If you are tracking using OCD help app and the Grayman method, there is no hopeless cases. I am 100% certain that absolutely everybody who wants to recover from OCD will recover using this method if they put their mind to it. Because let's say if you are doing thousands of compulsions and I've seen clients come in in that situation. So, okay, let's say you're doing thousands. Can we start by just reducing a few a day? And then you start to get a little more confident. You start to see that when I, when I reduced, okay, it was uncomfortable but I was able to go through it. You'll be able to do a little more and a little more. A journey begins with a single step. And this is what you're doing here is you're saying, yesterday I did, let's say a hundred compulsion, but today I'm going to be responsible for doing 99. Yesterday I ruminated for, let's say 300 minutes altogether for the day, but today I'm going to ruminate for 250 minutes. And this reduction, even though it seems like, well, it's not that big of a reduction, if you continue to reduce like this, you will get to zero. And I've showed you clients who come in with level 8, 9 anxiety and get to zero in a month. But that doesn't mean that that has to be you. And, and there's no, don't get discouraged. If for you, maybe it doesn't take a month, it takes maybe three months, it takes maybe, I don't know, four months, two months. Any time period is okay, you're racing against yourself, but can your brain do it in one month? Yes, it can. Yes, it's capable and your speed depends on your ability and a few other factors, but everybody is capable. There is no hopeless cases when you use this method. I guarantee you that. I promise you there is no hopeless cases. Emergency session is available. The link is in the description.
