I literally just laid there and I had my sleep mask on, and I was just laying there and my mind was going, vu voo, voo, voo, voo. I was having. I should have been praying, to be honest. I did. Around 2 in the morning, I started praying, but otherwise I was arguing with a lot of folks in my head.

Including me. At one point, I was arguing with Josh. I don't know why I was mad at him. I think I was mad because he was sleeping and I was not.

But the girls could send something. The girls could send something because they were also up all night long. And you know what she does? She slides her arms under me from the side of the bed to wake me up. It's very scary, Ada. Yeah. Anyway, so I, like, I didn't go to sleep. I ended up falling asleep around 6:30 in the morning and then was woken up at 7:30 in the morning. And then Josh let me sleep a little bit longer and I woke up at 8 in the morning.

So I had to do EMDR around this trip because part of my anxiety. I know people are probably so sick of me talking about anxiety, but here we go. Part of my fear is a fear of being trapped.

It's. It's irrational, truly, because, well, you were

kidnapped and held prisoner as a child. So I think that's where it stems from. True, true.

But I was. I just have this fear of being trapped. So, like on a plane, like, doors are shut, oh, I can't get off, nowhere to go. So I did this emdr. And then one of the questions like, what's the worst that can happen? And I'm like, well, I've seen a lot of tick tocks about the New Brunswick or, sorry, the Newark airport. And they're just being chaos all the time and people being stuck on the Runway for hours and begging to get off. I'm like, so that freaks me out.

What are the odds, though?

[Andrew]

The odds were in my favor. So we take off from Orlando early in the morning. Early in the morning.

A two hour flight.

[Andrew]

Yeah, yeah, two. Two and a half hour flight. We're there. We're like over D.C. and they're like, oh, yeah, there's storms right over Newark Airport. So we're just going to hang Out a bit and then we'll head that way. Yeah. All this stuff, I'm thinking, oh man, we're toast.

[Lily]

Yeah.

[Josh]

So it turns out we are running

[Andrew]

out of fuel, so we're going to

[Josh]

have to land in D.C. to refuel. But it should be a quick stop. We'll get us back up in the

air shortly after that.

[Lily]

It's not a big deal, just a little detour.

[Andrew]

We land. The fuel truck's not coming. I'm like, oh my gosh. It took 45 minutes for the fuel truck to come.

[Lily]

Yeah.

[Andrew]

Well, guess what?

Not terrible.

We lost our flight. What do you call it?

[Lily]

Window.

[Andrew]

Flight Window. He's like, we'll just hang out on the Runway until we get another flight window. Three hours sitting on this Runway in the plane. Still in the plane. The plane got so hot, it had to have been 86 plus degrees on there. People in the backpack were like, please can we get off? It's so hot. Like everyone's sweating. He's like, oh yeah, we'll get off for a second and then we'll get the new flight window and head out. And that was at 11:30. I did not get on the flight to leave D.C. until 10:00 clock at night.

11:30am, 11:30am, 10:00pm you were stuck in the Washington D.C. i was a major

[Josh]

detail of sitting in that lobby fight. Oh, the fights. Yeah.

[Andrew]

Well, yeah, everyone, everyone was mad.

They grounded like all of the flights going to New Jersey or something like that.

No, the whole, the whole East Coast, Philadelphia, Baltimore, New York, New Jersey, all grounded because of these storms.

Our airport was grounded because these are the DC one. So they just kept on changing the gates and they kept on changing the times. I'm just like, I'm like holding out because I was like contemplating like, should I rent a car? Should I get a train ticket?

[Lily]

Because you're like five hours away at that point.

Well, the train would have been a, it would have been a three hour train ride.

[Lily]

Train would have been fun.

But I'm just like, it takes an

hour to get to the train station.

Yeah, that's the thing. It took, it would take an hour to get to the train station. So it was just, it was hard to play out. So I'm like, I'll just wait because pretty sure that we'll leave at some point. We didn't. And it got to the very end. There's a gentleman who I kind of befriended who had a 16 year old son.

Everybody was befriending each Other that was on the same flight, it became like teams.

[Andrew]

Yeah. But this gentleman who was from New York and his 16 year old son who. They have some father son issues.

[Dorothy]

The son was a little off the rails, but maybe for a good reason.

You found out later, wearing a ski mask and stuff and just. Just not very polite young man. I don't know.

It was scary.

[Andrew]

Anyways, they got in a fight.

At the gate entrance. Father and son shoving each other.

Cursing at each other, Swinging at each other. Throwing trash cans at each other. From me to you. It was this close. And I'm doing this.

When he's punching in the thing, the flight attendant's like, sir, you can't do that. You can't do that. He's like flipping them off. And I'm like, bro, I'm. I'm toast. And at that point, he was on

the phone with me.

He's like, go ahead and order the rental car.

[Andrew]

I said. I said, please get the rental car. I'm like, I'll drive. And I stood up. And everyone's like, so what are you doing? I'm like, I'm getting a rental car. The father that just got an argument, he's like, hey, bro, you want to go half on that?

[Dorothy]

You want to go Dutch on the rental car?

[Josh]

I said.

I literally said, sir, with all due respect. With what? I just all. I do not want to drive with

you and your son.

And then. Yeah. What they do, Brennan in particular, he and his group posts up near college campuses and witnesses.

Which is his heartbeat. He likes young people. He's young himself. And then. But there are other brothers you were talking about you met because there's only like something like 37 brothers that they

[Andrew]

30s or 40 brothers. And they were all there.

[Dorothy]

Yeah. And one of them is like witnesses to homeless people. And so they all have their own like spiritual giftings and.

[Andrew]

Yeah.

Purposes. But I will say you met all of them. I've met, I think maybe five just through Brennan bringing them around. And it is the clearest I've ever seen the Holy Spirit living and inhabiting a person in these people.

Anyway, these guys are just like on fire for the Lord and they they really exhibit all the fruits of the spirit. So if you have a brother near you, be his bunny.

She was getting her hair done when this was all happening.

Mine was probably when I was in China, and we literally. It was like steps up a mountain that, like, very ancient steps built, like, by Buddhist monks.

And they had each step numbered, and it was, like 8, 000 steps.

Uphill. It was, truthfully, one of the hardest things I've ever had to do. And a gondola that went up, though, that you could take, but, like, no, let's go. Let's walk up.

And then people were, like, in the group, they're like, let's take the gondola back down. And I'm like, I'll race you back down.

I started running down that mountain. I tripped so hard, and I swear on my life, I went down 500 steps in the gondo. They're like. I mean, I was cut up. Yeah.

I think it's like 12 or 13 miles. And it was by accident. My friends and I used to like to walk the train tracks. The very same train tracks where I got in trouble that time when I was a teenager and we would meet at my house.

No one ever walked on train tracks. It's one of the most dangerous things you can possibly.

[Dorothy]

Yeah, I will tell you, these train tracks are spooky too. Dude. We would meet at my house, which my parents live downtown Mount Dora. Okay. And the train tracks, we would start them over by Gilbert park. And we would walk literally until we got to Sullivan Ranch. And then we went and like, we would mess around in like the orange groves out there because there was like a homeless camp there. And then dangerous. And then we, instead of taking the train tracks back, we walked out and down the highway down 441.

Jeez. How old were you?

[Dorothy]

A teenager. Which I think about our children doing these things. Crazy. Crazy. I would never let them do that. But it was by accident. So we left in the morning and we got home at night time. I know.

Anyway, we would do this pretty semi regularly. And one time we went and under the bridge, there were a bunch of people wearing dark robes.

I've told the story before, but if you remember the Grand Canyon, that hike we did, where it was supposed to be, I can't remember if it was one and a half or three miles, but we were like, sure, we'll run it, we'll jog. And I mean we were booking and you're looking down because you're moving fast. Like if you look away you're gonna fall.

Oh my gosh.

[Josh]

And so we get to the bottom and I'm like, like that was, that took forever. And then we talked to a park ranger. Look up and I'm like, oh, like I'm at the bottom of the Grand Canyon right now. Like kind of tripping out. And I talked to the ranger. I'm like, hey, I thought this was, I think, I think it was a mile and a half. I was like, I thought there's a mile and a half. I was like, how? He's like, dude, it's a mile and a half line of sight. And so we got to the bottom basically, or like most of the way down. It was the stop before the bottom of the Grand Canyon.

Oh my gosh.

And had to do the switchbacks back up. It took like half a day. But that's fine.

[Andrew]

That's scary.

No, no water. That's the first time in my life where like you think you've been tired, like, what, like your sodium's depleted, like all of that stuff. And like people were like, where are they figured out what happened and like they sent like a rescue. Like, like a bunch of granola bars and crap. We were like, we're like, no, we're like, like all of us are pale skinned. And that's saying something for me.

This screenshot's from a real research project called Phantom Twist, developed by researchers at Northwestern University and presented at the Robotics Science and Systems 2026 conference. So this. I will say I read. I finished the book Cersei before we went to go see it. And that was very enriching to my movie watching experience too. And they totally left out that story from the Odyssey in this retelling of it. But it's okay.

Well, can we talk about some theories around the story of the Odyssey?

Some of the theories of the Odyssey was that it was an actual historical event that happened and even all the supernatural parts were in fact real or like expounded upon, like made to fit a story better. Better. But they believe like the like, one of the creepiest parts was when they went to the underworld with the necromancy and stuff, the blood offering and all that stuff. They're like, this was in fact of an ancient practice that they used to actually do.

Yeah, that resonates.

And with like Cersei and the witch and all this stuff, even with the concept of like the gods of like Neptune, Zeus, all this stuff, it's like these were actually like prevalent watchers in the day. Like they were actually ruling the ancient Bronze Age time.

And The Bronze Age. Because this story, they actually say. Let me back up a little bit. Another theory is that the Odyssey was a story that was a encrypted map of trade routes.

So basically all the places that Odysseus went, it was basically encrypted of like, you should go here. You shouldn't go here because of pirates of. There's some spooky stuff on this part of the ocean. So I thought that was pretty fun. But what is. I think one of the coolest things is that it was crap. Who wrote the.

Homer Homer.

[Andrew]

That he was actually preserving history or foretelling or not foretelling. Basically showing the collapse of the Bronze Age because this was written short or after the Bronze Age. But the Bronze Age is one of the most fascinating times in history because the collapse of the Bronze Age happened in anywhere in between 50 and 100 years. We're talking about, like, the world was like technology and trade routes. It was like flourishing. And it was like almost like the first time where the world went into the Dark Ages.

And no one to this day really knows why that happened.

And so Homer's basically like, this is the pre Bronze Age. And the thought of like Odysseus traveling and stuff when he gets back, he says it starts with Troy. And I think they really hinted at it in the movie that Troy was the beginning of the downfall of humanity.

The sacking of Troy. Because when he got back, kingdoms disappeared, writings vanished, cities burn, trade collapsed. But again, they don't really know how the Bronze Age ended. But there's some theories of how the Bronze Age ended. So I drink a lot of caffeine. My heart is like. So some things that happened during the Bronze Age collapsing was Mycenaean Greeks basically just disappeared. That was like the world of Agamemon. Yeah, all that stuff. The Hittite empire collapse. Major Canaanite cities collapse. The wealthy trading. Trading city of Ugarit collapsed. And parts of Egypt did survive, but were badly shaken.

So basically the whole known world just started over.

You know, not to bring it back to Christopher Nolan, but he did a good job telling that story. I think, because he talks about. They keep this reoccurring theme is the people from the sea.

Like they. That that's the biggest leading theory is the mystery of the sea people. No one knows who the sea people were.

Well, I mean, at the End of spoil it. Christopher Nolan's the Odyssey. He. He claims to, he's like I'm the people from the sea. And what. What I think Christopher Nolan was trying to say was it's humanity that lost expansion. It's colonialism.

Correct. But it was a civilization that were attacking these major cities.

You're talking about Atlantis. Yeah, well that's also thing that Atlantis was set in the time of the Bronze Age.

And so like it could have just been these earthquakes that attributed to it.

So that's a question that you have to ask yourself. I mean like. And really ask historians. And what I would be curious to find out is were people actually writing fiction in that time of human history?

So it makes total sense like to make up stories, to tell stories.

But were there. Was there oral history crazy enough to be.

Well that's the thing. That's why like I think like Joe Mutamale, Tim Albarino, they all argue that these stories of these ancient Greek gods and stuff, they're real stories. Just. Just fantasized more.

Dude. That's what I would be inclined to believe as well. I don't know. I would like to look to our ancient church fathers to kind of describe that or like try to diagnose it. But what's interesting, like I was saying a couple episodes ago when I was reading Cersei, Circe is the daughter of the sun God Helios. So you know when they go and they eat the calves it's. That's her dad.

And she's like a nymph. So it's like a immortal plus the dad or whatever. And she ends up being exiled because she creates the sea Monster Scylla, who is another nymph she creates. She turns her into a sea monster with her witchy powers. Feels terrible remorse about it, at least in this book. I don't know what the fictional character did. Anyway, she's exiled to that island where she greets all these people, turns them into whatever she turns them into. Where was I going with that? Oh, she's a witch and her siblings are witches and warlocks and what they do. Literally in the book, it describes that they practice things like pharmakeya and necromancy and all these things that you hear about from the Watchers. And so that's why it was like kind of obvious to me that probably these things did happen and they were fallen angels and the products of that, and they ruled over mortals that didn't know how to distinguish.

They're saying, Homer, basically the Odyssey was a. It was preserving the things that were actually happening during the Bronze Age.

What I'm so, you guys know, I've been like working with blurry a little bit and I'm trying to remember. They just did an episode on Atlantis and I'm trying to put together some of the things that I remember hearing, but they were talking about Atlantis possibly being a flooded region. And you know, the Bible talks about water coming up from beneath, but then the dude's talking about there being a shift to where that city, which was once the pinnacle of all trade and all that sort of stuff, when the plates shifted as the water welled, that would have dropped down. But does that fit the timeline of the movie with that theory? Or is this like. Because it seems like we're like 1200. Seems super off from the like 90006000 year old flood narrative I'm trying to piece together. I don't know how those could possibly be working in harmony or not.

Well, there was one theory that they're basically like tribes, like a collective of tribes, like from all over.

It's got to fall down, but then it's another one of those cities in the ancient biblical world where, like, how on earth did that get built?

And the theory that I heard was similar to, like, how the Tower of Babel may have been like, this ancient watcher sort of thing being built, but that Jericho itself was so large because it was built underneath the kingship or leadership of one of these watchers. And so it stood as a stronghold that the Canaanites moved into. Because if you remember, the Canaanites had. You know, when they viewed this, you know, Canaan, they're like, they're giants that still walk there. So there was this, like, ancient history. So whether they died out or went into hiding or whatever, the stronghold of the people of Jericho. It was like, when they were taking these cities down was like, that's a stronghold that we need to, like, that stands as like a kind of a middle finger of sorts to the. To the Israelite people.

But there's definitely no weapons of mass destruction.

I mean, we did find their passports in the wreckage of 9 11. Thank goodness.

So April 2003, just weeks after the U.S. invaded Iraq, archaeologists announced something incredible that George Fassbender claimed his team identified what may have been the burial site of the legendary King of Gilgamesh. What makes it crazy and believable is the ancient records say he was built under the River Euphrates. But what had happened is the river had relocated over time, which allowed for this excavation.

They carved new paths. This is so long ago. And so now there's this region where it can be discovered. Starts excavating, says. I think they're using, like, ground penetrating stuff. And they're like, we found everything. Historically checks that this is the spot.

We go to war. And then you said in. I didn't go into your research, but that they had literally like, hey, this is shut down. And put soldiers.

U.S. troops basically shut it down. They occupied the. The dig site. Wouldn't allow civilians in. And then.

Yeah. Reports from civilians is that in the middle of the night.

But a later Mesopotamian text called the Death of Gilgamesh is where they describe the burial. So it's not in the epic. It's a later work.

But the waters of the Euphrates river were diverted according to the text and then reverted so that it would cover the burial. So it was constructed on a dry riverbed. He was buried treasures and offerings. So there would have been these artifacts that they could find and locate. And so the ancient city of Uruk sits on an old English Channel and they use satellite imagery. I'm kind of like speaking half from notes and half from memory, and I'm getting a little mixed up. But the Iraq war started. This is. This is where for me, it gets absolutely insane. So we started. If you remember. Do you guys remember? Like. Like, what was it? It was. It was like, right after it happened, they started talking about anthrax and letters. Do you remember that being, like, a big thing? They're like every biggest scared. Well, apparently, like, four or five people died and like, 19 more people got sick. They actually. There was. This isn't a conspiracy. Anthrax did get mailed.

Oh, I. Yeah. I remember my mom being weird about it.

Yeah. People were microwaving like someone burnt their house down because they were microwavable. Waving their mail, trying to kill the anthrax force. This is like a real thing that happened. People really freaked out about it. And what they did, though, is immediately they were like, well, Saddam has anthrax. This is like they used that to tie him to the reciprocal or the continued terror attacks. So there was no actual yet connection between nine, eleven and Saddam. And they just started throwing. Everyone gets scared. This is the dude who did it. So I started diving into the connection between Saddam. Where did he get anthrax? Where's all this weaponry? This is insane. So the US And Saddam were not always enemies. He was kind of put in place. Yes, sure. During the Iraq and Iran, or the Iran Iranian Iraq war. In the 80s, the United States supported Iraq. In 82, the Reagan administration removed Iraq from the US list of state sponsors of terror. So he was on the list? Removed from the list. And during that period, the congressional records show that American supp Buyers shipped biological research materials to Iraqi facilities, including the. The botulinum bacteria, gas, gangrene, tetanus cultures. Brucella, or brucella, however you say that sounds like a cheese brugetta.

Then they say it turned out to be this other guy who is the sole custodian of a single vial that had his fingerprint on it. And they were saying that's enough to prove that this One thumbprint on this particular strain is enough to bury the dude. And so I was like, well, tell me more about this court case and how did this end up? He died.

Yeah, they connected everything, and it was just a completely scattered thing. And then to find out we planted the drugs we're arresting him for, while not finding weapons of mass destruction. Like, all this stuff is like, crazy. None of it's connected, but it's a narrative that we're going, then what's crazy is then there's actually a thing. In 2021, we returned something called the Dream Tablet of Gilgamesh to Iraq.

Once that whole conflict chilled out, they were forced to return it, but they believe that tablet actually came from Uruk as well. And so tracing all of the, the, the tablets and stuff to this particular region, it's what it is, is in 2021, they affirmed that the tablet was historically relevant, that it did come from the city, that it did matter. Uruk is the place in the diverted riverbed. Like, it all ancient text line up that that was Gilgamesh. And so you're like, cool, War's over, conflict's over. Seems like they got in there, messed with it, and got out. If you. Your whole life's work is to find the tomb of Gilgamesh or some significant study like that, and you got that close, and you're now permitted to be back in the area, why would. Why would the research stop?

Like, you know, what are they? The grimoires? And, like, the. The information that they didn't have to do, the things that, you know, maybe elite circles of ancient people, like, knew were going on.

No, no, the Dream Tablet's just another all the Dream Tablet was. I didn't do a ton of research, but what it does is confirm the legitimacy to the location that they claim the. The tomb may have been in. And they get there because you could have dismissed it. Yeah, they could have dismissed it and been like, I mean, there's everywhere. But, like, it had been on display from the 90s until 2021, is like, this incredibly important artifact. And so for sure, all it does is like, if it had been dismissible, then the location, you could be like, yeah, they had that Dream Tablet turned out to be nothing but the fact that they found something, they had to return something, and then they never went back to the site and finished excavating it. Okay, number one, Mark Twain. Have you heard this one?

Mark Twain was born.

1835, the night Haley's Comet was viewable. I saw that I heard across on Earth. And he said like later in his life in like 1909, he says, it is coming again next year and I expect to go with it. And it'll be the greatest disappointment in my life if I do not go out with Haley's comment. The Almighty has said, no doubt. Now, here are these two unaccountable freaks. They came in together, they must go out together. And on. In 18. I mean, 1910, on the same day it was viewable Haley's Comet, Mark Twain passed away.

[Josh]

That's crazy.

[Lily]

Crazy bonkers, right? I mean, like, that's. What are the odds of that? That's really kind of. I mean, that's crazy.

[Andrew]

So I wish I had something like that.

[Lily]

Like, I just knew a comment was going to come. I'm like, yep, that's what I'm going.

[Dorothy]

So another. Another crazy coincidence. This guy named Joseph Figlock, he was a street sweeper in Detroit. And it was like early 1900s, 1937, and he was cleaning a street when a baby girl, just a few months old, breached the still the sill of a fourth story apartment window. The baby falls, lands on the man, hits the man's shoulder. Oh, he falls. The baby and him are both okay. They have minor injuries. Crazy, right? Just like, right time, right place. Luckily, like, him being there Saved him life. One year later.

[Dorothy]

Oh my gosh.

[Lily]

Big lock, old guy, street sweeper in Detroit. Walking down an alleyway, Davis Thomas, a two year old toddler, falls out of a four story apartment window and lands directly on top of this man again. And they both survive.

[Dorothy]

Oh my word.

[Lily]

Crazy people.

[Dorothy]

[Lily]

I know for. Yeah, I don't know what's happening in Detroit in the 30s, but yeah, lock your windows. Okay. This one I don't think we've ever talked about, but I remember we were talking about these like the brothers or that like the twin paradox.

[Andrew]

Yeah.

[Lily]

They got separated.

[Dorothy]

Yeah.

[Lily]

This is like on the same like wavelength. It's completely nuts. So there's this girl, Laura Buxton, in England in 2001, she's at her, her grandpa's 50th birthday party and they have a bunch of balloons and stuff and paper. And you know, her grandpa's joking, he's like, you need to have some fun with the, with the balloons. Write a little note in your name and stuff and send it in the air and everything like that. Let, let it out and see where it goes. Few weeks later, you know, a man is nearby and going through his field checking on his cows, and he sees a balloon tied up against the fence and everything. He walks over to the fence, pulls the balloon out and says it says Laura Buxton. He's like, oh, well, I know my neighbors, you know, their kids, Laura Buxton. So he takes it over to their house and everything and hands the letter to the parents. And the parents bring it to their daughter and they're like, did you do this? And she's like, no, this was a different Laura Buxton 140 miles away. And the letter said, you know, reach back out to me. Laura Buxton had address and phone number and everything. Just, you know, just saying whatever. She's a 10 years old girl, by the way, the girl who received it, the other Laura, also 10 years old.

[Dorothy]

Wow.

[Lily]

Only a few weeks apart in their birthday.

[Dorothy]

Oh my word.

[Lily]

They call each other and they say, no way. Like they hit it off, they become really good friends. They're like, hey, do you want to meet up? They meet up.

[Dorothy]

Oh gosh.

[Lily]

Both of them are 10 years old. Both of them have medium to, you know, brown short hair. Both of them show up wearing jeans with a pink sweater. Both of them brought their pet gerbil with them. Excuse me, that's a tan brown. Both of them had a, the gerbils had literally orange like birthmarks on the back of their hind legs. They Both have black labs and they both have pet rabbits.

[Dorothy]

So what is that?

[Lily]

I don't know. It's a glitch in the Matrix.

[Andrew]

Yeah, that seems like a glitch.

[Dorothy]

Shared consciousness or something.

[Lily]

140 miles away. I know there's probably like some government guys, like, they met. They're not supposed to know. No, shut it down. But I read that story. I was like, that is absolutely unbelievable. Yeah, binoculars, dude. Unbelievable. Like, I couldn't believe, like, that actually, like, something like that happened because they're not even related. They weren't. They're not cousins or nothing. The parents met. The parents are completely different. Everything different except for literally just the daughters are like mere. Exact. Exactly the same.

[Josh]

It's weird.

[Dorothy]

It's so weird.

[Lily]

It's very, very strange. So there's a picture of them.

[Andrew]

Wow.

[Lily]

Yeah. And if they're on Ripley's Believe it or not. A lot of people didn't believe. Because the story went viral online.

[Andrew]

It. Yeah, exactly. Like, you need to.
