The following podcast is a Dear media production. Welcome back to the Not Skinny But Not Fat podcast. I'm your host, Amanda Hirsch, and I still can't believe that I get to chat with some of my favorite stars on my very own podcast, where you'll feel like you're just talking shit with your best friends in your living room. Did this give you flashbacks of recording. Recording with me back in the day and probably like.
B
And re recording a whole lot.
A
Nobody feel like that happened, like, every time. Like every time.
B
Yeah. And, like, it would be such a good episode. I feel like we'd be cracking up.
A
And then the re. The redo is just, like, awful.
B
Yeah. No, they're realizing 45 minutes and there was no audio.
A
Every time, like, managed to do something.
B
No, that's right.
A
The one and only OG to the pod. You could cry.
B
No, I literally am tearing up.
A
I know you OG to the pod. If you're a real one, if you were here in 2019, then you know that Arielle did the pod with me. And Arielle was on the COVID of the pod with me. And our bobs are matching bobs, which our brother in law took the photo of us playing on your back in an iPhone in, like, the bedroom. Like, crazy. Crazy. But I was just asked on a podcast, like, the other day, like, how long till it, like, if, like, how did it evolve and like, how did you start having celebrities and how quickly they happened? I'm like, I think pretty quickly. Like, it's not like you were doing it with me for like, a year. No, I feel like you were doing it with me for, like, months.
B
Yeah. And then you started having guests. Yeah. Aaron Foster. Well, no, I want to get to.
A
That because it started with. First of all, people don't know. This is my sister Arielle.
B
I'm so happy to be back. I feel like every time I come on the pod, we have to do, like, guess who's that that come back.
A
No. Really tell you that people thought that, like, I wonder if they're, like, rumors swirling that we are, like, on bad terms. Like Haley. And that was her face. Haley Duff and Hillary Duff. Because, like, you used to be on my stories every day of your life. Yeah. And I used to shove you down people's throats. And also on the pod. And then. And it was Covid. And she lived in the building. And you basically lived in my house.
B
Yeah, I did. And it was pre kids.
A
It was pre kids. But then. No.
B
No Ironman, Right? Yeah.
A
But then she moved out of my building to My other sister's building. Building.
B
It did.
A
I know. And she was like, what? Nothing's gonna change. I'm like, okay, okay. I mean, nothing changed in our relationship, but change in how much I see you and.
B
Yeah, yeah.
A
Which I still see her, like, every day. Like, weekend. Like every weekend. I talked to her every day. But anyway. But it progressed pretty quickly on the pod because I think what happened, like, is that I kicked you out. But it was because, like, once we started having guests, we realized that, like, and I'm interviewing them, like, it kind of became like, you didn't really have, like, anything to do there. Yeah. You know what I mean?
B
What I feel like. Yeah, yeah, no, for sure. And also, it was like, we would talk about celebrity gossip, and now you were interviewing the celebrities. Right.
A
So it was so different. But I still talk about celebrity.
B
No, you do. But it's a different format.
A
But it's different format. Right. So when with Ariella was like. I think the first episode that we did was, well, I'm pretending. You know what I'm doing right now. It's like when you go to a restaurant, you pretend like you didn't look at the menu at home. Like, I think the first. No, I know the first episode was the Jordan and Tristan cheating.
B
Oh, my God.
A
Oh, my God.
B
The times in pop culture.
A
But do you also remember that I had talked to this producer about doing it with him? This guy from college.
B
Yeah.
A
And he was like, great, Blah, blah, blah, we'll do it. I'm like, great. He's, like, working away. And then I told you, like, I think I'm just gonna post this episode. Let's just do it. You remember?
B
I don't remember.
A
Wait.
B
Randomly without even.
A
And I posted. I found out, by the way, it's so crazy because.
B
Wait, I remember you were doing. You were finding out how to, like, upload to Apple. I embedded. Oh, my God.
A
By the way, I was on, like, Amazing Race right now, and one of my missions was to embed. I would know how to embed. But I was so tenacious that, like, I. I got it. I got. I embedded it. And I remember the producer emailing, being like, wait, aren't we, like, trying to work together and, like, do this? And then you remember, Then I took a step back and I was like, okay, for one time in my life, I'm not going to be impetuous. Yeah. And I'm not going to, like, do it quickly just to do it. I'm going to take the time. Going to let him figure it Out. So I think I retracted the episode.
B
And then.
A
You remember I put that art.
B
No, I remember. I remember two girls gossiping.
A
No, no, no, no, no. The fact that that's how my pod started. And then I was like, no, I made a deal with this guy. I'm gonna do it with him. And. And that's how it all happened. But. Yeah, But. But once. But once Aaron Foster came. I mean, Yes, I want us to talk about that moment. So I bring up. Because in my lesson, that's. I've progressed. Sorry, all since we've done this. I won't forget getting Aaron Foster. Like, first of all, Aaron Foster following me. I know. Was a big deal. I know. Well, now we're friends.
B
The first thing which was a big deal for your Instagram page.
A
Yeah.
B
Was Kourtney Kardashian liking. Liking the.
A
The incredible meme.
B
The. The best meme I've ever read.
A
Yeah. What was it? It was.
B
Oh, my God. It was like something. Anybody that, like, looks like Courtney, can you.
A
No, it was. If you have low self esteem, don't follow. Don't look at Corny Cordon.
B
It's not.
A
Yeah. I was by my. I was obsessed. Like, she was my screen saver. Like her Cuba look. I don't know if you remember, because.
B
I remember the Cuba look. I remember the Cuba look.
A
The Cuba look was my screensaver. So I was obsessed with Courtney and I wrote this about her on this tiny account. And that when she liked it. I think it was more like I realized, like, okay, like your can get to people. No, literally, even if you're like, tiny human.
B
What I was doing. No, because that moment, like, that was like a big moment.
A
No, you were screaming your head off. Arielle has really been like. Like, you know, people say, like, I'm a number one fan. Like, she is you legit.
B
I remember that was a big one. And then Aaron Foster was your first big podcast.
A
At my house.
B
At your house.
A
When I had one bedroom apartment. And, you know, it was so funny. I was thinking about it. You and I were very excited. So we did a whole setup with, like.
B
Did not do a charcuterie set up.
A
No. You weren't charcuterie level. Yeah. In your life. Like, now you are. That's, like, what she does. But it was like, nuts. It was Pellegrino.
B
The last Pellegrino.
A
The last Pellegrino. Well, now I'm sure Aaron wouldn't drink out of plastic. Like, she would literally leave. But it was glass filigree now. And, like, I Don't think we thought this through of, like, wait, wait, this is a pod. We're not, like, hosting.
B
We thought we were hosting. No, we thought we were having a no play date.
A
Like, so she comes and it was huge. A huge range. But she. She was like, the first person that I met in this industry that I think the first, like, big deal person. She hates when I do this. I'm like, the first celeb. She's like, take those quotation marks away from that, you know? But like, Barry Aaron. But, like. And how normal is she? And like, Sarah walked her over. I came downstairs to get her there. I met Sarah downstairs. I was like, I'll take her now. You know? And then we took the elevator together, and both of us don't like elevators. And she was freaking out. She's like, wait, I thought you were scared of elevators. I'm like, no, I'm not scared with people. She's like, I'm scared also with people. Like, you're not my safe person. I was like, I'll protect you. Anyway, we. We bonded, and then the elevator is pretty slow here, so she was having, like, a slight panic attack. But since then, we've been friends, which is, like, long time.
B
What year was that?
A
Like, 2019.
B
2019. That's, like, going on seven years almost. I mean, you're literally adding no because it's 2020.
A
Yeah. Yeah, but did you ever. Were you ever mad at me that I kicked you out of the pond?
B
I don't remember ever, like, being mad. I don't think I ever, like, thought of it that way. Like, I would say, silly. What I thought I was, like, so fun for me. And then, like, we would laugh that I was fired.
A
And we would laugh every week that you were fired that I was fired.
B
When I'd, like, randomly come back. And now I'm, like, on fire it and fired again.
A
Right, right.
B
I was using, you know, when you need it and here today.
A
But.
B
But no, I don't think I ever felt that. Because your podcast really expanded to something so different.
A
Yeah.
B
And the only thing I felt was that you used to send me everything on Instagram, and then you started posting it on Instagram, and I was like, I no longer get the dms. Like, now I'm part of the following. And I.
A
That's another look. You're so. You're such a big part of my origin story. Like, my origin story is from clicking over to Arielle and sending her the, like things, and me like, ba, ba, ba, ba. Like, I took a Try at posting them and seeing if people care. Like, that's the origin story of the talking about celeb stuff. But I still send you things, by the way, like, didn't mom totally, like, troll us the other day and tell us? Because we were fighting with our older sister who was feeling, like, left out about something, and my mom was like, enough. Like, I hear what you guys talk about. You talk about fucking. Like, what did you say?
B
She was like, no, she said, like, you talk about celebrities. Things that.
A
Who?
B
People I don't even know.
A
All day, like, why she was talking about my older sister. Like, why does she even care? Like, all you guys talk about is, like, dumb shit and celebrities and, like, pop culture and, like, I hear you. It's not like you're having these deep convos all day that she's feeling left out of. But. But yeah, three sisters. We get into it sometimes. I mean, it is like, does Allison even know you're here?
B
No, she has no idea. She'll find out next week. She calls you not answering y.
A
That's what happened. And this is why, if you guys listen to the pod, I ask a lot of people about siblings, and if there are three, that I will ask Aaron is one of them. If there are three, that I will ask, like, how. How can we talk about my hair length?
B
Or no, like, you look so cute with a little sweater and your hair looks so good.
A
How's it so long?
B
I don't know.
A
It really grew all of a sudden.
B
It really grew. But it looks good. Don't get a bob. I will never get a bob. I mean, the bob looked really cute and cute on you, too. Depending on the length.
A
No, and depending on, like, what else is happening, you know? Yeah, what else is happening? On the bot. On the face. But yeah, that's why I ask guests a lot of times, like, what's the relationship? Like, how do you deal with three? Because we're so close. It's not like we have one straight. Like, one person lives another state. Like, we're literally this close. But still, there are issues all the time. And there's jealousy, and there. I mean, there should be a show. And we're not just, like, one of those families that say that, like, when I tell you there are fights every day, their text messages. There's like, tequila Katie by over here without the tequila. That's a killer.
B
No, I feel like we're on the level of when, like, Courtney and Kim got into a physical fight. Like, that's every fight.
A
You and Allison just thought no, but.
B
Like, every fight is explosive.
A
Yeah.
B
Like, it is explosive. There's no, like, happy medium. It's like, either there's nothing or there's, like, everything all at once.
A
Don't fight.
B
Sometimes, like, I feel like we can fight for five minutes.
A
Yeah, for five.
B
Like, we snap at each other, and then I'm sensitive, and I'm like, you upset me.
A
She. She has done. But mom makes me laugh so much because I was thinking about, first of all, Club Brielle's pregnant, as we know, because I made the announcement. You. You literally did. She's too cool for school. She doesn't post her pregnancy on her Instagram. So I was like, I need to post this psychotic gender.
B
Wait, Meanwhile, I don't post my pregnancy on Instagram, but, like, totally told you.
A
Like, sure, go ahead and ask me. Like, it was very much like, I thought she would have me wait till she gave birth, which would have made sense to me because she's also very anxious for them. But randomly, I was like, can't wait to post. And she's like, oh, you can post it. We'll be right back after the break. Yo, yo. It is winter. It is raining. It is sleeting, it is snowing. And time to get your winter jacket out of your closet. Now, if you're looking for a new one and you want my advice, I'm wearing it. It is the Columbia Amaze puff jacket. And if you follow me on Instagram, which if you don't, what the helly are you doing here? Or what are you doing with your life? Rather, you'll see that I'm wearing it every day for realsies. Okay. It's just so good that I don't even want to wear my other winter coats. Like, I brought, like, you know, the Foo Foo Foofy shishi brands years ago, and I'm already over them. I'm just reaching for this one more. And that just goes to show you, I also wore it today. It's raining, and I went to pick up Lenny from a music class, and I didn't even take an umbrella. It is weather resistant. It is, like, insulated. It's light, but warm. Like, I'm never cold. I'm never cold. Like, on my body. I also love this chocolate color that I went with that I didn't go with black, like, every single time in my life. I also want to tell you that I do have the shortest length, which is, like, waist length, but they also have, like, a mid, which is, like, knee, and also, like, a super long. I'M just not a tall girly, so that wouldn't be for me. But the Amaze puff jacket is for everyone. I highly recommend it. There. They have, like, shoulder straps that keeps me really secured in. You can take off this. This hood, and I just love it. Like, 11 colors to choose from. Head to Columbia.com to get your hands on the Amaze puff jacket. Columbia. Tough on cold, soft on NATO. I want to talk about ebay in a way that actually makes sense for how I shop and how I think a lot of you shop too. Because, like, online shopping on ebay is just different. It's not the same as, like, swiping up or being served an ad on Instagram. It's not about buying something new at Zara and moving on, okay? It's about the search. Like, it's so much about the search of finding something, and it's about getting something that has a story and about making it yours. Okay? And that's what I think that makes shopping on ebay so special, so meaningful, so much more personal, and, honestly, more fun. Online shopping on ebay is different because everything you buy on ebay has a story to it that makes it more special, rare, and meaningful. For me, ebay has always been the place I go to when I'm looking for something super specific. Not just a version of something, not something that's trending, but the thing, whether it's like a fashion thing, a collectible or something I'm feeling nostalgic about that I thought was gone forever. So, like, Noah. I showed this picture to Noah of when I was a little girl in the bath because I think I really look like him in that picture. And I'm wearing this pony necklace, okay? And Noah's really into jewelry right now. We know the little fashionista. And he's like, I want this necklace. I want this necklace. And I was like, I wish I had. I don't have it. And I blamed my mom. I was like, mimi threw it out. He's like, why did Mimi throw it out? I was like, this whole thing, okay? And my mom was like, I didn't throw it out. We just don't have it. And it's this pony necklace from a book called My. What's called the Good Luck Pony. And I was trying to find this necklace, trying to find this necklace. And you know where I found it? On ebay, you guys. And Noah couldn't have been happier. And it's such a special, meaningful thing because he was, like, so upset that I didn't save him. That necklace. And I felt so bad, honestly. Shopping on ebay just hits different than just adding to cart and something new. You're throwing it back. And it's super nostalgic and it's super meaningful. I can't help every one of you, but I've helped me friends find things on ebay that they've loved, that they've lost. Pieces from a long time ago in their life that felt important, that were tied to a memory that they thought they could never replace. But, like, sometimes you can replace it, and when you can, it feels like a win. And ebay can help you do that. Like, ebay can help you unlock something. Ebay does that so well. It's not just shopping. It's searching, it's discovering, and it's finding something that feels personal to you. And there are millions of finds like that on ebay, from pre loved fashion to collectibles, even vehicles and car parts. And that's the other thing people forget. Ebay isn't just fashion or collectibles, although it's great for both. It's also literally cars. Okay. Car parts, like Sydney Sweeney's garage. Like, probably shops on ebay. Upgrades, accessories, things that help you complete or elevate something that you already love. If you're passionate about something, your style, your space, your car that you. There's probably something on ebay that can make it even better. And I just think that's why ebay feels so different from other shopping platforms. Shop ebay for millions of finds each with the story. EBay, things people love. And we're back. But let's go back for a second to the fact that you were convinced that you were having a boy. They wanted to cancel the gender reveal. You saw the nub.
B
I did that.
A
You thought the doctor told you you're having a boy. She did.
B
These are all facts that happened. This is what happened. Okay, tell us what happened that I went to. To an ultrasound and I, like, thought I was an ultrasound technician. I could read the picture and I definitely saw a nub like, that you could not disagree with. I sent it to you guys. You guys were like, oh, my God. Right away, though, that husb laughed and was like, oh, my God, it's a boy. We were all convinced.
A
Yeah.
B
And then I like, I was so convinced that I was like, I don't want to do a cake to not.
A
Be surprised by the way. You wanted a girl.
B
Yes, I wanted a girl. I did.
A
I did.
B
I wanted a girl.
A
But like, I was not disappointed.
B
The thing was, I was like, not.
A
Going to be surprised if I was to do a cake. Yeah.
B
So I was like, there's no point in doing that. Like, I already know. The doctor at the ultrasound asked me, do you know what it is?
A
And I said no.
B
And he was like, okay, I have a really good prediction. And I was like, as soon as they say that, first of all, she sees the nub.
A
Which I had told you that I had heard from ultrasound techs in the past, like, every gender has the nub. And I think with girls that ends up going in. You were Chad, you beating the fuck out of this. But then the doctor was like this super serious doctor, because I had him too. Was like, I have a good prediction, if you want to know. And that made me feel sus because I'm like, it's either like you have a penis or you don't have a penis. So if he's so certain that there is something like it more so feels like it would be certain to like see something rather than not see something. Yeah. So we were sure. And that's why the gender reveal looked insane.
B
No, it was psychotic. I don't think I've never seen you.
A
Hug your mother in law.
B
No. Like, first of all, I don't think I've ever given such a long hug to my mother in law. And second of all, like video, I'm like, no, no, no, no. And second of all, she did. But I don't think they have ever witnessed anything that crazy and that much screaming and like crying and mom's like in her hot pink shirt, crying, Mom.
A
Like, I feel like for families on the outside, like, because we grew up with like a single mom who's like, acts like one of us. Like, I feel like for normal adults and like married, like older, you know, they're, they don't, they don't understand why this woman is wearing a hot pink shirt and saying like, no, it's, oh, healthy, healthy, healthy. But like wearing hopping and then the cake happens. And she's not okay.
B
No, she's not okay.
A
She's not okay.
B
She's not okay.
A
But I think it's fun. So they lean in.
B
I know it is fun. They just need to be around this energy a little bit more and then they'll lean right in. But no, I do. I have seen other gender reveals and usually people are like. And then like, I see ours and.
A
I'm like, no, I honestly couldn't believe you let me post it.
B
Like, your face was not okay. I mean, no, I think I would. No. Because I Was just literally so shocked, but it was psychotic.
A
So weird to me that she's having a girl because we really had mostly boys. Like, Allison has Emma, but, like, so many boys, one after the other. And, you know, knowing that Nuval, your husband, has, like, boys in his family and, like, it all was adding up to have all boys. But hearing you say, like, I feel her. It's, like, weird for me. I'm so used to saying him. Like, it's not even real to me that it could be a her.
B
The whole thing is still not real to me.
A
I know she's not a great pregnant person, if you were wondering. My little angel over here. You're not loving the process.
B
No, it's not that I'm not.
A
Don't worry. God isn't going to, like, strike lightning. Like, my mom will literally say that to everybody. No, Ariel will complain and be like, I feel like shit. And my mom is like, something bad.
B
Is going to happen and it's going.
A
To be because you complain. I don't. Arielle's like, I start crying, by the way. I start, this is a real story. This is why I would say.
B
It always, by the way.
A
This is my older sister. And no, ever.
B
I'm like, literally never here. But when I'm here, she goes, wait.
A
Wait, Oriel's never here during the week. No, no. She has a air tag on you. No. You guys, this is insane. This is very in our Hersh. Like, you're getting a very, like.
B
Like, real moment.
A
Real moment over here.
B
Inside, I'm dying. This is inside. I'm literally spiraling at the podcast. I gotta go home.
A
Can you even keep going? Like, I don't know.
B
I don't know. I need a second. It always happens.
A
Single time. We were talking about something important.
B
Oh, that mom the other day, I think so.
A
This is also a very real moment. We're at my house. Arielle's like, no, but, like, does my belly look pregnant or does my belly look bad? Like, the 17th time that day. And my mom literally screamed. Scream.
B
Did her.
A
Enough. Like, what did she say, though? She said something to the.
B
No, I can't. I'm not saying it out loud.
A
What did you say?
B
No, she said something that I don't want to repeat. It made me really.
A
What I want to know was it, something bad is gonna happen.
B
Yeah, that's what it was.
A
Yeah, it was.
B
And then I start screaming at her. Yeah.
A
Wait again. My mom literally goes to her, like, something bad is gonna happen. It's gonna be because I complain no, I'm not.
B
Okay. But, like, the thing is, I was just asking.
A
And I'm not mad, by the way. This can get mad. No, I think I really, like, you screamed at her.
B
Yeah.
A
And you were like, say you're sorry. Say you're sorry. And she. My mom also can't say she's sorry, but she ends up being like, I said that I'm sorry. It was like a child. She's like, I said it. I said it before.
B
You didn't hear me. Because you know what? I think it's so up to say something like that. Like, I think it's so up. Like, tell me that I'm so annoying. Like, why are you bringing anything else into this?
A
Like.
B
Or shut me up or something? Like, no, sometimes. And she's like, I'm doing that to scare you. And I'm like, I'm literally scared my whole life. I'm scared my whole life. Like, you don't need to scare me.
A
No. That was so funny. No, but my mom really is one of us. Like, with the Zappos event that you guys came, so I didn't invite her to the Zappos dinner. Then she was like. She asked Arielle, like, is it all young people?
B
Yeah.
A
And you were like, probably. And she was like, so I'm not coming, right? Fine, understood. Don't come. Then she hears about the Ugg station and she flips the shit. And what does she tell you?
B
She said she can't believe that one of her daughters didn't get her Uggs at the event. She was really upset. So I text Amanda while Amanda is still at the event, and I'm like, you need to make sure mom has a pair.
A
It was like, I would have done that for you. I think she said, I would have never been in a situation like that and not thought of you.
B
Right? That's what she said.
A
Like, find me, okay, in a professional setting with this brand coming up to the girls that work there and being like, hey, like, as we're, like, dealing with the whole dinner and like, hey, so, like, my mom, like, wants a pair. Could we send it to her?
B
And then what did she do? Do you know what she did after she got them? Complained that they were too big on her.
A
Oh, my God. Why'd you get me, right?
B
I'm like, oh, my God.
A
They usually run small, but these ferret, by the way, they're the most comfortable Uggs in the world. But I feel like when I post mom, like, as she should receive, like, all the love, like, people Are like, she's so. She just looks, like, so warm and sweet and. Which is all those things.
B
She's part of the drama.
A
She is the drop.
B
He is the drama.
A
Okay, I want to talk about before, actually, before we get into some celeb stuff today. I want us to talk a little bit about my year of yes. Like, the year of yes has taken a life of its own. And it's kind of wild that I. I really feel like I have manifesting powers because, like, all the, like, I literally said year of yes. I stood by it, I did it, I stuck to it. But also, it has taken, like, that People magazine article that the headline they went with was, like, that the year of yes thing. I was just invited to do this talk show, by the way, and tell you about that. Like, the segment is going to be about, like, saying yes. No. Well, yeah, Like, I'm in self help. Like, apparently. So it became, like, a thing.
B
I mean, listen, I think that, like, once you start saying yes to things, more opportunities, like, come along.
A
Yeah.
B
And, like, you literally before were like, I'm not never leaving my house. You would literally only say yes to a few things. And now you really have said yes to so many things, and everything that you've said yes to is super cool and, like, an amazing opportunity. But, like, then it brought on other super cool, amazing opportunities, and it's like, you're literally booked and busy. Like, you tell me sometimes the things you're doing in a week, and I'm like, I'm tired.
A
But it is crazy because obviously I didn't start all this this year, as everyone knows and as you've talked about. And I've been super. I'm such a content person and being like, I love what I do. I love my podcast. I love posting for my couch. I love, like, being at home with my family. Like, why do I need to do more? Why do I need to get glam? I'd, like, make fun of the glam and getting dressed and all that. If I'm not getting paid, I'm not, like, doing my job if I'm not. You know what I mean? Like, yeah, I had all these, like, boxes that I was putting myself in and also thinking that it's, like, cringe or that it's like, try hard or that it's all these things. If I were to be seen doing something like that, Like, I remember even being like, I'm not going to go to the Golden Globes if I'm not nominated. Like, that vibe. Okay. Like, that was My vibe, like, if I'm not nominated or doing a red.
B
Carpet, which at the time, we love that vibe.
A
No, and I don't regret it. Like, everything is part of who I am. And I think we're ever evolving. And that's why I flip like a steak. And that's why I change my opinion every day. It's fine. But I'm saying, like, when I was thinking of the New Year's resolution, I don't know how, but it's like. And why all of a sudden in 2025, I wanted to do a New Year's evolution? Because I never have. But I was thinking, like, I love my life, I love what I do, I love whatever, you know, maybe I was feeling for a moment a little stagnant or like something in that day where I was like, what could give me a little like a little zing, a ring, a little like, spice up your life vibes? And I was like, maybe like, do the things, like get the picture. Like, get the fucking getty pic. Like, get dressed for an event that you have no reason to be at. Like, just do it and see what happens. And if you hate it, you hate it. You tried it, whatever. Yeah, so I do that. And then it really was like kind of like a propeller where it does, I feel like to me look like new to the outside. It doesn't or it does, but like that I turned some switch on and was like available for business. You know what I mean? Like more available or like, or more, you know, more available for business. Because I. Yes, again, I was, I was saying no. Like obviously I was working, doing shit, but I was saying no to anything extra. Like anything extra fun. Nighttime glam, dressing up, premieres. Like, again, unless it was work, work related. Somebody I knew. Like, it was so specific and I was so proud of that. And I was so like cringed out by anyone who did anything different. Which, like, by the way, I'd still be cringe out if somebody went to an event every day.
B
Yeah.
A
You know, and like had no business being in there. But like. And I still like pick and choose. Like, I'll go to premiere if it's something I really want to see. Like the housemates. Because I read the book and like.
B
Whatever, but the one book, the one she's gonna go.
A
But to say in this like self help, woo woo way, like, it really does work in whatever you're doing with your life. If you wanted to give this a try and just say yes to things and things that you maybe wouldn't have before. It. I was telling you about Will Arnett and what he said. Conan's pod. And that really spoke to me. I was like. It. Like, I was, like, doing therapy on myself. So Will Arnett said, I'm Conan's pod. And I posted about this because Conan was like, you know, you did Smart List. You did Arrested Development. Like, you've never really done, like, a dramatic role, and now you're doing it. He's doing that movie with Bradley Cooper as his thing on, and he's like, you know, what happened? What changed? And Conan actually said, I remember you always said, I. I don't want to be caught trying. Don't want to be caught trying. And Will Arnett was like, yeah, like, that was my vibe. It just looked so lame, pathetic to me to, like, be trying. And now I, like, don't care. And I'm being more. More vulnerable and, like, putting myself out there. I was like, oh, my God. He literally hit the nail on the head.
B
Yeah.
A
Because that's it for me. Right. Because the success that I got was from sitting on my couch and watching tv. Right. So it seemed, like, easy. Like. Yeah. He's not even putting on makeup. Right. And I love that vibe. Like, I love that. For me, that's who I am. That's. That's, you know. Yeah. Anything else, I would have been like, no, no, that'd be trying. Sitting on my couch, talking about this. That's normal. That's real life. That's whatever. Putting on a face of makeup and. And. And a dress and, like, heels and being cold and whatever. That's fudgeing. Trying. And that's like, you know, people will look at me and be like, why is she even there? You know what I mean? It's all he's saying. It's not that vulnerable to sit on the couch and be like, hey, what's up? Like, it is, in a way.
B
Well, it is vulnerable.
A
But that. That's already normal.
B
Yeah.
A
But doing that extra thing. But I really related to. Well, on that, like, in that moment, I was like, oh, my God, that's literally me.
B
But let's say that, like, you literally have enjoyed every single event that you've.
A
I would say, like, 98.5. They've been good. And I've come home. Like, I mean, how was it?
B
Oh, like on a high, high, high, high.
A
Like, I even told Simon because Simon had that Christmas party. Yeah. Simon Hawk has a Christmas party every year. That's like a gay pride parade. Like, you can't walk through it. You have, like, New York City's hottest gays. Like, three women are there. Lucky to be one of them. Yeah. And every year I'm like, like, of course I'm gonna go with Simon. Blah, blah, blah. But, like, I'm like, ugh, this year.
B
You were so excited I was flying.
A
No, I wasn't excited. I'm never pre.
B
Yeah, yeah, yeah, true.
A
But I was. I told him. I was like, this. Is this party ever, like, can't wait for next year. And I think it's really all about the attitude.
B
It's about that.
A
You know what I mean? Like, I'm really in this. Like, I still will go into things with low expectations. That's always been my vibe. I like to be pleasantly surprised. Even though I was talking about the threads dinner, I went in with high expectations, and I was worried that it would flip on its head because it's usually low for me.
B
Yeah.
A
But then I only exceeded them.
B
Oh, my God. That dinner, like, what? I want to be a fly on the wall.
A
Would you?
B
Oh, my God. Yeah.
A
With me and Wesley. Yeah.
B
You and Westy and all the, like, everybody there.
A
I'm telling you guys, I wasn't a huge west person before this dinner. And then you met him, and then I met him, and I get it. And then I told Sierra that I get it, and I don't know that I should have told Sarah that I get it. That was the first thing I told Sarah. Anyway, do you have anything else to say on a personal level before we move on to hot topics?
B
The only thing that I want to say that I tell you outside is that I'm just so proud of everything.
A
Really.
B
It's like, you know when you have guests and, like, everything's a big deal, and it's just so amazing, but really how everything's evolved and it took so much work, and, like, that's what I think that, like, sometimes, like, people don't understand, but, like, it takes so much work to be where you are. And you've put in the fudgeing work. You've put in the work you are. And here. And here you are. And here you are in your year of yes. Getting the biggest guests on your pod. Knock on wood. May just continue. And 2026 is going to be a good year.
A
Thank you, my love. I love you. What should I call my 2026 if I did year of yes. So I just, like, keep the year of yes.
B
I think I like the year of.
A
Yes, not change it to, like, something.
B
Else that's like, you. You're the Brains.
A
I know it is true.
B
Like, you're, like, putting me on the spot. I'm like, I'm not thinking of a quote right now. Like, that's what I remember.
A
I always used to be like, so what should I caption? She's like, so two important topics. I love you and appreciate you, obviously. By the way, I here's the things that happened to me with getting older. I'm not a good hugger anymore.
B
I feel like you've never been a good hugger. When were you ever a good hugger? Lie to you is, like, the worst thing in the world.
A
Such a warm person.
B
Okay, not like, I don't know your hugs.
A
You know, I used to yell any of them too warm. With his friends. You were.
B
You would give, like, good hugs. Like, I would, like, touch Your literal hugs are like. Like, you're disgusted to even hug people. No, that's literally it. I can't.
A
I think I've gone worse.
B
I like, you don't want people.
A
I like, smooch my kids, but then I'm like, tap, tap.
B
I mean, like, I get it, but, like, even me, you're tapped up. Like, I would hug you, and you're.
A
Like, but you also hug me, and I haven't seen you in two days.
B
No, I know, but what does it matter? What does it matter? Like, mom hugs.
A
By the way, let's not forget who's called a cold fish. You and Allison.
B
Me.
A
But I'm warm because I always used to hug and cuddle Mom.
B
I think it's just the name that I was given without, like, actually being true. I'm not cold at all. She used to call you cold, but still does. Like, I think it's because maybe, like, I wouldn't sit on her lap and, like, hug her, but, like, like me. But I'm so cute. You are her and warm. No, you are very cute.
A
We'll be right back after the break. At first, I was skeptical about this, like, colostrum movement. Okay. I kept seeing colostrum everywhere, and I was like, is this another wellness trend or is this actually doing something? And then I started using cowboy colostrum. Now it's part of my daily routine. And I get why people are obsessed. It's a simple add on that supports gut health, immunity, and overall wellness without being complicated or intense. You can mix it into coffee, you can mix it into water, you can mix into your smoothie, and you don't have to think about ever again. It's a dream. I love cowboy colostrum specifically because it's clean and straightforward and it's sourced responsibly, minimally processed, and doesn't have a million ingredients that are weird. No fluff, no over promising, just something that supports your body. And listen, I'm a breastfeeder, right? So like we all know what colostrum is. We know that it's liquid gold. So why wouldn't I want to take liquid frickin gold myself, okay? My gut health is like the most important thing to me ever and it really affects everything. I've say it all the time. It's like your second brain. Like if my gut isn't good, like I'm not good. So I need my energy, digestion and how I feel every day. I just need it to be good and all connects. Okay? Cowboy colostrum is gentle, easy and makes you feel better. Okay? I also love getting the vanilla flavor and putting it into my coffee or adding that into the smoothie. Make sure you're going to from rebel.com okay r e b e l from rebel.com spread some holiday cheer and serious savings at from rebel.com can we talk about overthinking for a second? We've probably all had those moments where a horrible, unwanted thought sends us spiraling for hours. I know this happens to me daily. Like, why hasn't somebody replied to my text? Did I leave the oven on? Is this person lying to me? Am I a terrible person? I just don't realize it. For some people, these thoughts can come and go, but if they're stuck and they're stuck on a loop and they feel agonizing and they feel impossible to shake, you might not just be dealing with overthinking. It could be ocd. That probably surprises you because OCD is a super misunderstood condition. Like stereotypes, OCD isn't about cleaning all the time and staying neat and organized. It really shows up as intrusive thoughts that won't go away and won't allow you to focus on what you care about. Okay? It makes you focus on doubts and intense worries about your health and repeated questions about your character. Disturbing fears. These thoughts can feel so real for people with ocd. Okay? And it's so hard to quiet the noise. Super brutal. I'm with anybody that experiences this because I know it's like having your worst enemy living in your head, constantly trying to convince you that all your fears are true. But it doesn't have to be that way, okay? OCD is highly treatable. You just have to get the right kind of specialized therapy. NOCD is the world's leading provider of OCD treatment. There are licensed therapists and specialize in Exposure and Response Prevention therapy, or erp, the most effective treatment available for ocd. And NOCD provides it virtually with insurance coverage for over 155 million Americans, making this specialized treatment convenient and affordable. They also support you between sessions. You never have to face OCD on your own. If this sounds familiar, go to notecd.com and book a free free 15 minute call with their team to learn more about how they can help. That's n o c d.com let's talk about weight loss for a second. Because if you've ever felt like something was wrong with you because a plan didn't work or something someone else was doing didn't work for you, it probably wasn't you. No, it wasn't you. Because weight loss isn't just a one size fits all kind of thing. Okay. It never was. That's why I want to talk about Weight Watchers. Because they've evolved. They're not the Weight Watchers. You might remember from years ago that it was just the points and all of that. Today, it's more about personalization, science, and meeting people where they actually are. Weight Watchers now combines nutrition, behavior change, and coaching. And for some people who qualify, access to GLP1 medications, this is all under the guidance of real medical professionals. So instead of guessing or jumping from trend to trend, you're supported by a plan that's built around you. And I really appreciate that they're acknowledging what so many of us already know, that all bodies are different, lives are different, and what works for one person might not work for the next person. So whether you're looking to build healthier habits, need structure and accountability, or curious about medically supported options like GLP1s, Weight Watchers gives you choices in support. Support every step of the way. If you've been waiting for something that actually adapts to your life instead of asking you to overhaul it completely, this is it. Weight Watchers has evolved because science has evolved and because people deserve better than one size fits all solutions. Get started today@weight watchers.com and we're back. Okay, so topics that I want to talk about that, by the way, you guys, I had a work meeting today and I brought this up mid work meeting, and now I'm spiraling. Okay, here we go.
B
Another thing that you shouldn't have said. I was like, I can't stop thinking about Timothy Chalamet.
A
Okay. But like, no, I can't stop thinking about him in the sense of, like, I don't know what my verdict is on him.
B
You have the ick. Currently.
A
No, but, like, I have videos where I'm like, I love him. Soulja Boy is in the. Oh, why would the Soulja Boy.
B
Like, I love.
A
You know what I mean?
B
I love snl. Oh, my God. Like, with Pete Davidson, when they're like, see why?
A
Do you see why she was fired? That was in 2019. Like, you see why?
B
But that was.
A
Okay, good moment. I'm talking about this press run from artist to prayer.
B
Oh, we're talking about, like, currently.
A
Oh, I'm saying, like, what do you mean? I'm talking about, like. Like, don't. Like, like, it's. Yeah. Every other video. I am undecided.
B
Yeah.
A
And I feel like I have to support, like, him as a member of, like, my extended family. The Kardashian. Generous but I don't know if I like this person, like, who he's become, which is like flashy and like orange leather and this like, Mari supreme campaign that is so Gen Z that it's sickening. Gen Z. Like, it's pouring Gen Z. And I saw somebody post like, I think Blakely Thornton posted this, but he was like, the movie is about a ping pong player.
B
You know what I mean?
A
Yeah, not Gen Z. It's not like that show I love L. A would make sense. They would do, like. So he's really like, doing this press run that is very Gen Z and smart. Like, it'll probably blow up because of that. He's also saying these wild things that were on the heels of when he won that award and said, I want to be one of the greats. I don't want to. I'm not. Not just here for shits and eagles. I want to be the Michael Jordan. Yeah. So first of all, a lot of people said then, you know, is this cool or not? If a woman said this, what would people's responses be? We would be like, you know, I was like, when he said that too. I'm all about it. I'm all about saying, like, I want to succeed. Like, I want to do well.
B
He is succeeding. Like, he's successful, but like, now he's.
A
Literally like giving himself the Oscar.
B
I mean, maybe.
A
And you're also young. Like Leo DiCaprio. Like, you know, you think he was.
B
Running around, but his girlfriend. I'm leaving the stop.
A
But like, you think he was running.
B
Around be like, no, no. Oh, my God. Young Leo. But no, I think Timmy is dating Kylie who, like, became a billionaire at age 5.
A
You think that's the influence.
B
And maybe he, like, is wants to, like, be bigger. Like, I don't know what to tell you. Maybe it's like a theory.
A
I don't know.
B
Because, like, suddenly this year he's like, I need to be one of the greats. I need, like, when I do a.
A
Like, I.
B
What did he say? Like, he said something weird about, like, he's putting it all there and like, the work and like, it was just like a weird.
A
Method who? I wonder if he's Method.
B
What's method?
A
See why she was fired, Part two.
B
Why I was fired. What's Method?
A
Method acting.
B
Oh, like becoming the character. Like Austin Butler.
A
Yeah, but it's not confirmed that Austin Butler was Method.
B
He was method.
A
He had.
B
He had the Elvis Presley accent everywhere.
A
Well, Austin Butler wasn't running around saying, like, give me the Oscar Also, there's this rumor that he's this British rapper named SZ Kid. And SD Kid is this rapper that only shows his eyes. And a lot of people were saying that the eyes look just like Timmy's eyes. So Timmy is getting asked about it and on the press run now. And instead of saying no, he's going like, you'll see in due time.
B
What? He's playing along.
A
Playing the fuck along. So the question is, my new theory, which I put out there is like, I think he's not SD Kid. I think they have something planned together. I think he's gonna go out on stage with SD Kid and that's what. Because why not just say, like, oh, no, like, would love to meet that guy, you know?
B
Right. He's playing along with it. He probably has a collab with him. We'll see. But I think. I really do think he is the way he is right now because he's getting influenced by Kylie.
A
Blaming the woman.
B
I'm not. Oh, my God. No, I'm not blaming Kylie. I'm just saying he is dating the first self made with the first. The youngest. The youngest self made billionaire. And maybe that's motivation for him to, like, be the most successful actor, which, like, he is so successful, you know.
A
Like, they see his mom with him everywhere. And if I was his mom as a mom to a young boy, that kind of reminds me of Timmy in some ways. Like, Noah was a Soulja Boy, you know? Oh, I could see Noah doing Soldier Boy. Like, I would just be like, babe, modesty goes a long way.
B
Yeah. You know what I mean?
A
Like, I was talking to someone like, recently about like, elite positions in like, the CIA or like those places. Those people can't talk about it.
B
It's crazy.
A
They can't say that they're like the.
B
Head of the CIA, right?
A
So think about that. You know what I mean? Just like, a little humility goes a long way. And I think that, like, running around saying I'm the shit is just not the vibe. So I think if I had to come to a burning consensus, because that's what the people want, I would say, like, my instinct is like, I love to Timothy Chalamet. Like, yeah, I've always liked him. I think he's so talented and so good. I don't love this era of, like, I'm the. I'm the. Like, I'm just not feeling bad. So I hope, like, it grows out of it. And also, like, you're also like, so young. Like, it's not like you're 60 have been, you know, not getting their words. I wonder if the Academy when debating him to give him an Oscar because Marius supreme is nominated for like, a bunch of shit. I don't know about Oscars yet, but it's nominated, I think, for Globes. I wonder if they, like, care about that.
B
You know that he's being like, so cocky about it.
A
You see the committee being like, he's too cocky. Annoying. Never mind that. There's another person I flipped on recently. Oh, my God.
B
Who?
A
Penny Sweeney.
B
Oh, you flipped for the good. Yeah, you did.
A
I used to really not like her.
B
Yeah, you did flip for the good. What made you flip? I don't think I even know this.
A
I don't think I know it either.
B
But you went to see the movie.
A
I liked your boobs.
B
You did. I mean, she's always had phenomenal boobs. That hasn't changed.
A
Okay, here's the.
B
Was she less annoying in the movie?
A
No, she is annoying in the movie.
B
Okay.
A
But I want to say, is Baron. I know, supremely annoying in the movie, but I just want to say here's what I like about her. And people are not going to like that I'm saying this. Okay, that's me.
B
I'm ready for it.
A
You ready for my cancellation? I'm ready. Okay. She's getting so much. She does the jeans ad. People think these things of her. Then she dates Good o' Braun, doesn't care what people think. He's not like, doesn't have the best, like, in name in the, in the industry. She puts that out there. Then like, she just. I feel like I can respect people that don't give a.
B
That's right.
A
And I just feel like.
B
And she's never said anything about it really, like, she does play it really.
A
Like, doesn't give a. About people. Like, I think, like, he's taking the hate in tried. Right. So what I'm saying.
B
And if you think about the jeans one where she got a lot of hate. She was paid to do a commercial. Like, she was paid, like, yeah, she.
A
Didn'T think of the creative.
B
She didn't come up with the ad.
A
Yeah. She didn't come up with that. People would be like, she agreed to do it. But like, I mean, it's. It's heat after heat. But I just see a person that I can respect, like, heads all boob three, boobs out, boobs out there keeps doing her thing. And it's like, let's say somebody would be like, sometimes a good look for you to date. Scooter Braun, like, you should probably date like a. I don't know.
B
He's like, I don't give a. I'm.
A
Doing a Central park fake photo shoot. No, literally, while I'm at it, you want me to tell you exactly what happened there?
B
They were like, let's get some good press.
A
No, but here's what. It's not good press.
B
No, it's not.
A
They're dating. The day before the. The Central park photo shoot, she was scene with her ex, Jonathan Divino. That was real paparazzi. Like, it was background paparazzi. Car paparazzi, whatever. Scooter was like, what the hell?
B
Yeah.
A
She was like, no, I really don't want people to think I'm back together with Jonathan. Bam. Central park photo shoot. The fakest Central book photos and all.
B
Where they're sitting on an uncomfortable rock.
A
No, no. Nobody sits like that in Central Park. Definitely not famous people.
B
No.
A
Yeah.
B
No.
A
But I will say I respect her for, you know, fucking, like, she got knocked out. Like, she could meet up with me. Christie. Everybody fucking hated it. Hated it. Like, it made $1. Everybody hates you. Like, literally. And she's like, posting, posting. I'm so proud of this movie. I'm so proud of this movie. And, like, try to knock her down.
B
Her tits will float her right back up. You know what I mean?
A
Like, floater. And, I mean, she's on this press row for Housemaid. And Amanda Seifer is like, oh, what's on her for you page? And she's like, hate about me.
B
That's what Sydney Sweeney said about that. Well, literally, she keeps on keeping on. Like, she keeps on keeping on.
A
That's the thing. And that's the thing about. You know that even at the Housemade premiere, when Paul Feig, the director, was introducing them to the stage, he was like, and the one that you can't, like. Like, you can't live without. Like, the way he just introduced her was kind of like, basically, like, nine lives. She keeps on popping back up. Like, you love her, but you. You hate her, but you love her. Like, all the things.
B
Yeah.
A
You know. You know what I was thinking about today? I was thinking how, like, cancellation has become not really real. Unless it's Chrissy Tegan.
B
Why? Unless it's Chrissy?
A
Because she had the only one that hasn't come back.
B
I think she's canceled. Canceled.
A
She hasn't come back.
B
Maybe she doesn't want to come back.
A
She wants to come back.
B
She wants to come back.
A
Everybody wants to come back.
B
But she's canceled.
A
I think like people are not forgiving. Yeah. Yeah.
B
Wait, can I tell you another nice no. Because like I didn't flip.
A
No.
B
But I didn't have to talk about Taylor Swift.
A
Oh, don't worry, it's on my notes.
B
I was in the notes. No, that I. We started the Taylor Swift documentary. I watched it to episode episodes that were out. I like her songs. I've never been like Ty Hard. Swifty.
A
Yeah. Tom, I took you to the Aerosore.
B
You took me to the ERAS tour.
A
You didn't appreciate.
B
I got an ear infection from the.
A
Screaming, by the way. She has ear problems and she got an ear infected.
B
I got an ear infection from the screaming fans. I was not into all the screams on at that level. Like it was an insane level. We kind of thought that she was like a little bit acting on the stage.
A
Like the 10 minutes on innovation.
B
Standing ovation. Yeah. And the like ears like listening. So I guess that's part of the act. And I now I get it. Like I get it.
A
Yeah.
B
I. I'm in it. I. I think she's so talented.
A
I was like, we're never discovering channel 20 years later.
B
I just like I. I was like watching the two episodes. I was like, wow.
A
Like how wow.
B
Really?
A
Wow.
B
Gives so many shits about what she does. And she's so smart, she's so talented. She like knows she can't dance but will still give that her all. Does she say I can? Yeah, she says like dance has always been a struggle for me. Like I don't dance. I look awkward.
A
By the way. She's a genius. She's probably like those people that go to like special genius school.
B
No, she's a gene though. Yes.
A
Genius. She's a true musician. Like when she's sitting there and playing with Ed Sheeran, like she's like, no, like all the chords. Like no, she's not a pop a star. She's like a musician. She's a downright musician. She's talented. She's a fucking genius. The only thing I let's relate to are like the Easter eggs and the like the numbers of it all. Right. What I mean, right? But I love literally everything else. I love literally everything else. And she's a phenomenon. She's a worldwide phenomenon. That is a money making. That's the thing. She's like I'm on the hand. This worldwide phenomenon. You see her, you see her wearing her like normal ass fucking clothes with.
B
Like her short nails and like the nail polish. I was probably done by her like.
A
Her cat did it. Yeah. Like, literally. Meanwhile, she's, like, the richest fudgeing bitch on the planet. And, like, she cares so much. Like, weirdos thinking that I'm like, in my Europe, whatever.
B
Yeah.
A
Has to make it about me. And. And I am planning to do this thing in l. A. And the night before, my team was like, do you want to do this thing in San Francisco? And I'm like, wait, you want me to be in San Francisco? Go at night and then the morning, fly to Atlanta. Bringing out. And I have to follow, like, Amanda's path in life. That is. I'm not a person that, like, travels like that. Like, I need, like, you know, just. I know how I feel. Like, mentally. And. Yeah. And I'm like Taylor Swift. And then, like, knowing that you did it in rain, shine, snow, hail, wind. Like, every fudgeing thing. Like. Like, it's just people. She's. She's a unique person.
B
I don't know. Also, think an artist has ever performed a straight three hours on stage? Like, that's unheard of.
A
And, like, we've been to shows together, too. We're like, the person. The artist doesn't care. Yeah. Like, we've seen shows like that. I think I've seen, like, two, and both of them are men. But, yeah, I've seen shows where the artist, like, doesn't care. Yeah. Where it's, like, not a good show. You know, you can tell the way she cares. So Ariel's a swifty.
B
I'm a swifty. I have newfound respect for her. She also seems so kind. Just like, I feel. It seems like the people that work for her, even on the. Like, not even. Especially on the tour. Like, just, like, love.
A
Love her.
B
Love her. She's like, I love you.
A
She was like, I love you. Not even the seven. Oh. Everyone's asking because I posted about it, because I was like, what is the bonus? People were saying 700 it is.
B
That's what everyone's saying. 750. And people are saying that she probably did. Like, because, like, 750K. Like, why not give closer. Not closer to a million. You're close to a million. But, like, why didn't she give a million? She could. And apparently it's because of tax purposes. Because once you get to a million.
A
People were coming for her for not giving a million.
B
No. Obviously, you know, this world, it's never enough. But if just. And apparently it's, like, because of tax purposes, though, because, like, like, she probably thinks of it all. It seems, like crazy. And it's just so, so sweet. Like, so sweet.
A
She's so sweet. And I feel like her and Travis, like. Like people are making them out to be, like, prom king and queen, but they're such nerds. Like, their combos on the phone are like, two nerds. Like, it's like your mom is coaching your quarterback.
B
Is it like, you'd be like, I will not forget.
A
No, I literally knew.
B
People do an IV drip. And I get this conversation. I'm like, I've never ever said anything like that.
A
Your husband. No, I know. I know they're. But that's what I'm saying. Like, they're very cute, but they're also, like, they're both, like, dorky. You know?
B
They are.
A
Yeah. And it makes them even cuter. You're not gonna believe this.
B
Why?
A
We're on a tie.
B
No. Yeah, we didn't. Did we hit all the topics?
A
Doesn't matter where I was at.
B
I don't know, but we just got started. No, we're.
A
We're out of topics. I mean, no, we're not.
B
I saw Diddy.
A
We're not gonna talk about did it right now.
B
Okay?
A
Keep it to yourself.
B
Okay, fine.
A
What do you want to say? He killed Tubak.
B
Like, literally.
A
I don't know.
B
Says the Tuka Biggie. Like, oh, yeah, this is very. Don't get me started on all these artists. Snoop Dogg. No, he made an appearance on the doc. Not, like, speaking, but they show. No, Maybe Snoop Dogg. I don't know all of them. Like, wow, what a time back in the day.
A
But what a time thinking about that when I was watching a Jonas Brothers tick tock, like, today, I was like, they didn't have, like, social media. It was like, come to the club or, like, wherever they were performing or, like, the rap battles or wherever that was and, like, and see the music. You know, it was. Imagine, like, people were famous without the Internet. Isn't that crazy? Crazy, like, to think about that. People were famous without the Internet.
B
And, like, every single celeb in our childhood was famous without. Not without the Internet, but without social media.
A
Yeah.
B
Like, they were obviously, they were in a sweet.
A
Like. But, like, imagine Tupac posting. Like, he's too cool for that. You know, I couldn't imagine Tupac posting and imagine to have. Was in a carousel.
B
Like, not a carousel. No, not that. But like.
A
By the way, can somebody please call in and tell me what Justin Bieber is doing live on Twitch? Because, like, I don't know what Twitch is.
B
Oh, I've seen the videos where you like. Yeah, amazing.
A
By the way, the most talented little man on the planet. But like, why are you have doing big brother on Twitch? You know what I mean? Yeah, sound the big brother.
B
But like, do people pay for Twitch?
A
I don't know what that is.
B
Yeah, I don't know either.
A
Anyway, it was so good to have you back.
B
Oh, my God, thank you. Wasn't it fun? So fun.
A
People write to me all the time asking where you are. Like ariel on the pod. Here I am, back on the pod. She's back.
B
Bye. Happy holidays.
A
Happy holidays. Oh, and happy see what 2026 crazy everybody's saying now.
B
I know they are.
A
Last episode of 2025.
B
Babe me.
A
Yeah.
B
I'm honored. I'm honored. I love you. Love you.

Not Skinny But Not Fat
Host: Amanda Hirsch
Guest: Arielle (Amanda’s sister and original "sistager" co-host)
Episode: "My Sistager Arielle is Back!"
Date: December 30, 2025
Amanda Hirsch brings back her sister Arielle, lovingly nicknamed her “sistager” and OG co-host, for a nostalgic and delightfully chaotic episode. Together, they reminisce about the early days of the podcast, discuss their evolving family dynamics, and give their signature unfiltered takes on celebrity news and pop culture. The conversation combines behind-the-scenes stories, candid sister banter, and hot takes on everything from Timothée Chalamet to Taylor Swift—making listeners feel like they're eavesdropping on two sisters having a hilarious, heartfelt catch-up in their living room.
Technical Mishaps & Re-recordings:
Both Amanda and Arielle share hilarious memories of recording (and constantly re-recording) early episodes, dealing with technical errors, and the anxiety of losing great content.
Arielle as OG Co-host:
Arielle co-hosted in the podcast’s “pre-famous guest" era, during which the focus was on pop culture gossip and Kardashian drama rather than celebrity interviews.
Transition to Celebrity Guests:
The format shifted after Amanda began booking high-profile guests, like Erin Foster.
Milestone Moments:
Amanda recounts Kourtney Kardashian liking one of her memes, which gave her the realization that her content could reach celebrities.
Three-Sister Drama:
Amanda and Arielle give peek into their close-knit, frequently bickering, all-girls family, discussing sibling jealousy, explosive texting fights, and their sometimes meddling mom.
Mother as "One of Us":
Their single mom is described as “part of the drama” and as invested (and involved) as any of the sisters.
Pregnancy Revelations:
Arielle shares the chaos and surprise behind her recent gender reveal, including her own disbelief at having a girl and the family's over-the-top reactions.
Boundaries & Bickering:
The sisters discuss the relentless cycle of playful ribbing, real arguments, and making up.
Personal & Professional Transformation:
Amanda reflects on how dedicating 2025 as her "year of yes" unlocked new opportunities in her life and career.
Letting Go of Fears of "Trying":
She relates to Will Arnett’s quote about not wanting to be "caught trying," but shares how embracing discomfort allowed her to grow.
Finding Joy (and Success) in New Experiences:
Amanda admits to loving almost all the events she attended, though she still navigates feelings of cringe and self-consciousness about "trying too hard."
Sisterly Pride:
Arielle expresses her pride at Amanda’s hard work and evolution.
Mixed Feelings:
Amanda is unsure about Chalamet’s recent, more ostentatious public persona—questioning if it's a Kylie Jenner influence or just Gen Z marketing.
Confidence vs. Modesty:
Conversation about whether Timothée’s self-hype (e.g., wanting to be "one of the greats") is admirable or cringeworthy—and whether the Academy cares.
From Annoyed to Impressed:
Amanda describes a newfound respect for Sydney Sweeney, praising her resilience in the face of public hate and her ability to "keep on keeping on."
Navigating Career Criticism:
Discussion of her relationship with Scooter Braun, controversial ads, and Amanda’s theory about how Sydney handles backlash.
Swifty Converts:
Arielle, initially a casual fan, is now a big admirer after watching the documentary, marveling at Swift’s work ethic, generosity, and musicianship.
The $750k Bonus Debate:
Swift’s gift to tour staff comes up, and the hosts wryly note the online debates over whether it should have been a full million.
Old-School Fame vs. Social Media Era:
Reflecting on how stars like Tupac became massive without social platforms, contrasting with today’s constant need for digital presence.
Justin Bieber & Twitch:
Mild confusion over what Bieber is doing on Twitch, and what that even is.
