A common question is how fast will I see results when using OCD help app and the Grayman method. And I would say within a week, definitely two weeks you should be seeing results. When I work with clients we try to aim for 20, 25% OCD reduction each week so you should be seeing similar results. If you're not seeing the results, take a look at your rumination tracking and at your compulsion tracking. Is your rumination actually reducing? Is your compulsion actually reducing in terms of the amount of compulsions, in terms of the minutes ruminated, are they going down? Because if they're not going down and of course the anxiety won't go down because the golden formula of OCD recovery is your rumination plus your compulsions plus your avoidances equals your level of OCD and your level of anxiety. So the level of those things need to go down for the level of OCD to go down. Emergency session is available. The link is in the description.
