lily
Yeah. She does have a gun at this. They got guns now.
Josh
Good.
Lily
Yeah.
Andy
Wolves or geologists?
Lily
Yeah, dude, wolves.
Josh
That's why I got a gun.
Lily
She said the bears are out there, are insane. Like the biggest, meanest bears and wolves, dude.
Andy
Speaking of wolves, dude, Frankenstein was awesome.
Andrew
It was.
Andy
Continue, sir.
Lily
That's it.
Josh
It's pretty good. That was pretty good.
Lily
Yeah.
Josh
That's awesome. I can't wait to. I'll have to watch that video. That's fascinating to me.
Andrew
Blows my mind that people can just get out in places like that and survive. Especially like when they first. When the dude first fled. It's like, we're just gonna figure this out. That's insane.
Lily
Could you imagine putting that on your family? Like.
Andy
Yeah.
Lily
Going 200 miles into the middle of nowhere. No one knew you're out there for 40, over 40 years.
Andy
Well, you're making a choice on the outcome of your children too. You're saying you guys will never marry or experience, but we have each other and at least we'll survive because of our faith, you know, and then just not knowing how quickly things have progressed on the outside world. I mean, they're probably thinking about their lives and how long they've been living under oppression. And then 40 years passed and they're like, no way is it better. But really everything was changing every five years.
Lily
Yeah.
Andy
You know, and that was something that Elon said. He said reality is accelerating.
Lily
Yeah, I like that line. Reality is accelerating.
Andy
It just feels like everything is going faster and faster and faster.
Josh
Yeah. Comparative. Yeah. Especially past years. It just feels like it is changing a lot quicker than normal. And like even just with this AI stuff, man, it's Blowing my mind.
Lily
Yeah. I got another Eastern European story.
Josh
Hit me.
Lily
This is a terrible thing.
Andy
Oh, gosh.
Andrew
Terrible.
Lily
I just saw it because it just came out in 2025, these allegations. It's in. Forgive me for my pronunciation. Sarajevo in Bosnia, which is the capital city of Bosnia in Herzogovina.
Josh
Yeah, you nailed it.
Lily
Perfect. There's, like, a civil war that broke out in Bosnia. Like the Bosnian wars, you know.
Andy
Yeah.
Lily
1992 to 1996. And Sarah Jevo was, like, the heart of where it was happening. But these allegations just came out that in 2025. So this year, these allegations came out that talked about sniper tourists. So apparently, in this capital city, there was this epidemic of civilians just getting. There's this one place in the city called Sniper Alley.
Josh
No.
Lily
Where these people are just. These civilians, innocent civilians are just getting got.
Josh
Holy moly. When was this?
Lily
In the 90s.
Josh
Gosh, dude.
Lily
And what was happening, these allegations is all these European countries, these wealthy people, were flying to Bosnia and paying upwards of a hundred thousand dollars to have a human safari.
Andy
Oh, my God.
Lily
In Bosnia. To where they would just snipe innocent people. And it would. This is terrible, but it would, like, cost extra for, like.
Andy
No, no, don't say it.
Andrew
And stuff.
Andy
Oh, my gosh.
Josh
Dear Lord.
Lily
And so it's under investigation right now of the people that were involved in this. But. Yeah. And what are rich people doing? Isn't that crazy?
Josh
How bored are they?
Andrew
How evil, dude? It's. It's. Do you see Tom Segura talking about it with. They. He was somewhere near Somalia, and they were like. They were like, do you. Would you want to go. And, like, apparently you can pay to go into, like, pirate waters and to be the gunner. And, like, you can pay money to just, like, basically bait pirates. And then when they come in, you know, hog hunting in Texas. It's terrible, but, like, Pete, like, people are evil, dude.
Lily
Yeah.
Josh
That's crazy. I mean, that's stuff you watch in movies.
Lily
Yeah. But they're saying people from, like, England, Spain, these, like, gun enthusiasts, rich people, would literally fly to Bosnia, pay the soldiers, and they would post them up, and they would go to town.
Josh
Dear Lord, man.
Lily
Yeah.
Josh
That's wild.
Lily
Yeah.
Andrew
Hate that.
Josh
You wonder how many things like, that have happened, though. Like, what's actually happening? Yeah, like. Yeah, like. Yeah, just, like, different type of operations that are happening in different areas that are very similar. Just for the fun, you know.
Lily
Yeah.
Josh
Of just spending money, getting to do that, being so rich that you don't care anymore.
Lily
It's Terrible.
Andy
Can you imagine?
Josh
No, that's crazy, dude.
Lily
Yeah. Do you want a little bit of a lighter story?
Josh
Oh, I want heavier, dude.
Lily
All right. Have you guys heard of the Pit from Hell?
Andy
Yes.
Josh
That's what I needed. The Pit from Hell.
Lily
This is crazy. All right. This is from the Y files. I saw this on one of his recent videos, and I watched him, like, I've never heard this in my life.
Josh
Okay.
Lily
So I looked into a little bit more. It's crazy.
Andrew
Yeah.
Lily
So it is the again, Eastern European.
Josh
Just don't travel there.
Lily
Yeah. But the Huska. Huska Castle, I believe it's h O U S K A Houska. Houseke.
Josh
Housekeeper.
Lily
Houseket. Let's do a houseker. That sounds cool. Houseke Castle, which was built in the 13th century, so, like the 1200 era. And it was built by the Ottoman at that time or the king. It was at this region was Bohemia at this point. But now it's like, where's Prague?
Andy
Oh, gosh. Is it near, like, Czechoslovakia?
Lily
Anyways, this. This castle is about. They say it's 47 kilometers north of Prague. And at this point or at this time, the 12th century, 13th century, it was Bohemia. But this castle is very strange. It offers no logistical advantage at all.
Andrew
Like, it's strange where it's located.
Lily
Yeah. It's off the beaten path. There's, like. It's in a really harsh climate.
Josh
But if you look at the school zones are incredible.
Lily
Great.
Josh
Zoning's in. Great.
Lily
But if you look at this castle, the fortification is not facing the outside. It's facing the inside of the castle to a courtyard.
Andrew
I've seen this. Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah.
Josh
What does that mean?
Andrew
The pit.
Josh
Yeah, but, like, what you said. What do you, like. What did you just say?
Lily
Like, the fortification. So, like, you know, they, like, build, like, walls and, like, slots for, like, shooting arrows and stuff on the outside. They're all facing the inside.
Josh
Got it. Okay.
Lily
But this pit, apparently this pit goes back to way, way, like ancient traditions, where it's this giant, like, granite slab, I believe. But in this slide, people always reported, like, hearing noises and creatures coming out of this pit.
Andy
Oh, my gosh.
Lily
And, like, terrorizing villages and stuff like that. Apparently it got so bad where they built this castle around it and basically set up all these monks and stuff inside this castle. And at one point, it became like a prison to where they would, like, send. They would have give these prisoners an option, like death penalty or lowered into the pit. And stories go that these prisoners were lowered into the pit. And when they came out, they had aged, they told these things of like, there's creatures down there. There's like fire, there's like. They literally described it as hell.
Josh
What?
Lily
Like there's, there's demons living in this pit.
Josh
Yeah.
Andrew
They heard screams coming out of the pit quite frequently too. That was the other thing. Like. Yeah, something was getting got in the pit.
Lily
Yeah. And so they, these monks and stuff, they like, they would just, they were set up around there to combat this pit. These demons that were coming out of this pit.
Josh
Yeah.
Lily
And then eventually they just decided to seal it up.
Josh
Sure.
Lily
Which maybe you probably should have done that off the get go.
Josh
Yeah. You got to experiment a little bit.
Lily
But it wasn't until the Nazis came around that they took over this area and they took over this castle. And they'd heard because we talked about the Nazis and their love for the occult.
Andy
Yeah, yeah.
Lily
And they're like, let's see what's in this pit. And so they reopened the pit and sure enough, the same occurrences, creatures were coming out. They described like giant frog looking men and like just the creepiest stuff. And what they would do, they would also lower prisoners down into this pit and they would come up and they had aged like they said the age, like 40 to 50 years, like just completely grayed. Screaming, losing their minds. And then after World War II, when the Nazis were driven out, when they had to surrender, they sealed it. Sealed it. So apparently they poured in all this concrete and it's like. So since the Nazis, it has been sealed permanently.
Josh
Yeah.
Lily
And so like modern day no one's tested what's in this pit.
Josh
Who owns it now?
Lily
I don't know.
Josh
Interesting.
Lily
I didn't look that into that.
Josh
Hey, let's do it. Let's do a Gofundme on Patreon.
Andy
Open the pit.
Josh
Let's open the pit, guys. Open the pit. Come on, dip me in.
Andy
No, thank you.
Lily
Why Files? His episode was crazy on it though because he also did like about like the something codex, which is this like ancient religious manuscript and this giant book and it talks about how to combat different spells. And at one point there's this giant page of a painting of Satan and they said that his theory was that they're congruent with each other like the pit and this book being written.
Josh
Interesting. So maybe it's something that opened up the pit.
Andrew
Maybe what the monks were transcribing. There's like a journal of.
Lily
Yeah. Or how to combat these demons that were coming out of this pit. Because there's ways of Combating different demons inside this giant codex book.
Andrew
Yeah.
Josh
Makes you wonder where it came from, though, the book. Like, who dug the pit?
Lily
Oh, yeah. I don't know.
Josh
Like, where did the pit. How did that get found?
Lily
Well, they say that they found the pit.
Josh
Yeah, that's what I'm. Yeah, but like, who really first found it? Or how was it created?
Andrew
Yeah.
Josh
Or was it always. Don't you remember those guys who were drilling and they lowered. Yeah, the screams. I wonder if that's in the same.
Lily
Area that was in Russia.
Josh
That'd be interesting.
Lily
Yeah, that was weird. You remember us talking about that?
Andy
Yeah, I do.
Lily
Yeah.
Andy
I want to know these mysteries.
Andrew
Yeah, one day, dude, I got a mystery. Oh, you ready?
Josh
Mystery mystery.
Lily
Does it involve a pit from hell?
Andrew
It involves a cryptid. For. For me, as a hunter, these stories freak me out more than anything. Like, you hunt?
Lily
Yep.
Andrew
Oh, yep, I do. I gotta add it one time every episode. Yeah. This is. This is Terrifying is one of the scariest stories. It's told by this guy, Lon Strickler, and he's the guy who interviewed the man who had the encounter. The guy's name is James west, but most people consider that a pseudonym. So I guess the guy didn't want to be known. But he tells the story. So he's coyote hunting. He's. In the winter. He is in Green County, Pennsylvania. He's hunting. And you know when you call in a coyote, you do a rabbit call. They can like do little diaphragm calls and stuff. And he's been there. Apparently coyotes are just like, run over his hunting property. And he's finally. He's got a, like, thermal scope. He's going to take care of the problem. And he's been doing it like a few nights in a row. And as soon as he starts that rabbit call, I mean, just the field is flooded. He goes out there, he starts making the call, and nothing, like, nothing comes out. He's been out there for an hour in the snow and is just like, well, this is weird. And he's about to pack it up and then he hears something behind him. And it's not like. Like if a deer or coyotes. It's. It's kind of like a quick movement and then they take a few steps and then they pause. And he describes the steps. Remember, this is like deep snow as deliberate and like consistent sequential steps. Just crunch, crunch, like something big enough to really be compacting the snow. And he listens to it circle behind him and he's like, okay. Like, I've waited long enough trying to maintain his cover. And he has like one of the red spotlights that doesn't like disrupt the woods. And he whips around and he turns the light on the thing and there's this seven foot creature that drops from 10ft away, drops to all fours and like, like postures like what am I doing next? And he describes this thing like the thing with a red light. He described glowing red or glowing yellow eyes. Almost as if the eyes were like projecting into the light. Freaked him out. And then he's just frozen. He's like, you know he has a gun, but he's like, I mean it's 10ft away, like what do I do next? And the thing starts to crawl toward him on all fours. And as it takes the first step, he said what he noticed was the length of the front arm. And the fact that this thing which had long hair, pulled back ears, long snout, like a dog, dark. I think I already said dark fur. But this thing had human hands with long claws. And when he saw that, that's when he said nope. And he had a 12 gauge loaded up, pulled the trigger. And underneath the red light he was using just a puff of like if you watched an animal like hunting, there's like a puff of mist that happens when you hit it and immediately did it. And he said it let out a yell, but he described it as almost like a long bark.
Lily
Like say any throwing up. Yeah, it's just.
Andrew
Oh yeah. But he. So, so there's this vapor and so he actually begins to. This dude's crazy. He begins to blood trail what he just shot. And he follows it for like probably like 50 yards I think is what it was like just like to the edge of where he was hunting. And he was like, okay, this is, I'm, I'm dipping. I'm not doing this alone. Comes back the next day with one of his buddies from hunting camp. And the tracks are still there and there's still a blood trail. And he describes the tracks as dog like. And so it had gone back upright when it ran after being shot, but on twos. On twos but having like a dog print. And then he gets, they start weaving and it's bleeding the whole time. There's blood. So you're like, I'm, I'm about to walk up on whatever this creature is and put out of my mind everything that freaked me out. Well, it gets to a clearing and the tracks appear as though they've like some like it loads up, presses down like it jumped. But It's a wide open field. No more tracks, no more blood portal. Just gone middle of the field. Weird. Dude doesn't hunt anymore.
Andy
Yeah, I wouldn't either.
Lily
Vegan.
Josh
Yeah.
Lily
That's terrifying.
Andrew
That's scary.
Josh
So that's like dog man, right?
Lily
Yeah, yeah, yeah, dude. Oof.
Andrew
Yeah.
Josh
Seven feet.
Lily
Do you think it was like a portal kind of thing?
Andrew
I. I really don't know. I mean, if it went. I mean, I don't know anything about the dog man. And, like, but if a human can become a dog, could it not become something else too? And it's like, all right, I'm gonna try to shape shift into something else and dip.
Josh
What if he was born as a bird?
Lily
Hey, possibly. That's crazy.
Josh
That's.
Lily
Where was it? Pennsylvania.
Andrew
Pennsylvania. Greene County.
Josh
What year?
Andrew
Oh, shoot. I don't know the year.
Josh
Tell me the story again. Just keep asking all the details.
Andrew
Does the whole thing go freaking.
Lily
That's crazy.
Andy
That was scary, dude.
Andrew
Yeah. 10ft away and it dropped. And then as it was crawling, he shot as it began to, like, stand back up on twos and he was like, no, I just want to see.
Lily
Some proof of this stuff.
Josh
I know, man.
Lily
I don't doubt his story at all. I just want to see it.
Andrew
I.
Andy
So I do not.
Andrew
Everyone's saying that the dude who runs the, like, Cryptid, like, you know, one of these online sites. I forget the name of the site I was reading on, but it's like, that dude does stand advantage to a good story. And he's like, no, I interviewed a guy who wants to remain anonymous and could have just invented the story, but there is a ton of these stories from all over.
Lily
So I wouldn't remain anonymous. I would be like. I would be telling everyone.
Josh
Yeah, but then you get just cast as this weirdo.
Lily
Whatever.
Andy
I think we're there.
Josh
Yeah, that's true. That's. We've already built that repertoire.
Andy
Have you. Have you ever seen the scary movie the Ritual, Yo?
Josh
Yes.
Andy
About the Nordic Cryptid.
Josh
Dude, you actually would kind of like this. It's like a scary movie, but it's like.
Andy
It's your vibe smack out of me.
Josh
Oh, it's good.
Andy
It scared me so bad.
Josh
So these guys, four friends, always go on this annual, like, hiking trip. And I don't know where it's at.
Andy
It's in. It's in Scandinavia.
Josh
Scandinavia? Like, really?
Andy
Probably Norway.
Lily
Oh, that's the one you were watching the other day?
Josh
No, no, I haven't watched that one on a while.
Lily
I swear. You're telling me about it.
Josh
I might have been telling you, but I don't know.
Lily
But you thought you were watching it.
Josh
No. These. And one of the things.
Lily
A bachelor party or something. Or like, they're like. It's like they do it yearly, right?
Josh
Yeah. These. The one friend dies, and so the three friends.
Lily
That's right.
Josh
Continue to go out.
Andy
Yeah.
Josh
And just like, try to keep up the tradition and stuff like that. But they run upon this just, like, weird. Normally large, almost like skinwalker type creature, but it's, like, massive. But it's the way it's shot. It's so subtle and so dark and.
Andy
Oh, he hangs people on trees like ornaments. Like, impales them onto limbs.
Josh
Wow. It's. But the way, dude, the way it's shot, like, the. Like those dark. Like those long, like, four shots where you're like, do I see?
Andy
Do I see?
Andrew
I don't. Yeah. I don't know, dude.
Josh
So good.
Andrew
I've quit using a light in the woods because I haven't killed the deer. And walking in without a light at like 3:30am Stop. Them palmetto bushes start to look like things like. No chance.
Lily
I'm watching, like, your peripherals, like, super hard. And I were like, was that.
Andrew
Oh, it's unsettling, dude. I got within 5ft of the buck. And it's like, awesome to say now, but when he, like, I jumped him. And when you hear something me to you jump through a palmetto when it's dead quiet. I mean, you crap your pants. Yeah, that's why I never got it.
Lily
Scariest hide and seek ever.
Josh
Speaking of movies, I saw Begonia with Emma Stone. Well, I haven't heard when she shaves her head.
Andy
Oh, what'd you think?
Josh
Oh, it was awesome.
Andy
Yeah.
Josh
Super fun.
Andy
Let's watch it this weekend.
Josh
Super fun.
Lily
This is in theaters?
Andy
Oh, dang it.
Josh
Me and you should go watch the new Predator movie.
Lily
I really want to see the new Predator.
Andy
I like Predator, too.
Lily
All right, Come on.
Josh
Let's all go.
Andy
I also want to see Die My Love.
Josh
Yeah, I've heard that's pretty good, too.
Andy
I guess it's a postpartum psychosis story.
Lily
Is that with Jennifer Lawrence?
Andy
Yeah.
Josh
Have you seen them do the lie detector test yet?
Lily
It was pretty funny.
Josh
Dude, he's so funny.
Andrew
Yeah.
Josh
Oh, yeah, he's hilarious.
Lily
Call himself Gen Z. I'm Gen Z. Yeah.
Josh
How old are you? Doesn't matter.
Lily
Where is he from? Like, England? Like London?
Josh
South African.
Lily
Speaking of London, have you ever heard of the Crystal Palace?
Josh
The Crystal Palace?
Lily
Ooh.
Josh
Josh, don't don't hide things from me. I don't like it. I don't like when you do that.
Lily
Talk about the Tartarians, man. Yeah, actually, no, it was last week we were talking about the Expositions Expeditions exhibit. What do you call them?
Andy
Exhibitions.
Lily
Exhibitions.
Andrew
What did I say? I said that. Right, right.
Andy
You said expositions like exposing or Expo Exhibit.
Lily
Exhibition, yeah. Anyways, they had one in London and they built this thing called the Crystal Palace. And let me show you this thing.
Josh
When they built it, like the soccer.
Lily
Team, I believe it was the 1800s, late 1800s, but it was 900.
Andrew
Square.
Lily
Feet, almost a million square feet.
Josh
Insane.
Lily
Look at this thing. I just sent it.
Josh
It's kind of like my house.
Andy
Yeah, a lot like your house. That's insane. Where is this? London?
Lily
It was in London.
Andy
Wow.
Lily
What?
Andy
Is this real or was this just drawn plans?
Lily
No, this is real. It was real. It was built in the late 1800s for ex exhibition and it was in this one part of London. And then they. After the exhibition, they tore it down and then relocated it somewhere. And then it remained standing until I believe 1912, when it burnt down.
Andy
Oh, gosh.
Josh
What? This thing's huge.
Lily
But they tore it down and relocated it.
Andrew
Like.
Lily
What?
Josh
How do you.
Lily
They also built it, I think they said in like two years or something. No, less than that.
Josh
Bro, that thing is huge.
Andrew
Yeah, two years. 1852 to 1854.
Lily
Okay. When did it burn down? Is it 1912?
Andrew
I'm not sure. I was looking up. That is why the soccer team in the Premier League is Crystal Palace.
Lily
Oh, isn't that insane though? Talk about like old technology and like, being able to build stuff, like, with.
Josh
The intention of knowing you're gonna take it apart and read like. Like it's not a permanent structure. Yeah, that's crazy.
Lily
They said within that building they had 14,000 exhibitors for this exhibition.
Josh
Bro, how do you even do this?
Lily
It's nuts, isn't it?
Josh
I mean, how many levels is that? Like seven stories. That's crazy, dude.
Lily
But yeah, that inside picture, like the garden and stuff like. I mean, it's beautiful. 1936, it was when it burnt down.
Andrew
Yeah.
Josh
Wow.
Andy
We are so irresponsible with fire down all the time.
Josh
I mean, they used to blow things up to excavate instead of like. I mean, like to actually. Instead of like digging and like being careful and stuff like that. It's like they used to just dynamite stuff.
Andrew
Yeah.
Josh
Which is wild. Which. Imagine how many things that we've like broken and like destroyed by Doing that.
Lily
I know.
Josh
That's crazy, dude.
Lily
Crazy, right?
Josh
Why don't we have stuff. I mean, I know we have stuff like that nowadays, but it's nowhere near as quick, nowhere near as oppressive and beautiful.
Lily
Was it the eyesore of I drive?
Josh
Yeah. Yeah.
Lily
Or is it I drive there?
Andy
Yeah, yeah. Or i4 Orlando eyesore is what they call it. And I don't know, I think they're doing something with it now.
Lily
They say that. I swear they say that every year.
Andy
I know.
Lily
It's this build. Those who don't know, it's this building in Orlando and they started building it like what, 20 years ago, literally when.
Andy
I was a child in my car seat.
Lily
I remember seeing it and it's never been completed.
Josh
Yeah. What's even the shape of it? I don't even. Like, it's like a. Like a little like a tween fingernail. Yeah, yeah, it's. That's all it is.
Lily
But it's supposed to be a Christian Broadcasting Network building at first, and then they like lost funding and then it's just bent and then I. People have like come and like, oh, we're gonna fix it up.
Andrew
Yeah.
Lily
Nothing.
Josh
Let's buy it.
Lily
Let's do it. I'll be our new studio.
Andy
That would be so funny. Took over the Orlando eyesore. The lore.
Lily
Yeah.
Josh
Dude, that's crazy.
Lily
It is crazy.
Josh
I am fascinated. There's gotta be more stories like that then I know it's all the same time period.
Andy
Yeah.

It was during this whole like early 1900s, this late 1800s, early 1900s. These exhibitions were all over the world. And that's where the whole tartarian thing comes into play. People were like, sure. It wasn't exhibitions? Yeah, it was old tartarian technology. Yeah. And then the mud flood happened.
Andy

Yes. And I will say this, which we said on our Patreon last week, but we are looking for either a contract editor for our short form content that can work remotely. That can work remotely, or a full time editor in studio. But you have to live here. You have to. Not in the studio. You don't have to live in the studio, but you have to live close enough to drive to the studio. So if you're interested in working literally with the podcast. Yeah.

Title: Escaping Death in Siberia, Dogman Attack, & The Pit from Hell
Date: November 21, 2025
Hosts: Josh Hooper, Andy DeNoon, Lily, Andrew
Theme: An off-the-rails, hilarious but wide-ranging episode covering wilderness survival legends, cryptids, alleged wartime atrocities, ancient mysteries, and wild inventions—with classic in-jokes and comedic chemistry throughout.
This episode delivers a wild ride through topics both bizarre and fascinating, with the hosts riffing on everything from mystical pits and cryptids to technology, apocalypse cycles, and holiday anxieties. Laughter is ever-present, even as they explore some genuinely dark subject matter—including a Siberian survivor’s life story, harrowing conspiracy-laced wartime tales, and infamous “Pits from Hell.” Along the way, listeners get a healthy dose of pop culture, banter, new inventions, and classic “Would You Rather” scenarios.
The hosts maintain relentless, often self-deprecating humor—even while covering dark or sensational stories (Siberian hermits, “dogman” attacks, sniper tourists). They frequently roast each other, delve into pop culture riffs, and invoke ongoing, inside jokes (running gags: bodily functions, cryptid stories, tech rants). Even as they discuss technology’s dangers or end-times anxieties, the mood is zany, sharp, and irreverent, making for an entertaining but substantive listen.
This episode encapsulates “Ninjas Are Butterflies” at its outrageous best: one moment riffing on thrift shopping or AI dystopia, the next uncovering legends from lost Siberian saints and cryptid-infested forests—always high on laughs and low on structure in the best possible way.
