So if you don't do recovery work, you will be in this hellish place where you are right now and you are the battery that powers this up. I can't stress to you how serious this is and if you're basing it, but I am going to feel uncomfortable. Well, yeah, you're going to feel uncomfortable. You're going to be uncomfortable. And you know what? On the other side of that discomfort is its freedom. And isn't that worth it? Isn't getting your life back worth it? You know what I mean? Try to view it that way.
