Let's take a look at the recovery process using the Grayman method from the OCD Help app. What you're looking at here is an example of somebody's tracking using OCD Help app. We have the total column of minutes ruminated, active minutes ruminated. Then the next column is W to 9, wake up to 9am, 9 to 12, 12 to 3, 3 to 6, 6 to 9 and 9 to morning. We also are tracking the level of anxiety and the level of overall daily stress. I want you to also see what's happening in the screenshot overall that the person started out December 21st, 22nd, level seven anxiety, level eight anxiety, even nine went through there. So very high anxiety. And in one month through struggle, sometimes they're ruminating a little less, sometimes they're ruminating a little more, but they're trying to ruminate less that they're pushing. They're accountable. Little by little, they got to level two anxiety in one month. So if their brain is capable and you could see that this wasn't easy, you can see how much they actually struggled. So if they could do it, you are going through pretty much the same thing. So you can do the exact same thing. Not perfect. Little by little. Okay, had a bad day, Regroup. Let's see what I did wrong. Okay, I'm going to try to do better next time like this, but continuously progressing yourself forward. Download the OCD Help app and start tracking.
