Welcome to episode 11. The Asbury University Revival is still going. Yay! Other revivals are breaking out. Double yay! What kind of revival / resurrection do you need in your life right now? Ask for it. This is the season to align your desires with the creator of heaven and earth (Yahweh) and ask for rain. I pray all is well with you. Thank you for being here. The song I added to the playlist for this episode is Jesus You Alone. When I hear and sing it I envision the beauty of our King Creator. As you listen think about the words. So... I just finished uploading episode 9 and I start checking out The Asbury University Revival. I'm moved. Revivals are beautiful moments in history when people usually of all race and boundary agree to worship, repent, and submit to God. Jesus is worthy of our full submission, attention, and worship. Check it out The Asbury University Revival when you get a chance. This is my journey. Thank you for being here. Here is the Spotify playlist for season 1 of the podcast: CLICK HERE

Today I talk about how to deal with the opinions of people. Truth is, you will never have enough cheerleaders to push you into God's purpose. Sometimes you have to "Shake that Snake" (makes more sense when you hear the episode) and keep it moving. That will preach!! This is episode 9....almost 10. Wow! This is my journey. Thank you for being here. Here is the Spotify playlist for season 1 of the podcast: CLICK HERE

Today I have a special guest! Samantha (Sam) Stewart is an Author and more importantly a friend. She shares her story of losing her husband to Covid yet not losing her faith. Sam is on a mission to normalize the topic of grief through revealing God's faithfulness, goodness, and provision. I have found her experience and wisdom helpful and hopeful and I pray you feel the same. Thank you for being here. Today I talk about a some crazy cool confirming words God has been sending my way. I think it's His way of saying "I see you and I love you, son." In my best preacher voice, I need to tell you that God also sees you and loves you! Thank you for being here with me. Here is the Spotify playlist for season 1 of the podcast: CLICK HERE

Tonight my wife and I went to a prescreening of the movie "Jesus Revolution." I talk about how we felt about the movie and ask "What revival does Jesus want from us?" This is Episode 4. Thank you for being here. Here is the Spotify playlist for season 1 of the podcast: CLICK HERE

As I sit here listening to this beautiful worship song, by Brooke Poindexter called "Altar", I think about that altars I need to build for God. Altars are not just for sacrifice (although that will preach!) they are for remembrance. As you listen to this episode I ask, "What Altars will you build in order to remember God's goodness in your life?" Thank you for being here. You've probably heard the song "Great is thy faithfulness." In this episode I explore the question of, How great is my faithfulness to God and what He has placed in front of me? How good are you at staying focused? Me? Not so much! In Spite of my infinity for distraction I have learned, over decades or failure and victory, that unusual faithfulness over an unusually long period of time produces in us, for us, and through us what nothing else can.
