Trisha
There.
Tana
And like, I do sometimes see clips of me with like a bleach and tone screaming. And I'm like, like, it's like too.
Trisha
Much bleach and tone my air. I'm like, what was I thinking? I look like. I literally look like Hulk Hogan. Like, I look insane.
Tana
That's the worst, though, when you are on the bad end of a double date, like, your friend likes the guy and then you're like, with like his, like, loser friend.
Trisha
I've never had that. Have you done it? I've never had that. I've seen in movies. Who do you think is lesser of two evils? The south or the Mormons?
Tana
Ready?
Trisha
Here we are. Ooh, we need Jennifer Coolidge on the podcast.
Tana
We need Jennifer Coolidge anywhere just to breathe the same air as her.
Trisha
When we get our bed, we just invite Jennifer Coolidge in to be in the middle.
Tana
I think we made an executive decision today.
Trisha
Even Moses is excited because I always give him my ideas and he's always like, what do you mean you just built a new set? But today he started seeing the vision of the bed.
Tana
Yes.
Trisha
And I think he was like, okay, so yes, let's. Welcome to Not Loveline.
Tana
Welcome to Not Loveline.
Trisha
We have so many updates to tell you guys. But before we do have a question, we are taking questions today. Call this number right here. You can call in and say, hey, this is for the main show or if you want to go over to patreon, patreon.com not loveline. You can ask saucy questions or questions you just want behind a pay wall. You don't want everyone to hear.
Tana
And we've been really exposing ourselves over there every day.
Trisha
Every Friday, we're exposing ourselves on the Patreon. Even Sometimes the titles are so scandalous that I'm like, I don't even know if I can post this on my Instagram story.
Tana
Sometimes it's like a little secret.
Trisha
It's like, just, you know, I. I can't be posting it that day. So it's like, go over there if you want stuff that we can't post.
Tana
I'm really trying to, like, give my lore over there versus just sex advice. I'm trying to be like, well, I did this with this guy and, like, trying to, like, really give the patron something special.
Trisha
Someone could write a book based on your sex stories over there. They could just do like, a whole, like, I think you should. I think you should do a book of, like, I want escapades or something.
Tana
That might be my second book. I've been thinking about it a lot. I'm rereading Chelsea's My Horizontal Life, which is all about her.
Trisha
Is it that? Is it that?
Tana
Yeah, so. But speaking of sexy. Ooh, we want a bed here.
Trisha
We went to bed. Tana has. I did not know this. I didn't know how severe it was. I guess that you have scoliosis. Well, I was like, you just like, like to be in different positions, but I was like, oh, no. Like, your back is like.
Tana
And my hips, my everything. And I love this chair. It's awesome. But what you guys can't see is it's very firm and round. So, like, I just like, you know, like, I. You see me across these episodes and all my weird positions that I have to sit in. And we also, I think when we started this, we didn't know we were about to go on, like, a pajama journey of the century. You know, we do love a.
Trisha
But even now, should we change our pajamas at 2 o' clock and on a Tuesday?
Tana
And I love it. Like, our slippers, like, it just.
Trisha
It fits the vibe. Well, I saw you. We just did just Trish and I saw you over there just be so comfortable. You're, like, curled up in, like, the big chair and everything. And I was like. And then you were talking about sleepover, and I was like, we should just have, like, this, like, giant bed, which would be so cute. And then, like, change this so it looks like a window looking out of the LA nights. And there's, like, little stars. Maybe we can get twinkle lights. Drip dome. If you're out there. I know you watch sometimes.
Tana
Yeah.
Trisha
Trip down. We need you here for two weeks in October.
Tana
We do.
Trisha
Tana might need a set. We need to renew this I want a 3D window and then in the back, like twinkle lights. Maybe pink twinkle lights. This sign could still be there on like the headboard to like get a little bit of our old set here.
Tana
Bed frame.
Trisha
Cheetah bed frame. For sure. This could be the bed frame. We do something 90s fuzzy bedding. Ooh, and some silk pillowcases. I still think we need a plant coming out of your head. Cuz that's so iconic.
Tana
It's my favorite thing. You can stab me right now when.
Trisha
You get caught in the plant. It's my favorite.
Tana
It's like fist fighting this plant till the day. We can still have a plant because we'll be in bed, right?
Trisha
We'll have a plant over there and it stands.
Tana
Cute rotaries.
Trisha
The phone was so great. I think like an oversized rotary blinged up.
Tana
Yes.
Trisha
Maybe pink. Because we do love a pink. We should incorporate pink in there because.
Tana
Red also looks so good with Cheetah. Cheetah red. Black, like, could be really okay.
Trisha
Red bling phone. I love that.
Tana
And like a whole new photo shoot with that vibe. Like, yeah, we're excited.
Trisha
Oh, my God. That is actually. That's everything. I can't wait. I was super excited when Mose got excited. Like, okay. Yes.
Tana
If you ever need Moko to clock in with Moses too, Like, and building the hammer, like, like, he's there. He's ready.
Trisha
That's a Patreon video. We should make them do. I was like, build this bed from scratch, Nar Smith style. You know, like just chopping down the trees and just like making it.
Tana
I think Moses should build something that is everything.
Trisha
Moses does love to build. Yeah, he does. He's does Makoa. Is he like a builder?
Tana
Well, he did that for a long time, like, for a living.
Trisha
Oh, I know.
Tana
He's like. He locks in. He helps me with a lot of things he likes. I don't know what he built. He built an outdoor set for me recently. What? I think that's it. Maybe a bar cart. I can't remember. No, he didn't build the workout, but he. He built an outdoor set. Like, like a table and like.
Trisha
No way.
Tana
Like sofa and like, whatnot. He knows how to. When he locks in on that. He is.
Trisha
That's the best. I really think. Unless you're handy yourself, I really think you should find a partner that's very handy.
Tana
Yeah.
Trisha
Because Moses, like, fixing anything is just like, amazing. I can't killing anything.
Tana
All of those things.
Trisha
Oh, killing bugs. Yeah. Like just making stuff out of Marble. I'm just like, oh, I love this stuff.
Tana
Sometimes I just want to give him busy work because it's hot.
Trisha
Yeah.
Tana
You know what I mean? I'm like can you build something? Like I want him to be turned on.
Trisha
It's the most attractive thing in the whole world is when he like builds things. Or even just now he's like, yeah, we could do a bed. And I mean perfect. Yes. Like you just ask for a bed and it's built. It's like the coolest thing ever. Oh my God.
Tana
Yeah. That's a man perk. A straight man perk or gay man? A man perk. And women build things too. I just don't personally.
Trisha
Okay. And non binary people can too. Everyone can.
Tana
Everyone can build things. Hold on, Tana. We don't have to give a gender to building the bed.
Trisha
Like you get gender and sexualities and straight man. You're like let me be so specific. Right.
Tana
It's like a mari builds. People build things. Let me shut up. Let me shut up.
Trisha
Shout out. Dr. Do you have Dr. Pepper or water? What you just drink Ollipop?
Tana
I just drink ollipop. The strawberry vanilla Ollipop like does something for me in my soul so good.
Trisha
I need Olipop to sponsor this. They sponsor just Trish. I really need them to sponsor not Loveline. Cuz I got into ollipop when they started sponsoring. They have a a Dr. Pepper placement.
Tana
Can covered in my lipstick. Could be yours.
Trisha
Strawberry vanilla. I wonder what that. Cuz a lot of times it's like dupes. Right? Cuz it' only 5 grams of sugar compared to 45 grams of sugar. That's my ad reada to unjust. And it's actually so tea because sugar does put on like the weight. I've been doing way too many Dr. Peppers lately. Love Dr. Pepper though have like an alternative for ollipop. It's like doctor something and it's kind of everything.
Tana
Ollipop strawberry vanilla to me is equally as good.
Trisha
Yeah.
Tana
You're going like a soda like as like a full.
Trisha
You have a Dr. Pepper. You have a water and you went for the ollipop.
Tana
So Dr. Pepper is BlackBerry. And I will say it is taking me. I used to drink. I could drink like 20 BlackBerry white claws in one sitting.
Trisha
Oh, it's question in a bad way.
Tana
Just the BlackBerry flavoring in the Dr. Pepper is very similar to the BlackBerry down there.
Trisha
To see the little. The bottle. The bottle's regular. That's I was gonna tell you earlier.
Tana
Yeah. Like this reminds me of puking BlackBerry.
Trisha
Oh, wow. I see.
Tana
The cherry.
Trisha
The cherry's good. Cream soda, like, they're all good. But this is the. The OG I'm looking for the glass bottles. They say if you go to the Vallartas, you can find the glass bottles, which means it has, like, real sugar. It's like the. The Mexican Dr. Pepper, the Mexican Coke.
Tana
You need to try strawberries and cream. Dr. Pepper, by the way, I could on some gluttonous finish a case.
Trisha
Really?
Tana
24 pack of cans, Dr. Pepper, strawberries and Trisha. It's the best one.
Trisha
We'll get it for pasta night. I'm really excited. We're playing the pasta night in the Vegas thing.
Tana
Yeah, Trisha and I have a really Disney.
Trisha
We have so much. We have actually so much. I'm trying to figure out how we. Like, I'm getting so excited, but realistically, I really want to go. So I'm like, thinking logistically, I'm okay. How do we find. How do I get this? You know what I mean?
Tana
Like, because we finally took our plans out of the group chat, you guys, and we went and we did Pilates, Cheesecake Factory, and we went to Claire's, which was such a. Like, Claire's.
Trisha
We didn't talk about. Yeah, we. That was so interesting to me because they're going bankrupt or out of business or something like that. But it was. It was.
Tana
And we have a whole plan for them to not, by the way, Claire's, call us. Like, Trisha and I can revive your business.
Trisha
Oh, my God. Yes.
Tana
That was the most narcissistic thing I've ever said, by the way.
Trisha
Like, I don't know. I think it could. No, I know your tart is gonna sell out because. Oh, yeah, we should have brought those over here because it matches our set.
Tana
I also want to do a tick tock today on this set with my tarp because it's so leopard.
Trisha
Yeah, it's so. It's Leopard is in right now. YSL is doing leopard. Like, everyone is doing leopard right now.
Tana
Leopard bag of yours. It's so funny because I really, really want that bag.
Trisha
Especially because your lip kit matches it too.
Tana
Like, I know, I know, but I'm like, really, really trying to chill.
Trisha
Yeah. And spending on.
Tana
On designer. Buying new designer. But it's funny because I like then wanting that back and then I see you with it and I'm like, it's better in person. It's so gorgeous. Like, oh, better in person.
Trisha
I will say it's so funny. I saw Jaclyn Hill buy it. And I was like, honestly. Because I was, like, teetering, too. I.
Tana
Ugly is that.
Trisha
And Jacqueline Hill literally did a. Like, is it ugly? Is it not? And then she had. And I was like, okay. She influenced me because she's like. So she's now with her, like, red hair and, like, oh. And she's like, I need to think.
Tana
About it for a little longer and, like, really, like, feel like I made. I don't know. And I'm trying to also now, like, donate what I'm spending too, because I'm just like, I don't know. I went. I went really crazy on tour, and I. I've not. I haven't been like that. It's almost like, on tour, I was just, like, so far away. And these stores are so cool, but I'll probably end up selling a couple things I got.
Trisha
Yeah.
Tana
So out of touch. I understand. But I. I'm passionate. I'm gonna give this all to my daughters one day, you know, very.
Trisha
That. Yeah. And my. And I will say they do love everything. Like, the girls will love everything. My daughter has already loved purses. And just.
Tana
Yeah, this holds its value at least. Like, I know that no matter what, Like, I could turn around and sell this for, like, damn near what I bought it for. And, like, I'm gonna like it in 20 years. Yes. And, like, you know those companies, like, XIV carrots and stuff that, like, will remake, like, a Cartier bracelet for cheaper just with.
Trisha
Oh, no cost.
Tana
Like, you could have somebody make this for you.
Trisha
You get what I'm saying?
Tana
With diamonds and metal, it's still, like. And you're not. Yeah.
Trisha
Yeah. Okay. You've DM plus me. I also love how you mix the gold and silvers. I love that. Or is it white gold? What are those considered white gold, but they're so.
Tana
It looks silver.
Trisha
Yeah, I love it. I love the mix. Because everyone used to be like, don't wear gold and silver together. But, like, why not?
Tana
I was a silver girl, like, my whole life because I was still like her. And then, like, when I got softer, I was like, oh, gold.
Trisha
Sweet gold is. I love it. I love the mix. I really do. Wendy Williams, I have a screenshot because I want her stack. She has, like, a stack of just, like, Cartier and Van Cleef and, like, all the, like, bougie brands. Rolexes.
Tana
It's classic for a reason, though. I will say I bought this bracelet, like, literally almost 10 years ago. And, like.
Trisha
And you still wear it?
Tana
I wear it every day. It's not scratched. It's perfect. It's beautiful. Let me swim arms.
Trisha
I need to just get ideas for Moses. We have a dream board shared album, and I always, like, send them these.
Tana
This is so funny that you're adding me to the board.
Trisha
You're gonna be on the dream board. You're probably already on the dream board. And what's this? Watch me just asking you.
Tana
Cartier.
Trisha
Okay. Bouge. I love it.
Tana
She's. She's a watching it. She. I stand on cardier. David yman and Van Cleef, but Tiffany.
Trisha
David yman is. I used to love David yman.
Tana
This is David Yman. Are they, like, still.
Trisha
Are they still popular? I love it. I love their little knots and stuff that they do.
Tana
Is David yman?
Trisha
I live for David. I just been a lot David yman. Are they still around? Yeah.
Tana
Yeah, in Vegas.
Trisha
Oh, really? Okay, let's get David.
Tana
You're okay. And I know that's so, like, I'm being crazy, but I think it's so.
Trisha
Different coming from, like, you, like, someone who's just, like, made all their own money and, like, you know, you, You. You talk about it. I. You, like, always joke, like, selling whole and stuff like that. But you really do, like, work hard. And I think that's.
Tana
I also think that, like, I came from nothing to the point that I can recognize when I'm overspending. That's why I'm trying to chill right now. I also can recognize this is gluttonous. At one point in my life, I could not afford air conditioning. And, like, I am so gagged. I think that's why I'm genuinely upset about this, Tiffany, because I'm like, if I'm going to spend that, I want to be 80 years old with it.
Trisha
Yeah.
Tana
Like, and I know I'm not going to be 80 years old with this bracelet versus the other ones. Like, it's going. Something's going to happen, and I'm gonna go, yay.
Trisha
Yeah, I feel you. Like, Louis Vuitton just came out with their makeup. Did you see their collection?
Tana
No.
Trisha
Michaela and Jeffrey both did reviews. They got, like, a PR package, one lipstick, $160. Crazy.
Tana
The designer makeup has always been interesting to me. They've gotten better because people like Michaela and Jeffrey started cracking down with reviews, which is good because it used to just be, like, the makeup, designer packaging.
Trisha
Oh, I had. No, I never. I never use makeup, but I definitely never use, like, designer. I'd buy, like, a Dior blush because, like, Kylie used it or something, but I never was.
Tana
That blush is great, but now everyone duped it, so it's fine.
Trisha
Oh, is it?
Tana
I don't.
Trisha
Yeah. I need to be into the makeup world. The only makeup I care about is the tarte duo.
Tana
You're so sweet.
Trisha
The creamy lip liner and the caramel scented all day at overnight lip mask. I thought the lip mask was the color. I'm. So you have to do a tutorial on how to use these. Like, what to use them.
Tana
Can I. Will you throw me my maracuja lip?
Trisha
We keep just talking about this.
Tana
She's, like, literally my biggest hype woman, by the way. It's so crazy.
Trisha
I carry my gloss with me on my phone. Are you selling these things too? The little. These are so iconic with the lover. I mean, like, it is just so on trend. Like, leopard is just so in right now.
Tana
And it's funny because I chose for everything to be leopard, like, almost a.
Trisha
Year ago, before the YSLs and stuff came out, because, yeah, she has leopard print now. Like, everyone has leopard print.
Tana
I don't even know if we have this set. When I chose for it to be leopard, Like, I think that it's just.
Trisha
Oh, no. Yeah. This was new, but it's so crazy.
Tana
How much it just, like, has stayed.
Trisha
UG has done leopard print. Like, it's really. Everyone one.
Tana
This is the one that Trisha got, the.
Trisha
Oh.
Tana
Melt mask. But look, like that's colored. That's what you need.
Trisha
So you will. So what do you sell? You sell these? You sell that? And then there was a fourth product.
Tana
Yes. A second shade, because I just wanted to cover all skin tones, and I use the second shade sometimes, too. It's great.
Trisha
That's so. Yeah, that. Oh, yeah. Yeah. That's so pretty. Okay. Love it.
Tana
She's here if you want.
Trisha
Okay. Yes. I love.
Tana
And I'm so excited for people to try it. Genuinely.
Trisha
I feel like by the time this comes out in just a show, probably will be sold out. But I'm very honored to have this. And it's so cute. I do love having it, like, on the back. Like, that is so genius.
Tana
So cute.
Trisha
Is it both?
Tana
Yes.
Trisha
Oh, I love.
Tana
And I love it so much. Like, I just love tarte because it's so cool working with tarte too. Like, versus. Because a lot of brands as big as tart are owned by major conglomerates.
Trisha
Yeah.
Tana
You know what I mean? So you really have to run everything through the major conglomerate. But, like, this is owned by Maureen, and, like, I can call her and Just be like, let's do this, let's do that. And, like, she's so down for all the. Like, you know what I mean?
Trisha
Like, so many questions for Maureen.
Tana
She is, like, she's a boss, and she. Like, she lost her first husband in 9 11. Like, she did all of this by herself. Like, now she's remarried and happy and stuff. But, like, she has, like, you know what I mean? Like, Tarte wasn't supposed to work, especially at the, like, the time that it started, there wasn't many, like, women, like, you know what I mean? Just doing it, spearheading it. She was on QVC every day trying to sell that. She. I don't know.
Trisha
It's just like.
Tana
And still then was like, let's do these brand trips and, like, broke the Internet. Like, I'm just like, you love her. Hats off to, like, a. An ingenuitive woman who doesn't take no for an answer and does it all by herself.
Trisha
It's. So how did you guys even come up with the collab?
Tana
I texted her, honestly, and I was like, please help me make my dream lip. I just. I just wanted to create my dream lip forever.
Trisha
I just cut, like, nine sentences. Yeah, but it was, like, two. Yeah, but no, but you always talk about it, too. And you always talk about this is like. Like, that's what's so real, is like, when. Even when they were putting on today at my makeup artist, she was just like, this is giving. So, like, Tana, you know, like, it's very you. Like, people know your lip. Vary this. And it's like, it is so pretty.
Tana
It is like. I'm not joking. I think I went back and forth with tarte of them sending me, like, 50 alternate shades. Like, one. Like, they were mailing them one by one. I'm trying them. I'm saying, more nude, more taupe, more this, more brown, more whatever. Like, I truly was, like, I'm not settling for something that I won't wear every day until I die.
Trisha
Yeah.
Tana
So it's like, I love it so much. For that reason.
Trisha
Were you, like, in the lab? You know how people show themselves, like, in the lab and stuff? No, the lab was my house.
Tana
I'm not gonna lie. They were kind enough to, like, send it off. I was gonna do a whole skit, though. That's funny of me. Like, in the lab.
Trisha
I love when people go to the lab and they show themselves, like, cleaning up the vats. Yes. Every beauty guru did it, and I love it.
Tana
That's so funny, because I Literally wanted to do that so bad.
Trisha
I think it's everything.
Tana
I did 74 photo shoots and I was like, I'm tired.
Trisha
It's more you. I think the photo shoots are definitely more you because, like, going in a. Like, we all know no one is like, being a chemist in the lab coming up with the formulas. They're just saying what they like is. But it's so funny. We were watching like, a really old Zoella one, and she was talking about being in creating formulas in the labs for, like, her advent calendar. And then we looked at the advent calendar, like, what was she formulating? It was like a candle and like a keychain. And I was like, what was she formulating in there? But I love. I love it. I thought it was so camp back then.
Tana
Everyone was formulating response to that would be so funny. But Zoell is too nice. So I'm just gonna say, like, let me not.
Trisha
No, it's funny. She did an apology. I told you we were looking at youtuber apology.
Tana
This was like, for saying, like, oh, I didn't go to the lab.
Trisha
No, no. She was apologizing for the price. It was a 50 pound advent calendar. And everyone is mad. And she. You know why I kind of live for her. It was so camp. She's like, she threw the people she collaborated with under the bus. She was, I don't get to set the prices. They do. And I was like, that's so funny because you do get a say. I mean, I get what she's saying. There's like a recommended price. But she goes, it was out of my control. I don't get a say on it. And everyone was like, honestly, $50 for an advent calendar is not bad.
Tana
I also feel like the times were different, you know what I mean? Like, now people are releasing so much and the market is so oversaturated that I think the takeaway is just like, if you don't want something, don't buy it.
Trisha
Yes, that's what I was saying. Yeah.
Tana
Back in the day, people were uproar. Yeah. Youtubers selling stuff.
Trisha
That is so true. Yeah. For, like, prices, people would be like, what is it? Like you said, just what was it? Jojo, I think, was doing a meet and greet for 900. And I was like, I was on her side. I was like, honestly, if. If Gerard Way was like, for $900, you can help me set up my equipment, I'd be like, yes, I'll pay you $9,000 to help you set up. You know what I mean? So I Don't think there's wrong with it. I think you pay for what you want to pay for.50 pounds for an advent calendar is not crazy because we looked at the Victoria's Secret one and it's like 200. You know what I mean? So it was kind of the same thing. I don't know. People just love to get mad.
Tana
That's always funny too. Over the holidays, seeing all the beauty gurus. I love watching those videos where they like rate all the companies advent calendars.
Trisha
Do they haven't even seen that.
Tana
Oh my God. I'm like, I love beauty videos. Like, I'm so excited to be in my beauty guru era.
Trisha
That is so funny. I didn't know you liked them. Yeah. On the apology note, we watched Shane's apology and he did a whole Twitter note apologizing to like the beauty community. But he kind of like came for them too.
Tana
It was he saying sorry, go ahead.
Trisha
His was so. It was. It was wild. And then he had. Then he had to apologize for his Twitter note apology. Do you remember this? It's so we just finished the series. We went through like every YouTuber apology video and look, I made 5, 000 apology videos. So I was. I always say, like, I am not one to judge like these apologies. Like I've been there, whatever.
Tana
That's just a fun series to do. Like it's like relics.
Trisha
Especially because it's like 2017 to like 2019 was like the time for everyone's apologizing. PewDiePie is apologizing for something crazy by the way. We had to look up with his was a minute apology and his was so wild. And like we were saying right before we started, thank you so much to SeatGeek for sponsoring today's episode of Not Loveline.
Tana
I am seeing the fray this Sunday and honestly, I'm so excited.
Trisha
Sunday. Yes. With Landon Barker.
Tana
Yeah, that I'm really excited to see that show. And just the Landon Barker. It's going to be really funny.
Trisha
Seeky Coming through. I will tell you what. I got tickets for Lady Gaga day of and honestly a little hack get them day of because people like love at the beginning it was like $8,000 for a lady Gaga ticket. But the day of we got him for a fifteen hundred dollars. We were like, let's just get rid of this front row.
Tana
Yes.
Trisha
Jimmy. Shout out. Jimmy went. And he was just like, yeah. Like it was my. It was like I was so excited. It was his birthday and I never know what to get people. And he's like I love Lady Gaga. Was this. And then the day of, we were able to get those tickets and it was wonderful.
Tana
That's nice too. Last minute seat geek. Like, they're the best. The fact that they were even available and like you were able to find them and just they're the best.
Trisha
So good. And SeatGeek has your back. Each ticket is rated on a scale of 1 to 10. So you know you're getting a good deal. So look for the green dots. Green means good, red means bad. You can filter it based on the closest seats to the house, how much a ticket is. If you want to go for the lowest, you want to get the best deal, best rate. Tana
Green means good and red means bad. You heard it here first. And with over 35 million downloads, SeatGeek is the number one rated ticketing app. There are more than 70,000 events listed on SeatGeek, including concerts, sports festivals and more.
Trisha
Ooh, sports season is here. I heard basketball is all the rage.
Tana
Ball is life.
Trisha
You know.
Tana
You know, we always say that.
Trisha
We always say that. But if you're not into the ball is life. There's Hosier, Tate, McCray, Benson, Boone, Dua, Lipa, Kali, Uchis, Billy.
Tana
Oh, Renee Rapp, Billie Eilish. Oh, my God, I just saw her live. It was so amazing. And did you? Yeah. She is so amazing. Life, really, she is just the best.
Trisha
The power of live shows too. Like, just hearing someone just, like, belts their heart out.
Tana
Forgetting about your whole life and just entering that room and just being so moved by music. How lucky are we to have that and have seatgeek. And like I said, I am excited to attend the fray and see Landon Barker do his little dance, like, show.
Trisha
Little, like, screenshots of you at the. Are you that person who, like, does this. What is it called? That screenshot screen recording. Like, you record?
Tana
Oh, for sure. I do, I do. I do. Just record. Yeah. And I love the phrase, like, how to save a life. I can't wait to hear it.
Trisha
That's what you're ready for. I love that.
Tana
Yeah. And every ticket is backed by their buyer guarantee.
Trisha
So get those plans out of the group chat this fall and use code not loveline10 for 10 off your SeatGeek tickets.

Tana
Thank you, Seatgeek, for sponsoring today's episode.
Trisha
Of Not Loveline 10. Off with that code. Not Loveline 10 in there. Love you guys. Guys get away with so much like, people. Okay, the females apologizing are Zoella for her Advent calendar, Jaclyn Hill for her fuzzy lipsticks. Like, yes. You know, there's. There's certain things. Yes. It's, like, not that serious. But these guys, like, PewDiePie. I don't even want to, like, say what he was, like, apologizing for, but, like, actual, like, hate speech on the Internet on his videos, and it's, like, glossed over and comments praising him, like, this is an apology video. No tears, no bull. And I was like, what do you mean? Like, his crime was not crying, but.
Tana
It'S all about likability. Because think about the fact that, like, Logan Paul kind of like, did you know? I don't know. It's very.
Trisha
His was short. No, every guy is. Is, like, less than a minute and a half to the point. All the comments are praising them. Like, and then if a girl did.
Tana
That, it's like, you don't care.
Trisha
Yeah. If a girl does it too, it's like manipul. Manipulative. Crying, fake tears, like, all this crazy. It's diabolical. But Shane's Twitter apology. Yeah, it was. It was weird. He was talking about the beauty community and how much he loved it. He goes, but just. Just know that any beauty guru you watch, they're all fake. And he's like. He basically, like, went out guns blazing. But then he apologized for that and said, you guys are right. I'm not in the beauty community. I apologize to beauty gurus. Like, I love you guys. Like, you're talented.
Tana
I love learning. I need to learn what not to do now that I'm a part of the beauty community.
Trisha
And he exits. He sold that conspiracy theory palette, made 60 million. I don't know. I'm just making up a number. But made that 60 million, made that bag. And he's like, I'm out. And then the apology. No. He's like, yeah, this is all too much for me. So I'm going. But he got that bag before he left. But not before calling James Charles, like, needing humble pie. He's like, he needed humble. I was like, that's so crazy. I don't think you should ever say any influencer needs humble pie when you also need it. Me included. That's why I was like, shane, why.
Tana
I always say, I Just don't. I try not to be the person with the gavel, because every time I've been the person with the gavel, the gavel came back down on me.
Trisha
Oh.
Tana
And I like looking back all of those times. It's like, take the gavel out of your hand, Tana Marie. You. That's not your. You know.
Trisha
I agree. It's like there's so many things that can be pointed back, and then it just becomes this competition of who's worse, who did more after things in your past, and it's just like, yeah, you.
Tana
Are right about them. Yeah, I just cut you off.
Trisha
No, that's it. What were you gonna say? There's nothing.
Tana
Me talking about men versus women, though. Like, it's. Yes. I've been thinking about that so much, and I've never really felt this way about anything that happened to me on the Internet. I guess I can look back at some of my. All of my scandals, really. And had it been a man, they probably would have been very different. But Brooke and I threw this cancel thing, like, the way people have been, like, reading into our, like, movements and, like, words and, like, you know what I mean? This is the next Sophia Franklin and Alex Cooper and whatever. All I can't help but think across this is if we were two men and we said, hey, we want to do podcasts where we don't talk about people every week and don't have a scandal every week.
Trisha
Yeah.
Tana
People would say, hell, yeah, I can't wait for the sports podcast, bro. And it would just. Just move on. So, like, yeah, it's.
Trisha
It's insane. No, you guys are so. Is a perfect example because you guys can be like, you know what? We. We want to end this so we can be better friends. And everyone's like, they hate each other. Like, it's actually so insane.
Tana
I don't know. Apology culture is very interesting because I think that there is a. Especially now in today's day and age, sometimes there's nothing someone can, like, say or do. Like, Right. You know what I mean? Like, yeah, like, it's like, is. We talk about this a lot, but you know what I mean? Yeah. It's like, is the minute right or is the 10 minutes right? Is. Is crying? Okay? Is this. There's so much. It's so interesting that we're in this culture where there's, like, apology video etiquette, as though people aren't just, like, human beings. Just, like, all of the people commenting on it. Like, yeah. You know what I mean? Even in My, like, so many situations where I was like, I. What I did is wrong and I am so sorry for it. And I'm going to do everything in my power to grow and become a different person. When you sit down and you're actually in that room alone and you turn on the camera and you're thinking about all these things. You know what I mean? Are people gonna hate that I said this? Are people gonna take this this way? Are people gonna. Whatever. It's. It's a very, like, pressure cooker to, like, do it right. You know what I mean?
Trisha
Oh, it's. So I say it in my apology videos. I'm literally like, I know people are gonna say this is manipulative, but I have to say this. Like, it's just like, you already. You already think about what they're gonna say. Even in my apology for, like, the video where I talked about being, like, trans and I was. In my apology video, I literally say, like, I have body dysphoria. Like, I. I don't know who I am. Like, this kind of stuff. And people still were like, so. Meaning I deleted that video because people were just like, you, like, so mad. And I was like, really, truly, wholeheartedly, sincerely trying to explain what was coming from, like, that was not a troll video. This is really what I meant. And then people just not want to hear it. Nowadays, I always say shout out to Gen Z is like, people. I can understand it now.
Tana
Yeah.
Trisha
They're like, oh, I understand what she was saying. Even though back then, like, maybe delivery, whatever. But.
Tana
And I think that the biggest, like, indicator of growth is time. Like, there's nothing when someone does something wrong that they can come online a week later.
Trisha
Yeah.
Tana
And like, really, like, even with the Sierra Love island stuff, you know, I was like, like, just. Yeah, there's nothing, like, she can say a week after all of this is surfacing that's gonna, like. No, it's. It's about, like, time and showing growth.
Trisha
Yeah. And some people show it and then some people don't. That's what's always wild to me is there's, like, people actively still being awful people and being like, well, but Trisha 10 years ago. And like, I. I'm always like, I always own up to stuff because I'm like, yeah, I was, like, really dumb. Whether it's trolling or just saying stuff for attention or whatever. Like, I said some dumb some too. But I do think, like, if you own up to it and just, like, just be different over time, people will see it. It's been, you know, some people may never.
Tana
And that's okay. Like I always know that there's going to be people that are gonna like hold me to that thing I did or said however many years ago. And I know I'm literally like seven new people different, but that's okay, you know what I mean? Like, I think that I spent a long time trying to convince people, like I cared so much, you know what I mean, about the.
Trisha
Oh, but you think about people too. The most unproblematic person entertainer in the world is Ms. Rachel. Like number two most influen. And people try to cancel her. People don't like her, you know what I mean? She gets, she's over helping children in Gaza and people are like, F you cancel Ms. Rachel. We don't want like just crazy, crazy things. It's, it's.
Tana
Well, that's like societally very interesting too. Where we're going, where I see a lot of this where I'm like, do people just like hate that this person is succeeding? You know what I mean? Like, I hate that this like a Ms. Rachel is a perfect example. Like, are you just in your life and this person like has it all and you hate that? Like, yeah, I think that's it.
Trisha
Because Miracle would go through a couple cancellations too.
Tana
Rachel doing wrong. She's like, she's like close to like the dancing fruit.
Trisha
No, literally dancing fruit. Like my one year old loves dancing fruit. Ms. Rachel. Those are the things. So it's like, it's literally the same thing. She's just.
Tana
So what Ms. Rachel's doing on like the Wednesday off, like she's making a kids show. Like that's what she's like, you know.
Trisha
Like, well Even she has a 9 non binary performer on there and people were like pissed like on Tick Tock. Like, I'm not letting my child watch this, you know what I mean? Like, and a lot of people, you think it's like a small minority, like a small population of the so crazy. But it's like a large population that's like canceled because of jewels, you know what I mean? And it's just like the most wild thing to see. And I was like, that's so scary. I think the opposite of apology and cancel cultures happening now. I think people are being just too open with their like hateful ideologies and stuff. Like, yeah, I agree, homophobic and racist things just kind of are okay to say now. Which is like, I don't know, I'm more for being too woke than not enough like now people are just like saying literally whatever they want. And. And it's.
Tana
We are like so things like, it can be so discouraging how like divided sometimes everything feels. You know what I mean?
Trisha
Yeah. Because people be like, free speech. I was like, yep, but not if it like is hating on someone else. Like, Jules is just like a performer on the show and everyone's like, my kids should not watch this. I'm like, my kids are not asking any questions about gender or sexuality at this age. They just want to hear Jules singing brush your teeth. Yeah, Devin makes a good point. Yeah. It's like, yeah, she is all about children just being safe and. And that is. That is a huge thing. Like you said, she doubles down and.
Tana
It'S like always like never understood the fact that it's like if you don't like something, just scroll. If you don't like in. In that regard. You know what I mean? Or like, close your eyes. Like it's.
Trisha
It's. That is like not. It's. It's like I said, it's like so opposite. Everyone has an opinion on every little thing on tick tock. Like there's just. It could be like, what is a stupid thing people are talking about? Like every little thing has like a tick tock about it.
Tana
I know. And I go back and forth because it's like sometimes I'm commenting on things and I'm having opinions.
Trisha
You do have a TikTok opinion.
Tana
I love your like. So I don't know, I'm like, I.
Trisha
I just like, oh, I'm with you. I'm with you. I hate drama and gossip. But then I have like, just trust. You know what I mean?
Tana
Like, it's.
Trisha
It's just people want to give opinions.
Tana
The duality of woman. No, but like, it's like there was this one, like recently, I think we might have talked about this. So I'll shut up. But like where the woman comes online and she says, I just want a healthy baby. And then everyone's so mad at her for that and it's like, well, what was she supposed to say? I want an unhealthy baby.
Trisha
Yeah, we did talk about that.
Tana
Yeah.
Trisha
So mad and people.
Tana
That's what it is. It's like the what about me. Like, you know, like, you can just scroll, just scroll.
Trisha
Like, just let her be hopeful for a healthy baby. Doesn't seem that problematic.
Tana
It's unnecessary hate. I think that like makes me. It's not like rightful hate. Do your thing, you know, but like, for sure.
Trisha
Yeah.
Tana
So Much unnecessary.
Trisha
Well, you know who's not unproblematic and I would love to collab with or we would all love to collab with is Snack Later. We love Snack.
Tana
We're upset. Amari's editing. We're obsessed with Snackolator in this house.
Trisha
Can we DM send a business. Can we do to, like, collab with Snack Later?
Tana
How could we. Like, what could we do?
Trisha
Like, just try everything they talk about every. Is it a person? It's a guy, right? Because, like, a guy pops up who runs Snack Later.
Tana
Who runs. We talk about Snack later in this house. Like, more often than you'd ever know. It's our favorite.
Trisha
Oh.
Tana
Please comment down below. If you also follow Snack Later.
Trisha
Snack Later. I want to know if you ever had a tie to Chew. Boom. That was my website that I loved back in the day. It was like shoeboom.com and where do they get the insider information? How do they know new items are coming out out? How do they get to test it early? Like, yes, he had the crumble dirty soda. And I'm like, where did you get that Crumble dirty soda?
Tana
Like, how do we get the crumble?
Trisha
Or the KFC fried chicken and. Or the Taco Bell fried chicken? I was like, where did you get that fried chicken?
Tana
Like, you should have a dirty soda moment soon.
Trisha
Oh. Oh, I have a dirty. You know, I can text Moses. I have a dirty soda creamer upstairs that mixes with Dr. Pepper. It literally says mixes with Dr. Pepper. You pour them together. It's so good. Now I don't like. Yes.
Tana
Oh, I saw that, too, actually, the.
Trisha
Day we came home from the mall. I did it because I was like, oh, I saw my makeup on. When I do it, I don't like coconut and I don't like lime, but it is so good. I'm telling you.
Tana
I love a dirty soda. And I like coconut.
Trisha
You do or don't love. Oh, so you would love. I liked it. I don't even love those. But it's in mixed with Dr. Pepper. I saw. I was like, absolutely. Okay, we'll do a little mix. I'll have him bring it down because it's so good. Because it's a dirty soda.
Tana
Basically, the Mormons ate with that. That was, like, their thing, right?
Trisha
Yeah. Well, now Sawyer from Crumble is putting dirty sodas and crumble. But, yeah, we love.
Tana
Well, yeah, I've been, like, following all of that. It's so crazy.
Trisha
It's crazy how big it gets, like, in. In a week, and then it, like, Died like literally this week. No one's talking. It's the beautiful part and the worst part about like news cycles is like something could be so huge and then it just dies down in two days. And that's for better or worse, sometimes a really big thing and I'm like, how do we just glaze over this? But then also something like, you know, crumble cookie CEO coming out. It's like, okay, yeah, you know, but it is wild.
Tana
That guy's apology was like so unserious.
Trisha
Oh my God. Do you know?
Tana
Can I say that it's funny?
Trisha
Grant. Do you know Grant?
Tana
I do too.
Trisha
I love.
Tana
Am I like, he was on tar trip.
Amari
Yeah.
Trisha
Twinkie. The redhead.
Tana
Yeah.
Trisha
Was he with the redhead?
Tana
Yeah.
Trisha
I love. They're funny. They came to my Broadway show. They did promo for my Broadway. I really love them.
Amari
Do you see their InStyle magazine thing?
Trisha
No.
Amari
To go down the rabbit hole. Like the install magazine. Tick tock. They're so funny. I'll send.
Trisha
Did you love. Okay. Did you love the apology? The.
Tana
It was like the funniest thing I've ever seen or. No.
Trisha
Yes, he is the funniest. He is funny because obviously, like, and.
Tana
I resonate with him in a way that like, I would so send out a raunchy opinion to Tick tock and like, not think it's gonna go level 1000.
Trisha
Yeah.
Tana
And then there's like, I guess I'm the type of person, but this comes from my like fearful nature where I'd probably seriously apologize. But there was something about him being in like a train station. No cuts, no editing. Like, just like, just like.
Trisha
Yeah, sorry I clock your tea.
Tana
Yeah. Like, like just so funny.
Trisha
I know. I. I would love to know what.
Tana
But I do obviously also feel for the Crumble CEO if he like went through any pain with that.
Trisha
Yeah, that's.
Tana
But like that font. No crumble for.
Trisha
Oh, like Grinder.
Tana
Yeah, the crumble font. Oh, I didn't even know it was like Grinder. I didn't even think about that. Just it's giving. You're one of the girls.
Trisha
Yeah, for sure. He followed me. So I was like, all right.
Tana
And Moses was being so funny. I keep talking about that saying, like, he followed you.
Trisha
Like, I was so excited he followed me because I love crumble. I love crumble. But I literally, if I ate the cookies every week, I mean, I would be 5,000.
Tana
I also feel like I Cuz I didn't know anything about the CEO until either. All of this, him being like one of the girls Makes me, like, love. Because, like, if I had to guess, Crumble's so gay. So chick fil A. So chick fil a homophobic. Thank you, Omari.
Trisha
Oh.
Tana
So, like, if I had to have guessed, I would say Grandma, like, was founded by two women in Utah. They just believe that a man and a woman should be married. Like, 100.
Trisha
You're actually so. Yeah. When you think Utah, you think. Think. Yeah. You hate gay people. So we kind of love that year one.
Tana
Yeah. Or just like, the South. Like, I would have so thought that crumble was, like, I don't know. Just like, either one. Like, I just would have thought that crumble was, like, made by, like, an old, straight white man or, like, two moms that, like. Yes, exactly. Like, exactly.
Trisha
Who do you think is lesser of two evils, the south or the Mormons as far as, like, homophobia and stuff? And, like.
Tana
Like, Mormons are lesser evil in that way. Right.
Trisha
Like, they're better. Not better, but, like.
Tana
Like, oh, my God.
Trisha
Try to not be problematic. You're right. You're right.
Tana
Yeah. Let me know.
Trisha
There's. There's. There's good. There's.
Tana
Everywhere in the world, there's. I love the South. Like, there's so many. Like, I love going there. I love. Like.
Trisha
Yeah, you love the Carolinas or was it North Carolina?
Tana
The Carolina.
Trisha
Just north or south or both?
Tana
Both. Which one do you have to be?
Trisha
Pick if you have to.
Tana
Probably North.
Trisha
Why?
Tana
More like community. More greenery. People are, like, out. Like, it's so romanticized. It's so Nicholas Sparks.
Trisha
Oh, I see. I did not have that experience. Like, I didn't get Nicholas. How about South Carolina? You've been there.
Tana
South Carolina is great. Yeah. Like, the beach there is really nice.
Trisha
Like, we were talking about in there. I keep talking about this because I'm, like, obsessed with these shows. I'm over. I'm done watching them now. But Danny McBride. No. Danny McBride. Yes. Righteous gemstones. So he. Danny McBride is from South Carolina, and all the shows are filmed in South Carolina. So Righteous Gemstones is filmed in South Carolina. Carolina Vice principals with Walton Goggins is filmed in South Carolina. And then there's one called Eastbound and Down, and that's in South Carolina, and they have the beaches and stuff, and it makes me, like, want to go down there. And all his shows, he films in South Carolina, so all these big actors like Adam Devine and all these people have to, like, go down there in South Carolina.
Tana
Filming in South Carolina, I wonder. I didn't know that's the first time I ever went there is because Bella Thorne was working on a movie in South Carolina. So I went and just like stayed with her for like a bunch of time while she was shooting the movie. And I like fell in love with the Carolina.
Trisha
Why you love it? Because I think maybe if you're like with someone you like love like that, that makes more sense. Because to me looking at it, I'm like, well, I don't know.
Tana
Well, yeah, but it wasn't, it wasn't giving like couples vacation. It was like me, her hunter and mod sun.
Trisha
Like, well, I'm not like love as a person. Not like in love. I mean, you could have been in love. I don't know. But I just like, I love you. So like, if I go to South Carolina, I'm gonna have fun with you.
Tana
Because even on tour I went to North Carolina with Brooke, Lila, Paige and like whoever else was with us. And I'm like, I just loved it. I love it. I went on a boat in one of the Carolinas too, on tour.
Trisha
You went on. Did I? See, I think if I went on tour again, I would go do stuff because I'm not pregnant now. I'd always just sleep and I think I would love to go out and like do stuff.
Tana
That was also a different time. That was when those shows were like one of a few or like even like I ended up having a bunch of off days in one of the Carolinas. Like, you know me, I'm not doing too much, right?
Trisha
Yeah. Just going out and I don't know.
Tana
It'S just like very like. I see why people retire there. It's just like so retired coded low.
Trisha
Well, now you're going to be on in Hawaii for your retirement.
Tana
I feel that's true.
Trisha
But I think if you would have married someone from the south, you probably would end up in the South. But I love Southern tiktokers too. Like, I do like Dakota. Love him so much. Like, I do love.
Tana
Yeah, there's so much like tradition is really great and like home cooked meals and like Southern comfort and like the charm and like, you know, like cowboy.
Trisha
Boots, grass fields, horses, Bama Rush.
Tana
I don't know anything about that.
Trisha
That's my favorite.
Tana
Everyone's been like, have you seen? Because there's this girl who's blowing up who's like Charli d' Amelio status, right? Really now being like the sorority girl.
Trisha
I love when they do that.
Tana
And she dances. What's her name?
Amari
Bl.
Tana
BL BL is a really so Hot. Oh, I need to see you're straight from life.
Trisha
Oh, my God. Dana. Mari. Yeah. Would you actually, I could really have you.
Tana
I don't think you could been with a girl.
Amari
More girls than guys.
Tana
Yeah. Mar.
Trisha
Are you by like. No.
Amari
I can never, like, date a girl.
Trisha
You can re. Identify as gay, right? I love that you can just have sex but not date a girl. That's everything.
Amari
It feels good.
Tana
Wow.
Trisha
I feel like if I were to.
Amari
Hook up with a girl that probably really drunk, but I'd still do it.
Trisha
I need these stories. We need the bed right now. I need you to tell these stories.
Tana
Amari's like, straight era was like, it.
Trisha
Is something to be, you know, the straight era.
Tana
Oh, yeah. Mari was like, straight in high school and Mario straight, like. Yeah.
Trisha
Did you guys ever, like, date or flirt or anything?
Tana
No. Oh. We fake dated and we probably made out and just like, like, like kids. I've made out with all of my friends, though.
Trisha
Wow.
Tana
Like, you name a friend, I've made out with them.
Trisha
Wait, okay. Same. Okay. Mine was like a square over here.
Tana
Like, our friend group was like, is was like. Or maybe just me. I was a little incestual for a while. Like, I was just like, let me hook up with everyone.
Amari
Clout farm. She was like, let's do a fake relationship.
Tana
We're just like, I forgot we did fake date when we were. This was like 2016. Yeah.
Amari
She's like, sit on my lap and stuff.
Trisha
And people thought it was like, ria, what year is this?
Amari
People are also like, Amari on Come out of closet.
Trisha
Oh, you weren't out? You weren't out?
Amari
No, I didn't come out until I started dating Aaron Fuller.
Caller
Wow.
Amari
Just to get Instagram post and stuff. And I wasn't into guys really or G. Like, until they gave me attention when I started social media and was in her vlogs.
Tana
No. Wow.
Trisha
She didn't know. You didn't know you were, like, gay when you were younger?
Amari
I just didn't really care for it. Honestly. Never really thought about it. And then once I was like, wait, guys are hitting on me? I was like, this is easy. I'm five, six. Girls don't want short kings all the time.
Trisha
Which is crazy because I do love a short king. I know when people say that, I was like, I love short kings. Oh, my God. Gosh, this is so exciting.
Tana
Okay. Honest.
Trisha
Is me.
Tana
That was. You're my soulmate.
Trisha
I'm happy that you're out.
Tana
That's my takeaway. Amari.
Trisha
I love it. Too.
Tana
But is it, like, up to say, like, you love gay people? No, like, more up. Like, you were always gay.
Amari
Dance and, like, ballet and stuff. So when people were surprised, well, my family was in.
Tana
And just, like, our friendship, like, and just our friendship, like, think about the way we, like, sit up for hours on the phone, like, gossiping.
Amari
There was always the tendencies.
Tana
Yeah, that's it. Tendencies. Like, you ended up coming more into your own.
Amari
Yeah, my femininity jumped out way more.
Trisha
I don't know if I would clock you as gay right away. I'm really bad with gaydar, but I don't think I would be, like, oh, he's gay for sure. Like, if I just saw you, met you, whatever.
Amari
Also, because we live in Los Angeles where, like, there's gay and there's gay.
Trisha
My God. Only Imari can say that. I'm like, can't even repeat it.
Tana
You look so good.
Trisha
Good. You look so good. I was just gonna say when we were eating our Taco Bell, it is kind of good today. I will say it is a good glam. Yours is too. And did you get your hair done? I just noticed that when we're eating.
Tana
Food, I got a little. A little toner.
Trisha
Yes.
Tana
A little more low light throughout it. Oh, so clean, girl.
Trisha
It does. It's blending so nice.
Tana
I, like, have been having the blonde itch again this week, and I'm just, like, really silencing the voices. But my hairdresser, she just went back. Back full blonde. And, like, she looks so good, and I'm like, oh, my God. I want it.
Trisha
Like, I'm telling you, this is your color. I really think it just, like, warms up your face. Like, everything looks so good.
Tana
It's more natural. And, like, I do sometimes see clips of me with, like, a bleach and tone screaming, and I'm like. Like, it's like, too much bleach and tone.
Trisha
My air. I'm like, what was I thinking? I look like. I literally look like Hulk Hogan. Like, I look insane. Like, I look. I thought I was getting Holly Madison, and I was definitely giving Hulk Hogan. Or who's the guy that does Guy Fieri. I was giving Guy Fieri five inches of hair. So funny.
Tana
I literally had Fieri's hair, like, all. That's so real, Trisha crazy.
Trisha
Yeah, I looked horrible. You. You. It's very You. You're very iconic. Blonde did look good on you.
Tana
It's just, like, it's not right. It's not right. It's not healthy. Yeah, I, like, I envy the people who have such insane hair texture that they can do a bleach and tone and have nice hair. Those people should have a bleach and tone. But like, if it's gonna make you bald, like, yeah. And people always tried to tell me that, you know, like, if this is like making you bald, like, maybe this isn't for you.
Trisha
I love having hair. My hair is so long. That's why I wear wigs. I'm like so of it. I don't want anyone putting heat on it. I'm like, I'll do a touch up like twice a year at the salon and that's it. Like, that's very. Yeah, yeah.
Tana
And it's also just easier. Like, this is so nice. Like, and bleach and tones hurt. Like the amount of hours of my life I spent feeling like there are fire ants on my scalp, crying and then.
Trisha
Yeah, then frying your hair and just money and every two weeks you're like wasting your life doing it. It's like a lot.
Tana
So much time and money and pain.
Trisha
It feels really good like this.
Tana
I'm so lived in. Yeah, I'm so. I'm fighting. We are supposed to take calls.
Trisha
We're going to take calls. Yes. If anyone. Also, if anyone wants chocolate, I have the ghoulish green Snickers and Twix. Help yourselves. I've been eating so much of it, so I literally was like, please eat it all, cuz I want. Yeah, but it's like green. Do you want?
Tana
But like the inside's green. We were eating them before Pilates around and I was obsessed.
Trisha
Before Pilates. Yeah. We're like, here, let's have some chocolate. I sent me like three upstairs. I can. I'm like obsessed with it. But yeah, let's take a. Take some calls. We love you guys. This is not Loveline after all. I can't wait for a giant phone.
Tana
I know what I mean.
Trisha
I literally was just, wait, what mattress is. Are you. Because you said you didn't like the firmness. I love firm, but that's for sleeping.
Tana
If it's just for the sound and firm. You know what I mean?
Trisha
What mattress do you have at home?
Tana
I don't know, actually. I had this rental house that I was leaving and the house came with the mattress and I told the owner. I was like, I'm stealing your mattress. So, like, you can invoice me. Like, I'm taking this with me. And I did.
Trisha
Can you look and see what? Like the.
Tana
I should.
Trisha
So we can order it.
Tana
But I Almost feel like firm might be better so that it's not too, like, sleepy.
Trisha
Like, in the bed.
Tana
Just, like, fall asleep.
Trisha
Swallow. Yeah. Okay, let me know. Yeah, I used to love soft. And then I met Moses, and my back was, like, hurting me. He's like, you should try a firm mattress. And now I'm, like, all about firm, but my mom's, like, so soft. So it's, like. It's such a. It's such a thing. People are, like, hate firm or hate soft. So I just need to make sure to sleep for mattress interest. Interest.
Tana
But also, I have the back problems of a century. So, like, maybe. I was gonna say maybe that would.
Trisha
Help, because I had really bad back problems. And then I started getting firm, and it helped me back because, like, I was sleeping on the floor because it felt better. And a floor is hard, so it wouldn't make sense. I don't know.
Tana
Yeah, you honestly have a point. I need to know the way because I sleep so diabolical. I sleep like this. Yeah, that's great. And my shoulders, like, always hurt because I sleep, like.
Trisha
Oh, my gosh. Yeah, Maybe try, like, stomach sleeping.
Tana
Yeah, it's. I can't fall asleep any other way, though, so lame time. Whatever.
Trisha
Sleeping. We're, like, on the thing, so let me know what kind of mattress you want.
Tana
Something uncomfortable, because seriously, I'm scared of it.
Trisha
Something undercom is crazy. Then we're on the same issue. You're gonna be on the floor again. I'll be like, we just built a bed, actually.
Tana
You're so right. Okay. Yeah, Just maybe, like, medium. Like, just something. Something decent.
Trisha
We need tempurpedic, where it's, like, split down the middle. Like, you have soft. I have, like.
Tana
And, like, they elevate. Have you seen those where you can, like, raise up one side?
Trisha
Should we do that? I love it. That's giving hospital vibes. And I love it in the hospital.
Tana
So Gray's Anatomy of Us.
Trisha
Oh, okay. Yeah, we're on the same page. Okay. I love that. All right, let's take a call.
Tana
I'm really excited.

And we were like, really bored. And we were like, oh my God, let's get this. This would be so silly. Goofy, funny. And it was. And now we're freshmen in college. College. I'm not going to say which one because I'm scared that they're going to hear this. And we have two juniors coming over from a nearby, like, even better college. They're actually such baddies. Like, they're so fine and like we're over here losing our minds. So I love you guys. I love you even more for that. I thought you're. Here's a little success story.
Trisha
Bye.
Tana
Oh my God.
Trisha
She was so excited too. Which makes me excited. Yes. Hearing the ad for Tinder double date.
Tana
And we've been saying, like, I really wanted somebody to call in with the success story or just stories from Tinder double day. If you guys did use that from our ad, like, please call in and update us because like, I think it's so interesting how fun.
Trisha
I'm excited. Yeah. They were coming over so I didn't know how it went, how it was. I love the excitement of meeting someone. Isn't that crazy how a human just really meet like other strangers and then you could become friends or like soulmates or you just like are together for life. Like you think about Mako being a stranger or Moses being a stranger. It's like. And we Just met online like, Moses was a stranger and just DM me and I'm just like, yeah, let's hang out. And then you just become inseparable and you're like, this was my person. Person.
Tana
I always think about that. I was thinking about that a lot with all the straights at my house this weekend because, like, the crossover was so funny. Like, one of Makoa's, like, best straight friends was, like, hanging out with me and Amari and, like, we were all playing super smash and we were being like, yes, period queen. Like, yes. And he was, like, saying it, like, just being funny with us. And I was just like, you know what I mean? Like, did you ever think our lives would be so enmeshed like this?
Trisha
Just like, I would have never known this person. Like, we would never be like, I would never be in this situation if it wasn't like. And like.
Tana
And that's so crazy. Like, these, like, people. What if they end up marrying those people because of a not Loveline ad?
Trisha
I know. This is so crazy. I guess what sparked it was, like, the idea of, like, meeting someone for the first time and just getting, like, butterflies. Even if it is a hookup or just friends or whatever you're doing on Double Date, not sponsored, but, like, you know, whatever you're doing or your intention for is, like, just the excitement of meeting someone new is so cool.
Tana
Yeah. And to get to do it with your friends. I think, like, double dating, like, it's just a very. It's like the coolest concept in the world because at least even if you hate your date, you have your friend.
Trisha
Yeah.
Tana
You know?
Trisha
I know, though. That's, like, such a smart idea.
Tana
That's the worst, though, when you are on the bad end of a double date, like, your friend likes the guy and then you're like, with, like, his, like, loser friend.
Trisha
I've never had that. Have you done it? I've never had that. I see it in movies. That would be crazy. So you just take one for the team or you think you're gonna like the guy too?
Tana
Both. Either one.
Trisha
You're like, okay, yeah.
Tana
Or like, you just, like, are sitting up talking to some, like, guy with a navy fitted sheet on his bed and, like, nothing else, you know, so triggered.
Trisha
We just bought navy sheets for our bed because I was like, oh, blue for boy. And, like, you know, whatever. It's also, I thought dark. You know, we kids will eat in bed or, you know, whatever just, oh, yeah, happens. You know, juices spill. And so I was like, oh, we'll get dark navy blue sheets. And I literally, my first instinct is like, I feel like I'm at a boy's house. Like, the minute I woke up, I'm like, I think I woke up at, like, some boy's house with navy blue sheets. And I was like, that's literally the sheets I have at his place when I met him. And I was like, that's what it is. I'm like, something so weird about navy blue sheets and guys.
Tana
The navy blue fitted sheet is like, like a staple in a man who's going to play use, like, starter pack. I have no idea.
Trisha
That's the feeling I felt. Yeah. I woke up, I'm like, I feel like I just spent the night at a guy's house or something.
Tana
The amount of times I was laying on, like, a navy blue fitted sheet and a guy was being like, I just like everyone's photos. It's like, you know, it's like. It's just like, oh, what a real.
Trisha
That was a real conversation me and Moses had. I remember first he was liking someone's photos. I just. He's like, he's at the exact same. He's. I just like everybody's photos.
Tana
And I was like, moses, I love Will. Don't.
Trisha
Yeah, I believe him too. He would just like. I still think he does. I think he, like, I see him always liking my mom's photos, which is, like, fine, obviously, but he's like, the first. Like, I think he just scrolls and likes people's photos. But I was like, you need to not do that with just random people. He's like, well, I know that. I'm like, no, don't do it anymore. But, yeah, and his navy blue sheets, we did do that.
Tana
I almost, like, now, like, Makoa doesn't do that at all. He's so conscious of, like, what he likes. One time he, like, said something like, we were talking about that, and he was like, yeah, no, I don't like anyone's photos. And I went through his following, like, all the, like, 1,000, whatever that he follows. And like, every single girl I went to, like, see when he stopped liking their photos. Like a insane person.
Trisha
Thousand girls. You went through, like, 500.
Tana
Probably like 500.
Trisha
Wow.
Tana
And he really did stop liking them all when we started dating.
Trisha
Well, as they should. And Moses, yeah, Before he met me.
Tana
He liked girls photos. I'm literally mad.
Trisha
I mean. No, it's valid. No, same for so many girls he dated before me. I was like, that's so weird. And he's like, okay, well.
Tana
I legitimately, like, work myself up so much that McCollen, has I ever seen another woman? And then I have to think about my own life and it's like, it's the same thing.
Trisha
Yeah, but it, but that double standard doesn't apply. Like we were saying it over on the other podcast, just Trish, it was just like, not the same thing. Like, you can. Yeah, but he can't be on his phone. No, it's very that. Or even like the way I talk about like celebrity crushes like Walton Goggins or the Week. I'm like, if Moses talked about, like, anyone that way, I'd probably be like, like Sydney Sweeney. That's a bad example. Like Pamela Anderson or something.
Tana
Yeah.
Trisha
I don't know. Whoever. Whoever is not problematic. But I would, I would be livid. I would be like, oh my God.
Tana
Yeah. No celebrity crushes ever have any. I don't say mine because I don't want to know his. I think that we like, live in a world where it's like too close. Like, we could be at a premiere and then one of our celebrity crushes is there. Or like, what? Like, you know what I mean? Like, I just don't like that. Like, I'm like, I don't know.
Trisha
I get that. I get that. Yeah.
Tana
Like, and I've never been that way until Makoa. Like, like, I think that everyone else I ever dated, I was like, oh, who's your celebrity crush? And I didn't care because I like, I don't know. He's just like the love of my life. Like, I just.
Trisha
You don't want to hear it.
Tana
Yeah. And the Taco Bell is sending me away.
Trisha
Okay. Yeah, yeah. No, take a minute. Let's go for another call. Beware of Halloween candy. Those bite sized ones get you.
Tana
I had like, they really do. I just got a Costco size bag. It's as big as my like whole body and it's so good.
Trisha
That sounds delicious.
Tana
I love a Kit Kiss Cat.
Trisha
Really?
Tana
Is that your just like right now? That's my obsession as a Kit Kat.
Trisha
I love that too. I. I haven't had one in a while.
Tana
I found out that Moa eats them. Like, he bites into the whole thing. Like multiple sticks. I'm like, that is serial killer behavior.
Trisha
What do you do?
Tana
Like, you take off the stick and you eat each stick, right?
Trisha
I think I bite into it.
Tana
The whole thing. Kit Kat. You what?
Trisha
Yeah. The break up of little one. What?
Tana
You see all three of you, do not break off the Kit Kat stick leg.
Trisha
It's too lit up. I know. You just. I want the chocolate. Eat it.
Tana
You're actually so real for that. You're so real for that.
Trisha
You should ask TikTok next time you eat a Kit Kat, be like, which way are you doing it?
Tana
I really should, because that's wild to me.
Trisha
Really?
Tana
It feels wrong to bite through the multiple perforations.
Trisha
Perforations is what?
Tana
Yeah, like the.
Trisha
Oh, the little dividers. Yeah, it's kind of like Oreo cookies when people, like, twist it off and eat.
Tana
Oh, yeah. Like, that's why.
Trisha
Eat the whole cookie as a sandwich. Yeah, that's how it's meant to be.
Tana
But everyone's weird, like, and I do weird things.
Trisha
Things.
Tana
We all do weird things.
Trisha
What's your weird thing?
Tana
I love pickles and peanut butter. That's pretty weird.
Trisha
Really?
Tana
Yeah. I'm trying to think of what else I do. It's like being weird.
Trisha
Did you ever try Pamela Anderson's pickles? We talked about it.
Tana
No. I keep meaning to order them.
Trisha
I want to try them. I don't even. Like, I should have tried yours. Is you're still available. I've never tried yours.
Tana
Honestly, I think that if you don't like pickles, you wouldn't.
Trisha
Okay. Yeah.
Tana
One of the honey mustard ones you might like. Honestly. Yeah.
Trisha
It is wild to give a review on something you hate. Like, I hate pickles, but I'm gonna try this and be like, these are disgusting and be like, well, yeah.
Tana
Or you're just like, so clearly lying. You're like, I love Tiana's pickles.
Trisha
Oh, my God.
Tana
Yeah.
Trisha
Yes. I actually shout out ollipop. They were so real for it. They had like a pickle flavored juice so olip through their drive thru and it was like a brand deal I did with them. And they. I like, spit it out. And they're like, just keep it in. And I was like, I spit out your pickle juice. And they're like, yeah. It's like, all right.
Tana
That's honestly really real, Bry. Like, I love that.
Trisha
It was like, so real to, like, keep it. I was like, yeah, all right. I guess they knew. I guess they thought it was funny. I. I was like, no. What? Why would you ever serve a pickle pop to me?
Tana
Yeah. So. Sounds so good. Okay, we're back. Call number two. We had some pickle drama off camera.
Trisha
I love that you tell what the drama is.
Tana
Right. You know, just got to keep on want to know. Yeah.
Caller
Hey, guys, here's a little toxic Tip. If you guys might want to share this little toxic tip. So me and my husband got into an argument. Not even going to get into what that was about. But I'm pissed. I'm like, at the point where it doesn't even. I'm not even get into it, but I. I'm sure you guys can hear the agitation in my voice, right? So I was like, okay, it's midnight and I'm mad, so I'm leaving and I'm not at a bar, but I parked outside of a bar, and I told him I'm at a bar, and he thinks I'm at a bar. He's like, oh, please don't be at a bar. Please don't be at a bar. And I'm like, well, it's the same thing. I'm just talking. I'm just talking to strangers. Just like you do on Discord all night. It's the same thing, baby. It's the same thing, baby, Baby. So, yeah, toxic tip. Toxic tip of the day. Oh, my God. I'm watching people walk a cat through a parking lot right now. That was interesting. Okay, love you, Trace. Love you, Tana. Bye.
Tana
I'm not gonna lie. I love. I love an enraged woman.
Trisha
I love it. She's your co host for the next Toxic Tan.
Tana
Yes. She's. Honestly, this is so funny. Like, if you're not doing this all the time, like, you know what I mean? If she's like, I do this all the time, there's a part of me that would be like, okay, maybe, like, work through that. But just like, sometimes a man pisses you off and you gotta stoop to that level.
Trisha
I know. I love it. I too. I love that she can just like, laugh and be like, this is what you do.
Tana
Yeah.
Trisha
And what.
Tana
I'm outside this bar on my phone, he's tripping. And sometimes, too, like, because she was saying, like, you're on Discord all night on the servers, talking to other people and, like, whatever, and all things can be great in moderation, right? But something like that could actually end up becoming a problem. You know, you guys both get off work, it's your only time together. He's doing that. The toxic part of me that will never fully die is so not against scaring a man a little into acting, right?
Trisha
Yeah, absolutely. Like, call us anytime that you want him to feel threatened.
Tana
Yeah, you know what? I exactly, like, go share your location and do your thing, girl. I love it. But just, you know, be careful if it's too much.
Trisha
Right?
Tana
Sit back and think, you know, is this toxic? But now and again, for fun, Scared straight. Big fan.
Trisha
Oh, yeah. I guess like you said now with location sharing, I guess when I was younger, it would be so smart to, like, go to a hotel. Like, just any food or something. But him and being like, he's. Oh, my God, they're at the Four Seasons. What are they doing there? You know? So real, but love it. Yeah.
Tana
Oh, my God. I used to be so insane with my location and the toxic things I would do to people, you know, Funny. Like, just leaving my phone behind to, like, go out all night.
Trisha
Oh, my God. You were like, yeah, love is blinded.
Tana
That.
Trisha
I think he left his phone in the car. But then she was able to track him because he had the Apple Watch on still. So then she's like, I still saw you at, like, this girl's house, but who was that? This.
Tana
It was so funny. I, like, dated someone from Love is Blind and, like, literally did that to him. And I thought that's what you were talking about.
Trisha
It happened on the show. On the show in, like, real time as they're filming. Like, they're engaged, living the apartment.
Tana
Oh, it's not the same guy. I know exactly who you're talking.
Trisha
That guy was crazy. That guy was, like, at the bar, left his car there, but Left his phone in the car, but had the Apple Watch. So she's like, I. I know you went to the apartment, like, what the.
Tana
And, like, tried to be shiesty about it. That's disgusting.
Trisha
Try to gaslight her and be like, no, I didn't. Like, what? What happened?
Tana
Yeah, you have the Apple Watch. And that's so crazy. Having. Have you seen women catch men cheating? Because on their Apple Watch, their heart rate was raising in the middle of the night. Like, cardio. Like, they were having sex with someone.
Trisha
I love it. I love technology for that. But that's. Honestly, if a girl is like, hey, so what'd you do last night? Like, just know that she knows. Like, don't try and lie.
Tana
Knows every single time. That's so lying.
Trisha
And being like, no, like that. What? You're so crazy. Like, that's so insane. Because it's. They're never crazy. They're always right. And just own up to it at that point. Be like, yeah, yeah, it's so bad. Guys can't up to it. I'd rather just be like, I'm not into you. Like, any other. Like, that just sounds easier than, like, being caught. Like, being caught sounds so scary.
Tana
100%. It was the Lengths people have gone to to cheat on me are truly like, oh, my God. I dated this guy who told me this girl was his cousin for, like, the entire duration of the first time we did. He was like, this girl's my cousin. She's my cousin. She's my. My assistant. She's whatever. None of the above. Second girlfriend. She was there, like, doing the dishes while we'd, like, be hooking up and hanging out. And then he was like, also her.
Trisha
Oh. So they were just, like, open about it. She, like, knew you guys were hooking up?
Tana
No, she was, like, down to be a part of the lie. To, like, be the side.
Trisha
Oh, you were the main one. And I. Yes. I don't understand it, but I was that person for sure. I definitely was. A person's like, well, I know you're dating someone, but whatever. You know what I mean? It is a weird thing. Like, why are you. Are you okay with that? That's so weird.
Tana
So wild. I'm finding, like, hoops and lashes and, like, that weren't yours. And he'd always try to gaslight me and be like, those are yours. And I'm like, those Ardell wispies are not mine.
Trisha
Oh, I've never had. Yeah, that would be. I would be probably pissed. It'd probably be livid. Yeah. Yeah. And if you're the other girl, like, there's nothing, like, cute about it. It's. I guess, like. No, I was trying to think. I was trying to think of right now. Nothing.
Tana
But I. I also understand, like, you think they'll leave, like, even just, like, I'm thinking about fame. Like, these. A lot of these guys that I went for, like, the girls were like, groupies. You know what I mean? Like, yes. So they're just down and, like. I guess I was also just a glorified groupie. I had just moved to, like, spot a groupie.
Trisha
Yeah. At least you were spa, though. But I was never spot A. I was definitely B or C or D for sure.
Tana
I mean. But same, though, like, even, like. You know what I mean? Just, like, the.
Trisha
Yeah.
Tana
The disloyalty I was.
Trisha
I was always side chick, for sure.
Tana
And also, like, I wouldn't change anything. Anything. I think getting cheated on sometimes. Like, when I look back at times, I was cheated on. I was like, thank God. A, thank God I got cheated on. It led me to here.
Trisha
Right.
Tana
And B, like, some of it was villain origin, for sure, but a lot of it also, like, just taught you lessons about people to go for and things to look for, like, you know what I mean?
Trisha
I mean, I feel like guys always cheat on, like, the pretty girls. Like, it is crazy how many pretty girls like that we've just seen come out. How, like, beautiful they are, and they get cheated on because, like, all of them. I've never been cheated on. I look like an ogre. So maybe you just gotta be, like, ugly.
Tana
Okay?
Trisha
Like. Like, in a Shrek way.
Tana
You're done. You're literally done. You're literally. You're done.
Trisha
I don't think ogre is a bad word. It's not defamatory.
Tana
Okay, but imagine right now I said Sydney Sweeney looks like an ogre.
Trisha
Well, she doesn't. Yeah, no, but, like, that sounds like an ogre. And call them an ogre. That sounds a little more. I look a little like Shrek. Ogre. Fiona Ogre. I don't know. I've never seen the shows, but everyone calls me the female Shrek or Fiona Shrek, whoever the hell it is.
Tana
There's no way everyone calls you that. I get what everyone says says about you.
Trisha
I used to be triggered by it, but now I'm like, well, I don't really watch the movies, but I'll take it.
Tana
I suppose Shrek is kind of camp, though. I thought, like, that'd be a fun Halloween costume. Like, putting the little green.
Trisha
I think I'd be too triggered because everyone's just like, you look just like her. And I'm like, I don't need to, like, look more like you by painting my face green.
Tana
I really don't think you do. And I'm not just saying that as your friend.
Trisha
I guess she's okay.
Tana
She's just huge.
Trisha
Like, she's a fridge I need to look up. Which is fine. I'd rather someone just call me like, a fridge, you know? Like, just. That would be better. Like, right?
Tana
I'm always saying that I'm.
Trisha
I give a refrigerator put me in the Sierra's catalog.
Tana
You do not look like Fiona.
Trisha
That picture, specifically the first one that popped up that literally looks like me. Put a side by side. Jimmy. Jimmy.
Tana
I know that, like, you get paid to do that. And, like, what she says goes. But, like, don't do that, Jimmy.
Trisha
I'm texting you. Do it. That's me and Moses. Moses will tell Jim. I was like, jimmy, just cut that. And was like, no, Jimmy, don't cut that. First of all, yes. I don't know what to do.
Tana
So funny. He's, like, sitting there sweating. Sweating in the edit. That's hilarious. That's so funny.
Trisha
Let's take one more call.
Tana
We're taking another call. Me and Fiona.
Trisha
I'm loving a Fiona. We should do that. A Halloween costume. What everyone else gonna be.
Tana
That would be fun. I don't mind characters, but Fiona does serve. Yeah, I guess it's not as bad. I just don't like that you're, like, saying you're like that of ogre descent.
Trisha
It's not bad. You know what? You know, like, if they did a live action Shrek, I'll be her.
Tana
You know what?
Trisha
You know what you know. You know what? You know, you go where you should be. You know what I mean? Like, I'm not gonna compete to be in the Baywatch sequel, but maybe a live action Shrek.
Tana
You are so funny. I also do just love you know what you know.
Trisha
That's my new one.
Tana
I'm arguing with Amari. Like, he's gonna be like, tanner, you're wrong. And I'm gonna be like, well, you know what? You know, the other day, I said, 12 times 12 is 49, and Amari will never let me.
Trisha
12 times 12 is 49. Oh, I don't even know what that is, but I'm probably not 49.
Amari
She was so confident in it.
Trisha
Oh, she was like, so this is it. Oh, my God. Did you have it in your vlog?
Tana
I said it with my whole chest. I said it was my whole chee to see it. I said, that's easy. I know that one. 12 times 12 was 49.
Trisha
What was it even for? What were you doing doing that?
Tana
We were filming a YouTube video. Me, Paige, Namari. And then I. We've started talking about math or something. I don't know if I was the.
Amari
Kid that, like, flipped over my time stables really fast to let everyone know that, like, I was done and stuff.
Trisha
Oh, I did that.
Tana
Really good at math.
Amari
Like, in terms of times tables, except 12 times 12. That one's 49. That one's easy.
Trisha
That is so funny.
Tana
They rose to me for, like, two hours straight. Like, I sat there and I took the beating. And this is the same week that I tried to put a plastic plate in the oven.
Trisha
Like, happened.
Tana
Like, today. I got into the wrong car instead of Meg's. Like, I. I swear, I have, like.
Trisha
You actually ran a wrong car, you said.
Tana
Yeah, it was my security, but, like, still. He was like, wrong car, Dana.
Trisha
I was like, sorry, I'm gagged, but I'm so real.
Tana
I've just been having a peanut brain. Yeah, it's confidence too. It's like shut up. Yeah.
Trisha
With everything.
Tana
12 times 12 is 49. Let's. What is that call what is.
Amari
Is it 144?
Tana
144.
Trisha
Okay, I got 40.
Tana
Yeah. Mathlete. Isn't 12 12?
Amari
So 49 coded though. I was like, no, it's two. It's so two even numbers. Where are you getting the odd.
Tana
Well, you know what? You know what?
Trisha
You know what? You know I love you don't know what you know. Moses's new joke is it's six, seven.
Tana
I. Okay. Isabella keeps saying I don't know either.
Trisha
I don't get it either. He said it again today and I was like, stop. What do you do? I cut it. I literally cut it from the TikTok. And how he knows I'm cutting it is because I stop and start getting. So he knows I'm going to cut the end of that tik tok. That's what I do. And he's just like, it's a joke. And I'm like, stop making the joke, Trisha.
Tana
That is such a funny thing to do to someone. Like. Like the stop and start again. Like knowing you didn't eat.
Trisha
Otherwise I forget to edit because I don't rewatch it. So I'm like, I need to start and stop the silence.
Tana
Just that any final like oh my God. JRob whenever I'm saying some stupid JRO just like what? Like the camera goes off. Like that is my. That is my humbling.
Trisha
That's the part I forgot about vlogging when we did your vlog. I forgot like cuz other people I vlogged with would do the same thing. Like, you know, you were like, not funny anymore. When the camera would just go off. He's like, okay, this is giving me nothing. And oh, damn.
Tana
We always laugh about that on tour. Like Paige has a whole bit about that. Like when J.R. turns the camera camera off. It's like, we know we suck.
Trisha
Yeah. He's like, I'm not entertaining. Which I know you just have to end it at some point. And like he wants to eat his Cajun chicken pasta. So he's probably just like, I need to put this down. But you do think like, oh, that wasn't funny.
Tana
Oh my God. But I like, it's like humbling to me. Like it's like funny.
Trisha
Yeah. Like yours is not like that serious. But it is like funny because I was like, oh, I remember that. And I remember being like, oh, okay, we're done. Like, are we on? Are we done?
Tana
You know, are you Talking about vlog squad specifically because I remember moments too, like, with David where I knew I. Like, none of this is making it.
Trisha
Yes, yes, yes.
Tana
And the way that you would feel in those moments, like, that was crazy. I'd be like, I'm not funny. I'm worthless.
Trisha
Yeah, no, it was crazy. And towards the end, I knew I was like, I should have expected I was on the outs because towards the end, he'd have me, like, sit home with like, Carly and Aaron. He's like, you guys just stay here and we're gonna go out and film. And then you knew. I was like, damn. Like, I'm not in any of these vlogs. You know what I mean? Like, and it's.
Tana
It's so. Cuz his whole world was so centered around that video every week. So, like, if you didn't make it or like you weren't like, it was.
Trisha
Real, literally be like. You know, because I thought. I thought we were just hanging out as friends. Truly. I thought I was just like part of a friend group or whatever. But I just remember towards the end, him being like, you know what, Trisha, you just stay here and we're gonna go out. Like, stay at his house. And I was like, what do you mean, stay at your house? Like, I'll go home. Like, what do you mean, stay here? Like, this is so weird. And then, like, I would see that. I just, like, wasn't in the vlogs. I was like, ooh. And then shortly after I got the ax, I was like, wow, he really did. Once I wasn't in those vlogs, I was pretty much worthless to the group.
Tana
You know what I love about you and me? Do you ever see those tiktoks? And it's like two girls, they're like, eating, and it's like. Like this and beating a dead horse? No, like, it's like. Like this and beating a dead. Like, we love to beat a dead horse.
Trisha
Oh. Oh, for David. Yeah, absolutely. Like, David and Shane forever.
Tana
Yes. We're going to be talking about them when we're 80. And like, you know what? That's just who we are.
Trisha
Also, if I'm doing this trauma. Are you okay? I know I do that a lot in dust tertiary. Like, do you need clinics? I'm like, no.
Tana
Sometimes my fake nose has, like, little episodes where she's really itchy.
Trisha
Oh. Like little dust bunnies up in there.
Tana
And, like, she's just super itchy. Her nerves are messed up. I mean, she's made out of my ear, so I get it. You know, that's crazy.
Trisha
It took some. What part of your ear did you take?
Tana
The back part.
Trisha
So you have, like.
Tana
You should feel it if you ever want to get, like, closer with me.
Trisha
Like, you can feel, like, a scar.
Tana
No, it's like a chunk missing.
Trisha
I don't know.
Tana
It's gonna hurt me.
Trisha
I'm scared.
Tana
Wait, what am I doing? Okay, this is my good ear. Okay.
Trisha
Okay.
Tana
See, there's a whole ear there. You smell good, by the way.
Trisha
Really? I'm scared. That's why I was, like, nervous. I was like, oh, my gosh. Okay.
Tana
Can't wait. Abercrombie denim is everything right now. Denim should feel like this. Confident, easy. Like your butt has never looked better. Trisha
One forgets mom's 60th, and never miss.
Tana
A meme or milestone. All protected with end to end encryption. It's time for WhatsApp message privately with everyone. Learn more@WhatsApp.com. okay, wait. Hello. Feel my tongue.
Trisha
Wait, that's so weird. But, like, veins.
Tana
Yeah.
Trisha
And, like, this is, like, nose.
Tana
No, no.
Trisha
What's there? What is behind it?
Tana
There's just a missing chunk.
Trisha
I'm scared. Like, me too. Oh, my God. That's why.
Tana
What do you mean? My nose is made out of my ear? I don't understand. Plastic surgeons are crazy. Yeah.
Trisha
They should have just taken some.
Tana
It was rib or ear, and I thought ear was smarter. And looking back, like, rib was smarter. Oh, rib.
Trisha
Yeah. Then he would have been, like, snatched and just like.
Tana
Like, there's a lot more rib to give. Like, a chunk of my ear is missing, and he shouldn't have given me the option. He should have have, like, you know.
Trisha
Ears are a wild thing to take from. Yeah.
Tana
And then I remember after my nose job, my nose didn't hurt at all. My ear hurts so bad.
Trisha
I was like, I wonder if your nose can hear things.
Tana
Whoa. Oh, my God.
Trisha
Like, he has a little bit. Yeah, like, maybe you hear more down there. Like, if someone gets close to Your nose well.
Tana
And like, I'm smelling from back here.
Trisha
Yeah, that'd be crazy.
Tana
That's, like, how it feels right now. Like, look at how I'm sitting on the show right now.
Trisha
That looks comfy. That's giving death a comster. When she falls down the stairs, she does her little position just like that. So you can be flexible. Possible.
Tana
I know I'm gonna hate this. People always tag me in. The way I said, I'm not Loveline. They're like, I know Tana hates this, and I do every time.
Trisha
I love the socks. It's giving Hooters, girl.
Tana
These are Laura Lee's brand.
Trisha
Oh, I thought they were hers. I was like, wow, that's so cool. You're like, I was just at her house and borrowed. I'm like, that's everything.
Tana
You love.
Trisha
Laura Lee get invited to their beauty guru parties because they get together. It's like, Manny, Laura, Avery Woods, Jacqueline.
Tana
We talk about this a lot, but, like, I really mean it. Like, I'm so, like, jealous. I want to be a part of that friend group so bad. I, like, feel.
Trisha
Think we could get an invite? I think now especially we're, like, not as much drama. Like, I think they're more drama than.
Tana
Us, and then we could go together. Yeah, I think they're more drama than us. And then she goes.
Trisha
I'm, like, cussing.
Tana
Out Todd Smith on Jeff FM this week. Like, they are not more drama.
Trisha
You're right. They're not drama at all. But I do want to be in that group. Me just trying to, like, rationalize getting in there.
Tana
I'm like, yeah, but, like, please accept us.
Trisha
Tana has her makeup lines so she can fit in.
Tana
They're covering dirt from my hip.
Trisha
I mean, that's iconic, actually. Laura Lee, she bought your socks. I didn't know you had a sock line.
Tana
And I love socks. Honestly, I'm the close friend.
Trisha
Wait, really? Like a PR package?
Tana
I don't know how. Yes.
Trisha
These are her socks. This is everything.
Tana
And they're cute.
Trisha
They're very, very cute. I love them right away.
Tana
Minim. La. Like that, like, instead of minimal, it's called minim La.
Trisha
Minim. Oh, I love it. What's the meaning behind it?
Tana
I. I think just, like, minimal, but instead of, like, al, it's literally la.
Trisha
Oh, I love, like, that's cute. Laura Lee.
Tana
That's, like, a cute little brand. And, like, her. The body care. She's like, body care products like shower gel. And it's good.
Trisha
Is it la, too? Wasn't her makeup, like Laura Lee LA or something.
Tana
Yeah. But I love her. Like, it's like a. Just all her little products.
Trisha
I think she loves Dr. Pepper. Someone told me they're like, laura Lee also loves Dr. Is that true? Wow.
Tana
See, Laura Lee, we want to hang out with you.
Trisha
We have so many Dr. Peppers.
Tana
I really want to hang out.
Trisha
I'm have one. Yeah. I think Jack and Hell is super close to me. I think she's literally like in the same neighborhood because I always see her, see her, like in stories and tick tocks.
Tana
Like, I'm like creepily obsessed with her.
Trisha
Yeah, same.
Tana
Like, I watch everything she does podcast.
Trisha
And her person reached out and I reached out and then they never reached it back out. And I was like, I really want to talk to you.
Tana
Yeah. Because she just has a lot of lore. I think we just talked about her at like, let's talk.
Trisha
I love that you're a Jaclyn Hill enthusiast because I just don't meet enough of them.
Tana
Yeah. You know, she's everything.
Caller
Hi, Trish. Hi, Tanner. I love you guys. Thank you for making this podcast. It's so enjoyable. I listen to it almost every time you'll upload. I just had a question about meeting an abusive ex. My friend has an abusive ex living with her. They've broken up, but he's living in her house. And I fear she's not telling me everything that's going on. And I just have a speaking suspicion that it's a lot worse than she's telling me. What do you suggest she does in this situation? How do I help her? I know we just have to let her come to that conclusion on her own, but what if it's too late? Just whatever you all think is best, I would like to know. Thank you, guys.
Trisha
That's a sad one. That's awful.
Tana
That's really sad. And it is like being with someone who's abusive. It was so hard. You know what I mean? But also being like the loved one of someone who is getting abused is also so hard. She said she doesn't know for sure or she does know for sure.
Trisha
An abusive relationship, like, if she. She definitely is.
Tana
She knows she's in an abusive relationship. They're not together, but he's still in the house. She just doesn't.
Trisha
She's not telling her friend's not telling her everything.
Tana
So she thinks that there's worsening that could be going on. Oh, that's really sad. I think just keep reassuring your friend that, like, she can tell you anything. She can confide in you that she's stronger than this. Like, she can get out of this. There will be a new light. There will be a new era of life. Like, this is not forever. And just keep reassuring her. And I feel like a lot of times abusers also want to isolate someone. And I know it's so hard to be in your position, too, like, you know, but just try to be there for your friend, you know, I think.
Trisha
Yeah, I try to put it in, like, the perspective of, like, it was, like, my sister or someone, like, urgent or like, my mom or something, you know, it's like, obviously a best friend probably feels that way. And I feel like I would just, like, I would. Like you said, you really can't force someone, but I tried everything I could to force, like, come live with me. Like, kidnap them. Like, something just, like. I don't know, something so extreme. Call for a wellness check. I don't know. I just feel like if it was someone I really loved, I knew that they were being abused. I would have to, like, do something so extreme.
Tana
Let's go on a trip. Trip. Like, let's just get out of this headspace for a second and remember life. Like, just. Yeah, I would try to smother them in, like, any way. Like, smothers the wrong word, but you know what I mean? Just surround them. Engulf them with love and support and options and.
Trisha
Yeah, no, like, just insist that they stay with you. Like, I don't know, take their keys. I don't know. Something. It's like, so I. I've never been in this situation. It's, like, so hard, and I actually feel. I. I don't know. I don't know what you do. It's so helpless. It probably is such a helpless, helpless thing.
Tana
Yes. Especially just, like, I think empower her to leave. Like, that is the best thing you can do, is just be the rock that's like, hey, when you're ready for this, like, we got this and you got this, you know? And I just like, wow. I really feel for you guys. But as someone who's been in so many situations, like, there is a light at the end of the tunnel. There's another side. And, like, I believe in all of you, both of you, to get through this and that. Man, it's so sad.
Trisha
I'm sure there is some, like, hotliner resources we can put up here in the description that, like, people can, like, go for help or, like, in these situations, too, to, like, ask for help on. Like, how do you support someone going through this or, like, help someone going through this.
Tana
Yes.
Trisha
Obviously, the person wants help and needs help, but, like, it can be so hard.
Tana
I know. It really can be. And it's just like, you can feel so lost or, like you can never get out of that, like, world. You know what I mean? And that's what the abuser wants to make you feel like as well, to keep you trapped in their cycle. But you can break out of it and you can break free, and there will be a point where you look back and you're like, wow, I did that.
Trisha
You know?
Tana
And I believe in you. I believe in both of you. And just keep being as supportive and firm as you can. And we love you. And the world is full of people, but also amazing people. And you got this.
Trisha
Remember that chick song? It was like, Earl had to die. No, no, no. What is that song? Goodbye Earl. Do you remember that song? Oh, my God. It's like Jane Krakowski's in the video, and, like, the one friend calls her up, and she's just like, Marianne flew in from Atlanta and on a. And it's like. But Earl had. And they just, like, bury him, basically. He's, like, abusive to her, and she buries him, which, I mean, you can't do. But, you know, the music video is.
Tana
But it's so real to, like, in life, how much your girls can help you get out of. You know what I mean? Like, even just, like, having, like. I think about all the times in my life with Ashley where I'm, like, crying on her bed and I'm like, help me. Like, we have to do this. And it's like, her being, like, that loser. Like, we got this. Like, we will be fine. You know what I mean? That, like, got me out of. And vice versa. Like, just me doing that for her and whatever. Like, sometimes that's all you need is that one girlfriend to rely on and get out of it. Like, oh, yeah.
Trisha
The fact that she has the person calling in is.
Tana
Yeah, very sweet. And, like, look at you. You're already taking, like, the right step. You're, like, seeking out advice and help, and you care, and I just. I believe in you guys. I really do.
Trisha
Wow. What a. What an episode.
Tana
Yes. What a note to end on.
Trisha
And downs, literally and figuratively. We were up and down a lot during this episode.
Tana
We really were.
Trisha
We landed.
Tana
So many things happened.
Trisha
Yes.
Tana
Like, so many things happened. That was a roller coaster. But that is not Loveline.
Trisha
That is not Loveline.
Tana
I love it over here. And we love you guys just so much. Thank you for calling in. And we were talking about how much we love doing Not Loveline over on Just Trish earlier. And it's, it's true.

Hosts: Tana Mongeau & Trisha Paytas
Date: September 29, 2025
Episode Theme:
Tana and Trisha dive into the messiness and fun of love, sex, dating, friendships, and online scandals. With recurring themes of apology culture, toxic dating behavior, and wild personal stories, this episode is filled with candid advice calls and the hosts’ trademark irreverent humor.
Tana and Trisha reveal plans for a new podcast set modeled after a giant, decadent bed, inspired partly by comfort needs and wanting a sleepover vibe.
“We should just have, like, this giant bed, which would be so cute. And then, like, change this so it looks like a window looking out of the LA nights.” — Trisha (03:30)
The conversation spirals into partners’ handyman skills and the sexiness of someone who can build furniture.
“If you’re handy yourself, I really think you should find a partner that's very handy.” — Trisha (05:31)
Recap of their recent friend outings: Pilates, Cheesecake Factory, and Claire’s (which, they joke, they could "save" from bankruptcy).
Leopard print as an ongoing motif, inspired by YSL and current fashion trends. Tana discusses her new lip kit collab with tarte — the extensive process and genuine enthusiasm about her beauty line.
“I truly was, like, I'm not settling for something that I won't wear every day until I die.” — Tana (15:49)
The story of tarte’s founder Maureen is highlighted, celebrating female entrepreneurship:
“Hats off to, like, an ingenuitive woman who doesn't take no for an answer and does it all by herself.” — Tana (15:07)
The hosts reflect on the double standards in YouTuber apologies: men often get praised for quick, unemotional apologies, while women receive criticism for tears or emotional responses.
“All the comments are praising them... And then if a girl did that, it’s like, you don’t care.” — Trisha (22:41)
Tana shares on the pressure to perform sincerity, and how time is the only true measure of growth:
“There’s nothing when someone does something wrong that they can come online a week later [and show growth]. It’s about time and showing growth.” — Tana (26:32)
Ms. Rachel’s social media controversies are used as an example of how even the most wholesome creators get criticized.
“The navy blue fitted sheet is... a staple in a man who's going to play you’s, like, starter pack.” — Tana (50:20)
“The excitement of meeting someone... Even if it is a hookup or just friends or whatever you’re doing on Double Date... the excitement of meeting someone new is so cool.” — Trisha (49:01)
“Just like, sometimes a man pisses you off and you gotta stoop to that level.” — Tana (56:27) “The toxic part of me... is so not against scaring a man a little into acting right.” — Tana (57:11)
Discussing wild tech-fueled stories: tracking men’s heart rates via Apple Watch to catch cheating, guys lying about “liking everyone’s photos”, and the infamous ‘she’s just my cousin’ coverup for a side chick.
“Have you seen women catch men cheating because on their Apple Watch their heart rate was raising in the middle of the night? Like, cardio. Like, they were having sex with someone.” — Tana (58:33)
“I'd rather just be like, I'm not into you... being caught sounds so scary.” — Trisha (58:58)
[72:56] A caller asks for advice on helping a friend with an abusive ex still living with her. The hosts offer empathy and the importance of persistent, supportive friendship — plus a mention of sharing domestic violence hotline info.
“Empower her to leave... be the rock that's like, hey, when you're ready for this, like, we got this and you got this, you know?” — Tana (75:38)
“Just insist that they stay with you... take their keys... something so extreme. If it was someone I really loved, I’d have to do something so extreme.” — Trisha (75:25)
On the infamous “navy sheets”
“The minute I woke up [with navy blue sheets], I’m like, I feel like I’m at a boy’s house.” — Trisha (50:28)
On relationship double standards:
“But that double standard doesn’t apply. Like we were saying... It’s just not the same thing. Like, you can. Yeah, but he can’t be on his phone.” — Trisha (51:55)
KitKat Debate:
“The break up of little one? What? You see all three of you do not break off the Kit Kat stick?” — Tana (53:36)
On weird food combos:
“I love pickles and peanut butter. That’s pretty weird.” — Tana (54:16)
On self-deprecating humor about cheating:
“I feel like guys always cheat on, like, the pretty girls... I’ve never been cheated on. I look like an ogre. So maybe you just gotta be ugly.” — Trisha (61:08)
On math fails:
*“12 times 12 is 49. That one’s easy.”— Tana (64:07)
Unfiltered, hilarious, deeply personal, always a touch self-deprecating, and supportive (especially towards listeners calling in). The show’s signature is its blend of wild confessionals and genuine advice — with the hosts embracing their “not an expert, but been there” status.
For Further Support:
If you or a loved one needs help in an abusive relationship, consider reaching out to a local or national domestic violence hotline. The hosts mention the importance of supportive friendships and seeking resources and help when needed.
